It is both Fraud and Crime to arrest people for making mention of anti-personnel Anti-Human Weaponry the Military has admitted to developing and using, and the Department of Justice has admitted to developing and using, as also tons of police departments across the USA, whose open use of Conducted Electrical Weaponry in particular has skyrocketed. Anti-Personnel Directed Energy Weapons have been revealed to be Field-Tested involuntarily on people by the US Air Force–which is exactly what people are reporting, people labeled “Targeted Individuals” by the FBI and dismissed as Mentally Ill when they are serious reporters of human rights violations so extreme Mengele would roll in his grave to hear about them. Neuroweapons have been revealed by James Giordano, Charles Morgan, Robert Duncan, all CIA-DOD scientists, their lectures and reports published and widely available online. Nanoweapons have newly been revealed by the COVID-19 vaccine patents and patent-reporters such as Karen Kingston and by numerous physicians and research scientists. Genetic weapons in development are revealed by the newly declassified US Air Force technical report/contract documents released in 2024, 2025 (my latest report).
