Anti-Personnel Directed Energy Weapons include Neuroweapons, operate through-wall, are being used or tested covertly and clandestinely, and break all laws protecting human rights and civil rights; they have been developed unlawfully, in this writer’s opinion, and they need to be banned.
However, large masses of people, especially lawyers, physicians, and military/Intelligence/Law Enforcement need to wake up to this ongoing catastrophe and act to save humanity–these are weapons which induce disease, infirmity, disability, mental retardation/brain damage, and symptoms of DSM-label mental disorders overnight or in a second, and many report they are being used in this way.]
