This post is being updated today since the unlawful whistleblower retaliation on this journalist has continued and accelerated in intensity in the last few days while further unlawful attempts are being made to harass, provoke, and continue directed energy-weaponry assault on me in this neighborhood which is clearly being supported by fusion center miscreants, while I am in the very business of addressing in reportage the False Psychiatric Labeling directed against myself and which clearly illustrates 1) that I am not and have never been Mentally Ill and 2) the crimes committed against me by the parties named below and those yet to be named in the second unlawful action against me in December 20-29, 2022 are Abject and Absolute.
Much harassment, provocation, and energy-weapon assault has succeeded that time period and persists; the family opposite (reported in this testimonial) and engaged in harassment and false reportage crimes against me appears to be accompanied now by police parties–who have kept their police cars off the street but have brought them here on occasion since this summer–as well. Other neighbors–mentioned earlier in this Testimonial–have continued to engage in harassive and provocatory actions.
This writer will continue to report these crimes of retaliation because they are criminal, and should be stopped. I will make an effort to post and continue reporting informal v-logs made over the past year at my Personal Report pages. At this point I believe I should take all actions to keep my name and work as a journalist in the public eye as much as possible as I proceed, for my own protection and the safekeeping of my family. This especially follows two days of intense energy-weapon assault from September 22 to September 24, 2023 and especially through September 23, 2023 which may have resulted in my assassination were it not for the continuous safekeeping of Divine Providence and material shielding.

This 1999 report (PDF below) written by a German physicist Jurgen Altmann on a research project accomplished during “a one-month research stay at the Peace Studies Program of Cornell University, Ithaca NY, U.S., funded by a grant from the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation…finished at Dortmund University with funds from the Ministry of Science and Research of the State of Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany” was published in 2001 in the Science and Global Security journal (tagline “The Technical Basis for Arms Control, Disarmament, and Nonproliferation Initiatives”), which covers numerous subjects related to war, weaponry, arms, disarmament, and law, all it seems from the alarmist, non-humanistic and techno-Globalist perspective of needed weaponry for “global security.”
Bio-Hacking “Non-Lethal” Weaponry is Just Plain Inhumane
This is also the rhetorical thrust behind much of the published literature from military and criminal justice sources presenting “non lethal weaponry” as a welcome and civilizing tool for “peace enforcement,” “deterrence of crime,” and currently “crowd control technologies”; what it does not cover is the cruelty, sadism, grave physical harm, psychological assault, inhumanity, and unethicality these weapons comprise, as they exploit decades of intensive military research into the “human bio-effects” of weaponizing light, sound, the EMF spectrum, natural laws of the universe, energy, and quantum reality to cause maximum harm to humans–living children, men and women–while leaving minimum traceability and footprint.
Weapons therefore beloved of the stealth cadre: intelligence agencies, special forces, police forces all keen to operate in secret as much as possible, while rushing to legitimize their unapproved, unauthorized, unconsented-to assaults on the public as beneficial acts to safeguard “national security” and “public safety” and now of course “global security.”
Behavior Modification, Brain Modification, and Mood Modification Weapons Through Invasive Body Assault From a Distance
The US DOD has recently sought to change the term “non lethal weapons” to “intermediate force capabilities,” further burying the nature of these weapons perhaps, yet extant and historic literature on the subject uses that term with apparent intention to convey “survivability” — and a lot of the rhetoric on the JNLWC website echoes that notion, going so far as to iterate how “safe and effective” these weapons and devices are, to “deter” and “alter cognition, physiology, behavior” while not killing people outright. (Just burning, boiling, vibrating, and molesting people to bits: privacy rights out the window, bodily autonomy history, human rights a distant dream.)

The US of course isn’t the only country pounding people with “non-lethal weapons” while pretending it isn’t, NATO countries are hard at it too, and there is a multi-pronged effort by all the elitist thinktanks and councils behind the world’s militaries and governments to couch “non-lethality” in the language of “humanity,” notice the title on this NATO document for instance–a document which lists the “non-lethal” weapons being tested and operated in Europe, again, without open public disclosure, discussion, or approval–the citizenry is secondary in this arbitrary authoritarian usage, and the language of this and other documents openly seeks to downplay the harms to human health while in actuality effecting grave crimes against humanity:
Military Acoustic and Directed Energy Weaponry Now in the Hands of Local Law Enforcement as Well as Private Contractors
This is a vast and pressing subject which people worldwide need to get informed about and address, individually and collectively; like mRNA vaccines, like CRISPr gene editing, like synthetic biology, like nanotechnology, like neurotechnology, a lot of very questionable assumptions ride on the elements of this technology — and it is their essential aspect as stealth weaponry in particular, as remote-access bio-hacking weaponry, and as profoundly health-debilitating and damaging weaponry that is their greatest danger— this military weaponry is now in the hands of local Law Enforcement, in the dystopian construct of the “Smart Grid,” and in the so-called “justice system” which seems to operate really as an industry of crime, in which spirit apparently full disclosure on the extent and use currently of this varied technology on the civilian population is being unlawfully withheld.
Our living spaces have now become a battlefield and the military mindset and “security” mindset of those who will freely use weapons on others while rushing to find rationale for their irrational attack, with weaponry, on those they wish to marginalize, discriminate against, and disappear out of sight has now fixated on Spectrum weapons, Nanotechnology and Neurotechnology as acceptable tools, shockingly, for the alteration of cognition and behavior: this is Cognitive Warfare, Behavior Modification, MK ULTRA in plain sight, Neuro Modification, Repressive Socialism, Communism, Totalitarianism, Fascism all in one.
It has led to absolute mayhem: where anyone can be unlawfully targeted and attacked, in stealth, under cover, while lies, deception, and covers keep the weapon-use on them secret, and co-opted physicians and psychiatrists are employed to apply that age-old trope, currently outmoded and invalid yet pumping on duplicitously (thanks to the Shallow State of Deep Eternal Lies) of “behavioral health” and “psychiatric disorder” to disappear their testimonial and keep these weapons and the entire “Smart Grid” of sadism, dark underbelly of “Surveillance” and “Public Safety” still secret.
It is increasingly important therefore to keep exposing the methodology by which these targeted abuses are being committed–by the very cadre purporting to protect and defend all of us–and to push for open and full disclosure and full accountability. The technologies in use therefore will continue to be exposed at this site.
Acoustic Weapons: A Prospective Assessment/by Jurgen Altmann
This report, which offers something of a historic look at the development of non lethal weapons and addresses in particular ultrasound and infrasound weapons, sirens, plasma weapons, acoustic bullets, and high-decibel weaponry offers a disturbing insight into the research background and context out of which this weaponry has arisen, where scientists it is clear have toyed with waveforms, intensity of beam, frequency and amplitude, interference and diffraction, wide area reach and precision targeting, vibration and time, killing mice, rats, chinchillas and various other creatures, even pulsating human cadavers in their quest to find the exact measurements to deafen, burn, rupture eardrums, destroy lungs, nauseate, confuse, disorient, incapacitate, and “deter” humans. It makes for very sad reading — and unfortunately plunges quickly into technical obfuscation, perhaps intentionally — but it is factual evidence of the existence of these weapons, and as such offers reference and proof.
Interestingly one of the weapons listed is notated as plasma weapons which have the effect of blunt-force-trauma. Excerpts to be posted soon.
Understanding the Sound Spectrum, the Electromagnetic Spectrum, and Military Usage Helps
The normal hearing range for humans is between 20 Hz and 20,000 Hz (20 KHz), or as the graphic below suggests, 16 Hz and 16,000 Hz; children and teens can hear from 15 or 16 Hz upward while hearing most usually drops as we age from 20 Khz to 16 Khz.
Sounds above 20,000 Hz or 20 Khz are considered Ultrasound or ultrasonic in nature. Bats and dogs can hear these superhigh ultrasound frequencies although bats’ hearing goes higher. Dog whistles use frequencies above 20 Khz from 23 Khz up to 45 Khz. Bats sound out from 20 KHz to 200 Khz and use echolocation or return of ultrasonic signal to their ears to locate obstacles and zip around them. Sperm whales, elephants, volcanoes, and earthquakes emit infrasound–sonics below the level of human hearing, super low frequencies which travel long and far and alert animals to imminent disaster.
The loudness of sounds — also known as sound intensity, sound power, sound pressure — is measured in decibels, a nod to Alexander Graham Bell, who invented both the telephone and the audiometer. Audiologists note that sounds above 80 dB can damage hearing, while weaponologists have figured out that loud sounds, consistently used, sporadically used, deliberately used, can cause disruption, irritation, anger, prolonged harassment: all qualities in fact which the non-lethal weapons makers work assiduously at invoking with their myriad forms of bio-hacking.
Just glancing at the list here marking the loudness and intensity of different common sounds, it can be seen that the sound power of certain implements like gas lawnmowers, chainsaws, jackhammers, leaf blowers, garbage trucks–also helicopters–is so high that a few minutes of these high-decibel emitters can be seriously destructive to hearing, mental concentration, and psychological well-being.
When Landscaping, Garden, Construction Tools, and Garbage/Recycling/Construction Trucks Are Used as Non Lethal Weapons
Fact also which points to the use of power lawnmowers, leafblowers, weed trimmers, chainsaws, jackhammers, and other power tools, along with loud noises on garbage trucks and recycling trucks in neighborhoods being deployed deliberately not merely as noise harassment but as “non-lethal” weapons of war, targeted to destroy, distract, disrupt, damage, and spew noxious vibrations into otherwise calm and peaceful atmospheres. Significantly, many US towns and cities have no rules or regulations regarding noise harassment, permitting corrupt parties–such as currently evident, sanctioned by fusion centers–to freely operate noxious power tools for long periods of time, with full intent to damage and disrupt, engaging in profound damage to health, disruption to neighborhood peace, and as audiology shows, damage to hearing as well: crimes against humanity parading under plausible deniability and “non-lethality.”
For instance, it has been quite common in this Quincy, Massachusetts neighborhood where I live, for particular neighbors–the ones playing “Neighborhood Watch” harassment to the hilt–to repeatedly operate their extremely loud leafblowers–at 115 dB–for over 15 minutes at a time, sending a high-vibration sonic blast across several blocks and assaulting every nervous system in earshot, effects which occur even with a 3-minute operation of this power tool. Children and the elderly in particular are at great risk of permanent harm to their hearing — but the effect on nervous systems, immune systems, and thresholds of irritation-tolerance is immediate, deliberate, and repeated. Add that kind of local noise assault to nonstop “plausibly deniable” construction, sidewalk replacement, road improvement, water pipe repairing, gas pipe repairing, tree-cutting projects and a carousel of continuous noise assault in targeted neighborhoods, such as this one, is being accomplished. Such assault is indeed engineered by those running Neighborwood Watch harassment projects among the citizenry, in guise of “Public Safety.” Local governments are permitting–and indeed, enacting–this atrocity.
Damage to hearing — especially to children’s ears — can occur with such persistent noise assault, as this study notes:
Physically Harming People in a Hands-Off Manner, using Infrasound and Ultrasound
Physically harming people in a hands-off manner, using infrasound and ultrasound has been closely studied by the UK and US military, from the 1960s onward, with purported intent to produce disorientation and confusion in rioters and protesters, protect facilities, induce stress and compliance in prisoners under interrogation, induce vomiting, nausea, and defecation, and so on. Extremely low frequencies have been found to have seriously harmful effects to the human body, affecting all organs; they have been the subject of serious military study for a very long time.
The excerpts below from Acoustic Weapons/Altmann show a table summarizing the effects of infrasound and very low frequency technologies that have been studied and reported, some of which is further discussed in the text of his well-referenced report. Perusing this material reveals that US military scientists, physicists, biologists, and physicians have worked together in close collaboration to calibrate the human “bio-effects” noted here and to build this weaponology with these specific, drastic effects on human bodies.
Given the new “arms race” to build anti-personnel non-lethal weapons employing the EMF spectrum, sound, and neuro/nanotechnology worldwide, the recent news reports–from Summer 2020–of Indian soldiers being subjected to “food poisoning” later thought to be induced by electromagnetic weapons used on them by the Chinese military take on a whole new light when one learns that infrasound and low frequency weapons can indeed induce such intense symptoms of food poisoning, nausea, debilitation, fatigue, and complete incapacitation.
Secrecy Permitting Crime: Inhumane Weapons Operated in Silence with Plausible Deniability
Projectile vomiting, extreme nausea, disorientation and bodily debilitation through the use of infrasound ELF vibration weaponry–which literally vibrates, resonates and disrupts the cells, tissues, and cavities of the human body–has been reported by many Government whistleblowers and targeted activists and journalists, including this writer. Nausea, migraines, physical debilitation, bodily-vibration, and other symptoms of food poisoning as emanating from portable equipment operated by closely-seated co-passengers–let through by the TSA in the USA–has also been reported on airplanes, trains, buses, all public transportation inside the USA, inside Europe, on transatlantic flights, and in pretty much every country on earth, matters experienced also by this writer on various airlines, at various airports, and in various countries. There is no doubt these inhumane weapons are being used covertly and criminally to effect huge damage to health on many–while plying the careful labels of “non lethal” in addition to operating clandestinely under classified covers: the acme of corruption and a profound danger to humanity, as expressed in a Second Memo to President Trump in 2019:
Documented Development Shows US-Russian Co-Operation in Inventing Weaponry to Attack People
While it seems completely counter-intuitive to many that the US and Russia would work together to develop weapons of war–as highlighted by Cheryl Welsh at Mind Justice and covered here earlier–it might make more sense to realize that all countries of the world have long been linked in world government efforts, while positing as their new enemy, We the People, pouring billions into developing “crowd control” “riot control” “human deterrence” weapons to quell the kinds of revolutions perhaps they envisioned on their way to full-on authoritarian world dictatorship–fingerprints of which we are increasingly seeing today. In other words, 80 to a 100 years of NATO/US/UK/Russia/China/India et al developing “non-lethal anti-personnel” weapons have been a lead-up to this moment in time, to permit assault and control of human bodies and brains in secrecy.

*High-power low-frequency sound beams for targeted areas.
*Precision acoustic “bullets” using high-frequency sound pulsed out from an antenna dish.

* High-intensity infrasound at 110-130 dB to cause nausea and intestinal pain
*High-intensity infrasound (90 to 120 dB) at very low frequencies to cause annoyance, anger, irritation, distraction
*High-intensity high-decibel sound at 140-150 dB to cause physical trauma and tissue damage
*Extreme high-intensity high-decibel sound at 170 dB to cause blast-wave-type trauma
*Low-frequency body-resonance frequencies to cause hemorrhage and spasms
*Audible-sound range frequencies (0.5 to 2.5 Khz) to create resonance of body cavities to cause nerve irritation, tissue trauma and internal heating

Acoustic weapons across the 3 ranges of infrasound, audible, and ultrasound continue to be researched and developed to increase distance of operation and finetuning of effects–which as the current arsenal displays, include effects beyond damage to hearing alone and include bodily tissue and organ damage and trauma, bodily incapacitation, overheating, spasms, hemorrhages. This information should be widely known and widely addressed by physicians, medical ethicists, bioethicists, and everyone really, since these weapons have the capacity of great harm and many report they are being deployed without disclosure on them today.

Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) Infrasound Effects in Particular are Wide Ranging and Severe
While ultrasound and high frequency radiation have been found to be harmful, it appears the massive amount of research done on low frequency infrasound by the military proves that the effects of ELFs and infrasound on humans is particularly severe.
Infrasound and Audio Vestibular Balance and Nausea Weapons
For instance, involuntary eye movements (nystagmus) have been observed by use of infrasound, offering a means to measure vestibular balance changes.
Vestibular balance changes have been observed via eye movements or nystagmus with infrasound, particularly at high intensities or loudness above 140 dB.
Specific frequencies of infrasound and audio sound at specific intensities or loudness levels were found to elicit eye movements, nausea, giddiness, vertigo variously in guinea pigs, monkeys, and humans.
Vestibular balance changes through eye movements in humans were observed at infrasound levels 2 to 20 Hz at precisely 110 dB to 140 dB.
Nausea and giddiness in humans occurred with audio frequencies of 200 Hz to 2 Khz starting from loudness levels of 120 dB.
What is astonishing to note is how closely and intimately the effects of these infrasound and audio weapons have been studied by the military on the delicate inner sensory structure and balance of the inner ear and vestibular balance system to determine how exactly–with what precise frequencies at what precise decibel volume–humans could be made unsteady on their feet, giddy, nauseous, vertiginous, and keel over.
Infrasound and Low Audio Respiration Weapons
Respiration plummets and stops with high-intensity infrasound (165-172 dB) at 0.5 Hz, as observed in unethical animal experiments with dogs.
The greatest effects on respiration however occur in the low audio ranges (50-100 Hz) at high-intensity (over 150 dB), and can cause choking, coughing, high chest pressure, and major breathing discomfort.
What is unnerving to learn is that these respiration experiments have been carried out to determine “tolerability” “survivability” and “no permanent damage” but clearly show that major health damage is being caused, in addition to major bodily discomfort, intentionally, as in torture scenarios–which implies really that these frequency weapons have been developed for purposes of torture.Human rights law, animal rights law, bioethics, and medical ethics all need to intervene, to outlaw the use of such torture methodologies on humans or animals.
“Unpleasant but clearly tolerable” has been noted for below 50 Hz infrasound at up to 150 dB applied on human subjects who were observed gagging and unable to breathe, with “chest-wall vibration and some respiratory rhythm changes” at that frequency.
Infrasound and Low-Audio Vibration Weapons
Increased pulse rate, skin flushes, excess salivation, pain in swallowing, headaches, genital organ pain, eye field vibration, speech distortion, fatigue, and vibration are other effects observed to high-intensity (150 dB) low-frequency audio sound at 30 to a 100 Hz.
Vibration of the whole body was found below 2Hz; vibration inducing resonant amplification was observed with greatest discomfort occurring at 5Hz; head-movements observed at 4 Hz; voice wobbling at 10 to 20 Hz; blurred vision at 10 to 20 Hz; organ vibration and lung and chest constriction at 4-6 Hz.
Shortness of breath, stomach pain, and gastrointestinal bleeding was found on vibrational acceleration induced between 1-25 Hz. Vibrational acceleration was indeed studied to determine tolerance levels at different low frequencies: the extent of vibration which could be tolerated without lasting physiological effect–but which would indeed cause harm for a period of time: again, these sound like significant markers of Torture.
These infrasound and low audio vibration weapons have, it appears, been studied in light of usability as Torture Weapons. What else could be the reason behind calibrating at what level the human body would collapse versus tolerate excessive vibration of body, head, organs to the extent that visible movement and vibrational acceleration is observed and monitored–not to mention all sorts of other bodily harms along with such movement?
Infrasound Affects Brain, Emotions, Physiology
As this excerpt from a 1969 patent illustrates, infrasound–an inaudible set of frequencies and vibrations–can be used to affect brainwaves, mental concentration states, and human psychology, in this case through heterodyning or mixing two audible sound waves of slightly different frequencies to evoke pulses of infrasound–which could then noiselessly create the desired weaponized effect of harm. This article shows that infrasound effects of nausea, fear, disorientation, terror can be induced in film theatres where horror movies are being shown using subwoofer effects from sound speakers. These are Human Rights and Civil Rights Issues: Local Police, Fusion Centers, Local Governments Should Be Compelled to Give Public Disclosure on Acoustic Weapons In Their Arsenal
There are multiple other patents and evidences of the use of infrasound and sonic weapons to affect brain functioning, beyond the scope of this article to consider–matters for subsequent coverage perhaps.
Suffice to say there is ample evidence from this one report alone that militaries in Europe, US, and Russia have been studying and developing different kinds of anti-personnel acoustic weapons and neuroweapons for over six decades now.
The effects of these weapons are to wreak insidious harm on the human body, untraceable harm, seriously discomfiting and torturous harm, bio-hacking harm, privacy-assaulting harm, and harm which can be, on paper, labelled as “temporary” and “non-lethal,” harm in fact which can be used for purposes of torture without public notice or consequence.
Ethicists and Activists Both Need to Examine Each of These Acoustic Technologies Closely and Compel Govts to Halt All Use of Unconscionable Torture Weaponry
This report–Acoustic Weapons, by Jurgen Altmann–therefore is one which ethicists and human rights lawyers need to study and be made aware of; millions worldwide are probably being targeted with these weapons and being made ill–as thousands of those who know they are being targeted suggest, while the weapons makers and manufacturers have brought these acoustic weapons into local police stations and convinced Law Enforcement their use is a matter of “Public Safety”, in other words, that it’s not merely acceptable but essential to use these horrific weapons which inflict intimate bodily harm yet 1) can be operated remotely from a distance–in the case of infrasound and extremely low frequencies, from a distance of hundreds of feet to hundreds and thousands of meters (from a satellite, a distant truck, a drone); and 2) inflict torture on the human body and brain.

In a rather historic speech now preserved only in audio on the Carnicom Follow Up Panel 2022, Dr. Judy Mikovits reiterates a message she has often aired at panels and conferences that the cell lines and monkeyviruses and retroviruses in all vaccines have been causing chronic illness for decades and says she is not surprised MonkeyPox has made an appearance given monkey virus use in cell lines—she also indicts Fauci and Gavin Newsom as instrumental in the killing of her husband with their pushing of contaminated vaccines, growing of viruses in cell line cultures, and the deadly consequences they have, pointing to her books in the Plague series as exposing of corruption in high places for a long time.

Surveillance Technology Is Becoming Increasingly Destructive to the Human Body and Brain and Needs Immediate Halting
Dr. Madej also emphasized the sudden uptick in surveillance technology which is harmful to health but rolling out a powerfully tyrannical agenda using technology to crush privacy, bodily autonomy and personal sovereignty.
New surveillance gadgets include blue-purple LED lights widely reported as “defective” but which Aman Jabbi a Silicon valley electrical engineer and lighting expert is whistleblowing as carrying inhumane Puke Ray “crowd-control technology,” and using biometrics from cameras and sensors.
Schools Are Becoming Sites for Surveillance, Monitoring, and Emotion/Brain Modification of Children
Dr. Madej encourages people to get kids out of schools–increasingly being fitted with cameras, microphones, emotion sensors, and emotion modification (brain modification) technology–and work hard to get informed and inform others of what is going on.
Children like adults are being subjected in school to optogenetic light and sound frequencies which affect the brain including via cell phones and ipads. The Smart City agendas are rolling out at breakneck speed, she reports, and it is time for everyone to wake up and start speaking to local Mayors Sheriffs et al to express their opinion and work to roll back the Technology Invasion to end all freedoms and health.

Massive Rollout of 5G in Neighborhoods and Schools During Early Covid Lockdowns for Use in Widespread “Crowd Control” Deterrence with Millimeter Wave Technology & Internet of Things

Recent candidate for Governor in California, Reinette Senum reports that she personally saw a massive early morning laying-down of fiber optic cables throughout her town, a venture she says went on all over the US, during the early times of the Covid lockdowns, and forms backbone for 5G installation and the set up of the Internet of Things designed to link not only wifi to Smart City appliances, sensors, cameras, but also link things to humans.
The other part of that equation of course is the nanotechnology being sprayed on us and now found to be in the vaccines, tests, swabs, masks, and also in new clothing, a means to get our bodies nanotech’d up for easy access by wifi—4G or 5G or 6G—for purposes of biomonitoring, biocontrol, bioradiation, and bio-ownership.
5G indeed has been rolled out in stealth, and is now being assimilated into cell phone set-ups as if perfectly normal and an inevitable consequence of the advance of technology.
But the technology 5G uses–gigahertz frequencies to pulse living tissue–which is millimeter wave technology is also weaponized tech: it is used in the military in Active Denial Systems and in high powered pulse weapons which can destroy electronics and humans both, from a distance. In fact, recounts Reinette, a friend of hers, a flight surgeon has informed her of millimeter wave weapon pulses used from planes to attack places in Iraq, sending down a high frequency pulse to wipe out an area–actually kill people–while co-ordinating with ground troops to use other ammunitions locally to finish the job.
5G has been used as Crowd Control Deterrence in LRAD (Long Range Active Denial) systems–unethically and inhumanely, without informed consent–to send pulses to induce facial burns and nausea into crowds at the Canberra Freedom rally:
5G was used in Amsterdam in June 2020 for Crowd Control Deterrence–actually to pulse frequencies into brains–via Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, a medical intervention being used non-consensually as brain invasion: how ethical is that? Call for Affidavits from All Harmed by Aerosols, Vaccines, Military and Government Experiments

Major Green introduces his interest in gaining affidavits of harm from everyone who has suffered from Morgellons or any other government-induced disease, in efforts to get the notice of the government and change things although Dr. Mikovits points out the culprits are government officials and agencies themselves whom she has worked for 14 years to alert and change to no avail.
Collecting affidavits may be a powerful action however, and will offer a means to document the carnage resulting from “Public Health” and Government and Military operational testing, live fire testing, and other clandestine operations which have caused great harm to Americans over decades and continue to harm.

Dr. Madej reports that Shawn Rice of CL Trust Solutions is collecting affidavits from medical professionals who wish to submit evidence or affidavit testimonials of vaccine injury or other medical damage accruing from Covid-related treatments or health care for a case to be filed.

Civil engineer, educator, activist, researcher and investigator Helena Csorba recently very tragically passed away at age 72 on March 10, 2022 as a consequence of being extremely harmed by microwave weapon assaults in her hometown of Etna borough in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania intensified in recent times and experienced for several decades. The Havana Syndrome … Caused by pulsed, high-power microwave radiofrequency directed energy weapons (DEWs).

There are more than just a handful of diplomats and undercover special agents that are being assaulted with pulsed microwave radiofrequency Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs). More, thousands and thousands more; countless numbers more in the United States of America and all over the world.
Dr. Beatrice Golomb, teaching medicine at the University of California, was the first medical professional to recognize the symptoms of the U.S. diplomats, stationed in Havana, Cuba, to be radiofrequency microwave radiation assaults. She has also been wanting to call attention “to a larger population of people who are affected by similar” assaults and to explain and address the symptoms experienced by ” ….. large number …. outside the diplomatic corps …” struck by identical trauma.

Senator Marco Rubio (FL) arranged a hearing when the news of the invisible, yet devastatingly destructive assaults roiled the nation, that U.S. citizens (diplomats) stationed in Havana, Cuba were being assaulted, surreptitiously with a heinous, debilitating, directed energy weapon, that left them with neurological dysfunction, including traumatic brain injuries, balance issues, as well as other health harm.

The FCC calls these devices radiolocators and intentional radiators; they are motion sensors, very much like the speed RADAR that most people are accustomed, which measure motion in MPH. These ‘slightest of motion’ speed detectors, measure the motion at a person’s wrist to detect heartbeat; measure the breath rate by detecting the motion of a person’s chest heaving; pick up leg, hand and arm motion for gesture and gait recognition; pick up eye motion with gaze tracking recognition and even detects the vibration of vocal cords and reads the motion of lips, to discern speech (articulation) – through multiple walls.
By the way, these are our individual and unique bio-identifiers, when being observed, from a distance, through obstructions.
When pulsed at embassies, they are specifically used for ‘listening-in’ espionage devices. There is no need to do a ‘break and enter’ to place a hidden microphone; the eavesdropping can easily be accomplished by pulsing a microwave radiofrequency (MW RF) signal into a building, through walls, with direct line of sight. The device can pick up many conversations and locate everyone.
The RADAR guns are widely available to First Responders, law enforcement and firefighters. MW RF Through-The-Wall-Surveillance (TTWS) RADAR devices were designed to be used during catastrophic and exigent circumstances, like after an earthquake to find the tiniest, micro-motion of a barely alive person under a big rubble or during a mud or snow avalanche or during a SWAT or hostage situation, where law enforcement has to quickly determine a building’s layout and the number of people inside, their location and where the weapons cache is, if any.
Firefighters use the pulsed radio wave “echoes” or “noise” returns to the RADAR gun’s computer screen, to find their way out of a smoke filled structure.
But these devices are being misused and have been co-opted and re-purposed. When the device’s low power (power density) is increased (because after all, they are computers that can be reprogrammed), you have a low frequency, but high-power microwave device (HPM), to pulse directed energy at a singled-out target and a specific body part of that target, surreptitiously, for revenge and retaliation, to settle grudges, burning, hurting and vibrating that target’s body part. This seems to have developed into a VIRTUAL REALITY belly laugh pastime. It is ‘CRAZY-MAKING’.
The definition of the acronym RADAR, is RAdio Detection And Ranging + RAdio Direction And Ranging, so the devices can locate people and lock on to them and track them.
Dielectric constant (also called relative permittivity), software is loaded on the RADAR gun’s computer to have the capability to identify anything. Everything has a dielectric or relative permittivity property, whether it is a solid, liquid or gas or a composite. Dielectric Properties of the Human Body:
If the MW RF power is increased and is pulsed, through walls at a target, the RADAR TTWS device delivers ‘shockwaves’ or ‘pressure waves’. The MW RF can be adjusted to deliver the slightest of touch or adjusted to deliver brute force shockwaves, that bashes the brain up against the inside of your hard skull-bone, causing brain bruising, concussions and traumatic brain injury (TBI), accompanied by an excruciatingly unbearable ‘brain ache’; the MW RF causes burns; incredible bone crunching pain; RF Ablation (necrosis or destruction and death of tissue); RF Anesthesia – putting you to sleep; causes auto-immune diseases and neurological deterioration, cataracts and cancer. Around 2016, both the United States and Canadian diplomats, their spouses and children, and some eight CIA undercover officers, stationed in Havana, Cuba, were targeted with debilitating pulsed microwave radiofrequency, causing severe, traumatic brain and balance injuries. The complaint mentions sonic and microwave assaults, then settles in calling the targeted attacks as ‘mysterious’ and then collectively refers to the injuries as Havana Syndrome.
There is terrific reporting by Carl Zimmer, dispelling the mystery of ‘when sound is NOT sonic’, because the sound is microwave, which is in the radio frequency range of the EMF Spectrum. It is the Microwave Frey Auditory Effect that delivers the clicking, chirping and hissing noise and other sounds.
After the Canadian families returned from their post, they filed a lawsuit which describes in jaw-dropping detail, the current modern day, cover-up of this technology. The complaint names “Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada” (Canada) as the Defendant, who owes and is in breach of contractual, statutory and common law duties to the Plaintiffs; consisting of six families with children, one of them a preschooler.
The Canadian families were kept in the dark about the cause of their assaults and have been thwarted at every turn when they tried to seek medical attention; unimaginably, were even restricted from sharing information with their family members after coming home from work, at the end of each day.
According to the complaint:
“10. Despite belatedly acknowledging the existence and harm of Havana Syndrome, Canada has actively interfered with the ability of the Plaintiffs to seek appropriate and necessary medical care for their injuries. Canada has greatly restricted the information that the Plaintiffs are permitted to share with health care professionals, placed restrictions on who the Plaintiffs can seek medical care from, and withheld information from the Plaintiffs and medical professionals regarding Havana Syndrome and its possible causes that would help in the diagnosis and treatment of the Plaintiffs. In one particularly egregious case, Canada used diplomatic channels in the United States to instruct the University of Pennsylvania Centre for Brain Injury and Repair to “stop testing the Canadians”, despite the fact that the affected individuals were seeking testing and treatment at a world-renowned brain injury and trauma center at their own initiative and expense. As a result of Canada’s intervention, testing was immediately halted.”
In another instance, one of the Canadian families traveled to the University of Miami to undergo testing. All members of the family were diagnosed with traumatic brain injuries, akin to concussions. “Senior officials with Global Affairs Canada contacted the physician and asked him to alter his assessment ……. specifically to downgrade the injury rating ….”
It is mind-blowing that the Canadian government would interfere in medical treatment of their employees by going as far as “instructing hospitals to stop testing and treating them” and by picking up the phone and calling their doctor and asking to change the diagnosis. UNBELIEVABLE!
On February 7, 2019, one day after the Canadian’s filed their lawsuit, Attorney Mark Zaid filed a Freedom of Information lawsuit on behalf of The New Yorker and the James Madison Project, seeking the production of documents from the U.S. Department of State, namely the report of the Accountability Review Board addressing circumstances surrounding medical and health problems reported by U.S. Government officials (the diplomats and CIA Special Agents) working in Havana, Cuba, as well as steps that will be or have already been taken to implement the recommendations of the report.
I am wondering if The New Yorker called Mr. Brodeur, their former employee and investigative science writer and microwave expert, when the news of the mysterious targeted attacks in Havana, Cuba hit the news? But they did display their sense of humor when they published, “The Freshest Tinfoil Hats for Conspiracy-Theorist Fashionistas” https://www.newyorker.com/humor/daily-shouts/the-freshest-tinfoil-hats-for conspiracy-theorist-fashionistas although the pulsed, microwave radiated targets felt the piece derided their torture and pain.

It has been reported that Senator Jeanne Shaheen (NH) is working as a ‘social worker’ for the United States employees who were working in various cities in China, as the State Department has refused to acknowledge or recognize their heinous microwave radiofrequency targeted DEW attacks, in order to preserve international trade relations.
When the pulsed HPM is directed at a specific body part, it can stimulate that body part, using either a wider band MW RF assault or a very tight, pin-point focused beam. If the MW RF is directed at your nostrils, you will sneeze uncontrollably; if a portion of your body is pulsed (stimulated) where the nerve endings are close to the skin surface, like your toes or feet, the synapses will rapid fire, which will feel like zapping or electrocution; dial back the MW RF power and you will feel a phantom touch. Hit a nerve reflex point, you will experience restless leg or involuntary extremity movement. The burning and stinging are well known effects of RADIO WAVE SICKNESS; it feels like thousands of pin-pricks or bee stings. Pulsed vibrating stimulation directed at our lower intestine causes involuntary defecation; pulsed stimulation directed at the bladder causes you to pee your pants; if the pulsed, stimulation is beamed at our genitals or rectum, it is rape.
When the MW RF pulse is directed at your digestive tract, you will feel nauseous or will downright projectile vomit. If your gag reflex or esophagus is pulsed and stimulated, you will feel choked and cough to near asphyxiation. If your heart and lungs are pulsed and vibrated, you will have a panic attack. When pulsed at your brain, it causes brain bruising, accompanied with a horrific ‘brain ache’ and you will feel light headed, vertigo and faintness and can loose consciousness; you will also excessively salivate and drip or drool cerebral brain fluid, indicating that the blood brain barrier has been compromised.
This is a bullying and intimidation device to modify behavior and to force compliance by terrorizing a person with pain, with the intent to incite, provoke and aggravate, and designed to humiliate and shame.
The invasive microwave RF shockwaves are life destroying and hurt not only humans, but can be maliciously directed at pets. The MW RF will destroy (burn up) your vegetable and flower gardens, plants, bushes and trees; and will make you look like you can’t take care of your home or property or your affairs anymore. The pulsed, vibrating pressure waves will tear apart and crack plaster and mortar; it will vibrate your home’s copper pipes’ solder loose and cause a waterfall in your ceilings and walls; it will melt and sag the lead surround of stained glass; it will at the most inopportune times, flash your lights on and off, uncontrollably, since RF thinks any wire is an antenna (as an engineer, I think it is a fire hazard).
When pulsed and directed, through walls, from a large stand-off range, at either small or large electrical appliances, the wiring will burn up; your computer ‘cooked’ or at the very least the RF communication signal disrupted; your calls on your wireless D.E.C.T. handset or on your smart phone, will be dropped or at the very least be disrupted with interference.
Pulsed with MW RF, your vehicle will unexpectedly freeze-up and be locked in its tracks, when perilously going around a treacherously narrow and steep mountain bend.
It appears that the FCC has lost control of monitoring these MW RF pulsed RADAR guns, that can ‘see’ though obstructions, that can track and lock onto a selected person, that can be modified to hurt, burn and vibrate. After licensing the specifications, there is little to no oversight once the HPM device is sold. Although, there have been confiscations and fines relegated and imposed, there are just too many devices like these out there.
Don’t let these equipment violation actions buoy your hopes. I am telling you; the FCC has truly lost the handle on these devices, they just simply do not have the manpower to send agents into the field, every time someone complains.
The FCC requires a “Stop Buzzer” point of contact when colleges, research laboratories and healthcare facilities, operate under an FCC Experimental License for RF technology, but gosh knows if it applies to targets.

This is a horrific, sadistic, atrocious crime. It is unbelievably awesome and heinously exact, deadly, surreptitiously delivered technology.
If the TTWS HPM RADAR device uses pulsed ultrawide band (UWB) also known as ‘baseband’ or ‘carrier-free’ or ‘impulse’ radio beam; it is inherently difficult to measure, extremely difficult to intercept, has great immunity to interference (or jamming), but has high, laser-like precision characteristic. These beamed frequencies are also known as Micropower Impulse RADAR (MIR).

On page 26 of the 2012 Market Survey Report, prepared by ManTech for the DOJ and NIJ, is the most capable TTWS RADAR device that I am aware of, called STORMS (Sense Through Obstructions Remote Monitoring System). It has a 300 meter (about 1,000 feet) standoff range to pick up your speech (a private conversation in your living room or while talking to your spouse in bed), pick up breath rate and heart beat, through multiple walls, available as a handheld model since Q2 of 2012. The STORMS operates between 3.3 and 3.8 GHz at low power levels.
Through-The-Wall-Surveillance devices eliminate any assurance or possibility of retreating into the quiet comfort and ‘privacy and safety of your VERY own home’.
The last item on the spreadsheet that the FCC sent in response to my FOIA request for RADAR devices is the https://www.trxsystems.com/. This UWB device will locate, map and track multiple people – providing 3D mapping and personnel location inside buildings, underground and in other areas where GPS is not available. GPS’ weak signal cannot penetrate buildings, Ground Penetrating RADAR (GPR) can, which these pulsed MW RF directed energy devices are.
There is only one case that I am aware of where a home was searched using radio waves, a TTWS radiolocator and intentional radiator, microwave RADAR gun device, that has gone to court. In U.S. v. Denson, Neal Gorsuch, in the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, wrote the opinion that allowed the search of Mr. Denson’s home, to locate him before they busted the door down. Neal Gorsuch is now Justice Gorsuch.
Searching a home with intrusive, pulsed microwave radiofrequencies, as far as I know, has not been tested in our U.S. Supreme Court.
As a side note, Justice Scalia wrote the majority opinion in Kyllo v. U.S., that the forward looking infrared camera (FLIR) that detected the escaping heat from the building, shone at Mr. Kyllo’s home was invasive and constituted a search under the Fourth Amendment and required a warrant, therefore the warrantless search violated Mr. Kyllo’s Constitutional Rights, and the evidence that it produced, of the overheated marijuana growing room, was not admissible as evidence. Recently, these eavesdropping, assault weapons have shown up more frequently in the news and now have been reported to be used on undercover NSA and CIA agents; used on diplomats and their children stationed in foreign countries; and used on United States Department of Commerce and Department of State employees and their family members in multiple cities in China; used on United States citizens in New Zealand, Australia, Uzbekistan and even pulsed or ‘hit’ (assaulted) a White House staffer while she was walking her dog in a D.C. suburb. She has reported being hit (assaulted) with pulsed MW RF before this, in August 2019 when she was on a trip to London with John Bolton.
I get a kick out of the term “hit” (assaulted), showing up in recent news reports, as there are a ton of everyday, normal and ordinary, law abiding, United States citizens that these pulsed MW RF directed energy weapon (DEW) assaults are happening to, including me.
When I went to see Dr. Michael Hoffer in April 2019, in Miami, Florida, to be examined similarly to and as the United States and Canadian diplomats and their family members were; I was told that there was a steady stream of microwave RF injured people coming to see him, to be examined by him, from all over the world, as we were all experiencing similar MW RF DEW assaults, for years. The sin is, that no one has paid attention to our letters, reports and cries. I tried to ask for help from my local law enforcement, to no avail, but they did recognize that the assaults were done with a “high-power-radio-wave” weapon and that it is a heinous crime.
I appreciate Marc Polymeropoulos’ recent interview, “How radio frequency waves ended a CIA officer’s career”, as there are thousands of us, too many to count, living on United States soil and those who have abandoned their homes, their careers, jobs and families; who have tried to run to save their health, escaping overseas, but are still being assaulted with target locking, target tracking, pulsed, MW RF RADAR DEWs.
What kind of people are these people, who make up their minds, to pick a person to destroy? to intentionally, select and isolate a person to sabotage their life, to disrupt a family unit? to clandestinely pulse a person with microwave radio waves, a directed energy, from which there is no shielding and no escape?
Attorney Mark Zaid represents some of the U.S diplomats, CIA special agents and he also represents Mike Beck, a former National Security Agency counterintelligence officer, who suspected that he was exposed to microwave attacks, while on an overseas assignment with a partner in 1996. Both men later developed Parkinson ‘s disease. In his effort to get Beck disability compensation, Attorney Zaid has gotten the NSA to release a letter in 2014, which reads in part:
“The National Security Agency confirms that there is intelligence information from 2012 associating the hostile country to which Mr. Beck traveled in the late 1990’s with a high-powered microwave …. weapon that may have the ability to weaken, intimidate or kill an enemy over time …. without leaving evidence …. which is designed to bathe a target’s living quarters, causing nervous system damage.”
At the request of the State Department, the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine, investigated and produced a 64-page report on the plausible cause of the diplomats’ mysterious, but extremely serious and debilitating attacks, resulting in severe balance problems, neurological symptoms and brain injuries, among other dysfunction.

I have over 2,700 targeted people’s email, names and addresses (a very, very small list compared to other data bases). I regularly send research to 600 of them; all are being assaulted and terrorized with this horrific weapon.

Psychotronic Weapons: Bio Hacking and Neuro Hacking Weapons of Great Cruelty
What this book, translated here on a Deepl translation by researcher Georg, who sent in earlier Russian documents in translation covered here recently and here, reveals especially is the tremendous suffering that hundreds of thousands, now probably millions, of Russians and Soviet civilians have endured as military and intelligence contractors experimented on them in secret with deadly stealth Spectrum weaponry, pervasively termed psychotronic or psycho-corrective weaponry in the Russian literature, by way of its effects on the brains, psyches, and behavior patterns of people subjected to its very physical assault and battery over long periods of time while at the same time cloaking its existence in secrecy so that Psychiatry could swoop in and incarcerate all reporting victims–much as has been done in the self-righteous but equally inhumane and unethical “West” of UK, USA, Europe and the Five-Eyes countries (a deceitful and evil protocol thence exported worldwide).
As such they have the capability to influence thinking and action, as in swaying elections and persuading people to elect certain politicians over others, which in the former Soviet Union, writes Anisimov, has had the effect of returning hard-core Communists to the government.
All over the country, Anisimov asserts, people have become aware of the use of psychotronic weapons on the population. The rising tide of human rights activism in the ’90s — severely persecuted by the KGB yet persistent — across the USSR and in Moscow sparked concern and conscience all over the media and in people, leading to much disclosure. Brain institutes and military scientists were exposed as whistleblowers, intentional and accidental, made statements to journalists.
The Yellow Gulag of Complicit Psychiatry
Also exposed was the habit of carting reporting victims off to the “Yellow Gulag” of psychiatric facilities, a venture which required the complicity of psychiatrists – much as it does in the US, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand today.
Why is it that these weapons – which affect human bodies and brains – in particular have been kept so stringently secret that secret services and intelligence agencies sought to incarcerate and miscast those in the know as mentally ill?
Perhaps because the unethical scientists and military men – and shadowy powers behind them – who enacted these psych-commit crimes sought and still seek absolute control over human behavior, human thinking, and human action—at any cost, even the physical, social, and psychological destruction of large numbers of men, women, children, families.

The irony here is that these Remote-Access Neuroweapons have been developed and are being touted as “humane” weapons by the masters of warmongering – but there is nothing humane about them. “Under the guise of “humane” ideas, more and more government programs of criminal encroachments on the human brain are planned.”
Nothing less than zombification or biorobotization of the population is achieved by the use of remote-influence weapons.

Weapons Which Wreak Crimes Against Humanity Need Criminal Legislation
Nikolai Anisimov closes with advice to the people of his country and the world to work toward establishing legislation to curb the untrammeled assault with radiation weapons on the population. His advice holds of course for every country on the planet at this point, each of which seems to have adopted the Communist practices he describes, including the once-touted-as-free countries, the USA, UK et al.
While it’s interesting to read his account from the former Soviet Union which casts the US in much the same light the US casts Russia, the fact remains both countries and all others worldwide now have access to and are using these Stealth Weapons of Body and Brain War on their own populations–as reports from human rights activists worldwide today, including to this reporter and also posted widely online, prove.

Microwave Weapons in Massachusetts (and the Whole of USA) Too
Notably, Massachusetts State Police, head of the local Commonwealth Fusion Center here in Quincy, Massachusetts, returned a response of refusal to answer “in interests of Public Safety” to this writer’s query on energy weapons used in Surveillance several years ago, in 2015, while continuing to participate in their use in Massachusetts on the civilian population, which she has consistently reported for eight years now, and apprised the Attorney-General and the world of in an explicit letter last year, to which the Massachusetts Attorney General responded she “could not help address.” In other words, anti-personnel DEWs, acoustic neuroweapons, and various other exotic weaponry are most certainly being used on civilians worldwide–in what this writer assesses to be Communist Military Subjugation operations for a Sub Rosa One-World Government–as numerous documents and whistleblowers reveal, but the local Law Enforcement will refuse to publicly address their use through FOIA request responses or press conferences. Recently a posting on Twitter led to Alex Crosbie, an Irish whistleblower of extrajudicial targeting crimes and participant in the historic Online Press Conference of 15 October, 2021 reporting these global fusion-center crimes, alerting this writer about a certain FBI Houston bulletin, titled a Liaison Information Report, unearthed by the Blueleaks fusion-center hacking leaks by DDosSecrets, a Wikileaks-like organization, last June (posted in PDF below).
As reported by various media, Blueleaks leaked data from 200 police departments and fusion centers:
“Hundreds of thousands of potentially sensitive files from police departments across the United States were leaked online last week. The collection, dubbed “BlueLeaks” and made searchable online, stems from a security breach at a Texas web design and hosting company that maintains a number of state law enforcement data-sharing portals.
The collection — nearly 270 gigabytes in total — is the latest release from Distributed Denial of Secrets (DDoSecrets), an alternative to Wikileaks that publishes caches of previously secret data.

In a post on Twitter, DDoSecrets said the BlueLeaks archive indexes “ten years of data from over 200 police departments, fusion centers and other law enforcement training and support resources,” and that “among the hundreds of thousands of documents are police and FBI reports, bulletins, guides and more.”
This document therefore–a PDF pieced together from graphics posted on Twitter by a cover user id posting questionable opinions about “Targeted Individuals”–has not been verified via examining the Blueleaks document cache by this writer–since she does not have the IT skills, tools, or freedom from cyberhacking on computers currently to attempt a torrents download. However, previous documents (PDFs posted below) published by the FBI–with similar language–seem to indicate that this FBI bulletin is indeed a FBI-originating one, and readers are invited to verify this for themselves.
Several news media outlets reported on the Blueleaks documents last year–and it appears a very large part of their disclosure is the unearthing of the very extrajudicial targeting program and its carefully concealed construct which has been continually exposed at this site since 2013, when this writer was unlawfully, illegally, and extrajudicially targeted herself, while running children’s creativity workshops in art, natural science, and creative writing in Quincy, Massachusetts, as described extensively in articles and video interviews posted here and here.
This writer will therefore be publishing more intensively on these Blueleaks documents–as well as other FBI/DHS documents published by the Intercept and others over the last few years–to bring greater attention to the great crimes of Mafiosi-style unlawful targeting of hundreds of thousands of people in the US by the rogue FBI, DHS, and NSA under cover of crime-prevention, domestic-terrorism, and countering-violent-extremism programs which has led to the opening of a Pandora’s-Box of ruthless and illegal CIA and DOD weapons-testing, neuro-experimentation, behavior-modification experimentation, and the military subjugation of US communities.
Numbers of reporting victims of Government crimes have spoken to this writer in video and print interviews, all of which are posted here and at Ramola D Reports at Odysee/Lbry (after Youtube removed all videos and deplatformed this writer on March 3, 2021). This article will focus however primarily on this FBI Houston LIR on the subjects of doxing, stalking, threats to law enforcement, and “Targeted Individuals,” because what it reveals is profound.

The Blueleaks February 2020 FBI Houston Liaison Information Report on Doxing

This LIR was issued by Houston Police and FBI Houston along with the local Houston fusion center—Houston Regional Intelligence Center—and Infragard, a FBI-Private-Sector organization—specifically to alert Private Sector members and govt officials of possible impending cyberstalking from an incident of what they called “in-person and online doxing.”
This incident of online doxing they refer to they say is posted publicly, includes residential address and employer information of “victims” located in several US cities.
The in-person harassment they refer to they say includes Cease and Desist letters to “victims” whom they further describe as “private stakeholders associated with InfraGard, Office of Emergence Management personnel, and federal government executives” at their homes or worksites and include flyers handed to neighbors accusing “victims” of involvement in “gangstalking.”
Offering no explanation for what—of police, FBI, Infragard, fusion-center, private-sector information-gathering and policing activities (legal or illegal) including illegal COINTELPRO– could be construed as “gangstalking,” and offering no awareness of what “gangstalking” may be, they cite what the website in question states is gangstalking as “the practice of attacking civilians with psychological torture techniques, including stalking, harassment, and intimidation.”
Similarly, offering no explanation, awareness, or factual notice for what “Targeted Individuals” —well-known by all informed readers and viewers of true-media to be people targeted wrongfully aggressively, and militarily by FBI, Fusion Centers, Infragard, DHS–may refer to, they say the website in question “lists over 100 ‘targeted individual’ websites in the US and foreign countries.”
They reiterate that public databases and social media sites were mined for personal information. They reiterate that online doxing was conducted against “individuals associated with the FBI, DHS Fusion Centers and Infragard and followed up in one city with what they say is “in-person physical targeting and harassment of public-private individuals.”
They go on to advise use of “good cyber hygiene” and explain what this may be.
They then go on to focus on “targeted individuals” and “Targeted Justice” and present a narrative for what “targeted individuals” are, do, or may be recognized as doxers for, and advise: “If you encounter such an individual, and you feel threatened call 911.” They also advise sending notice of all Cease and Desist letters received by email or mail or in-person delivery to “your local security office, local law enforcement and/or the FBI.”
In appendices—one of which is posted here—they include copies of Cease and Desist letters and flyers sent to “private residences and neighbors of victims.”
Very clearly, the elaborate and duplicitous narrative constructed here of “targeted individuals” – which coincides exactly with the false-narrative constructed by mainsream media of “targeted individuals” – supports, extends, and seeks to solidify the public, mainstream-media narrative constructed to disappear all reporting victims of police, fusion center, military, and intelligence agency crimes, using the label “targeted individuals,” and equating it with “mentally-ill group with delusions of electronic and neurotech surveillance,” reported often here earlier, including here. The FBI/DHS and Mainstream Media (run by the CIA’s Operation Mockingbird?) are therefore clearly in collusion in creation and maintenance of this false-narrative.
Very clearly also, this LIR casts “targeted individuals” as delusional and threatening, and FBI, private-sector, Infragard, fusion-center, and government officials—laughably–as “victims.”
This LIR also collates “doxer” with “targeted individual” twice and suggests that people self-identify as “doxer/’targeted individual’” and suggest they can be identified as “’online doxers’ identified as ‘targeted individuals’.”
Doxing LIR as FBI Containment Operation to Cement False-Narrative on Illegally FBI-Targeted, Conceal FBI-DHS Crimes
Given that there is ample documented evidence of hundreds of thousands of people being wrongfully—indeed most facilely, opportunistically, illegally, unlawfully—watchlisted and then subjected to overt community monitoring and policing activities, activities in fact engineered by the FBI and DHS and executed by members of Infragard, Neighborwood Watch, and fusion center contractors working with full knowledge of the DHS on classified military and intelligence projects involving the use of limited-effects weapons, non-lethal weapons, and neurotechnology, as cohesively described here, what is also clear from this LIR is that: 1) While it seeks to perpetuate the false-narrative of “targeted individuals” as delusional, 2) it is operating as an intelligence Containment Operation to protect the false-narrative of “targeted individuals” as delusional and indeed to link all “targeted individuals” with being “doxers,” which, 3) clarifies that it is also operating to protect, fortress, and conceal the actual perpetrators of targeted military and intelligence crimes of privacy-intrusion, bio-hacking spectrum-weapon-use, neuro-hacking, character-assassination, neuro linguistic programming, trauma-based PTSD-creation, social and psychological gaslighting, community-monitoring, and COINTELPRO harassment conducted by the private-sector, security, University, Infragard, FBI/DHS fusion-center contractors mentioned in this LIR and widely reported by the real victims of these crimes; 4) In addition, it seeks to paint police, government, military, and private-sector aggressors-and-criminals as victims of the very victims and targets of their targeted, unlawful, criminal aggression with weaponry, COINTELPRO, and socio/psychological terrorizing and traumatizing: a profound inversion of reality and clear evidence of high-level criminality seeking to fortress itself; 5) Finally, a deflective document of this nature also seeks to conceal the Smart Grid—of weaponized cell towers, antennas, emitters, radiolocators, implants, microtech, nanotech, portable microwave weapons, SUVs/pickups/sedans outfitted with spectrum weapons, sonic emitters, spectrum weapons being used on the populace in a targeted way, to effect military subjugation of communities—by simply calling all reporting victims of EMF, neurotech crime “delusional” and removing focus or notice of the physically installed and operational weaponry, which also uses the cover of “Surveillance”.
It is entirely possible therefore that this LIR—as possibly all Blueleaks documents—was leaked on purpose, with specific intent to publish this false-narrative—offering mainstream media a chance to report on it, cementing the “word from FBI”-media reportage connection to establish “targeted individuals” as doxers and “targeted individuals/doxers” as delusional, precedent for which mainstream media has already established.
Targeted Justice, Doxing, “Gangstalking,” FBI Doxing LIR, and COINTELPRO
Notably, the LIR cites Targeted Justice, a well-known organization purporting to represent “targeted individuals,” citing documents posted on its website. The Cease and Desist posted in the Appendix can be found here on the Targeted Justice website.
The terms “targeted individuals” and “gangstalking” are both highly problematic terms—and apparent police constructs–addressed in previous analyses by this writer which have been used to dismiss the very real reports of military, police, and intelligence crimes by numerous people, most being well-educated, informed, aware, and in no way delusional.
The publication of names and addresses as well as advice to confront Government perpetrators of crimes at their homes published by Targeted Justice—what, essentially, this LIR terms “doxing”–is not an action promoted by this writer or this site—The Everyday Concerned Citizen–in any way whatsoever, actions in fact discussed and deplored in a recent interview (video link posted below) with John Christiana, former Legal Director of Targeted Justice, who also protested these actions and was thence asked to resign, while being subjected since to public defamation online by Targeted Justice, in particular by Winter Owen Calvert who has long used the name Richard Lighthouse—under which name this writer has once interviewed him. (Midge Mathis and Karen Melton Stewart, founder and Board member at Targeted Justice, have also been previously interviewed. Targeted Justice has published the name of this site The Everyday Concerned Citizen as one of the top sites for publication of information concerning “targeted individuals,” which this LIR makes mention of as Targeted Justice publishing the names of over 100 “targeted individual” sites in the US and abroad. Clearly, this LIR seeks to incriminate all sites associated with or mentioned by Targeted Justice, and is grasping at straws to condemn all sites reporting the crimes conducted against “targeted individuals.”
The fact that Targeted Justice has embraced the questionable practices of publishing personal address information of Government officials putatively involved in extrajudicial and watchlisting crimes against people—being named “doxing” by the FBI, and offering the FBI an opportunity to further target people it has targeted and watchlisted in the first place and accuse them of unlawful behavior—does raise the question of COINTELPRO, a major aspect of which has been, historically, to infiltrate activist groups and deflect peaceful activism toward violence, criminality, and unlawful action with intent to get activists arrested, indicted, incarcerated, and discredited: Is Targeted Justice one half of a contrived COINTELPRO operation, to set up “targeted individual” illegally-targeted people to “dox” officials, which then permits the FBI to further target “targeted individuals” as “doxers” breaking the law and posing a “threat” to Govt officials—and their private-sector partners and contractors?
John Christiana examines this possibility here: BlueLeaks Appears To Expose CointelPro Type Link Between FBI and Targeted Justice, where he reports having written to the FBI in 2019, a year before this FBI LIR of February 2020, and receiving no response. The FBI meanwhile never publicly questioned Richard Lighthouse or Targeted Justice on this subject, by his report, and re-posting personal address information publicly available from public records online, Lighthouse states, is free speech.
The FBI Lies Freely in Neighborhoods About People Illegally and Wrongfully Targeted Being Threats
It must be highlighted that when the FBI wrongfully targets people—as it frequently does—it sets abroad the false-narrative that the person under scrutiny is a threat to society, to the Government, to maintaining the peace, to the neighborhood, and so on, naming the person a domestic terrorist, a violent extremist, a radical subversive, an anti-Government anarchist, a mentally unstable, a suspect, or a subject in an ongoing investigation. This is defamation and slander built on lies, which the FBI disseminates criminally in neighborhoods: to permit open harassment of the target and obtain neighborhood buy-in of military weapon-use, increased surveillance with drones and helicopters, and negotiate community-monitoring & behavior-modification NLP harassment on the target.
Naming illegally-targeted people doxers and threats for sending Cease and Desists and posting flyers therefore is added targeting, aimed at building a profile of the target as a menace and a threat, and also aimed, it seems, at criminalizing the sending of Cease and Desists and flyers to anyone—protected speech under the First Amendment.
The FBI and fusion centers have essentially declared a war on humanity, and since 9/11 have unleashed a War on Terror on American communities—and communities worldwide, abusing their police powers to wrongfully target millions of innocent people, subject them to 24/7 harassment, and traffick them into DOD/CIA programs of electronic weapons-operation and neurotechnology experimentation.
Fusion Centers Across USA: A Blight on American Freedoms, Peace, Community, Society, & Evolution
Thousands of those targeted are people who question corruption, crime, waste and abuse–whistleblowers, and people of higher consciousness who advocate for animals, prisoners, refugees, the unborn, the wilderness, Nature, health freedom, the environment–activists. The FBI, a police organization, has not in any way focused on criminals—actual criminals, who commit crimes of murder and theft—but on activists, and has sought to cast activists as criminals and terrorists; it appears to spend a vast fortune on surveillance of activists, lie-dissemination and character-assassination of activists, community-policing and 24/7 harassment of activists.
The FBI has also, by opening its watchlists to the DOD/CIA and permitting military/Intelligence use and abuse of watchlistees—exploitative predation on the bodies and brains of people—become an accessory to Military and Intelligence crime of the worst sort: barbaric, unethical, inhumane acts of torture which are against all international and US human rights law, a matter frequently reported at this site, including in a Memorandum to President Trump in 2017 and in a second Memorandum in 2019.
These matters must be publicly known.
Doxing LIR Seeks to Criminalize and Disempower the Already Illegally-FBI-Targeted
This writer repudiates all attempts by the FBI—a fallen organization–to associate the term “targeted individuals” with “delusional, mentally-ill, threat to national security, threat to peace” labels, to associate this site The Everyday Concerned Citizen with the site and organization Targeted Justice, its Board Members and founders, its stated mission and its misbegotten advice to members—which sure reads as COINTELPRO, and also to further criminalize and disempower the already illegally-targeted as “threats” who could possibly victimize Government and private-sector “officials”.
What is noted in the latter part of this LIR therefore, in FBI efforts to stop wrongfully-targeted people from sending Cease and Desists or posting flyers is fully repudiated and must be challenged by all thinking people.
To be very clear: This writer does not in any way recommend posting home addresses of officials found online or using the misleading and ill-written documents posted at Targeted Justice fixated on inaccurate labels such as “gangstalking,” nor engaging in in-person visits to homes of known Government officials to hand such shoddy documents to.
However, engaging in public education in any neighborhood by posting informational flyers is certainly not a crime—and in fact, alerting all to what the FBI has become, not to mention the CIA and DOD, all engaging in crimes on people, sounds like an excellent thing to do.
Further, when people who are being illegally FBI-targeted and thence trafficked to the DOD/CIA for use in terminal, unethical experiments in their homes, in their neighborhoods, they are being seriously and extremely victimized by the FBI and DHS first, being stripped of their human rights and civil rights, and being treated in the most subhuman way by clearly subhuman aggressors: many who identify their own neighbors (using EMF meters, directive shields, observation, and other means) as weapon-wielders and trackers, community-monitors, noise-harassers are well within their rights in sending Cease and Desists to their neighbors, and posting flyers around the neighborhood.
Whether their neighbors occupy positions in Infragard, Neighborhood Watch, the local fusion center, or are contractors to same is hardly the issue–because such mercenaries do not identify themselves as such; for the illegally-targeted to sit back and permit their own assault-unto-death by amoral, unethical neighbors engaging in mercenary practices against them is neither believable nor advisable.
This writer recommends in fact that all illegally-targeted people who identify their neighbors as being involved in DEW/Neurotech Targeting assault-and-battery on them send them Cease and Desists and hand out informational flyers to them and to others: these are civilized, lawful ways to express dissent to stealth slow-kill and silent-spectrum-weapon-torture programs being run by a whole slew of alphabet agencies today on Americans and others worldwide, with the full budgeted blessings of a very rogue FBI, DHS, and NSA.
Contrary to what this smoke-and-mirrors LIR suggests, sending a Cease and Desist to a barbarian using military weapons on you – protected by the FBI – is not an act of threat but an act of assertion of one’s right to bodily autonomy, God-given, and protected by the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and all human rights law.

Keeping silent is not the answer. This LIR-“Liaison Information Report” reminds us that story-upon-story (such as, to themselves: cover the fact that you become a major threat to peace when you target someone, then call anything s/he does—even speak or write–to protest her/his deathly targeting a threat) will be built by the agency criminals—we have to put a stop to it. Speaking out continuously and informing the world of the crimes of abusive agencies and governments—and their paid minions—while demanding termination of these abuses is most definitely the right way forward.

In re-reading my post of 11/11/21 at everydayconcerned.net, it became painfully clear to me that that post doesn’t remotely scratch the surface of what individuals who have been targeted by DOD contractors, fusion centers, and corrupt law enforcement officers have to endure (and, to that end, I urge everyone to please take the time to watch Ramola’s video interview with Celeste, where she goes into great detail about the stealth – e.g., you can’t see them, smell them, touch them nor can you hear them, for the most part) — weapons which are targeting innocent, yet blacklisted, individuals but which, importantly, will also – without a doubt – be heading your way soon, as well.

I fully understand that, regardless of what’s reported, by whom, and how many decades of documentary evidence there is to support it, there are still going to be those individuals who see that statement and will scream “Conspiracy Theory!” Then there are those who just don’t care. They’re too busy to care, too busy to be bothered (even when there are children involved!). They’re too busy until it affects them directly.
Well, I can tell you, everyone is about to be targeted in ways you never imagined if someone doesn’t sue the US Patent & Trademark Office, and stop the patent Pfizer got issued (in record — four months’ – time, in March)!
I intend to post about this soon, but in the meantime, the short version is (and I totally credit Karen Kingston for bringing this patent to light which, rightfully, brought her to tears upon reading it, as it did me): Pfizer is reserving the right to track you wherever you are, scan your behavior (Are you standing too close to someone? Are you coughing a lot? Did you just leave somewhere where the person you were speaking to had been with a group of others prior to speaking to you? Who were they? Where were they standing? What are the chances you’ll see them again?), and issue you a score, which will be sent to your device (and if you don’t have one, one will be provided).
If you score at a certain level, you will be told where to go get “vaccinated.” There is no limit suggested as to the number of times they can do this, either. And third parties are allowed to get in on the action, as well. (This means, any hacker who doesn’t like you, or any person you may have accidentally spurned, who has the abilities, can hack your information, alter your score, and off you go!) As I said, I will write more, but as my 11/11/21 post stated, I do feel targeted citizens (like Ramola, like me, like thousands upon thousands of other unfortunate good people) have been target practice for what’s coming to you and yours. While reports of drones, hassles at the post office, murdered family pets, hacked computers, stolen phones, stolen intellectual property, stolen businesses, car damage, home damage, strangers entering your home when you’re out, etc. are easily brushed off by disillusioned (and lied-to-for-years) family members, friends, readers, etc., I want to make this point perfectly clear: When you are targeted, you are stalked/surveilled/heard/invaded 24/7. You have NO privacy (nor do your children or other family members). Think The Truman Show meets The Hunger Games meets Enemy of the State meets Minority Report.
It doesn’t matter whether or not you have a cell phone with you, or not; technology exists (and is used every single day) that allows these individuals who hi-jacked your life, in every way, who deemed themselves gods over you, to hear your conversations, watch you go to the bathroom, watch you (and your children) change clothes, take a bath, fix dinner, watch TV, etc. It doesn’t matter if you’re inside your home, out in the yard or driving your car. The technology that exists and is being implemented by technocrats, the DOD, the FBI, NSA, DHS, etc., as well as young hackers who work for them, is horrific. The public will soon learn that privacy — having any sanctuary whatsoever — is completely gone. And it has been for some time; you just didn’t know it yet. (An interesting note is that one of my very perpetrators is given a “shout out” in Goodman’s book.)
When someone is selected for targeting/sadistic stalking/technological trafficking by fusion-center contractors who get millions in grants to “study behavior,” they typically don’t realize they’ve been chosen for this dubious honor for quite some time. While there are cases where someone who dared speak out, or protest something, or made the wrong person mad, etc. is immediately swarmed with maniacal behavior by government thugs who prefer people keep their mouths shut, and then relentlessly harassed (I refer you back to the Ramola/Celeste video), when you’re a long-term DOD target (as my extensive evidence shows I have been), you don’t know your life is being interfered with, and your very fate altered, for years, decades even. An unusual thing in my case, is that I know who my perpetrators are. I know who these sick, malicious, sadistic men are who think they have the right to control my destiny. And they are, in fact, with the DOD, the Army, the FBI, the CIA, and Infragard. I don’t know if every single one of them is a Satanist/Freemason or not, but I do know there are plenty in the group (which, by definition, means they have an oath to one another above ALL else). Freemasons are sworn to lie. And the operators involved in targeting are very good liars. They are literally trained to lie, which is why they are able to so easily create a totally false reality about their target, to turn family members and former friends away.
The goal of these domestic terrorists (which is exactly what they are) is to isolate their victim (just as other domestic abusers do), to cause their victim stress, distress, pain, money, heartache. And when one discovers some of her perpetrators are those who are sworn to protect her (and her child), it multiplies those painful feelings. Ditto when she discovers some of her perpetrators are people she’s known her entire life.
When you are sadistically stalked this way (and yes, there really is a group of men and women who get money via the fusion centers — and a lot of it — to do this to you), every interaction or outing is interfered with: every trip to the store; every dinner out; every trip to the library, or walk in the park. . . . They are paid to interfere with your daily life. They come into your home when you’re not there (or when you are, as repairmen, etc.); they go through your papers, steal important documents, copy private papers (and leave the copies so you’ll know they were there) and on and on.
But you go out and do your best to make it the best day possible. (I do, anyway.) They take everything they can, so you try to rebuild what they’ve taken. You make some progress, then they knock you down again. You get back up, make some progress, they knock you down again. You’re having a nice drive, singing with your child, they hack your car, violently shaking it (yep, it’s a thing), or cause an accident, etc. You go to [pick a franchise restaurant or coffee shop, all of whom are involved in “community policing” which is, truly, a human trafficking operation in plain sight] and they taint your food, or treat you rudely, or make you wait extra long. Meanwhile, they watch via the surveillance systems to document what you’re eating, what you’re drinking, what you’re talking about (something that’s happening to most everyone, at this point), and they sell that information. Yes, this is how your taxpayer dollars are being spent. This is how a [large] group of select individuals are actually spending their days (and making billions). For most decent people, it’s hard to fathom this kind of ongoing evil until you realize the simple fact that evil people like to do evil things. And evil is profitable — very profitable – particularly when your investment is zero. Evil intent + free-and-unlimited government funds + complicit overseers = disaster for targeted citizens and, truly, for all of humanity.
There is no way to exaggerate this. As such, I urge anyone who desires any semblance of a beautiful future (a future that rightfully belongs to you, and me, and, most importantly, our children) to take action any way you can. Every day. Starting now.
God put us here for a purpose and it wasn’t to sit around, passively, while others were working around-the-clock to usurp Him and direct our collective fates.
Find your purpose. Remember your strengths. Then put them to work.
