Twenty-one years ago, in a series of exceptional actions curiously unreported by mainstream media, an event so momentous occurred in the USA that today, as news finally trickles out, with social-media-shares of new interviews that Postmaster-General-of-the-World, Federal-Postal-Judge, Commander-in-Chief :Russell-Jay: Gould has given lately (with Winifred Adams of Making Life Brighter, Nigesti: Abraham,Whitley Deputy of Iron Sharpens Iron, Robert David Steele, myself, at Ramola D Reports), and with the current major release of his new documentary film from filmmaker Rachel-Dara: Prince, :Last-Flag-Standing, and with reposts of his excellent, disclosing War: Castles documentary broadcasts from Robert Atkins revealing what exactly he has done—along with his late business partner, :David-Wynn: Miller–people can hardly believe it is true.
This is the great secret that the US government corporation principals are keeping from you, says :Russell, because to reveal the secret would be to reveal themselves as fraudulent, invalid, and impostors on land and sea.
In Summary
With his business partner :David-Wynn: Miller, :Russell-Jay: Gould has essentially averted a takeover of the USA by the British Crown at the time of the third US bankruptcy (from 1929) anticipated to end on the 2nd of November 1999 (with a date of 12 September, 1999 marking the 45-day-lame-duck-time-frame), by intervening at the right time, close to the end, on 12 August 1999, and filing title and copyright for a statement-of-ownership Title 4 American flag written in Correct Parse-Syntax quantum-grammar at the United Nations and the US Post Office “as a corporation claiming the land of contract during time of negotiation,” (:Russell-Jay: Gould, Ramola D Reports | Report #179: Russell-Jay: Gould, Message to the People), after the United States failed to produce such a copyright succeeding their lawsuit on 25 July 1999.
In this, and other actions of joinder with the US Post Office in July 2000 (described further below) in anticipation of the narrow window of time when the US Post Office, which authorizes US Government, and the estate and office of the Presidency had to be vacated for 18 days at the time of the Presidential elections in November 2000, :Russell-Jay: Gould, as “the last flag standing,” succeeded in becoming the sovereign successor to the Queen of England, British monarch, head of the still-alive British Empire, in the rather sweeping and historic position of Postmaster-General of the World, within the prevailing Admiralty or Maritime Law—with kingly powers to authorize or disqualify governments, banks, militaries, while moving cargo, ships, vessels of every kind, whether ships, documents, or people into and out of ports and courts around the world.
Background and Context: Bankruptcies, Post Office Control of The World, Shipping Wars
STUDYING BANKRUPTCIES: Studying bankruptcies, :Russell reports in :War-Castles I, was something he was led to while tussling for many years with the US judicial system on matters of sovereignty and jurisdiction, and discovering that employees of courts including judges were protected as bankrupt by the Foreign Sovereign Immunity Act:
“The employees of the courtroom being the judges, the clerks, the sheriffs, the bailiffs, the court, the prosecutors, the defendants–they would all jump behind what was called the Foreign Sovereigns’ Immunity Act…it was the bankruptcy protection of sovereigns—they were no longer sovereigns when they were bankrupt…so what we had to do was uncover what made them bankrupt; how did they get to that bankrupt position to be under the gun, under the safeguard of the Foreign Sovereign Immunity Act, and so it took us into studying where the United States government came up through three bankruptcies stemming from when they first borrowed the money on July 1st, 1775.” (:Russell-Jay: Gould, :War-Castles, I)
Interestingly, the date July 4, 1776, which Americans believe is the day of Independence and freedom from slavery is apparently the opposite: the day the colonies fell legally into debt via the one year and one day and 3-day rescission, 3-day notice rules of banking–3 days after July 1, and one year after 1775–when Benjamin Franklin as first US Postmaster-General borrowed 1.6 million francs from the French, kicking off the first US bankruptcy. Judge Dale, in his expose of US Inc in The Great American Adventure says the Founding Fathers copied concepts of government, constitution, and postal system from the Iroquois Federation, who were already running a sophisticated form of government in the land mass of America before the British landed. OLD MASONIC POWER STRUCTURES AND CONSTRUCTS:
Relevant to this discussion is the historic Masonic system of power on the planet comprising shipping, postal, and banking constructs discussed by Sgt Horton in his video War Castles Overview where he discusses how people born on the planet are thereby pulled (as corporatized Birth Certificates or Persons, not living beings) into the old Masonic dual-pillared system of Admiralty or Maritime Law (Law of the Sea) on the one hand and Civil Jurisdiction (Law of the Land) on the other, a system enforced in the courts, and using for its media a handful of constructs to establish legitimacy and correspondence worldwide: the periodic table of elements, the strategic metals contract, the styles manual and the dictionary. Overseeing this system is the Post-Master-General-of-the-World, who has been, for centuries, the British Monarch, while the overseeing of shipping lanes and timelines is apparently done by the Vatican.
THE GLOBAL-POSTAL-UNION TRUST: The solution (out of this worldwide shipping-war Birth-Certificate-Fraud) that :David-Wynn: Miller and :Russell-Jay: Gould have created, not just for Americans, but anyone in the world, :Russell reports, involved their creation of a trust, making joinder with the US Post Office, and other complexities, a much larger subject to be covered more fully later (but also see end of this article, for transcript of :Russell-Jay: Gould’s clarifying information on this subject recorded at the Di-Rector’s Party Seminar, 2016). “So what I created or I found was … to implement a trust or a contract within their paradigm within that construct of the Postal Union, and so I established that on, I believe, it was, let me see if I could say this right, on July 13, 2000, I created the Postal-Inspector where the United States Post Office joined with me as Postmaster-General through Bill of Lading RR 294568221 US–and they joined with me and they put a label on my document—labels are tickets, tickets are stamps–and so you have that, you know they joined with my condition of state of thinking.” (Russell-Jay: Gould, Ramola D Reports | Report #177 | :Russell-Jay: Gould, Post-Master-General, Global-Quantum-Postal-Construct).
END OF THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE SYSTEM IN AMERICA WITH THE END OF THE BANKRUPTCY IN 1999: :Russell-Jay: Gould has stated in various interviews that the end of the bankruptcy in 1999 heralds the end of the system of usury whereby people are used as collateral via birth certificates which are monetized and securitized and traded on the stock market, making money for the shadowy Federal Reserve bankers who have defrauded the nation since the time of inception of the Federal Reserve in 1913, and who, along with the UN, IMF, World Bank, and international bankers were given carte blanche to do so since 1933 with the creation of the third US bankruptcy, but it appears that this fraudulent and flagrantly-deceiving birth certificate system is actually continuing. All fraud and crime apparently has precedent. Judge Dale in The Great American Adventure speaks of this US corporate creation of public trusts using birth registrations and other registrations, and the creation of corporate fictions/strawmen as having antecedent in ancient Roman trusts, in how all Roman citizens were expediently named dead by the Roman Senate unless they declared themselves alive after most of Rome was burned down in a staged false-flag event during Nero’s reign in July, 64 AD.

Returning to the story of how the Title 4 Flag (1:1.9 flag, Quantum-grammar flag) was used by :Russell-Jay: Gould and :David-Wynn: Miller to claim retention of the land of America for Americans includes a tryst with the Pentagon.

David-Wynn: Miller has stated that change was heralded in August 1999, after suing the Post Office in July 1999 for the U.S. flag, when he and :Russell-Jay: Gould filed a new correct-parse-syntax quantum-grammar description of the flag and won the patent.
:Russell-Jay: Gould reports that his first step prior to filing the flag with the United Nations and the US Post Office was to approach the Pentagon, to ask if the Title 4 flag had a copyright, and on learning that it hadn’t, to write a copyright and title in quantum-grammar himself (discussed earlier), after which he offered the flag on a lease to the Navy, and essentially made a contract with them.

“So the Pentagon, the Secretary of the Navy’s office, they’re like, ‘Well, no one’s done this,’ and they’re looking at the records and like, ‘Yeah this is correct, Holy Cow,’ and then I was like ‘Well, I’d like to issue you a lease to use the flag and give you directions that no one is to attack our soil.’” (:Russell-Jay: Gould, Interview with Rex Bear, The Leak Project, 9/11/2019)
The peace treaty with the US Navy for use of the flag and global-banking-constitution was made in 2003.

That peace treaty was later breached by the Pentagon on Dec 12, 2004, :Russell reports, which prompted the set-off of a condition of martial law and court-martialing of Bush and Cheney, a story told in the documentary :Last-Flag-Standing as well as in recent interviews.
What This Means Regarding the United States Government
IMPLICATIONS FOR ALL ADMINISTRATIONS SINCE BILL CLINTON:
The crowning achievement of claiming the land with the Title 4 flag, copyrighted and patented in quantum-grammar, on 12 August 1999, by :David-Wynn: Miller and :Russell-Jay: Gould—with their filings of the flag at the UN and US Post Office–which liberated the US from the British Crown, essentially abolished the US Presidency.
Recent US President Trustees & Pretend-Trustees of the Bankruptcy Which Ended in 1999

Simply put, the third international bankruptcy in which the United States government had been held since 1929, in unpaid debt to the foreign corporations of the IMF and World Bank, came to an end after the 70-year moratorium period on international bankruptcies closed on the 2nd of November 1999, and along with it, apparently by international banking law, ended the US Constitution, which offered the Guidelines for the bankruptcy, and for the Office of the President of the US, who had for 70 years served as Trustee of the bankruptcy: “Trustee of the Bankruptcy Note was what they called the President” (:Russell-Jay: Gould, Ramola D Reports | Report #179: Russell-Jay: Gould, Message to the People)
Since Bill Clinton, each of the “elected” Presidents we have known, George H. W. Bush, Barack Obama, and Donald J. Trump, have apparently been operating in the void of need or authorization: after the bankruptcy ended, there was literally no Office of the Trustee, no Office of US President of the Bankruptcy. :Russell-Jay: Gould says Bill Clinton mentioned this in his book, My Life, saying he was the last American President. “For that one year, under the 1999 to 2000 presidency, Mr. Clinton at the time in his book you know he says, I’m the last US president—well, this is what he’s talking about in it, he’s saying he’s not telling the people the truth of what had actually happened.” (:Russell-Jay: Gould, War-Castles, I)
FLORIDA CHADS: US GOVT VACATES THE GUIDELINES, MOVES AUTHORIZATION TO THE US SUPREME COURT: Yet, after the United States came to an end in 1999, the public charade of the Presidency continued into election-year 2000, despite there being no guidelines, no Constitution to appoint a new Director or President (of the bankruptcy): the bankruptcy had ended. Ninety days before the election, :Russell states that he had filed in Washington, DC as Postmaster-General, creating joinder with the US Post Office (the July 13, 2000 filing mentioned earlier), and expected that the US government corporation would soon vacate the estate of the Presidency or the bankruptcy guidelines. Holding up a mail slip receipt from the Postmaster General at L’Enfant Plaza in Washington, DC, recently, in Report # 179, he noted: “What we found, is, we found the ledgers on the Bankruptcy Notes and we knew the United States would have to leave, physically create a scenario to leave the estate. We didn’t know how they were going to do it, but it wasn’t our job to do that, it was their job to leave…they (the Presidency) had to physically leave this location and create a controversy… Ninety days before the election I filed in as Postmaster-General with the bills of the lading here with the United States Post Office but I hand wrote it under here and you can see my ink under here and they put a label on this mail slip–and labels are classified as tickets, and tickets are classified as stamps, and when I put my autograph across it I became the Postmaster-General of the United States Postal Service. So I had to physically wait at that point for I didn’t know how they were going to leave DC but I knew they’d have to leave.”
As to why, he notes in his interview with The Leak Project that the controversy they created, the Florida Chads, for a decision on which they moved venue to the US Supreme Court, was because there were “no longer any guidelines to authorize a position which did not exist anymore,” while Title 39 of US Code requires that “a president is to be the head of the post office at all times and they had to violate that, to break what’s called the rules of the continuance of the evidence.”
Proving to his grandmother that no President was likely to be announced prior to that transfer (to the US Supreme Court for a decision) on Nov 7, 2000, he reports what he told her: “But if they announce that there’s no president on this specific night, then I’m this person on the post, I’m the only guy under contract in the District of the Columbia, the only guy with the contract–because the system was ending.” Which turned out to be the case, as we know (no President was announced that night), making :Russell-Jay: Gould the unacknowledged and unelected holder of the post—as head of the Post-Office: “I was the only guy with the contract in play at that time during that timeframe.” (:War-Castles, 1)
The Florida Chads pulled off, it appears, the most extraordinary scam on the American people, “and ever since then, it’s just been a fraud upon a fraud upon a fraud of a President, and that’s why they’ve been getting away with everything, they’ve been getting away with these Deep State operatives to con and steal and plunder and destroy the structure of our country and the morality of our peoples.” (:Russell-Jay: Gould, :War-Castles: 8)
DEEP STATE/BRITISH CROWN ATTEMPT TO FORCE SURRENDER OF THE TITLE IV FLAG: One of the most startling aspects of :Russell’s story is the entire period of wrongful arrest, incarceration, physical torture and brutalizing he was subjected to, shortly after his rescue of America with the Title 4 Flag filing, when US Marshalls kidnapped and incarcerated him at Dane County, Wisconsin and tried to force him into “usury” or submitting to their jurisdiction (a private corporation’s)—which apparently includes taking food or clothing from them. The extraordinary account of his refusal to eat or wear prisonwear for 70 days, while also being subjected to classic torture protocols of heat and cold extremes, beatings, and various other barbarisms which most people cannot imagine still persists in America is described by :Russell in :War-Castles 1. The intervention finally of a judge “with honor” who wept in front of :Russell and helped arrange a venue for him where he could literally “ship his own food in” set him on the road to eventual release from this wrongful imprisonment, his honor intact, his position intact, his Title 4 flag still in his possession, still symbol of his retained sovereignty over the land of America.
AMERICAN HISTORY HAS BEEN FICTIONALIZED: It is vital to note that much of what we have been told in our history textbooks about American independence, the virtue of the Founding Fathers, and liberation from the British Empire is simply not true, but an elaborate fiction set in place by the European/Rothschild banking faction who practiced early the power of taking over media and textbook-publishing in their quest to camouflage and obscure their own presence as power brokers over the US government. That the US Federal Government had been dissolved seven decades earlier and replaced by US Inc, a bankrupt corporation was revealed in Congress in 1993 by Representative James Traficant (Ohio).

Hard to believe no doubt for some but apparently US Inc., the US government corporation—was in actuality never a free Republic but owned from the time of the first bankruptcy in July 1, 1775 by various foreign elites and bankers and presided over by the British King/Monarchy, with the US Post Office apparently being a British outpost overseeing all US shipping and commerce for the King/Queen from its station in Washington, DC, after which time it could once more, putatively, be recaptured by the British Crown which had been maintaining this unsuspected stranglehold on America for centuries.
Had this recapture occurred, as Sgt. Horton details in his War-Castles Military Insider video, and as :Russell-Jay: Gould has stated in various interviews, it would have entailed the British Crown paying off the interest on the US debt to the IMF and recapturing the US Post Office, under Plausible Deniability of “there was no-one to stop us,” and no-one to know any better.
This possible recapture in fraudulence was averted by the filing on 12 August 1999 by :Russell-Jay: Gould and :David-Wynn: Miller of the Title 4 quantum-grammar flag at the United Nations (within New York State) and later at the United States Post Office in Washington, DC, and the consequent acquisition of the Postmaster-General-of-the-World title, an action he undertook, he reports, as a responsible citizen, duty-bound by US Code to safeguard the nation: “I was actually under Title 42 (1986), knowledge and negligence. The “correctness” of this filing of the flag was ensured by writing the copyright and patent in quantum-grammar, seeds for which were sown much earlier, reportedly in April 1988, by “eccentric genius,” multiply-degreed engineer :David-Wynn: Miller who himself had long-studied and come to understand the underlying mathematical structure in the English language, and all languages generally, as he sought a means to gain mastery over the language used in court through various court battles of his own—where he was fighting for joint custody of his children after a divorce–where it seemed judges were constantly issuing arbitrary judgments against him, as against others, which no-one usually challenged.
The Route to Quantum-Grammar
:Russell-Jay: Gould relates (in his September 2019 interview with Rex Bear of The Leak Project, and in recorded seminars for his and :David-Wynn: Miller’s Di-rector’s campaign, a Presidential run in 2016) that, before 1999, he and :David-Wynn: Miller had spent over five years poring through old and new dictionaries and learning about the true meanings of words, looking closely especially at the trains of prefixes and suffixes which undercut and devalue the root meaning of words. In the War-Castles documentary interviews, he notes that a childhood background and interest in parsing sentences in grammar classes and a fascination with the English language indulged during summer school with an inspiring language teacher, Naomi Cromwell, also helped prepare him for this task.
Mind-blowing to contemplate, essentially, what :Russell and :David have done is they have cracked the hidden, unwritten, mathematical code in language—which many judges knew about, as they learned —and published this concealed code to the world, laid out in a precise, mathematically-based, linguistically-correct language form titled Quantum-Grammar or Correct-Sentence-Structure-Communication-Parse-Syntax-Grammar. This language-form becomes then a vehicle for contracts, a transparent means to ensure clarity and true accountability in any kind of agreement between people or groups of any kind, meaningful within sentences written both forwards or backwards, operative always in a Present-Time context-of-contract, held in the “Now-Time, Now-Space” of the contract.
Grammar—that’s syntax and punctuation, now scaffolded in Math, along with purity-of-meaning, returned-to via etymology, divested of the cloaked historic deceptions of value-removing prefixes and suffixes, faulty placement of consonants and vowels, and other value-removing language mechanics, offers the key to clarity and purity in communication– a return to Camelot, the garden of Eden, harmony of “the law of equals—Rule One and Rule Same”–and becomes the path to our common future.
What is astonishing to assimilate really is that the language we have used so far, the language I write this in, that you read this in, is essentially being held up to the light by Quantum-grammar and found to be fiction, removed from intent by its use of long-devaluing language mechanics long-permitted to exist by kings, queens, popes, priests, governments, and secret societies, all who have historically harvested and enslaved humanity and been content to keep Truth and Fact in Language from us for centuries.
Consider this therefore: Quantum Grammar or Correct Parse Syntax replaces the fraudulent use of a long-bastardized English which has long been knowingly (known to many at the top of central banks, governments, militaries, judicial systems) stripped of foundational linguistic value, rendering therefore all contracts, laws, citations, public statements null and void by the “fraudulent and fictitious conveyance of grammar.”

DISQUALIFYING FEDERAL ELECTIONS: The once-in-four-years Presidential elections and candidacy for same have been disqualified on the basis of “fictitious conveyance of grammar,” :Russell states. In the :War-Castles documentary (8) recorded in 2018, he states: “In 2012, I syntaxed the guidelines of the Federal Elections Commission’s authorization to accept contracts for candidacy for the President of the United States because that position ended in 2000 with the presidential election–it’s been going on for 17 years, 18 years now, this ruse, that there’s a president. The Federal Elections Commission–in order to become a President of the United States, all statements of candidacy are in a box and anything in a box is not on the field. I alerted all in 2012, I alerted all elections commissions for all 50 states through the Secretary of State’s office of the fraud that was happening for the electoral college votes. I syntaxed the laws, the rules and regulations for the guidelines for an electoral college vote which is an adjective–adjective-pronoun-No-Fact. In 2016, I syntaxed and corrected the statement of candidacy, statement being a pronoun of being and a verb, candidacy being a verb–there’s no such thing as a verb candidate, and yet all these people place themselves in position to become a President of fictitious grammar–there’s no such thing. CHIEF JUDGE OF THE SUPREME COURT, COURTS AND UNITED NATIONS AS THEATERS OF WAR AGAINST CITIZENRY WITH SPEAR ON TOP OF FLAGS: :Russell-Jay: Gould has spoken of his becoming Chief Judge of the Supreme Court in several interviews, including in Report 179 where he mentions the significance of the spear on the flagpoles carrying country flags, planted both inside courts inclusive of the Supreme Court and inside the United Nations, where the spear essentially signifies that that particular corporation or “foreign vessel in dry-dock” with its 12-mile jurisdiction around it displaying such a flag is announcing it is at war with the citizenry who enter, that it is a martial law theater of war. When he entered the Supreme Court recently, this year, he reports being recognized as a historic figure: “My case had been moved to the National Archives as a historical document because of my actual walking historical figure (status), because I’m the only guy in the history of Planet Earth to take out our country’s acting and sitting president, the judicial system as well as US Supreme Court and become chief judge of a country, so they take it very serious, otherwise my documents would not be in the National Archives–it is what it is.”
RE-OPENING OF THE BENJAMIN FRANKLIN POST-OFFICE:
Another historic aspect of :Russell-Jay: Gould’s journey is his historic connection with Benjamin Franklin, the first US Postmaster-General, who was instrumental in the plunging of America into its first bankruptcy on July 4, 1776 (one year and one day, and 3-day rescission from July 1, 1775, when Franklin borrowed money for the US colonies from the French), succeeding which wars of plunder and pillage marked the colonists’ takeover of the lands of the sovereign native Americans, among other depredations. On the 21st of April, 2019, the Chicago Sun-Times, owned by a group of neither intellectuals nor literati but businessmen and politicians in Chicago, ran a story by columnist and editorial-team member Neil Steinberg, who was once arrested for getting drunk and beating his wife, and spent a month in an alcohol-rehab facility, as his profile in Wikipedia—in itself a forum famous for its selective truths and rampant propaganda (much like Steinberg’s article here)—so ardently details.
The title of this masterpiece by a little-known journalist now marked in Wikipedia as a drunken wife-beater is “Are you being tracked? Burned by lasers? Maybe you are a ‘Targeted Individual‘
Not solicitous, not concerned, not critically enquiring nor journalistically curious, but skeptical, mocking, stopping just short of sticking a question-mark at the end of that pithy projection of disbelief, and offering a label in quotes, “Targeted Individual,” priming the reader to care just as less as the writer about all of it.
A label, indeed, used as an indictment and straitjacket, a closed door and condemnation, as labels usually are.
And a not-so-subtle invite to the reader to dismiss the entire subject as illusory.
No Longer in Kansas, Neil, Time to Read Orwell

Steinberg’s opening as he launches into a cascade of scenarios, all
presented as improbable, unimaginable—a skepticism which might be

This last, in tandem with the bland caption below the photo of a group of people with signs noting Covert Experiments, Torture, Microwave Weapons, and Failures of Law Enforcement, now labelled as “People who claim they are being put under organized surveillance and harassed by shady forces” continues the priming: you, the reader, are enjoined to react only with skepticism to the possibility of surveillance crimes, illicit experiments, torture, microwave weapons, and harassment being reported.

Because of course, with the callous promiscuities of the Patriot Act, the excesses of the NDAA’s Indefinite Detentions, the twisted revisions of the Common Rule favoring carte blanche secret experiments for Intelligence agencies & the Justice department in conjunction with Executive Order 12333, the cannibalizing military complacencies of 5241.1R which permit surveillees to be experimented on and character-assassinated, the hundreds of bio-behavioral field-tests with millimeter/microwave weapons currently ongoing, the numerous categories of citizen the FBI has declared it must and will surveil and investigate, the nauseous militarizing of police and hand-over of multiple powers to fusion centers, the sinister 1994 Memorandum of Understanding between the DOD and DOJ permitting the testing of “advanced technologies” on Americans, the many revelations by whistleblowers from the CIA, NSA, FBI, DHS of perfidy in-house inclusive of DEW attacks on whistleblowers, the hundreds of thousands of National Security Letters rubberstamped every year by the corrupt FISA court, the unauthorized spying of innocents up and down the coasts & heartland of the US, including the outright targeting and surveillance of an elected President by men in high office, the Stasi crossover into community policing nationwide, no organized surveillance and harassment by shady forces could possibly be happening, oh no…Neil Steinberg (the rehabilitated alcoholic) says so.
The Mental Illness, Paranoia, and Delusion Fraud: The DOD/CIA Psy Op of Labeling Victims and Equating that Label with Paranoia and Delusion
One part of this troubled scenario—where purported journalists can write hit-pieces on whole groups of people and get away with it, thanks also to precedent set by such stalwarts as The New York Times (“The United States of Paranoia”) and Wired (“Mind Games: The Tortured Lives of “Targeted Individuals””), proving they’re really full-on propagandists, paid to deceive—is the inherent difficulty in the label “Targeted Individual.”
A smattering of headlines from mainstream media articles & Psy Warfare websites, still online, over the last few years, directing the reader to link the term “Targeted Individual” with “Paranoia” and “Mental Illness” while the US Govt. commits War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity against its own people
A military term quite factual in its meaning yet offering a pigeonholing label now historically misused and abused by reporters who claim people “self-identify” as TIs (short-form for Targeted Individual) and do nothing to investigate their claims/reports but spend reams of column-inches mocking, ridiculing, and calling them “delusional,” this term now occupies a conflicted signifying space, at once literal and associative, which no doubt has been the intention all along, to tie the term to notions of paranoia and delusion.
Stage set, therefore, for a propaganda artist like Mr. Steinberg to engage in some hard-core Media POPPCon—Psy Op Propaganda Piece Conning—which he does, with aplomb. Reading the rest of his article follows the formula for propaganda success over at POPPConville (a MockOp subdivision of Langley): Cast TIs as delusional, interview someone who helps establish TIs are delusional, cast this someone as delusional, call on a psychologist to state the lot are delusional, bring up “mass delusions” and “Internet” syndromes, close-case on anything TIs claim, now that you’ve worked so hard to damage their credibility by naming them delusional.
What is lost in this merry-go-round of formula madness is that “Targeted Individuals” are reporting victims of extremely grave human rights violations under cover of Fusion Center Surveillance, involving the non-consensual use of silent electromagnetic weapons, sonic weapons, scalar weapons, neuroweapons, bioweapons such as microchip implants—all bio-hacking, neuro-hacking “advanced technologies” and “non-lethal weapons” that both DOD and DOJ have publicly established they are testing—treasonously and unethically—on Americans, in addition to harassive COINTELPRO, extrajudicial surveillance, and worldwide “community policing” Psy Ops also known colloquially as Gang Stalking—as this writer has been reporting for several years now, and as many other writers and whistleblowers, such as Paul Baird, Barbara Hartwell, Karen Melton-Stewart, Dr. Rauni Kilde, Mark Rich, Cheryl Welsh, Soleil Mavis, John Finch, Dr. John Hall, Dr. Eric Karlstrom, Harlan Girard, Dr. Corkin Cherubini, Mary Gregory, Renee Pittman Mitchell, Rosanne Schneider, Mojmir Babacek, and others, have also been reporting for years.

Free’s Statement to Neil Steinberg Regarding Targeted Individuals
Being Mentally Ill
In this particular case, it has been extraordinarily concerning to myself and other journalists and human rights activists to note that Ella Free who runs talk shows on Talkshoe for TIs and has tried to establish herself as a radio and talk show persona under her banner “Freedom For Targeted Individuals,” purporting to be deeply concerned about TIs and seeking to offer human rights “support” is quoted as herself calling TIs mentally ill.
Calling spokeswoman, “Ella Free,” started with a surprise.
“A good portion of people who claim to be Targeted Individuals are actually mentally ill,” she said. Straight to the elephant in the room. “So many of them, people have the same story: it’s interesting that a person isolated is having a very similar scenario.”
She meant “interesting” as in “persuasive” — these people are describing the same thing, therefore it must have basis in reality. That logic doesn’t hold up.
Giving Ella the benefit of the doubt, despite being incensed—as an investigative science and technology journalist who has been researching and reporting on this subject for 5 years–at this false statement (more on this below) I contacted Ella fairly immediately on Twitter, DM (text on Twitter), and email to find out what she had said to Neil Steinberg and if indeed she had said what he claimed, that many TIs are mentally ill.

Free: “It Was A Strategy Behind It”
In the course of the convoluted text/email conversations that followed, it became clear that Ella Free had 1) indeed said to Steinberg that a “portion” of Tis were mentally ill, and 2) sought to explain to him simultaneously—with her apparently non-existent communications skills—that TIs “came across that way’ because “it’s hard to discern the symptoms”/”the symptoms seem the same.” Her texts sought to explain to me that she’d had a “strategy” behind this statement of hers, a strategy which had apparently backfired.
Does agreeing with a propaganda-publishing misleading reporter working for mainstream media constitute a strategy?
Ella also stated that she did not keep on top of all that has been published in recent times in terms of disclosure or analysis, which means she has missed Dr. James Giordiano’s recent rather stunning disclosures of military neuroexperimentation on “selected targeted individuals” and Debra Schnelle’s astonishing reveal of “neuro cognitive weapons” inducive of high-speed-Alzheimer’s the US Navy was seeking to build countermeasures for, and Dr. Hoffman’s and Dr. Golumb’s and Dr. Giardiano’s affirmations of neuroweaponry and radiation weaponry being used on the diplomats from China and Cuba reported to have been hit with sonic weapons originally–among other interesting revelations.
What DARPA, MIT, and Dr. Giordiano in
particular have been publishing recently is nothing short of
mind-blowing—especially in terms of public acknowledgment of the
kinds of neurotechnologies only Tis had previously been talking
about, even though patents for many of these have been long in the
public domain.
Stressing how busy she is “supporting”
those who are targeted, she stated she had no time to read.
What then is she doing acting as a spokesperson for those targeted?
Post the publication of Report #144 with CIA whistleblower Barbara Hartwell, Ella Free left a torrent of comments on Twitter, including one disavowing any claim from her of being a journalist, and one suggesting that talking about the technology being used on targets was provenly pointless, in response to a tweet from me pointing out that Targeted Justice Board members Dr. Katherine Horton and Richard Lighthouse were both putting out Disinfo regarding the technology, and that Midge Mathis was blindly supporting them, despite, most especially, Dr. Katherine Horton’s well-reported and widely-known petty, juvenile, but profoundly injurious and sinister smear attacks, sabotage-activities, calls to violence, and echo-stalking/mirroring displays-in-plain-sight of her Intel Neuro-Linguistic-Programming efforts, the latter aimed directly at me, earlier described in The Consequences of Infiltration,Swiss Cheese and Bayonets, and The End of Techno Crime Fighters Forum: The Real Backstory.
Contextualizing Ella Free’s tweet (below) regarding ignoring the technology, are some of my previous tweets regarding Disinfo, clarifying my stance re. what I see as an influx of Disinfo being poured into the TI activism space by highly questionable personalities in Targeted Justice and Freedom for Targeted Individuals and supported and endorsed by others such as Frank Allen of Targeted Massachusetts (@FranktheArcher), and a couple tweets in response to Lulie’s (@B91827364) questioning of that stance. Then there’s the assurances from Ella Free, post-article, that she’d had most enriching conversations with #MockOp minion Neil Steinberg and he was going to issue a follow-up article filled with truth and facts (Dream On, really), while stating to her it was not his intention to “sadden” anyone. In contrast, consider the actual pithless remonstrances she apparently made on email, post-article, which her pal Neil brushes off like he might a flea, oh, a mentally-challenged flea at that. Tellingly, and most intriguingly, Ella
revealed that Neil Steinberg had told her he wanted to talk to her
alone for his article.

I spoke with Free and listened to her interviews on Internet shows, about how a bad online relationship expanded into obsessiveness — whether hers or someone else’s I’ll leave unaddressed. Maybe everyone at the beach was videotaping her.
“I knew right off this guy had hired these people to do this to me,” she said.
Maybe the stabbing pain in her leg was being induced.
I knew it was artificial,” she said. “I thought it was a laser, maybe going off the wi-fi.”
I do not mean to
suggest that I see Ella in the same light as any of the other named
witnesses above, each of whom has a solid history of highly credible
research, testimonial, and reportage behind them.
The difference is, Ella – whose words, as she stated to me, could certainly have been taken out of context in order to cast her as delusional, as evident in the semantic sleight-of-hand above – openly confesses she has no idea about the technologies being used, makes no effort to determine what they might be, discourages others from doing so (as recently on Twitter), and suggests it is schizophrenic to read and learn widely from articles and videos, exercise critical thinking, and get informed!

Insider-Outsider MockOp Media Psy Op: Factors of Note
I will also note here that Ella’s story of being obsessively stalked by a single deranged acquaintance appears to many of us, extrajudicially targeted, who are being multiply-monitored, surveilled, COINTELPRO’d, high-tech-weapon-hit and harassed by whole groups of Fusion Center-run minions (including local police, ambulance, and EMS personnel, often flashing Masonic symbols) in highly organized fashion indicative of Mil/Intel operations, is highly anomalous and in no way typical of the general TI experience. But comes across really as nothing but a fairy-tale, token concoction to gain her entrance into the highly-fragmented and severely-infiltrated, data-collector-strewn, targeted “community.”
In fact, as many readers may know, one important reason I am writing this article is to illustrate why Ella Free is clearly not a trustworthy spokesperson for those targeted and reporting victims of fusion-center trafficking into black ops military/intelligence/academic neuro/behavioral/medical experimentation, who are being disappeared with the label “Targeted Individuals” now freely being synonymized by Mainstream Media, as Steinberg does, with Paranoid and Delusional—as part of the gigantic False-Reality-Construct being run by Operation Mockingbird’s media minions, as noted in this recent expose of CBS 60 Minutes’ Targeted America, a well-scripted-and-played Tell-a-Lie-Vision production playing the Cuba/China Mysterious Weapons Charade.
When she is not informed, not well-read, not aware, what is she doing running an organization termed “Freedom for Targeted Individuals” and handing out flyers which strategized-tunnel-vision reporters like Neil Steinberg can latch on to?
Also of note is the fact that it is the Targeted Justice group here, along with Ella Free and Matthew Aaron’s group, Freedom for Targeted Individuals, offering a public face for mainstream Chicago media to notice while using her flyers: is this their joint intent–through on-street-activism, while also pushing Disinfo and Misdirection in efforts to limit the public disclosure, as covered here earlier?
And why, most of all, did Neil Steinberg interview only Ella for his little froth-piece with a purpose, to denigrate Tis as mentally ill? What does that really signify about his own interests in covering the issues of targeting and being targeted? Not to mention the interests of the Chicago Sun-Times in projecting those reporting the persecutory depredations of Surveillance Abuse and wrongful watchlisting—which has permitted Mil/Intel/Univ exploitation and human trafficking–as mentally ill?
How does this not
establish the Chicago Sun-Times as complicit, in this clear
Failure-to-Report-Crime production?
Also: As Barbara Hartwell asks in her meticulous examination of Ella’s own words and actions here, who is supporting the many billboards she has now placed in many cities and seeks to place in many more? Those who are targeted and being destroyed are generally flat-broke, near-homeless, kept unemployed or low-income-employed by severe blacklisting, wrongfully psych-committed or wrongfully incarcerated; clearly her benefactors are well-monied: what is their purpose? Given especially, the Victim Message of those weeping blue-eyed billboards, which completely bypass the Governmental/Fusion Center/Military/Intelligence/Academic/Medical Research nature of these illicit targeting and persecution programs, and highlight contract-stalking instead, suggesting private stalking, not taxpayer-paid-for, pervasive, government-run, military-funded, Defense-granted programs.
To me, as to many others (who have reported to me the lopsided focus and selective highlighting of witness on the interminably long (3-4 hours) conference calls that she runs), the conclusion that Ella Free is a carefully-strategized, deliberately-planted misdirector “activist” running an insider Psy Op to match the carefully-strategized, deliberately-planted misdirector “journalist” outsider Psy Op, which Steinberg embodies, is inescapable.
And how this might fit into a historic alt-media construct run by CIA fraudsters keen to keep us all swimming in Fake News and False Realities, is well-described by CIA Whistleblower Barbara Hartwell in her observation of long-time alt-media persona Ken Adaichi, who stepped forward in 2017 to squash and obscure the witness of real truth-telling writers and journalists, including myself, by avidly tunnel-vision-spotlighting the Talkshoe antics of Ella Free.

On the subject of who is targeting and assaulting TIs, what also surfaced from my emails with Ella Free was that she had sent Steinberg a list of statements about people targeted which her FFTI partner Dr. Matthew Aaron had compiled. Much of this is highly questionable. Both have made statements that government agencies are not involved, when much evidence to the contrary exists. Pretty much everyone knows that large-scale organized social ostracizing, blacklisting, character-assassination, and harassment which includes ground and aerial stalking (involving small planes, drones, and helicopters), non-stop monitoring, neighborhood hostility, and obvious COINTELPRO on the roadways cannot be accomplished without Fusion Center and local government complicity and oversight.

While private individuals and companies may be involved in targeting and covert persecution of people, their participation is both concealed and made possible by Fusion Center (government agency) contracting. NSA whistleblower Bill Binney has expressly spoken of public-private partnerships in mass surveillance and counterterrorism activities which has ensured that thousands of private contractors are being supported and directed by the government.
Further, in a multiplicity of programs connecting Defense funds to University researchers (DURIP and MURI programs, for instance, as well as the Minerva Research Initiative and new Defense Education Institution and Civilian University Research (DECUR) Partnership) and to research institutions which are increasingly doing away with Informed Consent, citing lies and equivocations like Minimal Risk, Broad Consent, and Benefit to Participant, government monies are being funneled into unethical experimentation involving top Universities, hospitals, research institutions—as Dr. Millicent Black’s experience indicates, and others’ – matters of interest to this writer, to be further investigated and fully reported soon.
So yes—in contradiction to what Ella Free and Dr. Matthew Aaron suggest–these are unethical, inhumane government-run-and-contracted programs. The
Danger of Projecting Cover-Stories that Reporting Victims of Serious
Government Crime are Mentally Ill
Suffice to note in this essay that two
extremely grave crimes are committed by those journalists and the
psychologists/psychiatrists/sociologists they quote who engage in
such absolute deception:
The primary Failure-to-Report-Crime of covering up the base Government crime of wrongful Surveillance watchlisting, and from there, wrongful human trafficking into exploitative and persecutory and terminal (profoundly unethical) medical experimentation programs—and thereby misleading the public while protecting Serious Government Crime.
The also primary Abuse-of-Publishing-Powers-Crime of publishing injurious untruths which have extremely deleterious ramifications for reporting #GovtCrime victims within their families, work environments, and communities. Reputations are ruined, characters are smeared, careers are halted. Families and communities believe the published lie, disbelieve and shun the being-abused #GovtCrime victim. Blacklisting, social ostracism, social isolation, and utter ruination of the #GovtCrime victim’s life follow. Families themselves report the #GovtCrime victim as Mentally Ill to Community Services, police, and hospitals, and ruthlessly and cluelessly force their already-persecuted family-member into psychiatric drugging and incarceration—as reported in numerous cases. Medical treatment is compromised; many targets report that doctors IGNORE their actual physical problems and call for psychiatrists. Doctors, in fact, misled by Media Lies, believe the lie and completely dismiss the reports of #GovtCrime victims of radiation assault and implant assault as delusional.
This Question of Targeted
Individuals Suffering Mental Illness
The instant-labeling of Targeted
Individuals as delusional, precisely the intent and enacted intention
of the perpetraitors assaulting and exploiting them, as described
earlier, is nothing to endorse and project by any genuine human
rights activist seeking to represent, support, or protect them.
But regarding the notion that mental illness can exist among any sector or group of the population, including TIs, here is my base understanding: Yes, from what has been reported to me, and what I have learned, there are some who before they were targeted were being treated for milder issues such as anxiety, or stress, or depression, and continue to take pills for these—but not full-blown schizophrenia or paranoia; there are some who have developed PTSD or stress or anxiety after being targeted—for good reason, given the 24/7 COINTELPRO and neuro/DEW trauma they endure, and that is still not schizophrenia or paranoia; and most vitally, there are some, in fact quite a few crisis actors and infiltrators in the such-as-it-is TI community who write and speak disjointedly, leave weird comments on websites and under videos including mine, espouse bizarre theories and report a-credible occurrences: these are not the genuine targets but the genuine Intel plants deliberately playing mentally-ill in order to help outsiders like Steinberg label TIs as mentally-ill–and apparently feed Ella Free’s unsupported and unscientific notions of 5% of TIs being mentally ill as well.
And then, crowning coup for misleading, abusive, authoritarian Psychiatry: there are some, force-drugged, force-committed, force-false-diagnosed as schizoid, delusional, schizophrenic and on Disability—who are fully mentally-sound, sane and well, but victimized, exploited, persecuted, as described earlier.
Additionally, it is entirely possible–going by the historic Government record of rampant experimentation crime–that people locked away in psychiatric institutions or homes with false diagnoses of serious psychoses and schizophrenia are also being non-consensually experimented on by unethical Military/Intel/Academic researchers, just as prisoners in the nation’s numerous private prisons, including Guantanamo–as testified to by many imprisoned there, no doubt also are.
THE MISO/PSY OP CONSTRUCTED PERCEPTION OF MENTAL ILLNESS: Not to be forgotten is the fact that the entire MISO/Psy Op (Military Information Support Operations/Psychological Operations) of the “Gangstalking” COINTELPRO/MK ULTRA Trauma that targets are subjected to 24/7 in homes, neighborhoods, communities seems to be aimed at eliciting the self-incriminating projected symptoms of mental illness–heightened reaction to constant harassment and provocation, while slyly aimed also at provoking reports of stalking and gaslighting to be easily DSM-dismissed by DSM-indoctrinated psychiatrists as “paranoia” thereby creating the bugaboo “diagnosis” to dog and discredit reporting victims as paranoid and delusional.
Given that mental illness is the precise tool of oppression being used against targets and used to conceal these crimes publicly, it is the one most important aspect to be careful about when speaking to MSM reporters—which Ella Free, self-confessed “leader” (a term she has used to describe herself on her podcasts and conference calls) acting like she is to be considered a primary Voice for TIs, flubbed.

La Porte: Paranoid Individuals Enflamed & Organized by the
Internet into “Probably a Delusion”
Then there’s the issue of the Authority Figure. Predictably, as in Mike McPhate’s Psy Op slam-piece in The New York Times, Steinberg cites a psychologist to give credence to this convolution of a “mass delusion” which, the psychologist explains, is fed by the finding-each-other phenomenon the Internet offers:
“People who are paranoid start to latch onto the same kind of delusion,” said David LaPorte, a professor of psychology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
“This is not uncommon. When airplanes first started, people started having delusions they were being followed by airplanes. The computer has been a huge issue that leaked into paranoid delusions. Every technological advance becomes fodder for paranoid individuals.”
And later:
“They’re well organized because of the Internet,” LaPorte said. “That’s part of the problem. It deepens and entrenches what is probably a delusion.”
Note the “probably” in the previous sentence. Sometimes the improbable does happen. Stalking is real, though usually by individuals, not shady networks.
“No one’s really actually talked to these individuals in a clinical way to establish whether they are nuts,” LaPorte said. “Anybody who has worked in this field for a long period of time, you hear stories of fantastic delusions only to find out it was true. What they’re talking about could be true, but it’s probably not.”
“To establish whether they are nuts,” note. Not, “To find out if what they are saying is true” but to establish whether they are nuts.
I wrote to Professor La Porte, given that his university affiliation was published and email posted online. My intent was to inform and educate him, and assure him he was wrong about his delusion theories in relation to government and military crime victims.

“Targeted Individuals” are not delusional, nor does the Internet create their condition, the US Military and the US Department of Justice and the US Department of Homeland Security does. They are also victims of Torture, which is illegal by US and International Law, and those who seek to conceal these War Crimes being investigated and reported today by journalists and whistleblowers may well find themselves called to testify soon at new Nuremberg trials for their crimes: today, reporters like Neil Steinberg and others who work for corporate Propaganda Media as well as psychologists, sociologists, and psychiatrists who confirm their biases and propaganda, wittingly or unwittingly, by calling Mil/Intel Crime Victim targets mentally ill without investigating the matter will be culpable.
(Please note, it is people like Steinberg and psychologists who don’t read, don’t investigate the state of the world today re. thank you for taking the time to write to me and also thanks for send me the links. As is often the case with interviews only a portion of what I said is ever published. I was quoted correctly when I indicated that I’ve heard wild stories from people in the past that on first blush appear to be delusions only to find out that they are completely true. And there is little doubt that in the past the government has done things to citizens without their permission or knowledge. That said, it is still an open question if paranoia is a possible explanation. I try to keep an open mind about such things and it is my intention to do further research on this by interviewing as many TIs as are willing to talk with me. I need to obtain permission from my university’s Institutional Review Board before I do so and hopefully that will occur this summer. Thank you for your note in response and noted, that only a portion of what you said was published, and that you acknowledge previous stories of delusions you have heard turning out to be true.
I am glad to know you will be further investigating this matter.
However, given the subject matter, and given, as you acknowledge, the nature and history of non-consensual military and medical experimentation, it is my informed opinion that investigating the claims of truly “Targeted Individuals” is not the purview of Psychology alone, but also Journalism, Radiology, Toxicology, Forensic Science, Medical Physics, Neuroscience, and Radio Frequency and Electrical Engineering.
In fact, I would suggest that no psychologist is equipped to undertake a study of Reporting Victims of Military Weapon Use on their own. The material evidence provided by physical scanning for RFID implants via MRIs, X-Rays, Faraday RFID Detection, SCADA scanning for nanotechnology wave guides, and bodily and residence scanning for receiving and emitting radio frequencies, in conjunction with documented photographic and/or videographic evidence of high, pulsed EMFs such as is obtainable with an electrosmog detector or EMF detector app, spectrum analyzer, or other detecting and recording equipment; evidence of burns, blisters, lesions, and scars on body; hair, skin, and nail analysis, blood plasma analysis, as well as recorded footage of repeated Community Oriented Policing or Neighborhood Watch cell-phone-pointers/recorders or COINTELPRO swarming, or repeated drone and helicopter stalking will more readily furnish absolute evidence of EMF/Neuro DEW Targeting & Organized Stalking.
I have personally examined and reported on the scientific scanning reports from private investigators and industrial toxicologists attesting to the reception and/or emission of radio frequencies on different parts of the body (indicating presence of RF implants or RFID nano-clusters) as well as examined MRIs and X-rays and read the radiologists’ reports provided for several TIs, and reported in print on some of these cases. Your statement therefore, here, about paranoia cannot be tested without physical, medical, radiological analysis alongside. Excluding the Surveillance and Military Experimentation/Weapons Test and completely physical Weapon-Use context when examining the claims of TIs can only lead to false, illogical, and incomplete conclusions: “That said, it is still an open question if paranoia is a possible explanation. Reporters like Neil Steinberg who work for corporate media adhering to CIA Operation Mockingbird principles of Deception and Propaganda in the interests of Psychological Warfare and Information Warfare on the American citizenry are doing Americans a great disservice by starting, framing, and concluding that MIIC Victims are mental patients needing help from psychiatry–when they completely ignore the exacerbated Surveillance and Military Weapons Testing context (both public-domain knowledge) we are all living within, in contemporary America, and in fact, ridicule and mock it, as if it doesn’t exist. In this, they give away their obvious base allegiances to the Surveillance Abuse State — and their lack of intelligence as journalists.
Had Mr. Steinberg wished to really conduct a meaningful investigation, he would have spoken to a group of TIs and especially examined their physical evidence, as I have. He also would not have spoken to just one “spokesperson” for TIs–Ella Free–nor told her he did not wish to speak to anyone else (as she reports).
I would suggest that in your University-supported research project, you especially speak with those TIs who can and have furnished evidence of the physicality of this atrocious anti-personnel weapon targeting and nonstop torture, some of whom I have interviewed.
Dr. Seth Farber, whom I copy here, has suggested that I offer personally to be interviewed by you, since I too am reporting Military Weapon use on my person, and have collected much video/photo evidence of such; however, I am still collecting medical and radiological evidence of non-consensual RFID implants even as I continue to publish my own experience in articles and affidavits, and recommend, if you are interested, research of my story online, as published & broadcast in Washington’s Blog and The World Beyond Belief/Pineconeutopia, for more information. Considering that I hadn’t offered and wasn’t offering to interview with a psychologist who could not apparently assimilate the information I was providing, I felt obliged to write back to Professor LaPorte and inform him as much. I also forwarded this correspondence (on which Dr. Seth Farber had been copied) to Dr. Eric Karlstrom, Professer Emeritus of Physical Geography from California State University, and NSA whistleblower Karen Stewart, for their information, and Dr. Seth Farber wrote back a detailed letter analyzing and addressing Professor LaPorte’s stance. This email he addressed to this small group, although his letter itself was addressed to me. In addition I understand he wrote to Professor LaPorte separately. This is a non-sequitur. It tells me that LaPorte has no intention of removing the stain– a stain reified by mental health professionals.
If a person–say a self-described TI– hears punitive voices that have no referent in the external world then by psychiatric standards and by common sense she is “mentally ill.” (I don’t accept the disease paradigm–so I would use a different formulation to describe her emotional crisis) If she says the CIA creates the voices in her head through advanced cyber technology to harass her, then (by psychiatric standards) she is a “paranoid schizophrenic.”
But if the CIA is in fact using directed energy weapons and experimenting on her brain then obviously her assertions are veridical and she is not paranoid–even by psychiatric standards.
LaPorte’s idea that he can determine whether someone is ‘mentally ill” without determining whether the putative technology –of which they claim to be victims– exists or not makes no sense. He does not need training to determine the latter—he only needs to be willing to look at the evidence.
He did not answer my letter because I pointed out the pseudo-scientific nature of “psychodiagnosis” which bases its finding of “psychosis” not upon scientific knowledge, but upon ‘”common sense” about what is possible. Psychiatry/Psychology substitutes psychiatrists’ consensus about what is delusional for a view of reality that actually corresponds to the “real world” as confirmed by empirical investigation. For example the veracity of TIs’ claims about group stalking could easily be confirmed or vitiated by hiring a private detective to investigate their claims. THat is an easy way to assess whether a TI is delusional.
But as psychologist Bruce Levine says they do not want to know the truth.
The validity of a view of reality is established by the generation of predictions that are subjected to testing and confirmed—not by taking a straw poll among psychiatrists and psychologists! Had scientists taken LaPorte’s approach in 20th century, quantum (physics) never would have been discovered.
I pointed out in my letter to LaPorte that once Hemingway’s friend/biographer read the FBI files on Hemingway 25 years later, he changed his assessment of Ernest. This may be the reason LaPorte wants to address the issue of “mental illness” without even glancing to see if there is an elephant in the room. He’s a phony. If he admitted there was an elephant in the room, how could he declare that people pointing to the elephant were all mentally ill, all delusional??
What if there was a tiger in the room? If a person’s sympathetic nervous system is aroused for no reason, he probably had a panic attack. If in addition he sees things that are not there, he is “psychotic” by psychiatric standards. But if there is a tiger in the room he would be “mentally ill” if his sympathetic nervous system were not aroused! LaPorte intends to look at signs of arousal without examining the environment.
The fact that Dr LaPorte thinks he can assess one’s mental health in abstraction from social context shows that like his cohorts he is involved in stigmatizing persons–any deviation from the status quo is deemed pathological, including any dissident (“extreme”) political views.
Psychiatry is an effort to discredit people by declaring them “psychotic.” In the case of TIs this requires ignoring the elephants and the tigers in the room. Then after the frightened person, the TI, is declared psychotic his claims about the deep state can be dismissed and the mental health profession can continue to serve–wittingly or unwittingly– the social control objectives of the deep state.

I would like to whole-heartedly recommend this second Memo to Trump by Ramola D, as well as the first (2017). As per FBI whistleblower Geral Sosbee, corrupt Federal Magistrate Judges under the thrall of the corrupt FBI then produce Court-Authorizations to open false investigations on these people; or the secret FISA court to issue secret FISA warrants and secret National Security Letters are used to inform places of employment and neighborhoods these people are “under investigation.”
Their neighbors, friends, and family are contacted and told these outstanding Americans who are now targeted for elimination (exactly as historically in Cambodia, Poland, Soviet Union) are “under investigation,” – authorization for which by the way is frequently renewed (every 90 days, acc. to FBI whistleblower Geral Sosbee) and never ends, even after a year, 3 years, 10 years into this bogus investigation. People are also told that they (the neighbors) need to help with the investigation—most usually by turning a blind eye when the Fusion-Center-approved contractors zoom nightly and daily into their neighborhoods and make a deadly racket, by letting them park in driveways, and by letting them into their homes and yards so they can track the target better.
The good name, character, and reputation of these outstanding Americans is then sullied, slurred, slandered, and reviled by the Fusion Center thugs – AKA FBI, DHS, State and Local Police – to the neighbors, friends and family, who are told this person is under investigation for dubious activities, possible connection with terrorists, pedophilic and pornographic activities, prostitution, alcoholism, drug dealing or consuming, or some other horrifically unsavory activity which would never cross the mind or life of these particularly moral, accomplished, and outstanding targets—but are probably daily-crime in the life of corrupt, Mafiosi FBI who like to project their crimes onto others.

Indeed, what this phenomenon really raises is the need to question, address, and publicly reveal the horrific nature of these “anti-personnel” RF/sonic weapons and neuroweapons which are being used on people. Concealing their brutality under military and law-enforcement labels such as “non-lethal” and “less-lethal” and “dual-use technology,” the extreme horror of these weapons is being kept under wraps. These are weapons which permit the secretive remote access, manipulation, modification, degradation, and retardation of human bodies and brains—and this is how they are being used today;they run counter to every single understanding of basic human rights, every treaty and every convention establishing human rights; they are not merely invasive of neuro, cognitive, and physical privacy, integrity, and sovereignty, they are erasive of these, and they have no business existing in our midst.

Innate Secrecy of These Spectrum Weapons Permits Governments to Torture Their Own People in Secret: How It’s Being Pulled Off in 21st-Century USA
Clearly, these weapons would never have been developed with full public knowledge, disclosure and open debate. The public has been kept in the dark about these weapons because they are extreme weapons of human enslavement.
Joint development of these weapons with the Department of Justice took a nose-dive into Secrecy in 1993 with the newly classified Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Conference in Los Alamos, and later in 1994 with a Memorandum of Understanding between DOD and DOJ to jointly develop a whole class of non-lethals and anti-personnels for domestic use on Americans by Law Enforcement and flying them under the radar of Press scrutiny by naming them classified.

And DOD/CIA have long been using Secrecy for Neuroweapons development, hubristic Behavior Modification, and Neuro Modulation.
This “legal” recourse to Secrecy coincides nicely with the innate secrecy offered by invisible radiation and sonic weapons, which operate much as Wifi operates, invisibly.
On the ground what this translates to is:
FULL SPECTRUM DOMINANCE: People are being hit from great distances, remotely and invisibly, from satellites, cell towers, drones, helicopters, planes, ships and boats, ground vehicles like cars, SUVs, trucks.
Closer in, people are being hit from neighbor’s antennas, cell antennas on utility poles, sheathed antennas on parked cars, covertly-placed microwave emitters in their own homes and neighborhoods, covertly-placed repeaters in neighborhoods, covertly-placed magnetrons on houses.
Paul Batcho, DARPA whistleblower, has stated a band of frequencies has been reserved on cell towers for Military use, which are being used to hit targets from, on a continuous basis in their communities, in public, as they are out and about, even driving, or using public transportation. This writer can confirm this scenario, where cell antennas mounted on light poles are being tuned to assault along the entire route the target is on, so that she suffers continuous chest congestion or continuous concussive brain assault as she drives along this route.
Targets’ neighborhoods are taken over with Fusion-Center-approved contractors zipping at high speed into neighborhoods and engaging in constant-tracking and constant-hitting of the target in either shamelessly exhibitionistic activities of “Surveillance” –in contrived theater for the terrorized neighbors, to establish daily Show-of-Force military/Fusion “legitimacy” of these UnConstitutional activities – or as ongoing weapons-training and testing for new batches of traitorous assassins being trained under weapons-testing contracts—or both.
The ground-vehicle zooming testers/trainers described above are working in tandem with air-crew; honking car-horns loudly when they fail to track–(even for a minute) (these are Continuous Clandestine Tracking and Locating (CCTL) operations on absolutely innocent-of-any-crime-whatsoever Americans)–and thereby eliciting immediate action from a small plane, drone, or helicopter, which instantly flies in or seems to descend over the target’s house—as if a high-tech criminal indicted for Columbian drug-cartel operations had momentarily gotten lost between the bathroom and the bedroom—to help with relaying co-ordinates and using penetrative radar to plumb through to non-consensual implants beneath shielding and produce a CCTL tracked-again signal for the programmed AI mastermind which seems to be directing operations.
Note here that the USAF is conducting Directed Energy Bio Behavioral Research with millimeter wave and other RF weapons in lab and field testing operations, via Defense contractors such as General Dynamics, in multiple contracts across USA.

In May 2013, news outlets reported a mystery aircraft circling nonstop over Quincy, MA for more than eight hours, and through the night. In June 2015, AP reported the FBI is operating a civilian Air Force (inclusive of Cessnas) and maintaining surveillance over major cities.

Local Businesses Involved: Public-private partnerships permit services like UPS, FEDEX, USPS, National Grid, Comcast, X-Finity, Verizon, Capitol Waste, Sunrise Scavenger (trash and recycling), landscaping, home remodelling, tree-cutting, swimming pool cleaning, plumbing, heating, construction, virtually any home service to carry tracking and heating microwave and sonic weapons, sensors, and antennas in their trucks and vans and operate them casually in neighborhoods, where they utilize Plausible Deniability for being there.
Civilian-Military Operations:Because military involvement in law enforcement has been permitted by various legislative means, and the use of non-lethal weapons as crowd-control, peace-enforcement, and adversary control has been sanctioned through DOJ/DOD MOUs, we are apparently now in a state of publicly undisclosed Low-Intensity Conflict, predicted in War Strategy documents, wherein Special Operations forces and other military groups are using outfitted civilian vehicles—pick-up trucks, jeeps, SUVs, and service vehicles as described above—to use targeted non-lethal weapons on named civilians casually labeled “adversaries,”–again, the same smart accomplished moral American set named earlier, while wearing Plausible Deniability camouflage to prevent the larger public from understanding what is going on.
Plausible Deniability, Complicit Psychiatry, and Deep State Media Lies
Indeed, every effort has been made to establish Plausible Deniability, which really means that people are being attacked in broad daylight, with hidden weapons systems, hidden in plain sight.
The ridiculous COINTELPRO these Americans are being subjected to as well means they can now say truthfully they are being stalked, echo-gestured, echo-speech’d (their own words from surveillance, as in conversation, text and emails played back to them by strangers in public), vandalized, gaslit, and sabotaged—which both complicit and not-clued-in psychiatrists will then rush in to “diagnose” from the CIA-created DSM as delusional, delusions of persecution, paranoid, schizoid, and schizophrenic. This indeed is exactly what is going on.
The outrage of these Americans being so extremely physically assaulted in these ways, both with deadly carcinogenic weaponry and then with Stasi persecutory COINTELPRO, only to be disbelieved and discredited with a Mental Illness diagnosis by uneducated, uninformed or complicit psychiatrists is beyond belief, and can rightfully be termed Psychological and Social Terrorism of American communities and neighborhoods.
Of course, the primary reason these two species of psychiatrists—the unethical, venal, complicit kind or the green, uninformed kind–are getting away with this travesty is because mainstream media is owned lock, stock, and barrel by the CIA, CFR, Bilderbergers and other vampires.
The lies that have been published in a steady stream from the ’80s onward in the major newspapers and through video/documentary coverage—such as The New York Times and The Washington Post, and now Wired, The Daily Beast, Vice News, Chicago Sun-Times, and others—with a breathtaking range of openly displayed refusal to touch the gamut of technologies openly being studied and developed by the US Military and the CIAranging from neuroweapons, mind control technologies and techniques, directed-energy weapons, voice to skull weapons, sonic weapons, bone induction weapons, genetic weapons, millimeter wave weapons, microwave weapons, RFID chips, nanochips, nanobotsexcept in the most innocuous, benign, and accepting of ways, as if the deadly technology development of the Military and the Covert Ops Agencies had to be protected at all costs—and projecting instead a determined lack of knowledge, as well as open denial about the existence of these weapons is nothing short of phenomenally stupefying.
In conjunction, these newspapers and by extension the entire broadcasting world which follows their lead, have mocked, ridiculed, denigrated, and verbally assaulted reporting Americans in print, labelling them delusional and paranoid when they are reporting Crimes Against Humanity.
The CIA terminology of “bizarre” “mystifying” “inexplicable” “flummoxing” is rolled out regularly, including in recent news reports of US diplomats reporting EMF and sonic weapons in Cuba and China, in pathetic attempts to project the big fat lie that no knowledge of such weaponry exists among government ranks, and that people reporting such exist on an outer fringe of conspiracy theory– also, we must remind ourselves, a CIA term to marginalize truthtellers and suppress dissent.

Hello Friends,
During this morning’s telephone conversation with Jeffrey, he informed me there was a date he was to see the medical specialist. Sadly, that date has come and gone. I remain in complete and utter disbelief that Jeffrey’s dire medical issues continue to be blatantly ignored to the point of medical negligence by the prison.
To cause further angst, Jeffrey told me a fellow individual recently requested to report to sick call immediately. His request was denied by the corrections officer as it was prior to the “official” sick call time. Tragically, he died a couple hours later. The cause of death, a HEART ATTACK!
Friends, I cannot and will not let Jeffrey suffer the same tragic consequences. I am requesting your help once again to get my beloved husband the medical treatment he is inherently entitled to as a human being.
Every day I am plagued by unimaginable fear when my telephone rings, as when the caller ID says “private,” I am terrified if it is going to be Jeffrey’s voice on the other end or that of a prison employee with terrible news.

Answers for Tom— and the Rest of the World, Too. by Anna Von Reitz
ANSWERS FOR TOM:
1) A few years back I wrote a series of replies concerning the argument that “US citizens are not protected under the Constitution and Bill of Rights because they were not signatories to the documents” or similarly that “the documents only apply to Federal employees and to Washington DC and its territories only”.
My reply was that every American should SIGN these documents and notarize them and then file such with a County Clerk or other registered authority. This provides a clear statement of jurisdiction and the fact that one has decided to be under “Land Law” and not Admiralty Law. This would in essence negate any and all Federal or corporate law as being binding on that individual.
To date I have not found anyone who can confirm or negate this assertion or are even willing to respond.

The Declaration of Independence is the most important document of our Organic Law so far as the living people are concerned. The function of The Declaration of Independence is that of a Last Will and Testament made for the Future Generations of Mankind by the Testators–the Founding Fathers who in pledging their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor made their bequest to all future generations of Americans, and it must be more fully appreciated, to all Mankind.
The Declaration is the embodiment of our national trust, our inheritance, and our founding document. It remains the form and foundation of our National Will, which we pass on in turn to our children and all those who are born on our shores and to all those people wheresoever they may be, who are willing to pledge their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor to the same cause of freedom and justice for all people everywhere, now, and in the future.
You don’t have to be an American and you don’t have to be born on our soil to claim The Declaration of Independence as your birthright: The Declaration of Independence stands for all Mankind, throughout all Time. We continue to give its words meaning and we continue to pass it on to an ever-widening progeny of people all over the world who have taken it into their hearts and lived it with their lives and who strive to pass this most important of all inheritances on to their children.
The Constitution is by comparison a trivial document. The Constitution is a tri-lateral treaty of interesting form, also a simple trust indenture binding the new “federal government” entity to guard and respect our national trust, guarantee our Bill of Rights, and other than that, it is a commercial services agreement that sets up the organizational management structure to deliver those nineteen enumerated services all of which are functions to be undertaken in the international jurisdiction of the sea and under the international Law of the Sea.
When Federales call the Constitution “The Supreme Law of the Land” they are looking at it from their perspective–that is, as people who do their duties in the jurisdiction of the sea and who have to respect the agreements of the Constitution when they go ashore on the jurisdiction of the land. The Constitution is their supreme law with respect to us and their interactions with us, not any “supreme law” over us. Similarly, the United States Supreme Court is their supreme court, not ours. The United States Congress is their legislative body, not ours. Ours top legislative body is the Continental Congress—when and if we elect Deputies and seat one.
The Constitution is a treaty and commercial service agreement between the united States of America and the so-called Federal Government created as a result of the agreement—not the people. Except for the Preamble and Bill of Rights, the people have no part in it. The people are not signatories to The Constitution— the delegates who signed it were all functioning as Fiduciary Deputies for their respective colonies doing business as the united States of America and the focus of the document is so entirely on the business of setting up international representation in the jurisdiction of the sea that it barely mentions the pre-existing Common Law Court System owed to the people— just a passing nod in Article I and Article 6, and a single direct and explicit directive in Amendment VII.
Many American have grown up with the completely silly idea that The Constitution is the source of their rights, when in fact The Constitution merely recognizes and guarantees pre-existing rights claimed and delivered by The Declaration of Independence. The Constitution limits the Federal Government, not the people.
Many have also grown up with the idea that the Federal Government created by The Constitution is our government, when in fact it is not our government and never has been. The Federal Government is an association of sovereign nation states acting together in mutual self-interest with regard to the nineteen enumerated powers delegated to it–and it has never been a sovereign government with respect to us at all. Our sovereign government is vested in the organic states and the people. That thing in Washington, DC, is under obligation to protect our national trust, to respect the treaties created under The Constitution, and to provide nineteen enumerated services all in the international jurisdiction of the sea and under the Law of the Sea. Period. Put bluntly, the Federal Government works for us under contract. It’s our employee, and it has abused its position of trust to commit credit fraud and identity theft against its employers and benefactors.
Signing onto the Constitution would just commit us each as parties to the contract, and our Forefathers purposefully ordained that we should NOT be parties to that contract, so as to not be bound to it and enslaved by it. Only states are bound by treaties and obligated to pay the public debts. We retain subrogated rights through the united States of America, and the actual united States of America are the entities that need to be operated on the land jurisdiction and used to ensure enforcement.
Having covered all this you are prepared to understand that the United States Statutes-at-Large provide the only process by which anyone born on the land of one of the organic states of the Union can ever become a Federal United States Citizen. This process set down in 1804 has numerous requirements including filings and notices and a two year waiting period. It is literally impossible for any American to actually vacate their birthright status without performing this duty— which voids all claims that we ever did or ever could trade our birthright for a bowl of porridge.
Our own United States Statutes-at-Large adequately protect us from false claims against our true political status despite the best attempts of the perpetrators to deceive the other nations of the world and continue their campaign of Breach of Trust, Mischaracterization, Press-Ganging, Inland Piracy, Identity Theft, Credit Fraud, Unlawful Conversion, Kidnapping, Loan Fraud, Securities Fraud, Currency Fraud, Copyright Theft, and more against us.
We can also formally “Expatriate” from any presumption of foreign political status— but our position is that we never were and never could be removed from the land jurisdiction of our nation by any fraudulent action undertaken by a private corporate Board of Directors secretively occupying vacant Public Offices and abusing them for private gain.

2) Your recent article on the TRUE REVALUATION of the Dollar is for the most part correct but it stops short of valuing the Dollar in the US only. 80% of all Dollars are OVERSEAS with NO backing. These and all currencies are backed by the Collateral Accounts and agreements that gave rise to the Treaty of Versailles and the Historical Boxes issued by the FEDs in the 30’s and all the fraud that surrounds such a mess.
Currently I am fighting the lodging of USD in T’s into the Malaysian Central Bank in exchange for local currency. This will leave the Central Bank holding what may be toilet paper and a bunch of greedy politicians, bank official and lawyers with real cash and all indebted to the Holder of the bulk of the funds for financing national projects. Basically this is a scam with big pigs at the trough.
My question is what do you really think will happen to all those Overseas Dollars in a revaluation? Particularly since these were not created by the US or by trade, but often through rollover programs and other bank interest outside of the US and often through fraudulent or illegal activities. This also involves derivatives and other market manipulations.
I feel that there will be a lot of “Zeros” written off and the separation of domestic banking from bank fraudulent gambling. I am not for throwing banksters in jail but permanent retirement from the banking industry is a must. They can get jobs at McD’s.

We are in the process of repudiating the odious debt compiled by the IMF and its minions against our credit, and tracking down the American Assets that Secondary Creditors have falsely claimed as “abandoned property”—such as the American portion of the gold reserves being held by the World Bank/IBRD.
Our actual dollar— the only real dollar there is — the United States Silver Dollar issued by the Republic will be backed, but not one penny-worth of our assets or credit will go to back any private script of any kind issued by any bank anywhere on Earth. That includes “United States Treasury Notes” and the rest of the “Federal Reserve Notes” that are floating around everywhere— we won’t be buying any of that foreign currency back and we don’t suggest that anyone else take any wooden nickels, either. Here’s the situation:
In a debt-credit system, as you know, you can’t have a debt without an equal credit being created. So how did we wind up with an $18 trillion dollar “National Debt”? Where’s the “National Credit” that goes with the debt? Answer: we paid it all as it accrued with our goods and labor, and that National Credit should have been applied to the National Debt. Instead, the criminal banks and the bogus “Treasury Department” siphoned off the National Credit owed to us into their own pockets and simply never paid the debts we thought in good faith that we were paying.
We gave them the labor, the assets, and the resources to pay all our debts plus interest and they just sat there, year after year, letting the debt side of the transactions pile up against the victims. It would be like collecting someone’s rent money for years, never paying the landlord, and then pretending that the victim was a deadbeat who still owed the rent when the landlord came to town for an accounting. So the rats owe us $18 plus trillion dollars and they left town, filed for bankruptcy protection for themselves, and left us holding the bag.
Number 1: They did all this with criminal intention and via fraud and malicious, purposeful deceit, including copyright fraud against our given names. They deserve no bankruptcy protection, and they deserve no protection from any “corporate veil”. Consider the corporate veil already pierced and picture the outraged American people as well as all the angry creditors–like China– who haven’t been paid by these rats on the other side of the swindle, coming to dinner and going after all these criminal banks and their “governmental services corporations” and the people behind all this crappola.
Number 2: If they didn’t make enough profit after stealing us blind for a hundred years to pay their lawful debts including the debts they owe our creditors, that’s a problem for them, not for us.
Here’s another part of the swindle. The perpetrators gave themselves a fixed exchange rate for their “Federal Reserve Notes” against our actual United States Dollars defined as an ounce of fine silver—-one of their worthless I.O.U.’s in exchange for an ounce of fine silver. In this way they quietly emptied out Fort Knox of all our gold and silver reserves in “equitable exchange” for paper they printed using our credit, and then charged us interest for the “loan” of their private bank script. This was only possible because the American people were kept in the dark and trusted what they believed to be their own government.
Number 3: We repeat — if they didn’t make enough profit from this outrageous currency swindle to pay all their lawful debts plus treble damages to the victims, that’s a problem for them, not for us. They stole our gold and silver and hoarded it and now plan to sell it back to the people they stole it from at 5000% or better profit margins. Either that, or all the people who have been harmed by their criminality demand that these banks be liquidated and these banker’s private fortunes be seized and used to repay the victims. Please note– we were not the only ones who suffered outright theft of large gold and silver reserves. Almost every nation on this planet suffered the same.
In addition to the exchange rate swindle, we also suffered confiscation of privately held gold in the 1930’s. King Rat Franklin Delano Roosevelt gave our gold to the Federal Reserve Banks to hold as collateral backing their phony version of “United States Dollar” used in international trade. For over 80 years our gold sat in their vaults and was used as collateral benefiting them and when the bankruptcy was finally over in 1999— were we notified as the Priority Creditors and known Heirs of the Priority Creditors to come reclaim our assets? The titles to our land and homes that had been used as collateral backing the debts of the United States of America, Inc. bankrupted by FDR? The gold stolen by jack-booted FBI and Revenue Agents from our Grandmothers and Grandfathers? We were not told a word, not notified at all. Instead, the World Bank/IBRD came forward as Secondary Creditors and claimed our gold as “abandoned assets” belonging to “unknown heirs”.
All these banks can find every one of us right smart quick when they have a tax bill or a fee-bearing charge to make against the “persons” they created as franchises benefitting their governmental services corporations and named after us by stealing and copyrighting our given names, but when it came time to pay us the receipts of all the escrow accounts related to the bogus “mortgages” they sold us, they couldn’t find us. They didn’t even know who we are or where we lived. And they didn’t know where to return all the land titles they seized and placed on our property under color of law back in the 1930’s, nor did they know where the confiscated gold needed to go, either. So they just seized it all as “abandoned assets” belonging to “unknown heirs” and got ready to sell our property and our inheritance off to the highest bidder to profit themselves some more.
Now they have set up a “Drop Box” and called it the “Global Debt Facility” and put Karen Hudes and the 188 members of the Board of Governors of the World Bank (one of the perpetrators) in charge of getting rid of the stolen loot. They have had the brass cajones to try to pass themselves off as great philanthropists for offering to give our assets and the assets of other victims away, but sorry, nobody is buying it anymore.
Number 4: While the “Federal Reserve” was busy committing all this crime against us and the “IMF” was colluding with the Federal Reserve to pull all this off, and other banks like the World Bank and IBRD and HSB and Bank of Scotland and lots of others were busy getting their fingers extremely dirty, the Priority Creditors didn’t come forward because they were never told a word about any of this. God does work in mysterious ways. Not all Americans are crooks and not all were asleep. So a few — a very few — claimed back the assets owed to all Americans. Think of it as a Class Action in Commerce.
I hate to tell everyone in America that they have been outrageously swindled by institutions they trusted—by banks, by what they thought was their government, by law firms and judges they trusted— but such is the case. Because nobody was minding the store after the Civil War, thieves settled in and milked us in ever-increasingly terrible acts of fraud and enslavement and oppression— and now that the whole fraud is discovered and falling apart, these criminals have offered their “Final Solution”—- kill their creditors. Just like they killed off the hapless Jewish people in Germany. They took out million dollar life insurance policies on each and every one of us Americans, on Germans, on Japanese, on Aussies, on Canadians. They figure that if they kill off six and a half billion creditors, they can save themselves and have the whole planet to themselves.
We have a better solution. We intercept their plans and we tell everyone worldwide what these unspeakable vermin have planned and intended to do, simply because they don’t want to pay back what they owe to all the rest of us.
Still think that a job at McD’s is an appropriate punishment for what these people have done? Bear in mind that they think they are smart and that the rest of us are just dumb animals, here to serve them and be sacrificed as needed. Bear in mind that they are completely unrepentant, even now, when the guillotines they purchased to use on others are being prepared for them, they remain cocky and arrogant, confident that they are going to live to collect on our life insurance policies and the assets of the public transmitting utilities they recently named after us—-which they call “derivatives”.
You give the government of Malaysia a message for us—- help us nail these rats to the wall and seize their assets and liquidate their banks and their private fortunes and their foundation shelters—-nail them before they murder billions of innocent people they owe money to— and we will be happy to settle all legitimate debts that any American may have and we will pay those debts in gold or silver or other mutually acceptable commodities having actual value and we will back any script we issue with actual value, too.

Judge Anna explains here the difference between Sheriffs on the land (where all law is the law of the land or Common Law) who are elected by people associating freely as landowners in their counties, publicly bonded, and with an oath of public office, engaged in the business of Peacekeeping, and in enforcing organic law including the Constitution, versus Sheriffs working as Law-Enforcement officers of Federal States or Federal Counties which are incorporated entities and franchises of US, Inc., which latter are essentially working in a private capacity for a private corporation, much like private security officers at Malls.
She notes that such Sheriffs are really operating in the jurisdiction of the Sea, and should not continue to call themselves Sheriffs as this could be seen as a condition of constructive fraud, for which they could be held accountable, since there are no Sheriffs on the Sea.
Also of note here is mention of the arbitrary 1976 Congressional vacating of State Offices and State Laws to the trusteeship of the United Nations, which further ensures that Sheriffs and other law-enforcement officers–for such Federal agencies as “the FBI, FEMA, DHS, BATF, IRS, and the host of other quasi-law enforcement “agencies” out there” are not working in a governmental capacity, but rather in a private capacity, for private interests, including banks, and have no governmental or other authority over the people of the United States.

Specifics for Sheriffs and Federal Agents Regarding the Difference Between “Law Enforcement” and “Peacekeeping” – by Judge Anna Maria Riezinger
This information is crucial and needs to get into the hands of all 3100 County Sheriffs and all Police Departments and all Officers and Federal Agents Nationwide. Please help by broadcasting, reading, making videos, printing pamphlets, hand-delivering, and talking to all those you know.
The Articles of Confederation, The Declaration of Independence, and The Constitution are Organic Law of the Land. The Law of the Land is all Common Law. It functions on the land jurisdiction of the United States and is attached to it.
A Common Law Court functions only within the geographically defined boundaries it serves. All the offices associated with a Common Law jurisdiction or a Common Law Court including the Office of Sheriff are by definition Public Offices. They are administered under the Organic Law and the Public Law of the United States known as the United States Statutes at Large.
All Public Offices serve the government “of the people, for the people, and by the people”. All Public Offices are created and maintained by unincorporated body politics—- free associations of landowners and other members of the “free sovereign and independent people of the United States”.
As you can see from reading Amendment VII, all conflicts arising between people and affecting private property of value in excess of $20 are owed service by a Common Law Court.
The Sheriff on the land is responsible for the enforcement of the Organic Law of our nation, including The Constitution, and the Public Law. He is the highest peacekeeping officer in America within the boundaries of his County.He has sweeping powers to deputize men and commandeer equipment, facilities, and supplies to secure the peace and guarantee the enforcement of the Organic Law. A Sheriff on the land is elected by the people acting in free association as landowners in their counties. He has a Public Bond and he has an Oath of Public Office.
But, when you incorporate anything, you remove it from the jurisdiction of the land and from the Law of the Land.
Thus, when our Counties and States incorporated as franchises of the Federal “United States, Inc.”—either out of stupidity or treasonous intent, they became franchises in the same sense as we have franchises of Dairy Queen. They no longer function as our organic counties or states. They function as private corporate entities no different than Burger King or Walmart. They have no authority as government, and are merely “governmental services corporations”.
All the offices that were public offices associated with them immediately also devolve to merely private status. Thus the “Sheriff” working for such a “Federal County” or “Federal State” is no longer a Public Official. He is a private security officer working for a private corporation, no different than a mall cop working for Walmart. The fact that he may or may not be working on a contract requiring him to provide “law enforcement services” in a particular county in no way imbues him or his office with any governmental authority or immunity.
His job is to ride herd on corporations in general and employees of federal corporations especially. These corporations set up as franchises of the parent federal corporation are all required to abide by the in-house rules of the “United States, Inc.” or whatever federal corporation is acting as Queen Bee at the time. Theirs is a government “of the corporation, by the corporation, and for the corporation”.
His job does not involve enforcement of the Organic or Public Laws. His job is merely “code, statute, and regulation enforcement” that is meant to apply solely to corporations and corporate entities— trusts, transmitting utilities, and so on. He does not have a Public Bond, does not have an Oath of Public Office, he’s in the same status as a Mall Cop and has no lawful right to deputize anyone or commandeer anything. He is in private rather than public capacity and should not continue to call himself a “Sheriff” because there are no Sheriffs operating within the international jurisdiction of the sea and continuing to call himself a “Sheriff” sets up a condition of constructive fraud for which he can be held accountable.
The same applies to the FBI, FEMA, DHS, BATF, IRS, and the host of other quasi-law enforcement “agencies” out there. They continue to act as if they had something to do with the lawful government of the United States and as if they had some authority over the people of the United States, when in fact they do not and never have had. The rule is that if you can’t do something acting in your private capacity, you can’t do it, period, not at all. If you can’t bust down your neighbor’s door and face-slam his teenage daughter and ransack their house looking for imaginary “contraband” as Joe Average, you can’t do it as a Mall Cop, either.
The only people who have that kind of authority are “Peacekeeping Officers” working for the unincorporated government of the land, and they are required to abide by the Organic Laws and Public Laws and to operate under Common Law when they do it.
In 1976 the rats in “Congress” operating as the Board of Directors of the “United States, Inc.”—- a doing business name of the International Monetary Fund— declaredwith no lawful authority at all, that all our state offices and state laws were “vacated” and released to the trusteeship of the United Nations. See the International Organizations Immunity Act and the Foreign Sovereign Immunity Act. Of course, nobody bothered to tell us.
This had the affect of further removing all Federal County and Federal State and Federal Agency personnel from any valid Public Office. Even though these “agencies” have continued to use the names of our public government offices and units, such as the “Bureau of Land Management” and “U.S. Small Business Administration” and “Sheriff of Macon County”—- these are merely trademarked names, like brand names under new management, and have no meaning in terms of their actual authority or function.
The FBI Agents out in Oregon are acting under Color of Law and pretending to be under the administration of our lawful government, when in reality they are just hired commercial mercenaries acting at the behest of unknown private interests— mostly banks— and, as a result, they are engaged in armed racketeering on American Soil, against the American people, who are in fact paying their salaries via a criminally mismanaged “governmental services contract”.
So it is really very simple for anyone to determine exactly who these people are and what their status is. Are they working for an incorporated entity or not? If yes, they are working in a private capacity and have no lawful public function at all.
Virtually all the Sheriffs in this country have been converted in this surreptitious way from being “peacekeeping officers” to being “law enforcement officers” — leaving nobody in charge of enforcing the Organic Laws and Public Laws of this nation, except the People themselves, even though the People have continued to loyally pay through the nose for “Sheriffs” and “Deputies” and other such “services” aplenty.
Now, given this as a background—- all you “Sheriffs” and “Deputies” and “FBI Agents” and others involved in this travesty— have to ask yourselves two questions:
1. Am I working for a corporation? 2. Am I therefore working in private or public capacity?
If you work all day enforcing “codes, statutes, and regulations” you are a Mall Cop working for some version or franchise of the current “federal corporation” as a private “law enforcement officer” operating under international law. Any presentation or pretense otherwise is constructive fraud. You have no public office, no public bond, no capacity to exert any governmental authority on anybody.
If you work all day long enforcing the Organic Law and Public Law you are a Peacekeeping Officer acting with all the authority of the actual government owed to the land jurisdiction of the people of the United States behind you.
All corporations and all employees of all corporations are obligated to obey the Organic and Public Laws of this nation and if you do not, you are acting as an “Outlaw” on the land or a “Pirate” on the sea—–that is, as criminals.
You are also perpetuating war crimes against unarmed non-combatants when you trespass upon private property and pretend to have any jurisdiction over it. The people of this country have the absolute right to defend their lives and their property with armed force, and even more so, when the threat and trespass is being offered by their own misdirected employees who are required to provide them with Good Faith Service.
Everyone on both sides of this circumstance needs to wake up.
All those presently acting as “corporate Sheriffs” and “FBI Agents” and “DHS Agents” and so on need to recognize the very, very thin ice they are skating on and be very circumspect in their actions.
At the same time, they need to be asking themselves— hey, wait a minute! I am not a “citizen” of District of Columbia nor an employee of the bankrupt District of Columbia Municipal Corporation, and even less am I aware of being a UN Corporation employee! What is going on here~! What am I doing? There’s no parachute for me. I have been recognized as merely a private corporate Mall Cop, trespassing on private property, which is against the Public Law!
And those militia men are right. They are here to enforce the Organic and Public Law of this nation.
In most cases, the “corporate Sheriffs” love this country and want to serve their communities, they are just clueless about the insane web that has been cast around them and the way that their authority and office has been altered via the mechanisms of incorporation.
There is nothing stopping any of these men from reclaiming their own political status as “one of the free sovereign and independent people of the United States” and occupying the actual vacated Public Office of Sheriff. There is then nothing stopping them from deputizing as many men as they deem necessary to arrest the criminals responsible for misdirecting and misinforming them and causing all this harm to this country and the people they are bound to serve.
PS—- Yes, this DOES mean that every improper “federal action” from Ruby Ridge to Waco to the Bundy Ranch has been absolutely, totally against the Organic and Public Law of the United States and those who participated in and carried out these actions under Color of Law are international criminals guilty of multiple capital crimes and/or trespass offenses.
Janet Reno and G.W. and Bill Clinton and all the other Party Hearties responsible for these and other crimes against the American People need to be rounded up and turned over international courts of record for trial as war criminals guilty of capital “crimes of aggression” against the peaceful non-combatant people of the United States.

The Alliance That Is Taking Down The New World Order

Quite a bold title to an article, huh? Maybe you clicked on this because you were interested and hopeful that there is indeed a positive alliance systematically taking down the banking cabal, or NWO, as some like to call them. Maybe you already know of this alliance or maybe you do not. One thing is certain though, whether you believe it or not, this alliance is very real… and is winning.
The most fascinating part in that article to many people was the notion of the global collateral accounts soon to be opened by Neil Keenan, which are to be used for several humanitarian projects to truly help transform our world for the better.
Neil will also be refiling a previous lawsuit (implicates the U.N. and several other prominent figures) that shows how these global collateral accounts have been illegally used by The Federal Reserve, the E.U. and many well known and wealthy families throughout our world.
This is the same Neil Keenan who filed a Cease and Desist order in February 2014 to Queen Elizabeth II, Evelyn and Jacob Rothschild, David Rockefeller, Hilary Clinton, George Herbert Walker Bush, George Soros, The House and Senate of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION, among others.
Monaco Accords
Back in August of 2011, a group of finance representatives from 57 different nations came together off the coast of Monaco to discuss setting up a new global financial system as a way to bring down the NWO. Countries represented included Russia, China, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Brazil, Venezuela and many others, including various large power players; such as the positive faction (non-NWO) from The Pentagon and CIA.
Interestingly, Neil Keenan was also the man who set this meeting up, which some have called the Monaco Accords. No nations from the West were invited as almost all of them were taking orders from the NWO.
Several reports have shown that when Jay Rockefeller tried to get on the boat, he was stopped by Neil Keenan himself. Rockefeller asked Keenan, “Do you know who I am?” Neil replied, “Yes, you’re exactly the person we don’t want on this boat.” Needless to say, Rockefeller was not let on the boat and the meeting commenced with no NWO infiltration.
In fact, this meeting was so important that Blackhawk helicopters soon came up on the yacht (where the meeting was being held) and attempted to use electromagnetic pulse technology to spoil the party. Shortly after that, French fighter jets flew over the Blackhawks and gave them a warning to leave. These French fighter jets were helping to protect the alliance and this game-changing meeting.
Seeing as the East has most of the world’s gold and the documentation to legally bring down the corrupt institutions that have been illegally using the global collateral accounts, this alliance decided to begin creating the new gold and asset-backed financial system. With this meeting heralded as the “shot heard ’round the world” for those “in the know”, several other nations joined and have signed the Acknowledgment of Memorandum of the Agreement documentation, which brought this alliance to 182 countries.
Neil Keenan and team then decided to allow the BRICS nations continue on with the plan to create an entirely new and separate financial system from the Western cabal-controlled financial system.
