In a historic move by We the People, coordinators and state citizen members of the Connecticut Assembly – unincorporated, on the Land and Soil Jurisdiction, part of the restored Union of States reclaimed through the work of Anna von Reitz, Clinton James Belcher and their team — have sent in a Cease and Desist order to the heads of the US Military, US Airforce, United Nations, NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization), WHO (World Health Organization), NASA, National Science Foundation and other national and international bodies calling for an immediate halt to the chemical poisoning of our skies, water, air, and soil through the use of Stratospheric Aerosol Injections (SAI), cloud seeding, geoengineering, Solar Radiation Management (SRM) and other methods.
The Chairman and Co-Coordinators of the Connecticut Assembly, Tom Nieman, Isabelle and Paska Ann broke the news on Newsbreak 157 at Ramola D Reports on September 9, 2022, sharing also the press release being sent to news organizations in Connecticut, highlighting the notice given to the Governor of Connecticut corporation headed by Edward Lamont Jr. (doing business as GOVERNOR OF CONNECTICUT, a corporation, not a title).
Tom Nieman opened his remarks on the momentous notification of the US Military, United Nations and others with a reminder of who the Connecticut Assembly is–the now-in-session true government for Connecticut on the land and soil, unincorporated, keeping to American Public Law and abiding by the principles of America’s Founding Fathers, from the time of the Declaration of Independence which enshrines the need to form new government anytime a prevailing one proves incompetent, inept, or destructive.
A Three-Notice Private Administrative Process
Paska also explained later in the Newsbreak that the process of notification of US Government agencies when they are engaging in actions contrary to the interests of We the People is set out in the Administrative Procedures Act of 1946 and constitutes a 3-notice private administrative process (also explained here).
The Distribution List Includes the WHO, NASA, NSF, NATO, UN, US Airforce, US Commerce, All Involved in Aerosol Programs
The first notice, the Cease and Desist has now been sent to various Defense and Govt agencies including Mark Milley, the General Joint of Staff, Frank Kendall, the Secretary of the US Airforce, Gina Raimondo, the US Secretary of Commerce, and to several international offices including Antonio Guterres, the UN Secretary General, Tedros Ghebreyesus, the Director of WHO, Jens Stoltenburg, the Secretary General of NATO. Tracking of the document reveals that several of the US addressee letters seem to be shored up in distribution centers while the UN has returned a return-receipt, indicating receipt of notice.
What is significant is that each of these agencies and offices has been found to be involved in the worldwide aerosol programs which seem to be hidden under titles such as cloud-seeding and stratospheric aerosol injections with varied published aims but essentially engaging in numerous activities related to weather modification and contamination of the air, soil, and water over American land and lives as also land worldwide and the lives of all human and animal populations, as also flora and forests worldwide.
Much research to determine the nature of these aerosol programs and the parties involved has preceded the formulation of this Notice, and has yielded extraordinary information regarding who is involved and who is well aware: It appears, from the information shared on Newsbreak 157 that the chem trails (a US Airforce term) we witness in the skies everyday in all our American states and in all or most all countries of the world–which are dropping metallic nanoparticulates into our air and soil, leading to respiratory diseases, neurological dysfunction, and diseases like Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s, as per much analysis and concern evinced by many outspoken physicians–come out of often longstanding, patent-affiliated, well-funded programs run by the US Military, Air Force, National Science Foundation, as also NATO and the WHO, a supposed health organization currently fixated on medical tyranny on one and all with its One Pharma God approach to “One Health.”

The Connecticut Assembly also reports that some states such as Maryland have previously banned weather modification projects, as far back as 1965:

The Notice also addresses matters of jurisdiction and authority, and includes the Public Employers Directive published by Anna von Reitz, which describes further the obligations of extant British Territorial Government employees and Municipal Government Employees to honor the directives of Americans, their employers.

During the discussion of the Cease and Desist, one of the points Paska makes is that several global groups seem to be involved in these projects but as Americans “That is not acceptable. We are not going to take orders from an international entity.”
Isabelle notes that “this is a slavery system” and that governments have trained citizens well over the years to be compliant and accepting as “good little citizens and good little slaves and not speak up otherwise you’ll be ridiculed or labeled” but the time has come to stand up. “We know we weren’t born for being poisoned in our food and our air and to be slaves and to not live our lives to the fullest — now is our chance for humanity to stand up and do something”

There is also Samsung and iPhone, two gigantic competitors in the field of smartphones, right? WRONG!
There are Mac and PC computers, the ultimate example of two rivals, competing for the largest marketshare of personal computers, right? WRONG!
There is Facebook and Twitter, competing fiercely for the largest audience in social media, right? WRONG!
None of these corporations compete with one another. That’s only the surface for the ignorant consumers, like you and me, who are fooled by the different brand names. Sure, these brands used to compete in a distant past, but the stage has been changed long since.
Today all those major brands that seem to compete, are essentially owned by one and the same corporation: Vanguard. MONOPOLY shows this on screen, so you can see it for yourself.
Vanguard is the one entity in the world that virtually owns all the big industries in the world, be it pharmaceutical, news media, insurance, hospitals, technology, travel, food, mining, gas, oil, banking, and so on.
This means that almost everything you eat, drink, dress with, sleep on, drive, travel with, read, watch, listen to, communicate with, work from, and so on is all owned by the same very small group of mega wealthy individuals.
They have an effective MONOPOLY worldwide on virtually everything.
This has been their strategy for decades:
“We will acquire the majority of the shares of all companies on the stock market, and also acquire the shares of the other companies who own the rest of the shares. That will give us complete ownership of everything, which then enables us to control the world.”
That’s how they were able to control all hospitals, health insurance, news media, etc. during the pandemic.
To simplify things, we can say the following: during the pandemic, one man who is at the top of this financial monopoly worldwide, just had to say one word, and all the news media, all the major hospitals, all the insurance companies, all the airlines, all the hotels, and a thousand other companies all jumped to obey this command.
Even most nations, who are official structured as for profit corporations (!), and therefore effectively owned by these same entities, have to jump to the command of their “Big Boss”.
What was the command?
– mandate masks!
– mandate lockdowns!
– mandate vaccines!
– mandate testing!
– suppress cures!
– suppress physicians!
– suppress truth!
I am simplifying the situation now, as there are several families who collectively own Vanguard (and BlackRock, who sits right under Vanguard), but still that is in essence what it boils down to. One corporation virtually owns the entire world as we know it. That enables a tiny group of people to manipulate all of humanity, to do whatever they want.
It is exactly what we have observed during the pandemic: all over the world physicians saving lives of patients, were fired from their hospitals, and the use of effective treatments was banned in virtually every nation of the world.
One command was given, and the millions of minions of Vanguard jumped to their feet to obey unquestioningly. “YES BOSS!”
Many people can’t believe that a pandemic can be organized on a worldwide scale. But once you understand how the world is structured, and you see that one single entity owns almost everything worldwide, and you discern its hand in virtually every government, then you know that it is in fact very easy to pull of a worldwide pandemic, and impose mass tyranny.
The criminal purpose of lockdowns
One of the purposes of the pandemic was to further increase the monopoly of this small group of people. They demanded lockdowns that had to destroy millions of small businesses worldwide, so the billions of consumers would flock from these independent businesses to the mega corporations of these tyrants.
In practical terms: millions of small grocery stores had to close down for a year, so the entire world population could only get their food from the supermarkets that remained open, and are owned by these criminals. They made trillions of dollars while the small businesses lost everything.
Interestingly enough, none of the mega corporations had to close down during the lockdowns. They all stayed open, worldwide. Only the millions of small businesses were forced to close, while they have a mere handful of customers per day, and the supermarkets have thousands of people crowding on top of each other, day after day.
The risk of infecting others is a thousand times greater in supermarkets, than in any small business. But it’s the local, independent shops that had to be closed. It doesn’t make any sense at all. Yet the mindless masses blindly and unquestioningly accepted this absurd insanity “for their safety”.
MONOPOLY confirms what is revealed by the top experts that testify in the GRAND JURY EVIDENCE: the world is under attack by a very small group of astronomically wealthy people, who collaborate to seize complete control over everything on earth, that’s not fully in their hands yet.
The financial tyrants are behind organizations like the World Health Organization, which is 100% owned and used by these criminals, to execute their agenda of world domination, under the guise of health emergencies, which they fabricate using fraudulent testing, manipulation of data, suppression of cures, and mass psychosis through media fear mongering.
They are also behind the World Economic Forum and United Nations, that claim to improve the state of the world, while in fact their goal is to finish the total power grab over all of humanity, by demanding that all resources, all information, all governments, all power, all industries be handed over into their cruel, greedy hands.
How can we stop these tyrants?
What is the solution to this? Very simple: STOP PLAYING THEIR GAME! Stop going along with their criminal agenda.

The people must step away from the big corporations, and start shopping at local, small businesses, that are not – and never will be – owned by these psychopaths. Find farmers, ranchers, butchers, and buy directly from them. It is a million times healthier, and so much more fun.
Start your own small business, and serve the local community with handmade, fresh, natural, unspoiled goods, that excel in quality, way above the cheap toxic crap that is offered by most of these mega corporations. Be creative, courageous and follow your dreams.
If you are a lawyer, then rise up to defend the people in your community.
If you are a judge, then defend justice instead of protecting criminals.
If you are a person of faith and prayer, then pray that this will all be exposed and brought to justice.
If you are financially enabled, then support those that protect humanity.
We can all do something: distribute flyers, place ads in newspapers, share on social media, send emails, talk to people.
Set up a public viewing of MONOPOLY
Organize public viewings of MONOPOLY for your community. I received emails for example from a group of church pastors in Hawaii that organized public viewings of some of our most important videos, like THE BATTLE FOR HUMANITY. They gathered hundreds of pastors to wake them up.
We can all do this! Rent a place, set up equipment, advertise it on the local radio and in local newspapers, and show MONOPOLY to the people. It can cause tsunamis of awakening…
Invite law enforcement officers, lawyers, judges, commissioners, etc. Even if only two or three show up, once they see Monopoly, they can become the pebble that causes a rockslide of truth in your community.
People of the world, I am calling you to please rise up for real. Stop being an observer who criticizes and judges, but be the answer humanity needs.

Like this writer I do not quite follow the reasoning behind what I like others initially thought was an occultist staged Luciferian ritual sacrifice — if this writer’s analysis is correct, it suggests that a “staged Luciferian ritual sacrifice to shut down exposes of child trafficking by filmmakers” is in itself being used as a trope for a fake-news Hollywood production, a layer of deceit which is mind-boggling, but which casts into doubt then the whole notion of filmed exposes of child trafficking — for which certain well-known musicians and film stars and documentary filmmakers have indeed been killed, as we know; perhaps then this whole thing is a minimizing of same? I don’t know, it might just be being used to key into an extant trope and bundle the whole into the “conspiracy theory” basket to discredit anyone looking at the sudden deaths of people exposing pedophilia and child abuse crimes and finding Luciferian/Satanist footprints–which latter also has been proved to be true in the examination of high-level child abuse/pedophilia crimes, as exposed by insider whistleblowers like Ronald Barnard and the Ghislaine Maxwell/Jeffrey Epstein revelations. We need to take that on board: all our nations’ governments have committed themselves to world serfdom, they have already given away your rights and mine.

This announcement will doubtless come as a shock for many of you who have not been fully informed prior to this, but I have been named Fiduciary for all assets belonging to The United States of America, our unincorporated Federation of States, and more recently asked to function in the same capacity with respect to the resources of over 200 nations —including yours, if you are receiving this communication — so as to expedite repatriation of resources and organize a new financial system and provide for an orderly resumption of public government functions.
The first thing I wish to communicate to all of you is that there is no National Debt nor is there any interest accrued against any National Debt.
The appearance of a National Debt and accruing interest has been manufactured via phony bookkeeping.
These allegations of national indebtedness have been made possible via a simple ruse played against the national governments by the Central Banks.
These same Central Banks simply neglected to balance the books and apply your equal and answering National Credit and the interest owed to you on that credit.
As of March 9, 2022, at noon GMT, I am ordering this long-overdue bookkeeping to be done and for all purported National Debts to be erased and counterbalanced by application of the respective National Credits owed.
This necessary accounting and debt relief will not, however, automatically restore your credit liquidity as each country must undertake resumption of its public government functions for that to happen.
I must also tell you that your actual government has never been bankrupt in the history of the world. Sovereign entities are not eligible for bankruptcy protection.
All pretensions and claims of emergency and of emergency powers resulting from bankruptcy of incorporated government subcontractors are bunk. They were bunk in 1907, in 1925, in 1933 and ever afterward.
We have been asked how we have the authority and resources to do what we are doing, so I shall very briefly explain.
All Legacy and Historic and Bank Trusts, all of what you know and think of as “Off Ledger” accounts and as assets of the World Trust and so on, have been administered by Trustees acting in our names.

Ample credit and underwriting for national currencies, will be made available, as well as access to prepaid credit. Ample Restoration Funds for infrastructure and environmental remediation and enhancement of natural resources will be made available interest-free.
Unlike the Trustees who were obligated to penny-pinch and make profit their primary objective, the Donors are free to extend interest free credit, engage in true philanthropic enterprises, entertain long-term and visionary investment projects, and take other initiatives that would not be possible for funds managed by custodial institutions and trustees.
The corporations that have been functioning “as” governments are bankrupt and will not have direct access to the new banking system. Each country’s Master Account in the new system is established as an unincorporated International Trade Account; commercial corporations are not eligible to have Master Accounts, but may access and interface via subsidiary commercial accounts, so long as they are in good standing.

He writes at length as well of the harms caused by the graphene oxide and other toxins found in the COVID vaccine, with the high likelihood of boosters helping produce the very symptoms of haemarrhogic fever and bleeding which is being touted as part of the Marburg Virus’s roster of symptoms, and shares his speculations that what is going to happen is that all the damages caused by the COVID vaccines currently will be publicly labeled by the elitist corporate globalist-media-government-pharma-Public Health nexus as deadly “Ebola-like” symptoms of the new deadly Marburg virus Pandemic, intended to scare people into immediate subjugation and complete removal of all rights and freedoms (with use of more stringent lockdowns, quarantines, isolation camps, separation of families).

While we are truly facing information overload currently, this piece of information from Kieran Morrissey addresses a new horror being planned and just around the corner which he says will be their “Final Solution” if we do not stop it, a subject he began to research as soon as he heard about the Marburg virus from watchng a video on a retiring Qantas pilot who was refusing the Covid vaccine mandate, saying “If you think this is all over, they have another virus ready, it’s Marburg, and they already have a vaccine lined up for it.” His research unearthed bits and pieces he pulled together: “I’m an engineer, I saw these pieces, I just put them together.”
Devi Shridhar, the much touted media spokesperson chairing “Global Public Health” at the University of Edinburgh and apparently keen to push experimental vaccines on the world including now on children, has publicly lied on a major news program reaching millions, BBC Newsround, where she answered questions and assured children and parents the experimental Pfizer mRNA vaccine was “100% safe and effective, ” risks outweighed benefits, children were not likely to get COVID-19 after the vaccine based on clinical trials, and the only downside was another shot in the arm.
The UK’s medicine regulator, the MHRA, says the injections are “safe and effective” for children in that age group and that the “benefits far outweigh any risk”.
However, a final decision on whether children will or won’t receive the jab hasn’t been made yet.
More than half of all adults in the UK have now had both doses of a coronavirus vaccine, the final decision on whether kids will also be vaccinated is now up to the UK’s vaccines committee.”
Devi Shridhar downplays the reported side-effects as she tells children they might “experience fatigue, feeling tired, feeling a little unwell” as “some children in the clinical trials” but that “these cleared in a day or two, and it seems a small price to pay to protect from the real disease when it comes.”
In Actuality, Children like Adults are Experiencing Dangerous Side-Effects from the mRNA Vaccines: Strokes, Bell’s Palsy, Heart Problems
This clearly-uninformed Oxford academic also downplayed the adverse effects of the vaccine as possibly making a child feel unwell for a day but then subsiding, in stark contrast to the information pouring out of the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme, the Eudravigilance database, and the CDC’s VAERS website.
Thousands of anguished relatives have taken to social media, posting images and videos of loved ones convulsing, showing signs of major rashes, vibrating from head to foot, and evidencing Bell’s Palsy, where one side of the face is frozen. Children, teenagers, young women and men in their 20s, 30s, and 40s as well as older women and men in their 50s, 60s and 70s are recorded as dead shortly after the vaccine, across a range from a few hours after the vaccine or weeks and months afterward.
Data from the CDC VAERS website for US deaths and disability from the COVID vaccines through June 4, 2021, which are said to be only 1% of the actual reactions; Dr. Peter McCullough says it is possible we are looking at 50,000 deaths from the vaccine, not almost 6000.
Medical Academics, Cardiologists, Epidemiologists Are Calling for an Immediate Halt to the Vaccines for Children
Dr. Peter McCullough , a world renowned cardiologist, in a new interview with Reiner Fuellmich, says the vaccines are extremely dangerous for children and teenagers and should be halted immediately, as does Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg, a pulmonary specialist and epidemiologist who says “this is just another coronavirus, there is nothing to be worried about regarding the virus, we know how to deal with it” but cautions “be very worried about the vaccine.”
UK Medical Freedom Alliance Doctors Call Out Devi Shridhar
UK Medical Freedom Alliance has published an open letter to Professor Devi Shridhar, calling her out for her irresponsible and false statements to children, and demanding a public retraction and apology. They point out the main areas of concern in Shridhar’s statements as follows:
“1. You state the benefit of the vaccine for children would be that they then “don’t need to worry about Covid-19”. Children are already in a position where they do not have to worry about Covid-19, as the risk to them is close to zero.
2. You state that another benefit would be that they then are likely to not infect their parents. Children do not play a major role in transmission, and there is also no evidence from the regulatory trials that the vaccines prevent transmission. This is clearly a statement intended to provoke an emotional response of guilt followed by a sense of duty, and as such it is propaganda rather than factual advice.
3. You state that the main downside of getting the vaccine is that it is “another injection into your arm”. This is a gross misrepresentation of the known and unknown risks of potential serious adverse effects of the Covid-19 vaccines for children. We are sure you are aware that the CDC in the US is calling an emergency meeting, specifically to discuss the hundreds of cases of myocarditis that have occurred in young people after the vaccine (https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9672233/The-Latest-WHO-warns-delta-variant-hold-Europe.html).
Life-threatening effects and deaths have been reported in young adults and children in the US and Israel, which you do not refer to at all.”
The doctors penning this letter also direct Devi Shridhar to their earlier letter to MHRA, delineating the many problems with the vaccine, cautioning about lack of knowledge regarding medium and long-term effects, and demanding that the vaccine not be authorized and used on children, which was covered here earlier:
How is Devi Shridhar Qualified to Reassure Children the Pfizer Vaccine is Safe? She’s Not
It is salutary to note that Devi Shridhar is not a physician herself and has no medical training but has apparently been groomed for a public position as media “Public Health” academic with a D. Phil from Oxford, historically linked to government, media, and intelligence services in the UK, a Rhodes scholarship at 18, and close ties with the globalist coterie running this false pandemic, with an 8-month study of health issues in India through a public health lens and later analysis at Oxford of global health governance by GAVI, the World Bank, the UN, which somehow led to her co-authoring a book with Chelsea Clinton on Global Health Governance, as this painfully-gushy Lancet article reveals.
None of these “global health governance” activities however have conferred a medical or other health qualification on this well-supported Rhodes scholar with Wellcome Trust funding who publishes much on Bill and Melinda Gates’ colonizing of countries whose systems of traditional medicine (including her own ancestrally-connected one, India) have been imperialistically ravaged by Rockefeller pharmaceuticals under guise of “philanthropy” and “global health governance” and are now suffering sterilizing under eugenicist cover, including with the COVID vaccines.
Devi Shridhar is therefore not at all qualified to be issuing public assurances to children or parents regarding the “safety” of what have really proved to be dangerous and death-dealing vaccines.
Several years in University as well both as a student and now a teacher have not helped her either to distinguish truth from lies, it seems.
Dr. Vernon Coleman Issues Blistering Riposte to Devi Shridhar’s False Assurances on Safety of Vaccine: Lies on the BBC WIll Result in Children Dying
In a no-holds barred must-watch video talk, Dr. Vernon Coleman recently called out the same June 8 program where Devi Shridhar, aided by the BBC and propelling the party line which is sending hundreds and thousands of adults to their deaths-by-vaccine, assured the world it was quite alright for children to be pierced with the Death Jab.
Both entertaining and instructive, this video lecture publishes the truth about the numbers of recorded deaths and serious adverse effects, in addition to denouncing Devi Shridhar’s “gold-plated lies.”
Pointing out that the BBC has close ties with the drug industry and is known for rampant deceit, he bemoans the fact that “the BBC is now deliberately lying to children.”

“Second, Sridhar says this experimental vaccine, which only has a temporary approval let us not forget, is 100% safe for children.
And that is a downright, 100%, solid gold, lie.
And for that lie alone this bloody woman should be hung, drawn quartered, boiled in oil and tarred and feathered.
Sridhar is lying to children who are susceptible and vulnerable and terrified out of their wits by a year of unremitting propaganda.
So, what’s the truth?
The truth is that in America, the data up to the 28th May 2021 for 12 to 17-year-olds shows that there have been 4,740 total adverse events including 117 rated as serious and four reported deaths. Two 15-year-olds died and a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old. Those are the confirmed deaths. There are others not yet confirmed.
And this grinning, ignorant Professor Devi Sridhar of the University of Edinburgh says it’s safe.
Well, you horrid woman, death isn’t safe. Death is final. It means it’s all over. And this experimental jab is safe like being run over by a bus is safe.”
Quick Retraction from the BBC of Shridhar’s “100% Safe and Effective” Statement, Without Public Acknowledgement and Apology
Especially interesting is the fact that the BBC have apparently made a quick retraction of Shridhar’s original statement on air, that the Pfizer vaccines were 100% safe, rewording their verbiage thus:
“Correction: This article has been amended to remove a reference by a contributor that the Pfizer vaccine is “100% safe”.
The UK’s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has said:
“We have carefully reviewed clinical trial data in children aged 12 to 15 years and have concluded that the Pfizer/BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine is safe and effective in this age group and that the benefits of this vaccine outweigh any risk.“
The UKMFA doctors point to this correction, noting:
“We note that the currently accessible version of your statement on Newsround has already been redacted, as you originally claimed 100% safety for the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.
You must have been aware that declaring any medical intervention100% safe undermines anyone’s credibility.
Editing a feature after it has already been circulated and viewed by huge numbers of the public and children, without a publicized explanation or apology, is highly irregular. The comment at the end of the written transcript, merely noting a correction, will not reach the majority of the audience who have heard and assimilated your initial claim.”
The statements noted by BBC on their website regarding the vaccine are highly questionable, considering the numbers of deaths and adverse reactions being reported on all vaccines including the Pfizer vaccine. Statements reportedly made by the MHRA are as questionable: The MHRA “safety surveillance strategy in place” for children and teens can scarcely be trusted when the safety surveillance strategy for adults in the UK appears to be non-existent: no halting of the vaccines has occurred despite nearly 2000 deaths and thousands of adverse reactions recorded by the Yellow Card Scheme.
It is becoming fairly clear now that if the vaccines are rolled out and children start dying or suffering serious side-effects, the BBC and Professor Devi Shridhar, along with the MHRA and several other medically negligent parties, can be held fully responsible.
