The intent of this page is to collect declassified documents from the DOD/all branches & CIA, DIA revealing their (long-term) study, development, field-testing (on people, unconsented-to, no human rights or ethics involved despite their cited regulations), and “fielding” or operational use of Non Lethal Weapons/Anti-Personnel or Counter-Personnel Directed Energy Weapons and Neurotechnology, as well as their acknowledgment of DEW use on people (as in recent admissions of pulsed microwaves being used on diplomats/CIA agents). The Police/FBI, DHS, DOD/all branches, DARPA, CIA are lawlessly, criminally, diabolically using these neuro and bio weapons–which include pulsed microwave, millimeter wave, terahertz, infra-red, laser, ultrasound, infrasound, ELF, acoustic neurotech, nano neurotech, telemetry, BCI tech, micro RFID tech, quantum-dot tech, nano tech, conducted electrical and long-range electrical weapons through-wall on people today, in testing and in operations, in endless human experimentation, effecting disability, physical illness, disease, massive health damage, symptoms of DSM-labeling “mental illness”, slow-kill, torture, retaliation for journalism, activism, and whistleblowing, sudden death, neuro-activation to manipulate brains, the inducing of false beliefs, and behavior, and they Must be exposed and stopped. Navy and Air Force documents in particular expose the non-consensual human experimentation and field-testing. The CIA has confessed (2012) to human experimentation, and been exposed (2026) in their association with Air Force Directed Energy Bioeffects Research. Please share these document links and documents/articles on same widely and send to elected officials and human rights groups and Lie Media when reporting AP-DEW/Neurotech crime. “Clinical co-responders” with Police and Psychiatrists/Physicians in ERs, Psych Wards, Psych Hospitals cannot be permitted to keep getting away with their lies, pretend obliviousness, and affected ignorance of these deadly through-air, long-range, and through-wall Spectrum/Acoustic/Nano weapons and neuroweapons which are destroying lives.–some of which their own Police Departments and Sheriffs in Corrections (jails/prisons/Sheriffs’ vans*) and EMS (in ambulances*) are using, and some of which hospitals are rolling out to ERs*, Psych Wards*, Psych institutions* as “medical technologies”–while they collectively run through-wall Radio Abuse, Slavery, Human Trafficking, and Torture operations for themselves and the DOD/DOW/DHS/NSA/DOJ/CIA. Extreme cruelty to animals has attended all their experiments with these weapons, as the Air Force contract documents show.
