Sadly the situation has not changed now in mid-2021, despite my hope in titling a section “Extreme Persecution of Geral Sosbee Must Be Stopped.”
It is frankly inexplicable to me how and why the FBI believes it should persecute Geral Sosbee for going on FIVE decades! using the horrors of “anti-personnel Directed Energy Weapons” (read, Extreme-Attack Human-Hacking Weapons), cruelly invasive neurotechnology, daily social harassment, threats, intimidation, and co-opted public-private-partners-in-crime (retail, utilities, services, medical care) to assist in thwarting, obstructing, irritating, harassing, provoking, and attacking his every forward movement in life, indeed his day, for years on end.

And it is only the insistent truth-telling of whistleblowers like Geral Sosbee which fully exposes and pulls back the curtain on this rampant US Government crime in our midst, as proved by the many reports he has provided to CIA whistleblower and independent journalist Barbara Hartwell and myself, reports also that he has continually published on social media, and reports he has posted online at his websites at Academia.edu and Indymedia.org.
Note, there is nothing LEGAL about this operation (just as there is nothing LAWFUL). Is Torture legal? Is Nazi Atrocity legal? Is 24/7 Assault and Battery with a slew of EMF Weapons and In-Community Harassment legal? Is criminalizing people who have committed no crime, are contemplating no crime, and are in fact quite removed from crime legal?This must be emphasized: the FBI is not going after CRIMINALS here, they are not investigating Crime, they are not preventing Crime–none of what they are doing is legal. In fact: none of these attacks on people by an unhinged military, Intelligence, and Security faction clearly missing brain cells, soul, morality, conscience, ethics, principles–nor their minions whom they clearly employ for lack of same, including, it appears, an elementary school education–are permitted by law, even if the laws of US Code/CFR have been twisted and distorted to permit black operations, classified operations, and “law enforcement operations” using Stealth Weapons. It’s still not legal to murder, kill, slow-kill, torture, persecute, and destroy people inside their homes, in their beds, in their living-rooms.
In addition however, it is critical to add, the depraved actions of assault on people seemingly actually permitted, mistakenly and foolishly–although undisclosed publicly, undiscussed publicly, and unacknowledged publicly–by a failed CFR, NDAA, Common Rule and Legal Counsel at DOD, DOJ, and CIA using Stealth Weapons are sickeningly inhumane and unethical. Clearly, judging by the sustained operations on the street (including, daily and nightly on my own street here in Quincy, Massachusetts) involving the FBI, DHS, Air Force–either US Airforce or FBI’s Air Force, DOD, CIA, possibly also NSA, DIA, Marine Corps–and declassified MOUs regarding “military operations other than war,” these bullying agencies mistakenly believe–possibly just on “Might is Right”– they have a right to be doing what they are doing and are continuing it. “I learned yesterday from a doctor of audiology that my hearing is almost negligible even with hearing aids and that I will need surgical implants in my ears in a year or so. I cannot submit to surgery again for obvious reasons.

On March 17, after an email from me explaining my current interest in American State Citizenship: death-hits from FBI-CIA-NSA-DHS in my past status, Geral wrote:

I checked with Geral whether I could quote him on that and he said I was free to use any of his words from his emails. Given that at this point in my analysis of the Intelligence Community–after 8 years of being battered by them–I have come to the same conclusion (We live in a lawless society in the US of A), I think that bears repeating, in bold:

Bad Publicity for the Intel Community bothers them? I hadn’t known that — since they have spent nearly a decade pounding at me night and day whether I write or don’t write, speak or don’t speak, interview or don’t interview, although they do intensify their attacks when a podcast or article is released which is especially significant in disclosing their crimes or informing the world on steps forward or positive change through new science or consciousness science. Honestly at this point I don’t know if there is anyone in the world who has any respect or faith left in the US Intel Community–often referred to as the Deep State–people can see what they have done.
It is a situation however which must be changed. The great fear, indeed terror, induced in people by these entrenched agencies using “the power of the gun” to commit unspeakable atrocity against people, now with precision stealth technologies, must be ended. Such militarized subjugation will only increase if not openly exposed, challenged, and monitored-into-termination. People of integrity must rise.
Cyberhacking on Phone
Geral has also reported cyberhacking on his phone with words and spelling messed up–a frequent trick applied on my PC too. He sent me several examples including the one below. Later visit to a T-Mobile center, he reports, led to them informing him his language settings on the phone had been changed–by someone else, Geral says, not himself, also evidence of cyberhacking.

Geral also called me on Sunday, March 20, to document his extensive sleep-deprivation to the point of being kept up all night and being able to sleep only at 7 am in the morning, then sleeping through the day and waking at 7 or 8 pm at night. I noted to him “This is outrageous assault on your life and time” and he asked me to emphasize that “Please note that no rem Sleep is allowed. So I AM sleepy all the time.”
This is clearly intentional persecution–and it Must be stopped.

Now in between this past week of correspondence, various dramas have been playing out here as well, including a rather incredible assault on me in the early hours of March 22–directly after I published an article countering the Disinfo being published to illegal-FBI-targets by Richard Lighthouse in clear protection of the illegal and unlawful FBI-CIA-NSA-DHS overt and covert construct of placing soldier mercenaries operating microwave weapons from houses and cars in multiple “fusion houses” in neighborhoods, which I mentioned in my response:

Once again, thanks to Geral Sosbee for being unafraid to reveal the crimes executed on his being by agencies who prefer to worship secrecy and enact Terror than succeed in routing out crime (impossible since the latter emanates from themselves).

This paper identifies a gross injustice upon Americans and society and seeks theoretically to offer a framework for further analysis of the cogent issues presented herein.
The central focus of this study is on the so-called criminal justice system (cjs), a new secret cjs, the corrupt judges (tripartite) and the insensitive politicians who ignore the problems associated with criminal conduct by the fbi, police, and judges (including federal judges everywhere), all of whom seem to be in imaginary pursuit of new victims for the cjs.
I also suggest herein the need to publicly address the macabre problems which are caused by the fbi as presented or referenced in this study.

After some forty-seven years of my association with the fbi, I have learned from my personal and professional experiences the following: the fbi…
…regularly, routinely and ritually engage in covert crime sprees against their political Targets;
…use operatives to impose on the Targets blanket surveillance, assaults and battery, threats, character assassination, attempted murder (or actual murder where the Target is often forced into suicide by the fbi’s inhumane and unrelenting crimes against the Target) …
…use bio-chem-viral agents and infections to incapacitate or kill the Target;

… manipulate federal judges (usually U.S. Magistrates) to issue secret orders that fraudulently provide the fbi with “legal” authority to engage in ‘supervisory control’ (euphemism for torture, imprisonment, murder) over the life of the Target. These judges are fully supported by SCOTUS and by the U.S. Congress (see my report on Senator John Cornyn of Texas). These same judges and justices offer the Target no Due Process, no opportunity to be advised of the allegations against him/her, and no avenue to challenge the secret orders. The Bill of Rights is ignored.
…use advanced deep space based high technology such as microwave, directed energy weaponry (DEW) and extremely low sensitive sound wave (ELF) to cause serious bodily injury or death of the Target (I have documented multiple injuries on my person, including heart disease, 80% loss of hearing, cerebral vascular disease, et al.)
…employ an army of civilian provocateurs 24/7/365 (including at times ordinary citizens, neighbors of the Target and doctors) to engage in horrific ‘gas lighting’ operations in efforts to drive the Target insane. Medical doctors, dentists, mechanics et al engage in crimes against the target as directed by the fbi with the authority of the federal judges whose outrageous orders are honored globally.
My considered professional judgement compels me to report here that, as I am admitted as an attorney to practice law in the federal courts, I have learned that the judges there are aware of my seventeen years of documenting in court and online fbi atrocities against me (see my sworn affidavits 2007, 2014 and my WRIT).
Further, as the fbi and at least one medical doctor advised me to “commit suicide”, have injured me so seriously as to cause hospitalization on different occasions, have destroyed my personal property and vehicles causing serious stress, and have threatened me in my face, I have overwhelming evidence to support these statements. Another medical doctor sought a way to help fbi place me in a mental ward for complaining of high tech assaults (See part 20 of My Story In Detail). The federal judges are aware of these crimes against my person. Yet, they continue to authorize such crimes by the fbi ongoing for about 47 years.
When each crime is committed against me and others similarly targeted, I conclude that the judges are principals to these offenses and are accessories to felonious crimes and civil law violations including intentional infliction of severe emotional distress caused by the fbi and its institutionalized counter intelligence program against Targets. When the fbi sends thugs and assassins to physically and psychologically harass the Target, the goal is to force him/her into a final exit. This may constitute attempted murder in many jurisdictions, or actual murder when the Target commits suicide because the fbi’s intent is to cause the death of the target.
In consideration of this and my other reports, my law suits against fbi, and other documentaries, I accuse the federal judges along with fbi, of multiple counts of attempted murder and innumerable other crimes against me that I have reported for the past several decades.
United States magistrate judges empower and embolden the fbi to engage in unconscionable crimes against our people, including torture and murder of selected political Targets.
I have tentatively identified one such federal magistrate judge (hereinafter referred to as mj) but the name is not mentioned here for obvious reasons. That jm is not a real judge as we normally think of them, but he often has the power of a federal judge. He is a de facto operative of the fbi who regularly issues secret orders and other abusive and corrupt civil process as the fbi dictates against persons whom the fbi seeks to destroy.
One must recognize that the fbi approves of and issues clearances for each such mj who is paid very well and who often aspires to and achieves higher positions in the federal judiciary. Their careers are largely enhanced by their fbi friends, so they seek to please the fbi by honoring fbi requests.
In civil cases the jm sits in private chambers with fbi agents, hears reports by fbi assassins and torturers who often request expanded authority over their victims, and the mj eagerly gives these fbi/mafia types any order that they request.
I believe that I am one such Target who has nevertheless been able in the past 30 years to expose the fbi and the jm as bestial thugs who engage in crimes against humanity and who enlist many others in government to serve the overthrown regime that today calls itself the United States of America.
Of all the quislings in government who help the fbi silence whistleblowers and dissidents, the mj is the most dangerous and vile of all because the mj undermines fundamental human, civil & constitutional law and manipulates traditional public policy by serving as a rubber stamp for fbi assassins and torturers. The fbi indoctrinates all authorities in the United States of America by the use of a cleverly designed system that brings fbi in direct contact with police, prosecutors, legislators and others for the purpose of control of all authorities. The method of fbi pervasive contact is referred to as liaison with FUSION CENTERS (i.e., FC) which are intended to feed data from fbi files to the agencies at city, state and federal levels in order to influence, prejudice and control responses to fbi Targets who may come in contact with authorities.

Standardize globally all FC operations and in the words of the fbi ‘to unify all government authority in a front against terrorism’ and other national security and criminal threats that put Americans at risk.
The complexity of the FC system now being used everywhere is made more incomprehensible by secret court orders, particularly by federal magistrate judges (i.e., ‘fmj’) who often issue the orders for and at the request of the fbi. These orders are based on fbi’s false representations, rumors, innuendos and flat out perjurious statements by fbi. As an attorney licensed to practice law in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, I investigated the fmj in order to determine how illegal and indeed criminal are the orders issuing from the ‘fmj’. The reason I am interested in ‘fmj’ is that I am a Target of fbi kill squads and I am on the list of subjects included in the FC system. I have also learned that before or during the fbi campaign to silence me as a fbi whistleblower (in the same manner that the fbi uses to silence, incapacitate or kill other Targets) the fbi places the Target (I.e., me) into a cruel, blanket surveillance and assault program globally that is designed to force the Target into neuroses, confusion or in search of a final exit. The fbi goal is to end the life of the Target. Wherever the Target goes, the Target is assaulted by thugs and assassins and the Targets’ reactions to extreme provocations and injuries are presented to the fmj in order to further assault and medicate the Target and at the same time to apply high tech, military grade weaponry (i.e., Directed Energy Weaponry–DEW, Extremely Low Frequency soundwaves—ELF, etc., against the Target.) These assaults cause serious bodily injury and sometimes death.
When the Target responds to the physical and psychological attacks by fbi, the fmj examines the response to determine whether the Target should be locked up. If the Target seek help from police or other local or state authority, the FC prevents any assistance for the Target. Never mind that the Target is innocent and often never the subject of criminal nor civil adverse allegations. The beleagured Target is under the control of fbi’s counterintelligence apparatus which also includes all FC participants. Currently, I document several instances of police corruption by refusing to accept my reports, falsifying my reports and threatening me for filing reports. Also, prosecutors refuse to prosecute crimes against me, even when the fbi operative confesses to the crimes.

The assault program by the fbi against the Target is so intense and violent that many Targets simply break down and end up in jail, a mental ward, or dead by suicide or by the assaults. Some Targets act out and go on a killing spree. Yet, the general public is never told about fbi’s unconscionable assaults on the Targets. No Longer True: The NSA “Isn’t Getting Violent Internally in the US”: Millions Today in US Are Targeted with RF/Scalar/Sonic Weapons, Nano Weapons, Neuro Weapons, Chem/Bio Weapons

In a recent article boldly stating the National Security Agency is a criminal organization—which is probably exactly what it is, along with the DHS, the FBI, the CIA, the DOD, USAF, USSOCOM, and various other Federal agencies and military corporations engaging in treasonous criminal activities of non-consensual neuro-experimentation and non-disclosed techno-surveillance against Americans, as detailed through extensive reportage on domestic US surveillance, stalking, and Spectrum/Radar/Sonic/Scalar weapon use on citizens at this media site, CIA whistleblower Barbara Hartwell’s site, and various other sites online–Paul Craig Roberts quotes Bill Binney, former Technical Director of the NSA and outstanding NSA whistleblower who states baldly, of the NSA:
“To prevent whistle-blowing, NSA has “a program now called ‘see something, say something’ about your fellow workers. That’s what the Stasi did. That’s why I call [NSA] the new New Stasi Agency. They’re picking up all the techniques from the Stasi and the KGB and the Gestapo and the SS. ‘New Stasi Agency’ does have the powerful ring of truth to it. However, Paul Craig Roberts may wish to update the nation further on the state of affairs today, which has regressed from mere spying on cellphones–in a mass spying program which NSA recently moved quietly to close down, or say they are closing down–to brutal hacking of brains and bodies.
Keeping America in the dark–as mainstream media has long been doing and continues irresponsibly to do–about the current and ongoing use of deadly anti-personnel Electronic Warfare and Neuro Surveillance weapons on Americans (as also on people worldwide, through the Global Gestapo established by the NWO) is doing this country a great disservice.

Violence By Another Name
Not just the NSA, but the FBI, the DHS, DOJ, DOD, DARPA, NIH, NGA, and associated government and private groups appear to have all moved now to covert forms of violence, as the NIJ sought to manage, in the ’90s, and as geared for in both military and law enforcement doctrine through the ’80s and ’90s as “Non-Lethal Weapons” were developed:
One form of violence is psychological terrorism and subjugation, inclusive of mental health labeling and physical stalking.
In addition to in-house Stasi surveillance which NSA employees can themselves be subjected to, NSA whistleblower Karen Stewart reports that the NSA has other, KGB-style internal mechanisms in place to shut down questioning of internal fraud, waste, and corruption, most profound among these being enforced fraudulent psychiatric evaluations and actual physical stalking off-premises, as was her own experience and which she has detailed in several interviews including this early one in March 2016 with me:

“See something, say something” is also what the DHS urges today–as also the National Sheriff’s Association which organizes Neighborhood Watch Groups, and they could not go far without the obliging services of the FBI in stepping blithely into neighborhoods armed with falsified records, falsely-acquired court-notifications, false narratives and fabricated labels and aiming to tar and smear anyone of stand-out integrity, conscience, eloquence, or spine for use, abuse, and stamping-out in targeting, stalking, and trafficking into non-consensual military and University projects—involving New Age neuro and military stealth weapons, all enacting violence—and absolute life-sabotage.

Violence in Silence—With Proven Stealth Assault Weapons, Coming Now Openly to Police Departments?
This is physical violence, and this is a leading NSA whistleblower reporting the use of violence on Americans, internally in the USA; the use of Stealth Assault Weapons such as microwave weapons, sonic weapons, scalar weapons, and covertly-implanted RFIDs or bioweapon systems which project “Silent Hits” on people remotely–hinted at in this ACLU report on the FBI’s terrorism watchlisting process–using invisible radiation/plasma/sonic projectiles does not make them any less violent, assaultive, invasive, intrusive, or forceful, as their euphemistic military label “Non Lethal Weapons” might falsely and palliatively invite anyone to think.
The more accurate term for them, I would contend, is Stealth Assault Weapons or Bio Hacking and Neuro Hacking or Brain Hacking weapons: using bio-resonance frequencies against people, they target human organs, joints, nerves, muscles, bones, and brains, they attack health, vitality, fitness, and mental prowess, they destroy, degrade, disrupt, and deceive humans.
And while overtly, public disclosure of these weapons by talking heads, researchers, Intel agencies and mainstream media is still carefully attenuated as seen recently in the debacle of the Cuba and China diplomatic personnel attacks where talk of the “mystery” went on forever, it appears that such disclosure is being stepped up–and not necessarily with beneficent intent–with the eventual mention of microwave radiation effects by Dr. Beatrice Golomb, Professor of Medicine at University of California, San Diego, and microwave weapons by the NY Times,after which experts who were called in like James Giordiano, self-confessed US military neuroweapon creator, also admitted to the existence of same.
Neuroweapons Considered Now for Open Police Use
Momentously, given the decades of US Government silence, denial, and refusal to acknowledge this new form of attack on humans, it appears in fact that psychotronic weapons or neuroweapons–which have apparently been in field-testing for over two decades on Americans, as per published NIJ (National Institute of Justice) annual reports which only refrain from naming them as such, referring allusively to “advanced technology” while acknowledging “laser, microwave, electromagnetic technologies”–are now being openly and seriously considered for inclusion in local police arsenals.
The evidence for this possibility comes from a rather extraordinary document, also freely available online and recently sent to this writer by researcher Dr. Millicent Black.
In this Command College journal article published in 2013, a Law Enforcement officer, now a Police Chief, Michael Basgall, in Clovis, California examined closely the question of psychotronic neuroweapon use by Police Departments as a “future” tool for use by PDs, and concluded that they had “the potential to be a great tool for law enforcement” but would “require complete public support” since “the public may be strongly adverse to its use by law enforcement due to its extremely intrusive nature”: What Impact Will Psychotronic Weapons Have on Crisis Negotiation Teams 52-Basgall
Notably, military Voice to Skull technologies and other brain manipulating neuro-technologies including radio frequency neuroweapons to instantly put hostage-holders to sleep, are mentioned in this article (which will also be reported on separately here, shortly).
Also notable is that the NSA, in 2014, revealing thus its own expertise in this area, advised that a certain American traveling abroad had been in a country which did possess a high-powered microwave weapon system which could produce the symptoms he had reported: “to weaken, intimidate, or kill an enemy over time and without leaving evidence.”
As many American and foreign targets of the NSA and their covert agency partners today report, NSA acknowledged that this weapons system is intended to “bathe a target’s living quarters in microwaves, causing numerous physical effects, including a damaged nervous system.“
On this subject, it is also apposite to mention that further revelations of NSA involvement in radio-hypnosis neuroweapon programs, often exclusively attributed to the CIA, post the MK ULTRA discoveries of the Church Committee Hearings in the ’70s, have been published online by whistleblowers.

It should be known widely also that weapons of brain degradation are today slowly being revealed by the US Military–always of course within the simulated framework of America needing to defend itself against other countries’ usage of such weapons on Americans.

NSA Remote Neural Monitoring Lawsuit: NSA Employee St. Clair Akwei Vs. NSA
Then consider the monitoring and probing of human brains for Surveillance, which apparently the NSA has been doing remotely for decades.
Is brain probing invasive or non-invasive, violent or non-violent?
In 1992, John St. Clair Akwei, an NSA employee, filed a lawsuit against the NSA, wherein he described in quite detailed fashion how the NSA non-consensually probes brains remotely with EMF energy, monitors brains continuously with Remote Neural Monitoring, reads brains, modifies brains, and generally engages in invasive, neuroethics-defying stunts to the nth degree, aggressively bombarding its targets with “electronic harassment” and brain frequencies designed to destroy.
Neuro-modification via assaultive, damaging brain frequencies, many would contend, is violence.
This lawsuit has been freely available on the Internet for at least two decades now, and details a system of remote monitoring that the NSA has apparently been engaging in for ages.

Worldwide Targeting Survey Overseen by NSA Whistleblowers Bill Binney and Kirk Wiebe
Former Technical Director of the NSA Bill Binney has now been apprised of these crimes by Americans, as have other prominent NSA and CIA whistleblowers such as Thomas Drake, Kirk Wiebe, and John Kiriakou.
A worldwide survey was initiated a year ago by American human rights activists Cait Ryan and Karla Smith concerned about the horrific human rights abuses being reported both within the US and worldwide; this was endorsed by Mr. Binney and Mr. Wiebe, two NSA whistleblowers who took an interest in examining these abuses and studying the voluminous evidence in photographs, medical imaging, radiological scanning reports provided by those reporting 24/7 assault on their persons with EMF radiation and sonic/scalar/nano neuroweapons. Preliminary information about the survey results were published here; further information is yet to be known.
It is possible therefore that Mr. Binney made the cited comment at a time when he was personally unaware of the extreme human rights abuses being reported by Americans just as much as people outside this country.
We Cannot Continue To Let Off These Treasonous Intelligence & Security Agencies When Extreme Human Rights Abuses Are Being Reported
No journalist today can ignore all this evidence. But there is as we know a massive Cover-Up Op ongoing, and the only reason it holds sway over the minds of the deceived public is the enormous reach of the lying, deceiving, Government propaganda-pushing mainstream media edifice.

So really, the act of repeating today, without comment, that the NSA “(is not) getting violent yet that we know of–internally in the US” adds to that Cover Up, and becomes nothing less than a wilful turning from the inundating thousands of reports from desperate, pleading Americans reporting the torturous, 24/7 use on their bodies of pulsed microwave weapons, ELF weapons, Radio Frequency organ-destroying weapons, and Satanic, neural play in their heads of dark military bio-communications technologies such as V2K, synthetic telepathy, EEG heterodyning, and Brain Computer Interface brain-hacking weapons and bio-robotizing weapons.
And even that is only the tip of the iceberg because it appears WBANs, neurostimulators, nanotech implants, self-assembling nanotech, direct contact weapons, chemical weapons, biological weapons, and psychological weapons are all also being used on people today, in mass experimental projects or small exclusive studies—very much inside the US (just as much as abroad) and most emphatically involving the infliction of pain.

This Stealth Assault Weapon Use—Misnamed “Non-Lethal”–Constitutes Torture, a Crime Against Humanity
In a new series examining the commonalities between today’s EMF/Neuroweapon targeting tortures and classic CIA/DOD torture, Dr. Millicent Black and I have looked at US Code definitions of Torture, at former President Bill Clinton’s disavowal of torture, and at Physicians Committee for Human Rights’ reports highlighting the role of medical professionals and psychologists in devising modalities for torture, quite in contravention of Hippocrates oaths and basic morality.

Universities, hospitals, and research institutions, Defense contractors, and local governments and police departments appear to be involved in both running and condoning these Extreme Torture Testing Projects—which are being hidden by Secrecy, Surveillance, “Crime Prevention,” and “Fighting Crime.”
Hippocrates’ “Do No Harm” Replaced Today by “Do Maximum Harm”
In fact it is fairly clear to all those reporting such extreme assaults on their bodies and brains that the “Do No Harm” directive of Hippocrates which may have been sincerely meant once upon a time by principled medical students taking that oath no longer applies as far as medical professionals associated with the US Air Force, US Navy, Air Force Research Labs, NSA, DARPA, CIA and other weapons-testing military divisions are concerned, nor any private companies contracting with same, including Universities, hospitals, and research institutions.
Clinical researchers using EMF/Sonic & other stealth technologies non-consensually on the bodies of people today have replaced Do No Harm with Do Maximum Harm, as the numbers of thousands of reporting victims, many pushed to suicide or experimented on until maximum bodily damage and death, can attest. These Abuses Start With Surveillance Abuses: NSA, FBI, DHS Are Culpable

FBI’s Terrorist Screening Center Director Reveals Terror Watchlist Names Are Provided to 1441 Private Entities
Just two weeks ago, a CAIR (Council for American Islamic Relations) lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the watchlist on behalf of a group of American citizens wrongfully watchlisted led to a federal magistrate demanding that the government disclose the names of all private groups receiving names of watchlistees—since apparently “hundreds of private entities like universities and hospitals receive access to the list.” (http://www.dailyjournal.net/2019/02/22/us-terror-watchlist-3)
“In response to Trenga’s order, TSC Deputy Director of Operations Timothy Groh filed a written statement earlier this month acknowledging that 1,441 private entities have received permission to access the watchlist. Groh says those private entities must be in some way connected to the criminal justice system. This does not cover what other Government agencies do with the watchlist:
“The fewer-than-700 entities referenced in the lawsuit refers only to those private entities that get the data directly from the Terrorist Screening Center. Nor is there any clarity from the FBI’s TSC as to why watchlist names are being submitted to police forces at Universities and hospitals and private security agencies, for what purpose. Is this also the means whereby researchers at Universities, Department of Defense, and other institutions are being given the names and details of those watchlisted, to non-consensually experiment on?
In this regard, the testimonial of thousands of those reporting targeting crimes becomes crucial: most report being persecuted by 1) multiple relay-stalking groups who variously take up residence in their neighborhoods, harass them on roadways, and assault them with RF/acoustic technologies anywhere they travel; 2) they also report being treated rudely or being overtly monitored by retail businesses, as well as 3) being stalked by local police, campus police, Fire, and EMS vehicles, as well as 4) being overtly subjected to continuous public aerial stalking with small planes, drones, and helicopters.

FBI, CIA, NSA Whistleblowers Testify to Fusion Centers Running Stasi Operations on Americans
FBI and NSA whistleblowers Geral Sosbee and Karen Stewart also testify to FBI/NSA involvement and a vast private-sector network contracting with fusion centers to run COINTELPRO and Stasi operations on Americans. Geral Sosbee has opined that this enterprise is commandeered by the FBI.
Barbara Hartwell, CIA whistleblower, has also written extensively about Directed-Energy Weapon use on Americans and spoken of the unConstitutional domestic operations of the CIA and FBI in domestic persecution activities against citizens.
Former NSA Technical Director Bill Binney has previously spoken of the deleterious impact of public-private partnerships, openly acknowledged by DHS, which has now also established liability protections for the manufacturers of “anti-terrorism technologies” with the SAFETY Act.
Indeed, it appears the private sector creates “Homeland Security” policy today, as this note on the US Chamber of Commerce website suggests: “As 85% of our nation’s critical infrastructure is owned or operated by the private sector, it is vital to our economic and national security that business is actively involved in the formulation of homeland security policies.”
Journalist Vic Livingston has exposed the primary role played by behemoth Defense contractor Lockheed Martin in running “gangstalking” operations in all 50 states and operating a command center Electromagnetic grid for EMF harassment and persecution of all being targeted.
The US Government has acknowledged that hundreds of thousands of names are added to the watchlist as “known or suspected terrorists” every year, even though they will not disclose the exact number.

Time to Wrap Up The Wrongful, Racketeering, Trafficking Operation of “Surveillance”
It is time therefore to wrap up the wrongful operations of “Surveillance” which basically open wide the door to racketeering, trafficking, revenge operations, non-consensual military and Intelligence experimentation and wholesale assault of the citizenry with stealth assault weaponry under guise of all manner of covers, including research, criminal justice, and national security, while essentially inflicting massive violence, in secret, on the American and worldwide population.
The unchecked expansion of the Surveillance state has also been driven by and drives the continuous military and private-sector expansion into ever more intrusive, invasive, and inhumane technologies engaging in remote manipulation of the human body and brain, while enjoying expansive funding as “Biometric Surveillance” and “Remote Sensing and Tracking” supposedly vital to “National Security.”

Abstract: This paper presents an historical perspective on the profound corruption of law and society of the USA by J. Edgar Hoover and his offspring, the fbi.
The Issue
During the unstoppable rise to power of fbi, J. Edgar Hoover (JEH) and universal fascist indications, especially during the roaring ’20s and the sorrowful Depression of the decade, from 1929-1939 (and continuing at the speed of light today), JEH was behind the curtain gathering and exercising brutal authority at the national, state and local levels.
JEH understood the meaning of fascism and nationalism by watching events in the ’30s & ’40s regarding threats by Nazis, Communism and attack on Pearl Harbor. He knew that power must be violently forged in international politics, war, and in standards for domestic rule.
JEH exploited all such threats on USA to consolidate his grip on media and all of society.
In essence JEH was a “Master of Deceit” who developed secret operations and technology to control his Targets. See my reports on psychological operations, gaslighting, and the use of chemical and biological attacks on selected individuals such as me.
The COINTELPRO also sprang up to further lay the foundation for destroying privacy; and the use of deep-space-based weaponry became the secret tool by which later fbi operations would torture, maim and kill adversaries.
JEH was born in 1895, bacame director of fbi in 1921 & 1924, and died in 1972. The overriding objectives during his life were to control the population and to foster extreme nationalism. After all, such goals also brought success to the most notorious human monsters of his time, Hitler, Mussolini et al.
JEH also created the fbi National Academy in 1935 where he and his followers would program all law enforcement officers in USA (and others around the world) in the brutal and often deadly art of control over the population. KILL was the key and was central to all training.
Other federal or national groups were also created so as to strengthen the power of JEH and his baby, the fbi. For example, Office of Coordinator of Information (an Intel & propaganda group) in 1941, OSS (Office of Strategic Services) in 1942 (subsequently the cia).
JEH gathered other staunch allies who shared his views on power. In 1947 the cia was formed with similar values. NCIC (National Crime Information Center) was created in 1947 when JEH realized the need for a federal (or ‘nationalistic’) system for demonizing Radicals, political enemies, and critics of the national government.
From 1953-1999, the U.S. Information Office gathered and shared war data with fbi and the intelligence community. Today, all Intel groups such as military, doj, cia, STATE DEPARTMENT, Congress, etc., follow fbi ‘s directives toward and for benefit of nationalistic control of the world (viz: NWO). A few men challenged JEH’s unrivalled rise to power: MARTIN LUTHER KING, JOHN F KENNEDY, et al. They were murdered.
I was born in 1945, served in US ARMY from ’66 – ’68 & fbi from ’71-’78. Soon after JEH appointed me as Special Agent, his cadre of ‘True Believers’ began psychological operations against me to discourage my continued service. Ultimately I was forced to quit, but fbi leaves no loose ends.

In an in-depth and candid conversation last night, Barbara Hartwell, CIA whistleblower and Geral Sosbee, FBI whistleblower spoke freely on the true depredations of Surveillance Abuse still ongoing in this New Year of 2019, where the CIA, FBI, and DHS engage today in unconscionable acts of persecution and rights violations against targets of their ire using undisclosed “Electronic Supervision Technologies” and “Federal Location Monitoring” which include deadly directed energy weapons and Psychological warfare to isolate and neutralize American lives of integrity and conscience.

Ms. McLean, a former FBI agent, has entered the news recently purporting to be a lifelong friend of Ms. Blasey Ford and testifying that she had not been coached to lie on a polygraph by her (as a former boyfriend of Ms. Blasey Ford had alleged, thereby calling into question the authenticity of Ford’s own polygraph for the Senate), but the fact remains, says Geral Sosbee, that Ms. Mclean, as counsel to the FBI, once produced a sworn affidavit in the courtroom at which his case against the FBI was being heard and stated blandly that no FBI investigation had been opened on him, while this FBI “investigation” essentially comprising extrajudicial and criminal “goon squad activity” was known to be common knowledge both within the FBI and in the courtroom.
In his statement, Mr. Sosbee has stated: “As a matter of common knowledge in the fbi and the cia (among other government agencies) the unofficial investigation (i.e. : covert and death squad activities) by the use of fbi and cia informants, operatives, handlers, contacts and undercover special agents and their assigns and contract thugs (such as those in Wackenhut as referenced in commentaries at this site) is pervasive, secretive and illegal throughout the U.S. and the world….
….while McLean ostensibly has no access to the fbi’s and the cia’s hit squad criminal activity, she knows or should know by virtue of her position as counsel to the fbi that such ‘goon squads’ exist and that Sosbee is and has been at all times (as set forth in this site and in the writ) targeted for neutralization by such squads {note: neutralization in this context generally means torture, imprisonment or death of the targeted person}; therefore, both McLean and Robinson, to the extent of their participation in the government cover-ups, are in fact terrorists and assassins for their secondary roles in the perjurious defending of the fbi ‘s (and the cia’s) high crimes, misdemeanors and crimes against Humanity as described in this and other sites.”
Targeted for Neutralization: Persecutory Surveillance Abuse Meted Out to Whistleblowers, Journalists, Innocent Americans
The kind of persecutory abuse previously meted out sporadically to whistleblowers from inside the Intelligence agencies and military has currently expanded it seems to include large swathes of the population, while being rather viciously focused still on whistleblowers as well as journalists of import, including this writer, who dare to report on the atrocity of this targeting and abuse as also on other issues of corruption and criminality rampant today in the Intelligence Community.
The advent of radiation weapons, WiFi, and cell phones appears to have exacerbated this situation by permitting Intelligence agency principals and minions free rein to surreptitiously and covertly attack Americans with impunity, with no due process, no Constitutional rights, no civil rights accorded those they randomly set within their sights to target with weaponry, budgeted counterintelligence operations, and goon squad COINTELPRO activity.
The problem is with Congress, says Mr. Sosbee, who knows this is happening yet does nothing to stop it. The corruption is endemic and runs deep. They are all blackmailing each other, Ms. Hartwell reminds us. The ways in which these bleak and torture-based operations are kept quiet and continue is through binding the mouths of politicians with bribes and blackmail. “They are morally bankrupt.”
Cultist Secret-Society New World Order Destruction of America
What this signals is nothing less than the dark rise of the cultist secret-society-run New World Order, an order of secretive laws, secretive courts, secret warrants, secret charges, secretly falsified records, and secret fraud-profiling of targets as criminals, mentally incompetent, mentally ill, autistic, and other expediences intended to permit on paper the “supervision” and management of targets in the community by the FBI and law enforcement. To this end, in-built protocols dictate free-fall recourse to the exigencies of Authoritarian Psychiatry by simply condemning targets to Psych Wards and Psych Commits whenever mention of directed-energy weapon usage on them (still known in mainstream media parlance as “Electronic Harassment”) is made public, or whenever Parallel-Construction provocation tactics yield distinct action of whatever kind, even verbal, offering Law Enforcement an “in” to enter the fray and run “Involuntary Holds” on targets or arrest them.
These gargantuan and Kafkaesque injustices are accompanied by a larger criminality and depravity, Ms. Hartwell elaborates, involving the destruction of American individuality, rights, psyche, society, media, ethos, and values, also via the permitted corruption and criminality rampant in the illegal actions and activities of the FBI and CIA and DHS, exacerbated after 9/11 with the pre-planned Patriot Act and extremist laws set in place then.
Lies of Media, Lies of Psychiatrists, Lies of Doctors
All this of course is hidden to many Americans by the lies of media, the kowtowing lies made via Mockingbird agents running Propaganda operations for the Intelligence Community, thereby protecting them continuously and implicating themselves in this nonstop trainwreck of crime—where innocent Americans become scapegoats and victims and the most cruel, inhumane persecutions wreaking nothing less than torture unto death, goaded mental breakdowns, life destruction, and death itself now being run in organized, budgeted, taxpayer-paid Government Death Squad Operations go unremarked, unacknowledged, and unpunished.
Fear holds many journalists in check, but obligations to paymasters and unrevealed political allegiances also do. American journalism therefore appears to have entered a miasmic tunnel of deceit and like American psychiatry and American medicine—professionals from these fields also walking the line between complicity and embraced ignorance—engages in open betrayal of truth and reality.
Geral Sosbee relays his own experience of how co-opted and planted doctors refuse all reports of military-grade stealth weaponry being used on people and hand out false diagnoses of “paranoid and delusional.” Psychiatry itself is problematic and questionable, points out Barbara Hartwell, and it is currently being used in tandem with Law Enforcement to bind people down with labels and neurotoxic medication—and by this means also keep all report of these terrible crimes hidden and withheld from the larger public.
Mental illness itself is today in question when military neuroweaponry is putting voices into heads and synthetic images and dreams as well, via V2K, synthetic telepathy, and subliminal radio and ultrasonic influence technologies and BCI-CBI tech—but media’s refusal to cover these honestly permits the lies of psychiatry to continue, and permits these crimes of Fusion Center assault and military/Intelligence experimentation also to continue.

Because the importance of journalism in this space cannot be overstated and because the future of humanity literally hinges on the actions we take today, all we can do, says Ms Hartwell, who says her Christian faith is what has supported her over the years of continuous persecution, is keep speaking out, exposing these crimes and drawing public attention to them. A small fraction of us are dealing in the truth and publishing the truth of these times, with whistleblowers now turned journalists, such as Geral Sosbee and Karen Melton-Stewart, with their immense body of writings freely published online, and others targeted also speaking out or writing books—many of whom this writer has had the privilege of interviewing, such as Natalie Moore, Cassandra, Gretta Fahey, Melanie Vritschan, Galina Kurdina, and others. We are publishing the unvarnished truth, we are alerting the world, and we are speaking out in order to awaken numbers of others who can each take action within their own spheres of influence to put an end to these incredible crimes and bring the old America, the one of “original intent” as Barbara Hartwell says, back. Earlier Legislative Efforts Preceding This Ban Neuro/DEWS Model Statute Initiative
Peace in Space notes that this 2018 Model Statute to Ban Neurotech Mind Control/DEWs was earlier introduced “in educational briefings in Brussels, Belgium to members of the European Parliament during 2011-2015 under the auspices of EUCACH.ORG.”
Indeed, this Model Statute to Ban Neurotech Mind Control Weapons, which was drafted by Alfred Webre, JD, MEd in close consultation with late Dr. Rauni Leena Luukanen-Kilde, former Chief Medical Officer of Finland, and other renowned international human rights advocates builds on earlier legislative efforts both in the United States and in Belgium at the European Union.
It should be known by all that HR 2977, the Space Preservation Act of 2001, which was introduced by Senator Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio) to the US House of Representatives but never passed, was authored by vigilant journalist and judge Alfred Webre.
In its language, the 2001 Space Preservation Act (which was not passed) called for a ban on space-based weapons aimed at, among other things, the destruction of equipment in space or human life on earth “(II) through the use of land-based, sea-based, or space-based systems using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of such persons or populations.” Exotic weapons systems such as chem trails and tectonic weapons systems were also mentioned in the Space Preservation Act.
Even before that, in 1999, a groundbreaking international effort to inform the European Parliament was undertaken by a small group of dedicated international human rights activists and analysts including Dr. Nick Begich, publisher at Earthpulse Press, investigative journalist and author of several books including, with writer Jeanne Manning, Angels Don’t Play this HAARP, and Controlling the Human Mind/The Technologies of Political Control or Tools for Peak Performance, and Lynn Surgalla, former Vice President of the US Psychotronics Association with Lockheed Martin work experience in her background, using the investigative research and analyses published also by leading researchers such as Cheryl Welsh, JD, author of MindJustice.org, Paul Baird, LLM, author of SurveillanceIssues.com, Soleil Mavis, author of Peacepink.org, and Harlan Girard, author of ICOMW.org.
As a consequence of the critical work by these seminal activists to raise world awareness, a resolution was published by the European Parliament that year, in 1999 (numbered B4-0551/95) warning of the results of the abuse of non-lethal directed-energy weapons, and demanding a ban of weapons aiming at “the manipulation of the human nervous system,” stating that “the maintaining of secrecy in military research is to be counteracted and the right to openness and democratic examination is to be strengthened” (European Parliament’s resolution B4-0551/95, paragraph 21).
Of this cornerstone resolution—which unfortunately has not in any way been enforced by the European Parliament to date, given all reports by engaged human rights neurotech/DEW activists in Europe, including ICATOR–Mojmir Babacek, researcher and author of “Psychotronic and Electromagnetic Weapons: Remote Control of the Human Nervous System” at Global Research notes:
“In the report by the European Parliament’s STOA (Science and Technological Options Assessment) panel “Crowd Control Technologies” the originally proposed text of the European Parliament’s resolution is quoted. There the European Parliament calls “for an international convention and global ban on all research and development, whether civilian or military, which seeks to apply knowledge of the chemical, electrical, sound vibration or other functioning of the human brain to the development of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings, including a ban on any actual or possible deployment (stressed by the author of the article) of such systems”. (40, pg CII, ref. 369).” –Mojmir Babacek
What the Model Statute to Ban Neurotech/Mind Control DEWS, 2018 Aims to Achieve
The Model Statute to ban Neurotech DEWs, 2018 Version seeks the following in protection of all humanity:
“The Model Statute Initiative bans the research & development, manufacture, possession, control, deployment, and/or operation of all new physics, scalar, plasma, or directed energy neurotech mind control weapons; and bans their use to torture or entrain human beings, animals, or living organisms in violation of International criminal and humanitarian law, including the Geneva Conventions and the Statute of the ICC – International Criminal Court.
The Model Statute Initiative can be adapted for adoption by international Treaty Conference (as was the Land Mines Treaty Conference that Princess Diana helped successfully create), as well as by any legislative body at the international, national, provincial, state, regional, municipal or local level, and enforcement by the designated appropriate lawful authorities.“

Urgency of Need for a Ban Against Mind & Body Control Weapons to Protect All Humanity
Recent news reports from China publicizing the use of “emotional surveillance” neuro monitoring technologies being used in mandatory fashion on the brains of thousands of factory workers under guise of improving human performance, in tandem with recent news reports as in the 60 Minutes MIT Media Labs coverage of demonstrated Synthetic Telepathy via neurostimulators and Brain Computer Interface technologies should alert all humanity that we are living in a critical time period today, when governments, Intelligence agencies, corporations, and militaries have the technological tools for complete and absolute domination over the entire human body and brain, and the power to monitor, manipulate, modify, assault, mutilate, degrade, and destroy every single human body and brain on the planet.
An extreme and criminal disservice to humanity has been achieved by mainstream media outlets such as The New York Times, The Washington Post, Wired, Vice, The Daily Beast, and others in keeping the progressive information on the development of these deadly military neuro/DEW mind and body control weapons from the public, by their steady discharge of Propaganda coverage for the Deep State, which has, true to Military Deception and Psychological Warfare form (as spelled out in Military and Intelligence manuals), sought to both openly downplay mind-control and body-control with remote energy weapons as “science fiction” and to openly deny, dismiss, decry, and discredit the numerous and increasing reports of experienced non-consensual assault with directed-energy weapons, neuroweapons, and RFID implants arising from all over the world over the last three to five decades.
At the level of the covered agencies and militaries comprising the “Deep State” and engaging in this non-consensual Neuro/DEW Mind Control assault experimentation/operation, a key aspect of this concealment has been to label all reporting victims “Targeted Individuals” and then run a series of Psychological Operations in their midst to tarnish them falsely as mentally ill, which has included co-opting mainstream media to run avid POPPCon (Psy Op Propaganda Piece Con artist coverage) against them, in efforts to disappear, discredit, and silence all public emergence of their vital testimonial as “paranoid and delusional.”
It must be noted that it was this exact modality of supreme deception and betrayal that was used to disappear the victims of radiation experimentation in the 1950s, and all other non-consensual subjects of military and Intelligence experimentation over the years, by having them falsely labeled, stigmatized, and silenced by corrupt doctors and psychiatrists as mentally ill, crazy, paranoid, delusional, and schizophrenic. the bio-robotizing or total takeover of the human body via takeover of the human brain, from a distance.
(All four effects are being reported currently.) What these weapons permit is Bio Hacking, Brain Hacking, and Life Hacking: this is exactly what is being reported currently, worldwide.
This therefore is the background. The Model Statute initiative to ban Neurotech/DEW Assault Weapons is urgently needed, and people everywhere, worldwide, in all your different spheres of influence are urged to participate in this effort and also to initiate and establish similar efforts worldwide to ban these terrible weapons, which are essentially New Age Weapons of Mass Destruction which promise Complete Body & Brain Takeover of Humanity.
