The Police Cannot Ask You for Your Name

Continuation of the News Report on A Quincy Police Attack on this writer at Notes & Updates, March 20, 2025:

The Police Cannot Ask You for Your Name

And the correct thing to do when Police dare to ask you what your name is–as they are running after you as you enter your back yard–is to Not Answer. That’s Arrest-Talk, and no one needs answer such hubris. Landing at your home and asking you what your name is? That’s Disrespect, Aggression, Threat, Intimidation–and attempt to run a false adhesion contract on you [another brightening of the lamp occurred here]; when you are living privately on Land and Soil, all your names lawfully on the Land with you, there is No Name to be given to any armed man or woman seeking to use that Name against you–for that is what it is. Hey hey, what’s your name? No CIA, Time to start Stopping the criminal Brain-Invasion Projects you and DARPA and DOD are running. Stop running after the journalist and writer asking her for her Name! 9:21 pm.

Note also: It is Illegal, even in Maritime, for Police to come to your home and ask for your name. It is Unlawful, when you are on Land and Soil, for Police to seek to attach you to a false-name, a defunct name, a name used by Police to attach False Psych Labels to you in the past, which they are then seeking to revive in the present or future. For all of us who have expatriated our names to Land and Soil Jurisdiction–and are no longer “Debtors” but “Creditors” and no longer “Felons” and dead-at-birth and lost-at-sea but Living Women and Men–we have No Name to give Maritime Police, we must stay silent, and if they are seeking to kidnap us, claiming Mental Issues or anything else, we must remove ourselves at speed from their environs–as this Writer has done twice now, and questions: for Police shouldn’t be pursuing her. For all in Maritime in Massachusetts–using Driver’s Licenses and Birth Certificates–see ACLU Massachusetts’ Know Your Rights: https://www.aclum.org/sites/default/files/id_to_police_-_draft_know_your_rights_-_updated_march_23.pdf

Disclaimer: This writer is not an endorser of all that ACLU Massachusetts publishes on that page (link above/Know your rights) and especially notes that Police cannot be maintained by Media and Human Rights Organizations as necessarily Brutish, Brutal, and Unpredictable, whom people must treat with kid gloves and fall over backwards to raise up as “Ultimate Authorities” when basically–from all accounts, to all intents and purposes, in many people’s experiences including this writer’s–they don’t keep the Law, don’t know the Law, and are not Law Enforcement but armed Terror and given way too wide a berth to do anything they want, hence all the police violence and aggression and crime we’re seeing today.

Excerpt, Know Your Rights, ACLU Massachusetts: The police have no right to “overreact or even arrest you” if you get upset speaking to them–that is a False Message from ACLU and no one should be putting out such messages. My advice here would be: Speak to police only if you need to, but you don’t need to, generally. Police need to change their ways and stop being terrorists–if they are, avoid them.

Noted, 3/22/2025:

There is nothing wrong, in this writer’s view, in speaking to people who earn their living as Police–if that’s all it ever was–but speaking to Police has become dangerous for her now, and for millions of others. Ignoring her, Police will speak to paid liars parked next door, fake spouses who are clones of her spouse, listen to their lies over the phone, then come charging over as if to stop Armageddon and start removing her fence panels, or have insane conversations with planted mercenary men and cement their Mythos noted in logs against her name with new lies, freely exchanged. Then there’s the Police planted in neighborhoods now, adept at Lying, and full of themselves, calling their own pals and lying freely to them.

Police have given themselves a bad name and no amount of stuffed toys given to local Children’s Hospitals and posed smiles will redeem it.
