It appears that over the past few years and months, both the Department of Justice and the White House–Trump’s White House and Trump’s DOJ–have been working overtime to ensure that the entire nation, adults and children both, well-settled and homeless both, is put at risk of psychiatric incarceration and false psychiatric labeling via numerous forced hospitalization scenarios including “Crisis Intervention” and Clearing the Homeless off the streets.

Orwellian “Behavioral Health” a Fixation Nationwide: False Calls by Neighbors and Family to Crisis Intervention While “Advanced Technology” is Operative in Neighborhoods
“Behavioral Health” fixations in every State–well-funded and set in place by the Biden-Harris Administration–ensure that the Crisis Intervention teams–from local police–can be called in anytime by anyone, particularly by nasty neighbors with police affiliations and DOD/DOW/fusion center affiliations paid to harass, stalk, and harm others including with the “advanced technology” that police and DOJ have brought onto the streets now and have NIJ grants to test on the populace–as in my own experience and that of others’ reported to me. Military divisions too are and have been testing these weapons, using Defense contractors and operating through fusion center affiliation as their documents, obtained on FOIA and being collected at this site, increasingly reveal.
Family members misled and misinformed by the selfsame police, well-cognizant and using of this “advanced technology” which includes a wide range of military Spectrum Tech and Microwave and Millimeter Wave Weapons, basically electrical and electromagnetic and acoustic bioweapons and neuroweapons, also known as Electronic Weapons and Emerging Technologies in military reference–as in my own experience as well as in many others’ reported to me, and witnessed by me–are also involved in making false calls to police to force psychiatric evaluations on their own husbands, wives, siblings, parents, and children.
Family members, of course, are now widely suspected–by those in the know, who have studied the patents, read the research, and followed the miserable trail the CIA, DARPA, and DOD/DOW have left for us–to be also influenced by Neuro Influence Technologies, also known as Cognitive Warfare weapons and methodologies, or Neuroweapons, or Neurotechnologies--again, a wide variety of these, we have learned, now exist, and DOD and CIA neuroweapon scientists have assured us they range from Brain Heterodyning, Brain Computer Interface Access via micro BCI Tech and Nano Neurotech, to Idea Injection and Thought Injection, Brain Decoding and Encoding, basically Brain Programming, classic modalities of what we all know to be the Invasive Brain Modification actions of the CIA’s MK ULTRA and Project Artichoke programs as well as other horrific CIA-DOD Human Experiments conducted on human brains since the 1950s, as far as we know, and probably much earlier–if you take into account the Tavistock and Nazi experiments from the First and Second World War time periods as well.

Military Behavioral Effect Weapons Have Been Revealed
The JIFCO–the new, fancy name for the Marine Corps’ Just Short of Lethal Weaponry department–which includes all these sizzling electrical and electromagnetic and acoustic Bioweapons and Neuroweapons mentioned above–the Joint Intermediate Force Capabilities Office–also informs us, confessing really, there are “Behavioral Effect Weapons” afoot–basically these very Electronic Weapons, all of which produce behavioral effects and bio effects both: they will force you to move, or disable you, or disable your brain. They can also induce emotions such as anger and sadness, to debilitating extent, causing people to act out, or act impulsively, or become violent, or sink into depression. These are neuroweapons in fact which can evoke the symptoms of DSM-decreed “mental disorders” of various kinds, and it is widely suspected that the CIA/DOD/DOW are indeed using them in this fashion, to force psychiatric labels on people by subjecting them to neurotechnology. Like psychoactive drugs which make people depressed or suicidal, so can this neurotechnology.
Behavioral Effect Weapons include the Air Force Research Lab’s Active Denial Technologies which the military likes to call Area Denial weapons and which the police are using now, in reduced size, in high-heat burn-and-irradiate attacks on crowds at legitimate protests and assemblies, calling them Crowd Control and Riot Control technologies. These technologies are also being used through-wall on people’s spines, necks and faces, inducing high-heat and “intolerable discomfort” through-wall or long-range, as the military terms it, as reported by many thousands in the US and worldwide. None of this is ethical or humane.
Remote Muscular Cramp and Paralysis Weapons, Chemical and Biological Weapons
The Air Force and Marine Corps both have surfaced inhumane wireless, long-range HEMI–“human electromuscular incapacitation”–devices to paralyze people from a distance (in addition to their Conducted Energy Devices with material projectiles), and the Joint Non Lethal Weapons Program and NIJ, DARPA, and CIA (OSS)–that’s both military and police, as well as CIA–have also researched “calmative” chemical agents and malodorants, using neurotoxic drugs and noxious gases to produce “behavioral effects”, despite Chemical and Biological Weapons Conventions which prohibit them. Many in the community including FBI whistleblower Geral Sosbee–and this writer–have reported the adversarial use of such gases and drugs on them, including as placed inside their houses in vent systems and sprayed or released outside in public via handheld spray devices or using car exhaust systems to disseminate such noxious “calmatives*” and stenches.[* Calmatives being another euphemism for death-hits on nervous systems, muscles, and brains.]

Further, the local police has Through The Wall Surveillance devices developed by the military, millimeter wave technologies used in airports and post-earthquakes to detect heartbeats and thermal bio signatures, now casually used by police and “Public Safety”: Fire, EMS, Police, from their vehicles and against walls of houses (witnessed) to identify and locate people they’re targeting, tracking, and harassing, all illegitimately, but under wrongful cover of “Surveillance”, “Public Safety,” “Crime Prevention,” “Counter Terrorism” and other lies, in numerous testing, demo’ing, and experimentation projects of their own and in protection of others run by the CIA, DOD/DOW, and other agencies. Physicians and Psychiatrists Pretend Obliviousness About These Well-Reported Weapons, Police Lie To Maintain the Crime of Wrongful Arrest
Physicians and Psychiatrists (criminally) like to pretend they have no clue of this reportage, the fact that these weapons exist and are being used. Police (criminally) pretend they have no clue either, and arrest those who mention “microwave weapons” and stuff them into ambulances for “medical evaluations” or “psychiatric evaluations”–basically Forced Hospitalization and fraudulent Involuntary Commitment, as was done to me fraudulently by Quincy Police’s “mental health professional” Tim O’Brien on April 14, 2022, as I have reported earlier, including in my Living Testimonial–and will continue to write more about.
Police mislead family members, encouraging them to use the Section 12 statute (in Massachusetts) to actually file complaints in a court against their own wives or husbands or brothers or sisters, so a judge can order a forced hospitalization for psychiatric evaluation; this is a sordid invasion of the privacy and sanctity of the family unit and hugely traumatizing to their target, often someone who is a stand-out citizen and exceptional in every way–for these are who are being targeted covertly by police, FBI, CIA/DOD/DOW for their heads, as I have been [more on the Extreme Attacks on me from 2022-2026, and from 2013-date shortly]–not someone who is a danger to the community. This is part of the gigantic fraud and crime being run by Police, the FBI, the DHS, the fusion centers, and local governments–they wrongfully suggest that family members consider the one being clandestinely CIA-DOD/DOW-DOJ abused an “Extreme Risk” person who needs committing, via the “Sectioning” process–as they rush to seal and protect the Field Weapons-Testing of AP-DEWs by the DOD and DOJ, and the numerous human experimentation projects by the CIA et al being run on the populace, in their own neighborhoods, in their own communities. Police are arresting people in large numbers therefore, young and old alike, women and men both, claiming “Behavioral Disorder” or “Mental Illness” or “Mental Health Crisis” and thrusting them into police cars and ambulances, thence escorting them into jail cells and Psych Wards or psychiatric institutions, to plump up their figures on Crisis Calls, Dispute Mediation, “Jail Diversion,” “Behavioral Health Disorder” and Mental Illness calls.
Their numbers therefore, as maintained in their reports and published by the State to justify increasing funds-allocation are false. The numbers quoted by the Media Behemoth run by the profiteers and privateers at the top of the world’s power pyramid are false. The numbers cited by State Mental Health and Behavioral Health and Crisis Intervention programs are false. The numbers alluded to by national, federal, and White House reports and releases are false. They may be counting their Captures, but they’re falsely projecting people to be “Mentally Ill”.
False Narratives of Rising Mental Illness Prop up Forced Arrests and Hospitalizations
It’s vital to report that people being arrested by police and sent to Psych Wards and Psych institutions under accusation of Mental Illness, Severe Mental Illness, Untreated Severe Mental Illness, and Behavioral Health disorders are not mentally ill at all, but are being framed thus–as I witnessed myself at all 5 Boston and Massachusetts hospitals and Psych Wards I was forcibly taken to on 3 occasions of wrongful arrest in 2022 and 2025, and most recently at Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital in central Massachusetts, where I was wrongfully held for an egregious 6 months, and where I had ample time therefore to chat with the forced-residents and nurses and “mental health workers” both, and discover if any residents there were indeed mentally ill or being medically framed, as I was. Or if any were playing Mentally Ill for the Crisis Actor club which freely supplies ERs, police-affiliates and fusion-center contractor outfits with in-house agent provocateurs, pretenders, gaslighters, Surveillance role players, and crisis actors–and yes, there’s a quotient of pretend crisis actors in these places, to bolster the Rising Mental Illness narrative. Like the Military who have gotten used to running Psy Ops/MISO and Both Sides Now, the police do the same–they’ve called it Parallel Construction before, or COINTELPRO, many call these False Flag operations now, but it’s indisputable they are running pretend activists, pretend rioters, pretend groups, pretend leaders, and now pretend-Mentally-Ill (witnessed by this writer at Steward Carney Hospital, South Shore Hospital, Bournewood Hospital, Suffolk County Jail’s Psych Ward, and Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital in Massachusetts).
In State and police reports, numbers of Mental Health/Behavioral Health arrests and “civil commitments” or Forced Hospitalizations–not “increasing numbers of people seeking mental health help” as these reports phrase it falsely–have been rising because Police are running wrongful arrest and smear operations at the behest of planted in-community police affiliates or the actions of undercover in-community CIA-DOD operatives (such as the aggressively harassive neighbors who have moved into my neighborhood in recent years and have engaged in nonstop attack and harassment, clear MilIntel Psy Ops and technological and behavioral experimentation actions) or hostile or neuro-activated family members, and are maintaining false narratives of rising mental illness, along with the State government, which is doing the same. [This in fact is how the CIA/DOD hid their noxious human experimentation projects in the community in the 1950s, ’60s, ’70s, by forcing false labels of “schizophrenia”–a favorite false psych label with the military and Intelligence Mengeles destroying brains and lives–on their targets, as reported widely, including in Eileen Welsome’s Plutonium Files: America’s Secret Medical Experiments in the Cold War.] [Of interest: Massachusetts is launching new psychiatry programs for new mothers and children claiming interest in post-partum care succeeding the widely publicized trial of Lindsay Clancy, accused of murdering her three children, quite possibly a CIA-MK ULTRA victim herself–nothing like an excuse to keep expanding Psychiatry Fraud across the state.)
False Narratives Are Being Used in Executive Orders
One of these new false narratives being “Anyone can acquire a Mental Illness” (!) –people from all professions included, at any age and stage of their lives. This latter push in fact to establish that older people can suddenly acquire mental illnesses is being promoted by profiteering Mental Health and psychiatric practitioners wanting new clients under guise of “late-onset mental illness”–while in-community operatives play “Lived Experience” testifiers–and younger people are also being targeted by this avaricious industry in “Behavioral Health” grabs on false pretext and forced arrest.
These false narratives are showing up now in Executive Orders and state and federal Justice pushes to expand the circle of who can be incarcerated–civilly committed–in a psychiatric institution, for how long, and what can be done to them while they are held there–abruptly forcibly committed for further lengths of time by corrupt judges in internal Department of Mental Health courts, falsely labeled by avarice-run charlatan State psychiatrists, force-medicated with deadly anti-psychotic drugs, attacked, harassed, and smeared by the reams of poorly-educated and paid Mental Health workers employed by such State hospitals–all of which crime was directed at me for 6 months at Worcester Hospital, a state psychiatric institution practicing massive amounts of runaway crime against humanity and daily human rights violations against children and adults both. Once committed, people can also be subjected to non-consensual CIA-DOD/DOW-DMH brain/AI experimentation and operation using various forms of AP-DEWs which include neuroweaponry, and forced into clinical trials with “innovative” drugs and technologies such as the newly-announced psychedelics without their knowledge or consent, or subjected to dangerous electric shock brain-lobotomies all in the guise of “necessary treatment”: this possibility comes from the wording now in Executive Orders, hospital policy manuals, and Department of Justice pronouncements.
[Many forced into such mental hospitals do not know they can and should overtly withhold consent to research of any kind, they have the right to do so, for the small print now in these hospital policy manuals suggests they can use patients for research unless such refusal to consent has been recorded. If ever committed, people should ask for a copy of the hospital’s policy manual as well as for a Patient Rights Advocate, to safeguard their rights. And yet, if one is glibly labeled “Seriously Mentally Ill” as many are, and then falsely claimed to be a “danger to self and others,” will they be able to resist being experimented on with deadly psych drugs or other procedures?]

False attributions of “Serious Mental Illness” such as Schizophrenia by the Psychiatric Fraud Industry lead to false claims of “over 14 million seriously mentally ill” in this Executive Order issued April 18, 2026 which arranges with the FDA and other agencies to push through psychedelic drugs to supposedly treat Serious Mental Illness–via research and clinical trial means as well as forced treatment means, it appears.

These days, and for a while now, charlatan Psychiatrists in State Hospitals and Private Hospitals both hand out “Schizophrenia” and “Bipolar” and “Paranoid Delusional” labels like candy (on their way to the bank–or a black-tie do), as this reporter witnessed in 3 hospitals in 2022 and 2025 in Boston and Worcester, Massachusetts, and learned about from speaking with many forced-patients at same, as well as from hundreds of interviews over the past 12 years with highly credible reporters of “Advanced Technology” attack by the CIA-DOD/DOW-DHS-FBI-DOJ factions who believe their Special Access/Black Ops status means anything goes–which it doesn’t. No agency can legally torment, torture, or persecute people secretly with “advanced technology” while arranging–with Lies, Trauma, Police Terror–for them to be labeled Seriously Mentally Ill: are there any laws in the US permitting that?
All of them are committing crimes against humanity. Physicians, Psychiatrists, Judges, Attorneys, Police Are Aiding and Abetting AP-DEW Crimes Against Humanity with Mental Health Fraud.
The Mental Health System Doesn’t Offer Anyone Mental Health
What is particularly concerning about this Executive Order as also the one targeting the homeless is that people are being slated for long-term incarceration and forced treatment, including with dangerous psychedelics, and who knows what else. Institutionalization which was necessarily cut back on in the 1970s–after the horrors it engendered became public–is being brought back, and the reason is clear: to create a fresh, readymade supply of human bodies and brains to experiment on freely, inside the closed dungeon of the maximum-security State Hospital, with new drugs, electromagnetic neurotechnology, electroshocks, restraints, repressions, anything the all-power-given psychiatrists concoct. Psychiatry is limitless Fraud, as Dr. Thomas Szasz and Dr. Niall Mclaren have said often, among other psychiatrists who have spoken out. “Diagnosed mental illness” is meaningless, when the DSM–a fraudulent construct–and Pharma-run psychiatrists work together to arbitrarily, subjectively, mendaciously and baselessly slap on labels they call “diagnosis” when there is no diagnosing involved or possible. Their labels need to be left in the dustbin, as this writer certainly is ensuring—the entire allopathic Healthcare system becomes invalid when Psychiatry exists and is used like a weapon against one’s life; on a practical level, the system of Fraud Trump is pushing ensures that more and more people step away and neither use their fraudulent Medical System nor their Public Safety–Police or EMS–System again.
It’s clear Psychiatry is not Healthcare, and no amount of verbiage as on this Executive Order suggesting concern for the claimed “seriously mentally ill” is going to change that. “Mental Health” in itself cannot be procured from “medical treatments”–we take care of our mental health when we live rich, productive, creative, socially-connected, aware, caring, happy, expressive, meaningful lives–and there are many ways of doing so, none of which involve swallowing pills of any kind.
The entire “Medical” system–as we know now from the COVID-19 Lie and the COVID-19 Vaccine Catastrophe–is highly suspect; it is not “the” healthcare system we all need to be locked up inside, it is not based on culminative and singular Science, and we do not, any of us, need to be enslaved by it nor heed these fraudulent Executive Orders seeking to platform and prioritize it.
If Trump really cared about anyone’s mental health, he would ensure that everyone had access to the creative arts, to books, reading, creative writing, poetry; to music, exercise and dance and theater, and no one was incarcerated and drugged by quacks in suits. In reality, inside these so-called Mental Healthcare centers–Psychiatric Institutions, sorry–there is massive stagnation, profoundly substandard “art” non-offerings which involve color-by-numbers and using crayons on pre-printed drawings worse than art for 5-year-olds, few books, no magazines, no or little music, no Nature, no gardening, and nonstop captivity and surveillance; I was told at Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital in fact that previous art programs had been stopped a few years ago, oil pastels and watercolors removed, baking in the unit’s kitchen stopped, daily newspaper stopped, and so on. The intent now at this “Behavioral Unit-1” and the entire Hospital in fact seemed to be just to drug the residents, offer them a few outside breaks, forced “groups” for “Life-Skills”, “Dialectical Behavioral Therapy” and “Cognitive Behavioral Therapy” comprising themed conversations and occasional word and social games, access to childish board games and playing cards, occasional and limited television-viewing–the one reprieve being the weekly use of a limited gym and a yoga class–treating grown adults like children, and simply keep holding them for weeks, months, years instead of letting them go.
Cruelly, they are doing this to children as well, from 13 to 18 years of age, separating them from their families and their homes, their schools and their lives, forcing them into this contrived isolation, this forced removal from their social world, their communities, their creative possibilities, a daily 24/7 trauma of captivity they cannot handle–which means they are destroying the mental health of these children, they are actively destroying their health.
AI/SI is Based on Lies and Fraud: It Seeks to Entrench False Narratives
Further, the One Health “Electronic Health Record” designed to mark and stigmatize you for life while sticking you falsely in Police and Intelligence databases as a “schizophrenic” or “bipolar” or “paranoid delusional” when you are (non-consensually) being battered to death (with pulse-microwave weapons, millimeter-wave ADS, et al) by the CIA, the Air Force and General Dynamics, by Raytheon and the NIJ, by the Army and Navy, the Marine Corps and countless numbers of Defense and Police contractors and their affiliates, protectors, and minions with their high-tech Special Access and Controlled Access programs in your own neighborhood is not one you can use, keep, or approve. Artificial Intelligence–or Super Intelligence as Trump has now decreed it be named–seeks to cast you in stone inside those faulty labels; so it too becomes invalid, meaningless, and based on Fraud with its boatloads of faulty data. This subject needs to be further researched and reported on–for AI/SI is not the super know-it-all it is being made out to be; it is a human-programmed construct filled with useless information from the Lies, Terror, Trauma and Fraud club, which is not going to propel Humanity in any direction of progress whatsoever. AI based on Lies and Fraud? That’s not I nor is it SI.
Yet another commentary from the White House raves about psychedelic research and highlights ibogaine, which has been associated with “sudden cardiac death” and seems to cause lowering of brain frequencies into theta states as well as decreased cortical activity while its parent plant iboga causes “near-death experiences” in its consumers. Suicide is touted as a reason for this fixation on CIA-style psychedelics, but it appears ibogaine can cause mania and suicidal thinking both, as per Drugs.com–mystifying, for it does raise the question, what exactly are they planning? More creation of Mental Illness symptoms in healthy people, this time with a deadly and dubious hallucinogen? [To be able to keep saying: Suicides are rising! Mental Illness is increasing!] Note, this supposed anti-addictive substance–which is already being reported as researched by Stanford, for instance–is being proffered to drug addicts–but perhaps they want these addicts to also be called “Mentally Ill”–with some attendant symptoms?]
Perhaps the intention also is to bring more and more dangerous poisons into “medical” use, claiming benefit. This drug has been classified as non-medical, Drugs.com reports: “The US Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) has designated ibogaine a Schedule I substance under the Controlled Substances Act (CSA).”
Contraindications
Fatalities have been associated with the use of ibogaine; concomitant opioid use and comorbidities (eg, cardiovascular disease, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder, anxiety, stress, schizophrenia, epilepsy, or other imbalances in the autonomic nervous system) increase the risk of life-threatening complications including sudden cardiac death. Ibogaine should only be used under the supervision of an experienced health care provider.
Pregnancy/Lactation
Avoid use. Information regarding safety and efficacy in pregnancy and lactation is lacking.
Interactions
None well documented.
Adverse Reactions
Mild acute effects occur frequently and include nausea, vomiting, ataxia, tremors, headaches, and mental confusion. Manic episodes lasting 1 to 2 weeks have also been reported and manifested as sleeplessness, irritability, impulsivity, emotional lability, grandiose delusions, rapid tangential speech, aggressive behavior, and suicidal ideation.

The Myth That Mental Illnesses Can Descend on Anyone, Just Anyone
Language to be aware of has crept into the Mental Health narrative, evident in this “Proclamation” made by Trump in May 2025, designating May National Mental Health Awareness Month.
“Mental illnesses can affect anyone, regardless of their background or circumstances.” It is this mythology which is being used in wrongful arrests and forced hospitalizations, where, no matter how qualified you are in your field, how articulate you are, however senior or titled or published or awarded or well-credentialed you are, once police, EMS, ER physicians or psychiatrists cross your path–thanks to harassive neighbor action, as noted above, or misled family actions (I have now experienced both), you are treated like dirt, not listened to, instantly labeled, shut down, traumatized, terrorized, brutalized, manhandled, attacked by this princely coterie of criminals practicing “Compassion“–as Trump notes herein: “Recognizing the signs, fostering open dialogue, and showing compassion (are we [rolling-on-the-floor] laughing yet?) are essential steps in addressing mental health challenges and supporting those who face them.”
But it is also Mythology that is being used to conceal the deadly CIA/DOD/DOW/DOJ use of neurotechnologies–a subset of anti-personnel directed energy weapons–on people in their Bioeffects and BioBehavioral Research, Field Testing, and Operations Other Than War actions in our neighborhoods—Mental Illness, the lie of Mental Illness, is what the CIA et al are using, to hide their crimes. And yes these are crimes.
So you can see very clearly how they–State, Police, EMS, Mental Health, White House–are twisting, contorting, and distorting Language to conceal what they actually do: use Force to arrest people, often handcuffing people as they thrust them into police cars, or force them into ambulances, knocking them out with deadly neurotoxic drugs and strapping them down--as occurred to me on December 20, 2022, on the premises of Quincy District Court, with EMS from Brewster Ambulance knocking me out as I stood up and tried to leave, later claiming on their Patient Report they had to tussle to fight me and strap me down, sickening lies and fraud being committed by so-called Health Professionals, noted in my Letter to Brewster Ambulance (to be reposted shortly)–all because they are so desperate to get people fitted out with their Meaningless, Concocted, Lying and Fraudulent Mental Disorder labels.
The entire Mental Health construct, they prove through these actions, is gigantic Fraud, and Trump’s pronouncement here below seals it–absolutely, their intent is to keep talking about a nation “suffering from mental illness” so they can keep creeping along–or galloping along, as they do on occasion, producing more and more egregious edicts, such as those noted above on increasing length of forced-hospitalization and accelerating force-medication “treatments” with poisonous hallucinogens. The pharmaceutical industry and the research industry, asylum and hospital industries are all set to keep making profits while targeting You–for “mental illnesses can affect anyone, just anyone”. All in the name of what Trump says he wants citizens to do, exactly what we shouldn’t do: “commit our Nation to innovative prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.” Shine a light on their Severe Mental Illness lies instead.
The Department of Justice and Several States Move to Extend Psychiatric Incarceration–for Increased Human Experimentation in a Maximum-Security Psychiatric Prison?
In June of this year, Trump’s Department of Justice issued a memorandum addressing the subject of integration of the severely mentally ill or mentally disabled in community settings and stating that they didn’t believe states should do this anymore, but choose instead to house such people in psychiatric institutions for extended periods of time, essentially returning to 19th-century notions of state institutionalization of people–all of whom, as pointed out above, are not really mentally ill or disabled but could be named such by Mental Health slavers in institutions, on Police-run Mental Health Fraud grabs–just because the CIA/DOD/DOW/DOJ Plus Private-sector AI faction, operating with Special Access stealth and brain-colonizing greed, wants their heads.
Whether people have been labeled “Mentally Disabled” or not, that danger exists–for it seems plain to me, succeeding my recent encounters with the Paid-to-Lie Psychiatrist and Psychologist set in Massachusetts, that those who have been already extra-judicially targeted, wrongfully and criminally, by the CIA, FBI, Air Force, Army, Navy, DARPA and other covert agencies running c/overt operations of brain research, behavioral research, and brain disablement post hammering with AP-DEWs, are being re-targeted now, for psychiatric incarceration, jail time, and renewed false psychiatric labeling.

To add, later this year, in late August, the DOJ and HHS headed by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. entered into a court settlement with a few states–Texas, Florida, and Alaska–who challenged HHS’s “integration mandate” citing that DOJ memo also challenging it, with the DOJ entirely vacating the language of encouraging integration in a community setting from the Code of Federal Regulations.
Which essentially has the effect of saying that it is time to regress to the 19th century now, and institutionalize people again, or keep them long-term in mental hospitals.
And showing that the DOJ, HHS, and Attorney-Generals in these states were working together to further attack people’s rights to demand release from mental institutions holding them unnecessarily for any period of time whatsoever.

So the question really is: What exactly are they all doing? Why this push by the Department of Justice–along with Health–and several states to bring back long-term psychiatric institutionalization, when it has already been proved over Time to be cruel, inhumane, unethical, harmful, damaging, and negative in every way?
There is obviously a connection between these DOJ/HHS actions and the Executive Orders issued by Trump regarding forced civil commitment, noted above. Are they preparing to boost their non-consensual and dangerous human experimentation programs in a maximum-Security psychiatric prison space? Is that their dream?
Incarceration of Humans–as Animals–For Any Length of Time is a Crime
The removal of one’s personal freedom is one of the highest human rights violations the world over. That we hold animals in captivity is increasingly being understood to be a major crime against animals–all animal-captivity industries will one day end, there is no doubt about it, it is and permissive of extreme cruelty. Holding humans in captivity in prisons, jails, Psych Wards, hospitals is equally opprobrious.
When people are grabbed by police in Section 12 arrests (It’s Section 12 in Massachusetts, 5150 in California, Baker Act’ing in Florida, and so on), they are subjected to captivity in hospitals–which cannot be unnaturally extended, yet it is. ER Physicians and psychiatrists commit fraud by unnecessarily holding people who are neither violent, manic, suicidal, depressed, unpredictable or abnormal, they are holding Normal people unnecessarily–as was my own experience in April 2022 at Carney Hospital where I was held unlawfully for 6 days, and at South Shore Hospital and Bournewood Hospital in December 2022 where I was held at the latter for 9 days, and at Worcester Hospital where I was held unlawfully for 6 months, from November 2025 to May 2026, needing to use a Mental Health Litigation Attorney to be able to get out of that sickening non-hospital, a matter which requires its own reportage.
I witnessed atrocities at all 3 places but especially at Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital, which has set up not an up-to- 3-day evaluation as is permitted by Massachusetts’ Section 12 code, but a 20-day evaluation, which is way too long to hold anyone in captivity. This is crime that has been set up by the State of Massachusetts, that is, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Many young people were being held in the same “Behavioral Health” unit I was placed in, both single and married or partnered women and men in their 20s, 30s, some teens or just-turned-20, and young mothers. This is in addition to the older people of all ages, 40 to 70.
Many of the younger people came from being fostered or adopted. One told me about gangs, gang-families, witchcraft families, networked police-families. Police it seems are dynastic as the gang-families are too, and there is an unhealthy intermixing and interaction between them. Police tend to target the children of these families, as they also target foster-children–who are created by their own police actions of removing children from homes, claiming child-abuse, often falsely. These young men and women, many of whom had only a high school education, low-paying jobs, problematic housing situations, difficult family members, ended up in Psych Wards after family disputes and quarrels. All of them were labeled instantly by the profit-centered psychiatrists who proliferate in this Police-Psych-Pharma Section 12 industry of crime, and put on psych drugs.
Some were brought back to this facility by police after leaving–for police are working, with in-community placed police affiliates and entrappers (like the woman who lives opposite me, who has issued false police reports and made loud false claims on the street continuously for 4 years now), not just to give people a Criminal History (with accusations of petty crime) but also a Psychiatric History. The intent of Police and Psychiatrists both seems to be to re-admit people and re-commit people for new, extended periods of time.
The labels therefore get more and more outrageous and unbelievable. One young woman, it appeared, had been labeled Mentally Retarded by the same psychiatrist who was handing out Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder labels to many, none of whom seemed anything but normal. One young mother told me she had been successively labeled various things including Bipolar and Schizophrenic and couldn’t work, she had to “go on Disability”–she was especially warm, friendly, calm, not just Normal but a woman with charisma and charm.
People were made to suffer in these 20-day holds which became 30-day holds then led to commitments of 2 months, 3 months, 6 months. Young people acted out, got in squabbles with each other or with staff–who were no saints, many of them aggressive, autocratic, obnoxious–and were Code Grey’d: swarmed, strapped down, restrained, knocked out with a chemical injection and held in an isolated room for some hours.
The children–teenagers, 13-17–in Units E-1 and E-2 were frequently attacked thus, often 2 or 3 times a day, the Code Grey announcements coming over the Intercom frequently every day. I heard they were “restrained in a special chair”on such occasions–a medieval practice which violates their human rights. These kids were also held for 3 months or 6 months, essentially subjected to torture in this wasteland of a place where there was nothing to do and no one’s mind was being taken care of, drugged out of sight instead and forced into silence. This is a State psychiatric institution which is obviously well-funded and is operating like a prison and a Lie-run Psych Hospital which “cares” for no one but brain-disables all with deadly psych drugs. [Much more to report about Worcester RCH, which I will, shortly.]
Psychiatric incarceration for an extended period of time, as indeed any length of time, is an absolute crime.
In reading, researching, and learning more about the entire edifice of Psychiatry, Police-linked Psychiatry, the DSM, and psychiatric drugs, it seems that even psychiatrists–ethical, aware, intelligent, awakened ones–know–and have spoken out to this effect–that Psychiatry is Fraud, it is DSM-Fraud and Drug Fraud, and needs to be abolished. Dr. Robert Berezin, Dr. Thomas Szasz, Dr. Peter Breggin, Dr. Niall McLaren, Dr. Bruce Levine are some of these psychiatrists. Psychiatry is not Medicine nor is it Science, it uses the DSM–a subjective set of categories arbitrarily created and used as a “consensus” tool to issue its Labels which are not “diagnosis,” for no medical diagnosis can be made without material evidence.
Dr. Berezin calls them “pseudo-diagnoses” for fictitious diseases. Each DSM label, he reports, is “a work of fiction”.

It is very important that all of us who are educated begin to get up to speed on all things Psychiatry-related for it looks like the Pyramid-Dwellers who run Pharma, Prisons, Psych Wards, and Psychiatry and are now also running the Artificial Intelligence/Super Intelligence racket want very much to incarcerate and brain-disable more people and more schoolchildren, with more and more outrageous and medieval EMF, electroshock, nanotech, neurotech, and chemical drug restraints and interventions–with intention to further repress, contain, silence and dominate all of us.
Never forget either that Neuroweapons, Neurotechnologies and Energy Weapons are in operation now–as described above– and affecting the brain and behavior of those who are targeted by them to different degrees, deliberately. This means they can be used (criminally, secretly) to evoke DSM-symptoms of mental disorders–to covertly create a steady population in fact of the “Mentally Ill”, for usage by Psych-Pharma-Police in Labeling, “Treating” aka Drugging/Force-Medicating for Brain Death, claimed Crisis-Intervening, Psychiatric Institution Committing, Marking with Telemetry/”Medical Devices”, Surveilling, Tracking, Harassing to Eternity–as in fact their “Sequential Intercept Model” promises.
Military, CIA, DHS, Police, DOJ factions seem to think they can keep on operating these weapons in secret, keep on running their human experimentation crimes in secret, and dismiss all reporters of them as Mentally Ill and Severely Mentally Ill: they cannot, not when a Floodlight is shone on them. False accusations of Mental Illness need to be continually reported and repudiated.
Mass shootings, killings of one’s children, killings at all, stabbings et al are often touted as reason for Government focus on Mental Illness and Crisis Intervention by police in their Crime Prevention and Jail Diversion programs, but it is police who use “Intelligence-led Policing” and Intelligence, specifically the CIA, which ran and runs its MK ULTRA Brain Manipulation Manchurian Candidate crimes to modify behavior, incite violence and commit specific crimes, now with an increasing smorgasbord of Neuroweaponry, Acoustic Neurotech, BCI-Tech, DARPA Subnets Inner Voice Tech, Artificial Neural Networks Tech, Telemetry, Nanotechnology, Spectrum Tech et al; do they consider this their Blackest of Black operations, never to be revealed, but continued forever? [Yes, I am making a distinction between what has been named “Mental Illness” and what MK ULTRA Criminal Brain and Behavior Modification did and does: Brain Manipulation and Behavior Manipulation.] Among those who review and report in this field, it is known already. It is abject crime, being committed from the inside by CIA/DOD/DOW Brain Manipulators & Neurotech Users, and perhaps the naming of it is the first step for ethical, intelligent, aware insiders to step up and stop these incredible neuro-influenced, neuro-run crimes altogether.
