US Journalists and human rights advocates were notified (in the plural) about the abuses of EMF Radiation Neuroweaponry use on civilians in 2014 by this writer and journalist.
Posted below is one of the letters sent, inclusive of additional material. The report detailing these crimes, the call for a Congressional Committee, a list of books and other references, suggestions regarding venues for exploration were enclosed.

Journalists in the mainstream Press have in fact sought to hide these crimes. This writer’s comprehension of Media Perfidy has grown only over Time.
As people may note from this letter and report as well, this writer’s comprehension of what exactly has been going on with the use and abuse of energy and neuroweaponry on Americans in America and people worldwide in their own countries has also grown only over Time, as also her understanding of US government, its structure, its functioning, its history, its police arm and secrecy, its slaveship construct and its hiding of its “elites,” Roman and German it appears, not English in the main, behind lies, not laws.

Dear journalist or human rights advocate,
I am sending you this letter and document because I read and admire your journalism/or am aware of and admire your work in the arena of human rights. Recipients of this letter comprise primarily progressive, ethical, conscientous journalists and progressive, active human rights groups unafraid to probe complex issues and investigate unsavory situations with the interests of Truth in mind.
I am writing to inform you of a tremendous human and civil rights violation currently underway in the United States–as elsewhere in the world, particularly in the UK, Europe, and all NATO countries, but also in Asia, suggestive of a globally-governed program–that is not covered in mainstream media, and that has been covered up for years–by way of facile Defense classifications and directives, post 9-11, post-AUMF, and post-NDAA–by professionals in the fields of medicine, neuroscience, psychiatry, artificial intelligence, cybernetics, law, law enforcement, public administration, and social service, who
have come to know about its existence and continuance.
Very plainly, the US Military, in collusion with Intel agencies such as the NSA and FBI, and in a massive cover-up operation involving the collusion of neighborhoods, communities, and private
businesses, has been and is covertly and clandestinely torturing American civilians, (particularly outspoken activists, writers, and community members, in essentially a blatant “neutralizing of dissent”) 24/7 with deadly radio-frequency radiating neuroweaponry, euphemistically termed non-lethal weapons, and Remote Neural Monitoring technologies, both of which permit operators to remotely irradiate and manipulate human beings, in officially-sanctioned and clandestinely-run Non-Lethal Weapons testing programs on the civilian American population.
All attempts by experiencing and suffering victims of this ongoing torture to report, gain redress for, or to prosecute these crimes have been derailed by a colluding professional class trained by the Military to dismiss reporting individuals as mentally unstable, and particularly, as suffering from paranoid schizophrenia, schizoid-affective disorders, and delusions of persecution (by the government). In tandem with irradiation attacks by remote-controlled neuroweaponry, victims are also being harassed in other ways in public, often in the most absurd ways, carefully constructed apparently to cast reporting individuals as paranoid. Reports by activists on the Internet about this phenomenon frequently use the term OSEH–Organized Stalking and Electronic Harassment. (There is also much planted disinformation on the Net.)

compelling me to research and speak out about it. A book I found invaluable in aiding my understanding is New World Wars: Revolutionary Methods for Political Control, by Mark Rich. Books by Renee Pittman and Robert Duncan, as well as information online from Cheryl Walsh, Harlan Girard, EUCAH, and other groups in Europe and Canada also aided my understanding. I enclose a partial list of references with my account, and I detail my own experience. I also include my notes for questions to ask any prospective Congressional Committee, and possible directions to explore as a journalistic or human rights investigator to bring this horror to light.
I am sending you this material in hope: that you will read, research, and explore all reports of thiscurrently-occurring crime; that you will, in your research, get past the set-up cover-ups of psychiatric instability and paranoia being attributed to reporting individuals by lettered and corrupt or misled psychiatrists; that you will in some way, however small, work to openly investigate this crime, and play a part in publicizing it and bringing it to an end. I believe that many people, working for a common goal, can surely succeed in creating a Thunderclap of awareness of this issue–this has to be a much bigger revelation than the mass surveillance uncovered by Snowden, but surely it is a part of that same scenario. Without massive surveillance, a rash of clandestine operations, and carefully-maintained secrecy, no weapons-testing program or dissent-silencing program on civilians could exist.
We are living in an Age of Deception, an Age of Government Secrecy, an Age of Military Domination, an Age of Weaponizing Science and Technology, an Age of Imperial Dominance, an Age of Control, Censorship, and Repression: there is much that is being hidden from us. Please persist in your investigations; many many civilians in the US are affected, and many are suffering much more than I am. It is as much for them as for myself that I am calling on journalists to investigate and research and openly and clearly write about this crime.
