Arthur Firstenberg, author of The Invisible Rainbow: A History of Electricity and Life, reports in his newsletter today that 7,000 nesting sandwich terns have perished in De Petten in Texel Island in the Netherlands, with 3000 bird corpses found at the end of June 2022 with the rest vanished or abandoning their nests.
In addition, thousands of birds of different kinds have been dying in the Netherlands, in a sudden cull which is being linked to “avian flu”–but is it a virus or EMF radiation in excess which is killing these birds?
The number of celltowers and antennas in the area have increased lately according to a Dutch website which monitors this rise.
“The first 35 dead terns at De Petten were found on May 29, 2022. There are three cell towers on the edge of the reserve, and actually in the territory which the terns inhabit. According to the website, 18 new 4G antennas had just been added to those towers — 6 by Vodafone to its 83-foot tower on May 25, 2022, and 12 by KPN to its 108-foot tower on May 29, 2022. The number of frequencies emitted by those two towers had increased overnight from 5 to 11.
In addition to having all those antennas right at the reserve, De Petten is located on the northern edge of a waterway that separates the North Sea from the Wadden Sea, and a large number of antennas on both sides of that waterway — the antennas in Den Helden to the south and the antennas on Texel to the north — are aimed at that busy waterway, which is intensely used by the ships that continually pass through it. Consequently, according to my research, there are a total of 105 4G antennas within 7 miles of De Petten that are aimed directly at it.
Were Texel’s Sandwich terns already in bad shape from all the radiation they had been exposed to in the last few years? And did the sudden increase in both the number of antennas and the number of frequencies finally kill them?”

Increased Height of Towers, Increased Number of Antennas Lead to More Tern Deaths
Also found dead or disappeared by the end of June 2022 are 7000 pairs of nesting terns who flew up from South Africa to nest in Waterdunen in Zeeland province at the other end of the Netherlands, with 4600 avian corpses collected and the rest vanished with the entire breeding colony desolated.
Nesting birds who are locked in their nests would be especially susceptible to radiation, and it appears the number of towers and antennas have lately increased in the vicinity.
“The nature reserve at Waterdunen has 318 heavily-used 4G antennas aimed in its direction from distances of from 0.5 to 8 miles. Most of these emit between 1,000 and 2,000 watts of radiation each. 46 of these antennas are new, having been added to existing towers in April, May and June 2022. One 55-foot tower less than 2 miles down the beach from Waterdunen was upgraded on May 18, 2022 from 6 antennas to 12 and from 2 frequencies to 4. Another, 40-foot tower in the same location was upgraded on June 22, 2022 from 6 antennas to 18 and from 2 frequencies to 6. As Sandwich terns live on fish, that tower is within the foraging area for that colony.”
The height of the towers, the fact that 4G radiation (2.4 Gigaherz) is radiated outward in all directions, the presence of water to reflect and amplify the radiation, and the increased number of antennas as well as frequency ranges of transmission point to a sudden escalation in radiation penetration of the immediate area which seems to have had disastrous consequences for the birds.
Nesting Tern Disaster Also in France
A nature reserve in France also has lost 3000 nesting terns after increases in towers and antennas, 4G and 5G, aimed at the reserve in May 2022.
Platier d’oye, France
“At the Platier d’Oye nature reserve near the port of Calais, a colony of 3,000 Sandwich terns began nesting in April. The first 100 dead birds were discovered on May 20, and within a few weeks the colony was almost completely wiped out.
The situation at Platier d’Oye is similar to that further north in Texel: dozens of new 4G and 5G antennas were added near the reserve during the months of May and June. 3 new 4G antennas and 6 new 5G antennas were added to an existing 90-foot cell tower bordering the reserve. Another 6 new 4G antennas and 6 new 5G antennas were added to an existing 140-foot tower about two miles to the southeast. Another 6 new 4G antennas and 6 new 5G antennas were added to an existing 95-foot tower about two miles to the east. At this writing there are the astounding number of 355 antennas of all kinds on 26 towers at 13 locations ranging from 10 feet tall to 255 feet tall within about 4 miles of this nature reserve.”
Not Contagion via Bird Flu But Radiation: Germ Theory Once More Disproved
In both cases in the Netherlands and in France, smaller tern colonies about 20 miles away from the scene of carnage have survived and thrived. Firstenberg asks: “According to the bird conservation organizations, bird flu is so contagious that it spreads among Sandwich terns all over Europe in a matter of days, yet it is so non-contagious that a small colony of terns 20 miles away escapes scot-free. Bird flu travels from one end of the Netherlands to the other in a few days, but not between two Dutch colonies 20 miles apart, and not between the two largest colonies in France?”

Curiously also: “In decades of monitoring them, bird flu has never affected Sandwich terns before anywhere in the world. And it has always been a seasonal disease, occurring only in autumn and winter, and has never before affected any types of wild birds in spring and summer until 2022. It has also never affected so many different kinds of wild birds at once — terns, seagulls, avocets, gannets, skuas, guillemots, puffins, oystercatchers, ducks, geese, godwits, pheasants, magpies, sanderlings, storks, cranes, pelicans, herons, swans, loons, sparrows, pigeons, red-winged blackbirds, owls, cormorants, grebes, dunlins, crows, ravens, bald eagles, hawks, falcons, vultures.”
Noting that bird organizations are reacting as if a contagious disease is on the prowl, resorting to hazmat suits and masks, testing birds and finding H5N1, Firstenberg reminds all that this is similar to the over-amplified findings of the PCR test exaggerating COVID-19 cases and says the reason behind this catastrophe in 2022 is not a virus but sudden and increased radiation from both 4G and 5G towers and antennas.
“It is the uncontrolled irradiation of our world that is killing us and wiping out all the birds. Both 4G and 5G antennas are being erected more quickly and in greater numbers than ever before, not only on land but even on the surface of the sea. Wherever there are offshore wind farms, the cell phone companies are placing cell towers on those platforms. Seabirds will soon not only have no place to lay their eggs and raise their young, but they will not even be able to hunt for their food and feed their young without being irradiated.”
In 1918, he reminds us, medical scientists in Boston and San Francisco sought to prove contagion in the case of the Spanish Flu by forcing exchange of secretions from sick people and found no evidence of transmission through such physical matter exchange. Transmission is rather electrical he suggests, as many other scientists also suggest–the flu itself being seen as a means of detoxification of the body rather than an infection, with electrical and frequency exchange being the mode of transfer of detox impulse from one to another. “At least 23 scientists over the years, including Richard Shope, the scientist who first identified the flu virus in 1931, have published papers questioning the contagious nature of the flu and/or suggesting an electrical cause for it.”
Evaporated toxins from a spilled vial at a vaccination center in Thailand’s Rajavithi Hospital have caused a number of nurses and other medical personnel to suffer eye damage and skin rashes, named “surface ocular abrasion” also marked as conjunctivitis in an ophthalmology paper published in Sep-Dec 2021 by a group of Thai doctors at the journal Karger and now posted online at NIH and reported by various media outlets online.
“The symptoms were eye irritation (60%), red eyes (50%), tearing (45%), swollen eyelids (30%), and skin rash (20%). The average time from the accident to the onset of symptoms was 10.2 ± 7.1 h.”
It’s interesting that what is being suspected as responsible is an aerosolized evaporate of the vaccine vials, since what apparently transpired is that a vial broke, and the nurse responsible mopped up the solution from the floor with a tissue then tossed the debris in a trash can which remained on site in the vaccination cubicle the whole day, thence affecting nurses in adjacent cubicles who flared up with red eyes, conjunctivitis symptoms, and ear, face, and neck rashes.
Aluminium Hydroxide, a known adjuvant in the Chinese Coronavac vaccine is being suspected as responsible for the bio-effects reported and visible in the nurses, as also other listed excipients which include disodium hydrogen phosphate.
“We hypothesize, after finding no other likely association, such as contamination of cleaning agents or malfunction of ventilation system, that the evaporated solution of the vaccine was associated with ocular surface erosions of the affected personnel.”
The paper describes at length the architecture of the vaccination site and the contiguity of the cubicles to each other, reporting that “(t)he nurse who accidentally dropped the vaccine in room 4 and the assistant who wore contact lens and worked in room 3 manifested the most severe and longest clinical manifestations for 2 weeks.”
Rather a bombshell reveal of highly toxic ingredients in the CoronaVac vial, powerful enough to affect eyes and skin, the paper matter-of-factly closes with suggestions to handle the vials with greater care, and consider protective clothing with eye protection for vaccine-administering staff, much in the style of hazardous-substance handling. The question does arise: don’t these doctors trace a connection between toxic vial contents affecting skin and therefore greater dangers of injecting same into people?Why wouldn’t they wish to raise a more urgent alarm about the contents of the vaccines?
Coronavac is one of the COVAX vaccines funded by the Gates and other foundations, manufactured by Sinovac Biotech in China, and shipped to numerous countries, popular because it is an “inactivated virus vaccine” which doesn’t need to be refrigerated–although clearly, there is much not being disclosed about its contents, given that no virus for SARS-COV-2 has been isolated, as admitted now by over 164 institutions around the world, and reported here earlier after an interview with Christine Massey.
“The Sinovac CoronaVac vaccine (PiCoVacc) does not need to be frozen, and both the vaccine and raw material for formulating vaccine doses could be transported and refrigerated at 2–8 °C (36–46 °F). As of December 2021, CoronaVac was a leading COVID-19 vaccine used in the world, with over 1 billion doses delivered. In China, as of the end of October 2021, more than 110 million doses of CoronaVac® have been administered to groups of minors under 18 years of age.”
Sinopharm and Sputnik Vaccines in Argentina Found to Contain Microcircuitry and Nano Graphene
Meanwhile, in Argentina, Dr. Martin Monteverde (whose concerns were reported here earlier) put the Sinopharm and Sputnik vaccines (as also others–Cansino, AstraZeneca, Pfizer) under an optical microscope between 100X and 400X magnification and found the same kinds of nano and micro electronic graphene structures in there as found earlier in the Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca vials by other researchers in Spain, Dr. Pablo Campra Madrid and the La Quinta Columna researchers: rectangular, bubble-like, and long worm shapes identified by nanotechnology researcher Mik Anderson at Corona2Inspect blog as possible FETs or field-effect transistors, microbubbles, and single-walled carbon nanotubes (SCWNT) et al.
As the writer at Orwell City notes, “As research progresses, it becomes more and more evident that the substance they call a vaccine is an advanced technology designed to perform functions completely unrelated to immunization.”
Dr. Monteverde’s team also found self-assembling properties in these nanoelectronics and microelectronics comprising tiny routers, circuits, and dots, including the seeming formation of fractalled plasmonic antennas.
Sinopharm, a vaccine similar to Sinovac with a supposedly “inactivated virus” is made by a state-owned Chinese corporation, China National Pharmaceuticals Group which, like American pharma companies has expanded hugely into the vaccine sector and now drives a national vaccine demand, noting on its website: “As world’s 6th largest vaccine manufacturer, Sinopharm is able to produce all the vaccines in the National Vaccination Program and is the supplier of over 80% vaccines used in the Expanded Program on Immunization in China.” Sinopharm is now being manufactured on-site in Argentina at Sinergium Biotech, in collaboration with China.

Sputnik vaccine from Russia is also being manufactured locally in Argentina, with the biotech company Richmond reporting in August a manufacture of 5 million doses. Sputnik has been approved for use in 70 countries, and the projections of local manufacture to an annual figure of 500 million doses suggest that both Argentina and Russia plan to keep the unproven pandemic going forever, with a militant emphasis on vaccines, as indeed the White House also does, as reported here earlier.

In assessing the size of these foreign inclusions, which these researchers do not put down to contamination in certain vials, since the same objects have now been found in numerous vials of various brands of the vaccine, by independent teams of researchers in Spain, France, Germany, Argentina, USA, and Chile, the Argentine researchers note that given their microscope limitations (a Nikon Eclipse 50i), they were looking at particles larger than 100 nanometers, which is 0.1 microns, suggesting they were looking at objects in the micro range rather than nano (although they may have assembled from nanosize, as presented in earlier research by Dr. Pablo Campra.)
As noted here earlier, Dr. Monteverde embarked on these microscope analyses after witnessing the deaths and serious health conditions caused by thromboses, blood clots, and strokes post-vaccine in Argentina, a phenomenon now evident around the world. The Chilean radio discussions of his team with other doctors including the La Quinta Columna researchers point to the effects of the vaccine graphene as catastrophic. Dr. Delgado marks the high danger of inserting micro circuits and micro antennas into the human body, causing “radiation syndrome” to develop, which, coupled with other toxic effects of graphene point to “COVID-19” as quite possibly being a radiation disease, not a flu-virus, induced by previous vaccines, flu vaccines, and 5G rollouts–discussed a few times earlier at this site including here.

Ugur Sayin, shying away from the Death Shot himself
“A central question facing the researchers at BioNTech arises from an observation that there is something strange in the vials: “The vaccine is a white to grey-white dispersion. How does this significant colour difference come about; virtually all the substances used are colourless, so white would be expected. Where does the shade of grey come from? Are these impurities?”
Andreas Schnepf explained the problem: “It may well be that a pill, a liquid or a dispersion is coloured. But the colour grey, i.e. a ‘diluted black’, is hardly created in a process that would be expected. We need to know if it is an impurity. If a pill is not white, there is a suspicion that something has gone wrong. We need clarification from BioNTech on this.”
In their letter, the professors specifically ask: “How is a uniform product quality ensured, or rather how can you ensure that the mRNA to be packaged is present in the lipid nanoparticles and to what extent? How do you continue to control the concentration of mRNA active ingredient in each batch, and how do you control the concentration of active ingredient in the lipid nanoparticles relative to that outside the particles?”
A second issue of concern to the chemists is the “components used in the vaccine that are not approved for human medicine”. This concerns “the components ALC-0159 and ALC 0315 used to form the lipid nanoparticles”, which are “not directly approved for use on or in the human body”. The safety data sheet for ALC-0315 describes “that ALC-0315 irritates both eyes and skin or mucous membranes”. Schnepf sees a problem here: “If it can irritate the eyes or skin, what about the relationship to tissue? Here we need clarity.”
Graphene from Japan to Germany to Spain to Chile to USA to Argentina to China to Russia to Thailand
As a reminder, Japanese researchers who had earlier noted a similar shading and noted as well that the vaccines from 39 vials were making people magnetic, suspended the specific batches they had found the discoloration in, confiscating1.63 million doses.
Spanish researchers currently used to scrutinizing the contents of vaccine vials from different brands under the microscope and in spectroscopes might inform these Japanese and German scientists that what they are seeing is graphene oxide and graphene hydroxide, known to have paramagnetic properties, darker in coloration, and found to be dangerously cytotoxic and inducive of blood clots or thrombi.
Of course, graphene is not the only toxin to have been found in these vaccines; Dr. Campra,Dr. Kelcker, Dr. Young, Dr. Noack and other scientists examining the vaccines with microscopes and spectroscopes have found all sorts of metallic nanoparticulates, such as aluminium, chromium, nickel, sulphur, cadmium, selenium in these almost-clear solutions being injected directly into the muscles and bloodstreams of human bodies.
Chromium and nickel make up stainless steel, cadmium selenide signals quantum dots, the peculiar slave-tagging technology touted by MIT and DARPA and Bill Gates as powerful markers and holders of “all your vaccine history since the day you were born,” tagged just under your skin.
Nanometallics in Vaccines from Italy and France Found Earlier by Dr. Gatti
Nano metallic particulates being found in vaccines is not a new thing: Dr. Antoinetta Gatti and her husband and fellow researcher Dr. Stefano Molinari published the results of an extensive study in 2017, examining 44 different vaccines from Italy and France, finding heavy metals ranging from aluminium, to mercury to lead, dangerous, cytotoxic substances all.

Note, these are flu vaccines, meningitis vaccines, diphtheria vaccines, MMR vaccines, Gardasil–a whole platter of different vaccines all loaded with dangerous heavy metals and cytotoxics, being pumped into babies at four months old and grandmas at eighty years, both in highly fragile and vulnerable stages of their lives.

Tentacled creatures seen in Moderna by Dr. Carrie Madej and Dr. Franc Zalewski may turn out to be carbon nano-octopuses–part of the secretive insertion by DARPA of nano graphene constructs intended to devolve into circuits, antennas, networks, and synapses replacing human cells and neurons and constructing cyborg and synthetic biology networks inside the human body, without human consent.
It has become indisputable to many observers currently that the COVID vaccines are dangerous, deadly, and lethal, judging just by the numbers of deaths, serious injuries like paralysis, strokes, heart attacks, myocarditis and others recorded in the Vaccine Injury databases worldwide, visible on videos, and being reported by high numbers of people on social media and in private circles.
New findings of toxins and reports of illness through a spilled vial red-flag the lethality and danger of these gene-modifying injections which should be halted at speed to prevent further death and harm to people worldwide.

So hello this is Dr. Bodo Schiffman speaking. I am a German doctor who is investigating around COVID 19 disease since March of 22 and I have had news about the death of children possibly in relation to the wearing of a mask.
There is proof there is not much doubt that there is maybe this the wearing of the mask is the reason for the death of three children.
We have two children age of 13 one is a boy one is a girl who have died. In one case I have direct contact to one doctor who has treated her. In the second case I have contact to the headmaster of the school. There is the third case– I first mentioned this was from Frankfurt in Germany it’s not correct–it’s at the age of six years as a girl and she also has died, then the police blocks all answers. There is no way to get the name of the kid but we do have proof that it has died by the police in Munich and it’s sad that this girl has died. By normal cases in the age of six there will be no further examination of the body, which is strange because I am an emergency doctor and I have experienced about 20 years in emergency and this is not the normal way. If a child dies then you always think it’s not a normal condition.
What we know right now is that there was I don’t know it’s come to a reanimation and the girl was flown by a helicopter to one of the Munich clinics and died and the police told so far that they won’t go further but when you ask what is the reason and why there is no forensic investigation then you don’t get an answer, you’re told “we’re not allowed to talk about this thing,” this is strange because normally the police won’t get any information if someone dies in a normal way, the general practitioner will fill out the death form and so that’s it but this never happens with the child and it’s not reported to the police and the police is lying. When you give them a call a few days ago they are telling you it’s fake news, there is no death of a child but there is.
We have to fight. We have to fight for our children but not a normal fight, it’s something we have to do with freedom and with peace but we have to fight for our children. If there is only little evidence that the useless mask is a danger for our children we have to react.
In Germany in Kiel and Lubeck the clinics have an order that kids in the age of one year have to wear masks. Yesterday we’ve been reported five cases of kids with nausea which have collapsed which are getting blue cyanotic. None of these childs die but they could.
We have to fight for our children, all nations all parents or aunts or grandparents all teachers — I don’t know what the politicians want but they don’t want to fight a virus.
There is no deadly disease, there is nothing to protect – but they are going to harm our children.

Now it’s time to reunite all people and the people who believed in the governments look at this id extra coronavirus 5th of october translated in all languages of the world — it’s bizarre it’s a perverted situation.
This coronavirus is a myth it’s a fairy tale.
Today we’ve been told by an insider of one of the biggest laboratories in Germany he told us that they can’t identify if it’s truly a COVID infection or if it’s some kind of influenza disease. The whole thing is a lie and it’s hard to believe it’s hard to believe that this is the biggest the greatest lie ever told to the people of the world.

There were reports in China of children who have died and I’ve been told so far that there are some cases in France as well and I read because I understand, Italy in the Italian newspaper that a child has taken his own life because it can’t take the quarantine and the lockdown –

There have been other cases reported of adults also collapsing and dying from mask-wearing, including a pastor in Cameroon and a fit runner in India. Dr. Schiffmann is right, the reckless politicians playing Fascism in our midst are harming our children, they need to be jailed for these false fears and false edicts which have children and babies and toddlers in masks, suffocating, unable to breathe, being wrongfully indoctrinated in the foolish idea that cloth or paper masks will stop a viral disease — instead of being encouraged to enjoy sunshine, fresh air, and the closeness of their friends along with vitamins and nutrition to bolster their immune systems.
Adults need to stand up and say No, firmly and collectively, individually and en masse. Wrongful edicts need to be rejected.
Most people, brainwashed by lying and propagandizing media continue to support the idea that the lies and deception coming out of government corporations is necessary and meaningful “guidance.”
This becomes laughable and clear treason when the truth of these deceptive edicts plays out as it is currently: children are dying from wearing the masks, children are killing themselves.
Not enough that they are being shot up with toxins in vaccines, sprayed with nanotechnology and metal particulates, drinking water laced with neurotoxic flouride and milk laced with excessive calcium carbonate, all degrading their brains and nervous and immune systems, our children are now being asphyxiated and deprived of oxygen to breathe, taught to fear and distance themselves from each other: the entire COVID Psy Op needs to be challenged and stopped by parents.
When masks are killing children, when even One child is harmed– and we are speaking of profound harm here, Harm Unto Death in these known and confirmed cases of 3 children in Germany, 2 in Greece–as Professor Cahill says, they MUST be stopped IMMEDIATELY!

In this premiere edition of the weekly Need to Know Report at my YouTube channel Ramola D Reports, along with guests particle physicist Dr. Katherine Horton and human rights activist Frederic Laroche, we launch the Spotlight on Psychiatry Subverted, a close look at psychiatry worldwide, which seems to be increasingly used these days as a weapon in support of State surveillance and authoritarianism. This edition focuses on French and Belgian psychiatry.
Frederic Laroche updates us on his court case in Grenoble, France, a hearing about a seemingly engineered accident or entrapment operation, whereby he was wrongfully pulled into psychiatry, subjected to forced medication, and given a false diagnosis which now threatens his life and future. (This story was covered in detail earlier in podcasts with Frederic, also reported here earlier.)
Dr. Katherine Horton provides close analysis and commentary on Frederic’s case, raising important questions about the ways in which video evidence from CCTV footage is being ignored, and offering insightful hypotheses regarding the significance of the quick misdiagnoses, dubious record of injuries of the pedestrian who leapt on and then off his car–later accusing him of intentional manslaughter, withholding of the police report, and quick pipelining of him into psychiatry—a deadly move which resulted in his near-paralysis from potent and neurotoxic anti-psychotics given to him at the local psychiatric hospital.
Dr. Horton also provides an update on the case of Melanie Vritschan, human rights advocate and founder of ICATOR, the International Coalition Against Electronic Torture and Robotization of Living Beings, whose newborn was inexplicably snatched from her last month at Erasme Hopital in Brussels, Belgium, by a group of psychiatrists, whose hand in continuing to hold the baby in the Neonatal Unit via the auspices of the Youth Court/Tribunal de la Jeunesse appears evident. Once again, an activist is targeted for her activism; the nature of her work—which exposes the covert operations of Intel agencies and militaries in clandestinely and non-consensually implanting civilians—appears to have been questioned by these psychiatrists, who have displayed an alarming level of either ineptitude or criminality in refusing to examine the scientific evidence of an implant removed from Melanie’s own throat, evidence which puts paid to their wrongful diagnosis of her of being delusional by way of belief in implants—which of course led to their involving the court system and “ordering” the removal of her child from her care.
In both these cases, the role of authoritarian psychiatry needs to be openly questioned.

Is France, like the United States of America, like Switzerland, like Belgium, like Germany, like Poland, like Canada, like Australia, like New Zealand, and numerous other countries of Europe, North America, Asia, and other continents, now practicing totalitarian State repression KGB and Cheka-style with the use of political psychiatry?
It would appear so, if Frederic Laroche‘s experience is anything to go by. A talented and experienced software engineer with a background in teaching high school science, Frederic Laroche has worked for several years as a human rights activist on the behalf of French residents who have in recent years fallen prey to the same kinds of programs running wild in all the no-longer-democratic or now-only-superficially democratic countries mentioned above—organized stalking, covert assault with directed-energy weapons or DEWs (also called psychotronic, electronic, non-lethal, or microwave weapons), and non-consensual enrollment in neuro-experimentation programs—trademark evidence of covert extrajudicial surveillance and experimentation by globally-operative Intelligence agencies working hand in glove with national Security agencies, military units, and local police and governments.
These are manifestations of the global surveillance state run apparently by Bilderberger central bankers & technocrats, secret-society cultists, Freemasons, Satanists, Paperclip Nazis, Zionists, operatives from the Vatican/City of London/Washington, DC as a global shadow operation ensconced inside the governments of countries, which the Mainstream Media mouthpieces for the CIA and MI5/MI6 and Mossad in the US and UK and Europe have proved openly now they will not dare to report.
But will indeed bolster and conceal apparently with distortions, lies, omissions, and elisions in reportage; the New York Times, for instance, distinguished itself with such faulty and flagrantly deceptive reportage in recent times, as also did the oddly Satanically-named outfit, The Daily Beast, both seeking to discredit the reporting victims and witnesses of 21st-Century covert assault with EMF Spectrum/Neuro-weapons and organized stalking—a group inclusive of highly-educated and accomplished researchers, whistleblowers, and activists.
Such media deception relies on the offices of that old State tool, Psychiatry, and perhaps we should not marvel at the fact that one government propaganda tool relies on the concealing bulwark of another—indeed, one historically used to support Terror operations run by governments and Secret Services such as the Cheka (Secret Police) in the Soviet Union and the Stasi in East Germany.
We should, however, hold both Psychiatry and Mainstream Media accountable for the crimes of mass deception and duplicity—and for the wilful destruction of large numbers of individual lives. If psychiatrists are merely ignorant, not complicit—as some suggest—it is time they educated themselves then, on the realities of modern electromagnetic weaponry and modern Stasi and Cheka-style Intel-agency-run stalking, persecution, surveillance, and experimentation being practiced by the global surveillance (Mafia) state.
Railroaded by French Intelligence and State Psychiatry
In April 2017, Frederic Laroche sent informative letters to French government members covering the realities of extrajudicial targeting with EMF/Neuro -weapons in France. He enclosed supportive information from Dr. Katherine Horton, ex-CERN physicist and founder of the Joint Investigation Team, an international team of experts exploring the wrongful use of DEWs and military neurotech on civilians worldwide. Shortly after, in May 2017, he was wrongfully detained by local police in Grenoble, France on the basis of a trumped-up charge of assault of a pedestrian with his automobile, after what appears to have been an entrapment operation run on him on May 2, 2017 by actors working for the French Intelligence services. He was then remanded by order of the town Mayor, judge, and Prefet (the Police Commissioner) to a local psychiatric institution where he was forcibly dosed with very high quantities of an anti-psychotic, which caused him to experience intensive back, spine, and neck paralysis, inability to breathe, and near-comatose blankness of mind. Because he demanded that this drug be stopped, the dosage was reduced; the attending physician informed him “We cannot give you nothing.” His continued stay at this facility was curtailed only on the assessment of the attending psychiatrist, who has “let him go” on the condition that he return every month until September for a mega-dose of another anti-psychotic, intended to sustain his physiology for the period of a whole month at a time. This drug, he reports, muddies his concentration and focus, blanks his initiative, degrades his cognitive processes, dampens his mood, and renders him inactive. The reason for this drug? To quell his “delusions,” according to the either-ignorant or -complicit psychiatrist, who wishes, apparently, to convince Frederic that electromagnetic weapons and French Intelligence chicanery do not exist—an unfortunate delusion she perhaps is trapped in, that is, if she is not overtly colluding with French Intelligence herself.

Neuro-Mapped and Neuro-Experimented on at Hewlett-Packard: From DEW Assaults to Assassination Attempts
In Part 2 of his narrative (linked below), Frederic details the history of his targeting and surveillance, starting at his parents’ home in suburban Grenoble in 1998 when he noticed he was being followed, and then being hit with strange abdominal and other pains which seemed to coincide consistently with the at-home presence of a neighbor. Putting his scientific background, logical thinking and sleuthing skills to good use, he embarked on a process of careful observation and inquiry which revealed to him the nature of the stalking, surveillance, and eventual neuro-experimentation he realized he was being subjected to as he worked in different jobs in Grenoble and across France, being hit with DEWs everywhere he went.
In an open work-floor space at Hewlett-Packard, he learned (from various sources, including a manager, in addition to his own eyewitness and personal encounters) that the strange group of newcomers in the adjoining rows who seemed intent on his every word, phrase, emotion, and action comprised French and American Intelligence agents engaged in neuro-mapping, and that their primary subject was himself. On Bastille Day one year, watching the city fireworks, he overheard one of his stalkers say to another “He will leave with this memory of the fireworks.” Later that night, he suffered an electromagnetic beam attack to his brain, which felt, he said, like brain-death; forced to wake out of medicated slumber, he learned that moving his head and body helped him to escape the beam, in what he records now as a distinct assassination attempt.
In an unexpectedly dramatic conversation which follows his subsequent departure to Istanbul, Turkey, and a tragically repeated experience there of stalking and DEW assault at a camp ground, culminating in a despairing attempt to take his own life–as a logical response, he says, to the endless, unstoppable stalking and DEW/Neuro assaults he was being subjected to all over France and even across borders–Frederic details how he was actually stopped in this attempt and assisted back to recovery by his very stalkers, to whom, apparently, his life and continued availability for DEW assault and neuro-experimentation meant something.

We are all France. Apparently. Though we are never all Lebanon or Syria or Iraq for some reason. Or a long, long list of additional places.
We are led to believe that U.S. wars are not tolerated and cheered because of the color or culture of the people being bombed and occupied. But let a relatively tiny number of people be murdered in a white, Christian, Western-European land, with a pro-war government, and suddenly sympathy is the order of the day.
“This is not just an attack on the French people, it is an attack on human decency and all things that we hold dear,” says U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham. I’m not sure I hold ALL the same things dear as the senator, but for the most part I think he’s exactly right and that sympathy damn well ought to be the order of the day following a horrific mass killing in France.
I just think the same should apply to everywhere else on earth as well. The majority of deaths in all recent wars are civilian. The majority of civilians are not hard to sympathize with once superficial barriers are overcome. Yet, the U.S. media never seems to declare deaths in Yemen or Pakistan or Palestine to be attacks on our common humanity.
I included “pro-war government” as a qualification above, because I can recall a time, way back in 2003, when I was the one shouting “We are all France,” and pro-war advocates in the United States were demonizing France for its refusal to support a looming and guaranteed to be catastrophic and counterproductive U.S. war. France sympathized with U.S. deaths on 911, but counseled sanity, decency, and honesty in response. The U.S. told France to go to hell and renamed french fries in Congressional office buildings.
Now, 14 years into a global war on terror that reliably produces more terror, France is an enthusiastic invader, plunderer, bomber, and propagator of hateful bigotry. France also sells billions of dollars of weaponry to lovely little bastions of equality and liberty like Saudi Arabia, carefully ignoring Saudis’ funding of anti-Western terrorist groups.
