Police Cannot Run Section 12s, and Neither Police, Lawyers, Judges, Courts Nor Psychiatrists Can Execute “Civil Commitments”, Particularly on Writers and Journalists Reporting Police and Medical and Military Crimes–Part II | 3-29-2025 [Opinion, In-Fact]

- “Mental Illness” is an arbitrary judgement made by people who study Medicine, are given the title MD, Doctor of Medicine, and thence Psychiatrist or Doctor of Psychiatry, which latter term, itself invented, is an arbitrary designation for a field of study which is speculative and not science-based.
- “Mental Illness” under separate headings or names is attached to people’s medical records by Psychiatrists, operating under “authority” of the arbitrary DSM, which permits psychiatrists to Label people as per whim and fantasy, for the entire construct of Labels is fictional. Labels which are constructs thus affixed by psychiatrists thus are not Fact but arise from Fictional or Fantastical Construct & Coven & Conspiracy and cannot be seen as universally relevant, they cannot in fact be applied to anyone in the world, and they cannot be used to dismiss anyone in the world as “Mentally Ill.”
- There is in fact no such thing as Mental Illness. [“Pretending to be deranged” however is definitely a thing, and all the “Surveillance Role Players” well-prepped and paid who cluster in to ERs at hospitals and Psych Wards–as witnessed and observed by this writer at 3 Boston-area hospitals now–certainly manifest different forms of it, being Actors, and Liars, and in the payment of Lie World which runs the DSM, Psychiatry, Medicine, Health Insurance Corporations, and Governments–which are Service Corporations, whose Services one can decline.]
- Those who affix such labels to people in fact are operating in Crime, for they seek to Label and thereby Disappear such people: the Label is the Stigma–and current-day maneuvers by Departments of Mental Health, as in Massachusetts, to “Stop the Stigma!” are a joke, for the Label is the Stigma; to call a person Mentally Ill in any way is to Stigmatize, Disappear, and Discriminate against that person–person here being used to refer to anyone alive–and pave the way for the Removal of Human Rights and Civil Rights for that person.
- In the Lie World of De Facto, Maritime, Admiralty, “Person” refers to an “Individual” known by his or her “Identity”–a driver’s license, a birth certificate, a passport inside the larger government service corporation–and also known as a sub-franchise corporation: Individuals are corporations, a base Deception which is a part of the Birth Certificate Cest Que Vie Trust registration system.
- Living beings cannot be captured, touched, attacked, or labeled.
- We are all living beings–which is why we all need to make our declarations of being alive and step out of the Crime-Practicing birth-certificate-registering system.
- Living beings cannot be “civilly committed” either, by anyone. Life is a gift from God, and no Earthly persona, person, group, or organization can remove Life from anyone. Civil Commitment is a removal of one’s freedom to Be, and no Earthly persona, person, group, or organization can remove that freedom to Be, for anyone.
- The “Section 12” “law” in Massachusetts which says it allows for “Emergency Restraint and Hospitalization of Persons Posing Risk of Serious Harm by Reason of Mental Illness” is an Unconscionable allowance posing as law, and a False-premise allowance posing as law, which cannot be considered law by anyone alive, and is certainly not Law for any Living Being standing on the Land and Soil of the country of Massachusetts. Mental Illness is an arbitrary judgment and opinion, psychiatrists who are medical physicians who confer such opinions and judgments are essentially making claims and only claims, psychiatrists who use the DSM to lend credence to their claims are DSM-Cultists and operating in Fiction–the realm of fabrication, construct, contrivance, opinion.
- Police cannot respond to every so-called “complaint” from lying mercenaries targeting and stalking people in their own homes, their own neighborhoods, and their own towns and cities, anywhere in public, and ambush people, automatically assume “Guilt” of some sort, attack them with sudden porch visits and crazed doorbell-ringing and “make contact” or “ask questions”, acting as instant Judge and Jury, and playing Street and Neighborhood Court, without a jury and without Due Process: That is Unlawful. Through this means, random strangers, planted mercenaries, pirates and profiteers can arbitrarily “make complaints” and commit Fraud as they abuse the 911 system and call Police on Lies, with intention of Malice to attack and subjugate their targets, often whom they are stalking, radio-stalking, radio-attacking, and brain-experimenting on (as has occurred frequently in this neighborhood to this Writer and Journalist): Unacceptable. Police cannot act against anyone on the Complaints and Lies of mercenaries working for a “Stealth Operation” “Unacknowledged Special Access Program” using actual RF Weaponry which damages their bodies and brains, essentially running Jeffrey Dahmer protection operations on Dahmer-victims so they can be Cannibalized in peace, to the comfort of the Radio-Slaving Abusers. Police cannot take sides, nor can they ambush anyone, taking sides: they are not Judges, Magistrates, Juries.
- Police cannot show up at your door–based on anyone’s Malicious Call to 911, alleging Harassment, or Fear of someone, or Inability to Control anyone–and name you Mentally Ill, either by accessing previous Labeling on medical records affiliated with your name, which are Cultist Opinion, falsely applied, or by choosing to attack you physically and your reputation, socially, by attributing to you, such attendant labeling as “Crisis” “Psychosis” “Grandiose ideation” “Paranoia” or any other, DSM-derived, which is Cultic-Lingo, or Narrative-derived–for Government Service Corporations which are building a Narrative on websites and documents use such language in order to politically persecute and disappear people they don’t like, for reason of exercise of Intellect, Reason, Independent Thinking, Soul, Conscience, or Will, and this includes children, under 16 and over 16, which in itself indicates exactly how corrupt and criminal this “Section 12” is. - Police cannot capture people, calling them Mentally Ill and “in crisis” or “in psychosis” when they are speaking, or sitting quietly in their own homes on their own couch, being ill–as Quincy Police did, twice, to this writer, when engaged such, on April 14, 2022 and December 20, 2022.
- Police and “licensed social workers” or “mental health professionals” they call “co-responders” or “clinical co-responders” who land at your door and grab you are not psychiatrists, and psychiatrists themselves who use Labeling are running and participating in a DSM-Cult, which no one else needs to participate in. [The way to step way out of reach of this cult, especially in Massachusetts, where Police pay no attention to any Law, including the actual verbiage on this Unconscionable One–as this writer has certainly experienced now, on both such occasions, mentioned above, and on others, FOIA-queried about and reported–is to get on Land and Soil, declare yourself and family alive, and ensure Police understand your political status of American on Land and Soil with the American Peace flag, which this writer has had flying at her front door for quite some time now, which Police cannot ignore, and drop all your previous forms of ID–which are invalidated by your stepping onto Land and Soil and declaring yourself alive–choosing instead only your new forms of affiliation and identification as a Massachusetts state assembly member, state national, and American state national.] Basically, neither police, nor LSWs, nor Psych Nurses nor Psych Docs can actually land at your door and state you are “in crisis” or “in psychosis” and “need to be hospitalized” or “need a psychiatric evaluation”; none of these can come to your door, ever, to procure your living body for DSM-Cult Use or alleging DSM-Cult-Ownership-via-Label or in DSM-Cult-Proselytizing-Activity, for the attribution of Mental Illness involves Labeling, which is Stigma, which is Denigration, which is Discrimination–which latter is against all human rights and civil rights Law.
- The “Section 12” is more than presumptuous, it is unlawful. It needs to be struck from the books, and Police need to be made aware they cannot arbitrarily come onto your land or enter your living quarters and capture you or your family members, anytime, on anyone’s behest, alleging “Mental Illness.”
- Nor can anyone else, neither EMS services, Physicians, Social Workers, Psychiatrists, “Mental Health” Lawyers. Your rights under all Law are to be safe, secure, and free from capture by anyone for any reason in the comfort and sanctity of your own home, and your own living being: you cannot be captured anytime, anywhere, when outside in public either. If that were the case–open and easy capture anytime just because planted mercenaries nearby “want” your capture for a new and more criminal Label–none of us would be able to breathe, live, or be, in presence of Police. Police and people with rights do not go together. So, frankly, all of this really establishes that Police cannot actually Exist in our midst. They need to be Abolished altogether. 😉
- And until they are: Know Your Rights, and assert them. No one can call you Mentally Ill. And if anyone does, or has in the past, let them know they are wrong, and their Labels are invalidated. Step onto the Land and Soil, and fly the Flag denoting your political status. The capture of people in the USA using Section 12 in Massachusetts–as similar presumptions and unlawfulness in other states–is Political, it has nothing to do with health. Mental health is what we have when we are not being terrorized by armed men with guns showing up at our doorstep, striving to “restrain” us or “detain” us. Mental health is being able to live our own lives, exercise our own judgment, and exist in freedom. Those who go around calling other people Mentally Ill are seeking Political Control over them; call these people out, tear down the Lies of Psychiatry and Psychology, and Expose them: Expose the DSM-Cult, and keep informing the Police they are Wrong when they are, for they are running Political Operations here, and That is Unlawful.–11:34 am, 3/29/2025
- And obviously, when Police show up at your door to arrest, detain, and “hospitalize” you, when you are a Writer and Journalist reporting the criminal use of Anti-Human Spectrum weapons: Microwave weapons, Millimeter wave weapons, Electrical Weapons, Radiated Energy weapons, Acoustic Neurotech weapons, Nanoweapons, on your body and the bodies of others, wielded by contractors working for the Police–NIJ/DOJ/BJA/OJP/FBI/Fusion Centers–or the Military (Navy, Army, Air Force, Marine Corps)–or Intelligence (NSA, DIA, CIA, others)–or “Homeland Security”: the DHS–precisely for that reportage, calling it a sign of Mental Illness, they are obviously behaving criminally: Police, Military, Intelligence, DHS are in fact using these weapons, and it is neither Crime nor Mental Illness to report it. It is Crime in fact not to report crime when you encounter it, especially as a Journalist, with the Duty and Obligation to Report. And it is Crime for such weapons–operating through wall, in stealth–but measurable, recordable–to be used on People at all; those using such Weapons are operating in Crime, and not, as they have started to now publish online, in the interests of “Public Welfare”, “Public Health”, “Public Safety”, “Peacekeeping”, or “Intermediate Force Operation”: None of what they do is acceptable, for these Weapons breach walls, privacy, skin, health, well-being, security, sanctity, autonomy, and Law–and need to be, jointly and completely, wiped from the face of the Earth. –11:49 am, 3/29/2025.
