As many know, the criminal, collusive, planned cover-up of Mental Health Fraud described again here in Physicians, Psychiatrists, Judges, Attorneys, Police Are Aiding and Abetting AP-DEW Crimes Against Humanity with Mental Health Fraud is being run today to conceal the mass atrocities being wreaked by radio and sound and neuro weaponry, through-wall, by numerous parties–Military, Intelligence, Law Enforcement, Homeland Security, Justice and their affiliates and contractors–which abuses are thus assisted and supported and permitted and promoted by family members of those reporting these crimes in tragic enactments of primed betrayal.
How does this happen? Are family members being brain entrained–with the same kinds of technologies being reported today as in development or in use–brain heterodyned, brain programmed, neuro influenced, techno hypnotized to disbelieve?
Forced Traumatizing of Reporters of Radio-Neuro Crime by Their Own Families: Essentially Domestic Abuse
As a consequence of family disbelieving reports of remote thermal, sound, or pulsed radio or electroshock or neuro attack on their bodies and brains, denying the existence or usage of such technologies in their midst, and rejecting the vital journalistic reportage which establishes their existence and usage in numerous covert and secret experimentation and field weapons-testing projects--continuously being reported worldwide and in the US–people are forcibly taken to psychiatrists by family and/or to Emergency Rooms by police and EMS in traumatizing “sectioning” scenarios, forced into Psych Wards, and forcibly and falsely psychiatrically labeled, committed, and force-medicated with deadly neurotoxins which affect and degrade brains.

Family members do this–spouses, parents, children, siblings, aunts, uncles, grandparents. Family members accept the false-labeling of criminally complicit psychiatrists and ER doctors in hospitals.
Family members reject the testimonials of their own wives, husbands, children, and siblings or other relatives; family members and spouses reject also the shown evidence of burns, radiation damage on skin, blisters, lesions, overheating, inflammation from attack with RF technologies, incapacitation of limbs from pulsed energy projectile attack through-wall, as well as shown evidence of neighborhood vandalism and entry into yards and gardens, and evidence of pulsed EMF lighting up on EMF meters, evidence of sounded microwave attack audible on sound shields, evidence of sound attacks on walls, roofs, radiators, evidence of noticeable and repeatedly timed neighborhood noise and stalking harassment, evidence in lacerations of externally sharpshot-in covert RFID implants and sprayed nanotechnology, evidence of repeated heat attacks in subdural heating and sleep deprivation, and align instead with police, with “clinical co-responders” who work with police and talk about a “process” to treat mental illness, which is instantly raised by them–by police–on false-claims by the fusion center contractors/neighbors targeting them or at mention of microwave weapons, neuroweapons, radio weapons, or directed energy weapons or RFIDs–covertly-implanted radio frequency identifying devices–implanted in their bodies, to which radio signals are being sent painfully, or suspected implanting with Brain Computer Interface technologies (in homes and hospitals) which are permitting all kinds of sensory, neurological, and brain invasions as well as through-wall electroshocks, electrocramps, and neuromuscular incapacitation.
The Police “Process” to Falsely Allege and “Treat” Mental Illness: a Psychiatry-Secrecy Mechanism to Keep Human Brain and AP-DEW Experimentation and Weapons-Testing Silent and Ongoing
That process is Forced Hospitalization, on a Section 12 in Massachusetts, a Section 5150 in California, and similar sectioning laws in every state in the US. Police and their clinical co-responders call EMS and ambulances and force people into ERs and Psych Wards, deliberately and with intention to shut down any mention of usage of radio weaponry, microwave weaponry, or neuroweaponry in our communities and neighborhoods–an extreme irony and an invidious action of criminal fraud since police, the DOJ, NIJ, and FBI are not merely fully aware of this weaponry testing and use, they are actually involved in developing, testing, and using these technologies on people. It is clear also that the police are protecting the CIA and the DOD/all divisions who are running Field Weapons Testing on Non Lethal Weapons–inclusive of pulsed microwave weapons and millimeter wave weapons and neuroweapons--which are indeed exactly what people are reporting, secret weapons-testing and experimentation on their bodies and brains.
Sections and sectioning–state codes–work also now in alignment with the fraudulent and unscientific DSM, the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, which has an entry now for people who believe they are being attacked with electromagnetic energy as being delusional, a strategized, binding, Psychiatry-Secrecy mechanism to shut down notice and testimonial of precisely these Secrecy-run through-wall electromagnetic-energy and neurotechnology operation crimes.
By Secrecy, this writer means all intelligence agencies, law enforcement agencies, security agencies, and military divisions which employ Secrecy, Classification, Compartmentalization, and Clandestine protocols to conceal numerous of their espionage, investigation, surveillance, Psychological Operations, Weapons-Testing and other military and intelligence activities in the midst of everyday society, in our midst, concealed in plain view in public and invading the privacy of our homes and lives. It is this coterie who engaged in the 2016 NPRM to revise the Common Rule to eschew Informed Consent in human experimentation, and sought to establish Intelligence and Criminal Justice waivers to Informed Consent–apparently for precisely this purpose, to test and use AP-DEWS and Neurotechnologies and Nanotechnologies and Psychological Operations and Behavior Control and Brain Control methodologies without disclosure and without consent on the civilian population. Brain Programming and Neuro Activation: The State of Today’s Unethical Brain Technologies in Operation
Why would family members rush to embrace the strategizing and deliberate lies of police who barge into homes, demanding to force reporters of microwave weapon operation in their neighborhoods into Psych Wards, for psychiatric labeling and shutdown of their testimonial?
Family members in fact react with vehemence and certainty and rush to the politically repressive, fraudulent, and restraining paradigm of Psychiatry to force people into medication programs, force them into silencing themselves, and into disappearing their testimonial of cruel and inhumane assault through-wall with burning, boiling, vibrating, shocking pulsed microwave and millimeter-wave weapons--whose existence and use in field weapons-testing projects have been proved by Army, Navy, and Air Force and NIJ documents, including as reported in Human Rights Reports here:
There is an obvious disjunct here, and it has to do both with the lies and fraud of Psychiatry and the plausible use of neurotechnologies on families, to use families as restraining devices themselves.
Many are swayed by the pseudoscience of psychiatry, mistakenly believing that this branch of Western medicine is about mental healthcare and healing, they have no idea that Psychiatry is about control, it has its roots and anchor in Control, not Care, and that it is run by the profit-centered Pharma and Health Insurance industry.
But there is something deathly sinister about the insistence of families on pushing people–their own family members whom they have known and lived with for a lifetime–into Psychiatry, aligning thus with police actions of repression and bogus “sections” and statutes in state law permitting police and other parties (such as physicians and judges) given power over others to force people into ERs and Psych wards. All of a sudden family allegiances and loyalties dissolve, relationships dissolve overnight, marriages break, and “democrat socialist Marxist feminist progressive liberal” thinkers become uncritical jellyfish police aficionados. Do neighborhood neuroweapon wielders fixate on brain-entraining and reprogramming families and spouses first? There are hundreds of published patents on brain control, and the control of brains remotely has been described by several military neuroscientists–in the US, not just the former Soviet Union.
Forced Isolation of Family Members to Permit Increased Social-Neighborhood-Police and AP-DEW Through-Wall Abuse and Harassment
Families in fact attack, abuse, deride, mock, desert and abandon those reporting these crimes, especially by divorce, and forcibly isolate them thus–which only leads to increased social harassment and abuse by neighborhood weapon-wielders, who continue to work with police to falsely accuse and terrorize their “projects” as the CIA describes people subjected to “behavior modification” in its notorious MK ULTRA documents.
Families therefore are also assisting, aiding, and abetting in the AP-DEW and Neuro Crimes Against Humanity being perpetrated on people today.
By refusing to believe their own kith and kin’s reports and accept their word, by rejecting people’s testimonial of radio and remote-access assault and battery through-wall, by refusing to consider the evidence of abuse rampant in neighborhoods–including that of noticeable and massive noise harassment, sudden overt use of car horns, drones, helicopters and small plane flyovers, all in support of military, Intelligence, and Justice weapons-testing and operation projects–family members are shrouding themselves in denial, yielding their own critical thinking skills, and destroying their own lives.
Covert Human Experimentation Has Been Revealed as Ongoing by the CIA, Air Force, DARPA, NIJ, and Several CIA, NSA, FBI Whistleblowers
Note that the CIA, the Central Intelligence Agency, has admitted to conducting human experimentation projects they name “confidential” inside the USA, that they are responsible for all “HUMINT” or human intelligence projects inside the USA, and that they have a stated affiliation with the US Air Force in its conducting of AP-DEW and neuro weapons-testing at Air Force bases and in the “field”, which appears to be all urban and rural areas inside the US and worldwide, through NATO and foreign government affiliations, as discussed in this latest reveal of US Air Force field weapons-testing of Anti-Personnel Directed-Energy Weapons, a 2024 and 2025 FOIA-released disclosure as large and momentous as the Pentagon Papers, Panama Papers, or MK ULTRA documents.

People need to be believed when they report radio and neuro crimes against humanity, and their families should stand by their side, listen, observe, accept and learn, not attack, deride, mock, disbelieve, be skeptical, abuse, and abandon them. Nor play into the hands of the lawlessly and amorally behaving agencies running these operations by handing them over to the enemy.
And all of us need to get wise about Psychiatry, what it really is, what it has been historically, what it has been based in from the start, and how it is being used by the very same State actors who are enacting Radio and Neuro Repression and removal of rights on all of us. They are operating on Hubris and greed for power–now over individual human brains, intellect, thinking, and being as well in numerous unethical Brain and AI projects–not in Law.
