Looking into the current status of the so-called COVID-19 vaccine which has caused millions of deaths and disabilities worldwide today, this writer happened to chance upon a news item from the Maritime [British Territorial version of US Inc.] stating all school vaccine mandates were being stopped and Federal funds being cut.
Close reading of the EO being signed though reveals a disturbing faith in the chimera of COVID-19–also evident on the CDC website and at many pharmacy websites–which numerous researchers and scientists have proved is variably a fantastical construct predicated on Power-Grabs by pHarma companies and a failed DHHS, failed DOD, private CDC & private FDA, or/and a radiation sickness from extant 4G wifi transmissions, targeted in-your-face AP DEW use, and 5G rollouts timed to create a false need for a new, gene-destroying vaccine, the mRNA vaccine filled with nano graphene, lipid hydrogel, magnetic nano particles–all to fill veins and brains up with AI-ready electromagnetics–now [criminally] responsible for millions of deaths in the USA and worldwide.
Poison Mandates To Be Stopped At Once…Or, After 90 Days?
It is also disturbing to read that there is a 90-day deadline here for schools to stop this coercive vaccine mandate when it should be stopped at once. No child should be attacked with coercive poison mandates to remain in school or to attend school. [Public schools, of course, are failed enterprises on many counts, and could easily be shut down to make room for the truly qualified to set up schools of their own. This is not to say private schools are any better, many of them aren’t–as this writer knows, from her own experience with her daughter’s elementary school in Quincy, Massachusetts, Adams Montessori, which certainly needs to have been shut down a long time ago. The Pope, the Vatican, the Matter of Incorporation, and the Matter of Dissolution of Unlawfully-Acting Corporations Causing Harm
As noted in Fiduciary of The United States of America Anna von Riezinger’s letter to the Pope dated the 20th of December, 2022 [a most memorable day for this writer, yet to be fully written about], these are gene-destroying and life-destroying vaccines, and no-one can be forced, coerced, or compelled to take such a death shot.
The Pope, of course, the one to whom this letter was addressed, along with the Roman Curia, is now we hear in Hospital somewhere, promoting the lie of “respiratory viruses” and planning an extended stay. Is he being treated to a form of “treatment” denied others, we wonder, for Hospital has now become synonymous with Prison, when it’s not synonymous with Crime Scene, that is.
Drugs/as in Unspecified Drug Therapy: The Harma industry swivels to Drugs, their mainstay, past mRNA vaccines, which have now been proved to Harm. But drugs have long been proved to Harm too.

Anna de Buisseret sadly, this writer has learned only recently, passed away last November 30th, (2024) from cancer (in this writer’s view, plausibly caused by unlawfully-used anti-human directed energy neuroweaponry, which has been used unlawfully against many activists, journalists, whistleblowers), but the words she spoke and wrote and voiced with power as she warned against the mRNA vaccines and informed all in the UK and in the world of our rights to speak out against such encroachment on our bodies and lives are a gift to all of us, still to use as we examine anew the world stage of seeming action, undercover continuation, and endemic Lies. Inalienable, fundamental human rights are exactly that I.e. inalienable and fundamental rights that cannot be derogated from by anyone else for any reason. Eg the Right to Life and the Right not to be experimented upon without giving your informed consent freely given.

In fact, it’s a constitutional DUTY to do so.

A new report to accompany the Massachusetts Community Policing and Behavioral Health Advisory Council report addressed briefly here has been released: Massachusetts 911 Call Study: Assessing the Potential to Divert Behavioral Health Calls to Alternative Responses dated June 30, 2023 and published online just recently at the Massachusetts Government’s Executive Office of Health and Human Services, Community Policing and Behavioral Health Advisory Council.
This study, conducted by the Department of Mental Health–supposedly on behalf of the Executive Offices of Health and Human Services and Public Safety and Security in their ongoing quest to engage in sweeping “Behavioral Health Reform”–and rather haphazard in sample size and sample itself (See Study Methodology, pages 17-19), has sought to examine the nature and outcomes of a certain number of 911 “behavioral health crisis” calls, with particular interest in rationalizing traumatic forced hospitalizations, exonerating police participants, and surfacing expanding programs (as if very new and Emerging–a word often used to typify AP-DEW use in local, civilian settings) involving the use of “clinicians” and “co-responders” to accompany police officers responding to “behavioral health crisis” calls: this practice of combined crisis-creation aiming to terrorize doubly on Law and Psychiatry fronts termed “alternative responses” and virtuously involving The Verbiage of Care professing to save innocent–or previously well-traumatized–victims aka imminent-patients in supposed throes of (generally) unimaginable “psychosis” from the brute terrorizing of armed thuggery (i.e., “Law Enforcement”).
Very similar in scope and focus to the Community Policing report, what’s essentially pointed to is an expansion of “crisis system” services over the past three years since the COVID-19 storyline began, and a sudden fixation on “behavioral health” as being behind most crisis calls and requiring the most attention, by Law Enforcement and Mental Health both.
“Behavioral health conditions” are later mentioned, here and there, as supposed chronic accoutrements to existence that some special folks are saddled with–no mention of course of activating 5G frequencies via bursts from cell towers, neuro grazing from nerve strike weapons on sides of heads, pulse shots from local microwave weaponry in vehicular and residential installations to activate humans–babies to toddlers to “troublemaker” mothers picked out by School Boards for sacrificial destruction, mass shooters revved to high gear with excess energy and bio hacking for rage and “out of control” frequencies. Activation across a range ensuring altercations, confrontations, exchanges of hostility in neighborhoods, families, workplaces.
Some excerpts from the report, below, offer some context to the Emergency and Crisis call system in Massachusetts, originally under Public Safety but seemingly now gravitating to Mental Health.
You Must Get TREATMENT; Everyone Must Get Treatment
The fixation on “Behavioral Health” in particular leads to a more sinister, repeated focus as this report gets underway, and that is on “behavioral health TREATMENT.”
A variety of euphemistically clad options inclusive of services offering “crisis intervention” “crisis assessment” “crisis stabilization” via “Mobile Crisis Intervention” “Community Behavioral Health Centers” “Jail Diversion Programs” “Restoration Centers” and “community-based responses” involving Mental Health and Public Health Departments funding Public Safety programs are reported.
Police and Mental Health Mavens Seeking to Become Each Other
Close examination of some of these programs and initiatives, the verbiage reporting them, and the grants that have brought them into being over time reveals a rather extraordinary interest in transforming police officers into “behavioral health” correctors, and mental health executors into police and corrections officers.
The Department of Mental Health, for instance, is busy funding programs to train police to engage in “crisis intervention” “co-responding” and “jail diversion,” implying, further along, that people recorded as being in the throes of supposed “behavioral health crises” are being diverted from jail when they are forced into ambulances and taken to hospitals for “medical check-ups” aka (also known as) forced psychiatric evaluations.
The graph below shows in fact that Jail Diversion Program grants are at an all-time high, and began to be offered by Mental Health in 2007, curiously, one year after Air Force Secretary Michael Wynne made his famous public remark “Test Non Lethal Weapons on Americans first” in 2006, and Anti-Personnel Directed Energy Weapons Testing began to be reported all over the USA (see my US and NATO Weapons-Testing thread): stealth military electromagnetic and acoustic technologies, used on bodies and brains, causing great physical harm, and hidden from use by the very fusion center contractors–third party contractors, working on Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force contracts with State Police–now operating these weapons distantly referred to as “technologies” under the aegis of “Public Safety.”
Public Health is Funding Public Safety to help Police hand Mental Health Clinicians Police Powers
Across Massachusetts, it appears that “behavioral health,” the new “Public Safety” obsession is being presented as a community concern, funded now by the Department of Public Health–the intent again being “clinical support” (forced ambulation, hospitalization) referred to as an “alternative” response but essentially involving police presence, first-responder, co-responder teams and implying the threat and use of force.
The numbers noted in the companion Community Policing report suggest high numbers of captures every single day into Emergency Departments while the language of reportage reveals Cover: “Boarding” in Emergency Departments being a euphemism for forced incarceration (stacking in corridors really, as per my own witnessed and experienced awareness, in April 2022 at Carney Hospital, Dorchester, Boston, and December 2022 at South Shore Hospital, Weymouth), and “awaiting inpatient behavioral health placement” not merely a euphemism but criminal misrepresentation of the facts, since captured people are being held against their will in forced incarceration in plain sight in hospitals, and all efforts are being made by Medical Staff (supported by hospital security guards–uniformed, armed mercenaries practicing brute force on psych-labeled captives)–who have also become unvarnished criminals, handed police powers by police and mistaking themselves for prison guards, white-coated slavemasters with whips, and corrections officers–to hold them interminably there, with no hope of actual healthcare or escape in sight.
The creation of a separate Center for supposed Restoration of youth and adults 18 and above “in a behavioral health crisis” involves “crisis care planning” and “treatment initiation”: In other words, no escape from forced medication. “Acute stabilization” through overnight or extended stays similarly implies forced drugging and loss of freedom.
Massachusetts 911 Call Study: Assessing the Potential to Divert Behavioral Health Calls to Alternative Responses
Now, since when did “Behavioral Health” become a primary issue with Public Safety?
The Massachusetts 911 Call Study reports that more than half of the 911 calls studied were “Section 12” calls: forced transports to hospitals on false claims.
Notably, several ventures are being proposed and set up: a separate Behavioral Health help line, a separate Suicide and Crisis line, the “jail diversion program” and the use of clinicians on police trips to answer 911 calls.
These new offerings are being marketed with flashy graphics and text–advertising copy and slogans in plain view (findable on Mass Gov websites if you keep digging past the cyberhacking to lose your Browsing History)–apparently desperate to entice all the lonely, bored, miserable in Massachusetts with seducing promises of Someone to Talk To, Someone to Respond, Someone to Offer Cake and Sleep-Inducing Wine–mainly, Someone to Slap a New Psych Label on you, Chemically Restrain (Haldol’ate) you, and Ensure Harma Drug Addiction and Forced Medication for Life:

There were other calls that resulted in hospitalization though, and how did those happen, one wonders. Well, answers can be found scattered here and there, as appears to be the MO of the Mass DMH, keen to publish reports no-one can read, using sample studies no-one can believe: In this case, “Evidence-Based Practices” and “Criminal Legal System Diversions” offer a clue–the trusted and true ever-immediate resource of Family is often the bringer-in of Force, Trauma, Terror, Homelessness, Forced Medication, Forced Transport, and Forced “Boarding” in Freezing ERs under guise of “crisis interventions,” “brief interventions,” caving to bullying LEOs showing up at doorsteps with promises of “Processes,” and “record(ing) everything in sight and sound with cell phones” (while ensuring protection from Victim-Assault with travelling Bodyguards–buffing up Muscle and Height at the front door).
The Massachusetts Association of Mental Health lists a few “Evidence-Based Practices” found particularly delectable by the supposed Educated in Massachusetts and well-known in these parts:
The Criminal Justice Diversion Issue of MAMH’s May 2021 Issue Brief, filled with pious meanderings on police brutality needing to be avoided highlights Family and Bystanders (also piously profiled, apparently minus the famed Bystander Effect–but very much Plus the Street Theater/Directed Conversation/Intentional Yelling Effect) as prime entry points for those they wish to disown, evict, disinherit, dominate, disappear into the “Behavioral Health System” AKA Maximum Security Prison missing Human Rights but playing “Services.”
Untreated Severe Mental Illness: A Cover to Hide Shielding & High-Frequency Assault from EMF Surveillance and Police-Military Technology
A fascinating pamphlet filled with interesting tidbits from Police and Commission surveys and files, the CJ Diversion Issue notes that in a survey of Middlesex County police occupation “up to 75% of officer time may be spent on BH calls for service” — very few actually logged as such apparently (and Police Chiefs were surveyed for this extraordinary statistic) which means Police Chiefs and Police Loggers are carefully refraining from logging BH calls as BH calls–as well they should, given that embarassing volume–about which a further clue emerges from the “Untreated Serious Mental Illness” statistics, graphically marked, which essentially tell us (the very small figure of) 1 in 25 or 12 million Americans are targeted with AP-DEW–the Police Euphemism for “Untreated SMI” (Newsflash: Police are out there Using, Abusing, Permitting, Sanctioning, Outfitting AP-DEW on pretty much all 300 million Americans, but they must promote Covers of more restrained numbers being found to be increasingly Mentally Ill in America, now that Neuroweaponry, Urban Warfare, and Electromagnetic Warfare are here, and Nazi Family Members are needed to disappear the Always-Others, the so-called Rebels, the Defiant, the Iconoclasts and Artists, Musicians and Poets, the Writers and Journalists, the Actors and Filmmakers, the Activists and Questioners, the Above-Average-Intelligent or just the Brown/Black while Intelligent or even the Poor White and Disinherited); the entire “Police Process” of getting Treatment to the Untreated SMI crowd is being run via Section 12s and/or family collusion. “Untreated Serious Mental Illness” in other words–a Lie and Cover both–can be taken to mean Targeting with Undisclosed AP-DEW/Neurotechnology by your friendly neighborhood Fusion Center on those selected for life-takedown.
This Criminal Justice Diversion issue, a historic revisionist and absurdist tome for the Ages, needs to be read line by line to be believed; completely devoid of actual police, fusion center, surveillance, AI brain experimentation context and electronic warfare now renamed electromagnetic warfare context, it reflects the Lying Reality in which we live–where government, police, and courts freely and unlawfully use deadly AP-DEW and Neurotechnology on the populace yet refuse to be open about it.
Reading between the lines, and calling on reports from the field–as reported often at my channels and site over the past 10 years–it appears that “Behavioral Health Crises” are being induced technologically, with activation of people loaded with nano-graphene from vaccines, non-consensual implants, nano and micro, and with chakra-hacking or biofield/energy field hacking, brain or neuro-hacking, bio or body-temperature-hacking using high-frequency EMF–RF HPM (radio frequency high powered microwave)–weapons tested non-consensually for at least the past three decades on people, now being operated on people, and with the use of family, community, neighbors engaging in street theatre/directed conversations to jointly harass, provoke, induce frustration, high emotion, altercations, confrontations, emotions that range from depression to anger. “Public Safety” contractors have access to this technology, as also local police.
“Treatment” involves Public Health action and Behavioral Health action; not merely drugs today but vibration technologies; high-frequency drug signatures administered through “Public Safety” implants and radio frequency generators, cell phones and cell towers to induce the same effects as psychiatric drugs: placidating, quieting, closing off awareness, burying intention, power in being, will; fibrillation using defibrillators, now being presented in Massachusetts as “police technology” as noted here on a Massachusetts government web site: Automated External Defibrillators Equipment Program, not confessed publicly as in use on people as Fibrillators, but which this writer certainly can attest has been used on her over this past year–completely non-consensually, and harmfully.
This is a subject needing separate coverage but it looks currently like some use of other Electronic Weapons in Massachusetts, which includes Conducted Electrical Weapons such as Tasers, is now not merely acknowledged but being permitted for use by civilians with a firearms license–proving that police department and fusion center contractors have and are using these weapons. Yet not all electronic weapons–for deterrence, crowd-control, Public Safety, Public Health, Behavioral Health–are being acknowledged, openly and transparently; this is still an area for direct questioning of Boston and city police.
The covering up therefore of decades of cruelty in experimentation and operation of electrical and electromagnetic weaponry on people’s bodies, Artificial Intelligence neural-network-mapping of people’s brains seems to involve the same DEW/neurotechnology now being rolled into Public Safety, Public Health, Behavioral Health, Mental Health: a scenario which must be investigated, exposed, halted in its entirety.
Roadmaps to Behavioral Health Reform
Currently, Communism in the state marches on as roadmaps to reform indicate centralizing of calls and processes, protocols and response.
Behavioral Health–not health clearly but political intent to selectively subjugate and repress Intelligence, Dynamism, Soul Power, Social Power, Individuation, Thinking, Questioning, Being, Becoming among the rabble, that’s We the People–is being woven into Health Insurance plans and Primary Care.
Two 2021 Baker-Polito Administration Roadmaps can be found online, the second posted below (Feb 2021) seeming to point the way forward for all of Behavioral Health via a Multi-Year Plan while the first (April 2021) focuses on Community Behavioral Health Centers, both posing as signposts but not blueprints per se, seemingly high-level, possibly misleading on many counts yet surfacing for plain-sight purposes what those in the throes of Delusion at the top of Pharaonic slave-making in the state–possibly well beyond the carefully appointed frontmen and women in Government–seem to intend.

Reading, it becomes steadily clear that these “National Guidelines” like much else of the post-COVID verbiage proposed in document after document, report after report posted at various Mental Health, Behavioral Health, Psychiatry, Public Safety, Security sites linking Mental Health to Law Enforcement, are seeking primarily to repress societies, aiming to subordinate all humans to doctors and nurses and ambulance EMS staff–armed with syringes, drugs, and their misled Rockefellerian “medical” background, as well as aiming to subordinate all humans to armed police and armed security guards–armed with guns, IDF training, large egos and low knowledge of the actual Law.Human rights are being completely ignored, civil rights are being completely dismissed–and doctors, nurses, psychiatrists are being encouraged to become watchdogs, police assistants, and active criminals; police themselves have become unaware they are both committing crime and permitting crime,as well asconspiring with others to commit crime on a vast, unmeasured scale; hospital security guards–ex-police and military vets?–have become in-house, armed Hospital Mafia, encouraged to attack people with sudden grabs, throwdowns, knock-outs, physical and chemical “restraints” exactly as in days of yore in Mental Hygiene, MK ULTRA, KGB, Stasi, and Gestapo times when straitjacketing and confining people to mental wards was an everyday occurrence.

Doctors, nurses, hospital and ambulance staff, social workers, medical technicians have, criminally, now come to accept Trauma as acceptable, even inevitable, and needed, for ambush, capture, transport, warehousing, ER-terrorizing, and Psych Ward trafficking of people, including children, adolescents. Enacting Trauma on people is obviously not Healthcare.

Language in the FY 2024 Massachusetts Budget clearly shows that “non violent drug offenders” arrested for “non-violent crimes” (such as drug dealing or just drug-imbibing?) will be forced into Criminal Justice “drug diversion programs” involving “substance use treatment services”–meaning “Treatment” under the aegis of Public Safety, Public Health, Behavioral Health and SAMHSA, administered “in lieu of prosecution through the traditional court process” and involving “inpatient, outpatient, step-down recovery services”:
This suggests immediate subjugation and brain takedown through Psychiatry with Other pharmaceuticals, life-suppression, potential-suppression, as well as plausibly the classified vibration technologies and pharma-frequency vibrations now being rolled unseen into Public Health and Public Safety, essentially physical restraints and brain restraints, unspoken, undisclosed, involving next-door weapon-wielders, now also quietly known as “police technologies,” streamed out from drones, satellites, celltowers, portable devices in walls, houses, vehicles–and reported by thousands of “Targeted Individuals” both here in Massachusetts and around the world.
[As I write this, footsteps in the drive next door sound, I lift a shield to the left side of my head and hear the pulses on it sound, directly from the attic window of the man living next door 24/7 and aiming weapons at me, a car honks across from me on Norfolk, the next block over, a drone climbs above and a sharp pull hits my shoulder where the non-consensual implant, one of them, from South Shore Hospital–on a completely unlawful kidnapping, trafficking, defamation and slander venture involving Quincy District Court, Quincy Police, Brewster Ambulance (that’s City of Quincy henchmen, last December 20, 2022)–has been non-consensually placed, a hard pull on a nerve on my right breast makes itself felt, and sudden police sirens sound, perhaps for intimidation, perhaps to warn me to be silent as I question silently why I should be getting so much 24/7 “Criminal Justice” attention, as if I were a common criminal, a fugitive–as I shield; as if the message is, they will not let me shield, I cannot be kept from their military searching with obvious electromagnetic weaponry, I cannot take shelter in my own home. [1:05 pm, 12-28-2023].
This is obviously the “Skin of Justice” engaging in massive human rights crime, and this is the kind of “Criminal Justice” system, Public Safety system, and Public Health system we have going in Massachusetts currently: which should be completely exposed, completely routed out, and completely ended.
And yes, I do not belong to Maritime Jurisdiction, I am on Land and Soil, very firmly, and yet am being treated this way, because these are Invisible Weapons; the System of Assault–which makes itself heard quite often–cannot be seen, and continues to seek Invisibility as it continues to pound me, a journalist, a writer, a mother, an older woman, and hundreds of thousands of others like me, older, women, educated, artistic, musical, poetic, scholarly, scientists, writerly, men too, and the young, children to youth, many without their knowing, including these young kids I imagine exist as I write: kids playing with drugs and then suddenly captured into this new terrifying system governed by Psychiatry, to be taken down for life. What is the solution?
Parents need to stand up for their children. Mentors in communities working with foster care children need to stand up for children. Children, youth, adolescents should not be grabbed by “Law Enforcement” and put into jail and criminal justice programs and detention centers; if crime is committed, they should be led outwards gently from crime and the law re-assessed to examine what the crime is; if it’s not crime, they should not be treated as criminals and left to languish for life behind bars. Mothers need to claim their own children as property under American Common Law and get them out of the foster care and court system. Youth need to spread the word. Every American needs to get on the Land and Soil–to avoid arrest and capture–as well as speak openly of what is happening here with the use of Stealth Technologies: the intentions here are feudalistic, enslaving, [loud LRAD hit on shielding to my left from right next door: 1:15 pm, December 28, 2023] social-suppression-intending, life-takedown, and eugenicist.]
These matters, evident in these documents and in this Budget verbiage indicate intended dictatorship and further tyranny–people from all sides here, both inside and outside this system need to become aware, stay aware, and say No to all criminality attempting foothold speaking the language of Safety, Security, Health, Justice. Crime is crime; human rights violations are human rights violations; the gargantuan repressions of Psychiatry, now leading Behavior into “Criminal Justice” through “Behavioral Health” need Halting, completely and absolutely.
People need to start calling a spade a spade and start asking their superiors why they are being asked to commit crimes using Invisible Weaponry on others while pretending to work for Counter-Terrorism, Crime Prevention, Public Safety, Public Health, Behavioral Health, Criminal Justice, or Homeland Security.
Budgeted Community Corrections Centers: For Children, Adults?
Just another aspect of note in this FY2024 Final Budget are the “community corrections centers” mentioned–something to further investigate, whether recent or established or new or impending, and their connections with the courts and “law enforcement”; Boston Police (on their website) appears to have a whole plethora of arts, humanities, mentorship and community offerings for youth: options, surely, better than “community corrections centers” although one must ask: Is it Police we should look to now, to offer our kids creativity, community, mentorship–in addition to Mental Health and “Behavioral Health” apparently?
Highly qualified, committed, passionate dedicated MFAs–who would both appreciate and greatly benefit from being guided and welcomed into true social service teaching positions among needy populations–graduate every year from local and national schools (Universities) with degrees in Art, Creative Writing, Music, Dance, Drama, Filmmaking, Screenwriting, Playwriting–and suffer to find jobs to survive, often marginalized for life as adjunct faculty in prestigious Universities or Community Colleges, forced to teach limited curricula in misled Public Schools, or slave as second-string technical writers and trainers among IT professionals in an intellectually starved milieu not capable of recognizing their art: These, not armed mercenaries, should be teaching and mentoring our youth, and Community Creativity Centers should be being budgeted for. Creativity however, is part of what is under attack today in America and worldwide–as it has been, apparently, for decades; this writer (an MFA and MBA, freelance and literary journalist, long-time adjunct faculty in English and Creative Writing) was running Creativity Workshops for children 7-12 (and sometimes younger) as well as art classes for kids in Quincy and Milton, Massachusetts when she was first selected by Boston FBI–via her daughter’s apparently racist, white-supremacist School Board in a Montessori school, Adams Montessori School–for life-takedown, AP-DEW-Testing (that’s Military Electromagnetic Weapons Testing on Human Bodies), and Neurotechnology and Artificial Intelligence Brain Experimentation, no consent requested or given, while efforts were made, using all manner of means including obvious Neurowarfare and Information Warfare on family and friends to affix False Psychiatric Labels (discussed more fully elsewhere) of Delusion, Paranoia, Grandiose Ideation, and other such on her so as to fully discredit, dismiss, and disappear her life and contributions to society.
MFAs therefore seem to be being targeted, rather than being celebrated, while writers like myself–from India, long American though, brown, accomplished, talented–are being disappeared, using Atrocity.
Children, youth, the disenfranchised–probably in high number brown like me, from other countries possibly, or “minority-American,” possibly also generationally blue-collar even if English or Irish or Italian here in the Boston area, possibly also Otherized if sensitive, artistic, dynamic, gay even if white-collar or White–or White-while-Intelligent, are being captured into “Behavioral Health,” “Public Safety” and juvenile-detention corrections centers, jails, marked for life–targeted for life-takedown too, when perhaps what they really need is just this in their lives: Creativity, community, mentorship, and not from the Police.
These are the kinds of crimes Police, FBI, DHS have been persuaded to commit–and these are all crimes which need to be fully exposed and ended. Who should expose them? The very parties currently concealing them–and committing them.
Section 12: Emergency Restraint and Hospitalization of Persons Posing Risk of Serious Harm by Reason of Mental Illness: Who Decides?
To capture the young, the questioning, the Brown-while-Alive let alone Brown-while-Intelligent, the mothers who Think, the fathers who are denied jobs and education, the indigenous, the genocided, the eugenicided, the ones who Speak when they should know better (mostly, being brown, black, Other in what appears to be a redneck and racist white supremacist state): essentially, the unlawfully Targeted in Boston and the whole of Massachusetts, there’s strictures and regulations, “processes” and protocols which perhaps our local police departments have mistaken for Law or imagine can be passed off as Law the more they engage in them; it is a mistake to call police “Law Enforcement” and it is also a mistake to imagine any of this is Law or could be Law among human/e societies.
The “Section 12” (PDF below) which police quickly lay claim to, producing forms and filling them out, attributing “Paranoia, grandiose ideation, delusion, etc” where none exists, sailing by on their internally knighted “Mental Health Professional” status–whose underpinnings they are unwilling to share on Freedom of Information enquiries–needs to be openly questioned: is it Law? And how did it become Law? And who keeps to the strictures of this Section?
To start with, that opening subsection (a) requiring a licensed physician, nurse, psychologist, social worker to first examine the putative-BH-patient with their consent and thence pronounce them in need of 3-day hospitalization by way of risk of imminent harm to self or others doesn’t occur; no examination is made, no consent is given, no physician rides in police cruisers to capture the Brilliant, but apparently this subsection (a) permits these very licensed parties or a police officer to then arbitrarily go ahead and restrain and capture their quarry nevertheless, impliedly on basis of their varied licenses–complete hubris here; in actuality only police and EMS run these captures, and they don’t wait for examinations, nor permission, nor evaluation of risk, nor assessment of harm, they freely lie on forms, as do ambulance EMS, as this writer has experienced and reported herself, twice now (the second set of unlawful Section 12 incidents from December 2022 being fully reported, reports upcoming).
Then there’s subsection (b) which seems to imagine doctors and nurses in ERs at hospitals have ethics and brains and act on same; in actuality, doctors and nurses do not sign these application forms, nor do they provide instant Psych Evals, they freely engage in crime instead, as noted twice in this writer’s testimonials and many reports from the field, and work hard to move the captured populace into Psych Wards and Asylums, permitting “medical gassing”–as actually notated on the wall in the Carney Hospital Emergency Department–aka forced-medication instead, first stressing people out openly with long-term ER “boarding” to placidate and freeze, physically and chemically restraining people already thus made quiescent, knocking people out for no rhyme or reason, subjecting them to procedures unconsented-to and unrecorded. No “committee for public counsel services” is notified, nor is any attorney appointed or proffered, nor are requests for emergency hearings in district courts acknowledged or accepted.
Contrary to subsection (c)’s fond admonitions to facilities to proffer “voluntary imprisonment” as a menu item none of this occurs, nor are “3-days” ever mentioned nor kept; ERs and hospitals–that’s Psych Wards or Asylum units–both seem to want to treasure their victims for life, and it becomes a daily Dancing with Wolves to try to escape everyday (as this writer well knows and will never fail to withhold, in current or future writings).
Subsection (d), another 3-day hope, is not kept to; people captured on these Section 12s, who may be young teenagers without a clue may be being held interminably because 3-days are not mentioned; children therefore are especially at risk from this so-called Law. No-one who has been captured, kidnapped, trafficked is going to stay in a maximum security prison on “voluntary status.” In my case, both in April 2022 and in December 2022, I was not discharged as required by this subsection, despite verbal and written requests and reminders.
All above subsections are filled with loopholes and non sequiturs; they may have been written down as law but they are not lawful.
As indeed is Subsection (e) which is frankly unlawful, nor are the protocols it prescribes kept to. An invitation to “any person” to seek to incarcerate or mental-illness-confine any other person on any grounds, by way of making such a determination themselves, is an invitation to crime, and indeed that is what results–as this writer has personally experienced and will shortly detail in full.
6:56 pm, 12-30-2023: A drone appears to be mulling about in the backyard. A helicopter just flew across, and a plane a few minutes earlier, around 6:46 pm, while I became aware I was being neuro-hacked for Narrative Disruption. I haven’t finished yet, but the writing of this piece has been attended by much vehicular and Precision Strike mayhem on left arm (nerve hits), left elbow (nerve hits), heart tags (non-consensually implanted at South Shore Hospital last December 20, 2022 by obvious Mafiosi criminals running a non-consensual forced EKG on me–Military Medicine specialists? CIA EMT? US Navy Weapon Wielders?), blasts of heat from my laptop and on my face–source appearing to be frantic HIgh Powered Microwave pulses at extra high intensity from houses opposite and beside, zoomers, cell towers and antenna systems. I’ve been obliged to extra-shield my arm as I write: my next stop is the parties named above, and a few more besides–to most of us, this is Obvious Crime, but the continued shielding of these electromagnetic technologies from open public knowledge has permitted the very build-up of this Obvious Cover of “Behavioral Health” tyranny I am continuing to uncover.
7:44 pm: There have been a few more helicopters and drones crossing the backyard since the above including one a couple minutes ago. The section on creativity workshops is my close for today–but clearly I need to do a lot more basic journalistic investigation to understand racism in Boston, which has only recently come to my attention–as also history and freedom in Boston, which doesn’t seem to exist.
Recently, it appears, (American we hope) John Kiriakou of CIA Torture Whistleblower fame ran a series of “Havana Syndrome” shows on his Top Secret podcast on Russia Today–a conundrum in itself–publicizing the term “Havana Syndrome”–a catchy term from the Mental Health, Psychiatry, and Secret Service crowd aiming desperately to keep Neuroweaponry and Radio Frequency High-Powered Microwave Weapon attacks on everyday citizens Top Secret–while continuing to play Journalist.
Agencies such as the CIA, NSA, BND, KGB, and others–covered by many previously–must have been gratified.
The years roll on, apparently, and all we hear from our “National Security” mechanism preserving our freedoms and protecting our liberties are Crickets.
John in fact made a gratifying mention of this species in his introduction to a recent show dated 28 October 2023 (one of those pictured above): “The US Government iniitally dismissed the symptoms as the product of Crickets. Yes, Crickets. And that is of course, ridiculous.” (I may have that quote wrong since it appears to have changed, in the last few days–as also the rest of the show, with much added imagery and chatter–as I marvelled at this introduction.) (The new one mentions the word “sinister” which is about right, in my estimation, in relation to the CIA, and the NSA as well, both on prominent display on this show.)

He does, however, do a good job playing Still-a-Spokesperson-for-the-CIA despite his long stint as In-the-Public-Eye-as-a-Righteous-Whistleblower, much like Edward Snowden, Bill Binney, and so many others. The CIA, I understand, is an exacting employer, which doesn’t quite let its whistleblowers go, as CIA Whistleblower Barbara Hartwell has recently demonstrated, with a new batch of repeat-storytelling she may have been paid to storytell: my newer understanding of how Intelligence agencies operate is touched on here:

Merely asking, what is it about Whistleblowers from the Government agencies, really? isn’t enough anymore. Clearly they are a very special race, class, or species, unto themselves–and as explained to us once, many years ago, of the way terrorists apparently behave, of whom Intelligence agents seem to be the obverse half, they operate separately sometimes, in cells and conclaves. Yet none, it appears, are in actuality acting independently: a tragedy or a regrettable fact, either way you look at it.
Intelligence: A Disinfo Operation?
What Intelligence agencies are supposed to do has always remained an inscrutable mystery to most of us, especially those of us who’ve been relegated, I see, to the (Colorful) margin as Writers and Journalists so CIA whistleblowers like Kiriakou can Rise into the public eye through carefully constructed means, employing Time–an aspect of Reality NSA Whistleblower Bill Binney informs us is what Intelligence agencies seek honorably to work with:
“To project—or predict—Intentions and Capabilities of Adversaries or Threats—in advance, so you can actually do something to stop them and prevent them—That’s what Intelligence is supposed to do.”
I wrote to John Kiriakou once, in September 2016, at the time that he was awarded the Sam Adams Associates for Integrity in Intelligence award for 2016–an award also bestowed on NSA Whistleblower Thomas Drake, in 2011, to whom I also wrote at the time. (Curiously, I live in the town now where Sam Adams’ ancestors hailed from–a “City of Presidents”–and I learn he too was CIA once, in the ’60s, and a whistleblower, on Vietnam, obviously a story there too, and insight into how the CIA-NSA-Media is constructed and operates.)
John Kiriakou was in the Press a great deal at the time, for his speaking out on “enhanced interrogation” Torture activities inclusive of waterboarding, by the CIA.
John Kiriakou at the Fort Collins Community Action Network, earlier named the Center for Peace, Justice, and the Environment, speaking about being Chief of Counter Terrorism in Pakistan, awakening to the fact of children being terrorized (by the CIA), learning and whistleblowing about the “CIA’s Torture Program” and “Enhanced Interrogation” including Waterboarding, and capturing and handing over Abu Zubaydah, projected as being inner-circle Al Qu’aida, in 2002.(Very sadly, Abu Zubaydah was thence “renditioned” to black sites in Europe, then sent to Guantanamo in 2006, and seems (despite Lawyers existing in Amerika) to have been incredibly insanely tortured for 21 years, as reported in May 2023 by The Guardian here–as a consequence of which the entire world understands the US Legal System has failed utterly, that he–and all held at Guantanamo–on “no legal basis for detention(as found by the 95th Session of the Human Rights Council, Working Group on Arbitrary Detention, UN, 14-18 November 2022)” needs to be released immediately: a subject surely for further coverage by all human rights groups and true journalists, worldwide, as well as address by those at the Head of Governments, worldwide.)
Former Vice President of US Inc. Dick Cheney on May 13, 2018, Hollywood-whisper- confiding to journalist Maria Bartiromo on Fox Business Insider he was all for Enhanced Interrogation–“I believed in it, I was heavily involved in getting it set up,” wouldn’t call it Torture, and admired it for the “Intelligence” it produced. This was 2 years after 2016, when John Kiriakou won the Sam Adams Integrity in Intelligence award for his whistleblowing–(which turned out to be for, as reported by the Court/US Legal System revered by the New York Times, the reveal of an Agent’s Name), yet CIA-FBI Torture in its many guises was permitted to continue, a situation still calling desperately for change/https://www.foxnews.com/video/5784224187001.
That September, Cait Ryan, a New England RN, and Karla Smith, human rights activists and seeming leaders among a small group of concerned Americans I knew–who were then working together (I thought) to expose the crimes of factions in the Military and Intelligence agencies using and secretly testing so-called non-lethal microwave weapons, space telemetry, radar tracking and other such among other forms of harmful non-consensual bio-neuro experimentation technology on civilians, service members and veterans alike–in other words, indiscriminately, on Americans–were planning to attend the awards ceremony for the 2016 Sam Adams award and I entrusted my letters to them. Cait Ryan had made the acquaintance of John Kiriakou, she had told me sometime, through writing to him when he was in prison, and was going to Washington to meet him and Thomas Drake along with Karla Smith, a trip I was invited on but could not make eventually, by reason of family obligations. As I recall, Cait Ryan encouraged me to write to both whistleblowers, offering to take my letters to them; I believe I was asked and responded as a journalist and prominent human rights awareness-raiser reporting government crime, as I (thought I) was known then in this group; my intent then (looking back now) may have been to apprise these two CIA and NSA whistleblowers somewhat of the nature of the technology crimes many had reported to me, and which it appeared certain Government agencies were then working overtime to conceal.
Writing to inform whistleblowers was also encouraged at the time by Australian writer and human rights campaigner Paul Baird, author of the website SurveillanceIssues.com, who was then seeking to bring a few NSA, CIA, FBI and other whistleblowers together in a documentary or film to help reveal the overarching crimes of decades-long non-consensual brain, body, and life experimentation with remote-access stealth weaponry, inflicting essentially Torture, on both Americans and people worldwide.
SACHRP in May 2016: Talking about Protecting Humans While Pushing Ahead the Agenda to Strip all Protections from Humans
I was beginning to follow the doings of the SACHRP then–the Secretary’s Advisory Committee for Human Subject Research Protections–in its efforts to transform the Common Rule into an open door for unconsented-to human experimentation by the US Military and Intelligence (DOD/C5ISR) behemoth on Americans–already quietly permitted by both Intelligence agencies and the Department of Justice, having been only recently introduced, in 2014, 2015, 2016, through questioning US Air Force Directed Energy Bio-Behavioral Research Projects, via the subject of FWAs (federal wide assurances), re-covered here recently, to the subject of Health and Human Services’s seemingly being involved–without revealing involvement–in the unlawful procurement, use, and exploitation of large numbers of (unlawfully) selectively targeted, terror-and-spy-listed people in the USA post 9-11.
[This was perhaps part of the now-emergent long-game concerted push in the entire world of Health, via concoctions such as “Behavioral Health” and constructs such as Community Behavioral Health Centers to begin or continue to disappear human intellect, individualism, family in building NWO frameworks hidden these days under “Smart City” language and concepts of sustainability, resilience, sanctuary, and innovation. I did not know that then.]
I had learned there was tremendous public uproar over the intent to disappear Informed Consent in biomedical experimentation–among the group awakened to this possibility that is, since the SACHRP meetings in May 2016 were not open public meetings permitting open public discourse, nor were covered openly by the so-called Media, as a War might be, or the US Open, or the Coronation of a sudden King.
The public dissent therefore was near-disappeared.
These May 2016 meetings interestingly were aimed to disclose Public Comment, after the Period for Public Comment on the NPRM–the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM), published in the Federal Register on September 8, 2015, and running a lip-service public-comment period for three months–closed on January 6, 2016.
Their testimonies and statements, powerfully moving, yet constrained to five minutes at the end of 3-hour NIH-Campus (Fisher’s Lane: NIAID) meetings which should have been nationally televised and nationally responded to, can be found here, in the last 20 minutes of each meeting: SACHRP, May 18 and May 19, 2016.
[These meetings were not well-publicized, and did not permit for open public or journalistic access. A query I sent SACHRP for further information prior to these meetings went unanswered. However, based on responses I had received then on FOIA request to the US Air Force, and ongoing research, I provided Kate Ryan with some information on human experimentation weapons-testing programs, which she included in her presentation. I wrote then, to John Kiriakou and to Thomas Drake (letters below), requesting an interview, mentioning my coverage of Torture activities being indulged in apparently by various Defense and Intelligence agencies using the weapons of Electronic Warfare–counter-personnel energy neuroweaponry–and the danger of this continuing, via intended changes to the Common Rule permitting waivers for Intelligence and Justice, suggesting they might wish to investigate the matter further. My concern was both for the present and the future.

Not long after, John Kiriakou responded (letter below), not quite getting the import of what I was saying it appeared, suggesting that people reporting non-consensual experimentation might be “mentally ill” while also saying he had not heard of any such thing in his 15 years of working with the CIA.
This was rather crushing at the time, given our hopes to involve ethical whistleblowers in exposing the hidden crimes of over-reaching agencies of the US Government. Nevertheless, I wrote back, seeking to educate him further, as I passed on the letters also to Cait Ryan, Karla Smith, and Paul Baird, all of whom optimistically noted that perhaps we had sown a small “seed” one day to further blossom, while we each reminded ourselves this was a whistleblower who had been imprisoned for speaking out, and who had a young family–in other words, one not to be further imposed on really. Thomas Drake I did not hear from, but Cait Ryan assured me he might well write back later, given his being more fully engaged then in a doctorate he was working on. Neither agreed to an interview. John Kiriakou did send me on a note he had sent Cait Ryan and Cait told me she had assured John I “wasn’t mentally ill”–making me wonder how on earth Mental Illness had entered the conversation in the first place.
Why are Reporting Victims of Crime Referred to as “Mentally Ill”?
Of course, it appears John Kiriakou is using this term of reference now on his shows featuring the more than fraudulent Spychiatry-Invented “Havana Syndrome”, including in an unusual question aimed at former NSA Technical Director Bill Binney revealing more of his own leanings–or being-dragged–into the frantically Fabricating world of Psychiatry: “…in many cases they’re mentally ill. But in many cases they are legitimately suffering from something—and they have the MRIs and the CAT Scans to prove it. Is it possible to differentiate between people who need to be medicated and people who are suffering as a result of something electronic?”
The Mythology-of-Mental-Illness being applied as Central Cover to conceal reports of electromagnetic/acoustic neuroweaponry use on the populace has been surfaced in many of my articles before and since, including:
It’s true, I’ve lost faith in Whistleblowers, and in human rights activists who have pursued prominence as leaders while disappearing and discrediting others, engaging in both overt and subtle actions of COINTELPRO. “Handling” and “Containment” come to mind when I look back at conversations and communications, sudden apprisings of Public Comment deadlines at Health agencies, slow actions and exhortations to non-action. CIA and NSA whistleblowers–looking back at a long list of them (many of whom can be seen listed as Sam Adams awardees here)–seem to be artifacts of the CIA and NSA, primed to “reveal” while in fact aiding to Conceal.
Looking back on these 2016 emails with several others I thought then were as keen to raise awareness of the incredible human rights abuses engendered by the US Military, Security, and Intelligence factions, I have become aware there is possibly a story to be told here–perhaps the only story left to be told here–in the rise and Intelligence-engineered fall of promising public reportage of US Inc.– now US World Inc.– crimes committed in the name of National Security. But it is National Security which is compromised when taxpayer-paid, citizen-elected bodies turn their sophisticated New Age weaponry on the innocent, trusting populace–millions, worldwide–to destroy our lives.
It’s taken me many years–and re-watching these SACHRP meeting videos–to figure out something others probably know very well, working as they might Inside the NDA, NSL, Lie-to-Deceive world of Agencies, Forces, Services et al: Those who occupy positions in the Spotlight are inevitably Supported, or, more accurately, brought to where they are by intent; there are no “accidental” whistleblowers or activists or journalists permitted to rise to the fore at any time, they are all part of a well-oiled mechanism both bolstering extant Covert agencies and endless Covert Crime, or in other words: The CIA is/in the Whistleblower and the Whistleblower is/in the CIA. As also the NSA, probably–and yes I’ve had some first-hand experience there too, as also with (mysterious) European Royalty/MI5/Swiss Intel/BND–and I’ll have to examine other aspects of this “Government” scenario another time.
Sudden Hollywood, CIA Stars, and a Global TI (Targeted Individual) Survey
A few months later, in mid-2017, further discussing Paul Baird’s idea of bringing whistleblowers together for a film, there was some talk (shockingly enough) of John Kiriakou having won some kind of deal in Hollywood to scriptwrite or produce a series based on “TI”s or “Targeted Individuals” (whom he didn’t believe existed or leaned on a corrupt APA to call Mentally Ill).
I have no idea what transpired on that score beyond that point (emails below), but there was another rather large scenario unfolding around us at that time–or rather, failing to unfold, and that had to do with a much-vaunted and early-publicized Global Survey of “Targeted Individuals” (Global TI (Targeted Individual) Survey Launched Under the Peerless Direction of Top NSA Whistleblowers William Binney and J. Kirk Wiebe/June 30, 2017) no-one was given enough information on, and which the probably Pharaonically (CIA/CFR?)-appointed leaders chose not to include me on, either as colleague or journalist, for reasons still unknown to me, while succeeding also in failing their target audience. There is a story to be told here too, and while I have reported in an ongoing way as information came my way, I do not have all the pieces of that puzzle–Was it Racism sent my way then, was it part of the Infiltrator-run support-group scenario crushing the work of the only Journalist working in this area then still, was it something else?
[Ella Free, Katherine Horton, and Techno Crime FIghters Forum all came along right when my print journalism, public reportage, community work, and public awareness-raising were becoming more visible. There were several attacks on my work, family, name, and life inclusive of the tremendous one from my daughter’s public school Principal Richard deCristafaro and Vice Principal Susan Shea Connor of Central Middle School in Quincy, Massachusetts in 2018, reported here: Ramola D/Public Exhibit: Investigative Journalism is Not “Untreated Mental Illness”. Excluding my work (and myself) entirely, the group “Targeted Justice” was formed, selectively refusing to recognize my reportage. And after that, when unanticipated implosions began to occur on group email lists, there appeared to be a concerted effort by many on the inside to target me in particular for extended Defamation and Slander and disappearance from both insider groups and the public eye by the Intelligence role-player and a former Techno Crime Fighter Forum colleague Katherine Horton, and thereafter, even more inexplicably, by the then-known-as NSA Whistleblower and also former Techno Crime Fighter Forum colleague whose accounts of extended targeting I had covered extensively, ex-NSA Karen Melton-Stewart.]
The Global TI Survey was never properly reported, by those who set it up and ran it. At the time that it was closed, in October 2017, I published what information I was given, which pointed to a very small number of participants in the survey: Global TI Survey Update: Survey Now Closed. A note from Karla Smith in May 2018 reminded a larger group “the primary focus of the survey was to gather medically diagnosed symptoms, and other symptoms/descriptions related to what each person has experienced in their own words and without any expectation of the results.” (“Symptoms” as central has always been problematic to me–as my questioning of Bill Binney and Kirk Wiebe at the inception conference call for this Survey notes–as indeed the term “Targeted Individual” as well.) I was fortunate to be able to interview with NSA Whistleblower Kirk Wiebe later, who sought to further clarify the nature of the false-representation and false-light defamation activities conducted against me by Katherine Horton prior. One NSA Whistleblower at least could discern the truth I have taken pains over time to establish online.
Regarding that survey, perhaps John Kiriakou, Bill Binney, Kirk Wiebe, Kate Ryan, and Karla Smith will enlighten us further one day. I do know that there was great drama surrounding the logistics of submitting the “evidence of the crimes”–medical records, photographs and so on–yet NSA Whistleblower Kirk Wiebe told me five years later during the time of his interview with me on July 14, 2021 he did not see any evidence, that is, he apparently wasn’t given any. This was an important interview, and gave insights into how the NSA functioned back in the ’70s and what has occurred now, in terms of fall-away of Intelligence oversight and inability to constrain full-spectrum Surveillance Data collection and analysis while permitting all kinds of human rights abuses:
Perhaps the rest of Amerika/America can figure out the extent of the irony here–or convolution in Cover–in a CIA Whistleblower playing Journalist turned Fiction Writer and Screenwriter using in Fiction the very subject he has denied to those reporting obvious military-intelligence-police-private-sector crime to him.
Perhaps America and the world notices also the sad irony in reporting Torture–on a very large scale, using very sophisticated military weaponry, developed now over more than 20 years of weapons-testing on people since 9/11 and over more than 50 years prior, probably since the institution of the National Security Act in 1947 which created the CIA, and involving all branches of the US Military (and other Militaries) and the Department of Justice (as reported here often)–to military and Intelligence whistleblowers who themselves cannot speak of what they may know or have awareness of thanks to NDAs (non disclosure agreements) and relationships of different sorts sealing their silence.
But is the CIA all the Media we have? “Havana Syndrome” as a term many people have now come to think may be about “mysterious weaponry” yet it is very obviously a fraudulently-tagged “Syndrome” involving the repressive use of Police-Dog Psychiatry.
This should be absolutely Unacceptable to the entire Thinking, Reading, Educated world.
The Cover of “Targeted Individuals” being presented by the CIA-Media as “Mentally Ill” with serious problems of Paranoia needs to be dropped. The Facts of unlawful targeting, abusive human rights violations by fusion center agencies and contractors, the use of extreme-abuse remote-access stealth neuroweaponry, electromagnetic and acoustic, and covertly-implanted radio telemetry–RFIDs, MEMs, BCI-CBIs, Neurostims, the approval and protection of AI, Brain and Pain experimentation and abuse by numerous agencies in a Techno Holocaust which needs complete exposure and complete termination need to be known.
Yet it’s that, the whole spectre of Mythology in Process of Creation as Mythology which John Kiriakou ironically seems to stand for–chronicling as he does this process in his well-linked History of the False Narrative of Havana Syndrome, elaborate and absurd, not unlike the storylines of the Christopher Steele Dossier, or the base mythologies of 9/11 having been run by mythical Muslim men from Arabia, while some have been captured and endlessly tortured for false confessions at Guantanamo as he himself chronicled in September 2023 at Consortium News here–which should be seen as the most disheartening, for it helps perpetuate Lies in a fast-awakening world.
While many of us have been reporting the great harms to humanity and ourselves from so-called emerging or innovative technologies including neurotechnologies, nanotechnology, and directed energy technologies, as covered for instance at last October’s DEW/Neurotech conference posted here, conversations at EM Tech Digital 2023, a recent mainstream conference hosted by MIT Technology Review points to the continued upholding of Artificial Intelligence–a technological, machine-intelligence overlay apparently intending to override human agency and brains–as a supposed stable fixture in our future.
Clearly not enough thought, time, space, or public consideration has been given to the place of humanity in this vast and nebulous scenario where most people do not understand the basic subject matter here. Perhaps because the creation and development of AI and Machine Learning seems to be quite intricate, encompassing various fields such as cognitive neuroscience, computational linguistics, and software programming, behind which seem to lie more buried fields such as nanobioelectronics and optical imaging.
Some associated subjects have been covered in the journalism at this site, some profoundly human-rights-violative, especially in surveillance and mil/Intel coverage, COVID vaccine coverage, and nanotechnology posts.
Is it possible that Artificial Intelligence development and brain or natural language processing research could involve human rights violations?

Neuro ethics in itself is a contested space, and many know it. Neuro rights, first established at the government level in Chile, as well as AI via what has been termed non-invasive BCI (brain computer interfaces) at the nano and micro levels, were discussed by Dr. Rafael Yuste, Director of Neurotechnologies at Columbia University, head of the US Brain Initiative Project, on Report #197 at my channel Ramola D Reports in 2020. Questions remain therefore at every level from the standpoint of human rights.
This virtual Em Tech Digital 2023 conversation with former Google computer scientist and cognitive psychologist, Geoffrey Hinton, titled The Future of Intelligence, while striving to address some of the problems associated with AI doesn’t quite address the invasive and human rights issues surrounding neuro privacy, neuro rights, and brain and body autonomy which must inevitably arise in any kind of Artificial Intelligence development seeking to replace or augment human cognitive or communication processes.
Part of what’s being hidden behind public surfacings of Artificial Intelligence powers therefore are the disclosures made by DEW/neurotech-assaulted or “targeted individual” whistleblowers, which include the psychological terror games played by Synthetic Telepathy operators, Neuro Linguistic Programming echo-stalkers, neural network mappers and others in eliciting people’s individual cognitive processes via decision-tree choices which make up our separate human brains and personalities.

Nextgov and the US Department of State report that Secretary of State Blinken has set up a new office and special envoy to focus on critical and emerging technologies in their aspect of influence on US foreign policy and diplomacy.
A January 3 Media Note from the US State Department confides that “Secretary Blinken established the office as part of the wider modernization agenda because the constellation of critical and emerging technologies reshaping the world is now an integral part of the conduct of U.S. foreign policy and diplomacy. The competition to develop and deploy foundational technologies is intensifying. The Office of the Special Envoy will bring additional technology policy expertise, diplomatic leadership, and strategic direction to the Department’s approach to critical and emerging technologies.”
Defining foreign policy and “tech diplomacy” in the arena of new technologies aiming to become “foundational” to a new era in national security seeking reliance on such technologies as Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and presumably, Nanotechnology, Neurotechnology, and Synthetic Biology, CRISPr Editing, et al is discreetly mentioned.
“As the Department works to strengthen tech diplomacy across the organization, the office will provide a center of expertise and energy to develop and coordinate critical and emerging technology foreign policy, and to engage foreign partners on emerging technologies that will transform our societies, economies, and security—including biotechnology, advanced computing, artificial intelligence, and quantum information technologies.”
Human Rights Considerations Need to Be Front and Center in Development and Promotion of New Technologies
A vast and impactful subject needing immediate public debate, discussion, and disclosure on all fronts, including the much-needed insights of experts and ethicists from the humanities and the liberal arts, human rights attorneys and advocates, activists and journalists, as well as all citizens–whose lives are daily being reshaped, wittingly or unwittingly, by the cruise-control rollout of new technologies by governments the world over–it is to be hoped the requisite steps are taken by Dr. Seth Center, the Deputy Envoy commissioned to build out the office to include this component of close analysis, examination, and inclusion of a diversity of viewpoints, particularly the human rights one, going forward.
Too much in the realm of technology advancement has been left to the ultimately inadequate devices of scientists in laboratories and academe, propelled by military and intelligence divisions whose aims and instrumentalities often do not match the interests of organically-evolving humanity.

“Public Safety” and “Mental Health” Used Wrongfully to Remove God-Given Rights and Freedoms

Dear All,
For almost a decade Ramola’s Investigative journalism has focused on the cutting edge of a class of crime and its associated systems, weapons, technologies, perpetrated against civilians under various guises and for various pretexts. This is generally known as targeting crime which includes the use of Directed Energy Weapons, Neuroweapons, Electromagnetic Weapons.
Her pioneering and ground-breaking work will one day be given the plaudits and recognition it fully deserves. It is currently recognised by many experts in the field for its brilliance.
Notwithstanding, I would like to focus in this email on public disclosures made in recent years in the so-called “mainstream” media pertaining to this class of crime and its associated class of weaponry/technology. Many seem to place great stock on so-called “mainstream” coverage or “official publications”, which to a certain extent I understand, so I think it might be useful in the current circumstances to focus a bit on this aspect. Ramola’s work will one day be recognised as “mainstream”.
Please bear in mind that this mainstream disclosure remains relatively limited for a variety of reason, primarily as a cover up of government entities ongoing perpetration of these crimes. It is the tip of the iceberg. Ramola has extensively covered the actual “iceberg” in her work. Nevertheless, this disclosure is indicative of the reality of the existence and use of sophisticated directed energy weapons and neuroweapon systems, with which Ramola is currently being intensely attacked with. It is widely documented that government entities have experimented non-consensually on test subjects for many decades.
This mainstream disclosure relates to Havana Syndrome, NATOs Cognitive Warfare, the UNs proposed ban on “CyberTorture”, and various technological publications relating to Neurotechnologies, brain computer interfaces, and Artificial Intelligence in the context of the 4th Industrial Revolution ,which we are on the cusp of. I also refer to what Dr. James Giordano refers to as a new age of warfare where quite literally he states that “the brain is the current and future battlefield”
“Havana Syndrome” has been covered on all the mainstream media stations, newspapers etc. as remote (short, medium or long range) “directed pulsed microwave radio frequency” attacks on hundreds of US diplomatic staff around the world for almost half a decade.
Many of the published/reported bioeffects of the Havana Syndrome attacks, have also been inflicted (non-consensually and in violation of all human rights) on Ramola. These include neural stimulation, neural manipulation, neural interfacing, nervous system stimulation/interfacing, continuous tracking capability, synthetic sound transmission, use of directed energy systems to interface with (similar to brain computer interface) a (human’s) central and peripheral nervous systems and provide a “connection/interface” between a (human) and a neurotechnological system, which typically include various levels of AI. Bioeffects can vary depending on the specific technology used, the intensity of exposure and the duration of exposure. None of the diplomatic staff were treated as mental patients, despite an attempt to cover up the attacks

Dr. Giordano, and other experts, have also acknowledged that Havana Syndrome class weapons have been developed by over 12 countries for many decades, and also that civilians have been targeted with these kinds of weapons.
He has publicly disclosed many details of weaponized neurotechnologies including brain computer interfaces, neural interfaces, AI. Indeed, he has stated that “the brain is the current and future battlefield” such is the power, importance and relevance of weaponized Neurotechnologies, which also include directed energy systems such as Havana Syndrome.

The UN proposed a ban on “CyberTorture” which are systems of psychological torture designed by governments to bypass the physical bans on Torture. These systems include abuse of surveillance, personal data, and also specifically state weaponised neuroscience and neuroweapons.
The reality is that Ramola is not (at all) suffering from a mental illness. Noble goals, but the problem is Newsguard is not committed to truth and honesty anymore than any of its greenlit outlets are–in fact, the dedication to falsehood, fabrication, propaganda, company-speak these outlets display clarifies they’re not practicing journalism but Pharmalism–or Armalism and certainly in all cases Harmalism.

with Evidence of Nanotech in Nasal Test Swabs
On January 7, the US Department of Defense put out a press release marking a $51.6 million contract to Goldbelt Security LLC in Virginia for antigen test kits intended for 500 million at-home free test kits to be handed out to Americans.
Goldbelt Security is a seemingly modest native-owned, Alaskan company with under two million in annual sales revenue apparently run by a group of retired Special Operations veterans focused on partnering with larger companies and moving supplies from manufacturers to government in domestic and foreign sales, in particular, curiously, Defense and Medical equipment, from ammunition, weapons, trucks, explosives to PPE, farm implements, and survival gear. It also, astonishingly, provides custom shipping and law enforcement training: the Hicks Police Training System which “utilizes manipulation of the nervous and skeletal system. Every sequence of manipulation is controlled until the suspect submits.”
This is in fact a hard-core military Defense contractor which offers the Federal Government “sole source contracting” which is non-competitive; in a pinch, it can direct Federal monies–without a long-drawn-out RFP, competitive process–directly to its network of providers, an easy channel for material establishment of Federal agenda, which in the case of COVID, many of us know, is a DARPA and WEF/WHO and UN agenda, as evidenced by “The Great Reset” and pandemic preparedness plans covered here earlier. It also seems to be connected to this Goldbelt Inc. corporation with much larger revenue, native shareholders, and land holdings bringing the people of Alaska into direct participation in the Federal military agenda.
Curiously, this contractor has its feet in both Defense and Medical worlds–the growing connection between these is increasingly becoming chillingly clear as we peruse documents and plans: all evidence points to the slow but definitive build-up of an impending military-medical dictatorship, global and local, to be resisted at all cost by anyone who treasures organic humanity, life, and freedom.
Note for one, that Goldbelt was one of the first Operation Warp Speed contractors, pocketing $125 million to deliver 530 million syringes and needles: “This CARES Act-funded effort is part of the ongoing collaboration between HHS and the DOD’s Joint Acquisition Task Force (JATF) to supply the SNS with critical medical resources.”
The SNS is the Strategic National Stockpile, which stockpiles all manner of medical and emergency products in case of weather, medical, or other emergencies in the USA. That DOD and DHHS–Defense & Health and Human Services–are becoming increasingly chummy was noted in this must-read article examining the testing landscape earlier:

The Defense Assisted Acquisition Cell–DA2–in fact represents the setting-in-stone of the military takeover of Health and Public Health in the name of national security, “bio-security,” and “health security,” callwords used by the WEF and Klaus Schwab as well as by the WHO, rationalizing organizational appropriation of people’s individual choices in healthcare worldwide, a key target for takedown: “Public Health” is the mega callword there, striving to erase individual latitude in healthcare forever.
The DA2 was organized on a Memorandum of Understanding. A FOIA request I made to the DOD for that MOU between Defense and Health projecting a pandemic-preparedness agenda for eternity was lobbed into DHHS’ court and remains unanswered, to be further appealed. What exactly are they hiding?
But their plans are writ large in other documents, a few considered below.
Let’s note first that before that Goldblatt contract, Millipore Sigma, a subsidiary of Merck, a mega German pharmaceutical company, was awarded a 3-year $136.7 million contract to manufacture nitrocellulose membranes for use in antigen testing kits in Sheboygan, Wisconsin–engaging the people of Wisconsin, many deprived of jobs and businesses no doubt by the depredations of COVID-constraints and lockdowns in manufacturing test-materials all the way up to 2025.
83.3 (Freemasonic 33 signaling) million tests are slated for production per month “for COVID-19 testing and future needs.” Multiply that by 36 (3 years worth of production) and you get nearly 3 billion tests: 2.998,800, 000.
Ponder that for a minute: Sheboygan, Wisconsin plans to belt out (nitrocellulose membranes for) 3 billion COVID tests by 2025. Very clear therefore that DOD–along with friendly neighborhood arm DHHS–envisions continuous roll-out of these tests, meaning continued fear-pushing and narrative-building of pandemic, along with constraints, restraints, protocols, all the way into 2025 (after which other pandemics will pick up the agenda, as shown below).
Batteile, Eurofins, and Perkins-Elmer were earlier awarded large contracts to facilitate the forced testing of schoolchildren and other groups through 2022, 2023, 2024, as reported here.
A Reuters article on this contract notes that there are many such testing contracts being handed out, and soon we’ll be seeing a lot more press releases about a lot more companies being pulled into test-manufacturing.
“The government is invoking the Defense Production Act (DPA) to award the contract and has many more similar contracts in the works, the official said. The Biden administration has used the DPA – a 1950s Korean war-era law which gives federal agencies the power to prioritize procurement orders related to national defense – to speed production of swabs and pipettes for COVID-19 test production previously.”
Antigen Tests Still Need Invasive Nasal Swabs
Nitrocellulose membranes are used in pregnancy tests and offer a convenient, snappy, portable portmanteau for COVID tests.
The antigen lateral flow assay and immunoassay tests being produced to replace the phased-out and false-positive, faulty PCR tests will still need nasal or throat swabbing–at “point-of-care” at primary doctors’ offices or at home–to produce patient samples of saliva or sputum. Nasal swabs being pushed into nostrils and throats therefore have not ended.
What is especially concerning is that these tests are being slated for regular and repeated use for children, and for all adults making regular visits to their doctors’ offices. What they presage is a complete overturning of bodily freedom as we have it and a complete paradigm shift into slavish submission to medical technicians, primary care doctors, and school nurses on a permanent basis as children are forced to test continually–every day in public schools in fact if they evidence one little sniffle or cough–as well as mask continually and be sent off to get the mRNA-based vaccines continually, as the COVID-narrative expands into the Delta-variant-narrative, and Omicron-variant-narrative, and Next-Greek-letter-narrative.

The intention appears to be to transform reality into a continuous, subjugating round of tests, masks, and vaccines, and getting people used to 1) staying masked and masking their children–a surefire way to increase toxin load and perpetuate disease, as many scientists and physicians have pointed out (only to be censored off all mainstream media and social media, which clearly points to Agenda, not Science); 2) submit nonstop, month after month and year after year to invasive nasal and throat procedures in the name of “COVID tests”; and 3) then line up compliantly for the next round of booster shots and doses laced variably with nanographene and other delectables massing together inside once-organic-human bodies to form synthetic electronic meshes and circuits intended to permit even more invasive remote-access-by-radiation and remote manipulation of body functions and human behavior.
All by way of rationalizing nanobiosensors as “emerging technologies” and inevitable Next-Level progress in telemedicine. DARPA takes full credit for the creation of the mRNA vaccine as a transformer of the human body into a bioreactor–such a remarkable use of language–to create pathogens/biothreats deployed to attack itself. (Something the FDA didn’t notice apparently when they approved the Pfizer and Moderna EUAs.) “Prophylactic antibodies” surely came after. (In Germ Theory, the immune system kicks into action after being attacked by “viruses”; in Terrain Theory, the immune system sends in cleaner cells after toxins invade. We must all be reminded continually that Germ Theory, as Dr. Young, Dr. Kaufman, and many other discerning physicians tell us, with its cornucopia of Viruses, has never been proved.)
DARPA’s ADEPT:PROTECT Vignette tells us mRNA-vaccines were worked on from 2012. (The use of mRNA in drug-delivery for cancer predates this, as discussed in other articles here earlier. The gist of this document and the advertised Strategy on Biodefense and Pandemic Preparedness it aims to build envisions the creation of a very large infrastructure to support a new era of absolute obsession with viruses, virus-detection, virus-spread along with “biomonitoring,” “biosurveillance,” global “pandemic monitoring,” contact-tracing, continuous-testing, continuous submission to new mRNA vaccines (for 26 families of viruses, to be developed), boosters and directives from Pharma-run-CDC-and-Public-Health to isolate, quarantine, lockdown, line up, offer nostrils, mask up, breathe less (masks inhibit breathing), speak less (masks inhibit speaking), double down and comply with every single inane “guidance,” “directive,” and “mandate” from a Virus-Obsessed Government.
What is intended is nothing less than a complete paradigm shift from individual responsibility for your health to a handover of your health completely to the Gestapo of Public Health departments and officials, trusting helplessly in virologists, epidemiologists, and their vast train of physicians, technicians, nurses well-trained by the pharmaceutical industry to believe in the Virus-to-Vaccine pipeline as salvation, surrendering all ability to think for yourself.
What is intended is a complete transformation of reality as we have it into submission and compliance–much as Australia is modeling today (although a great movement is building there and one hopes, will overturn the ongoing tyranny).
What is intended, particularly, is an acceptance of Biodefense, Biosurveillance, Biosecurity: military terms in line with the aggressions and overreach of the ongoing “national security state” also known as a police state. The language of military domineering is not incidental, it appears to have been carefully chosen to fall into the continuum of “Surveillance” which has today become overwhelmingly present, across all arenas of existence. Biosurveillance is an extension of Surveillance, which the ever-growing behemoth of “Security” has appropriated for itself as a right, incrementally no doubt across decades but at this point overwhelmingly, post 9-11 and the incessant War on Terror.
It is this transformation which the merging of Defense and Health in the acquisition arm DA2 portends; the use of language like Medical Defense and Bio Defense attempts to transform how we see health into Battlefield Central–a space for constant fighting-back, as Viruses attack us, and the great Military and Public Health there as our defenders, helping us fight back.
For those still unclear what this is, the Borg of Star Trek offer a clue. Cyborg as a word is the combination of Cybernetics and Organism. In a must-watch interview at the Critically Thinking with Dr. P and Dr. T show on September 30, 2021, Dr. Carrie Madej discusses (with Dr. Larry Palevsky and Dr. Christiane Northrup) what she has found under the microscope in a couple of vials of the Moderna and Johnson and Johnson vaccines and reveals the horrifying discovery of a very strange and seemingly self-aware organism which viewers of the Stew Peters Show where she recently revealed these findings have identified as possibly Hydra Vulgaris.

In that article, which included the publication of flouroscent fibres, self-assembling nano particulates, and apparent carbon nanotubes, Dr. Madej also mentioned a seemingly self-conscious spidery-looking organism coming to the edge of the plate and seemingly rising up to look at the eyepiece of the microscope. Here in the Dr. T and Dr. P interview, she describes this further, explaining that after viewers informed her about the Hydra Vulgaris which does have the capacity to balance on adhesive feet, she thinks that what she saw may well be this very organism since it did seem to be able to balance itself on one sticky leg and rise up in space to weave about.

Further delving into this information online she found that Hydra Vulgaris is seen as one of the 6 “model organisms” by the Human Genome Project and is being studied at the University of Davis in the biology department at the level of gene sequences as illustrated here for its remarkable properties of regeneration and renewal and seeming immortality.
Turns out the National Genome Research Institute has a whole project devoted to this organism titled the Hydra 2.0 Genome Project Portal and has several Universities engaged in the study of this organism, a strain of which has been created from a single polyp picked up from a Japanese swamp.
Dr. Madej also mentions that she found that the hydra vulgaris is being studied in cancer research in mRNA usage for drug delivery along with gold nanorobots and DNA-coated gold nanoparticles, as in this article: DNA – Coated gold nanoparticles for the detection of mRNA in live Hydra vulgaris animals.
Clearly, she says this opens up a new field of inquiry for all serious researchers regarding how these organisms are being used and studied in the Human Genome Project, their connections to the Humans 2.0 transhumanism project, and their implications for the current ongoing conversion of human biology to transhuman biology–a non-consented human-transformation project which really should be named a major scientific Crime Against Humanity.
This latter, Dr. Christiane Northrup notes, is something that has been ongoing for a long time through the aerosols, the water, the chem trails: we probably all have these and other organisms, she says–both actual biological organisms and parasites at the micro level, as well as synthetic biology with AI-fibres or carbon nanotubes, Morgellons’ fibres–in our bodies and we all need to work on removing these parasites from our bodies. She mentions detox protocols from Gene Decode (Blessed 2 Teach) and alfalfa baths to draw out the organisms.
Notably, the Carnicom Disclosure Project has been revealing the findings of transhumanism intentions from the aerosols–as evidenced in Morgellons fibres, strange syn-bio bacteria, and nanoparticulates and nanobiology found in rainwater, soil, blood, urine, tissue–for over twenty years now, and confirmation of what Dr. Northrup suggests can be found in Clifford Carnicom’s reports and papers, as discussed here earlier.

The big question now of course is, as Dr. Palevsky enumerates: how does a “model organism” get into a vaccine, how much do the vaccinated have to suffer before scientists in government and Universities step forward to examine the vaccines themselves, under microscopes, and how contaminated does a vaccine have to be before it is pulled from the market?
Very bad actors with very dark transhumanist intentions clearly are experimenting on a horrific scale with these vaccines, much as history teaches us other manic experimenters and controlling despots have in the past; the main focus now is, how can they be stopped–and how can this information reach the world?
Given Moderna’s funding by DARPA, it must be noted this vaccine is clearly a Military Bioweapons Experimentation Project, with, as has been established, complete lack of research controls, no clinical trials, no disclosure on vaccine ingredients--now found by multiple teams of researchers to be extremely dangerous to human health, loaded with nanometallics, graphene, PEG lipids, self-assembling nanotech, flourescing nanotech, and now also parasites and microorganisms, in addition to their base bioweapons profile of thrusting mRNA into cells to provoke the manufacture of pathogenic spike proteins. Deaths and vaccine injuries continue to mount into the millions at VAERS databases--and the reason is now clear, given what we are learning has been put into these killer vaccines. Dr. Northrup recently named these vaccines a “murder weapon” and that does not seem to be an exaggeration.
Other Parasites Traced to the Blood of Vaccinated People
A significant discovery that has been made recently is that parasites–the same parasites identified in the vaccines– have been found in the blood of vaccinated people.
Trympanosoma Cruzi, found in Pfizer vaccine
The parasite Trympanosoma Cruzi found in the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine by a team of scientists as reported here, has been found in the blood of a vaccinated person who recorded her adverse reactions in the CDC VAERS database and in several others recorded in the MHRA Yellow Card database, as reported here. These parasites are linked to heart disease–which is indeed being reported by thousands who have taken the Pfizer and other vaccines.
Now, in breaking news today (Oct 2, 2021), Dr. Young has published two new micrographs in his cornerstone Electron Scanning Microscopy article, showing the presence of Graphene and Parasites in blood clots found in dried blood from a vaccinated individual, which he has described in detail in Newsbreak 134 at Ramola D Reports recorded today, to be published shortly.
This is a larger and highly unsettling story in itself, which will be reported separately at this site shortly.
Nanolipids and Flouroscence Found in Johnson and Johnson Vaccine; Micro Creature with Tentacles Found in Moderna Vaccine
Dr. Carrie Madej’s descriptions of her findings on the Sep 29 Stew Peters show (video linked below) reveal that the Johnson and Johnson vaccine, supposedly a viral vector vaccine and not an mRNA vaccine such as the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, are also loaded with allergenic fatty lipids and greasy PEG (polyethylene glycol) as her pictures of what she found under her optical compound microscope (posted below) illustrate.
In addition, she says she found all kinds of bright and vibrant colors emerging from the drops of vaccine on her plate, which, in conversation with nanotechnologists and biotech engineers she has found to be superconductive nanoparticulates flourescing on activation with white light (which the microscope is equipped with) and possibly related to injectable computer systems–of the kind being surmised to form nanobiosensors which are indeed part of the documented transhumanist, bio-digitizing plans for humanity the transhumanism-pushers have published (some of which was reported here earlier).
She also describes in this conversation the micro-organism with tentacles and adhesive feet pictured above and identified tentatively as Hydra Vulgaris, from viewer comments and information after this interview.

Disturbing information about nano graphene oxide is now surfacing after the recent bombshell report by La Quinta Columna scientists and University of Almeria marking a high volume–98-99% of contents–of Nano Graphene Oxide and only a tiny fraction of the much-touted mRNA in the Pfizer and Astrazeneca vaccines, with the Pfizer vaccine content covered earlier here , Astrazeneca content covered here.
Delving into the public-domain scientific literature published on nano graphene oxide or GO, the fact that GO has long been researched and developed for use as biosensor and electrochemical sensor, as well as in neuroscience applications to breach the Blood-Brain Barrier and convey biomolecules, magnetic nanoparticles, drugs, and mRNA to the brain for neuro imaging, magnetic resonance imaging, gene therapy and cancer therapy is readily available.
Couple that with information from a number of White House, NASA, Rand Corporation, and other strategy and futurism documents on the intended NBIC (Nano Bio Info Cogno) Convergence or Human-Machine Convergence which the transhumanists and WEF globalists have decided–without consultation, without public consent, without open discussion–is the direction all of humanity is going to be steered in, add in statements made by Elon Musk and Ray Kurzweil on their dreamed-of AI Singularity needing millions of brains tied-in, toss in a side of crackly Secrecy, and you have all the makings here for a Mega Crime Against Humanity.
It’s not just a few “mad scientists” and transhumanists though, its entire agencies, divisions of military and governments, entire University programs and research institutions, thousands of glossy-eyed graduate students and academics fired up about neuro imaging of whole brains and apolitically roped into biosurveillance without recognizing the larger ramifications of their involvement, who have been slowly but surely steering the ship toward Full Spectrum Borg: brain enslavement & 24/7 bio surveillance of human beings, Internet of Bodies, Internet of Bio Nano Things, Cerebral Internet, and given no choice about it.
Any wonder they have been obsessed with “a needle in every arm” and needing “all 7 billion vaccinated”? It’s not just about genome takeover with mRNA insertions and spike protein factory-making but full spectrum brain and bio control, transformation of health freedom into Public-Health-run, centralized digital “health” monitoring, management, and control–all via nano biosensors and 5G/6G, exactly as Dr. Carrie Madej has been describing. There also appear to be intentions to transform–or degrade–the energy and vibrational signature of humans at the molecular level via effecting changes in cellular and DNA resonance.
No matter apparently if thousands die and hundreds of thousands suffer horrific adverse reactions to their investigational drug delivery via experimental “vaccine”: the goal is humanity brain and body takeover for Assimilation-into-the-Borg (predictive programming courtesy Star Trek) and collateral damage to be ignored.
Not until and unless humans across the planet recognize the gravity of the situation and act decisively and collectively to halt these vaccines, as well as all efforts by governments to subjugate and enslave them through a myriad of means focused around the unproven and entirely fraudulent “pandemic” will these atrocities come to an end.
The possibility for intravenous injection of electrochemical and magnetic nanosensors intending continuous and real-time bio-monitoring and neuro-monitoring as well as neuromodulation definitely exists, this is proved in a basic perusal of the scientific literature on the subject.
1. High Graphene Oxide Content in the Pfizer Vaccine is Indicated by Optical and Electron Microscopy as well as now UV Fluoroscence Analysis.
The latest information from La Quinta Columna scientist Dr. Jose Sevillano suggests that UV Fluoroscence analysis conducted by Dr. Pablo Campo Madrid indicates the presence of Graphene Oxide.
“In program nº 77, La Quinta Columna shared the results of a UV fluorescence analysis performed on Pfizer’s vaccination vial.
The graph was provided by Prof. Dr. Pablo Campra, who has been leading the analysis of the vial using different techniques (optical and electron microscopy, spectroscopy, among others).
According to the results of the UV fluorescence analysis, the peak reached by the nanomaterial present in the vial corresponds perfectly to that of graphene oxide (340 nm).”
2. Biosensing/Nanotechnology Biosensing has long been studied by the military and Air Force for stated purposes of health monitoring, real-time cognitive monitoring, performance enhancement, “Supersoldiering,” and targeted “read-write” access to brain functions.
It is possible that the study of nano bio-sensing and nano neural monitoring in Universities has largely been led by Defense grants under “dual-use” focus (military and civilian use), with obvious implications for the development of neuroweaponry, as openly discussed in recent times by various military neuroscientists such as Dr. James Giordano and Dr. Charles Morgan, some of their work reported here: Public Disclosure on Neuro Weapons and Neuro Technologies In Use Today, but also under projected guise of aiding airmen and supporting soldiers: the implications for manipulating physiology, cognition, brain functions of every kind are obviously enormous:
“The Air Force Research Laboratory’s Materials and Manufacturing Directorate (AFRL/RX) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base is conducting ground-breaking research in how the molecular structures that make up some of nature’s most interesting materials interact with nonbiological materials to create effective, low-cost and easily manufactured sensing platforms….
The team is developing non-invasive platforms that include a comfortable, long-lasting patch made from biocompatible materials that can be printed with electronic sensors and worn on the body for several days at a time.
Also being developed are sensors made of lightweight, inexpensive filter paper that optically detect miniscule changes in the body’s chemistry and a platform that uses graphene’s unique electronic capabilities to develop biosensing capabilities that are selective for “state-of-the-body” markers they detect.”
The AFRL (Air Force Research Laboratory) awarded a research grant in 2009 to the no-doubt deliberately named BIONIC (Bio-nano-enabled Inorganic/Organic Nanostructures and Improved Cognition) Center at Georgia Tech, with intended collaboration from Ohio State University, Emory University, and mega Defense contractor Lockheed Martin.
“The $10.5 million Center, known as the Bio-nano-enabled Inorganic/Organic Nanostructures and Improved Cognition (BIONIC) center, is being led by Vladimir Tsukruk and Kenneth Sandhage, professors in Georgia Tech’s School of Materials Science and Engineering.
“Advanced materials is an area of importance for the Air Force since the landscape of materials science is rapidly changing and bio-nano-materials are classes of pervasive materials that exhibit unique capabilities and have the potential to address Air Force needs,” explained Rajesh Naik, a scientist in the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Materials and Manufacturing Directorate. “In addition, improved cognition tools are required for assessing the cognitive ability of the warfighter as we ask for more from our human operators in the most demanding environments.”
The BIONIC center includes a group of core members from six departments within the Georgia Tech Colleges of Sciences and Engineering, a researcher at The Ohio State University, and scientists and engineers at AFRL. Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company is also an industrial collaborator….
U.S. Air Force analysts must remain attentive to computers and controls for hours at a time, so we aim to find a molecular signature of cognition that is sensitive to changes in stress levels and correlate these molecules with functional brain maps using magnetic resonance imaging techniques,” said LaPlaca. “We want to learn about a warfighter’s physiological response to different situations and use this information to optimize training and work effectiveness.”
Among their aims was “designing, fabricating, characterizing and simulating the performance of inorganic/organic nanocomposites for tunable, adaptive materials” and “develop(ing) tools and assessment methods to optimize critical cognitive processes of the modern warfighter.”
The rather technical but vastly interesting report which came out of five years of research projects by those BIONIC scientists probing bio-sensing, cognition, “real-time cognitive monitoring” and “targeted intervention in brain activities” is posted online here and can be perused below.
Graphene is mentioned as well, in its utility as a nano electronics delivery platform for bio sensing and drug delivery.
3. Graphene Oxide Biosensors have been widely studied for use in Nano Bio Medicine as also in other fields of use.
There is a great deal of scientific literature–and a lot of excitement in these circles–on the use of Graphene and Graphene Oxide in electrochemical biosensing and nano electronics, by virtue of the properties of Graphene–a single, 2-dimensional layer of carbon atoms arranged in a honeycomb lattice which is just one-atom-thick, and derived from the naturally-occurring Graphite, isolated in its single-layer form in 2004, by two scientists who won the 2010 Nobel Prize in Physics, Andre Geim and Konstantin Novoselov, now both at the University of Manchester, for this accomplishment. Graphene’s “exceptional” properties spanning “quantum mechanical, electrical, chemical, mechanical, optical, magnetic” fields have made it meteorically important, it has particularly made a splash in the world of nanotechnology and neural technology.
“Graphene oxide (GO) is one of the most attributed materials for opening new possibilities in the development of next generation biosensors. Due to the coexistence of hydrophobic domain from pristine graphite structure and hydrophilic oxygen containing functional groups, GO exhibits good water dispersibility, biocompatibility, and high affinity for specific biomolecules as well as properties of graphene itself partly depending on preparation methods. These properties of GO provided a lot of opportunities for the development of novel biological sensing platforms, including biosensors based on fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET), laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (LDI-MS), surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS), and electrochemical detection.”
Graphene Oxide is used in conjunction with magnetic nanoparticles and biomolecules:
Graphene-Based Biosensors offers a good overview of graphene use in biosensors, DNA-sensors for the monitoring of glucose levels, DNA-sensing, and testing for bacteria and viruses.
Not surprisingly, the graphene market is accelerating in size and application. The EU recently invested 1Billion Euros to create a research project titled The Graphene Flagship:
“Six years ago, the European Union (EU) embarked on an ambitious project to create a kind of Silicon Valley for the “wonder material” of the last decade: graphene. The project—called the Graphene Flagship—would leverage €1 billion over 10 years to push graphene into commercial markets. The project would bring together academic and industrial research institutes to not only ensure graphene research would be commercialized, but to also make Europe an economic powerhouse for graphene-based technologies.”
4. Graphene Oxide Biosensors have especially been studied and are in use for Neural Interfaces with Neurons, Drug and Gene/mRNA delivery past the Blood Brain Barrier, Neuro Imaging, Brain Mapping, Real-Time Cognitive Monitoring.
Brain and Central Nervous System
The use of nano graphene in studying the functioning of brains and the Central Nervous System (CNS) especially for transmission of drugs across the Blood Brain Barrier (BBB) in vivo in real-time has been heralded as a breakthrough.
The review cited above focuses on specific aspects of nano graphene considered vital to future neuroscience applications, “(i) G as nano-carrier for drug and gene delivery; (ii) G interaction with the BBB; and (iii) G-based 2D and 3D composites for neural regeneration, stimulation and recording” which includes study of Graphene Oxide-PEG (Poly Ethylene Glycol) composites.
(PEG has been reported as an ingredient in the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, and also studied as a cause for anaphylaxis in reaction to these vaccines:
Nanographene oxide in particular has been used in drug-delivery and RNA/gene-delivery in cancer gene-therapy and chemotherapy. Further, graphene oxide properties are used in magnetic resonance and fluoroscence imaging:

5. High biomedical use despite the fact that Graphene and Graphene Oxide toxicity is reported as significant
Studies published online report that graphene nanoparticles have been found to be toxic to multiple organs. Intravenous injection to convey graphene nanoparticles into the bloodstream has also been studied in mice. Several papers report that biocompatibility and toxicity of Graphene in biomedical applications has been insufficiently studied.
“GFNs (Graphene Family Nanoparticles) can induce acute and chronic injuries in tissues by penetrating through the blood-air barrier, blood-testis barrier, blood-brain barrier, and blood-placenta barrier etc. and accumulating in the lung, liver, and spleen etc. For example, some graphene nanomaterials aerosols can be inhaled and substantial deposition in the respiratory tract, and they can easily penetrate through the tracheobronchial airways and then transit down to the lower lung airways, resulting in the subsequent formation of granulomas, lung fibrosis and adverse health effects to exposed persons [2, 29].“…
“Intravenous injection is also widely used to assess the toxicity of graphene nanomaterials, and graphene circulates through the body of mice in 30 min, accumulating at a working concentration in the liver and bladder [32, 50–52].“
6. Magnetogenetics, Nanobioelectronics, Human-Machine Interfaces Linked via 4G/5G/6G to Cloud Computing, Smart Phones, Internet of Things Show that Neurons Can be Accessed and Influenced Remotely.
A variety of technologies being used to access and influence targeted neurons reveal that brain behaviors and functions can be modified from a distance.
Human-Machine interfaces via “smart skin,” nanobioelectronics (using such tools as graphene oxide/carbon nanotubes biosensors and imprintable sensing sheets), along with “digital nervous systems” linking implantable/injectable nanobiosensors with Wireless Body Area Networks (WBANs) and Cloud Computing/IoT have been long studied and are being developed and tested.

7. DARPA is running numerous research and development projects with multiple technologies involving Nanobiosensors to remotely access, activate, deactivate, monitor, control and manage Human Brains and the Central Nervous System.
Under cover of “health care for our warfighters,” DARPA’s ElectrX program essays full-spectrum human body takeover: “Potential new approaches include in vivo, real-time biosensors and novel neural interfaces using optical, acoustic, electromagnetic, or engineered biology strategies to achieve precise targeting with potentially single-axon resolution.”
The defense agency announces funding for 7 projects under its new ElectRx program
Polina Anikeeva, one of the awardees under that DARPA ElectRx program is an Associate Professor in Materials Science and Electronics at MIT whose group “has created flexible multifunctional fibers capable of electrophysiological recordng, optical neuromodulation, and delivery of genes and drugs into the mammalian brain and spinal cord. In addition, her group has demonstrated that magnetic nanomaterials can wirelessly transduce magnetic fields into thermal and chemical stimuli to neurons in deep brain.”
The dizzying array of neurotechnologies now available, from wireless radiation to ultrasound to fMRI to optical imaging to magnetogenetics to remote-access, monitor, study, neuromodulate, neurostimulate, and otherwise neurotransform the human brain at the level of individual neurons, in a precision-targeted way using magnetic nanoparticles and neural dust, among other means, is indicated by this impressive summary penned by Dr. Anikeeva and Dr. Liqun Luo, a Neurobiology Professor from Stanford University for an edition of Current Opinion in Neurobiology in 2018: Editorial Opinion: NeuroTechnologies
Obviously this is now a major field of cross-disciplinary scientific inquiry with implications for both the improvement of human health within a consensual medical context and the remote-access and modification of human brains without consent within an Orwellian neuroweapons and neurocontrol, neuro-behavioral context, with potential for totalitarian military subjugation of individuals and groups: a field which urgently needs further study and reportage by all concerned citizens on the planet.
8. Universities and Private Foundations under military or non-military contracts and programs are also studying Neuromodulation and Neurocontrol of the Human Brain.
Also a subject requiring further investigational and journalistic scrutiny, this June 2018 report by Neely, Piech, Maharbiz, Carmena at Current Opinions in Neurobiology on Neural Dust and neural interface platforms–Recent advances in Neural Dust: Towards a Neural Interface Platform— reveals much regarding the interest in permanent access of human brains using ultrasound and neural dust–note the interest in “chronic neural interfaces” and the fact that at least one of the researchers here has ties to the Chan Zuckerberg Hub:
“The neural dust platform uses ultrasonic power and communication to enable a scalable, wireless, and batteryless system for interfacing with the nervous system. Ultrasound offers several advantages over alternative wireless approaches, including a safe method for powering and communicating with sub mm-sized devices implanted deep in tissue. Early studies demonstrated that neural dust motes could wirelessly transmit high-fidelity electrophysiological data in vivo, and that theoretically, this system could be miniaturized well below the mm-scale. Future developments are focused on further minimization of the platform, better encapsulation methods as a path towards truly chronic neural interfaces, improved delivery mechanisms, stimulation capabilities, and finally refinements to enable deployment of neural dust in the central nervous system.”
9. Human-Machine Symbiosis with Artificial Intelligence is Seen as Inevitable by Elon Musk, Ray Kurzweil, Other Transhumanists (who are working to make it happen, classified and non-classified).
In recent interviews and talks, Elon Musk has spoken about the need to “solve the bandwidth problem”–by which he means the speed of communication with one’s “digital tertiary layer” (or smart phone or digital self online) by implanting a neural interface such as Neuralink, which would allow for “conceptual telepathy” or direct download of concepts and thoughts from one brain to another minus the slow and laborious “compression-decompression” of verbalizing & comprehension which language embodies (in his view). The fact that computers communicate information at trillions of bits per second while human brains operate at a dismally slow pace and human fingers type at 10 bits per second could be leveraged via neural interfaces to accelerate “human-machine symbiosis with AI” which many transhumanists immersed in technological visions for the future see as inevitable.
While references to Neuralink made by Musk and others reference a “voluntary” implanting of the neural interface, Elon Musk has also worked on and spoken about Neuralace or a mesh of electronic fibres colonizing the brain as being introduced–possibly non-consensually–into the brain via injection.
Nanotechnology–specifically nano-devices or nanobots have long been envisioned by Ray Kurzweil, author of The Singularity is Near, as the means by which humans will eventually merge into machines and be linked to AI. Interestingly, it is the decade of the 2020s-2030 that Kurzweil predicted would see the acceleration of nanotechnology to the point of sophistication of Blood-brain-barrier breaching which indeed is what graphene oxide, carbon nanotubes and other nanoparticles are found to be capable of today.
In the clip below which pulls together a few of Musk’s statements from different interviews and talks, Musk talks about the need for “widespread” adoptance of neural interfaces in order for AI and human-machine symbiosis to occur. Given the inherent “stealth” profile of nanotechnology such as Graphene Oxide (so tiny it can be hidden in anything) and given the amount of work being done by military divisions on nanotechnology and neural interfaces, one must wonder whether voluntary human consent will be taken into consideration in the drive by transhumanist neuroscientists to merge humanity with computers and AI. Chem trails and vaccines could be two areas or delivery mechanisms for neural dust and nanotech where consent is being overridden.
Elon Musk’s original Neuralink presentation, where his interest in merging everyone via Brain Machine Interfaces with AI –“This is extremely important”–is palpable:
10. The work of Clifford Carnicom and others in analyzing aerosol-sourced Synthetic Biology filaments, nanoparticulates, novel cross-domain bacteria, and Morgellons points to long-term Transhumanism/Colonization by Smart Nano being visited on all Without Consent.
Tremendous work has been done by Clifford Carnicom in his meticulous study of soil, water, blood, airborne filament samples from around the world, recorded in his 350 research papers stored for further investigation at his site. Military operations lie behind the ubiquitous chem trails, it appears, and the undisclosed agendas of Transhumanism and Bio/Digital Convergence via breathed-in nanoparticulates might well be behind the constant spraying.

The US Government has advertised its interest and obsession with leading a Global Nano-Bio-Info-Cogno (NBIC) Convergence which includes Human-Machine Symbiosis with AI, and is clearly led by crazed Transhumanists keen to end Humanity and usher in Homo Cyberneticus, Humans 2.0, Robotus Multitudinus and Borg Consume-all-of-Us.
One has to wonder who exactly permits such (juvenile) science-fiction “strategizing” in Government but it becomes clear soon enough that the Transhumanists and and Borg’ists have taken over.
The Nano-Bio-Info-Cogno (NBIC) Convergence is not the fantasy of a thirteen-year-old brought up on Star Trek dreams of the Borg colonizing the multiverse–or perhaps it is!–but the considered lunacy of several transhumanist technocrats ensconced deep in government.

Roco and William Sims Bainbridge, National Science Foundation/June 2002” document, posted below, which makes for scintillant reading Under the Influence to quell panic (wine, beer, or cognac a must) and establishes rather definitively that the writers and strategists behind it –NASA, NIH, Navy, NSF, DARPA, Sandia, Universities of California, Virginia, Arkansas, to name a few–are profoundly anti-human, anti-organic, anti-natural, and anti-creation.

Convergence Education: The Future of Brainwashing in K-12 Schools
Perusal of this absurdist document (above) (might lead to palpitations) quickly establishes there is an obsession with nanotechnology here, borne out by the slides in the 2017 presentation below by Mihail C. Roco of the National Science Foundation, who educates all on who exactly is involved (various departments of US Government) and what their intentions for “Convergence” globally (“You Vill be Assimilated”) are, with emphasis on how the education of children is aimed to change, with “Convergence Education”:
It’s like the arrival of Nano on the scene has heralded a Halleluia moment for the Transhumanists, from which they will never recover.
Admittedly Mad Scentists
Then there’s the “Mad Scientists” Futures vision from Futurist Dr. Ian Pearson of Futurizon, whose projections probably match closely with those of Klaus Schwab and Ray Kurzweil–This slideshow is (accurately) titled Mad Scientists:
At the base of it all, stands Nanotechnology, hand in hand with Biotech. This map of Nanoelectronics programs in Universities across America, for instance, published in “Science and technology convergence: with emphasis for nanotechnology-inspired convergence” by Mihail Roco, Senior Advisor for Nanotechnology at the National Science Foundation (NSF) and “a key architect of the National Nanotechnology Initiative, founding Chair of the U.S. National ScienceandTechnology Council’s Subcommittee on Nano scale Science, Engineering and Technology (NSET)” reveals a pervasive interest in the semi-conductor, thin film transistor properties of nano materials such as graphene and graphene oxide–qualities which enhance their use as biosensor and neural interface for use in physiological and brain monitoring:

Speculation: Given all above, it is entirely possible that Graphene Oxide biosensors, concocted as nano-composites wth PEG lipid nanoparticles, mRNA, and magnetic nanoparticles, able to cross the BBB with gene-load and drug-load, have been included in the COVID vaccines with BCI-AI “Convergence” intent.
The truth will be known (more definitively) with further testing of vaccine contents and futher analyses from the La Quinta Columna and University of Almeria scientists, as well as corroboration by other scientists willing to test the vaccines and uncover their contents worldwide.
As it stands, all the ingredients are gathered here together for a most plausible Crime Report.
The NBIC initiative, coupled with “covered research” and incomplete vaccine trials suggest that it is entirely possible these COVID vaccines have been used, in stealth, as a delivery mechanism for nanobiosensors and neurobiosensors.
Given the massive blood clotting post-vaccine being reported, the high numbers of deaths, and the connections with graphene noted (graphene is toxic and causes thrombi or blood clots), it is past time to halt these vaccines.
And for all those who question the validity of the research published by La Quinta Columna and challenge the plausibility of Graphene Oxide being found in the vaccines, no doubt time–and further analyses by others–will reveal the truth; meanwhile, it is clear that Graphene Oxide is being used widely in nanobiosensors and neural interfaces, that it is toxic, and that it can be induced into the human body via injection and aerosol.
