Let me spell that out in a list here, and All reading can brainstorm a Longer List for the right words for what this really is.
For Police and co-opted EMS, Psychiatrists, Emergency Room Docs, Nurses, Social workers are running We-Are-The-Authority-Here and Why-not-Call-Them-Psychotic-for-Speaking games, and expecting that we all will sit back and let them call large and increasing numbers of us–especially Youth–“Seriously Mentally Ill”.
And what exactly is the Name of the Funded, Granted Game they are running? [Which starts with the Well-Planned “Mental Health Call” from the Brain-Grabbing Terrorists?] [Or the In-Community “Community Corrections” Terrorist?]:

Mental Health calls in Massachusetts are at an all-time high, Police 1 reports, in a recent newsletter sent to the Brave and the Misled:
A Fascinating and Clever attempt in itself by (English-speaking) Police to push back against the obvious protest to their pathetically insane behavior, rushing into houses and dragging sick women off couches (physically sick women that is, being disabled by the fusion-center-contracted Community Corrections officer and friends next door on a daily basis), or blasting up the street in their Sneaky Mental vehicles with lettering painted a Soft scheming Lilac, and pretending they are in fact Cleanshaven and Haircut, and Really Do Have a Powerful Perfect Public Image. But one which trips itself up in a few key places.
Such as the beginning, where the Set-up is:
The Number One Officer Safety Concern, they say, is the Mental Health Call. Perhaps they’re aiming to phase out Active Shooters now? Traffic Stops are going to be cut back, after all, now that Joe Allan Rose is dead, literally in a spray of Arizona police bullets. And furthermore, they elaborate:
That’s 92% of 27% suggesting people like assaulting police–armed mercenaries–now, whether in the throes of a “mental health crisis” or through “growing public distrust of police” primarily through lousy media portrayal and politicians putting them down or the public perceiving them as….needing to be bullied?
Assaults and Aggression on Officers is the Narrative and “What Cops Want” has more for us, it seems.

Except, it doesn’t really it appears, for this “resource” is available only to Police and pals, linked to Departments and Agencies. Journalists such as myself, despite filling out this form–and being stopped by Title and Affiliation–cannot download this survey and therefore cannot report on it. The Lies here therefore are being hidden at source–officer opinions and other contrivances–and what is left is very little. The only thing available to report on here is this text in a newsletter article (with its a-credible title), sent to the journalist’s Inbox. [I’d like to see one American loon shoot at a LEO’s head, let alone a “cuffed woman in a cruiser”.]
How police can reshape public perception and improve officer safety
Perusing which, it becomes clear that those 3 factors detailed above–supposedly provided by surveyed officers–addressing “suspect aggression in your jurisdiction” quite ignore the newfangled “behavioral effect weapons” also labeled “less lethal technologies” and “emerging technologies” used by Police departments to “modify behavior” of people, including the dangerous and near-lethal weapons of RF HPM, HEMI, ADT, and others–Radio Frequency High Powered Microwave Weapons, Human Electro Muscular Incapacitation, Active Denial Technology–previously discussed here at ECC, and the “Behavioral Effect Weapons” which use radio frequencies, RFID implants, directed energy methodologies and such to induce emotions or amplify emotions and propel behavior, part of the Non-Lethal Weapon spectrum developed by all the military divisions, some in collusion with the NIJ and other DOJ-affiliated agencies. Aggression and Rage included. People can be aggravated, irritated, harassed, provoked with these weapons–and why should they be?
The point I’m trying to make here is, this is 2025, and in the last 5 years in particular, the NIJ has disclosed quite a few of these less-lethal and non-lethal technologies–and everyone, including doctors and psychiatrists need to keep track of this. Neither ER doctors nor Psychiatrists can pretend lack of knowledge of today’s Less/Non Lethal Spectrum Weapons, Microwave Weapons, Millimeter Wave Weapons, and Neuroweapons. Note: Trans Cranial Magnetic Stimulation and Deep Brain Stimulation and similar technologies are Neuroweapons; some would call them dual-use; they arise out of military experimentation on the unwilling and unconsenting, just as all other military experimentation–calling itself Black, Protected, Classified, and other camouflaging Labels–is. Note, they do Modify Brains. They offer Brain Modification. As neurotoxic drugs do. Now when did Brain Modification become a thing? “We don’t execute people any more, we just Modify their Brains?” Every Neuroscientist using these {MK ULTRA} Neuroweapons needs to be running State of the Union addresses here, addressing us all, and explaining why exactly he or she is Modifying Brains, I’m sure we would all like to hear it. And we should have a means of Writing Back, Speaking Back, and letting each Neuroscientist know: No, you cannot use Neuroweapons on Brains to Modify Brains, We Want Zelda to Become the Dancer, Writer, Artist, she is. Zelda is in fact all of those things and is highly accomplished, no one can call her Insane, Mentally Ill, for she isn’t. She is brilliant and herself, and if you see “Erratic Behavior,” ask Who Used Neuroweapons on her? Who activated her? Who Neuro-activated her?
“Violence” and the “Behavioral Threat Assessment”
Now the police nationwide are very busy rationalizing their “Behavioral Threat Assessments” for they want to keep on expanding their repertoire and keep on nabbing people.
They want friends, neighbors, family to report on people and call Police to come along and “intervene” and force “treatment”: MUSHROOMS, NEUROTOXINS, INCARCERATION, BRAIN DAMAGE, BRAIN RETARDATION on people, calling it Crime Prevention, Threat Assessment, and other such:

And who exactly “reports threats”?
It looks like planted mercenaries from other countries, police and corrections officers paid contractually in “Community Corrections” or ACT–Assertive Community Treatment projects, liars in the school system, and all those surrounding the Fusion Center Networks of Military, Police, and Intelligence who are running all sorts of weapons-testing projects, human brain experimentation, Artificial Intelligence development games on the population.
The desire to dumb down people and take down their brains appears to be a widespread Police phenomenon. How is this not criminal? [It is. It has to be. Or we are not reading English here.]
Preventing Violence, Violence Prevention, Crime Prevention
The Police and FBI and DHS use the word “Violence” a lot, and endlessly speak about Preventing Violence — with “Behavioral Health” and “Mental Health” so-called “Interventions” using Trauma, Pretend Crisis, flashing lights and sirens, ambush attacks to grab people and kids, lies about people being incipiently violent* [*covered further below], and all sorts of fear-creation propaganda.
Meanwhile they–and all the many factions who have been permitted to operate Non Lethal Weapons in our midst–are using Non Lethal Directed Energy Weapons to activate people, to send high-frequency energy to their skulls [brains], their chakras [energy system, hormonal system], their organs [physical bodies] and their limbs [physical bodies], claiming “classified research”, “criminal justice research,” “experimentation,” “military weapons testing,” “controlled access program,” “special access program,” “irregular warfare,” “brain research/heterodyning/digital twinning/genius research”, to force “symptoms” and “behaviors” they can then call “Mental Illness” and “Behavioral Problems”–which need “Treatment.” Research in fact which they think can fly under Everyone’s radar because we are all supposed to accept it is “Sensitive.”
“Violence” is a word, and all of these Police, Security, Military, Intelligence factions are practicing it.
While claiming diabolically–and pithlessly–that people they wish to silence, suppress, repress, oppress are in imminent danger of practicing it. For these are the people they’re running their “Sensitive” research on, which is Torture–and Illegal, Unlawful, and Criminal.
The Lies Told by the “Mental Health” Callers, the FBI Informants, the “Sensitive” Researchers
I have reported earlier my own experience of racist and repressive action by School Board members at my daughter’s elementary school in 2013, as a consequence of which I was subjected to much social and radio harassment which led me to investigate and uncover Non Lethal Weapons Testing, Artificial Intelligence Development Brain Experimentation and other Criminal Activities by the Classified Factions who are enacting Physical and Psychological Torture on hundreds of thousands of non-consenting Americans. This has occurred to tons of mothers and fathers through the mercenary school system, nationwide. I have written and spoken about this before, and this is the crux and core of the Rot in the post-9/11 Banana Republic the US became. FBI informants are paid snitches and spies who operate in our neighborhoods and schools and on our School Boards.
And fusion centers were set up primarily to facilitate these crimes.
The whole of the past year, 2024, and this year, 2025, the paid mercenaries closeby who are clearly running weapons-testing and brain experimentation projects, AI projects, robotics projects, cybernetics projects, C4ISR projects engaging in massive crimes against humanity spent quite some time and effort telling lies and building edifices of lies, calling police on lies to come bang on my door, ring my doorbell, submit false-claim incident reports, write letters suggesting I had a “history of reports” and was “Mentally Ill” and needed to open my door to their “Services.” The “Mental Health callers” or “reporters” had first engaged in crimes of vandalism, littering, theft, breaking-in, harassment, sound harassment, parking in our private parking spot with their loaded RF HPM- and ADT-running trucks and vans, throwing dead rats and birds into the yard, stealing plants, killing young trees, slashing foliage and cutting upward-leaning branches off older trees, calling Parks to come cut my native plants and my cherry tree as if it were theirs, and much more, then ignoring my Letters of Notice and fines for criminal trespass, summoning police instead to come terrorize me. In 2023, their predecessors and selves in these houses close-by ran avid terrorizing operations with Non Lethal Weapons and Neuroweapons. In 2022, complicit mercenaries parked next door (April 2022) and some inside my home under false pretenses (through and past December 2022), ran unlawful kidnappings, calling them “Involuntary Hospitalizations”, using Lies and Slander–for the purpose, it turned out, of attaching False Psych Labels: false information in medical records, running defamation and slander for Police-Medical databases, social ostracizing, and continued police and social harassment.

The same pattern used in hundreds of thousands of cases, fattening police and doctor and ambulance company coffers, keeping mercenary contracts humming. All parties involved are running Fraud in this way, and Trauma gigs, for personal aggrandizement.
There were no immediate or within 24-hours “Medical” and “Psychiatric” Evaluations on both occasions of Quincy Police and EMS trafficking me–three times altogether in ambulances–in their vans to hospitals, but serious stress, lie, and attack programs by doctors. There was no “Medical Transport” but serious attack and lie programs by EMS personnel. That’s Medical Fraud, Medical Transport Fraud, and Criminal Behavior masquerading as legitimate. While creating a Pariah class in plain view–for Bodily Torture and Brain attack, night after day after night, 24/7, nonstop–using “Public Safety” now, and “Public Health” and “Behavioral Health” Lies to oppress and disappear people as “Mentally Ill.”
Never forget the Police and CIA and DHS and FBI have all fallen into a collective hole, rushing to Parallel-Construct and Harass and Provoke and Stage Crimes–including Active Shooter crimes, weird MK ULTRA homicides and suicides–all to cement their notions of Mental Illness for their purposes of Brain Grabbing. If I am lumping these agencies together it’s because Fusion Centers do. If one or the other ISN’T involved in this Manufacture of Crimes Using Neuroweapons to Activate People, then why not gang up and audit and take down that Miscreant Agency which is doing it? You’re all Armed aren’t you? Should be simple!
Obviously I am not bothering to provide Methodologies and Strategies here for I hear all of them sit around reading The Art of War by Sun Tzu. Surely they are better equipped, those mavens of “Intelligence.”
But don’t tell us “Mental Health calls” are legitimate. This is ALL ABOUT THE WEAPONS, and the LIARS who are using them.
