On September 8, 9, 10, and 11, 2026, members of a panel termed the Allison Inquiry, chaired by Member of Parliament Dean Allison, organized in co-operation with the Covid Testimonial Association, listened to testimonial from dozens of people reporting being injured by the COVID vaccine, as well as others speaking as witnesses reporting different aspects of the catastrophe in Canada succeeding the administration of the COVID vaccine. Fifty witnesses testified over the four days of the hearing.

Numbers Stifled, COVID Vaccine-Injured Not Listened To
In opening the panel, MP Dean Allison and Shawn Buckley the attorney moderating the proceedings spoke of the high numbers found among the vaccine injured and relayed that one of the overwhelming aspects of their testimonials was that they felt not listened to, exhorting the panel to really listen to their stories and testimonials with an open mind.
1400 had applied to be witnesses for this panel, MP Allison reported, and many more had come forward.
Citing the Canadian Government’s own figures, he said “Health Canada and the Public Health Agency of Canada’s COVID-19 Vaccine Safety report recorded over 59,000 adverse event reports following COVID 19 vaccination, including over 11,000 reports classified as serious.”
Doctors’ Reports of Vaccine Injury Not Recognized
But these numbers did not tell the whole story. Several physicians in Canada faced great difficulty in having their reports of vaccine injury recognized by government health departments, reports MP Dean Allison. Dr. Charles Hoff of Linton, British Columbia reported that all 14 of the vaccine injury reports he submitted were rejected or “dismissed as coincidence”. Another doctor familiar with his patients over decades saw serious safety signals among them yet “repeatedly encountered barriers to having those recognized.”
“That raises an important question for this inquiry. If doctors had difficulty reporting suspected injuries, how many Canadians may never have made it into the official statistics at all?” questioned MP Dean Allison.
Only 252 and later an additional 11 claims for COVID vaccine injury were approved by the medical review board after finding only 3000 admissible for review, while the government claimed that $21.5 million had been paid to claimants.
Canada Remiss in Addressing Pandemic Response Until Now, Doctors and MPs Actually Forbidden to Speak of Vaccine Injury
MP Allison reported that over 30 countries have conducted a review or inquiry into the Covid Pandemic response and examined reports of vaccine injuries and deaths but Canada has been remiss, addressing this only now. He made reference to Senator Ron Johnson who has been leading hearings in the US Senate of the Covid mRNA vaccine-induced incidents of death and disability, and who had made the effort to be present at this Canada inquiry to testify.
Shawn Buckley, the Inquiry Counsel reported that MPs in Canada had been prohibited from speaking of vaccine injury.
“These people were the nations. These were Canada’s dirty little secret, the vaccine injured.
Doctors are forbidden to speak about them. A doctor in Canada today cannot openly be questioning the COVID 19 vaccines and not face discipline by their professional college.
MPs are forbidden to publicly speak about the vaccine injured. Before this inquiry, we met with MP after MP after MP and this would be about 6 months ago. And at the time we were just asking, would it be possible for you to sit at a table and publicly listen to vaccine-injured Canadians speak about their injuries? And the answer unanimously was no, this is not politically possible.“
Media Has Not Covered Vaccine Injury
Shawn Buckley mentioned CBC, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, and said “let’s extend that to the mainstream media because they are the ones who set the pace and message for much of this nation” suggesting that they had not covered the mRNA COVID vaccine injury either.

Families Are Forbidden to Speak About Vaccine Injury
“We learned that families are being forbidden to speak about vaccine injury,” reported counsel Shawn Buckley.
He said over 1400 applications of vaccine injury had been received by them, even though media coverage it seems of the intended inquiry in September had been non-existent.
He reported that two of the cases they had selected had to back out because of intense family pressure. “We slotted them in and then they backed out because of family pressure. So, one of them told me, You know, my daughter-in-law made it clear that if I testify, I will never see my grandchildren again.“
A sad family phenomenon many in the health and truth movements have experienced, since the untested mRNA vaccine rollout in late 2020, as family members persuaded by CDC propaganda to take the Covid vaccine shunned and attacked those who questioned its validity and refused to submit to mRNA gene-destroying experimentation.
Internet Access Crashed Midway Through Live Meeting While Reporting Horrific Vaccine Injury
Interestingly, Internet access crashed just as Counsel Shawn Buckley was relaying that various of the invited witnesses had reported difficulties brought on by their extreme vaccine injury, such as one needing dialysis on the originally scheduled date, and another needing to arrive in a wheelchair with back-up battery access since they needed IVs for both feeding and expulsion of waste.
The fact is, these horrific injuries were brought on by the COVID Vaccine.
Internet access crashing during live broadcast online of these medical crimes seems to point to guilt and culpability. This is the kind of cyberhacking this reporter has frequently experienced, especially when reporting dire crimes of State, such as the field testing of bioweapons on Americans–in the Newly Declassified US Air Force Documents Reveal Extensive Directed Energy Weapons Bio-Behavioral Experiments on Humans and Animals in Laboratory and Field Since 2013 article, and lately while reporting the whistleblowing of the Pentagon UAP whistleblower regarding AP-DEW use on people and the crimes and fraud of psychiatry in Psychiatry Fraud.
“So for those of you watching online, we’re having some technical difficulties, which is very curious for a committee room, committee room 415 on Parliament Hill in the Wellington Building. I would expect that when normal committees are sitting in this room that they have flawless internet and that things run absolutely perfectly.”
The worst thing that incipient witnesses reported, he said, was not their injury or suffering but not being heard.
Vaccine-Injury Denialism as Injured Were Gaslit by Doctors, Hospitals, Medical System in Canada
In fact, not only were the vaccine-injured not heard, they were further insulted and abused by doctors in hospitals.
Some were asked to go see psychiatrists when they reported vaccine-injury, one (covered in Day 4 of the Hearings, Jamie Daniels, a young mother, was offered euthanasia or MAID-Medical Assistance in Dying when she reported extreme pain from her vaccine-induced injuries).
Psychiatry Fraud Inflicted on a Physically Vaccine-Injured Witness
“You know, we have one witness,” noted Shawn Buckley, “that we have a video of him walking or trying to walk. It’s awful. and the neurologist is telling him at that time to go and see a psychiatrist and within days he’s hospitalized for 6 months and is in a wheelchair and this is the gentleman that has two feeding tubes. So, and that’s just an example. Witness after witness explains that they’re, and they use the word gaslit, that they’re literally gas-lit. Can you imagine being seriously injured and when you go to engage medical attention every single time that you’re going, to expect to actually be ridiculed, made fun of, to be treated with absolute derision so that accessing medical care becomes a traumatic experience? I’ve had several of the witnesses share with me that actually they would rather die than engage the hospital system. And this is Canada in September of 2026.”
Extent of Covid Vaccine Harm Unrecognized by People who Fear “Vaccine-Hesitancy”: Getting Informed Means “Walking Through a Door and Not Going Back”
Counsel Buckley noted that many people have no idea the mRNA vaccines have harmed so many people and that they cite the fear of “vaccine-hesitancy” accruing from these proceedings.
“Listening is the first step to regaining trust because the reality is a significant portion of our nation has lost faith in the public health system…Just listen to this. Listen to their stories. It’s the first step to regaining trust. It’s the first step for us taking a step forward and treating them properly. And I’m going to make everyone watching this a promise that if you watch all four days of the Allison Inquiry, you will never be the same. It literally will be as if you’ve walked through a door and the door’s closed behind you and then you realize the door’s locked and you can’t go back.”
He also reminded all that those harmed by vaccines have taken great steps at cost to themselves to come to the inquiry to share their stories “literally to free us”.
Billionaires Made a Killing During COVID Shutdowns in 2020 While Small Businesses Were Snuffed Out
Senator Ron Johnson who opened the hearings noted, among other things, that Fauci’s misleading projections of the Coronavirus as being likely to lead to a 2-3% fatality rate–10 times higher than the flu and higher than what he had noted down in his diary at the time, in 2020, as revealed through recent findings–led to mass shutdowns and loss of business for small businesses many of whom went bankrupt. This was while 2357 billionaires from the big-box world of business and tech increased their wealth by $3.9 trillion from March to December 2020, as reported by Oxfam from Forbes data, he said.
Those shutdowns derived from the fearmongering pushed by Fauci et al, he stated. “He uses scaremongering to push mandates and societal lockdowns that devastated, and I mean devastated, people’s lives and global economies. In March 2020, I publicly stated that we tragically lose 39,000 people in traffic fatalities each year, but we don’t shut down our highways.” Blue collar workers continued to work while federal workers worked from home to avoid total shutdown of the economy, he noted. “Small main street businesses were shut down by government edict and went bankrupt, wiping out the lifetime savings of their owners. But the big box stores, big tech giants not only stayed opened, they thrived, as their smaller competitors were destroyed.”
Showing a CDC chart of new cases versus vaccinations, he said he didn’t understand why cases were still rising and deaths too, even after 60-70% of the teenage and adult population got vaccinated. [Considering that CDC has failed to address VAERS data showing deaths to date, and still not pulled the COVID vaccine–while what they are calling new cases have been attributed to the vaccines–the validity of these statistics do need to be questioned.] “Now had the vaccines actually worked I mean the way I would have thought the vaccine actually worked is, once 60 to 70% of Americans were vaccinated you’d see just a long tail and the pandemic would be over. That’s not what happened.”
Of Senator Ron Johnson: “The government official that has investigated COVID-19, COVID-19 Vaccines, Vaccine Injuries Caused by COVID-19 vaccines more than any other government official, elected or unelected in the world”
Senator Ron Johnson, who chairs the Senate Committees on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs and the US Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations oversaw many aspects of the pandemic in 2020. [See full details in the Day One transcript, starting at 23:51]
In introducing him, Inquiry Counsel Buckley noted also his recent investigations, making him privy to information on the vaccine “that the rest of us don’t have”: “Recently as chairman of the permanent subcommittee on Investigations on May 21st, 2025, he chaired an investigation titled The Corruption of Science and Federal Health Agencies: How Health Officials Downplayed and Hid Myocarditis and Other Adverse Events Associated with COVID 19 Vaccines. On July 15, 2025 that committee inquired on issues of Vaccine Injury. On September 9th, 2025, at an inquiry and it’s titled How the corruption of science has impacted public perception and policy regarding vaccines, I noted when I was preparing that Toby Rogers, PhD spoke about how early CDC data showed that the COVID 19 vaccines actually had negative efficacy after 6 months, meaning that you were more likely to get COVID. April 29th, 2026, an inquiry into how Biden health officials purposely turned a blind eye towards COVID 19 Vaccine Safety Signals. If anyone wants…that is going to be an exhibit, and Appendix Four of that lists a number of activities that Senator Johnson has been involved with…and finally on June 3rd 2026, an inquiry into Plausible Mechanisms of COVID Injections Causing Cancer, and Attacks on Scientific Publications and Research.”
Earlier noting the several investigations conducted by Senator Johnson in 2020, Buckley emphasized that “the government response in the United States to COVID 19 was within the Committee of Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs jurisdiction and responsibility. When this pandemic broke out, Senator Johnson was the chairperson of this committee that had the responsibility, the legal responsibility placed upon them by the electorate to investigate how the government was handling COVID 19 vaccines. as chairman of that committee.”
“So I’m introducing you, Senator Johnson, as the person, the government official that has investigated COVID 19, government response to COVID 19, COVID 19 vaccines, vaccine injuries caused by COVID 19 vaccines more than any other government official, elected or unelected in the world. And you have investigated this as chairperson of committees that have a duty and responsibility to look into this. And on behalf of the Allison Inquiry, we welcome you.”
Senator Ron Johnson: “Public Health Officials want to make sure they got that experimental gene therapy in every arm”
Senator Johnson relates that “very early in the administration of the vaccines” he became aware of a Belgian biologist Dr. Geert vanden Bosche, who was not only a veterinarian but a PhD in Virology, who advised that issuing a vaccine for this virus was only likely to invoke more and more potent viruses, which occurred he noted with the arrival of the more deadly Delta version of the virus causing the second peak in the graph he showed, and then the Omicron which was less deadly but more transmissible. “He was out saying that mass vaccination in the midst of a global pandemic was probably the worst possible thing you could do because the virus which evolves rapidly would evolve to evade those vaccines and you would literally drive variants.”
But Public Health officials were not acknowledging this. “They just want to make sure they got that experimental gene therapy in every arm.”

“They Denied Natural Immunity. They Wanted That Injection in Every Arm”
To his credit, Senator Ron Johnson has openly called out the many crimes of the set-up COVID pl/andemic, which he does here:
“Let me continue. I have labeled those who impose multiple forms of pandemic tyranny on society, the COVID cartel: the Biden administration, Federal Health Agencies, Big Pharma, the legacy media and big tech social media giants.
The assaults on freedom and other malign actions have been nothing short of breathtaking.
Mask mandates, forced lockdowns, vaccine mandates, suppression and censorship of the truth, lying to and withholding information from the public, vilifying and destroying the careers of doctors and others who disagree with the cartel.
So much of what was being said and done by the COVID cartel simply made no sense.
Haven’t we always believed that early disease detection prompts early treatment and produces better outcomes? Why was that fundamental tenet of medicine not only ignored but sabotaged?
Why were frontline doctors who had the courage and compassion to treat CO patients from the start of the pandemic censored, vilified, and had their careers destroyed?
How could health officials deny the effectiveness of natural immunity when approximately half of the people testing positive for COVID were asymptomatic? Isn’t that a sign that your natural immunity is preventing you from getting ill?
And yet they denied natural immunity. They wanted that injection in every arm.”
COVID Hospitalization Came with Forced Isolation, Kidney-Harming Remdesivir, Intrusive Ventilators
Senator Johnson further discussed the abysmal treatment of those who tested positive for COVID and were hospitalized. “The NIH guideline for COVID was to get tested. They have to– if you tested positive–go home and isolate yourself. In other words, do nothing and hope you don’t get so sick that you require hospitalization.
Far too often the stories of COVID hospitalization were horrific. Patients lost their freedom. Family members could not visit and comfort dying loved ones.
Patient and family member requests to administer multi-drug protocols using cheap, widely available FDA-approved generic drugs were rejected in favor of highly expensive Remdesivir which by the way nurses often called Run Death is Near because it knocks out your kidneys and other organs-– but also ventilators with a depressingly low rate of success.
Affluent America with 4% of the world’s population–all this medical technology, all the experts, all the federal health agencies– accounted for 16% of COVID deaths globally.
And we won’t talk about how those deaths were probably overstated. I don’t know how anybody could review the results of our response to COVID and conclude it was anything other than a miserable failure.
The human toll of the economic devastation caused by shutdowns that didn’t work is incalculable.
The global economic cost of our response to CO has been estimated as high as 17 trillion dollars. Hundreds of thousands of lives were unnecessarily lost because early treatment was sabotaged to ensure a vaccine, an injection would obtain Emergency Use Authorization. We’ll talk about that. Lying Vaccine PR Phrases, Deaths and Disabilities Caused by the mRNA Vaccines–“Experimental Gene Therapy” Still Being Denied
It is notable that Senator Johnson refers to the mRNA COVID Vaccines as an Experimental Gene Therapy, and not a vaccination but an injection, as many scientists interviewed since 2020 have also pointed out.
Senator Johnson reported that “The deaths and disabilities caused by the experimental gene therapy pushed on billions of people globally are still being denied.
But as you will hear over the next few days, they are real and devastating.
By the time the COVID vaccines obtained their emergency use authorizations, the cartel was firmly in control of the narrative. Phrases such as follow the science. Remember that one?
And remember who was “the science”. [Fauci, as Shawn Buckley reminded all later, Anthony Fauci saying “I Am the Science.” He also said, in November 2021, it was dangerous to criticize him, because he represented Science.]
Safe and effective.
No one is safe until everyone is safe.
Which by the way, if the vaccines were that effective, why would you care whether somebody else is vaccinated as long as you were vaccinated? I mean, it never made sense to me.
No one is safe until everyone is safe or everyone is vaccinated.
This is a pandemic of the unvaccinated.
Vaccinators will keep you from getting infected and spreading it.
If you get vaccinated, you will not die.
These phrases were used ad nauseam to bludgeon the public into submission.”
FDA and CDC Found Remiss in COVID Vaccine Safety Surveillance: “They wanted that experimental gene therapy shot in billions of arms”
Senator Johnson reported that his investigations had shown abuse of office and malfeasance in safety protocols. “A few months into the vaccine roll out, my investigations have shown that the FDA and CDC were not doing sincere safety surveillance. And it appears this willful ignorance was a worldwide phenomenon
In fact, the opposite of Vaccine Safety was followed by these stalwart defenders of mRNA Covid Vaccine Manufacturers Pfizer, Moderna, Astra Zeneca and Johnson & Johnson.
“Every time one of their tools showed a safety signal, they denigrated that tool and stopped using it. We have multiple emails to explain exactly why making the public aware of safety signals would cause quote “vaccine hesitancy”. They wanted that experimental gene therapy shot in billions of arms and they weren’t going to let anything stop them. That attitude and objective continues to this day.”
In other words, the CDC and FDA set out to deliberately deceive people about the safety of the vaccines, citing “vaccine hesitancy” as their rationale. Even as this proprietary poison-product earning revenue for private corporations showed every sign of being Unsafe and Dangerous, the rollout continued, the denigration and mockery of the unvaccinated continued.
None of the vaccines were pulled from the market, and the discoveries of vaccine dangers were quickly smothered.
Ignoring Nearly 3000 VAERS-Reported Deaths in April 2021, NIH Director Frances Collins Says, “Senator, People Die.”
Why were the CDC VAERS reports of deaths ignored? Senator Johnson paused at this question.
“For perspective, in 1976, the swine flu vaccine program was terminated after approximately 45 million doses resulted in 400 to 500 cases of Guillain-Barre Syndrome and a couple dozen deaths being associated with that vaccine.
You shut down. They pull the vaccines.
By the end of April 2021, just 4 and a half months in the COVID vaccine roll out, VAERS was reporting 2,926 deaths worldwide with 39 and a half% of those deaths occurring on the day of vaccination within one or two days.And this is April 2021.
When I asked NIH Director Francis Collins directly about what VAERS was showing at that point in time, he acknowledged six deaths have been attributed to the Johnson Jackson vaccine. But as to the other 2,920 deaths report on VAERS, he simply and callously stated, “Senator, people die.”
By End of April 2021, Actually 6900 Deaths in VAERS, 40% of those on the same day as Vaccinated
“That is the CDC’s vaccine adverse event reporting system. It’s a voluntary system and I’ll enter into the record here the CDC- commissioned Harvard University Pilgrim study, when they looked at VAERS and reported in 2010, 2011, it only reports about 1% of adverse events.
Now, it’s voluntary, but that’s what VAERS is.
And again, we should get into a much more robust discussion of VAERS.
By the way, when I asked Francis Collins about 2,920 deaths, when you go back, they were being deluged with reports. They had to be freaking out.
Their contractor, they hire a contractor to load them into the VAERS system. You know, they get them in, you know, self reported, then they need a contract to do that. That contractor-hire had to hire another 290 people. They were so backlogged. The contractor’s worst case scenario prior, you know, as they got into this was a thousand a day.
In 2021, we averaged 2,700 adverse events. So again, they were so backlogged. when I talk to Francis Collins because I’m watching this stuff and we’ll talk about why I was watching this–I had conversations with Dr. Michael Eden, we need to talk about that there’s only 2,920 deaths. Now that we’ve actually got the VAERS system we go back in history by end of April there were actually 6,971 deaths not 2900, 6,900 deaths already reported just hadn’t been loaded in the system. Wasn’t public yet with 40% of those occurring on the day of vaccination or within one or two days.
Okay, I know VAERS they always say doesn’t prove Causation. I got that.
But that’s a Correlation. I mean 40% of deaths occurring on the day of vaccination. I know if I had a loved one that went in perfectly healthy, got vaccinated, dropped dead, didn’t wake up from their sleep, I know what I blame, but our federal health agencies didn’t.
That pretty well sums up US federal health agency’s ongoing attitude regarding their limited concern over COVID vaccine injuries and deaths. As a result of that indifference and lack of acknowledgement, those who have been vaccine injured are largely ignored and are unable to access effective treatment. You want to know the reason I’m still doing this? the reason I ran for third term is because I got connected to the injection injured. No, nobody else was advocating for them.

CDC Expected to See Vaccine Injury Reports With the COVID Vaccine Rollout
But does Senator Johnson know the CDC understood Causation just as much as Correlation and expected to see serious vaccine injury reports in its VAERS database after the Vaccines were rolled out? This was reported here earlier when I reported on a few contracts including the CDC VAERS contract with General Dynamics, the same contractor who ran and runs the Bioeffects contracts with the US Air Force which involves pounding people and animals with Anti-Personnel Directed Energy Weapons and observing bioeffects and the “biomechanisms” of harm.
Ivermectin Comparatively Safe But Prohibited, 1.7 Million Adverse Events, 39,000 Deaths in VAERS by July 2026, COVID Cartel Refuse to Admit They Were Wrong
Senator Johnson detailed the comparative efficacy of Ivermectin, an anti-parasite drug which helped patients to breathe better and recover, but notes it was shunned and denigrated. A few doctors risked their careers to prescribe it, he said. Shawn Buckley also noted it had been distributed in millions of doses to children in countries in Africa, to good effect. However it was prohibited in hospitals, the vaccine being pushed instead.
Senator Johnson also reported that every time he got on a video show and showed this chart below the host was deplatformed on Facebook.

Adverse events noted in VAERS have climbed to 1.7 million now, he reported, with 39,000 deaths reported. But the COVID cartel will never admit they are wrong, he said, because their actions have caused such inordinate harm.
“They can’t afford to admit they were wrong because the body count from their corrupt actions is simply too high. And unfortunately, considering who the members of the COVID Cartel are, they will use all the awesome power at their disposal to frustrate every effort to expose them and prove them wrong.”
Senator Johnson closed his testimonial on a note of hope, with words echoing Shawn Buckley’s re. walking through an open door and not being able to go back. “But once someone’s eyes have been open to the truth, it is almost impossible to close them. As more and more people become aware of what has happened and what is happening, I have to believe truth will have the power to overcome the lies. This inquiry is an important step in opening up more eyes. With that, again, thank you for allowing me to testify.”
Turbo Cancers and Their Plausible Causes Post-Vaccine
Chris Lewis, MP of Essex County in Canada, close to the border, reported that doctors, nurses, first responders, Fire, home caregivers were forced to take the vaccine in order to cross the border. He himself was not allowed back onto the House of Commerce of Commons without the vaccine, and his mother, his best friend, he reports, urged him to get the vaccine, so he did. Ironically, his mother was shortly after diagnosed with esophagus cancer. They called it Turbo Cancer because the vaccine accelerated the spread, he said. She was in the hospital for 13 days and it’s been 3 years since she passed, he said. “I realize everyone passes but I know it real fast. She was in the hospital for 13 days.”
Recent Panel in the US Explored Cancer Post the mRNA COVID Vaccines
Senator Johnson reported that he had recently held a panel exploring the multiple plausible mechanisms for causing turbo cancers (full hearing on video here) and found there are multiple mechanisms.
He reported that Dr. Wafik El Dhairy, Director of Oncology at Brown University published a study at Anko Target which was then hit with Denial of Service attacks and himself “vilified ever since.” “This has been a concern for a number of years, and it’s been largely covered up.”
Clearly there is resistance to this information about the COVID vaccine causing cancer from the Pharma cartel.
He also reported that Pfizer in its clinical trials very rapidly unblinded a study on longterm effects of the vaccine by giving the vaccine to the placebo control participants. “So now you’ve lost the ability to monitor longterm serious side effects. They knew what they were doing. Okay, the best way to cover up side effects is unblind the placebo control and you lost all the data.”
It was also very difficult to get autopsies during COVID, he said, and recommended that people get autopsies and tissue samples to look for spike protein in the tumors.
“I think if we had–the more autopsies we had, the more evidence we might mount that then maybe the medical establishment, federal health agencies will at least open up their eyes to that possibility because remember this mRNA technology is not going away. As much as as those of us who view this as, you know, a deadly shot, this is a highly profitable platform. They’ve been working on this for years. I mean, this was their goal. This was their opportunity and they seized that opportunity. In the US we just had the Moderna Flu mRNA vaccine injection approved and they approved on the basis that it’s only 1% higher serious adverse events than the current flu shot.”
“I’ll just conclude, I think it’s extremely important that anybody that suspects that request at least a tissue sample and get it. And I’m not sure that you know, Jessica Rose can probably tell you later on exactly what the test is, but test to see whether or not there’s any evidence of spike protein in a particular tumor.”
“Their Cancers Come Roaring Back”: Relapses Post Booster Doses of mRNA Vaccines
Senator Johnson also reported that people in remission from cancer were found to have return of cancer after the mRNA vaccines.
“Dr. Angus Dalgleish highly respected oncologist from London also testified at the hearing and again clinically, he just sees these terrible cancers you know people in complete remission and their cancers come roaring back but it’s just one of those things that federal health officials–Big Pharma Pfizer, Moderna, they’re just burying their heads in the sand because they don’t want to look at it, they don’t want to admit it.”
“War on Common Sense in Politics” While a Vaccine Injury Support Program Exists in Canada
Member of Parliament Jamil Jivani alluded to the “stigma” surrounding discussions of vaccine-injury and called it a “war on common sense in politics that often takes place.” He said that it was puzzling to him that “on the one hand we can have a political culture where talking about these issues is controversial or difficult and yet on the other hand we literally have a program in the federal government designed to compensate people for vaccine injury.”
Speaking about this program, the Vaccine Impact Assistance Program, earlier named the Vaccine Injury Support Program, he said that since June 2021, 3500 Vaccine Injury Claims had been filed, of which 350 had been approved by the Medical Review Board, and $21.5 million granted by the Government to compensate reporting victims of vaccine injury.
In asking Senator Johnson for advice on what kind of data the Government should be collecting “for programs like this to be optimally successful”, he also reported that data collection on this subject had moved from a third-party contractor to the government, and wondered why “the war on commonsense in politics” as opposed to sensible conversations among Canadians was so “effective”.
Vaccine-Injury Denialism in America: “They just deny vaccine injuries”
Senator Ron Johnson noted that Canada was ahead of the USA here, for in the US, about 11,000 people remained on the list seeking compensation while only $100,000 had been paid out by what has been termed the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program for COVID Vaccine injury claims. [The general vaccine injury program for childhood vaccines is called the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.]
“Liability would be in the hundreds of billions of dollars”
Vaccine manufacturers and the US Government tended to deny vaccine injuries, Senator Johnson reported. “It’s very similar to the childhood vaccine injury program in America too. The way they manage the funds is they just deny vaccine injuries. They deny injection injuries. So there’s obviously a certain narrow type of injury that they’ve kind of acknowledged like myocarditis or something like that and they’ll begrudgingly say, okay, we’ll approve that, but they fight these things tooth and nail.”
He also mentioned the issue of Liability, which vaccine companies have long sought to protect themselves from, as indeed the government has too. “The dollar amounts, I mean the liability if these programs were actually administered honestly, would literally be in the hundreds of billions of dollars.”
AstraZeneca Fails to Support Critically Injured Clinical Trial Participants
Mentioning the case of Breanne Dressen, he reported that she had testified at his June 2021 hearing (link below). An Astra Zeneca trial volunteer who had suffered major injuries and received a pittance in compensation from AstraZeneca, and co-founded React 19, an organization devoted to getting support for the vaccine injured, she had run up hundreds to thousands in medical bills and been given something like 1300 or 1700 dollars, Senator Johnson said.
“I mean, these pharmaceutical companies completely abdicated their responsibility to the trial participants. They just turned their back and walked away. Got liability protection, right? So, it’s really sick. You know, as a fiscal conservative, I fear the dollar amount that we’re going to owe these people if they’re actually treated fairly, it will literally be I believe hundreds of billions of dollars.”

Vaccine-Injured in React 19 Unrecognized by Public Health Agencies Despite Injury Onset Within a Week of the mRNA COVID Vaccine
React 19, he reported has 40,000 members in the US and 20 plus partners organizations “all over the place.” Injection injuries are being dismissed as “Long Covid” he said, the “big escape hatch that’s being used by public health officials for a lot of these injection injuries.” But, he pointed out, “75% of their members never had COVID. So it’s not long COVID.”
80% of Vaccine-Injured in React 19 Experienced Vaccine Reactions and Injuries Within a Week
Onset of vaccine injury in most cases occurred within a week post vaccine. “53% of their members had the onset within 24 hours, 80% onset within a week. When surveyed over three years, only 5% have recovered, 94% have symptoms, three or more organ systems complex multi-system syndrome. We can maybe read you later Janet Woodcock’s email that we now have made public where you know she was hearing from these folks and admitted this is going to be very difficult to diagnose– unfortunately what we’re behind–at least in America there are some doctors, very few, who are willing to acknowledge these injuries and treat the patients. Here in Canade, there are few of none.”
“Medical Assistance in Dying”, that is, Euthanasia or Assisted Suicide Proffered to Vaccine-Injured in Canada As “Health Care”
Brianne Dressen reported at one of Senator Johnson’s hearings, he relayed, that a woman with vaccine-injuries had contacted her group. Her husband had left her and had persuaded her children to leave her. In her despondency she had been introduced–by the Canadian health system–to Canada’s assisted-suicide program, which Senator Johnson said he was startled to know about. “When I heard of that the first thing I thought of was Logan’s Run that science fiction of a dystopian future where they force-executed people once they reached 30, they called it Renew.”
Sadly this much-beleagered Canadian citizen took this non-option and opted out of her life. “Unfortunately that mom availed herself of MAID, that dystopic acronym, and lost (her life), had medically assisted or medical assistance in dying I guess is what it stands for. That’s how they helped her.”
Facebook Deplatformed Vaccine-Injury Support Groups; Suicides Increased
Senator Johnson also reported that Facebook shut down support groups for the vaccine-injured en masse, and React 19’s group was also shut down directly after the Milwaukee press conference in June 2021. [His 2025 letter to Zuckerberg is linked above.] People had no solace, no comfort, he reported as their tenuous connections and communications with each other were severed. We know now from the Missouri Louisiana lawsuit against Fauci, he notes, that the Biden administration actively encouraged social media companies to police and shut down and deplatform “disinformation”.
How could reports of vaccine injury be seen as disinformation? But to those who pushed the Disinformation Campaign of COVID and the COVID vaccines, it had become imperative to call the Truth Lies as committed as they were to calling Lies Truth.
As a consequence, he said, suicides among the Vaccine Injured increased–and are increasing again today, he reported.
These were people who just wanted to be seen, heard, and believed, he said. They needed their injuries to be acknowledged and treated.
But the FDA, CDC ignored Vaccine Safety Signals–evidence of dire disability/illness/injury–from the mRNA COVID Vaccines, matters presented in Senator Johnson’s Unmasked report, he notes.
NIH treatment of Vaccine-Injured Kept Hushed and Never Reported
In March (2021), a small group of 23, of which Breanne Dressen was a part, were given treatment by NIH researchers led by a Dr. Nath in a study which promoted early intervention and promised to publish the results of this study but never did.
In this case their injuries were acknowledged. “They were treating them somewhat successfully.”
But the fact that the NIH treated their vaccine injuries was covered up; the study was loaded onto a pre-print server in summer of 2022 and never reported.
“They told them be quiet. Tell no one. We don’t want to disseminate the information till we complete the study and we can go to the medical community and we can tell them, okay you know here’s the best practice for treating your injuries. You know of course they weren’t going to tell anybody because they want to continue to be treated. The problem is they (NIH) never went public.”
So this is why there is no guidance from the FDA, he said, on early intervention and treatment for the injuries.
Leading Side-Effect of the COVID Injection was COVID, It Was Found: “A Brand New Idea to Many”
In conversing about whether the COVID vaccine was a vaccine or an injection of dubious nature, Counsel Buckley noted that a leading side-effect of the COVID injection was COVID, an awareness new to many, he noted. In July 2021, reported Senator Johnson, just when Biden was assuring all recklessly that with the COVID injection you would not get COVID, there were a number of “breakout cases” in Provincetown, Massachusetts.
In December 2021, Biden called it a “pandemic of the unvaccinated.” But people fully vaccinated were “getting COVID“–or was it vaccine injury? In any case, they were reported by the hospital system as getting COVID. “I think the number one adverse event of a COVID injection was getting COVID,” said Senator Johnson.” But don’t tell anybody that.”
“There’s a lot of research here,” noted Counsel Buckley, “I think the first being Cleveland Clinic showing that with each shot you’re more likely to catch COVID.” He mentioned Ontario data showing, six months into the pandemic, that people who got vaccinated were more likely to get COVID.
This was like Negative Efficacy then, they suggest, for “safe and effective” meant what precisely, they ask. Safe and effective at getting COVID? Which was what the COVID injections were trying to prevent.
“Safe and effective” was clearly a glib lie and slogan used by the Vaccine-Pharma Industry inclusive of CDC then which meant its opposite.
Vaccine/”Gene Therapy” Falsely Sold as “Only Positive to the Immune System”
Senator Johnson also mentioned the hubris and arrogance going around in men such as Peter Hotez, Anthony Fauci, Paul Offett, Stanley Plotkin who sold what he calls the “gene therapy” as only positive to the immune system, only likely to enhance the immune system, nothing negative to the immune system.
But he’d heard plausible explanations for how getting more and more boosters would only reduce the immune system and increase the likelihood of getting COVID.
Fauci himself got COVID twice, he reported.
Vaccine Safety Signals Ignored, Pulmonary Infarction Suffered by Fauci Kept Secret
Fauci also reported privately in his diary online–obtained recently–that he had suffered a pulmonary infarction in June 2021, Senator Johnson said, a safety signal that “Peter Marks and senior FDA officials were warned about in March 2021”, and told no one.
Safety signals being ignored was a recurring occurrence, in fact, with the VAERS data showing early that various major health damages were being effected by the vaccine, yet ignored, with no public warnings or cautions issued. Senator Johnson puts that down to lack of oversight: “We’re not very serious about oversight truthfully here in the United States.”
FDA Masking of Actual VAERS Data; Myocarditis and 26 Signals Such as Sudden Cardiac Death, Bell’s Palsy, Strokes Ignored
Nor were the CDC, FDA, HHS serious about excavating the facts. Targeted requests by Senator Johnson’s investigation committee for communications between FDA officials yielded “11 million pages” he reported, a data dump his full-time six-member investigatory staff had to parse through with AI and search engines to find answers to their questions.
What they found:
The FDA found a signal for Myocarditis in May (2021) and “rather than issue a Health Alert to the network, they just wrote it under “clinical considerations” on their website.” They didn’t warn the medical community.
“The real bombshell,” Senator Johnson noted, was that in March 2021, a new algorithm from a team from CEBER–Center for Biological Evaluation Review (“who approve vaccines and do safety surveillance”)–led by Dr. Peter Marks working with Dr. Ana Szarfman from the FDA found 26 ATC signals “including things like sudden cardiac death, pulmonary infarction, Bell’s palsy, different types of strokes, basil ganglia stroke–you can see the list it’s on my website–but rather than tell the public, they ended up telling Dr. Anne Szarfman to cease and desist, don’t do any more data runs.” The list was displayed at the hearing (below).
FDA Vaccine-Pushers Aired Fear of “Anti-Vaccination Rhetoric” When Safety Signals for Myocarditis, Increase in Mortality, Sudden Death Were Flagged and Didn’t Report Them or Stop the Vaccine
Ana Szarfman was asked to “cease and desist because the strategy that she is using could create erroneous conflicts that feed in to anti-vaccination rhetoric” when the method of data mining she was using began to show what Senator Johnson called “horrific safety signals.” No one at the FDA was concerned about the COVID mRNA Vaccines causing horrific heart injuries, blood injuries and sudden death, in high numbers, it seems, and in pulling the vaccine from the market for Public Safety and Public Health reasons.
It was more important to maintain lies about the vaccine being safe–despite Americans dying from it.

Earlier, Ana Szarfman had found “an increased mortality signal” from the mRNA COVID vaccines.
FDA officials denied there were safety issues as they have probably denied it for all vaccines in the past, using their very special “masking” method of data mining which essentially masks the facts and lets (very special) FDA biostatisticians fudge the data by mixing up data from different manufacturers. The complexity–or crookedness–of the FDA methodology is expressed carefully in Senator Ron Johnson’s Unmasked report (link below); it appears to be a methodology to legitimize denial of reported vaccine injury.
21,000 deaths in 2021 didn’t faze them. “I don’t know, 21,000 sudden deaths. I don’t consider that rare or mild but that’s what they’re saying, rare and mild. Billions of doses.” The Vaccine-Related Death chart displayed at the hearing shows VAERS and FDA FAERS data.
Shouldn’t One Death, One Horror Vaccine Injury be enough to pull the vaccine from the market? But that’s not how the FDA operates apparently, nor how the HHS operates, nor how the CDC operates, nor how Vaccine Manufacturers–Pharmaceutical Makers–operate. They have to mine the data in a crooked way, set arbitrary parameters, and decide if there is a statistical “safety signal”. Then, when a new data mining method is used and finds 26 safety signals, they have to pull the method and pretend they saw nothing.
“And I can tell you we are now starting to interview some of these people involved in this. They’re completely unrepentant. It’s just, it’s literally like a 2-year-old. You told them you can’t have a cookie. You hear the cookie jar break. You go in there, the kid’s got a cookie in his hand. No, I said he couldn’t have a cookie. I don’t have a cookie. Yeah, you do. It’s like talking to a wall.”

“Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely”: Stories and Lies to Get the mRNA Non-Vaccine Into People’s Bodies
MP Mike Dawson brought up the issues of reporting during COVID contributing to misconceptions about COVID and the vaccine, especially making reference to a story broadcast by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation on featuring unvaccinated guests at Thanksgiving and needing to set personal boundaries by asking if guests were vaccinated. He also noted people have lost faith in government and in medical professionals, asking Where do we go from here, as a government, and as vaccine-injured?
Senator Johnson said that it was a pity public health officials worldwide had heeded the words of those like Anthony Fauci and Peter Marks who had led the world astray, noting that the lies around COVID had shown that those in power tended to seek to increase their power, saying we need to limit government powers. “Absolute power corrupts absolutely,” he said, quoting Lord Acton, and citing “Gain of function” research and the Wuhan lab leaks as behind the entire supposed pandemic. Such research was rationalized as being necessary for the creation of vaccines and countermeasures in case the enemy procured and manufactured deadly viral bioweapons, a rationale used to circumvent chemical and biological convention agreements, but “What are we doing creating these chimeric highly dangerous, highly pathogenic viruses? he asked.
One must note of course that many scientists and observers do not believe this official gain-of-function story and question the existence of a virus at all–since (as noted above) no SARS-COV-2 virus has ever been isolated or identified, by the CDC’s and MHRA UK’s own admissions.
Early Treatment Eschewed in Favor of the mRNA Platform Insertion
There was no interest in early treatment either, he noted, citing Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquinone as effective treatments early mentioned but which were not followed since the administrative focus was on Operation Warp Speed and in using the newly developed mRNA platform.
Why early treatment was sabotaged was because of the EUA, he said, which came with conditions. “For FDA to issue an emergency use authorization, there must be no adequate approved and available alternative to the candidate product for diagnosing, preventing or treating the disease or condition.” The CEO of Novartis with whom he’d been in talks regarding hydroxychloroquinone suddenly went “radio silent” in April. “I’ve never heard from him since.” Something happened, noted Senator Johnson. Apparently the powers that be had decided, there’s going to be no early treatment here.”
“We’ve got Operation Warp Speed, we’re going to use this mRNA platform. We’re going to call it something else.”
Vaccines are No Longer the Vaccines of Older Definition, While This One Qualifies for “Gene Therapy”
They also changed the definition of a vaccine in the Merriam-Webster dictionary, he noted, from “a product that stimulates a person’s immune system to produce immunity to a specific disease“, to “a preparation that is used to stimulate the body’s immune response against diseases” which basically means does your antibody count go up. “That’s how powerful they are.”
The FDA’s definition of gene therapy, noted Senator Johnson, is “Human gene therapy seeks to modify or manipulate the expression of a gene or to alter the biological properties of living cells for therapeutic use.”
Asking doctors and oncologists on his panels to explain what the mRNA is and does, Senator Johnson reports no one really understood it, and that what it basically is is modified RNA with one of the natural proteins “uridine” in RNA being replaced by pseudouridine or methyl pseudouridine which apparently helps hold the form of the foreign inserted RNA together and keeps it from degrading–this inserted mRNA helped cells create the spike protein.
Since Senator Johnson had shown interest in early treatment for COVID, he was early introduced to Dr. Michael Yeadon a toxicologist and 30-year veteran from Pfizer who spoke out early about the dangers of the mRNA vaccines and who reports being shocked that his ex-colleagues were devising a means for the body to create a pathogenic spike protein. There are some things too toxic to be added to injectables, he had told Senator Johnson, and yet that is exactly what they did, he noted. The spike protein has been found to persist in blood plasma and in cells, including for a couple years–and this is why he advises people with cancer to check for it in biopsies of tumors.
“The Yale University LISTEN study says the spike protein from injection has been detected 29 to 709 days post vaccination. That’s why I recommend you know get biopsies on tumors. So that’s what the mRNA vaccine is, he concluded, not a dead virus or attenuated virus or live virus stuck in a vial and called a vaccine but a genetically acting substance which forces production of a pathogenic protein which the body’s immune cells then fight back against, producing inflammation — “and that’s myocarditis”.
There’s also the lipid nanoparticles included with the vaccine, he noted, which have a study coming out on how harmful they are.
Had Senator Johnson been following the steady reportage here at ECC and RDR across 2021 on the harms of the mRNA vaccines, he would have learned earlier and more about what was being found in the vaccines and what kind of horrific effects they were producing.

In an exchange on the nature of the action of the COVID vaccine on the body’s cells, Counsel Buckley noted that this was Genetic Modification that was being effected, and the spike protein was basically a poison which the body’s cells were being primed to manufacture.
“Is there an off switch to this,” he asked. “We don’t know,” responded Senator Johnson, “it’s been found in the body up to 700 days.”
He also noted that more studies needed to be done but the government didn’t want to fund these studies which basically would show they’d been killing people.
Two major lies had been told, he said. One was that the shot would stay in the arm, but the lipid nanoparticles had been designed to permeate barriers like the blood-brain barrier “and they knew that”. A study had been done in rats and Japanese regulators FOIA’d it and got the information–the lipid nanoparticles biodistribute “all over the place” and had been found in the adrenal glands and ovaries. The second was that this is mRNA (messenger RNA)–“No it’s not, it’s Modified RNA–it’s modified not to degrade.”
“So, again, these studies, again, we haven’t done even close to the number of studies we should do because they don’t want to know. Again, government funds so much this research. When government does something, they don’t want to fund a study that proves what they did is killing people. So we just don’t have the information. That’s why I’m saying we’re asking a lot more questions than we can really provide answers to.”

Will There be Any Accountability? Will the Vaccine-Injured be Helped?
Canadian MP Ted Falk made reference to the storylines from Fauci and said they too had lived through a “progression of stories from prominent health officials” in Canada who had urged everyone to take the vaccine to protect themselves and others, to prevent them from getting Covid, to avoid being put on ventilators or dying–and “that didn’t work either.”
The question his constituents have asked him is “What kind of accountability will there be for individuals that told us to do something that they knew wasn’t true?”
He also noted that the vaccine-injured who had contacted him reported that their own medical practitioners would not recognize their vaccine injuries, effects which persisted after years, and asked if there were solutions and protocols for them, if they were going to be helped.
Senator Johnson responded that ensuring accountability would be very difficult for it is almost impossible to sue the federal government, they know how to protect themselves, it’s very difficult to get evidence to convict, and they know how not to commit things to email which can be FOIA-requested. “These people aren’t stupid, they hide their crime.”
But the first and most important part of accountability is exposure, he said, “We’re exposing the truth and these people are going to be held accountable“, referring to the questioning of Fauci by Congress recently and the revelations of his emails and diaries.
Until ICD codes were granted for vaccine injury, he said, doctors wouldn’t bill for treatment. And this inquiry, he noted, like other investigations he was working on–although a long time in coming–proffered hope to the vaccine-injured, among whose ranks he had learned suicide and despondency had increased.
“This inquiry itself is probably the best hope they have right now because until federal health agencies, until the medical establishment, until doctors acknowledge these things are real, they’re not going to start practicing medicine.”

To MP Chris Lewis’ question regarding whether the Fauci emails showed a connection or collaboration with Canada’s Dr. Teresa Tam, Senator Johnson said he hadn’t heard of her. Dr. Teresa Tam was the Chief Public Health Officer in Canada during COVID, who stepped down in June 2025.
Dr. Johnson said he did know of collaboration between Fauci, Federal health officials and Chinese officials and that more would be revealed shortly.

Fear Was Whipped Up by Government Officials to Wield Lawless Power Over People
MP Chris Lewis spoke of his daughter who left college two weeks into her first year of college given the conditions of lockdown and his grandson who lost two years of his life kept from playing with his friends, isolated and miserable. Sweden who didn’t do a lockdown of the schools was “excoriated, ridiculed and vilified” and fear, “an incredibly powerful motivator” was whipped up by government officials as a means to wield power. The psychological harm and mental stress from these actions was widespread.
Senator Johnson reminded the panel that in May 2020 with John Ionnadis, a Prevention expert, he had advised against Fear, and “if you have an experimental gene therapy injection, fine, offer it to the vulnerable but make sure you give them the full information about the vaccine” and “make sure that Pfizer doesn’t lie about their studies” (which they did).
“So again, that’s why you need a COVID reckoning. You’ve got to take a look at all the bad decisions made. If you’re going to pass legislation, make sure that you don’t give them the power to make those same types of bad decisions in the future.”
Silencing & De-Licensing of Doctors Questioning the Vaccine and Vaccine Injuries
MP Dean Allison brought up the issue of how doctors questioning the vaccine were silenced, their licenses removed, and some needing to fight to keep them, with doctors still being silenced and threatened around many issues surrounding the vaccine, with fear of loss of livelihood and profession. This brought up the issue of “quasi governmental bodies who are accountable to nobody,” he said, asking “what do we do with the College of Physicians and Surgeons which is clearly without any scope of government”?
“Doctors’ associations are a problem,” responded Senator Johnson, going on to talk about the doctors and nurses who came in to New York City to help, and who treated people, insisting on pharmacists filling their Ivermectin prescriptions and risking the loss of their licenses, which some couldn’t stave off. It’s a matter of following the money, he said, these associations need to be identified and located, their sources of funding located, how they’re getting reimbursed and “maybe reform some of those things.” There were many doctors, he noted, who treated patients, not just Dr. Pierre Kory and Dr. Peter McCullough who were made an example of and whom he called on often in his hearings.
The importance of raising these issues and reviving them publicly is a theme he returns to. “But again, it gets right back to how important events like this are so the public can just hear again– COVID 19, a second opinion. I’m not saying I’m right about everything. You know, again, there’s just more questions I have than absolute answers. But we need to be able to ask those questions. And doctors should have been allowed to practice medicine. And they weren’t. They weren’t.”
Fear-Invoking, Lies, and False Claims by Administration and Media (Claiming to Report Scientific Fact) Led to Millions Taking the Dangerous Injections and Suffering and Dying
Speaking about the WHO on a question from MP Mike Dawson and how they helped cover up the origins of COVID and were therefore complicit, Senator Johnson spoke also about the general atmosphere of repression and fear generated by Government HHS, Public Health officials and propagandizing media by their side, citing Biden’s Chief of Staff Jeffrey Zients’ invocation of a “winter of death if you don’t get vaccinated.”
Senator Johnson said, “I didn’t get vaccinated, I didn’t die. And I know a lot of people, they didn’t get vaccinated and didn’t die.” One of the things we should talk about, he said is stratification of the risk.
Psychological and Physical Harm from Masks
And as for the masking–also dangerous advice found to cause illness later, as reported by many doctors and parents especially of children forced to wear masks in school–Senator Johnson said he too had been on the phone at the time with constituents especially the elderly advising them to “take this seriously,” that whether you were a Democrat or Republican you were “masked-up”. Now he sees what this has done. “Talk about the psychological harm.” He was still seeing people wearing masks in cars*, he said, “Now some of those people have illnesses;” he reported, and while he admired the Japanese culture, he said, of using masks for colds, “we’ve done so much psychological harm from that standpoint.”

Fear Pushers Among Elected Officials Need to Be Named
Senator Johnson also stated “I think you really need to analyze, you know, which were the elected officials who pushed the fear to gain control.” He named Mayor Cuomo in New York who pushed the elderly into nursing homes–“the worst possible thing you could do.”
There were “just so many mistakes made,” he said. “I mean, we don’t have enough time to go through them all.”
Vaccine Pushed on Children Despite Child Deaths with Autopsies Confirming They Died from the mRNA COVID Vaccines
In Canada, Counsel Buckley noted, the vaccine was approved for use in babies as young as 6 months old, while certain countries banned the vaccine for children up to 18. What was the situation in the USA?
[A tragic, lying situation.]
“And were our children at risk or did the vaccine put them at risk?”
“There was zero risk (of COVID) for children,” reported Senator Johnson. No risk at all for healthy young children, yet the vaccine was forced on children. Parents got their children to get the vaccine. Children died. Autopsies in 10 child deaths proved they had died from the vaccine. Then they stopped doing autopsies.
Further, he noted, a memo from FDA’s Vaccine Division (Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER)) Director Vinay Prasad dated November 28, 2025 exposed (only!) 10 child deaths the FDA claimed to have found in VAERS and decided were due to the vaccine “and now they’re covering that up.” He also said memos leaked earlier have been changed to “soften them”. Looking up this memo, one finds that (worldwide) Committee-of-300/Pharma Propaganda Media reported this memo rightaway in November and December 2025 yet overwhelmingly condemned it and Dr. Vinay Prasad as making irresponsible statements, implying the deaths were due to COVID, and nauseously repeating the false COVID-Vaccine Mantra of “Safe and Effective.” The memo can be found at the FDA site and at Document Cloud as uploaded there by Epoch Times on December 12, 2025. Looking up child deaths due to the COVID-19 Vaccines at the Open VAERS site, one finds 83 child deaths reported there worldwide in 2021, and 236 child deaths reported there worldwide upto September 25, 2026. Where did CBER, the FDA and Dr. Vinay Prasad get the figure of 10 child deaths from (when Dr. Tracy Hoeg, FDA investigated VAERS reports for child deaths)? The caveat used in the memo is “at least 10 child deaths” found. Still inexplicable–and this is only as reported in VAERS.
“I think it’s just without dispute that children had almost a zero risk of serious side effects unless there are certain co-morbidities. Okay. But I mean, a healthy child virtually had no risk of serious injury or death of COVID. And yet, because they wanted this universal mRNA platform just introduced and become just part of daily life–I thought it was just unconscionable that they forced this on teenagers, particularly when they knew already by May, they were admitting it’s one of the side effects, they’re admitting myocarditis particularly in young men and they still recommended it for use. So, I mean that’s one of the things they absolutely need to be held accountable for.
“But yeah, I mean there’s generally age stratification. I mean elderly are generally more vulnerable to just about anything and that’s certainly true in this case. What was kind of unusual I think about COVID is children were almost without risk and yet they still had this injected. So I mean you know one of our oversights is: Vinay Prasad issued a memo, leaked–and followed up on the 10 child deaths where they had autopsies that they the CDC FDA said you know probably were caused by the vaccine–and they’re still covering that up. The people who issued those memos, I mean they’ve rewritten the memos to soften it up, now I’m hearing there’s three additional child deaths– but can you imagine being a parent who listened to these people lie, bought the lies and, you know, did what they thought was doing right. I mean, I don’t want to see the grandparent die. Okay, even though you know the Pfizer employees realize we never tested for transmissibility. “You know, we were flying the plane as we were building it.” Those are quotes. Okay. Can you imagine being one of those parents and you get your kid injected and your child doesn’t wake up? That’s not hypothetical. It happened. It happened.
And that’s why these these officials have to be held accountable for this stuff. That’s why again, that’s why they’ll never admit they’re wrong. But internally they are. I mean again, they’re admitting internally they got the autopsies. Yeah, that child died because he got a vaccine. Pretty much indisputable.
By the way, that’s just the tip of the iceberg because there weren’t that many autopsies done.”
Parents Harmed Their Children With a Dangerous Experimental “Novel Platform” Injectable Despite Their Zero Risk from COVID
Counsel Buckley acknowledged this information and emphasized further–especially, it seems, for all parents who ignored the wide Truth Media coverage (including here from ECC and RDR) from 2020 of the deadly harms of the mRNA vaccines and who foolishly believed the Pharma Propaganda from the CDC, FDA and Committee-of-300 Media in 2021, 2022, and sadly still ongoing, and forced their kids to take this deathly vaccine–the extreme tragedy of this situation. Basically, he repeated, kids had zero risk of dying from COVID. Yet (paraphrasing) “we forced this vaccination on them–an experimental, novel platform with a mean reporting time only of 2 months, no clinical trials, no insight into short-term effects, medium-term effects, long-term effects.”
“How could you predict what the effects are going to be on an entire generation of children?” he asked. “Just in my circle I know children who were seriously harmed,” he said, mentioning myocarditis, and wondering aloud how parents learning the truth today are even able to process this.
He also said: “I’m wondering if part of the reluctance for society to accept what we’ve done is that people in decision-making authority including parents would then have to admit that they’ve done something harmful.” [He’s not factoring in the lies in Pharma Propaganda Media which refuse to acknowledge the mRNA COVID Vaccine Holocaust–Lies still published everyday and quite evident in their coverage of Dr. Vinay Prasad’s memo from Nov/Dec 2025; readers and consumers of this Mammonic Media, trained to call Truth Media “conspiracy theorists” and “tinfoil hat wearers” are misled, deceived and not just “unable to accept” the facts but not in touch with them.

Absolute Risk versus Relative Risk: Risks from COVID versus Risks from the COVID mRNA Vaccine, Risks from the Moderna Flu mRNA Vaccine
Senator Johnson also spoke about Absolute Risk versus Relative Risk and noted that (CDC, Pfizer and co.) saying the Vaccine was 95% effective (“their main sales pitch”) when absolute risk of dying from Covid was 0.1%, that is, “virtually nil”, yet forcing a vaccine with almost 3% risk of a Serious Adverse Event inclusive of Death on children did not make sense.
“But for example with the flu vaccine again these are numbers published by the manufacturer Moderna. The standard flu vaccine has a 2.6% rate of serious events. Now, what is a serious adverse event? Death, a condition that will result in immediate death, permanent disability or birth defect. And then there’s also a more generalized category in terms of hospital care, medical intervention, that type of thing. But again, serious stuff. 2.6%. again if you’re a young person you’re probably not going to die of flu. Do you really want to subject yourself to almost a 3% risk of getting a serious adverse event again–the costbenefit ratio, the risk benefit ratio is just totally whacked as it was with the injection for children.”
He also talked about the mRNA flu vaccines from Moderna having the same kind of Serious Adverse Event risk. Yet Moderna pushes these vaccines because mRNA vaccines are profitable, he said.
“Now what they just did with Moderna because they want to push this mRNA because it is profitable–You can rapidly react to whatever pathogen you’re looking for. You know, the flu vaccines, they’re always guessing, you know, what’s the strain that we’re trying to vaccinate against. So, I understand the appeal for mRNA, but I also understand the risk. So, now Moderna comes out with a new flu vaccine, the risk of serious adverse events is 2.7%. So, little bit 2.6. So, it’s proved to flying colors because again it’s like comparing hemlock to arsenic, right? So whether they’re each equally safe, equally dangerous. But again, parents have to, we’re all going to have to take a look at the absolute risk of getting the disease, having a serious impact from the disease, and the absolute risk of the intervention. Lies about Vaccines Saving Millions of Lives Proved as Lies from the Data on Disease Deaths
False claims have been made by the vaccine industry continually, he noted, citing from Aaron Siri’s book which shows–from CDC data–that deaths from childhood diseases didn’t exceed 5000 while the claim continually is that vaccines save millions of lives.
“If you total up all the deaths of all those childhood diseases that occurred in a year before the vaccine, it’s less than 5,000. I’m not saying people don’t die of these things, but we got antibiotics now. Medicine has advanced since the Spanish flu, but it’s become a religion of vaccinology and its vaccinologists simply do not admit ever that their vaccines might actually have a negative impact. They always ignore the risk and overstate the benefit.”
Ranking Member Undermines Panel on Vaccine Injury, Lies to Press
“You got to understand the lies we’ve been told and how they use the expert,” he said, relating that a Ranking Member went out and told the media just before a hearing (“Voices of the Vaccine Injured”) he held featuring the voices of those whose children had suddenly become autistic post-vaccine or suffered SIDS, not to take the hearing seriously, “It’s not credible. Don’t pay attention to it, it’s not worth your attention.” This Ranking Member (Senator Richard Blumenthal) then produced the “Commonwealth Fund Study” which claimed that 3.2 million lives had been saved in 2021 and 2022 by the mRNA vaccine. So-called experts, he noted, professors of mathematics and research scientists, epidemiologists, “heavy hitters” from academia. Senator Johnson, noting that he was not a mathematician but an accountant, said the study was “rubbish” and that he showed three slides to prove it.

We didn’t diagnose cancers–I mean there’s all kinds of things happening in 2020 that produce a half a million more deaths in the US”)–but which many observers have linked to 5G switch-ons, just-prior flu-vaccine deaths; pulsed directed energy weapons too (of the kind disclosed by the US Air Force in 2024), which could have been responsible for the heart disease and cancers and strokes the NIH reports as being responsible for the spike in 2020 deaths–since AP-DEW bioeffects include all those, and Covert Crime using such technologies is well underway today, as Military Neuroweapon Maker James Giordano has acknowledged recently–saying people were afraid to go to hospitals because of the Corona scare–and in the third chart, Assumed Deaths (imagined) if the Commonwealth Fund Study’s claim of 3.2 million lives saved were to be seen as real.
“You assume in 2021 once we start the mass vaccination campaign if it worked the deaths would have actually declined. But they didn’t. They increased to 3.4 million and still we’re above that normalized line in 2021 or in 2022.”
“So again how do you get 3.2 million lives saved versus the actual results? Well here’s how they do it. You’d have to assume that we’re going to go from 2.9 million deaths in 2019, the year of the pandemic without a vaccine, where I hate to use a word, we call it the herd. I mean, the most vulnerable people died in 2020, right? You’d have to assume we were going to go from 2.9 to 3.4 to 5 million deaths in both 2021 and 2022 to come up with “you save 3.2 million lives”. Now, again, I’m not a mathematician. I’m an accountant. There is no way based on the actual data.”
“But yet you’ve got experts, credentialed experts publishing a rubbish study like this, that then a US senator is using a hearing to denigrate the vaccine injured.
Oh, no. This–I mean these vaccines, the COVID injections–this saved 3.2 million lives. What are you talking about Senator Johnson? No, it didn’t. So now extrapolate this to all the other studies.
I don’t know what the truth is. I know that’s a lie. There’s no way that this Commonwealth Fund study is accurate. It’s rubbish.
But it’s the experts–just like the experts that told us to wear masks, six feet distancing, vaccinate your six-month old child. We got to stop, we got to stop listening to Experts.”
They Lied About Everything (CDC, FDA, Fauci, HHS, Public Health, and Pharma Media)
Counsel Buckley also pointed out that “we know now that even they knew it was a lie” from the Fauci diaries and FDA emails–that the masks had been lied about–the pores, bigger than the posited Covid virus, would not stop anything, noted Senator Johnson, and “the plexiglass was all theater, wasn’t it?”–plexiglass and lines on the floor for six-feet distancing.
He mentioned the BBC-Google “Trusted News Initiative” which sought to crush “misinformation”–“Did they get anything right? They lied about the masks, right? And the same with social distancing–didn’t they just make that up?”
“I’ve got proof they knew it wasn’t Safe and Effective–and they Lied”
“Yes, ” confirmed Senator Johnson, “they lied. Masking didn’t save lives. It wasn’t necessary. They lied about the shot staying in your arm. They lied about the messenger RNA degrading. They lied about it was safe and effective because they knew it wasn’t. I’ve got proof they knew it wasn’t and they lied. Well, they’re still lying.”

This is obviously a huge aspect of what transpired, and what is still being pushed by Vaccine Makers–when government and international policies, decrees, and mandates are made on lies, those who lied become culpable for all the consequences they created. Significant among the highlights of the panel was Counsel Buckley’s prompting of the revisit of Pfizer’s failure to test the mRNA COVID vaccines prior to their release and forced usage on people worldwide, especially in hospitals and if they wanted to travel. “Which begs the question, then why did we take it all?”

Senator Johnson elaborated on other studies and tests that were not done before the vaccine rollouts. “And by the way, the studies that were not conducted, this I got from testimony from one of our hearings. It might have been from Toby Roth. This is a list of omitted studies that should shock everyone. They never tested drug interactions. They never tested for cardiovascular toxicity. They never tested for central nervous system toxicity, other organ toxicity, blood toxicity, genotoxicity, carcinogenicity. And I don’t think they tested to this day because that’s the whole game. When it’s a childhood vaccine or whether it’s this experimental gene therapy. Get it approved.”
“And because it’s a vaccine in America, you have no liability. You’re completely protected.
And so there’s no incentive for either the drug manufacturer, the vaccine manufacturer, or the government officials that approved it to do the long-term safety studies to disprove that they shouldn’t have approved it.
So there’s no in–there’s every incentive to hide it.
There’s every incentive to not be honest with the regulators when you go for the approval which is why again I don’t have the exact dates but you know the deaths that were in the placebo arm were reported very rapidly but the deaths in the vaccine arm of the study, they delayed reporting those things to the point where some of them weren’t even reported by the time it got the emergency use authorization.
So again as I said in the hall, in my investigation we are finding pieces of the puzzle, but it’s like a thousand piece puzzle. We maybe got 30 of the pieces. We got a long way to go.”
Drugs Approved Without Safety Data, Remdesivir Approved Similarly While Known to Kill–Major Government-Gilead Conflict of Interest
In Canada, there was no Emergency Use Authorization order, Shawn Buckley noted, but COVID-19 drugs were fasttracked through an emergency process and didn’t go through any tests or safety and efficacy protocols; no safety data needed to be submitted for the Ministry of Health to approve them.
“You just have to say, well, to get approval, well, we’ll get it to you, you know, by this time. Because our test didn’t even include the word safety or the word efficacy. Our test was something like: the Minister of Health has sufficient evidence to support the conclusion. So now we’re in a subjective test that the benefits of the drug outweigh the risks having regard to the uncertainties concerning the benefits and risks and the urgent public health emergency presented by COVID-19. We’ve permanently to this day exempted the COVID-19 drugs from having to go through the regular process of proving safety and efficacy,”
Similarly in the US, noted Senator Johnson, Operation Warp Speed helped circumvent the studies. Fauci talked about how, normally, drug and vaccine approvals would take 10 years, he said, but we have done it in a matter of months. And unfortunately, he said, other countries believed the NIH and CDC and FDA and followed “the directions of people they shouldn’t have done.”
He cited an email from Fauci dated March 18, 2020 talking about Remdesivir and urging “a much more strict protocol as opposed to hydrochloroquin which is an approved drug and although it has some adverse events, we have a ton of experience with it.” Although he had cautioned against it earlier, now he pushed Remdesivir, which, said Senator Johnson, “made a lot of money for Gilead.” In a report from Sharyl Atkinson, he noted, the end-point for days to recovery was changed “from death because it had no impact on death to days of recovery (!)” and whether the data was true or not, less days to recovery was found for Remdesivir. A report on Remdesivir issued by HHS had one of the authors receive research funding from Gilead, the makers of Remdesivir, including a $247,000 grant. Sharyl reported that eleven of the people on the government panel devising the Coronavirus treatment guidelines had ties to drug companies, nine named relationships with Gilead. “Seven more including two of the committee’s leaders had ties to Gilead beyond the 11 months they chose to disclose.” So there was a clear “conflict of interest in rushing Remdesivir to get Emergency Authorization” he said, “even though the WHO recommended against the use of it and had dropped it from their Ebola trial since it killed people faster than the protocol without Remdesivir.”

Further, he cited the whistleblowing of a staff surgeon at Providence Regional Medical Center in Everett, Washington, “one of the courageous doctors who came forward,” who told him that after their hospital was given Remdesivir, “we were provided misleading inaccurate information about the drug by medical leadership.” He reported a conversation with another doctor indicating that he knew that Remdesivir was killing people. “When I had a young trauma patient who was a perfect candidate according to their protocols for Remdesivir, the infectious disease doctor on call told me to not give it to her because quote she seems like a nice girl.”
“He concludes it was known early that Remdesivir kills–that was the Standard of Care,” said Senator Johnson.

About Doctors, Nurses, The Medical Establishment: “They Lied to Us, Plain and Simple”
Inquiry Counsel Buckley brought up the issue of the Doctors who failed everyone during the COVID Liedemic: “How do you think the doctors are dealing with this? They have to know.”
For doctors who “knew” and were not speaking, acting, or doing anything to curb the lies coming from above and from the Pharma establishment were silent, complicit, and participant in the scam. They were silent also because they could see some were being stripped of their licenses when they spoke, Senator Johnson suggested. Then the others–the ones who actively stopped patients from seeing their families, even at the point of death, who forcibly subjected them to dangerous treatments such as Remdesivir or the ventilators which resulted in their death–were avid perpetrators. All of this is being revealed by these panels, he noted.
Senator Johnson said, “I hope and pray that they’re searching their consciences. Again, when you saw the doctors that they made an example of–I have just sympathy for doctors who didn’t want to give up all their training, all their career. They want to continue to be doctors. So, I get that.

But I hope in light of what’s being revealed right now, I hope there’s an awful lot of soul-searching occurring within the medical establishment, not only doctors and nurses, but hospital administrators within these federal health agencies.
Again, that’s why I’m not stopping this. We need to expose the truth and it’s going to be difficult– again that we’re not going to get the thousand pieces of that puzzle.. Maybe we get a hundred, but even with the 30 pieces we’ve got, we have some pretty incriminating and revealing evidence of what happened. You don’t have to be a soothsayer to kind of put connect the dots and go, “Okay, I see what was happening here.”
But you have to be open to it. You have to open up your eyes and then once you see it, don’t close them. What’s the saying, you know, fool me once, shame on you. fool me twice. Three, four, five, six, seven, eight. You know, lie to me. I mean, they lied to us. Plain and simple. They lied to us baldface, repeatedly, scandalously.
And of course if there is one of the– I mean in addition to the injection injured and the deaths –if there’s one casualty of COVID and what we did — it’s just that we don’t trust doctors and nurses. We don’t trust the medical staff anymore. I mean, there’s a growing percentage certainly of Americans who will not go to the hospital.“
He cited polls from Rasmussen saying that from the recent polls, “24% of Americans still believe they know personally somebody who died from the CO injection and 53% believe it probably caused a significant number of deaths.” This is not data from a study but people’s experience, he pointed out. “This is what they saw. They know people that went in the hospital who begged for– I mean just give it a shot. I’m dying. Just would you give these safe cheap drugs, just give it a shot. No, not going to do that. I mean, can you imagine how gut-wrenching and frustrating that was for family members who who say, “Oh, dad’s unvaccinated. He’s going to die. Would you at least give him Ivormectin?” Nope. Won’t do that either.
I mean, one of their testimonies is they would not give their father or their loved one last rites unless they agreed that that loved one get a dose of Remdesivir. Now, that’s craven. That’s craven to the point of evil.
Okay, it’s a testimony. I can’t, you know, I can’t verify it, but that’s what people saw, and enough Americans, I think enough people worldwide saw that and they believed it and and they’re not going to believe these experts anymore.”

He also noted that “Actually it would be nice to have federal health agencies. It would be nice to have a world health agency that you could trust. But if these people had integrity, if they were putting the interests of the public first, not the interests of the drug companies that have captured them, that influence them–or the Bill Gates of the world that sprinkle his foundation money around and then cash in as the stock price of vaccine manufacturers goes up.”
Billionaires won here, he said, there were winners, but for “the vast majority of us, it was a loss, and a tragic one at that.”
Canadian and US Nurses, Surgeons, Nursing Students, Military Discharged for Refusing the COVID-19 mRNA Vaccines
Nurses and doctors were discharged in both Canada and the US when they refused the jab, reported both Shawn Buckley and Senator Johnson. In Canada after two years, there is a nursing shortage and nurses were being begged to come back minus the shot, said Counsel Buckley. Senator Johnson recounted an incident reported by a nurse in the US of nursing professors sitting around and laughing and ridiculing nursing students forced to get the shot who were “throwing away three years of nursing school” by refusing it, and said the US had also suffered a huge nursing shortage for this reason. He noted it was similar in the military–8,500 discharged for the same reason, refusing the gene-modifying and death-risk vaccine. “That continues to be a huge cover up in in the US military.”
Senator Johnson reported that the DMED system had been reported to be showing a dramatic increase in diagnoses (post-vaccine) and when they contacted the Fire Department (who also have access to this military epidemiological database) for more information were told it was a “glitch in the data.” Ignoring requests to preserve the data, they took the system down and then returned it online with “nothing to see anymore.” Dr. Teresa Long was investigating the matter, he said.

Earlier, Dr. Long, who has testified on Senator Johnson’s panels earlier, reported on vaccine injuries among the military.
Destroying the Evidence to Conceal Their Crime: “So much of the evidence has already been destroyed, or never created”
One of the most significant revelations of Senator Johnson’s testimony from his findings is that data on the mRNA Covid Vaccine injuries previously recorded or reported has been destroyed. In reference to the data wipes from DMED–the military epidemiological database–he said Dr. Theresa Long is still working to procure that information which DMED reported later had been stored on a glitchy system and then lost: “So much of the evidence has already been destroyed, and never created because they’re, you know, smart enough not to put incriminating things in writing.”
He had alluded earlier to how people at the FDA were training each other not to commit things to email. [Proof in the Unmasked report.]
He confirmed the investigation is continuing and there is a likelihood of further information disclosure from “devices” like cell phones and ipads and tablets and laptops, presumably. “But what’s pretty amazing is how much we have uncovered. And I think how much is probably likely to be uncovered now if we get these devices.”
But the point that he made and the information he shared about DMED–such an important database–being data-wiped to prevent close scrutiny of reported mRNA-vaccine injury among soldiers, sailors, airmen and women is one to keep in foreview. How exactly does the government get to wipe out government data in order to prevent government enquiry into the crime? [CIA Director Richard Helms’ famous MK ULTRA file-destroyings come to mind.] They need to be prevented from doing so.
Flu Shot Risks of Serious Adverse Events Don’t Stop Public Health from Advising People & Children to Take Them
Counsel Buckley brought up the question of the flu vaccine repeatedly on the market and given to children on Public Health recommendations despite the 2.7% risk of serious adverse events and asked why parents trust Public Health.
“Because they are misled by Public Health officials,” responded Senator Johnson, encapsulating COVID-19 vaccine responses as well, which continue.
He reiterated the need for people to analyze absolute versus relative risk and recognize that the very low absolute risk of kids dying from flu–0.1%–in conjunction with supposed 50% efficacy meant an absolute risk still of about.095, a near zero risk which “doesn’t compute” in light of nearly 3% risk of serious disability or death.
“We don’t have a vaccine for the common cold or really even a cure,” he said. “You just keep your immune system firing on all cylinders.” In other words, the flu shot is redundant especially for children. Parents need to stay on top of what these risk figures mean and recognize that there are real harms here being prognosticated–for these vaccines are not harmless substances, they all contain poisons, they are all potentially dangerous, and they all carry a 3% risk, according to the manufacturers, of serious adverse event or crippling disability.
In this, Senator Johnson and attorney Buckley are drawing attention to the very real harms of all vaccines, and in particular the flu vaccine. There has been much published on vaccine injury for each vaccine, and every parent needs to become aware of the very real dangers of maiming or killing their children with each vaccine they so casually permit or enforce for their children. Given the huge amount of corruption in the Pharma-Medical industry with pediatricians pushing dangerous vaccines, it’s parents who need to put their foot on the brake here and both research vaccines thoroughly and learn how to say a firm No, to clinics, doctors, schools, school principals, and school nurses.

Boosting your immune system instead of taking vaccines
Interestingly, on the subject of immunity, Senator Johnson reported that Anthony Fauci “started taking mega doses of Vitamin D, and like the Grinch who solved hunger, told no one. And Fauci knew enough to boost your immune system. And that’s things like Vitamin D.”
Meanwhile, doctors like Paul Merrick, “a world-renowned critical care specialist” had all their tools like Vitamin C, which he had shown to cure sepsis, and Ivermectin taken away from him by COVID hospital protocols, he said. He had about seven patients in the ICU he thought he could treat successfully.
“But they took away all my tools. They tied my hands behind my back and all I could do was sit and watch them die.”
“Again, that’s powerful testimony,” he said, “and hospital administrators and other doctors need to look at that and search their souls…I mean, our immune system is a marvel. How could they kick it to the curb and say, Ah no, can’t rely on that. Relying on experimental gene therapy.”
“Again, it’s absurd, isn’t it? It’s absurd. But we live that absurdity.”
“The solution is more speech, not less speech”
To a question from Counsel Buckley on the differences between the Democrats and Republicans across states, and the dangers of misinformation on issues of public health, Senator Johnson suggested that people focus on areas of agreement. He also noted that, unlike the inexplicably repressive resolutions from the misnamed “Trusted News Initiative”, he would, more like Louis Brandeis, recommend “more information” not less and not curtailing free speech–as occurred around COVID, the vaccines, the masks and so on. “The solution isn’t less speech, the solution is more speech, ” he said. “And as consumers of speech, consumers of information, we need to become very discerning.”

Hospitals and States Flooded With Dollars While They Overstated COVID Deaths and Refused to Treat Sick People
Both in Canada and the United States, it appears states and hospitals both got millions of dollars while they sought to name every death a COVID death, wanting to test everyone who came in through the doors of the ER including people in car accidents.
“I think just in general hospitals did really well. They made oodles and oodles of money. States did well too. Sent all kinds of COVID relief to States to still spend the money.”
Counsel Buckley recounted the story of his mother-in-law who was taken from her care home to the hospital after she apparently suddenly suffered a severe stroke overnight–which, from how it is described, sounds like it could very well have been a precision, targeted AP-DEW attack* –and died the next day but was refused any and all treatment the whole day by the hospital. The doctors and nurses at the hospital however wanted persistently to test her for COVID, even as she lay dying, and came repeatedly to get permission from the family, which was denied. Clearly the intent was to count her as a COVID death.
(*AP-DEWs (anti-personnel directed energy weapons with disabling bio-effects) are being field-tested all over the United States and plausibly the world, as per Air Force documents recently reported, an unconsented-to, extreme military/Special Access crime using neuro bio energy weapons which few people know about and which people in Committee-of-300 Media are pointedly not talking about, a subject of serious human rights violation which is being accorded separate coverage at this site, as it has been, for 12 years of this writer’s journalistic investigations–it seems entirely possible, from whistleblower testimonial and anecdotally, from thousands of reporting civilians, that AP-DEWS are being used–by covertly-operating criminals with military, Intelligence, Justice, or other contracts–especially on the elderly and in care homes, to induce illness and death both, in quiet service of the diabolical Depopulation Agenda which the mRNA vaccines are also suspected to be serving.)
So were the deaths during the years 2020, 2021 all COVID deaths as reported or was this number exaggerated? Did they falsely report the deaths as COVID deaths? Senator Johnson said “I think that was rampant. I think that happened, but we don’t know. They don’t want to know. They got the result they wanted. They were able to juice the numbers, create the fear so they could get the result they wanted, which was the mRNA injection.” Senator Johnson said he had tried to do the research here and could only conclude that anecdotally, the numbers had been inflated, it was difficult to prove, “but everyone kind of recognizes that’s true”. Hospitals he talked to in Wisconsin were not overwhelmed, he said, some doctors talked about hospitals in New York, Louisiana, Italy, China, being overfull but he thought “this was way overhyped.”
What’s Next? Interviews of the “Completely Unrepentant”, after Collecting Documents
To the question “What’s Next?” Senator Johnson responded that the collection of documents and evidence would continue, now that they had started, after which there would be interviews.
“So, as I said, we’ve only now gotten documents. This was after, you know, six years of investigation. Now, we’re finally getting documents. So, we have evidence, which is what you need before you call people in for transcribed interviews. Otherwise, they run circles around you. I mean, even with evidence, as I was saying, we’ve interviewed some of the people in CDC, they’re completely unrepentant. Again, you can’t faze them.”
“There’s nothing you can show them that said, “Yeah, you probably ought to have considered this one as a safety signal.” They just say, We weren’t seeing safety signals. You know, what can I say? So, we’ll continue to gather that evidence. Again, we’ve got more devices than they are supposed to have in their possession, but again, it drives you nuts. They can’t answer simple questions. Okay, you say you possess this, but it’s been decommissioned and not in inventory. What does that mean? We can’t tell you what it means. So again, I cannot tell you.
“I always say nobody can out-frustrate me. But we will continue. I will be dogged as long as particularly as I’m Chairman. I’ll need to remain Chairman in order to have the subpoena authority to at least threaten subpoenas to compel these agencies, even under Bobby Kennedy.
“I mean, we need that authority. But certainly if we maintain the majority over the next two years, get more documentation, we’re starting to call people in for interviews.”
He also noted that no document dump was possible at this time since the panel needed to keep the documents secret until after the interviews.
“And one of the reasons we don’t just do a document dump, you know, like here’s the stuff, here’s what we found out, is you need, in order to do an investigation with integrity when you call witnesses in, they can’t know what you have. Okay? They have to suspect that they know that you know everything they wrote. So that when you ask them a question, they better answer it honestly because in some cases we know the answer to the question. Some cases we don’t, but we want them to be under as much pressure to answer truthfully.”
“So again, the interview phase of my investigation has only begun. I hope it’ll be quite revealing. We’re getting more whistle blowers coming up saying, “Well, you should have this document.” We don’t.
“We do know for example, you know, I’ll name him–Tom Shimbakuro who was the chief safety surveillance official in CDC. He was touting VAERS in October and all that type of thing. With the permission of the Office of General Counsel of HHS, he deleted emails. Now I think HHS was chided by a court who said he can’t do that. I mean that’s a violation of the Federal Records Act. But again he’s covered by the fact that this was based on a Office of General Counsel opinion that Yeah you’re not high enough the food chain you can delete what you want to delete. What we’ve also found out though is that not only were they deleted on the device but they appear to be have been deleted on the server.
“I know how to delete an email. I have no idea how I delete those (on the server) because again, electronic communications, it doesn’t disappear. Those things are pretty much forever unless somebody who knows what they’re doing deletes them. So, we’ll see where this goes.

“I can see my investigation expanding into–because we already have Dr. David Morren, right? He wrote the famous email. “We got this foia lady showed me how to make emails disappear.” You know, other emails my staff uncovered. He’s now again, he confessed to a conspiracy to violate the Federal Records Act. So, I’m hoping he turns state evidence on fellow conspirators. But we’ve seen that time and time and time again, those type of emails like, “Well, let’s talk about this. Not good for email or send this to my Gmail.” We see that time and time again. So, I can see my investigation expanding into just rampant violations of the Federal Records Act within these agencies.

In thanking Senator Johnson and closing the meeting, MP Dean Allison alluded to a previous conversation and stressed the importance of excavating the Truth: “You know, as someone that chairs these committees, it’s very important that we tell the truth, right?
