Note on False Psychiatric Labels | Ramola D | August 29, 2026

This is a Notice and statement of Fact created by necessity to address in Clarity the Fraudulent and False Psychiatric Labeling aimed at this Author and Journalist succeeding the indignities and persecutions inflicted on her especially over the years 2022 and 2025-2026, in Quincy and Boston, Massachusetts– in clear retaliation, intimidation, and defamatory intent to disappear her journalism, writing, and truth- telling–with a first Fraudulent Section 12 Kidnapping and related actions involving, unlawfully, several forced “Psychiatric Evaluations” “Psychiatric Consultations” and putative Forced Medicating during the time period April 12-19, 2022 (described as extensively as possible in this writer’s Living Testimony in the form of an Affidavit and Statement of Fact of November 9, 2022); and a second unlawful and Fraudulent Forced Action involving a Second, Third, and Fourth Forced Kidnapping, Physical Abuse, further unlawful Forced Psychiatric Evaluations, Forced Medicating, and other actions of harm in December 20-29, 2022 with much harm in between, prior, and recently; and a third Forced Removal after a wrongful arrest at her home on November 7, 2025 to a Psychiatric Ward in a Boston jail for 12 days (& 11 nights) up to November 18, 2025, and thence a hospital from November 18, 2025-May 20, 2026 where she was lawlessly held for 2 months and thence “committed” and “ordered” baselessly and without her presence in court, by a charlatan judge and psychiatrist, to be force-medicated with neuro-deadening anti-psychotic medication–in the complete absence of any “psychosis”–for a period of 6 months, an Extreme Crime zone she was able to escape 4 months later only after appealing the commit in a Massachusetts court with the help of a lawyer.

This statement also succeeds one earlier and troubling encounter with a Primary Care Physician visited on December 16 and 20, 2021 involving Medical Malpractice in Overreach of Physician Remit, Character Assassination, Defamation and Slander in Fraudulent False Psychiatric Imputation and Intimidation, Fraud in X-Ray Imaging Process and Records, and two prior encounters with Psychiatrists under duress and familial coercion on December 19 and 31, 2013 also involving Medical Malpractice in Overreach of Physician Remit, Character Assassination, Defamation and Slander in Fraudulent False Psychiatric Imputation and Intimidation, in, essentially, Cover operations of harm, at the start, reported to them, of unlawful counter-personnel electromagnetic weaponry/Directed-Energy Weapons-Testing Operations on her.

As it has become increasingly clear to this Author and Journalist from the time of the actions taken in April 2022, December 2022, and December 2021 against her that the consequences of such false and fraudulent psychiatric labeling have been inexplicably extended into greater and continuous harm against her–through putative unlawful “Community Behavioral Health Monitoring” “Deterrence” “Surveillance” using unconsented-to space telemetry, Lies Spread in Neighborhoods, social harassment, and high energy technology used in her neighborhood by the same lying miscreants associating with Quincy Police to report lies while running nonstop harassment actions on her — this Author and Journalist has been privately addressing the specific aspect of Fraudulent False Psychiatric Labeling accomplished by Physicians, Psychiatrists, Registered Nurses using Fraudulent, Unsubstantiable “Behavioral Health”/“Mental Health”/“Psychiatry” Notations projected as “Diagnoses” and other random-though-Notated Projections on her Medical Records, the horrific and painful consequences of all of which–in addition to continuous attack and persecution with unlawful counter-personnel Directed-Energy Weapons-Testing and Neurotechnology Operations on her–she has endured from 2013 to 2026.

These are matters of Abject Crime which she has reported or is reporting now, earlier to various US regional, national, and International officials, including thrice to the President of the United States, once also to the Vice-President of the United States, the Attorney-General of the United States, the Inspector-General, Department of Justice, the Quincy Chief of Police, the Clerk-Magistrate of Quincy District Court, the Head of the Commonwealth Fusion Center in Massachusetts, the Special-Agent-in-Charge at the FBI, Boston, and to the Commissioner of the Department of Mental Health in Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Attorney-General, the Board of Registration in Medicine in Massachusetts, the Executive Director of the Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission, the Office of the Auditor in Massachusetts, the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, the Fiduciary of The United States of America, the Massachusetts State Assembly, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the United Nations Human Rights Office of the Commissioner, the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Torture, the United Nations Human Rights Council, and other appropriate Health, Government, and Justice offices, in addition to addressing specific doctors and their supervisory medical professionals.

Medical Malfeasance, Medical Malpractice, Medical Claims to Ignorance

Each of these doctors and psychiatrists has not merely ignored the true, well-documented, well-substantiated reportage of counter-personnel Directed Energy Weaponry (DEW)/Neurotechnology use and experimentation on the citizenry this writer has apprised them of, in particular, reportage on Radio Frequency High Powered Microwave Weapons (RF HPM, plausibly concealed in usage today–as she has begun to learn about and reported, with attribution and source–as “Public Safety, Deterrence, Corrections, Surveillance, Smart City, Gray Zone, Urban Warfare, Medical or Public Health” technologies in addition to Military Field Weapons Testing), used physically on others and on herself, unlawfully, abusively, and with impunity, in her case overtly since late October 2013, they have disrespectfully dismissed both her investigative Science and Technology reportage and other extant scientific, military, whistleblower, scholarly, journalistic, witness testimonial reportage both;

Some have participated, in 2022 and 2025-2026, as accomplices in the crimes of Forced Fraudulent Section 12 Kidnapping, Fraudulent Baseless Court-Ordered Evaluation, and Fraudulent Baseless Civil Commitment replete with extended Character Assassination, Defamation and Slander, completely ignoring her verbal notice to them of being a whistleblower journalist being subjected to Medical Kidnap Retaliation and Fraudulent Police and Court action for reporting military, police, Justice, and Intelligence crimes (rather than being “mentally ill”);

They have made unwarranted and unsubstantiated notations, which are False Allegations, of “diagnosis,” “indication,” “impression” after literally a few minutes of conversation or a few hours or days of forced, uneventful observation when she was held under duress in their midst; and in the case of the November 7, 2025-May 20, 2026 actions of crime, in the face of extended uneventful observation and continued cogent communication;

They have subjected her to demeaning, racist, sexist, misogynist, defamatory, discriminatory, unlawful, unconsented-to and physically abusive restraint without cause, captivity and detention without cause, treatment without cause: forced medication, verbal threat and intimidation, and unconsented-to medical procedures in public: in Emergency Rooms, and in Psychiatry Wards, Wings, Facilities in 4 Boston-area and Massachusetts hospitals;

They have lied outright on the “medical records” they have purported to maintain in her name and which have been given to her in print copy as her medical records—not correcting them when asked, not supplying the true record of events, nor PDFs of records, nor removal from “Behavioral Health” programs when asked;

They have engaged in unlawful (and illegal) actions of further kidnap and trafficking related to both the extension and continuous replay of inexplicable numbers of Section 12s, along with deceiving proffer and administering of inexplicable numbers of Section 10s and unlawful and illegal “inpatient” admission without cause or consent—all over a period of a few days;

They have engaged in extravagant actions in a matter of days to force several False Psychiatric Labels on this journalist through inexplicable recourse to numbers of psychiatrists and psychiatric nurses, and in the case of the criminal Nov 7 2025-May 20, 2026 action, recourse as well to the lying and fabricated reports of two “Designated Forensic Psychologist”s;

They have, knowingly or unknowingly, aligned with unlawfully acting “authorities” in Law Enforcement, Justice, Intelligence, and Military to engage in actions of unlawful repression and subjugation of this writer:

They have early inscribed unsupportable False Psychiatric Labels in grievous Character Assassination, Defamation, and Slander using false allegations of diagnosis against her name and medical records, actions which have had far-reaching and intentional harm, inclusive of stripping her of her basic and fundamental human rights to be taken seriously as a completely competent and mentally-whole adult, a living woman, a mother, a wife, a sane and intelligent woman, a brown-skinned woman, a highly qualified and educated professional, an Indian-American writer, a college and children’s teacher, a children’s creativity workshop founder and leader, a human rights advocate, a broadcaster, a journalist, an involuntary patient reporting physical—not mental—illness on occasion, and, in particular reference to the incidents surrounding a Primary Care Physician visit in December 2021 and both Unlawful Kidnaps in April and December 2022, a journalist reporting military weapons-testing, unconsented-to RFID implants, energy technologies and biomedical-experimentation in documentary journalism, whether to Primary Care Physicians, Emergency Room Physicians/Nurses/Staff, or Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurses, other Psychiatric Ward or Hospital staff, all educated professionals who can read and who should have researched, read, and been aware of these matters of basic science and technology reportage;

They have used these False Psychiatric Labels to set in motion, maintain, and continually revive a broad, wide-reaching, and endless campaign of unsubstantiable Character Assassination, Defamation and Slander and of continued DEW/Neurotechnology assault to destroy and damage her name, life, self, physical being, physical health, marriage, family, career, profession, livelihood, friendships, relationships, social circles, communities of affiliation, in neighborhood, in society, on travels within and without Massachusetts, in several states of the USA, in Europe (in transit), in London, UK, in India, and at home in Quincy, Massachusetts, in other Massachusetts towns, and in India with her own family;

Boston, Hive of Medical Crime and Judicial Crime

They have early used these labels—invented only in the Boston area, only in Massachusetts, supposed bastion of educated, feminist progressiveness–in such grievous, persecutory slander campaigns to effect ostracizing, discrimination, social isolation, unfeminist subjugation, familial repression and, over 9 years, destroy her marriage, her family life, her name and reputation in her own immediate American, Indian, in-law, and extended family since 2013 by misleading, miseducating, actively deceiving, and wrongfully indoctrinating spouse, in-laws, family members, and community members (schoolteachers, principals) who have in turn re-deceived, co-opted, coerced spouse and immediate family into extending this Psychiatry-Fraud, permitting her child to be removed from her home, circle of influence, and loving parentage, and kept from communication with her, misleading all further into surrendering to false-light projections of this Author as irretrievably, continuously, and chronically Mentally Ill—as if to be eventually only forcibly “treated,” “Rogers-guardianship”-handed-over-to-state, abandoned, and institutionalized for life (apparently as a 21st-century Zelda Fitzgerald, also wrongfully labeled)–a situation which has thankfully not occurred–yet egregiously claiming mental disability in the absence of all medical evaluation and evidence and, with a posse of crooked attorneys and judge in a Boston court and a lying and false divorce petition from her spouse and his colluding and criminally-behaving attorneys, without her consent for representation and without her participation in the drawing up of a separation agreement, forcing through a divorce-by-proxy and “financial conservatorship” on her in 2024, depriving her of her basic rights to live freely and manage her own financial affairs in Massachusetts;

Further, they have used these labels to tragically, unlawfully, and criminally misinform and miseducate her daughter, her spouse, her extended and in-law family, and own brother into fabricating “mental health history in the family” and thereby lied, falsely represented, and deceived her own family and high-academic-and-extracurricular-achieving child–while supposedly practicing “health-oriented, healthcare-centric” Psychiatry, Therapy, Primary Care Medicine–into believing their own wife/daughter/mother/sister is irretrievably mentally ill, projecting false expectation of worsening, schizophrenic lunacy to later ensue, both in the case of her mother and herself, falsely forcing family members to believe only “medication” and “treatment” could cure the mother, falsely forcing unneeded psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and putative false labeling on the child, falsely forcing child and family to believe child and mother both needed therapy and psychiatry while mother needed “treatment”, medication, and child possibly needed psychiatric-labeling herself in order to stay healthy and mentally-well, falsely forcing family to keep child and mother apart during critical late high school years and entry into college to remove the mother’s intellectual, emotional, psychological influence on, closeness with, and bonding with the child while thus criminally depriving the child and mother—all this in the Boston area under guise of “Care”;

They have permitted these labels to non-consensually, fraudulently, and completely unlawfully traffic her into, keep her in, and continue on her body and brain 24/7, inhumane, unethical, undisclosed, possibly classified, operations, putatively “non-lethal” weapons-testing operations, Artificial Intelligence experimentation, DEW bio-behavioral research operations, Brain experimentation, thought harvesting, brainwave heterodyning, HUMINT-collection, Radio-dosimetry-data-collection, Genetics-related collection and other kinds of secretive, unlawful, unconsented-to, exploitative, opportunistic, aggressively vulgar, bodily invasive, greatly persecutory, profoundly abusive research, experimentational, and operational Military, Intelligence, Health, Criminal Justice, Artificial Intelligence, Neuro-Experimentation, “National Security,” plausibly CIA MK ULTRA projects and others unknown—compelling shielding for self-defense, which, ironically is then used insidiously by themselves and “Law Enforcement” as markers of “mental illness”;

They have also, putatively, used these False Psychiatric Labels to justify her being nonconsensually entered into various so-called community research or community healthcare or community monitoring or community surveillance or community law enforcement or community criminal justice or community Homeland Security projects as a “research subject/mental nutcase/unstable activist” who cannot give consent but so needs this research/community healthcare/constant tracking and monitoring and energy-tech control for her own good” while unlawfully deploying physically harmful, highly deleterious, bio-hacking, neuro-hacking, neurobio-subjugatory neuroweaponry, radio frequency telemetry, cybernetics, pulsed high power microwave weapons, conducted electrical and energy weaponry, vibrational control weaponry, “innovative” and other technologies including those covertly purporting “health care,” “health monitoring,” “bio-behavioral research,” “behavioral health,” or “wellness,” on her physical being for nearly thirteen years;

They have permitted these labels to influence, induce, and persuade other physicians and psychiatrists to withhold actual medical healthcare for her when she has either apprised them of actual physical issues on a doctor-visit or needing radiology when held under duress in their midst or when she has visited them to address same—in other words they have encouraged other physicians, nurses, psychiatrists to disbelieve her and treat her purely as “mentally ill” when she has apprised them of needing Medical Healthcare and Radiology, as occurred at both Steward Carney Hospital in April 2022 and South Shore Hospital in December 2022, the latter despite blood tests showing she was sick with a respiratory infection;

They have used these labels, wittingly or/and unwittingly, to assist police and fusion center staff, affiliates, and contractors locally and remotely in their paid, mercenary actions to physically, psychologically, socially terrorize, subjugate, abuse, near-assassinate on occasion, and misrepresent this writer and her family for nearly thirteen years; and more.

All False Psychiatric Labels and False Allegations of Diagnosis are Invalidated Herein

These fraudulent False Psychiatric Labels therefore, self-invalidating, are condemned and repudiated in the strongest possible terms and published herein as invalid; none of the doctors, nurses, or hospitals named herein have nor can give one plausible reason for these labels, leveled against a perfectly sane, stable, thoughtful Indian-American woman, author, journalist, mother; all have been notified of their wrongfulness in action of stooping to such malpractice in affixing these false labels; all of these False Psychiatric Labels and Allegations masquerading as “diagnoses” in the profoundly corrupt, dehumanizing, tyrannizing medical healthcare industry which has harmed this Author, Journalist, and Mother are made obsolete by this publication;

Any voices including those of any and all Physicians, Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatric Nurses if seeking to counter same must:

1. Essay an open, public debate in publicly accessible media, providing this writer clear notice of same, addressing these matters,

2. Provide in print and verbal mode clear reason for their concoction, fabrication, and fraudulent notation of these labels,

3. Retain and publish a copy of this Notice, as current and as complete, with all information, herein published, in her so-called “medical records”–rendered false by their false allegations–and entered into all databases subsequently,

4. Make every effort to fully remove all these fraudulently created and applied labels from association with this author’s name and medical records; even cursory inspection of these labels reveals their fraudulence.

Further information on all False Psychiatric Labels and Allegations aimed fraudulently and criminally at this Author and Journalist since 2013 when she was first attacked overtly with electromagnetic energy technologies in Massachusetts will be published in due course of time. By attacking this Author and working Journalist fraudulently with False Psychiatric Labels, these criminally-behaving allopathic doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, certified nurse practitioners and hospitals have opened themselves to continuous public reportage of their malfeasance and medical fraud: the public needs to be informed of their crimes. This writer reserves the right to revise this text as she sees fit, at any time, and will indeed further pursue this matter in print, on paper and electronically, as well as any other lawful means of her choosing, as she finds necessary, until it is fully resolved to her satisfaction.

Entire Contrivance of Fraudulent Psychiatry a Framing Set-Up to Disappear Rightful Public Awareness Through Truth-telling and Journalism of Military, Intelligence, Defense Industry, Medical Industry, Law Enforcement, and “Surveillance” Covert, Unlawful Usage of Anti-Personnel Directed Energy Weapons in Field Testing Operations on the Populace

It is primary to note that the Entire Contrivance of Fraudulent Psychiatry used on this writer from December 2013 to date, and especially in the Forced Actions noted above from December 2021, April 2022, and December 2022 onwards, is completely and only a Framing, Fraudulent, Grasping and Shameful Set-Up–employing inordinate Numbers of Doctors, Public Health professionals, Psychiatrists, Police Officers with label of “Mental Health Professional,” Registered Nurses, Certified Nurse Practitioners, Care Advocates, Licensed Social Workers, Clinical Nursing Assistants, Personal Assistants, Emergency Medical Technicians, Sheriffs and Deputy Sheriffs, Emergency Department Physicians, State Police, District Court Police and Staff, Hospital Security Staff, neighborhood “Informants,” co-opted family members, impersonating family members, flagrant lies, extended deception, unlawfully contracted practices of false-crisis-creation and non-healthful Terror in “forced hospitalization” to attack and crush the extensive 12-year Investigative Reportage which this writer and journalist has accomplished providing Disclosure on Targeting, Surveillance Abuse, Unlawful Watchlisting, and Clear Trafficking to Procure Warm Bodies and Brains for Unlawful Artificial Intelligence/Brain Experimentation and Directed Energy Weapons Testing/”Bio-Behavioral Research“: in politically-persecutorial, subjugatory whistleblower-retaliation attempts by a larger fusion center military-intelligence-medical-law-enforcement network to disappear the vital voice and reportage of this journalist, to create a false Mental Health Profile and false “Mental Health History,” in inordinately egoistic desire to Masonically subjugate this writer whose astrology as much as biology (and brainology) it appears has incited them to cravenly wish to disappear her; thus to maintain a continued supremacist hold over all captured “subjects” who are merely people unlawfully targeted, listed, trafficked into abusive and inhumane non-consensual Field AP-DEW Weapons-Testing, Biomedical and Brain-AI Research terror; thus to retain their funding, their projects, their privately-supported industry, their jobs, their lifestyles of greed–even at the cost of harming millions of Americans; to jointly attempt to disappear, crush, defame, slander, and discredit as “mentally ill” the very journalist who dared to expose these crimes; to attempt to reduce to acredible and mentally-unstable status a writer and everyday American whose brain and body–like thousands of others–has been unlawfully coveted for unlawful covert experimentation.

Naming All Doctors, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Hospitals Engaging in Medical Malfeasance, Medical Fraud, and Medical Claims of Ignorance

The falsified and fabricating “medical records” I have received so far on request from all hospitals and healthcare insurance involved are filled with outright lies, confabulations, false claims, false “mental health history,” false narratives and contrivance as noted above; I did not receive corrected records, especially from South Shore Hospital which sent falsified records, no doctor I wrote to requesting explanation for their false labeling responded, and I can report the following:

2013, December 19: Dr. Subha Thiagarajan, Pychiatrist, New England Institute of Mental Health, stated, during a single visit–under familial coercion–comprising about 15-20 minutes of conversation which included notice from this writer of actual extant reportage of electromagnetic weaponry use in the USA and on her person, that she could not find any New York Times coverage but only “John Doe” articles on electromagnetic technology use on civilians and, without any physical evidence for her misreadings, nor seeking any evidence for externally-originating electromagnetic pulses by EMF meter or spectrometer or for radiation damage to cells then or over time, glibly advised the writer to “stop reading” as she irresponsibly marked down a “diagnosis” she would “r/o” (rule out) post a PCP (primary care physician) follow-up (which never occurred) of “DELUSIONAL DISORDER (A1) ICD-297.1” which is labeled F22 online, a label which recurs later on the so-called medical record. This was obviously a false allegation of “diagnosis”. Notes by this doctor electronically signed on 1/2/2014.

2013, December 30: Dr. Ourania Madias, Child Psychiatrist, New England Behavioral Health at Atrius Health, marked down, after a single visit–under familial deception and coercion– comprising 15 minutes of conversation (wherein she remarked on the ubiquity of oppressive surveillance in Greece during Nazi times, in reference to her father, and in apparent sympathetic response to this writer’s informed reportage of surveillance abuses with electromagnetic technology and social harassment ongoing in Quincy at the time), a “Visit Diagnosis” and “Indication” of “Psychotic Disorder” and a “Diagnosis” of “Paranoid Psychosis” while simultaneously advising the writer to “stop reading so much.” Again, this doctor neither sought physical evidence of EMF pulse attack by EMF meters/spectrometers nor sought physical evidence of radiation damage nor suggested recording the vehicular swarming reported but deceptively claimed “paranoid psychosis” with no evidence whatsoever for her claims. This is false allegation not “diagnosis.” Notes by this doctor electronically signed on 1/2/2014.

Letter sent to New England Behavioral Health and Board of Medicine in Massachusetts | Letter sent to Director, Atrius Health and Board of Medicine in Massachusetts

2021, December 20, December 16: Dr.Leslie-Ann Alexander, Primary Care Physician, Internal Medicine, Atrius Health, on a first visit and subsequent video-call visit with this Author reporting physical harm from counter-personnel DEWs and non-consensual radio frequency implants, after concisely delivered notice of the Author’s Documentary Journalism interviewing reporting victims of non-consensual biomedical research experiments, has yet noted down numerous false-claims under a section purporting to run a Neurological and Psychiatric evaluation, including “Paranoia,” while denying record of Radio Frequency implants witnessed on an X-ray on her technician’s monitor, discounting notice of this writer’s profession as a journalist, and ruminating in her notes how to further pull this writer into Psychiatry’s clutches–expressing concern about lack of “regular psychiatric care” succeeding her “having reviewed prior documentation from a previous psychiatric evaluation,” in other words the False Mental Health History attempted by the two prior 15-minute-psychiatrists from 8 years prior named above, and seeking a “more intensive psychiatric evaluation,” a matter to “revisit in the future.” This is narrative-building, not medical care. Notes and narrative by this doctor clearly evincing Defamation and Slander electronically signed on 12/16/2021 and 12/20/2021.

These aspersions and false narratives need to be struck from all “medical records” associated with any form of the name “Ramola Dharmaraj.”

At the ER, post unlawful capture out of jurisdiction from my home on false-claims from a neighbor and wrongful co-opting of spouse, several parties produced written invented verbiage of “diagnoses” “clinical impressions” “review of systems” “mental health exams” “medical decision making narratives”, “psychiatric evaluations”, “dispositions” while working hard to force a Psych Ward Admit: all variously responsible for the extended abuse of this Author and Journalist over her forced, fraudulent two-day-hold under armed guard by numerous black-shirted Security Men for no reason in a freezing Emergency Room (made colder on attending-physician advisories (Dr. Michael Reily) to “stress her out”) and participant variously in the Drive to Defame, Keep Captive, and Commit by recording fabricated and passed-on lies from Brewster Ambulance EMS, Carney Hospital EMS, and Quincy Police who ran the Forced Kidnap and Trafficking operation on this writer on April 14, 2022; all refused to recognize the normalcy, intelligence, perfect mental health, wellness, and sanity of this writer despite perfectly calm and articulate conversation with her on her journalism and on the circumstances of the unlawful arrest and capture which had brought her to the Steward Carney ER, noting down and exchanging lies and false narratives instead, acting thereby persistently to keep her (freezing) in the Carney Hospital Emergency Room past Three “psychiatric evaluations” inclusive of one by a Licensed Social Worker Melissa Di Pasquale on a remote-video-interview from Optum/United BH not mentioned in the Carney records, one by a Physician’s Assistant Diana King, PA, one by a white-coated Certified Nurse Practitioner Rebecca Read, NP, ostensibly a Second “Section 12”, Four shift-changes through Three ER attending-physicians, Michael Reily MD, Ryan O’Hara MD, Steve McElroy MD, and 1 (later-named and absent) attending-psychiatrist-referred-to-as-physician, Jared Trout MD, putative forced-medicating by a later-named and never-met Suprav Mishra MD, and move her without cause to the Steward Carney Psychiatric Unit–a floor titled Substance Use and Addiction referred to by receiving Psychiatric Nurse Joe there as 4 Southeast–after 48 hours ostensibly to obtain yet another “psychiatric evaluation” there (for yet another False Psychiatric Label that is—which turned out to be more than one), while much ER conversation indicated ganging-up intent and interest by numerous Security and Medical parties to hold this writer, regardless of reason (there was clearly none in that ER) in a Psych Ward, one, notably stating, for “fifteen days” (“on ‘The DA’s’ word”);

At the Psych Ward, over Four days of extended hold without cause, this writer was then subjected to Four more “psychiatric evaluations”-by Mahmood Sharfi MD, Dany Dumas NP, Dr. Beth NP, Jared Trout MD, countless “15-minute checks,” and much else, all more fully addressed in this writer’s Living Testimony in the Form of an Affidavit and Statement of Fact of November 9, 2022, first published online on November 20, 2022 and sent by postal mail with a notice of claim (with no response) to Steward Carney Hospital on Nov 21, 2022.

False Psychiatric Labeling for “Commitment” and Community “Care Coordination”

False claims of “psychosis” and “acute psychosis” in “clinical impression” “assessment” “discharge problem” by several clearly lying-by-rote nurses, three physicians, a physician’s assistant, a white-coated “NP” in the ER, a white-coated “NP” in the Psych Ward, three psychiatrists, led oddly to dual claims of a “Discharge Diagnosis,” both without cause, 1) of a “Discharge Diagnosis” on Carney Hospital medical records by Psychiatrist Jared Trout, MD marked “Delusional Disorder” Status “Acute”–after much information provided to him on extant electromagnetic weapons testing and dual-use neurotechnology on the American population in American neighborhoods, military and intelligence warfare in guise of surveillance, extant journalism including mine reporting same, as well as my status as a fully private American on the land and soil jurisdiction of America, more fully described to Dr. Beth earlier, who is not named on the records; and, 2) of a “Discharge Diagnosis” on Optum/ the “Behavioral Health” provider’s records notated as such by “Care Advocate” Brook Algarin, “F31.13 Bipolar 1-current/most recent episode Manic, Severe,” a first pulled-out-of-thin-air confabulation for an “authorization for IP” to force “inpatient level of care” as a first “Quickcert diagnosis” first notated by a Karrie Anton on 4/14/2022, 8:28 pm CDT in United/BH/Optum records, then used as “Admit” by a Nicole Brooks on 4/14/2022, 8:41 pm CDT in United/BH/Optum records, while Michael Reily, MD, then Attending Physician was on the floor but an Alexandra Accardi, MD (non-present, never seen, never met, a Psychiatrist, but named-on-paper Attending Physician) claimed on paper to be endorsing, then surfaced as a diagnosis (2) “ruled out” or to be ruled out as in “rule out bipolar disorder” in United/BH/Optum notes on 4/16/2022 by Psychiatrist and “Supervisory Physician” Mahmood Sharfi, MD, again despite detailed reportage to him of neighborhood situations, false-claim neighbor actions, and surveillance technologies inclusive of electromagnetic weaponry. No cause is evident either in claims of need for “inpatient admission to Mental Health” and “acute inpatient” admission, nor in claims of “brief psychotic disorder,” severally made to Optum by Brewster Ambulance EMS, Carney Hospital Ancillary, and Psych Consultant Rebecca Read, NP, when none had occurred. (Optum apparently being both “Behavioral Health” for United Health and United Health Insurance itself.)

Of note: “Commitment” is mentioned allusively in the Carney notes attributed to Alexandra Accardi, MD but more likely emanating from Dr. Beth, putatively CNP Elizabeth Davis (whom I spoke to and who recognized the nature of my investigative journalism); aimed ostensibly to discharge me noting again the baseless Label “(1) ‘Delusional Disorder/Status: Acute” then “no treatment indicated” and “this may not be the right diagnosis”, these notes record that “as she presents is not committable” as if Committing were in the offing.

Which apparently it was, given Optum “Care Advocate” Brooke Algarin‘s notes on 4/20/2022 post my departure from Carney “Hospital” on 4/19/2022, “member is released from commitment due to md did not feel that she was a danger to the community” but marking the baseless Label “F31.13 Bipolar I…” under “Diagnosis code” while an earlier note of hers states “member is court date for involuntary admission 4/21/2022 and then will decide if will continue involuntary admission and either file for commitment or d/c (discharge) member” proving intent to unlawfully use the court system to further commit this Author and Journalist greatly endangering life, health, intellectual autonomy, human rights, freedom while disappearing her as a Author and Journalist, on which date, 4/21/2022, is then recorded a referral to “Care Coordination” clearly a community “behavioral health” monitoring scheme to community-police, that is, community-stalk the labeled and falsely-labeled past their incarceration in Psych Wards. (Care Coordination, the ongoing build-up of Medical and Behavioral Health Communism, and involving, it appears, the very EMF/Neurotechnologies published by the Air Force, Army, and Navy as DEBR (directed energy bio-behavioral research) now tech-transferred into medical-tech use, is both statewide and nationwide, apparently being run through the state DMH and SAMSHA, to be further reported separately.)

On the 20^th of December afternoon, after being unlawfully arrested in the morning by Quincy Police Officers Mark Millane and O’ Donnell without a warrant and for no reason out of my home, while I was physically sick with a respiratory infection after my misled spouse unlawfully and unsympathetically filed a complaint at the Quincy District Court alleging I needed a medical evaluation, after I had spoken to him about needing to bless and exorcise our home and selves after loud sound and audio tech attacks on the sides and roof of our house and loud noise harassment for several days from the putatively CIA-affiliated miscreants running EMF-technology and sound experiments from right next door, I was held at the Courthouse lock-up for an unknown period, during which time I was invited to go up to a court hearing, which I refused, was left abandoned in that cell for over five hours that day, knocked out with an unknown drug, trussed unlawfully into a Brewster Ambulance van and taken to South Shore Hospital, Weymouth, where I was moved from the main ER area to the Mental Health/Aspire ER area directly upon arrival despite informing the nurse at the front desk I had been brought there wrongfully and needed to go home.

Despite informing the Clinical Nursing Assistant “Nelsa” who sat beside me at the ER I was a journalist reporting on matters of electromagnetic and Electronic Warfare and essentially was a journalist reporting from a war zone, protected under international law, I was subjected to open mockery by this young woman (who invited me to get up and dance for her, in obvious Mental Health Labeling efforts) and knocked out several times this evening, each time I got up, it seemed, to get a drink of water or to go toward the lobby after my spouse visited and spoke over my head to a woman with the name-tag Dr. Wen, later found to be an anesthetist at South Shore.

A Dr. Chen, advertised as a psychiatrist and “top doctor” there spoke to me after one such knockout when I came to, and asked me if I was seeing things or hearing any voices, to both of which I answered No. He then signaled a bunch of Security Guard-looking men who came over and physically threw me onto a metal-topped table, wheeled me into a separate cubicle, while others approached with three very large syringes, apparently to siphon blood. I was knocked out again, then sat up to remove clothing and a hospital gown slid over my head. Then I was knocked out again and strapped down; I woke to see a man placing tags under the gown at my chest. I asked him to stop and asked what he was doing, he said he was preparing for an EKG—which my spouse later told me he hadn’t asked for. No, the black operatives from the CIA running this Clandestine-Police crime on me had. I asked for a woman to be present and this man went out, returning with a woman nurse whom I was about to speak to before I was knocked out again. When I came to I was being lifted down from the table and into a wheelchair, thence wheeled to another lobby and a cubicle where I was asked to change out of my leggings and put on the pant part of the hospital outfit. I didn’t follow why and changed back into my top and sweatshirt instead, then went over to the lobby to call my spouse to ask him to pick me up to take me home; it was near 10 pm. I made one call, with no positive assurance from my spouse, and was waiting to make another when I was knocked out again by two new suddenly-arriving black-clad people who loaded me into another ambulance; once again I came to only outside as I was being loaded in, fully strapped down, into the ambulance, a large seemingly unmarked white van I later found to be a Midwest Ambulance.

I was taken thence to Bournewood Hospital in Brookline and lodged there for 9 days, having to speak several times to the nurses and do two 3-day notices to be discharged, led by Social Worker Samantha Bayuk into autographing into the facility first on a Section 10 after being told I had been brought there on a Section 12 from South Shore, found later to have been ordered by South Shore’s Dr. Olga Novikov-King, whom I never met, having been kept knocked-out at South Shore; I also found later that I had been taken to South Shore earlier from Quincy District Court after a social worker there, Chelsea Lloyd, had called in a Section 12 to South Shore (after the court hearing I did not attend). I spoke thrice at Bournewood to a psychiatrist Dr. Richard Spiros and once to a psychiatrist Dr. Raphael Weinstein, in all conversations having perfectly normal communications and informing Dr. Spiros I neither “heard voices” nor “saw things”, and explaining the religious differences with my husband leading to his wrongfully filing the “complaint” against me at a courthouse, despite which he offered a prescription of an anti-psychotic, which I declined. I also spoke to several of the nurses, again having perfectly normal conversations, and with nothing of import occurring during these 9 days except my spouse showing up one day and having an extended conversation with me on the value of going to court to receive an order of force-medication, which he didn’t seem to think was criminal fraud, and refusing to get me out of Bournewood himself—after which I did the first 3-day notice to get out of there myself.

Later, after repeated request for medical records, I received records showing lies and fabrications from all 4 parties—Brewster Ambulance, Midwest Ambulance, South Shore Hospital and Bournewood Hospital, all of whom baselessly stated “delusional” and “Paranoid delusional” and “Unspecified psychosis” as entering cause, with Bournewood notating “Bipolar” taken directly from Carney’s casual false-allegations as noted down in April by Carney’s ER doctor Dr. Michael Reily, and Bournewood’s psychiatrist Dr. Spiros leaving “Bipolar” in the discharge summary although no evidence for same was found while I was there, and no one suggested to me this was a “diagnosis”–neither at Carney in April 2022 nor at Bournewood on December 29, 2022 when I left. A notable lie from South Shore was that I had been held at South Shore until the afternoon of December 21, which is untrue; it appears they wrote this down because the attending psychiatrist at Bournewood did not speak to me until the morning of December 22, 2022, two nights after I was admitted without consent there, in violation of Section 12 laws which require medical evaluation in 24 hours.

I have addressed all lies and fabrications and questioned all false-allegations of diagnosis in letters to these four parties and received responses from none; none can explain their false allegations of diagnosis or of admitting/transport cause or their usage of language and labels from previous psychiatrists (Bournewood). No “medical evaluation” really was made, nor any psychiatric evaluation. Clarifying conversations I had were ignored. (More information can be found in these letters.)

Also to be noted, it appears all sorts of covert action was taken in South Shore after the repeated knockouts, including the forced EKG, forced implants of a quantum or nano/micro nature placed at spine and upper arms, nanobiosensors placed on hands and feet, other inserts at ears and base of neck—hallmark signature of Clandestine-Covert-Police operations from the CIA and military factions—all permitting further assault with through-wall directed-energy weaponry, which assault intensified on return. This writer suspects this entire major attack on her was set up by CIA-military factions, down to the QPD-misleading of her spouse into the profound betrayal and abuse of filing a petition in a court to force through a medical evaluation, and the preceding sound and audio attacks on the house and family.

The unsubstantiable labeling, the commitment without cause, and the Bournewood usage of leftover labels from Carney’s ER without basis are all hereby repudiated and condemned in the strongest possible terms and published herein as invalid. All relevant parties and the Board of Medicine have been notified.

Naming All Police, District Court, Sheriff Parties Colluding in a Wrongful Arrest, Fabricated Police Reports, and Fraudulent Court Hearing Falsely Imputing Mental Health Issues and Forcing Transport to a Boston Jail and Thence a State Psychiatric Hospital

2025, November 7: Quincy Police, Quincy District Court, “Joseph Mazzeo of 150 Pine Street,” District Attorney Michael Morrissey and Deputies, Judge Palmucci, Psychologist Nicholas Petrou, Norfolk County Sheriff Patrick McDermott and Deputies, Suffolk County Sheriff Steven W Tompkins and Deputies, Licensed Social Worker Allie: I was wrongfully arrested on false allegations by a Quincy Police SWAT Team breaking down our storm door and entering the house on the morning of Nov 7, 2025 after nearly two years of intense and unexplained police harassment and neighborhood harassment. At the court hearing held that day at the Quincy District Court and just before it I was told by the Public Defender that one of our serially-harassive neighbors, “Joseph Mazzeo of 150 Pine Street,” had taken out a fraudulent Harassment Prevention Order on me—I learned later from police reports this was done 1 year earlier on 9/19/2024 after I’d sent him a notice of fine to cease and desist by mail succeeding numerous harassive attacks on self, home and property, including throwing dead rats and birds into our backyard (reported to Animal Control and Quincy Public Works), littering, desecrating and removing front garden décor, calling Quincy Parks to attack our native plants, and cutting our backyard foliage without permission, in addition to 5 years of technologically-assisted harassment–after which he falsely claimed “criminal harassment” in alleged violation of that unknown-to-me fraudulent Harassment Prevention Order when I came out onto my porch one Sunday, falsely alleging I was filming him. Later perusal of police reports showed he had lied not only about these, but other manufactured incidents, which I have now written to the Massachusetts Post Commission and Attorney-General fully about. This man was able to solicit the collusion of Quincy Police against me on over 5 occasions with outright lies as recorded in those police reports, making false allegations while spending 5 years in harassing me and my family, desecrating our garden and yard and making false calls to police against me repeatedly—matters I have repeatedly reported and done FOIA queries to the City of Quincy about.

The District Attorney alleged in his presentation that I had written to a “12-year-old son” of another colluding neighbor, a false allegation, and, despite the Public Defender asserting correctly I was not guilty, presiding Judge Palmucci asked if there were “mental health issues” of the DA, then demanded that I speak to a psychologist right there, which I did, after which the psychologist Nicholas Petrou ignored all that I had told him of m­y background, my journalism, and the neighbors’ long-term harassment, pulled up old court records from the December 20, 2022 hearing initiated wrongfully by my spouse, inclusive of my private creative emails, repeated the DA’s lies, alleged I was delusional, and suggested a 20-day evaluation at a hospital, then claimed lack of beds, whereupon Judge Palmucci said piously they needed to not stress the medical system and hold me instead. A Norfolk County Sheriff Deputy transported me shortly after to the Suffolk County Jail in Boston, to a Psych Ward named the Medical Housing unit, where I was held for 12 days, informing all of the wrongful arrest but not speaking at this time to any psychiatrist there. A Social Worker named “Allie” who spoke at length with me on arrival was told about the wrongful arrest and was privy to a perfectly normal conversation, yet approved my being held in a filthy cell with no privacy, lights-on 24 hours for 11 days straight, alleging “Suicide Watch” out of nowhere. I was moved to a regular cell on the 11^th day, where I was held for 1 night and 1 day, then transported abruptly with no explanation by a Suffolk County Sheriff Deputy to a place called Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital on the night of the 12^th day, Nov 18th, 2025.

[Notably, both Norfolk County and Suffolk County Sheriff vans as well as the Suffolk County Jail Medical Housing unit were found to be equipped with seeming microwave radiation devices, the vans being visibly equipped on the ceiling, which issued forth instant pulsed headaches to all women traveling in the van; other pulse attacks were evident; the jail and Sheriffs both were equipped with devices on ceiling for heat pulsing and carried in pockets for throat and voice silencing attacks—my testimonials to be published shortly.]

My letter to the Massachusetts Post Commission and Attorney-General addresses the lies in the police reports, obvious evidence of police collusion with harassive neighbors from April 2022, and unlawful unleashing of Section 12 and “Mental Illness” Defamation and Slander on mention of Microwave Weapons, a subject of my journalism and reportage, as well as the fraudulent procurement of False Psychiatric Labels by police.

2025, November 18th-2026, May 20th: Judge Palmucci, Suffolk County Sheriff, CEO Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital Kathleen Wenzel, Psychologist Leila Wallach, Psychologist Nicholas Petrou, Psychiatrist Dr. Monthe Kofos; I was transported on the night of Nov 18 to Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital, I learned later, on the actions of Judge Palmucci of Quincy District Court who once more acted collusively against me 12 days after holding me fraudulently in an unclean, 24-hour lights-on cell, on falsely-made “Suicide Watch” claims at the Suffolk County Jail Medical Housing unit, where I spoke to no psychiatrist and received no psychiatric treatment, for apparently another 20-day evaluation I wasn’t told about at the time–which stretched interminably past 20 days and led to further wrongful commitment. Judge Palmucci had no basis for his actions, and clearly acted in bias and malice, in collusion with the lawlessly-acting police and DA, all apparently very keen to get me—a working science journalist and author reporting facts, falsely accused—falsely labeled and “treated” as Mentally Ill.

I was fraudulently held for 6 months at Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital where I was subjected initially to much verbal abuse by several psychiatric nurses and mental health workers, provided no information on why I was being held there, held beyond 20 days on their supposed evaluation, my statements and Notices requesting release ignored, then committed—without notice to me and without my presence in court–for 6 months under false-claims of inability to care for self and “incompetence to stand trial” by Dr. Monthe Kofos, the resident psychiatrist, who held me there for no reason whatsoever but to maliciously force-medicate me which he accomplished by petitioning a DMH court again, issuing false-claim notice of “schizophrenia” to the court on the basis of no evidence whatsoever, and, he said, on the lies and fabrications of the Designated Forensic Psychologist Leila Wallach whose lies, rebutted by me in a Notice, he nevertheless told me he “believed,” rejecting my testimonial and reportage even as he told me several times I was “possibly the smartest person (he) had met,” at that Worcester facility, presumably.

“Designated Forensic Psychologist” Leila Wallach whom I had informed in December I would not be speaking with went ahead regardless and wrote up a false, malicious, and deliberately discrediting report for the court—a 15b report—relaying lies, fabrications, and misreadings from all she interviewed, inclusive of “Joseph Mazzeo,” my brother, and my ex-husband liberally using lies, hyperbole, wild fabrications and repeat “delusional”-labeling to paint me in false light and suggest I was mentally ill beyond redemption, labeling my solid science journalism a “delusional belief system” and “grandiose delusion,” evidencing her bias, incompetence and malice; I addressed this defamatory report in detail in a Notice provided to the staff at Worcester Hospital and will address it and Leila Wallach‘s malfeasance and psychologist collusion further.

Also to be noted is “Designated Forensic Psychologist” Nicholas Petrou’s 15A report, filled with fabrications, lies, inventions, misreadings of my private creative emails and publications, active intellectual aggressions against me despite a perfectly normal conversation with me, falsely and fraudulently claiming I was delusional and needed psychiatric evaluation and treatment. His report evidences his malice, bias and craven repetition of the false claims made by the DA in court, and is evidence of psychologist collusion with the DA, Quincy Police, and Judge Palmucci against me.

Psychiatrist Dr. Monthe Kofos acted fraudulently and collusively with Quincy Police and Quincy District Court in issuing false allegations of a mental illness diagnosis of “schizophrenia” without base, cause, evidence, or reason he could explain, in pushing for and obtaining a court-ordered civil commitment for 6 months on fraudulent ground, and in force-medicating me with dangerous brain-damaging anti-psychotic medications for 4 months; this physician has been reported to the Board of Medicine in Massachusetts for his malfeasance, and his false allegations of diagnosis repudiated. The court involved, the Massachusetts Trial Court, has acted collusively with the Worcester Hospital CEO, Kathleen Wenzel, named as petitioner on the Order of Commitment obtained on Mental Health Docket No. 2562MH947. A petition from me subsequently to the Worcester Superior Court, with a CPCS lawyer, heard on May 8, 2026 led to the petition being granted May 12, 2026, information mysteriously not sent onward by the court to Worcester Hospital until May 20, 2026, when I was finally released from this fraudulent commitment.

My letters of notification of medical fraud and malfeasance to the Medical Records manager at Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital and to the Board of Medicine in Massachusetts, as well as to a subsequent healthcare provider I visited to ensure proper tapering-off of the dangerous anti-psychotic medication I had been forced to take at Worcester, and to health insurance provider Mass Health, notifying them of the fraudulent mental illness labeling, provide more information on conditions at the Worcester facility. After several hearings, the false, frivolous yet pernicious allegations by “Joseph Mazzeo” against me were dismissed by a judge at Quincy District Court on July 6, 2026.

The unsubstantiable labeling, the commitment without cause, the usage of “Designated Forensic Psychologist” lies, fabrications, recommendations to commit further mental health fraud and labeling, the fraudulent imputations of chronic and severe mental illness by an incompetent and malicious psychiatrist at Worcester Hospital are all hereby repudiated and condemned in the strongest possible terms and published herein as invalid. All relevant parties and the Board of Medicine have been notified.

These labels Must be removed from all “medical records” associated with any form of the name “Ramola Dharmaraj.”

Journalists and authors in full control of their mental faculties cannot be fraudulently, baselessly, falsely and vapidly labeled “delusional” “acutely delusional” “paranoid” “bipolar” “in psychosis” or having “schizophrenia” by conniving, colluding, criminal psychiatrists, psychologists, and ER physicians keen to assist criminally-behaving police, judges, a DA, and “protected” police-affiliates in neighborhoods–clearly working for the CIA, DOD, DHS, and DOJ in sickening covert, criminal operations using and testing inhumane, unethical, unapproved, newly-developed electromagnetic and acoustic neuro bio weaponry in crimes against humanity on the American populace–in keeping illegal and unlawful AP-DEW and MK ULTRA operations quiet and hidden from public view.
