A Conducted Electrical Weapon, commonly known as a stun gun or TASER was used by ICE agents in Arlington County a few days ago on Jose Mejia Hernandez, inducing a brain bleed and a diagnosed Traumatic Brain Injury while other blunt trauma injuries were also inflicted on him by these agents who attacked him when he was on his way to a bus stop, he reports. His experience is covered here in an account by Arl Now and on Facebook in a post earlier from concerned citizens in Arlington County, the latter detailing further ICE aggression against this man, preventing him from getting medical care.
Congressional lawmakers Representative Don Beyer and others have stepped forward to investigate the matter further. ICE has apparently been running amuck in Northern Virginia, Fairfax County and Arlington County, terrorizing residents. A video shared earlier last week by a young Fairfax County mother shows ICE agents stopping her and claiming to have been “almost run over” in a shameless display of aggression which had one of them pointing a loaded gun at her face. Others behind show that they are impersonating Police these days with “Police” emblazoned across vests, equipped with body cameras and TASERs, and essentially looking like terrorizing Special Ops military really, overarmed and overaggressive, attacking civilians.
Much in the style of the IDF–the Israeli Defense Force–which has been training US police for years to become as aggressive and terroristic and incomprehensible as themselves. Trends which need to be turned back, especially as Conducted Electrical Weapons and Electronic Weapons like TASERs and others are increasingly being used by police and ICE, instead of being stopped. The great harms and dangers of TASERs are well known to human rights watch agencies who have long called for their removal from police arsenals.

ICE, like Police and Police-Affiliates Today, Falsely Claim Victimhood as Tactic While Using Terror and Violence
Notably, the ICE agent in Northern Virginia captured on camera as he claims, pathetically, to be a victim of the young woman driver, shouting “You almost ran us over!” is adopting the apparent police tactic of claiming victimhood while engaging in violent or verbal aggression, which many all over the US have been reporting, as clear police-affiliates move into neighborhoods and attack innocent people of integrity, claiming harm at their hands and calling police on false-allegations, with police quick to unilaterally accept their lies and false-claims–as this writer has experienced twice now, in false claim actions she will continue to widely publicize.
These are attacks on the civilian populace by the Military-Intel-Law enforcement industry which is closely allied now with private sector, specifically, the manufacturers of such pernicious Anti-Human and Anti-Health weapons which have been rolled in without public approval as Anti-Personnel Directed Energy Weapons, Non Lethal Weapons, and Less than Lethal Weapons.
People need to stand up to such actions of terror and act–using all lawful means: writing letters continuously to lawmakers and human rights agencies, editors of newspapers and television shows, suing aggressors when necessary, and speaking out online and on social media–to clearly send the message to agencies and militaries that such untoward violence, aggression and weaponry is absolutely unacceptable. That, or expect oneself and all future generations to be mowed under by these criminally inhumane Weapons industries and their partners in police and other agencies such as ICE.
