In re-reading my post of 11/11/21 at everydayconcerned.net, it became painfully clear to me that that post doesn’t remotely scratch the surface of what individuals who have been targeted by DOD contractors, fusion centers, and corrupt law enforcement officers have to endure (and, to that end, I urge everyone to please take the time to watch Ramola’s video interview with Celeste, where she goes into great detail about the stealth – e.g., you can’t see them, smell them, touch them nor can you hear them, for the most part) — weapons which are targeting innocent, yet blacklisted, individuals but which, importantly, will also – without a doubt – be heading your way soon, as well.

I fully understand that, regardless of what’s reported, by whom, and how many decades of documentary evidence there is to support it, there are still going to be those individuals who see that statement and will scream “Conspiracy Theory!” Then there are those who just don’t care. They’re too busy to care, too busy to be bothered (even when there are children involved!). They’re too busy until it affects them directly.
Well, I can tell you, everyone is about to be targeted in ways you never imagined if someone doesn’t sue the US Patent & Trademark Office, and stop the patent Pfizer got issued (in record — four months’ – time, in March)!
I intend to post about this soon, but in the meantime, the short version is (and I totally credit Karen Kingston for bringing this patent to light which, rightfully, brought her to tears upon reading it, as it did me): Pfizer is reserving the right to track you wherever you are, scan your behavior (Are you standing too close to someone? Are you coughing a lot? Did you just leave somewhere where the person you were speaking to had been with a group of others prior to speaking to you? Who were they? Where were they standing? What are the chances you’ll see them again?), and issue you a score, which will be sent to your device (and if you don’t have one, one will be provided).
If you score at a certain level, you will be told where to go get “vaccinated.” There is no limit suggested as to the number of times they can do this, either. And third parties are allowed to get in on the action, as well. (This means, any hacker who doesn’t like you, or any person you may have accidentally spurned, who has the abilities, can hack your information, alter your score, and off you go!) As I said, I will write more, but as my 11/11/21 post stated, I do feel targeted citizens (like Ramola, like me, like thousands upon thousands of other unfortunate good people) have been target practice for what’s coming to you and yours. While reports of drones, hassles at the post office, murdered family pets, hacked computers, stolen phones, stolen intellectual property, stolen businesses, car damage, home damage, strangers entering your home when you’re out, etc. are easily brushed off by disillusioned (and lied-to-for-years) family members, friends, readers, etc., I want to make this point perfectly clear: When you are targeted, you are stalked/surveilled/heard/invaded 24/7. You have NO privacy (nor do your children or other family members). Think The Truman Show meets The Hunger Games meets Enemy of the State meets Minority Report.
It doesn’t matter whether or not you have a cell phone with you, or not; technology exists (and is used every single day) that allows these individuals who hi-jacked your life, in every way, who deemed themselves gods over you, to hear your conversations, watch you go to the bathroom, watch you (and your children) change clothes, take a bath, fix dinner, watch TV, etc. It doesn’t matter if you’re inside your home, out in the yard or driving your car. The technology that exists and is being implemented by technocrats, the DOD, the FBI, NSA, DHS, etc., as well as young hackers who work for them, is horrific. The public will soon learn that privacy — having any sanctuary whatsoever — is completely gone. And it has been for some time; you just didn’t know it yet. When someone is selected for targeting/sadistic stalking/technological trafficking by fusion-center contractors who get millions in grants to “study behavior,” they typically don’t realize they’ve been chosen for this dubious honor for quite some time. While there are cases where someone who dared speak out, or protest something, or made the wrong person mad, etc. is immediately swarmed with maniacal behavior by government thugs who prefer people keep their mouths shut, and then relentlessly harassed (I refer you back to the Ramola/Celeste video), when you’re a long-term DOD target (as my extensive evidence shows I have been), you don’t know your life is being interfered with, and your very fate altered, for years, decades even. An unusual thing in my case, is that I know who my perpetrators are. I know who these sick, malicious, sadistic men are who think they have the right to control my destiny. And they are, in fact, with the DOD, the Army, the FBI, the CIA, and Infragard. I don’t know if every single one of them is a Satanist/Freemason or not, but I do know there are plenty in the group (which, by definition, means they have an oath to one another above ALL else). Freemasons are sworn to lie. And the operators involved in targeting are very good liars. They are literally trained to lie, which is why they are able to so easily create a totally false reality about their target, to turn family members and former friends away.
The goal of these domestic terrorists (which is exactly what they are) is to isolate their victim (just as other domestic abusers do), to cause their victim stress, distress, pain, money, heartache. And when one discovers some of her perpetrators are those who are sworn to protect her (and her child), it multiplies those painful feelings. Ditto when she discovers some of her perpetrators are people she’s known her entire life.
When you are sadistically stalked this way (and yes, there really is a group of men and women who get money via the fusion centers — and a lot of it — to do this to you), every interaction or outing is interfered with: every trip to the store; every dinner out; every trip to the library, or walk in the park. . . . They are paid to interfere with your daily life. They come into your home when you’re not there (or when you are, as repairmen, etc.); they go through your papers, steal important documents, copy private papers (and leave the copies so you’ll know they were there) and on and on.
But you go out and do your best to make it the best day possible. (I do, anyway.) They take everything they can, so you try to rebuild what they’ve taken. You make some progress, then they knock you down again. You get back up, make some progress, they knock you down again. You’re having a nice drive, singing with your child, they hack your car, violently shaking it (yep, it’s a thing), or cause an accident, etc. You go to [pick a franchise restaurant or coffee shop, all of whom are involved in “community policing” which is, truly, a human trafficking operation in plain sight] and they taint your food, or treat you rudely, or make you wait extra long. Meanwhile, they watch via the surveillance systems to document what you’re eating, what you’re drinking, what you’re talking about (something that’s happening to most everyone, at this point), and they sell that information. Yes, this is how your taxpayer dollars are being spent. This is how a [large] group of select individuals are actually spending their days (and making billions). For most decent people, it’s hard to fathom this kind of ongoing evil until you realize the simple fact that evil people like to do evil things. And evil is profitable — very profitable – particularly when your investment is zero. Evil intent + free-and-unlimited government funds + complicit overseers = disaster for targeted citizens and, truly, for all of humanity.
There is no way to exaggerate this. As such, I urge anyone who desires any semblance of a beautiful future (a future that rightfully belongs to you, and me, and, most importantly, our children) to take action any way you can. Every day. Starting now.

Today, a couple days after the Sep 11 post on Mass DPH failing to act on the science and clearly pushing a false-narrative about the vaccines being safe when scientists have found deadly toxins in the vaccines and when children and teenagers are suffering heart attacks and death, I can report the fixation on assaulting my writing arm has not ended, while several interesting things happened just this afternoon on a drive to the Blue Hills nature preserve in Milton (after a morning filled with drones & helis over the house and screaming police sirens a few streets away in thrillingly criminal Quincy–“Home to Presidents!”):
Massive swarming and cutting off at corners as I drove.
Noticeable and close-in tailgating from a large black Chevy pickup, handed over to a smaller black SUV all the way to the park.
Major traffic with cars and SUVS, vans, and pickups tearing past like banshees (on usually quiet roads).
A red SUV with FIRE spelled out in the license plate hustling to get in front of me, as if to send a message. This is clearly a FIRE/EMS vehicle, and this species of vehicle has often insinuated itself in traffic ahead of me, or come tearing down our street, or just been supplanted by a fire truck–as the day of the Infowars interview, in the evening, a fire engine flashing lights and sitting on the street just flashing. Excuse me, seriously? The really fiery thing over here is the fact that we have a shameless government letting children get a dangerous vaccine–which is already causing deaths to children as to thousands of adults–and issuing mask mandates which will only sicken children further. I recommend that the Fire Department take their vehicles and spin around in circles, lights flashing and engines going, in front of Charlie Baker’s mansion or Jeffrey Riley’s abode. And while they’re at it, hustle after the members of the Elementary and Secondary School Board and School Committee in Quincy who are permitting children to suffocate all day–on a false-narrative about a not-proved-to-exist virus.
Hits at the park on my right arm, with a circling pack of helicopters, frequently crossing drones, and a honking parker, giving themselves away as all part of the Distributed Common Ground System employing drones, helicopters, small planes, ground vehicles, RFID implants and nanobiosensors non-consensually implanted in people, and intent on assaulting from a distance (a half-mile away on the ground, about 4000 feet away in the air)–enacting Smart City/Smart Grid technologies on the unlawfully targeted, as if I were the criminal and they the “law enforcement” keeping the criminal in check.
Porno pictures sent to my cellphone–purporting to be from AT & T and sending “Barney” “gifts.” These are random numbers sending me these weird messages with links–I have texted back telling people they had the wrong number, I have blocked callers (and new numbers just keep sending these messages), I have made the mistake of clicking on a link absentmindedly and seeing a porno pic. Now I block and delete but it keeps coming. (This is on a new cell phone which few people have the number to.)
Messages from random email ids and people on email sending me “receipts” for purchases I never made, many from various countries like China, UAE, and inviting orders for bizarre things such as body armor for soldiers. My email addresses have been public on PDFs, letters, below my videos–so this is both blatant abuse of my email id and parallel construction by cyberthugs and criminals.
I also noticed today, an attempt on my part to link Telegram to my website here led to discovery of a false id on Telegram with “Ramola” in the name and a lot of Arabic writing on it–this just adds insult to injury and initially made me think it was a comment by a cyberhacker posted below in the footer space (I have removed this now). Now I realize it was my own linking attempt coupled by an extant Arabic id using my name–not perhaps the doing of a miscreant from the Online Cybertroll Brigade working for the Freemasonic Mafia running Mass Govt and targeting truth-telling journalists as I initially thought, but a Freemasonic Mafia nevertheless and a cybertroll still, I suspect.
And there DOES seem to be a Freemasonic Mafia running Mass Govt and targeting truth-telling journalists–as I have reported before, and I am super tired of it.
I am literally being battered to death with remote-assault electromagnetic weapons, while it is clear the black opsters running their black operations in my vicinity and on my person are obsessed now with attacking my right arm, elbow, hand, in desperate desire apparently to “destroy the equipment” exposing their crimes. I have news for these mavens: this is not equipment, this is part of a human body, and what is being enacted here is crime of the highest sort, physical assault and battery using New Age weapons on a human body. These criminals have crossed the line.
I am reporting these assaults here because retaliation for factual journalism is being practiced here, in Massachusetts, by a clearly criminal Mafia which includes the very “security,” law enforcement, intelligence, and military apparatus–FBI, Sheriffs, State Police, City Police, CIA, DIA, DOD, USAF, USMC, DHS, NORTHCOM–tasked to protect the people of Massachusetts and the USA. (Who else has planes, drones, helicopters, zoomers on the street and resident mercenaries parked next door?)
Reporting the facts and questioning the harmful edicts by uninformed men such as Jeffrey Riley (Mass Commissioner, Education) and James Peyser (Mass. Secretary, Education)–on which I will report further–which are causing real harm to schoolchildren is not a matter for arm-hits and helicopter stalking–except in a criminal state, where the police are criminals and the Education Commissioner can fly edicts on false narratives from Mass DPH and the CDC, both propped up by blatantly criminal drug-pushers in Pharma. Is that what Massachusetts has become? Or perhaps, always has been? I guess what I am unravelling publicly here, by way of reporting on this retaliation, is precisely this fact: Mass Government is not interested in the truth, it’s flying a very harmful agenda here, and those who are slated to suffer from it now are schoolchildren.
Does Mass. Government have an opportunity to prove otherwise? Yes, anyday, by simply halting all harmful mandates attacking schoolchildren, as advised by thousands of parents and parent groups across Massachusetts who have sought in various ways to stop this tyranny, as also this letter of mine here:
I have called and left a message this afternoon on the voice mail at the Senate Intelligence Committee, I have sent in a message to the Director of the CIA on their online form, and I will be writing further to these parties (the CIA is most definitely running criminal operations in Massachusetts, I can testify to it), as to others such as those in DOD tasked to oversee black operations of crime and atrocity run by the DOD, and as also once more to the Massachusetts Attorney-General who famously wrote and told me her criminal bureau could not review my case--since those seeking to silence me are apparently keen on continuing to do so. I am not likely to be sitting back and permitting black opsters of any stripe to continue to maul my writing arm to bits while criminalizing me in their false-records, using me as target practice for their helicopter and drone remote sensing operations, slandering me to family and neighbors (the latter being a pathetic mix of mercenaries and co-optees now), or intimidating me into silence.

In 2014 when it became clear that an Air Force operation was being carried out over her house and neighborhood with the constant overflight of small planes, drones, helicopters, and concomitant vehicular zoomers on the street using their car horns to alert the drone brigade (now found by her to be part of the AI-run Distributed Common Ground System, linked to the Air Force), along with concomitant radar flickers on her body, forceful activation of covertly-implanted RFIDs, and subsequent rain of microwave pulse assault, several FOIA requests were submitted to US Government departments and agencies to attempt to unearth the nature, reason, and meaning for these unexpected assaults on her person.

While this writer has covered the subject of these extreme human rights violations on people in the US and worldwide for over seven years now, this letter, which follows on the Demand Letter sent last August to then Attorney-General William Barr expressly details–although not comprehensively, in partial summary only–the nature of the brutalities visited on her person through the use of Remote Access Human Control weapons in a variety of overt and covert operations,clearly classified to conceal crime, by the motley lot of Defense, Intelligence, Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, Law Enforcement and private-party perpetrators operating via Fusion Center and FISA/FMJ permissions to assault, as FBI Whistleblower Geral Sosbee has reported constitute the primary gateway mechanism to target, traffick, and assault American citizens.
Modalities of assault include the use of cell towers, antennas on neighboring houses, portable antennas, portable and locally installed emitters, repeaters, sensors, magnetrons, as well as a variety of exotic scalar, radar, and acoustic devices wrongfully permitted for use, demonstration, and operation on the streets of Massachusetts and every state in America by the NIJ and DARPA’s Limited-Effects Technologies program, euphemistically named since these are profound invasions of human rights and bodily integrity being effected by these bio-hacking and neuro-hacking technologies.
Fusion Houses Set Up in All US Neighborhoods, Drones & Satellites Used to Monitor Targets with Tracking Radar and LRADs for Full Spectrum Surveillance and 360 Degrees Full Spectrum Assault: Outright, Abysmal Crime
Fusion center contractors installed in neighboring houses, as well as commercial contractors–which include utility vans, telecom trucks, Verizon, Comcast, Xfinity, National Grid, UPS, USPS, FedEx, Trash and Recycling vans, landscaping vans as well as sedans, mini-vans, and SUVs–permitted to zoom into neighborhoods at high volume at all hours of the day and night, along with the use of drones, aerostats, satellites, and LRADs permitted to issue loud acoustic cracks on house pipes and radiators are primary perpetrators of bio-hacking crimes, using microwave pulse weapons, tracking radar, and through-wall millimeter-wave technology to pulse-hit, heart-hit, nerve-hit, and skin-crawl, as well as sleep-deprive with heat-hits and radio frequencies from right next door in the neighbor’s driveway, on the street, or two doors down.
The totality of this assault, while seemingly unbelievable, has been built over time, it appears through clear consent of local governments, especially post 9-11 and the unlawful Patriot Act, including Mayors, City Councils, Governors, and State Governments, who have essentially opened the door, inside USA, in US neighborhoods, to the construction of Electronic Concentration Camps akin to Guantanamo to permit the “Indefinite Detainment” via Directed Energy of the NDAA, first announced by Bush and Rumsfeld, subsequently renewed by all US administrations and openly acknowledged in the currently operative NDAA 2020.
Clandestine assaults on Americans have also been permitted by the NDAA’s concessions to the Defense Clandestine Services (as also to the ISR and NSA) in counterintelligence, counterterrorism, security, information warfare, and cyberwarfare, and retained in perpetuity by Machiavellian design by the CIA via the National Security Act of 1947, updated jointly by DOD/CIA via encroachments on human dignity, privacy, autonomy, and bodily rights in the Revised Common Rule–overseen, as revealed by SACHRP/OHRP committees run by the US Department of Health and Human Services, by treasonous medical professionals in government, academe, and research–which has currently removed Informed Consent as a requirement for any kind of human experimentation under the aegis of Intelligence, Criminal Justice, or National Security activities.
Regressing infinitely therefore from the days of the Tuskegee Syphilis experiments and the Plutonium radiation experiments which journalist Eileen Welsome uncovered and whistleblew about, the stage has been unlawfully set by corrupt public institutions through the aegis of the NDAA, NSA 1947, Revised Common Rule, 1994 DOD-DOJ Memo of Understanding to “legally” permit clandestine torture, rape, assault and battery, frequency assault on organs, joints, nerves, Active Denial burning, covert implanting, nanotech assault, chemical weapon assault, neuroweapon assault and any other kind of high-tech military grade weapon assault remotely, using the stealth weapons of Electronic Warfare, Neuro Warfare, Information Warfare, and Cyber Warfare–which translate to radio frequency weapons, sonic weapons, scalar weapons, wifi, and various exotic weapons such as quantum tunneling weapons and scalar weapons, some described here.
Legal departments in all organizations, starting with local city, county, and State governments, Law Enforcement, federal departments such as the Justice Department, DOD, USAF, CIA and others have clearly permitted these atrocities to occur; attorneys and General Counsels in these organizations are therefore fully cognizant, aware, permitting, and liable for the execution of these crimes on people’s bodies.
These activities are apparently being budgeted for and reported to Congressional Committees as needed human bio-effects weapons testing of anti-personnel DEWs, needed human testing of Neuro Warfare and Cognitive Warfare weapons, needed acquisition of intelligence using RINT, SIGINT, HUMINT and Neuro Surveillance, needed AI-Cybernetics testing, needed Crowd-Control Device and Deterrence-Weapon testing, in the interests of counterintelligence, counter-terrorism, crowd-control, “peace-enforcement,” and homeland security.
In actuality, they comprise actions of profound and depraved Government over-reach and abuse, and have been enacting crimes of brutal, sadistic, and cruel Remote-Access assault and battery, 24/7 electromagnetic rape, ELF vibrational assault, radiation burns, inflammation, organ damage, neurodegradation, disability, and death on hundreds of thousands of people wrongfully labelled “Terrorist” and “Extremist” and exploited for all manner of Satanic target practice by trigger-happy sadists operating these weapons, which should be vociferously condemned, exposed, and decried by all members of sane, moral, sentient, thinking humanity–in order to fully halt and terminate these execrable activities.
These activities are also being partaken in unlawfully, wrongfully, and exploitatively by a wide network of telecom companies, media networks, Departments of Education worldwide, Defense contractors, Universities and research institutions, hospitals and health care providers working through the DOD and CIA on multiple Brain, Behavior, AI, Machine-Learning, Gaming, Simulation Modeling, and Data Collection projects–as the IP trail on the computers of all being wrongfully targeted and trafficked, including this writer, readily show (to be more fully reported shortly).

No Way Forward Without Exposing These Profound Atrocities Being Committed by Local and State Governments and Mil/Intel/LE While Running a Massive “Public Health” Psy Op on All
This writer, in her quest for answers, has interviewed various people on issues of freedom, rights, law, liberty, sovereignty, including :Russell-jay: Gould and Lady-Crown: Tutikatuku III, and chosen to obtain a live-life-claim with :Lady-Crown, Crown of the Mauri Nations and the Purple Thumb Community, as she continues to explore the accurate use of grammar, law, and flag protocols within the context of needing to communicate clearly and issue a meaningful and binding Cease and Desist to any and all parties enacting Remote-Access EMF crimes on her body: this is why the letter uses a flag (the Great Iroquois Flag of Peace) on the document, semi-colons, and strange punctuation–however, her learning is in process and the punctuation she uses continues to evolve.
Regardless of format, protocol, or punctuation, the intent of this letter — which has to date not been honored in request, as she continues to be assaulted with radio frequencies, microwave pulse hits to head and heart, with zoomers and honkers on the street and in the air proceeding as if they plan to keep going to Kingdom Come — is to inform and notify, both addressees and world, as to the nature of the crimes ongoing here in Quincy, Massachusetts and worldwide, and highlight the need for people to start taking action from within all their professions and spheres of influence, to halt these profound depravities, atrocities, and crimes against humanity on all.
These deadly weapons which permit stealth assault need to be banned — and currently, there’s a whole arsenal of them in use. All our lives, including our children’s and future generations to come are in danger through the use of these myriad Spectrum/Sonic/Scalar/Neuro weapons and systems of assault.The situation in fact is so dire currently that literally the entire Department of Defense, CIA, Department of Justice, Homeland Security, Law Enforcement and all contractors need to be shut down immediately to address these atrocities and halt these profound Crimes Against Humanity.

I have now been to four places of “public accommodation” in Quincy, Massachusetts where I live where someone at the counter yelled out, “Ma’am where’s your mask? You got to wear a mask!”
CVS on Beale Street, Quincy
At CVS (a pharmacy and general store) on Beale Street, the young Anglo-American woman behind the counter who yelled this out was persistent and obnoxious, saying “You need a mask” when I stated “No thank you, I don’t need a mask.” From “Ma’am you need a mask” once to “Do you need a mask?” twice is a step in misappropriation of authority, misinterpretation of current reality in the USA and worldwide, and misapplication of “concern for others due to Public Health.” This woman did not stop however with 2 call-outs at high volume across a room full of people as I stood in line to pay. She persisted, yelling even louder, apparently trying to rally volume in her cause: “Ma’am do you need a mask?” Once more, I politely responded, “No thank you I do not need a mask–I don’t wear those,” obliged to raise my voice since it appeared she had not heard me the first time. Why was this young woman yelling? Because attempting to intimidate, and using a tone of authority, repeating herself, and demanding compliance is what she has been told to do, clearly, in order to intimidate customers into wearing a mask. Yes, everyone else in line was wearing a mask, looking cowed and hopeless, and everyone else behind the counter as well: none of this means that anyone entering this store is required to wear a mask, nor that there is a need to safeguard anyone else’s health–the lie of “Public Health”–by wearing a mask.
UPS on Willard Street, Quincy
At UPS on Willard Street, where I had gone to pick up an online order for color copies, already paid for online, and which I had confirmed was ready by calling in before driving there, the young African-American woman behind the counter accosted me as I entered the lobby, shouting, “Ma’am you need a mask!” To which I responded, “No I don’t need a mask actually.” Repeat shout: “Ma’am you need to wear a mask to be here!” To which I said,”No I don’t wear masks, ” and “Look, I just came to pick up an order, I’ll be out in a minute.” At this the young Indian-American tending another person in line ahead of me turned around and said,”I’ll get your order but you do have to wear a mask.” “I’m exempt,” I said, which is the truth, since I cannot breathe with a mask on. The woman at the counter then shouted, “Ma’am do you see EVERYONE is wearing a mask here?” Exasperated I said, “Look, there IS no deadly virus, there IS no pandemic, but there IS a massive Psy Op going on, and if everyone else here wants to go along with this massive Psy Op I am not to blame! Plus, I’m exempt!” The woman rolled her eyes and shrugged. The Indian-American–whom I recognized (despite his bandito black mask) to be the owner of this UPS franchise–said, “If you don’t want to wear a mask you have to go outside.” It was pretty cold outside, with snow and ice on the ground. I said, “Look I just came to pick up an order which I was told on the phone was ready — it’s not going to take two minutes to hand it to me.” To which the misled and misappropriating-of-authority store-owner then said,”I won’t serve you in here without a mask. You can go outside, I’ll bring it to you.” I was truly puzzled. I said, “You want me to go outside and stand outside and wait for you to hand me my order which I have fully paid for already?” Seriously, I was being treated like a pariah, and I had every intention of standing my ground. People were rustling and looking at me “askance.” I was getting ready to launch into a lecture on Slavery when the man suddenly broke away, went to the counter and picked up a package and brought it over to me, “Here you go.” “Absolutely outrageous,” I said, and it was.
The next day I called this store owner since the color copies ordered online had been cyberhacked apparently and weren’t the right color but I also reminded him there are laws against discrimination in Massachusetts and in the Republic of the USA such as the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and safeguards for people with disabilities under the American Disabilities Act. He apologized and said he should not have said he would not serve me without a mask on. And that is correct. That store, and that woman behind the counter was literally trying to enforce slavery–compliance to no-authority posing as authority is acquiescence to slavery. “Public Health” is a deception; despite Fauci, despite Governor Charlie Baker, despite any President standing in front of a podium and talking about mask-wearing as a must, it is a complete fallacy that “protecting someone else’s health” can be achieved by you wearing a mask (in itself useless since it does not inhibit the passage of so-called, putative, never-proven-to-exist “viruses” and microbes), both legally speaking and medically speaking.
USPS Postal Office on Beale Street, Quincy
At the USPS postal office on Beale Street, where, outrageously, the postal clerks enforce their own self-created Enslavement Rule of “Only 3 people in the lobby,” supposedly on pretext of “Public Health,” people are now forced to stand in line outside in the bitter cold and wind, shaking and shivering and exposing themselves to all manner of respiratory disease, two postal clerks offered me a mask. I said, “No thanks I’m exempt” and they looked surprised. Since they had been engaging me in cordial conversation prior I said casually, “Well you know there really IS no deadly virus and no deadly pandemic, and nobody really needs to wear a mask,” one of them said “There’s a sign on the door, you have to wear a mask in here–but you say you’re exempt.” The other smiled and agreed that I knew my rights and told me about the film “Suffragette” after she’d said, “You know people fight in here about masks” and I responded “I’m not here to fight with anyone, I do know my rights though.” They weren’t going to demand I do anything, true, and they did not, but why do they have a sign on the door demanding everyone wear a mask and stand 6 feet apart and only 3 in the lobby?
Have businesses in Massachusetts forgotten they need to respect people’s innate God-given rights, secured even by such federal and state laws and statutes as those against discrimination, false imprisonment, restraint on one’s movement? All Americans are protected by these safeguards encoded into statutory law.
All Americans are also actually free and sovereign state nationals who do NOT have to follow the private statutes of a private government service corporation (State or Federal Govt) which relate only to its employees, to which they have not contracted with a wet-ink signature––(See Bond vs United States 529 US 334 (2000) [Appendix B]; See Clearfield Trust Co. vs. UNITED STATES 318 US 363 (1942) [Appendix A]). My point is: even the State and Federal codes establish firmly that no-one can deny you service in a place of public accommodation—such as a store, a post-office, or a UPS lobby—or demand you stand 6 feet apart or demand only 3 in a lobby or demand you wear a gag across your mouth and nose, as Peggy Hall of The Healthy American, Pamela Popper of Make Americans Free Again, and other freedom-loving and law-exploring organizations have discussed in numerous videos and articles.
Stop N Shop on Newton Street, Quincy
At Stop n Shop, a supermarket on Newton Street, Quincy, I had the most unpleasant experience to date on this subject; my complaint letter to their Head Office has been left unanswered. One Wednesday night in January, the night before my husband’s birthday actually, I had gone in to make a few last-minute purchases to bake a cake and pick up some champagne. A young Anglo-American supervisor with a name-tag “CHUCK” blew into the checkout area ostensibly to check out my wine—since two (polite, courteous, African-American) teenagers were manning the counter—then demanded I wear a mask. When I explained I do not wear masks, he told me it was a very busy time in the store (It was not—Wed night is quiet) and I was in close proximity with several employees (with him there it was 3) and I had to wear a mask. I told him–perfectly cordially and calmly–I was a science journalist and researcher and spoke regularly to doctors and that there really was no deadly virus (FACT), and no real pandemic (FACT), that there was indeed a mass Psy Op being run on all. He interrupted me to snarl “Don’t tell me there’s no virus, I’ve been sick for 2 weeks with it,” I assured him, still completely conversationally and calmly: “There is no DEADLY virus (FACT)..” He then told me to “Stop bullshitting.” Obviously he had crossed the line of polite conversation. I asked him his name and asked to see his manager. He said he would void the transaction then and would get him. The older Anglo-American manager—whose name I did not get—came over and demanded I wear a mask. I said I did not wear masks. He said, “Right now there is a STATE MANDATE that everyone wear a mask.” I said, “Well, I am exempt from wearing a mask.” He said,” Well why didn’t you tell Chuck you have an exemption then?” I said “He really did not give me a chance.” He then said he would send someone else to ring me out—after waiting a few minutes, a young Anglo-American girl with the name-tag TRAN (and no, she did not look Vietnamese; Social Engineering Psy Ops are also going on) showed up and rang out the rest of my items in silence. She then flung the receipt at me, barely waited for me to move my cart, and said beneath her breath “Now Get Lost.” The older Anglo-American man bagging wished me a good night—clearly the only decent employee there, along with the 2 teenagers who had helped earlier—and I wished him the same.
Now this is absolutely atrocious behavior, including from the manager.
In my letter to Stop N Shop, I wrote: “Let me first of all educate Stop and Shop en masse: A STATE “MANDATE” IS NOT A LAW. Nobody needs to keep these mask mandates—they are guidelines, based on very faulty science. I can assure you I have done the research and MASKS ARE DANGEROUS, not merely unsafe and ineffective—they are DANGEROUS. Further, not all people shopping in Massachusetts are residents; all American state citizens live privately and are NOT bound by statutory codes of the State of Massachusetts Corporation, but ARE bound by natural law and common law to keep the peace. Stop and Shop CANNOT ASSUME that all shoppers are residents, and CANNOT DEMAND anybody wear a DANGEROUS mask!”
Legalities Regarding Masks, “Social Distancing,” “Vaccine Passports,” and Nasal Swabs

Masks are being used as a symbol of compliance in the gigantic Psy Op being conducted worldwide; they neither protect anyone nor do they “stop the spread” of any disease as many doctors and virologists have publicly explained, including on interviews with me and on news panels at my video channels–these include Dr. Andy Kaufmann, Dr. Christiane Northrup, Dr. Rima Laibow, Dr. Judy Mikovits, Dr. Carrie Madej, Dr. John Reizer, Dr. Zara Anne Bourgeois; the current massive deception of the Germ Theory Psy Op which has begun with the COVID Psy Op and is being run by Big Pharma using media and figureheads in government is not the model for health or “public health” followed by thinking doctors, biologists, virologists and all practitioners of health using natural, holistic, and traditional modes of healing.
There are other legal and lawful ramifications to this notion of demanding people wear masks, explored in this article:
Both the FDA and CDC are aware and state on their websites (links in the article above) that the wearing of a mask is a voluntary enterprise, and that a mask is a MEDICAL DEVICE. Without a medical health risk assessment being performed, the FDA cannot demand anyone wear a medical device.
A Mask is a Medical Device which nobody need wear without an individual medical health risk assessment (FDA).
As for mandatory vaccines, as Dr. Rima Laibow explains in Report 225, famed Harvard lawyer Alan Dershowitz is wrong, no-one can force you to take a vaccination: it is a MEDICAL INTERVENTION which requires your Informed Consent, as per all international treaties including the Nuremberg Code. The current mRNA Death-and-Disability-by-COVID-Vaccine scandal which we are seeing playing out worldwide is occurring because people are being lied to on mass media–a criminal action which should be prosecuted–and told the “vaccine is safe” when it is clearly not, and told the “vaccine has been tested and studied and found to be 90% safe” when it has not, and people are actually participating in human experimentation (with no safeguards, no manufacturer liability, no compensation for damages) and open clinical trials without being told they are doomed lab rats with no health future safeguarded by the vaccine-makers. The mRNA COVID vaccines are actually causing death and disability, as reported by VAERS, among other reporting organizations worldwide and must be halted, as Dr. Carrie Madej has called for.
Finally therefore Vaccine Passports: No government, no airline, no store, no place of public accommodation anywhere in the world can demand a Vaccine Passport or Proof of Vaccination in order for you to enter a building, board a plane, enter or make purchases in a store, buy a meal or drink, because a vaccine is a medical intervention and nobody needs to consent to a medical intervention–an intrusion on their bodily integrity and sovereignty–particularly one which seeks to upload a boatload of toxins and deadly gene-deforming proteins into your body while offering no liability, warranty, or guarantee of medical health post-vaccine. Not in the nebulous name of “Public Health” and not under threat of “Denial of Services.” I’d like to hear from any lawyer on the planet who can dispute this statement.
This has got to be the case also with Nasal Swab COVID tests: that too is a medical intervention and nobody needs to consent to a Six-inch long stick being thrust up their nostrils while they lie or sit prone and permit this massive intrusion into their intimate bodily space. No government–I understand the Indian government has issued a statement demanding a negative PCR test prior to landing in India now–has the right to demand Bodily Intrusion and Medical Interventions of anyone for anything, particularly not for the unproven and nebulous reason of “Public Health” and “Spread of Disease.” When No Virus has actually been isolated, when this Swab PCR test produces a high number of False-Positives, when no-one has proved in fact that what this PCR Swab test reveals is some kind of definitive evidence of a virulent, highly-infectious and highly-dangerous disease (keeping in mind COVID-19, a minor flu, has a 99.97% recovery rate for most people, while being demoted from HCID by Public Health, England last March and therefore is admittedly NOT a virulent dangerous disease), the Indian Government and any other government demanding negative PCR tests is actually just attempting bodily assault with No Medical Evidence and No Legal Authority: every single human on the planet needing to enter India should send the Indian Government a note demanding they halt and roll back this completely unlawful and illegal requirement for entry.

Dutch State Secretary Mona Keijzer Reveals 5G is going to be used for crowd control
In a blockbuster reveal at a recent meeting on 5G, Dutch State Secretary for Economic Affairs and Climate Mona Keijzer—perhaps the first public official to make a statement of this nature–stated that 5G will be used as a tool to ensure crowd control, with a rollout intended at the Amsterdam Arena where a 5G mast has already been set up for the June 22 Euro 2020 football champioship games.

Amsterdam, along with other European cities, has been preparing to roll out 5G for the last few years, with the Amsterdam Arena working with the research institute TNO to equip the arena for 5G as this article from 2017 reveals:

Amsterdam wants to use the new 5G network to transmit high quality video images during the European Football Championships. “AT&T won the cutthroat competition with Verizon to be the first carrier to offer 5G — sort of. Despite continuous health concerns and impassioned call for moratorium from scientists, doctors, researchers, and activists, the commercial 5G Rollout in the Americas is blazing ahead, as also in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia where in many cities 5G has already been launched, with others engaging in pilots and beta tests.
Defending 5G’s use for a variety of applications, Dutch official Mona Keijzer mentioned increased data, greater connectivity, competitive and greater speeds not merely “for fun” as in streaming films, but in use for crowd control.

Note that while Ms. Keijzer’s remarks suggest that visitors’ cell phones can be instantly tapped and data analyzed by Location Based Services, they also suggest that 5G will be used for “assuring safety and behavior.”
How exactly will this be accomplished?
Will 5G be used then to bio-hack citizens–burn skin with high radio frequencies– with portable or parked Active Denial Systems–a documented military people-management technology, as many speculate?
Pentagon’s Millimeter-Wave (5G) Active Denial System is Now Portable
Military ADS use the same millimeter-wave technology as 5G, and their bio-effects have been extensively studied by the military worldwide, including by the US Air Force and Air Force Research Labs in multiple field weapons-testing projects, partially disclosed in the public domain. And then there is the quiet disclosure of anti-personnel electromagnetic weapons and neuroweapons in documents published over the last 20 years discussing Crowd Control technologies. 2008 Dutch Ministry of Justice Report Mentions Weaponized Neurotech to Modify Brains and Behavior
The Dutch article first reporting this information subsequently republished elsewhere notes a 2008 Ministry of Justice report which casually mentions technology to influence behavior by way of transcranial magnetic stimulation of brain regions while also mentioning remote blocking of moving cars (both privacy-invasive in different ways, not equivalent in intrusiveness). This is an astounding admission of neurotechnology to hack brains and neuromodify brains via TMS to produce a desired behavioral outcome as a Crowd Control weapon.
What it suggests is that neuromodifying technology — a powerfully unsettling concept to most — is being surreptitiously rolled out by Justice Departments in Europe without fanfare or public disclosure, that government officials think it is perfectly alright to suggest modifying brains–akin to lobotomizing people, now an archaic barbarism–is not grossly human-rights-violative, unethical, and inhumane, and can be used today on humans with nary a whisper of wide media coverage and open public debate.

Continuous Psychological, Mental, and Internal Torture via Voice to Skull andSynthetic Telepathy running abusive monologues inside individuals’ brains, an intrinsic aspect of Trauma-Based Mind Control, and prelude to bio-robotizing;
Continuous Psychological and Social Trauma caused by non-stop assault ofindividuals with Psy Ops-defined inputs related to the individual’s life, picked up by intensive surveillance, including neuro-surveillance;
and the very act of Trauma-Based Mind Control, which is the effecting of remote control of people’s brains and bodily movements and behaviors by inflicting physical and psychological trauma on them (Article 7, k).

All individuals, groups, and corporate members and veterans of Militaries, Defense Departments, Defense/Security contractors, Air Force and Army Bases, Justice Departments, Intelligence/Security agencies, Intelligence/Security contractors, Law Enforcement departments, Fusion Center organizations, Bureaus of Investigation, Citizen Watch and Neighborhood Watch groups, Community Oriented Policing Programs, University “researchers,” and random citizens in neighborhoods, communities, and places of employment recruited to assist in the performance of these Crimes Against Humanity on the bodies of select individuals, presented deceptively by Nation State and military “authorities” of any kind as legitimate or lawful or legal targets of surveillance, monitoring, investigation, or experimentation are liable to being monitored by name, place of residence, place of employment, occupation, and association (to determine connection with Military/Intelligence/Law Enforcement/Neighborhood Watch/Community Oriented Policing Program if any.)
3) These crimes will be prosecuted in the International Criminal Court, in courts of Common Law, and in new, incorruptible People’s Courts and Tribunals to be focused on addressing Crimes Against Humanity.
4) Every single person or entity participating in these crimes in the smallest way, whether by pointing a cellphone issuing a wifi signal at a human being identified to them as a legitimate target or “test subject,” using an app on a cell phone to direct deadly radiation on such an identified human being, via the GlobalElectronic Control Grid (using cell towers, satellites, drones, sensors, air, space, ground -based and mobile tracking, sensing, and transmitting platforms), or using a portable directed-energy weapon orantenna system or transducer handed to them by an “authority” organization such as a Defensecontractor/military branch/Air Force Base/Intelligence agency/Security agency/Law Enforcement agency/Investigation agency/Neighborhood Watch group/Community Oriented Policing Progam is liable to being monitored, and will be documented by name and photographic or video/audio record.

In recent emails to me this week where Geral mentioned the continuous attacks on himself as well as his resolute posting of the crimes against him on Twitter, and his desire to continually inform the world of the betrayals by the FBI, Geral wrote:

This paper identifies a gross injustice upon Americans and society and seeks theoretically to offer a framework for further analysis of the cogent issues presented herein.
The central focus of this study is on the so-called criminal justice system (cjs), a new secret cjs, the corrupt judges (tripartite) and the insensitive politicians who ignore the problems associated with criminal conduct by the fbi, police, and judges (including federal judges everywhere), all of whom seem to be in imaginary pursuit of new victims for the cjs.
I also suggest herein the need to publicly address the macabre problems which are caused by the fbi as presented or referenced in this study.

After some forty-seven years of my association with the fbi, I have learned from my personal and professional experiences the following: the fbi…
…regularly, routinely and ritually engage in covert crime sprees against their political Targets;
…use operatives to impose on the Targets blanket surveillance, assaults and battery, threats, character assassination, attempted murder (or actual murder where the Target is often forced into suicide by the fbi’s inhumane and unrelenting crimes against the Target) …
…use bio-chem-viral agents and infections to incapacitate or kill the Target;

… manipulate federal judges (usually U.S. Magistrates) to issue secret orders that fraudulently provide the fbi with “legal” authority to engage in ‘supervisory control’ (euphemism for torture, imprisonment, murder) over the life of the Target. These judges are fully supported by SCOTUS and by the U.S. Congress (see my report on Senator John Cornyn of Texas). These same judges and justices offer the Target no Due Process, no opportunity to be advised of the allegations against him/her, and no avenue to challenge the secret orders. The Bill of Rights is ignored.
…use advanced deep space based high technology such as microwave, directed energy weaponry (DEW) and extremely low sensitive sound wave (ELF) to cause serious bodily injury or death of the Target (I have documented multiple injuries on my person, including heart disease, 80% loss of hearing, cerebral vascular disease, et al.)
…employ an army of civilian provocateurs 24/7/365 (including at times ordinary citizens, neighbors of the Target and doctors) to engage in horrific ‘gas lighting’ operations in efforts to drive the Target insane. Medical doctors, dentists, mechanics et al engage in crimes against the target as directed by the fbi with the authority of the federal judges whose outrageous orders are honored globally.
My considered professional judgement compels me to report here that, as I am admitted as an attorney to practice law in the federal courts, I have learned that the judges there are aware of my seventeen years of documenting in court and online fbi atrocities against me (see my sworn affidavits 2007, 2014 and my WRIT).
Further, as the fbi and at least one medical doctor advised me to “commit suicide”, have injured me so seriously as to cause hospitalization on different occasions, have destroyed my personal property and vehicles causing serious stress, and have threatened me in my face, I have overwhelming evidence to support these statements. Another medical doctor sought a way to help fbi place me in a mental ward for complaining of high tech assaults (See part 20 of My Story In Detail). The federal judges are aware of these crimes against my person. Yet, they continue to authorize such crimes by the fbi ongoing for about 47 years.
When each crime is committed against me and others similarly targeted, I conclude that the judges are principals to these offenses and are accessories to felonious crimes and civil law violations including intentional infliction of severe emotional distress caused by the fbi and its institutionalized counter intelligence program against Targets. When the fbi sends thugs and assassins to physically and psychologically harass the Target, the goal is to force him/her into a final exit. This may constitute attempted murder in many jurisdictions, or actual murder when the Target commits suicide because the fbi’s intent is to cause the death of the target.
In consideration of this and my other reports, my law suits against fbi, and other documentaries, I accuse the federal judges along with fbi, of multiple counts of attempted murder and innumerable other crimes against me that I have reported for the past several decades.
United States magistrate judges empower and embolden the fbi to engage in unconscionable crimes against our people, including torture and murder of selected political Targets.
I have tentatively identified one such federal magistrate judge (hereinafter referred to as mj) but the name is not mentioned here for obvious reasons. That jm is not a real judge as we normally think of them, but he often has the power of a federal judge. He is a de facto operative of the fbi who regularly issues secret orders and other abusive and corrupt civil process as the fbi dictates against persons whom the fbi seeks to destroy.
One must recognize that the fbi approves of and issues clearances for each such mj who is paid very well and who often aspires to and achieves higher positions in the federal judiciary. Their careers are largely enhanced by their fbi friends, so they seek to please the fbi by honoring fbi requests.
In civil cases the jm sits in private chambers with fbi agents, hears reports by fbi assassins and torturers who often request expanded authority over their victims, and the mj eagerly gives these fbi/mafia types any order that they request.
I believe that I am one such Target who has nevertheless been able in the past 30 years to expose the fbi and the jm as bestial thugs who engage in crimes against humanity and who enlist many others in government to serve the overthrown regime that today calls itself the United States of America.
Of all the quislings in government who help the fbi silence whistleblowers and dissidents, the mj is the most dangerous and vile of all because the mj undermines fundamental human, civil & constitutional law and manipulates traditional public policy by serving as a rubber stamp for fbi assassins and torturers. The fbi indoctrinates all authorities in the United States of America by the use of a cleverly designed system that brings fbi in direct contact with police, prosecutors, legislators and others for the purpose of control of all authorities. The method of fbi pervasive contact is referred to as liaison with FUSION CENTERS (i.e., FC) which are intended to feed data from fbi files to the agencies at city, state and federal levels in order to influence, prejudice and control responses to fbi Targets who may come in contact with authorities.

Standardize globally all FC operations and in the words of the fbi ‘to unify all government authority in a front against terrorism’ and other national security and criminal threats that put Americans at risk.
The complexity of the FC system now being used everywhere is made more incomprehensible by secret court orders, particularly by federal magistrate judges (i.e., ‘fmj’) who often issue the orders for and at the request of the fbi. These orders are based on fbi’s false representations, rumors, innuendos and flat out perjurious statements by fbi. As an attorney licensed to practice law in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, I investigated the fmj in order to determine how illegal and indeed criminal are the orders issuing from the ‘fmj’. The reason I am interested in ‘fmj’ is that I am a Target of fbi kill squads and I am on the list of subjects included in the FC system. I have also learned that before or during the fbi campaign to silence me as a fbi whistleblower (in the same manner that the fbi uses to silence, incapacitate or kill other Targets) the fbi places the Target (I.e., me) into a cruel, blanket surveillance and assault program globally that is designed to force the Target into neuroses, confusion or in search of a final exit. The fbi goal is to end the life of the Target. Wherever the Target goes, the Target is assaulted by thugs and assassins and the Targets’ reactions to extreme provocations and injuries are presented to the fmj in order to further assault and medicate the Target and at the same time to apply high tech, military grade weaponry (i.e., Directed Energy Weaponry–DEW, Extremely Low Frequency soundwaves—ELF, etc., against the Target.) These assaults cause serious bodily injury and sometimes death.
When the Target responds to the physical and psychological attacks by fbi, the fmj examines the response to determine whether the Target should be locked up. If the Target seek help from police or other local or state authority, the FC prevents any assistance for the Target. Never mind that the Target is innocent and often never the subject of criminal nor civil adverse allegations. The beleagured Target is under the control of fbi’s counterintelligence apparatus which also includes all FC participants. Currently, I document several instances of police corruption by refusing to accept my reports, falsifying my reports and threatening me for filing reports. Also, prosecutors refuse to prosecute crimes against me, even when the fbi operative confesses to the crimes.

The assault program by the fbi against the Target is so intense and violent that many Targets simply break down and end up in jail, a mental ward, or dead by suicide or by the assaults. Some Targets act out and go on a killing spree. Yet, the general public is never told about fbi’s unconscionable assaults on the Targets. Former Army Ranger Justin Pitts was attacked by non-lethal weapons by the US Army’s Program Executive Office Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI). They are located at 12211 Science Drive, Orlando, FL 32826. Justin was a personal friend, we were both what is termed Targeted Individuals. This is a new program run by our government. If you are unlucky enough to be put in this program, your life as you knew it will NEVER be the same.
Electromagnetic Frequency (EMF) and Cyber Operations
The US Army in this case is running what they have labeled Electromagnetic Frequency (EMF) Warfare and Cyber Operations. The Army is using the PEO STRI to run simulations that control a target’s electronics, including his or her actual mind and body. The carrier EMF signals have the ability to send voices to your head that only you hear, termed Microwave Acoustic Hearing. The technology is so advanced that you can have EMF signals sent directly to your brain changing your mood. The technology causes all kinds of life- changing problems for those attacked.
US Army Ranger Justin Pitts
Justin and I met on YouTube. He was a kind, skinny, short southern Army Ranger that was targeted during his last year as a recruiter for the military. While he was still Active-Duty, the Army base in Orlando, FL started targeting him. Justin started hearing voices receiving Synthetic Telepathy. This is not too different to my targeting; however, Justin could not keep weight on his body. He was constantly eating junk food. Justin also had severe EMF attacks where his entire body would shake. His targeting increased when he, through microwave hearing, heard someone blow their nose into a trash can while he was not at work. This gesture is common among military men. He had heard the guys at the recruiting office make that noise before and identified it. This was the first time he realized that someone had tapped into his brain. Justin’s targeting would start to escalate at that time.
We decided to take our information and put it together to figure out a way to help expose the targeting of US citizens. We knew these were crimes against humanity not unlike the Nazi treatment of anyone they deemed unfit. These non-lethal weapons were designed in the last 40 years. Justin and I interviewed on YouTube to get information out about how individuals are targeted.

Justin was targeted with gang stalking. He had military helicopters and planes fly over his home in South Carolina. Justin was smart and had the ability to review the Army’s Cyberspace and EMF Operations FM 3-12 Manual that is available online. Justin’s targeting would continue and his hearing one person turned into a classroom of Army soldiers exchanging paperwork and talking. He would be in his home and hear the classroom become animated. He saw cars drive into his neighborhood with Florida license plates at this time. Justin continued to also be targeted throughout his body with electromagnetic-frequency-attacking causing him to shake uncontrollably. No matter how much they attacked Justin, he continued to fight back going up the Army’s chain of command to expose the National Security violations.

Targeting Individuals Threatens National Security and Abuses the Security Clearance System
The Congressional hearing dated September 30, 2015 stated that definition of cyber included “emerging technologies, drones, nanotechnology, and a slew of other technologies which the term cyber is inadequate to define.” This is true and is why Targeted Individuals have a hard time trying to explain what is going on with them. Targeted Individuals will be labelled a psychological dysfunction by uneducated citizens. However, these crimes are really happening.
Justin was able to start to file complaints with numerous military and intelligence agencies. He went up the Army’s chain of command and this went nowhere. Then, he was harassed by the military planes in his neighborhood, so Justin filed a report with the Oconee County, South Carolina Sheriff’s Department. This was not enough to stop the program. Justin went to US Army Special Operations and Military Police to file complaints. However, people including military and intelligence agents do not know about technologies torturing US citizens on US soil. This is by the very definition treason, punishable by death.
Justin then was clever enough to start recording phone conversations when he filed complaints. His perpetrators told him where they lived and their names. Justin had one of them come near him. This perpetrator told Justin his name over the Acoustic Microwave Hearing from the base in Florida. The man’s name is Joshua Pierce, Sergeant 1st Class, Non-Commission Officer. This perpetrator had a complaint filed by Justin to the FBI.
Justin contacted the NSA and filed a report with them since the Army was violating National Security with the Cyber and Electromagnetic Warfare tools at their disposal. Next, he contacted an UN journalist and NATO’s biomedical military command.
Justin talked with Presidential correspondents, however, he could never get his computer secure enough to send the information to the White House. Finally, when all these attempts to stop the targeting did not succeed, he went to Washington, DC. Justin tried to have Congress listen as well as the Pentagon. Unfortunately, this technology is so powerful that people at all levels are mind controlled with electromagnetic frequencies. Functional MRIs are also used to read and change people’s thoughts and minds.
Our world is no longer a free will society. We can be mind controlled without our knowledge at anytime. That is how truly powerful these weapons are becoming. All of Justin’s complaints fell on deaf ears, and he started to become very depressed. I did not see Justin at that time. If he was feeling that way it was probably an inserted frequency and not actual depression.
In December 2018 around Christmas, Justin supposedly took his own life; I do not believe that to be true. I cannot believe it when the soldiers at the US Army Base in Orlando, FL have the power to insert frequencies to make you feel how they wish. It is extremely unfortunate that I lost my friend, but he has left us the ability to stop the PEO STRI. This base is threatening our National Security by causing a substantial and specific danger to public health and safety. This is one of thousands of crimes they commit hiding behind a security clearance that needs revocation. We can together stop this base from taking all Americans’ free will. The 5G network will only enhance the crimes they are already commit daily. The PEO STRI is abusing their authority, causing gross mismanagement of military assets and wasting taxpayer funds.
Mainly, I am bothered by the children that they can essentially mind control to do whatever they wish. This is a sick form of pedophilia, and these soldiers are criminals. The amount of people under the treasonous Cyber and Electromagnetic Warfare will continue to increase. Thus, more citizens will become human experiment test subjects without consent.
Neuroweapons kill US Veterans at a staggering amount daily. These programs are murdering good people as they come back from war. We must join together and support Targeted Individuals notifying Congressional Representatives. We can also fight back by filing FOIA Requests for the US Army’s PEO STRI program, alerting Inspector General offices, and Civil Liberties offices everywhere.
We must not turn a blind eye to our enslavement. No matter who is in political office or where you are, you will not have free will to go and choose what you want in life. Our children deserve their innocence and freedom. America’s children deserve protection even if you choose to be complacent, what about the children of our nation and the entire world? Please, if you do not understand the technologies, try to, for our nation is at stake in a major way.
We must always remember what Thomas Jefferson stated, “Does the government fear us? Or do we fear the government? When the people fear the government tyranny has found victory. The federal government is our servant and not our master!”
