Catherine Herridge of News Nation interviews James Giordano, military neuroscientist and so-called neuroethicist, on News Nation as well as Rita Cicala, widow of former counter-intelligence officer Mike Beck, who was attacked severely with some form of AP-DEW, to the extent of being inflicted with dementia and Parkinson’s and dying this past January, in a conversation aired August 8, 2026 which fails to catch up to the truth of the wide spectrum of AP-DEWs which have been reported over the past two decades in the US alone via military documents, military, Intelligence and Law Enforcement whistleblowers, as well as hundreds of thousands of Americans reporting such covert attack on their bodies and brains, in addition to English, Europeans, Australians, others worldwide–as covered here at ECC and Ramola D Reports since 2014.
Her interview can be viewed on Youtube, which deplatformed this writer and journalist in 2021. Apparently, disclosure on Youtube/Google/Alphabet/CIA is now being permitted–by the CIA?–to mainstream-media journalists, those less likely to publish the whole truth, it appears.
Note: The stills of large-scale Directed Energy Weapons for ship and installation destruction included in this video broadcast are misleading; AP-DEWS used on people employ much smaller devices, often handheld, using modified cell phones or resembling cell phones, or using the kinds of antenna and transmitter systems we see everyday parked on the sides and roofs of houses, above chimneys, in cars and vans, and local cellular towers; RF transmitters appear to be concealed in antenna systems. Many believe a “panopticon” of silent aggression with these weapons has been built, in all our city and urban communities worldwide.
This failure to address the facts is echoed in Dr. James Giordano’s openly-fabricating, perhaps excessively condensed summarizing of AP-DEWs as being of 2 kinds alone, acoustic/ultrasound or laser-induced high power pulsed microwave. [He’s more forthcoming on his webinars and talks, video-recorded.] “Essentially there’s two types–one a kind of sonic energy, the other a laser-induced microwave, very rapidly pulsed microwave.”
Still, it’s encouraging to see other coverage of AP-DEWS, because that’s going to have to happen, widely, for the whole world to wake up about these incredibly abusive and inhuman technologies which governments and affiliated Intelligence agencies and private-sector corporations are using–and have long been using, undisclosed–on their own citizens, in apparent globally-sync’d efforts to subjugate and silence human populations, sicken, and cull, much as the Covid and other vaccines, debilitating aerosols, and engineered climate events have been doing as well. This is in addition to illegitimate and inhumane human experimentation and field-weapons-testing of such anti-human weaponry, still being executed, and being kept partially secret, as recent Air Force disclosures establish. We are looking at extreme crimes against humanity here, and the nature of the assault is such that it is incomprehensible within normal, sane, human parameters. One quickly discovers we are looking at vast networks of deceit, conspiracies of control, and military and Intelligence and Justice operations of over-the-top subjugation and control of humanity.]
Brain Damage Over Time, “Priming Attacks” and “Finishing Attacks”
Dr. James Giordano also talks about deterioration of the brain and nervous system over time with pulsed microwave weapons. “Think if you will, of putting something like a cell phone very briefly into a microwave for a second. It may seem that it’s working the same, but it will never actually be the same. And in fact, it’s functionally decadent with time. This is the same thing we’re seeing with these patients–there will be an initial set of effects that tend to worsen as various aspects of the brain and nervous system become far more disrupted, deteriorated, over time.”
Interestingly, Catherine Herridge mentions only three cases in Northern Virginia she has uncovered, of people reporting attack with energy weapons, when it is becoming increasingly clear that more and more people are being surreptitiously targeted with these weapons, inducing sudden debilitating bodily effects.
To his credit, James Giordano also speaks of how these are Covert Technologies and are known to be in operation, carefully slipping in “ranging”, a military term for remote-access, “long-range”, which essentially means remote-access from a distance, through-wall, as he speaks of how people are being subjected to primary “priming attacks” to target individuals for establishment of bio-effects, followed by secondary attacks known as “sequential or finishing attacks, which may incur an amplification of the initial effect, so what you’re doing is, you’re sort of stirring the pot then you’re really letting it boil.”
Autonomic nervous system effects (affecting involuntary functions like breathing and heart rate) are seen to occur over time, he says, as persistent pulsed microwave attacks move from brain and neurological effects to affect digestive, cardiologic, breathing systems producing “dysautonomia-type” effects.
Giordano: “Clear and Present Danger Overseas and Now Certainly Within the United States”
To the question of whether he is convinced such DEW attacks are being carried out overseas as well as domestically, he answers in the affirmative: “Without a doubt. The technology is there, the readiness level is there, to make these things fieldable, scalable, and operationalizable as patent. And these represent clear and present dangers both overseas and now certainly within the United States.”
When asked “Is this Next Generation Warfare? Is this what they call Gray Zone Warfare?”, he answers: “I think what we’re seeing is a New Dimension of Warfare that embraces Emerging Technologies to be able to engage both Clandestine and ever more like these Covert Operations where attributability becomes very very difficult because the device may not be available, the technology is cryptic, and certainly we tend to find latent effects making it more difficult.”
“Emerging Technologies”: Military Neuroweapon Makers and Leaders Cannot be Permitted to Legitimize Such Terms When These Cause Infinite Harm to Human Health
It must be noted here that the term “Emerging Technologies” used by the Military in numerous documents to typify Anti-Personnel or Counter-Personnel Directed Energy Weapons infinitely harmful to human and animal bodies as well as all plant life, operating at the very low frequencies which harm brains and cells and also at the very high pulsed frequencies which also harm brains, cells, organs and health, is being used here openly now by Dr. James Giordano, a military neuroscientist and EMF/acoustic neuroweapons-maker, as if legitimizing and normalizing this term, which was approved by no one but themselves. Are we all supposed to embrace “Emerging Technologies” with the potential–and currently operational–to harm us all? No, we are not. This term must be challenged and questioned. These are illegal, unlawful, unapproved, unethical, inhumane, extrajudicial targeting, harassing, and abusive silent-assault technologies. Journalists and human rights agencies with basic intellect and integrity need to step forward here and inform Congress accurately of the harms accruing from these technologies, evident in all radio dosimetry weapons-testing programs, such as the ones described here currently, the biggest reveal of the century of military usage of these AP-DEWs, where technical and scientific reports describe the carnage: Newly Declassified US Air Force Documents Reveal Extensive Directed Energy Weapons Bio-Behavioral Experiments on Humans and Animals in Laboratory and Field Since 2013.
Clandestine and Covert Operations Acknowledged by Dr. James Giordano
It must also be noted that this acknowledgement by Dr. James Giordano–a spokesperson for the US Military and CIA, whose disclosure of AP-DEW and Neurotechnologies has been proceeding bit by bit over the years since 2015 when his video talks were first published online–of clandestine and covert operations engaging these secretive-by-nature, through-wall microwave and other EMF neurobioweapons–is significant. It is precisely these clandestine and covert operations that have been surfaced by reporting victims of these crimes for decades now, as continuation of the CIA’s MK ULTRA and evidence of DOD Field Weapons Testing–which today includes notice as well of DOJ weapons testing, as the NIJ grant funding progams reveal. Reporting victims of these crimes cannot be dismissed–by the corrupt Media edifice we have in the West–as coyly FBI-termed “Targeted Individuals” whom we’re all supposed to believe are “Mentally Ill,” they are reporting deathly crimes by military and government agencies and law enforcement departments and associations.
These weapons and their usage cannot be kept clandestine and covert forever, but must be publicly and widely known to be in existence and in nefarious use. Clandestine and covert operations of such deathly harm cannot be permitted by any society.
Human health–in every arena–stands no chance when such weapons can be permitted to be in use, disguised as they already are beginning to be as “medical devices” in some cases and “surveillance devices” in some cases. (Wielded by terrorists parked outside houses and stores and churches, told they’re legitimately employed in curbing crime or terrorism. Also using widely set-up antenna and satellite systems and secret Mil-Intel installations of devices on the sides & roofs of houses and inside the chassis of parked cars.)

Deadly AP-DEW Effects: Traumatic Brain Injury Inducing Parkinson’s and Dementia
In the second part of this News Nation broadcast, conversation with Kate Cicala reveals that Mike Beck was the counter intelligence officer who suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury in 1996, with decline into Parkinson’s and dementia, and extended suffering and denial of disability benefits despite a letter from the National Security Agency in 2023 confirming that he had been hit with a Directed Energy Weapon in a foreign country in the course of his work, dying of brain-damage consequences from his injuries 30 years later.
People are Being Pulse-Hit Continuously
It is curious that this is how brain injuries from AP-DEWs are being surfaced today, since it appears that the majority of people being covertly attacked with such nefarious technologies are being pulse-hit continuously in various ways and subjected to a variety of spectrum attacks inclusive of direct brain and nervous system degradation attacks, microwave hearing or Voice to Skull attacks, frontal lobe dementia-inducing attacks, subvocal inner-voice hijacking and brain communication technology–BCI-CBI–attacks, concussion attacks, pulse-microwave headaches, and more, as revealed by numerous CIA and MI6 whistleblowers (eg., Robert Duncan, Rafe Hassell) and reporting civilians. In other words, the attacks are continuous and the damage and debilitation, body and brain, is continuous. Single, long-term effect-producing TBIs are being reported primarily only by the CIA faction and diplomat faction–with much talk of such attacks occurring only in hostile countries and attributable to hostile Intelligence services. A report at odds with the continuous reports from people inside the United States who report that their lives are destroyed, the attacks are nonstop, and the covert contingent parked around them also persistent and 24/7 in their invasive attention.
These are treasonous attacks on populations, and all agencies and militaries running these operations of grave harm–using Clandestine and Covert means, with Mental Health Fraud to conceal their crimes–should be defunded.
