Letters sent to Mass. State Representative Tackey Chan in 2014 by email in PDF below. These were notifications of crime in Quincy and on this Writer’s person.

[Mr. Chan had responded to an earlier letter with a print letter–this letter needs to be found and scanned in; much has been lost by this writer thanks to neighborhood vandalism and break-ins, including her past US Passport and OCI Card, and complete private notebooks and logs of crimes. Clearly there is a neighborhood criminal coven here, one which has been in action for a long time; she does suspect her two closest neighbors, at 156 Pine and 150 Pine, the Le Mings and the Mazzeos, recorded often in many actions against her recently. The Passport and OCI card, in their jute envelope, were returned to her last August 2023, when she found these items in her family den TV cabinet, where she had once placed them, but had often looked for there since. In other words, that cabinet had been cleaned and re-organized several times over the years, and the sickening thief who stole these vital documents was clearly seeking to engage in a little gaslighting by placing them there in that same spot. The loss of these documents has caused irretrievable loss of time, added labor, and suffering as new visas to India had to be re-applied for year after year, and the passport had to be replaced.
These letters to Mr. Chan are important for many reasons, not least to establish that major aerial harassment, threat and intimidation using planes and helicopters was in action at this writer’s residence and over her street–clear acts of framing political persecution–in 2014, and for years since, right up to last night and this morning: April 25, 2024, as she reviews and finalizes her Formal Notice of Torture in the United States, first published on April 22, 2024.]
Added note: 3:43 pm, April 25, 2024: This writer is currently being blasted with 5G and microwave pulse shots in her face, and on her nose, clearly to stop her breathing, from RF HPM weaponry from all neighbors’ houses around, particularly the Mazzeo 150 Pine shed, Le MIng house, and parked SUVs in the driveways of the 153/151 Pine [QPD/QDC/DCF Blondie/Kimberly Johnson/Brianne HIgson Starsiak & Stanley Starsiak house]. Current DE/Neuro weaponry focus seems to be on nose to stop her breathing, throat to make her sick (attack the thyroid gland), back of brain to put her to sleep and confuse her thinking (medulla oblongata, cerebellum), left arm and shoulder to break it, eyes to destroy her eyesight, upper back to destroy her lungs (signals from directly across, 153/151 Pine and 149/147 Pine), and back of shoulders and front to weaken and muscle-fatigue her into sickness. A few minutes earlier, as she stepped out into her yard a grey pickup with a “Koch” sticker accelerated powerfully up the hill past her–no need for such excess revving up at all anytime, but is this grey pickup, clearly a fusion center contractor truck wielding weapons, trying to send her a message? Meanwhile, she is being kept from breathing.
The assaults spoken of here to Mr. Chan clearly continue. Mr. Chan, like Mr. Koch, are both responsible for these crimes. Do they Not know how to say NO to Military weapons-testers? They certainly seem to know how to pad their pockets with Military dollars. Much more needs to be said on this subject–especially as new events are daily unfolding, and this writer will say it elsewhere shortly. Luckily for all, she Has learned how to breathe like a rabbit–shallowly, Just To Stay Alive.
