I think it’s important to state this fact, and to point out clearly that Mental Health Fraud, being run now all over the world, but most especially noticeably in the 5-Eyes countries of the USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and in Europe to conceal the repressive and terrorizing actions of numerous factions of the Military, Intelligence, Law Enforcement, and Security establishment using anti-human Anti-Personnel Directed Energy Weapons–which include neuroweapons–in Development, Testing, and Operational actions unleashing Crimes Against Humanity, Torture, Persecution, and Repression on the populace, is being run by people in positions of authority in courts, hospitals, and police stations.
Police are permitting Crimes Against Humanity run on the bodies of reporting civilians by the CIA, Armed Forces, and other covertly operating agencies with their Clinical Co-Responder programs deeming all reporters mentally ill and rushing to force-commit them to Emergency Rooms and Psych Wards.
Note, the people operating AP-DEWs in our communities and neighborhoods are the ones running the Mental Health Calls; in addition to physically abusing people covertly through-wall with Radio Frequency, Sound, Thermal, and Electrical “non lethal” or “less lethal” weaponry and neuroweaponry while parked next-door, they engage in actions of extreme social harassment and false accusation and provocation, provoking synthetic interaction on which they call police and submit false reports, lies, and false claims–as this writer has herself experienced, several times now, since April 2022. These people are directly responsible for the Crimes Against Humanity being executed and permitted by the DOD, DOJ, FBI, DHS, NSA, and CIA, as their own documents and whistleblowers have revealed.
Medical personnel in ambulances and physicians and nurses in Emergency Rooms are aiding and abetting and participating in Crimes Against Humanity when they work with police to force-commit people reporting social harassment and Radio Frequency weapon use on their bodies through-wall in their homes and neighborhoods, disbelieve their testimonial, and subject them to the traumas of forced medical and psychiatric evaluations on false report succeeding Mental Health Calls.
Psychiatrists and psychologists in Psych wards and facilities in hospitals are aiding and abetting and participating in Crimes Against Humanity when they false-label those who have been brought into their facilities and psych wards on Mental Health Calls, disbelieving their reportage of neighborhood harassment and AP-DEW use on their bodies and brains, and condemning them falsely as Mentally Ill so they can be disappeared further with false psychiatric labels and forced neuro-toxic drugs to shut down their testimonial.
Judges and attorneys operating in court rooms who respond to the false Mental Health calls, and call for psychiatric evaluations of those brought into court hearings falsely on Mental Health calls, sending them to psych wards and psych facilities for extended periods of time, committing them falsely, and condemning them to psychiatric disappearance of their testimonies and lives and names, are aiding and abetting and participating in Crimes Against Humanity being reported by them.
It’s a known fact at this point that people are being physically abused with Radio Frequency, Sound, Thermal, and Electrical Weapons and Neuroweapons which operate through-wall and “long-range”–a military term for remote access–and that they include neuroweapons attacking brains. The documents prove it, the military and Intelligence whistleblowers describe it, and military neuroscientists talk openly about it. Military contracts establish definitively that field testing of these weapons to damage brains and disable bodies has been going on for a long time and is ongoing. Justice documents and grant programs establish definitively that testing and operating of these weapons being developed, egregiously, for crowd control and people control, at the level of one’s nerves, muscles, and brains is ongoing. FCC documents reveal some of these weapons, as “unlicensed radio devices” which can be operated on planes, egregiously, and “intentional radiators.” International science and technology treaties and agreements reveal researchers are working in each others’ countries testing and operating these weapons. “Controlled equipment” being tested by Justice and Police parties is revealed in military and police documents.
When people in our communities and neighborhoods report the use of such weaponry or technologies on their person, to their families and to their doctors and friends, they need to be believed. Not merely are they being subjected to 24/7 physical abuse in numerous deadbeat, criminal experimental programs of covert human experimentation and repression, they are being subjected to neighborhood harassment, false-accusation, provocation, and abuse. Professionals working for the police, hospitals, ambulances, care centers not merely are doing a disservice to us all by disbelieving their reports and labeling them Mentally Ill, they are assisting and supporting the criminal actors in the Military, Intelligence, Justice, Security, and Law Enforcement and fusion centers who are executing these profoundly depraved Crimes Against Humanity on people.
These crimes need to be exposed and stopped, not assisted and supported. Every program executing AP-DEW/Neuro experimentation or operation on people through-wall, long-range is a criminal program, operating unlawfully: Torture is against the law, and so is touching people’s bodies through-wall–and a lot more is being done to people, beyond touch. These are Crimes, and they are Crimes Against Humanity. No one should be participating in them.
And no one should be developing this weaponry–let alone fine-tuning these weapons and devices, which is what the Air Force contract documents reveal is happening, as also the NIJ grant programs. Those developing this weaponry and using them on people through-wall believe they are invincible and can never be stopped; they are amoral mercenaries who should be stopped. And no one can stop them if this situation continues, where doctors, psychiatrists, judges, attorneys, police, nurses, paramedics all collude amorally in helping this anti-human weaponry and program of crime against people along.
Everyone needs to find out about these weapons and programs, everyone needs to speak out against them. The situation currently is that of amoral, venal treachery against all; these are bioweapons which are being used against all, to greater or lesser degree: they’re being used near-silently through-wall to send people to the hospital or their doctors, in addition to all these many testing and experiment programs ongoing. [Most pulsed RF technologies are audible at low levels and can be acoustically traced using a sound shield–Reflectix, or Reflectix over steel, or Reflectix and foam-craft-sheets over steel baking sheets–to determine their existence and their direction of operation.] It is important to call out all participating in these crimes, and those assisting in the subjugation and disappearance of all reporting witnesses with false psychiatric labeling: they are aiding and abetting these crimes, and make no mistake, these are Crimes Against Humanity.
