Having spent some time looking at the BioTech-WarTech-LieMedia-World text and video on the subject of Sonya Massey and the Sheriff’s Deputy--crazed, tattoed, Giant-like, perhaps Nazi–played by MediaName Sean Grayson and his pal and “former colleague” Dawson Farley going in to her home late at night and then–just incidentally?–shooting her dead while she was boiling potatoes or peas in her kitchen, and all eyes thence on Deputy Grayson, it seems to me the whole thing is a PoliCIA Publicity stunt.

Primary Narratives

They do these elaborate things as Lime Neon stunts to advance their Agenda, for they have one. [Pinprick RF on second toe, left foot, 11:02 pm.] Their Long Game, their Intent to Muzzle, Control, Smother everyone. And how do they plan to do that really?

And the answer is the Lie, the Myth, the Narrative of Mental Health.

Or rather, of MENTAL HEALTH DISORDER, which they have built carefully over Time and think now is Foolproof and Forever.

This story bears evidence of this their Central Myth along with their casually-flung-about Presumptions of Needed Police Involvement, and the whole baked bright and crusty with the well-lipsticked US Mint-War Bureau-Crime Bureau’s Faux Media paid to lie all around by Omission and Commission, and that other clever means, Distortion & False-Premise.

I am speaking of those who situate themselves at the Center and the Top, the ones sending pinpricks right now to my fourth toe, left foot (Mazzeos, 11:08 pm). The CIA, CFR, Cabalists in close communion with each other, playing Inversion-Speak, Inversion-Life.

There is another primary narrative in play here, the Black Lives Matter narrative of Black versus White, which forgets the Primary Problem in the USA today–which their Myth of Mental Health Disorder everywhere seeks to hide [the widespread situation of attacks on Americans, inclusive of African-Americans, with Radio, Radar, Neuro, Acoustic, Nano, RFID weapons], simply excises it.

Yes, I think now the whole thing is an elaborate stunt, and it has several objectives. One cleverly done–after sudden PoliCIA analysis probably of Lie World takedowns by alt-media journalists of their decades-long attempts here to keep deceiving us all, decades now of Live Drills and Active Shooters and Mass Shootings and other lone apple police attacks on people–contrivances mixed in with actual police violence, actual police racism, and actual police lunacy in running their Mental Health Fraud schemes up and down the length and breadth of the country, so all of us are kept unbalanced, and uncertain about what the Truth really is.

Elaborate Deception may be the key.

Deputy Sean Grayson for instance has such a “litany of missteps to his name” that it’s not clear how he was employed by any Sheriff’s or Police department.

All sorts of anomalies appear in the varied print coverage of the incident which may have been elaborately contrived.

A primary one being, if a woman called Police past midnight at any time suspecting a “prowler”, why would she let him and his deputy, both armed, enter her house? It’s her Private Home and it’s Past Midnight, why are they entering?

Video coverage of the incident is spotty and selective. Purported body camera video from the second deputy doesn’t show the full visit–no raw film is provided.

FLASHY MIDWEST MEDIA, PROPAGANDIZING FOR POLICE: “We Do Police Publicity, Sheriff Publicity, and any kind of Government PR”

Then there’s Anna Schecter, CBS News, Crime and Safety Unit, who manages to establish she is firmly behind the Sheriff and his deputies and is not practicing Journalism but its opposite (Anti-Journalism comes to mind).

She also shares that the main news of the day is Squabbles, over second or first degree murder, niceties of the Maritime courtroom system, which has asked her to rise out of an ocean of flickering blue, no doubt for a solid, watery reason. This odd fixation on Verdicts of Second or First, vengeful and intent, is also evident in public harangues by the actors playing Sonya Massey’s parents and sister and other relatives. Rather than mourning the loss of their supposed daughter and sister, they fixate on their supposed need for Courtroom Justice in a specific, hoped-for pronouncement by a Maritime Courtroom judge–as if such courts and judges are doling out Justice at all these days and we might want to or can look up to them (No we can’t). No one says a word about the “Community Justice” meanwhile which Grayson and Farley supposedly have doled out to the sadly “Mentally Ill” “Sonya Massey”.

A few things to note here. The second deputy has a gun pointed as well, and didn’t he shoot? He said later he didn’t. And is that a silencer on his gun? Why would he need that? And the tattoos on his arm are curiously similar to ones sported by men in witchcraft tattoo pics online. [Lime Neon: Satanism & Witchcraft?]

Most interestingly, scattered allusions to Sonya Massey’s “Mental Health” point to where this argument is going. [The “Sheriff’s office released information” mentioned is linked further below.] A preset series of “Mental Health” and “mobile crisis” and police calls and visits prior to the lethal visit by the Sheriff’s deputies may have been pre-arranged. This appears to have been the formula in a lot of cases where people are captured as if slaves, for Mental Health transports and hospital placement, and for use as patsies in arranged mass shooting events. There is a storyline here being presented and it is one of the “Escalating Mental Crisis” which seems to be functioning like a formula in the Police-EMS notebooks. Reading through some of these news reports and reading the Field reports of different kinds the Illinois Sheriff Deputies have been filling out after the fact, it seems like some myths and storylines were being built up. The title of one article suggests that those with Mental Health issues can expect to be shot by Police at work or at home or perhaps out in the street, take your pick: “Sonya Massey made multiple 911 calls for mental health crises in days before police shot her at home”.

And no, we are not imagining it, we are looking at photos of different women here, and being told each one is the same “Sonya Massey.” This one here in the poster at the altar in fact is a very light-skinned woman, whereas the lady who is seated on the couch conversing with Sean Grayson is very dark-skinned.

Is “Donna Massey” the imagined Sonya Massey’s mother, or a paid actor? Like other “mothers” and “sisters” of people reported as eventually killed by Police on their odd nighttime visits (Jason Harrison in Texas, Walter Wallace in Philadelphia: See Targeting Revealed: DOD’s Human Effects Characterization & Non-Lethal Weapon Policy Docs, Police/DHS Reports & MOU Reveal Weapons-Testing With Private Sector to Build Extra-Lethal Weaponry (Devices) for Extra-Legal Health [Disability, Death, Crisis-Run BrAIn-Grabs & Psych Labels] Courtesy Military Veterans & “Community Police”: MK-ULTRA Cover-up Exposed) this one gives her child away as if to a Human Sacrifice Organization (listen to the 911 call recording included in this article), suggesting they “don’t hurt her” but she’s “like” a “paranoid schizophrenic”, one of the scariest-sounding False Psych Labels there are, something put out by the Psycho Psycho Psy Ops Klub (DSM makers/APA/APsychA et al) to scare all into thinking this is real.

And was it a Mental Health Crisis or was someone throwing bricks at her SUV? And how does anyone “rip out a window” on an SUV? And casually break one window then another with a brick?

For there are several storylines here of “INTERACTION WITH POLICE” which is identical to what the Police have been setting up with those they have unlawfully targeted, whom the FBI has casually called “Targeted Individuals” and striven to establish as a subset of the MENTALLY ILL, MENTALLY DISABLED, NEAR-MENTALLY INCOMPETENT, and DOWNRIGHT DANGEROUS, to the extent of Being considered a RISK TO PUBLIC SAFETY, VULNERABLE PERSONS, and UNCONTROLLED AND UNCONTROLLABLE, requiring 24/7 COMMUNITY POLICING, COMMUNITY MONITORING, and POLICE SURVEILLANCE and FREQUENT POLICE SUMMONS BY the IMMEDIATE NEIGHBORHOOD OF NEWLY ESTABLISHED PAID FUSION CENTER-CONTRACTING MERCENARIES. [As this Writer and Journalist has frequently reported, both in her own case and in hundreds of others, Americans, English, European, Australian who have reported these crimes to her.]

There is a story behind that Sonya Massey call of 1 am of several others, notably one made it appears that very afternoon of an angry Sonya calling in about a neighbor shattering her SUV with a brick and of needing to clamber in, and doing so by ripping out a window and more. Wild extravagant storytelling in fact, supported by a “Call for Service Detail Report” written backwards it seems–the computer publishing the times of report backward (take a look, link to their pdf at the Sangamon County, Illinois website below)–and filled with odd anomalies, which an Investigator needs to question “Shane Matli” on. The “Sonya Massey” name seems to be known, but at some point the caller–Sonya Massey–says she “can’t do it right now” when asked for her name, a very interesting moment in this Call for Service Detail Report which reveals that the Sangamon County Sheriffs/Police can get your name, number, address the very instant you call them, and don’t need you to spell it out.

This Call report in fact seems to wish to establish that “Sonya Massey” had “10-96 issues” and made odd choices such as breaking her own window “to get away”–from her neighbor? –while having encountered “Mobile Crisis” several times that day, and been “released from a mental hospital in Granite City” recently and had been “out with Mobile Crisis and City Police today who attempted to run her off the road”, while showing up at St. John’s Hospital “to seek treatment of her mental state”–while she was bleeding?–according to Jason R. Hanson, who cleverly mentions “Conflicting Stories” as he flees from this fabricated, all-over-the-place Report:

Notably, there is a real need in the Sheriffs’ Department it appears to portray their Cutout, here, “Sonya Massey” as “screaming,” “Threatening to Kill Someone and Calling Them a Bitch” (they’re more genteel with that spelling, the big burly boys of Illinois, making remarks about a “female”) and generally painting their favorite quarry for attack (WOMEN) as REAL DANGEROUS CRAZY MAD LUNATIC UNCONTROLLABLE AGGRESSIVE AND MENTAL MENTAL MENTAL, someone who promises FURTHER MAYHEM in fact “Female keeps saying I’m going to fucK you up” (Michael Langan, another MAN).

A couple interesting things journalists may wish to note: “Narrative added from associated call” links together a previous call–there are many such notations on this report, which tells us the SHERIFFS and POLICE are busy BUILDING NARRATIVES and maintaining a “HISTORY OF REPORTS” which can be as false as they can be, as contrived, as fabricated, as exaggerated, from all the IN-COMMUNITY MERCENARIES affiliated with their own departments or with the local fusion center making the frequent calls [as this Writer and Journalist has proved in her own case, with a whole history of false reports and lies against her maintained by QUINCY POLICE, one of the more corrupt Police Departments in the country, aggressive as well, racist, sexist, targeting highly accomplished and educated women, and seemingly uneducated with intent to prove every day it cannot READ, in addition to its remarkable inability to HEAR {loud honks from the Blondie police club opposite, 12:57 pm, 11/2/2025, multiple and endless times–poor things! Perhaps a HORN BREAKDOWN).]

The other interesting thing is that the Police (These Sheriffs seem to be functioning exactly like Police) keep an Open Line when people call, so they can hear the background conversation and all the threats and yelling, concocted by their Cutout here, “Sonya Massey” and friend–Like the people in hospital Emergency Departments, they’re not interested in responding to emergencies, just listening in to any incriminating conversation, or rather, recording it, so they can use it later against people; or maybe this was just because they set it all up themselves?

Interestingly this incident and the subsequent visit by the supposed “Sean Grayson” and “Dawson Farley” are reported in a October 28, 2025 Police One report, which has posted a longer video of the fatal nighttime visit (which this writer is still examining, 1:16 pm, 11/2/2025), which shows some footage of shattered windows front and back of a black vehicle. This is a video for all to watch, and posted below are the frameshots I took as I watched it and wrote in here. Notably, that car–never shown properly in the body camera view here seems to be a car not a SUV, and the woman at the door playing Sonia Massey when questioned says twice the car does not belong to her but that someone brought it and parked it there…the Sheriff’s Department Black OPs Operatives perhaps? [Sneaking in in the dead of night.] Interesting, for all the other police reports and news articles make much of “Sonya Massey” being involved and participant in the breaking of those windows.

Yes, sadly, a CIA-Sheriffs-State Police Black Ops Production–all for the Politicians, and the Enacting of Legislation, and the Entrenching of their unfortunately more-than-slightly-criminal MENTAL HEALTH FRAUD–executed in the MIDWEST, in the middle of ILLINOIS, in the middle of the night…

A rather curious video to watch for it appears quite scripted, and badly.

Another macabre moment, where one of them says, peculiarly–as if One Murderer speaking to Another Murderer, “She’s still gasping a little bit”–this while still holding her head or stanching the supposed wound with a towel or some such–no one can see of course for the Sheriffs want to blur it out for our viewing:

Now why exactly are they blurring this so we cannot see her? For this man with the tattoed hand appears to be standing and holding her head–???–Is she sitting up then? According to their (stunningly casual) conversation, she’s been shot in the EYE. After their ambulance comes in, they’re still not moving. Things are a bit languid. Suddenly her NAME isn’t known at all and EMS supplies it.

“I think her name is Sonya,” says the Lady in Red.

And here’s the Sheriff. Outside, blue and red flashes from the happy EMS-runners in Sangamon County, Illinois, thrilled to be working in the middle of the night, handling Crisis Situations.

America, says the Ambulance.

Police cars for miles. All the Sangamon County Police woken and scrambling. A nightime Event: Thrilling!

Dawson Farley shows us a Black Box with a Red Handle in the back of his Sheriff’s deputy Extremely Large Vehicle.

A gray towel or washcloth then napkins–and there is no blood on his hands, and he didn’t wash them either:

Peculiar clutching of grey cloth in face of Police Car Headlights moving away. A Gray Operation then? [This writer is not entirely certain what that means and must research further.}

Well, there’s more footage from Body Camera 2, which is Sean Grayson’s, which kicks in once Act II or perhaps Act III of the drama sets in, with the “Sonya Massey” running suddenly to her stove–after languidly sitting on her couch and actually wanting to show two strange men (Giant-like) her ID and some random “paperwork”–because WOMEN apparently are that stupid. [In the middle of the night, asking two armed men in.] After the shooting and killing, the Police Department arrives, fresh and questioning, on their Night Shift, interested in only one thing: “Are you secure?” Yes, POLICE SAFETY is of PRIMARY IMPORTANCE. The rest of us can be shot and killed anytime, no questions asked. BY THEM!

Just prior, inside, a shot of the Sheriff–as Sean Grayson explains how “a pot of boiling water” was coming at him before he shot her.

So it looks like the entire Sheriff’s department got there first, ahead of the Police and the Ambulances. “There’s nothing you can do,” this one tells the others. “Just hang out out there for me.”

Lots of Sheriff’s men:

“The fucking Bitch Crazy” says Sean Grayson, Scripted. Lone apple cop, shooting a woman dead. Right.

But “CRAZY” is what their MENTAL HEALTH FRAUD is all about. The POLICE and SHERIFFS in the USA are working overtime, running in and grabbing WOMEN especially–also MEN yes, and YOUTH, yes–and calling them CRAZY, and getting their IN-NETWORK pals (FREEMASONIC, down low, ORANGE, City and Chamber of Commerce network) in EMS, EDs, and Psych Wards to stick those LABELS OF LIES on them, so they can justify getting fancy new cars and flashing lights and oh, those NON LETHAL TECHNOLOGIES and their now zillion “BEHAVIORAL HEALTH” program grants to keep them humming “IN COMMUNITY” to grab more women et al and run their interminable “COMMUNITY POLICING” ganging-up crimes on all. [A kid appears to be making wolf sounds outside, 2:47 pm, 11/2/2025]

Interestingly, this “Sonya Massey” is pictured as less-educated, impoverished, unable to care for her home which seems over-cluttered and unkempt–partially the scenario used in their Targeted Individual Mental making, but almost everyone this writer and journalist has spoken to who has reported these POLICE-CIA-DHS-DOD-NSA-FBI crimes is well-educated. Certainly, all kinds (socio-econoic classes) of people may be being targeted here, but to this writer it has seemed the EDUCATED, ACCOMPLISHED MIDDLE-CLASS primarily is being and has been targeted–because these are CRIMES OF INTELLECT-ATTACK, of BRAIN-ATTACK, of handing over people to the CRIMINAL BRAIN AND AI EXPERIMENTERS. This Sonya Massey set up therefore seems doubly exaggerated, and deliberately uses a less-educated character, perhaps to put us off the track. [Nonstop cracks on shielding beside and on writer, 2:53 pm, including from the Mazzeo side.]

But that remark that Grayson, scripted, makes, both keys in to the supposedly extant Police expectation that “CRAZY” means anything goes, Dangerous, Unstable, Likely to pose a danger to a man with several loaded guns on his person, and is being used here to Justify the KILLING of her. [Which latter of course is what the whole capture, trial, prosecution vindicates: what a clever CIA-CFR setup! Where was this plot hatched, one wonders, in Princeton or the University of Chicago? Or just, that Sheriff’s Department? {No.} LANGLEY? The LEAAs I’m thinking. These are POLICIA PRODUCTIONS. They’re national and international. And they’re hatched and run locally. Police apparently are USED to running Black Ops operations perhaps thanks to their long fixation on running “parallel constructions”.

The Ambulance flashes yellow and orange, the FALSE FLAG colors seen on the backs of the ambulances in the UK and US both, during their Mass Shootings:

One of the keys here seems to be the not-calling of an ambulance right away–but calling the Sheriff. This was staged, is this writer’s conclusion. There are some “being affected” moments meant to be convincing. No blood, no woman after a while, just a silent sound of breathing. And the actual conversation earlier with its weirdness and the woman suddenly running to pots and much being made, as if intentionally (scriptedly) in Faux Media of the odd “I rebuke you in the name of Jesus” and a man suddenly going nuts–well two–after the pot of boiling water enters (far left, to center stage) gives the whole thing away: How exactly are Police and Sheriffs getting away with staging such productions? Guns and Tasers and all WEAPONS need to be removed from each and every one of them.

Furthermore, not a single armed man should be going and knocking in that fashion on anyone’s door, nor shouting so loudly to announce he’s a Sheriff’s man, particularly at night. He checked the outside. He found no prowler. He needed to go home and call this caller and assure her all was well. Instead, massive Privacy Intrusion and patronizing her in an asinine, racist fashion. A Constructed Narrative, A Constructed Script, and A Constructed Event & Aftermath: We Need to Probe Their Motives

It appears the [Actor] Deputy Sean Grayson also wrote in a narrative, a couple days after the supposed incident ending in supposed death. The document titled Field Case Report, 30 pages in length, records a few “narratives.” [Either Police and Sheriffs know very well what “Narrative” means and are using that word, tongue-in-cheek, for double-entendre effect, and partial-surfacing-of-crime-of-false-flags-and-lies, or they’re just incredibly dumb, the whole lot of them? For the word “Narrative” shows up in other Police Reports as well.]

Sangamon County Sheriff’s Office Field case Report for Case # 2024-00021571 is posted at their website and linked below. Interesting reading and might be convincing if you haven’t watched the video and seen for yourself it is scripted. Anomalies here too, belying what’s stated:

On Page 24 of this report, Detective Sean Grayson described elaborate conversations inside the Massey home, involving Bibles and licenses. Here is the Grayson “Narrative”:

Faux Media is Culpable Here, in the Building of False Narratives

The stories in Faux Media all seem to run into each other. In one story from USA Today written by a team of writers, all working hard to build a narrative, Trevor Hughes, Michael Loria, N’dea Yancey-Bragg, Steven Spearie, someone called Florence, a local doctor, speaks about Racism. Then she speaks about mental Illness and the Police as if the two go together, should go together, and none of us are supposed to imagine otherwise. That’s a False Narrative, and on what precisely are Trevor, Michael, N’dea, and Steven basing this premise? Why exactly do they imply, and why exactly does “Florence” imply that Police need to be called in a supposed case of “Mental Illness”?

This is just Narrative-building, about African-American families needing to take the plunge to call Anglo-American officers if anyone in the family is having a “mental-health crisis”–if it’s “Russian roulette” you’re expecting, why would you wish to put your family member’s life in such grave danger?

Reading this supposed news piece, one sees rather clearly that Faux Media USA Today here is building a narrative, and that the entire “Sonya Massey killing” was a Police/Sheriff Set-up, a Lime Neon False Flag with an agenda.

In fact, this story about people having “Mental Health Crises” and their family being hard-put to do anything Than call police against them, police they can expect to be deranged and violent, and kind of mad-bull-like in their recourse to using Lethal Weapons, is one which crops up everywhere in Faux Media and increasingly so in the Sonya Massey story, in the months after the supposed killing–as if to convince readers this is the right course to take, with a “Mentally Ill” relative.

And in fact, as if that was the way this “Sonya Massey” was presented to start with; on the night in question, she called about a “prowler” past midnight supposedly, and is clearly not in any state of crisis on Body Camera footage–so why are there a myriad articles now suggesting such? And going back further to broken-window stories and mother-calls to police–in desperate attempt to set up a “History” of Mental Health Crises, it appears.

Mental Health and Mental Health Crisis: Terms of Derangement Needing Address

In another story–Testimony begins Wednesday in the murder case against former Sangamon Deputy”–the officers speak about 10-96 and Sonya Massey. A “Mental Health” code, we learn.

Quite apart from the apparently exaggerated imbecility and venality of the Sean Grayson character used in Lime Neon’s High School Play here, it is rather interesting that Police themselves have no qualms about ordering up Faux Media coverage of themselves as Necessarily Insane especially on Mental-Health-Calls, and prone to pull out their shiny Glock 17 and fire it, perhaps first after a promise, at Faces, Legs, Hearts, Heads, and frankly, just about anywhere they can reach. And What is Mental Health?

Note, “Mental Health” is being used by everyone everywhere–in Faux Media, in the Department of Mental Health, in the Police Department language, as if synonymous with “Mental Health Disorder”. When you hear the words Mental Health, you are supposed to think of its opposite. And why is that? It’s become a convention, and a pointer, really, to what is really going on here: A Great Fraud is being perpetrated, and the entire world has sat back for two centuries and permitted it to happen [Very large low plane flies across, reading this sentence aloud on Machine Intel over engines, a DARPA-CIA production, 8:41 pm, 11/4/2025]–but no more. Mental Health, that word and phrase usage is being dismantled, and “Mental Health Disorders” are soon going to be a matter of history.

Currently, Police parties use numeric shorthand, it seems, to refer to those they wish to refer to as “Mentally Ill”, they and their pals in collusion, “Psychiatrists,” a throwback to the 19th Century of Practiced Patriarchy.

Interesting descriptions, and police apparently make psychiatric evaluations. Last Wednesday evening, on October 15, I think, I was listening briefly to the Delilah Show on Majic 106.7 in Boston when I heard a young college student call in and request a song. She said she and her roommates were studying Office Administration–which in itself is curious, but apparently Business Administration majors offer this at some schools in Boston, a sad reflection on what is going on currently with Slaveship wanting Slaves for the future and not well-educated youth in the Arts, Sciences, Languages, Humanities–but what is worse is that she said that her 3 (remaining) roommates had recently lost 2 of their friends. She meant roommates. One doesn’t just lose college roommates. That would be a major catastrophe, and one would expect extensive Press coverage. Well I looked and I couldn’t find any possibly-related recent Boston college student deaths. There was the death of one Fashion and Business Management student reported, a tragic loss of a young girl’s life the age of my own daughter from a hit and run accident in January 2025, Taylor Wilkinson. But this sounded even more recent.

Was it the vaccine then? Was it the Killer COVID-19 FALSE-VIRUS FALSE-PANDEMIC “Vaccine” from Hell which has killed these two young women mentioned by this caller? She sounded sincere and real, I didn’t think this was an actor calling in.

Now I have to say Delilah, the radio show host simply Failed to respond. She did not ask the requisite questions, as to how, why, what had happened here, how did these girls lose their 2 college roommates? The girl calling in said “We’re just trying to go on.” She sounded like she was in shock.

Three days ago, on Monday morning, I saw a woman, Anglo-American or Irish-American, dressed in oddly-colored scrubs park a large boat of a black Suburban like vehicle–perhaps a Range Rover–and go into the corner house on Pine, at 139 Pine, at the corner of Elmwood.

She looked across to the house at 222 Elmwood Street before she walked slowly around and went to the door of 139 Pine, whence she disappeared behind a tree which I couldn’t see beyond, so I left. Maybe half an hour later I noticed that black car had gone. I didn’t hear much else.

But on this street, at the corner houses on this side of Pine, at 142 Pine and at 222 Elmwood I have witnessed quite a bit of drama and shouting over the summer and spring in various Asian languages, and one man’s voice in particular, raised in speechless yells and groans, as if he had been neuro-activated to produce these crazed Groans, for the “Behavioral Health” faction in Massachusetts to run some Contrived Psy Ops and Street Theater around.

For the Massachusetts Government would like you to know that “1 in 5 in Massachusetts is Mentally Ill” and the rest are getting there. [Is it the Water then? Or the aerosols filled with ferrite–magnetic nano particles–to fill brains so all the brains in Massachusetts can be used without consent for DARPA-MIT’s Dirt-Ops Brain Experiments? (Assenting honk from the street on this, 10:35 am.)]

Under-14 and Under-24 Kids and Youth In Particular Targeted for “Behavioral Health” Control with Brain Poisons

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is preparing for Large Waves of Mental Illness then, and looking through some of their documents, it appears that is correct. Young women and men in colleges are being misled about Mental Illness and “Behavioral Health”, the latter a concoction of the CIA’s MK ULTRA department, as it sought, with guile and confidence in its own ability to Last Forever with Crime Well Hidden, to extend its illegal and unlawful and unnatural 1950s, 60s, and 70s Brain Modification activities into the 80s, 90s, 2000s, 2010s, and now the 2020s.

“Behavioral Health” is being used all over the place, and in Massachusetts, a lot has been happening.

As also, across the country, in Nevada too; look at the colors on their “Sequential Intercept Model” (covered here earlier, check in at Mental Health Coverage for links) which is being used across the country now in every state, by a Police faction in each state which has gone clear out of its mind–for “Health” is now being presented to all as a “Police Problem”.

The color of the scrubs that woman was wearing seems to match the “Intercept 1” here. Whether she’s with Police or with a “Crisis Intervention Team” with Aspire Health Alliance, South Shore’s Mental Health wing which works with Quincy Police, that’s a very curious “intervention.” [Thudhit on side of house from the Mazzeos, 12:35 pm, Police, they say, yes, Police.]

Perhaps the MIT Brain Grabbers at 139 called in to the many “Access Points” now to get “Behavioral Health Services” for the man who groans, over at 222 Elmwood or 142 Pine, the 2 corner houses housing the Psy Oppers who come and go, and the Lady in Purple Scrubs driving the enormous Black Boat there came over quick with her notepad to take notes?

Entirely possible.

Samantha Curley, a wide-eyed wonder from the Quincy Police Department, seemingly Anglo-American, states in this scintillating–but severely wanting–interview dated Feb 10, 2025 with Mark Crosby of Quincy Access Television–found by the writer a few minutes ago–that there have been about 1000 mental health calls the past year (2024), up twice over from the year before (2023), she says. Amazing! A whole bunch of Mazzeos and Chen Limings and Starsiak clubs all over town calling in to Quincy Police with false-claims, lies, and criminally harassive lies at that, defaming lies, slandering lies–and Samantha Curley wants us to believe these are Legitimate?

Khazarian Aider-of-Police-Crime Tim O’Brien says there is a 40-week–that’s a 10-month program–training called CIT Training, Crisis Intervention Training, given to police officers by “mental health professionals” to give them some kind of information: “education about mental health” and “practical tips about how to deal with people with mental health issues”.

Blathering on about reviewing reports and making assessments–from his fund of Mental Health Fraud calls where he has shown up and acted like the Duplicitous Asshole he did on April 14, 2022 at the writer’s home, distinguishing himself as a PAID POLICE CRIMINAL in Quincy–Tim O’Brien [probably a False Name, a Family of Falsehood behind him] reveals that the “Mental Health Men” at the Police station then send out a Plain Clothes Officer in an UNMARKED VEHICLE–such as has occurred here recently, on lies from the Chen Liming and Ngoan Chen couple, on August 25, 2025, marked in a FOIA request: FOIA Request Made to the Office of the City Clerk, Quincy Succeeding Sudden Visit by Seemingly Two Plainclothes Police from Quincy Police, 2:45 pm. August 25, 2025–with the 10-month CIT-with-Cream-Donuts-Everyday training on “Mental Health” which apparently qualifies them to “bring us to the call to do a psychiatric assessment”, meaning, come over to agree with the Mazzeo-style-liars and Ngoan-Chen-style-liars who call, that indeed some MENTAL HEALTH is SEVERELY DEFICIENT IN THE AREA. “We Must Section Whoever You Like Now so we can grab her Brain for General Dynamics and MIT and Neuralink!” [“And so that you criminal Chinese-CIA and Israeli-CIA Weapon-Wielders can keep your contracts going and keep living here forever, feasting like Tarantulas on her Brain!”]

So, despite the fact that the Office of the City Clerk, City of Quincy refused to answer my FOIA request of that day, August 25, 2025 regarding the uninvited trespass onto my private drive, front walk, and yard of those two Blue-Clad-Men, perhaps only coincidentally wearing the colors of the FRONTOTEMPORAL DEMENTIA’D BRAIN pictured above, colors frequently left on the Ngoan Chen porch as well, the Ngoan Chen-Chen Liming duo and trio and quartet of clones and stand-ins here who work assiduously to award FRONTOTEMPORAL DEMENTIA to me with RF blasts nonstop on my forehead and top of head–prime CEREBRAL CORTEX areas–as much else, I think some discoveries and confirmations have been made here.

• Those two men were Plainclothes Police from the Quincy Police Department, traveling in an Unmarked Vehicle.

• They landed here at my doorstep on the summons of the criminally-behaving Ngoan Chen of the day, who apparently was set to “monitor” me that morning when I went out to cut hydrangeas and do other garden and yard things.

• Quincy Police, which department of The City of Quincy corporation has been apprised of previous false reports made by this woman, responded to her claims and came by in Plain Clothes to do a “MENTAL HEALTH WELLBEING CHECK” despite the fact that I am living Privately on Land and Soil and am not trapped in their Maritime Jurisdiction, am not mentally ill and never have been–despite Tim O’Brien and his cronies in Brewster and in Carney kidnapping and attacking me and my name in April 2022 (and all prior Boston FBI-FBI Informant-& Doctor-Psych Indoctrination Action).

• Quincy Police responded to this woman’s false-summons, consenting to further malign, defame, and attack me with this visit.

• Quincy Police has received numerous letters from me , informing them both of who I am and my privacy status. Much has been published in news reports. They cannot pretend I did not send these letters and did not write these reports. Nor can they stand against my Notices.

• Quincy Police is perfectly aware therefore I am an Author, Writer, and Journalist, living privately in a jurisdiction separate from theirs. There is no connection here. Quincy Police cannot respond to false summons from all and sundry and land at my doorstep to privately abuse me. Yet they have. Does this mean I am to conclude that Quincy Police can only see me as a “MANIC LUNATIC OUT OF CONTROL DEMENTED ONE” THE CHENS AND MAZZEOS AND STARSIAK TENANTS REPEATEDLY INVENT, A “VICTIM” IN NEED OF A MENTAL HEALTH CHECK–and not as who I am: a practicing journalist and writer, an author, college faculty, poet, playwright, actor, artist, teacher, attorney in Fact, editor, publisher? “Clinician” and “Co Responder” Programs for Police to Permit the Lie of Mental Health “Disorders” Being Identified in People Being Blasted with Military-Justice [JPSG/DARPA-NIJ] Energy and Neuro and Electrical Weapons for Stealth Human Experimentation/Brain Experimentation/Artificial Intelligence Experimentation

Other points of note in this interview include a statement by Tim O’ Brien that Quincy has been the second city in the State of Massachusetts to get a “clinician” on staff. There are 351 “Municipalities” in Massachusetts, 59 classified as cities and 292 as towns. The whole of Massachusetts is maintaining the Behavioral Health lie, a ruse being run by the Department of Mental Health and the Fusion Centers to hide the military Directed Energy Weapons-Testing contracts and Neurotechnology and “Medical Technology” testing contracts being run all over the State–using continuous barrage with Police Drones, Helicopters, Air Force-CIA light planes, larger military planes, chem trail planes, parked mercenaries, domestic and foreign, with stashes of radio/neuro/acoustic/energy weapons and loud zoomers on streets, so really, this fact (of Aerial vehicle and Ground vehicle action being used here in Programs of Assault on the People) is not even being hidden. What’s being hidden by Cities and Police are the Weapons and the Crimes; the Crimes of Weapons-testing and Weapons-operation on the People is not being covered by extant Moneyed-Media; all this as a means to permit the Police Agencies–CIA, DHS, FBI, Police–to run Fraudulent Behavioral Health and Mental Health operations in the state, and permit them to keep hiding the use of Electromagnetic, Acoustic, Nano, Neuro, Electrical Weapons on people. Points of note include a “Hoarding Task Force” mentioned which apparently this man is on, where it appears people are being identified for hoarding (disorders of course, probably a CIA Radio-Run MK Operation, or just targeted DEW attack to produce illness and inability to housekeep) and forced to permit inspections and Kidnapping for Mental Labeling, and a mention of being summoned by different agencies for different reasons–a curious situation, since it appears this crew essentially works with Emergency Services, as they also say. These two people are really running Psych Terror operations on people along with several armed Police officers present, which cannot be presented as “prioritizing their (own)safety as civilians” as Samantha “Curley” states. [Last names of public figures in US Inc. do require scrutiny, they’re often fabricated.]

Interestingly, Samantha Curley, in her paeans of effusion to Quincy Police, let slip her awe at the size of this department which apparently has been growing like a field of weed, unchecked.

Since when, this writer would like very much to know. The Official History of the Quincy Police Department doesn’t seem to have been published yet.

Perhaps Mayor Koch (a curious title, but found on his email id–a man who wishes to be Fuhrer Forever) will issue that in his Next Documentary–here’s the first, where he Reports, amazingly, a News Reporter now, from the Field where the Monstrosity of Expanded Experimentation rises, to be guarded by Roman Centurions squashing the heads of men and pouring water pithily over numbers of burning houses, a small pretension to cover for the large crimes of Oppression which are being buried over here.

Why are people being encouraged to call the Police on a supposed Mental Health call? What do you find when you answer these calls and who do you speak to? What is the procedure you follow there?

Did he fail to ask these questions because he knows what O’Brien and Curley are really doing?

4:14 pm, October 11, 2025: Just a note to make a remark, after witnessing the several scenarios placed here around me this afternoon with children brought to the blue toy truck on their front deck by the New Shorter but Fairer-Skinned Ngoan Chen, her black top sliding off her Left Shoulder to reveal a pretty Black Bra Strap while sporting cream colored twills just as I was planning to go onto my porch and put the Wire Gauze Panels up again [BCI-TECH BRAIN DECODING SLAVEBINDING HARASSMENT], tossed down by someone overnight, child in Turquoise and Fuchsia rushed by Blondie the IInd to the Pinester house as a “POLICE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH” woman with a notepad rushed up in Dirty Brown (minivan) and went door to door, knocking, as I started Watering in front from the porch, and now children across the way in black with red “81” on their backs playing baseball in the Pinester drive, using their phones to triangulate, and shouting Woo OOOH! in Coyote Calls after I went to the window and took some wide sweeping panoramics of the many Police cars in view and the 3 Witches’ Sticks installed in the Murphy yard, which included their precious selves, POLICE BOYS STOLEN FROM CHINESE MOTHERS AND NOW USED AS COYOTE PROPS.

And the remark is this: It looks like that Behavioral Health Purple Scrubs Woman has sent her boss now, an older woman, perhaps in black [I did get a pic, sun obscured clear seeing however] to come chit-chat with the residents here about someone they are CONCERNED about–I wonder who it might be? And I suspect these children have given me the Answer. When I was outside, watering after fixing my panels again, several police cars and Ford explorers blasted by, then Dirty Brown blasted in and parked by the Ruane house and went in and made a visit. Next, cars came and parked by the Mergel house, I had kept on paneling when they did that earlier but I went in and out quite a bit, for various reasons. I didn’t like what I was hearing of Knocking so I went in. I went back out when no one was there and kept watering. I finished paneling and watering safely. Then upstairs, hearing voices is when I heard the POLICIA visit the POLICIA, as if each was unknown to the other. How clever they are! One of us does the Knock and Talk and the other plays IN-COMMUNITY POLICE ENTRAPPER and COMMUNITY JUSTICE RF WHACKER NIGHT AND DAY who is not known to the BH TEAM–which is much bigger now than just Tim and Sam there–and I heard Blondie the IInd laughing and saying, I don’t know! She just does….and then go quiet into whispers, and the LADY WITH THE NOTEPAD wearing glasses, listening.

Sadly I think I switched on the video recorder only afterward and later spoke into it, quite expansively, making a report, and when I finished, I peered harder and saw Blondie’s black police car had left, and so had the Lady in Notepad, and apparently I had been recording Chrysanthemums*. That was annoying, to see that, and later I went down and looked past the oak, and the Olive car had left as well. But it seems basically they had a quick conversation and both left: IT WAS STAGED, the whole thing. 4:43 pm. A very large black HEADBAND adorned Blondie’s head. [Writing at 5:27 pm: On the hill later I saw the large black Range Rover which has come to park by the Mergels now and then, with license plates something 177, which is the no. for the Chapter 177 on their new Mental Health Act, ABC–Addressing Barriers to Care, a Inverter’s Way of introducing outright SLAVEBINDING COMMUNISM. It’s the same make and model of Range Rover that Lady in Dark Magenta Scrubs was driving Oct 6, when I took that pic at the start of this article. I could not snapshot it, someone sitting stealthily in the Chen Liming house drained my battery, but someone was sitting in that truck of a car–the RR–and turned their lights on and evicted a couple of kids. Another groaning sound made in the street by someone as if Forced Groaning through BioRobotizing, 4:43 pm. [That was a Threat, I have since realized, and today’s Psy Ops here may all have been about me, not that Man who Groans now and then, for their Psy Ops purposes.]

4:49 pm: A police drone just flew very fast across Pine Street. It could not be seen, but I partially recorded its passing and made a brief statement. It’s clear the zooming and plane-flying here lately, along with the Atrial Fibbing from the police parties opposite and the Mazzeos next door with their new roofing accoutrements of ELECTRIC PULSING, and the many parked cars here now suddenly, including the white DARPA-electrical van on the corner–lately meaning the last hour as I have sat here, writing–has been focused on getting BRAIN DATA from my head and that was the sound of SAD FAILING. The POLICIA in these parts are advised once more to read my NOTICE TO ALL: My Brain is not for them. I am shielding for a reason: I want my Brain for myself, and really, are we all supposed to say this now? I have said it, and said it many times, and anyone reading must know what that means: The Quincy Police are working with the CIA and DARPA and the Boston FBI, all of them desperate for my head, by trying to maintain a MYTH of my being mentally ill so they can get it, they think (applauds from the shielding above me, 5:07 pm)–and no, they cannot, for I have spoken: There is No Consent, and yes, my Notice here means something: It means they are EXPOSING themselves as criminals, by persisting.

Saying NO is Saying NO. It means they cannot ignore it. Yes, IMMUTABLE LAW OF THE UNIVERSE here, that I’m reporting, for everyone to take note of. When you say NO, you must be listened to. Say No to these criminals, for they have set up COVER upon COVER and think they are invincible and cannot be stopped. They may not have woken up as yet, but when a woman says NO, or a man says NO, or a child says NO, do you think ANYONE can persist? In every way you can conceive, say NO. And just now, a couple minutes ago, a white police patrol SUV came and parked in front of the Pinester house and picked up someone–after multiple parkers here drawing me to the window, to witness the pink and blue sunset. ADDENDUM, 3:24 pm, October 15, 2025: There are a few reports at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ web site which show that the FALSE DATA being churned up by the Psych Terror Operations of local Police and the “Clinicians” with the Psychology backgrounds who are running “Instant Psychiatric Evaluations” and forcing people into patrol cars and ambulances so they can be stacked ten feet deep in the local hospital corridors (witnessed at South Shore Hospital, Weymouth on December 20, 2022) , for the Pre-Planned “BOARDING CRISIS” is then being regurgitated and refurbished to produce FALSE REPORTS.

FALSE PSYCHIATRIC LABELS are the bridge, and this is the process of manufacture, all starting with the entrapment activities and AMBUSH being run by Close-Ins in the “Community Corrections” and “Community Policing” projects.
