Genetic researchers seem to have published the news about genes for common diseases turning up missing a while ago. No doubt this is a vast and controversial field which has changed quite a bit since 2010, but it’s interesting to see that researchers in the field tussling with the Human Genome have published variously that “common diseases” are not transmitted via Genes–your mother’s genes, your father’s genes, your genes.
Jonathan Latham and Allison Wilson of the Bioscience Research Project based in Ithaca, new York write: “Since sequencing the human genome, genetic researchers have searched intensively but unearthed little evidence to suggest that inherited genes cause common diseases. For such diseases, which include heart disease, stroke, cancers, diabetes, and disorders such as autism, ADHD and dementia, as well as mental illnesses such as schizophrenia and depression, significant genetic causation can now be ruled out with a high degree of confidence.” — https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/the-causes-of-common-diseases-are-not-genetic-concludes-a-new-analysis-111395459.html
Executive Directors of the Bioscience Research Project and authors of “The Great DNA Data Deficit,” these researchers note at their website: “Most modern medical research assumes that inherited genetic predispositions underlie the current epidemics of (non-infectious) diseases and disorders. A partial list includes type II diabetes, heart disease, cancer, autism, various mental illnesses, myopia, and stroke. Historically, this genetic determinist paradigm in medicine was driven by tobacco industry funding. The industry calculated it could deflect public blame for the lung cancer epidemic away from tobacco and onto personal ‘genetic weaknesses’, e.g., putative ‘lung cancer genes’ and ‘addiction genes’. The main evidence that supports the existence of such gene variants has been experiments known as twin studies. However, there are good reasons to believe that twin studies are a flawed methodology that vastly overestimates genetic contributions.”
“A genetic basis for susceptibility to common diseases was only ever a hypothesis,” says Dr. Latham.
As the analysis also points out, the findings resolve the biggest conundrum in human health. The epidemiological data have always indicated that Western diseases are determined overwhelmingly by diet and other non-genetic factors. Similarly, clinical data have frequently shown that many diseases can be reversed or accelerated by diet and other lifestyle choices. The crucial importance of the new genomic findings is therefore to show that genetic research does not after all contradict these environmental explanations of disease. Rather, it now very strongly supports them.
“Resolution of this conflict has tremendous implications,” says co-author Dr. Allison Wilson. “It means human disease is primarily of environmental and not inherited origin. It means that knowledge of the human genome is not going to fulfill most of the medical progress and therapeutic roles it was intended to. And it means that for most people personalized genomics is never going to be useful for predicting the diseases they will develop. And it also means we need to get serious about researching the broader environmental and dietary causes of all these diseases.”
Personalized Genomics for So-Called mRNA Gene Therapies therefore, what a large portion of the mRNA Vaccine and Cancer-Drug industry (doomed to fail) appears to be relying on, as per the recent Stargate Project announcements, may be a Myth that no-one should rely on, suggest these researchers.
Citing Francis Collins–geneticist, former director of NIH, author of a book called The Language of Life and one who went after his own personalized genomic profile and found it lacking, Jonatham Latham and Allison Wilson of the Independent Science News report, in an introduction to their book The Great DNA Data Deficit: “What has changed scientifically in the last three years is the accumulating inability of a new whole-genome scanning technique (called Genome-Wide Association studies; GWAs) to find important genes for disease in human populations1. In study after study, applying GWAs to every common (non-infectious) physical disease and mental disorder, the results have been remarkably consistent: only genes with very minor effects have been uncovered (summarised in Manolio et al 2009; Dermitzakis and Clark 2009). In other words, the genetic variation so confidently expected by medical geneticists to explain common diseases, cannot be found.”– The Great DNA Data Deficit: Are Genes for Disease a Mirage?
An article in the New York Times from 2010 also comments on the lack of data linking genes to disease, but seems to look forward to additional research–which seems to be the way the Drug Industry rolls, bemoaning lack of data and discovery and seeking funding simultaneously:
Curiously, the principals at the Bioscience Research Project suggest there are genes for certain diseases, just not all of them. Which of course raises the question, Who decides what a Disease is, and Who decides what a Disorder is, and Has the history of Secretive Military and Intelligence (Unethical) Genetic Experimentation been surfaced yet?
“…In other words, the genetic variation so confidently expected by medical geneticists to explain common diseases, cannot be found.
There are, nevertheless, certain exceptions to this blanket statement. One group are the single gene, mostly rare, genetic disorders whose discovery predated GWA studies2. These include cystic fibrosis, sickle cell anaemia and Huntington’s disease. A second class of exceptions are a handful of genetic contributors to common diseases and whose discovery also predated GWAs. With these exceptions duly noted, however, we can reiterate that according to the best available data, genetic predispositions (i.e. causes) have a negligible role in heart disease, cancer3, stroke, autoimmune diseases, obesity, autism, Parkinson’s disease, depression, schizophrenia and many other common mental and physical illnesses that are the major killers in Western countries4.”
Note, these are the same researchers who question the genetic background to “common diseases”. A distinction is being made therefore, and certain named “diseases” are being given genetic-causation and genetic-contribution: Is this really true though? Are these the findings of Structural Biology and Electron Microscopy? Perhaps those geneticists and biologists who have looked at DNA, mRNA, and genes through microscopes can give us the answer. For it seems counterintuitive, that there would be Genes for any kind of Disease, at all.
Genetic Deformity–splicing in of genes from another species perhaps, or removal of needed genes via gene-editing, or deforming of genes: Is it possible that Military Genetic scientists might have the answer there? Would it be possible to manipulate embryos–hugely unethical and inhumane as this is and would be–and create such? All sorts of deformities would be on the table then, if indeed there were criminal minds operating “behind the veil” to experiment freely with mRNA and DNA, and with genes.
As with cloning, which is Genetic Experimentation or product thereof.
As with Genetic Modification of cloned embryos, which is certainly Genetic Experimentation.
As with Retardation or induced Developmental Delays as in Down’s Syndrome, where questions persist: Is this genetic? Is it inherited? Is it manipulated? Is it a “mutation” or an “extra chromosome”? And has the proof for such in Electron Microscopy been found? Or is it Genetic Modification of an embryo? Is this very dark Genetic Experimentation and deliberate retardation, based on Human Sacrifice Thinking–which governs much of so-called Science today, as Amy Gutmann, Chair of the President’s Bioethical Commission in 2011 and 2012 herself noted, and as much of the verbiage denying Informed Consent to captured non-consenting experimentees in huge swaths of biomedical experimentation–institutionalized, from the Criminal Justice and Intelligence communities–suggests, wrongfully, amorally, and unethically? I suggest that those who are currently researching unethical Genetic Modification of embryos also research Down’s Syndrome. Is it possible that, as IVF got underway and embryos were created outside the womb in vitro, there were also researchers playing unethically with genes, embryonic development, and brain development in vitro? A question others must surely have asked, a question to look for answers to.

Physical Diseases Induced, Symptoms of So-called Mental Illness Induceable
Pulsed radio frequency high power microwaves, millimeter waves, millimeter wave devices and sub millimeter waves, nanosecond electric pulse generation, human electro-muscular incapacitation, pulsed infrared lasers–some of the technologies developed (and publicized) by the US Navy, Air Force, Army, DARPA, NIJ, one-sidedly, without consultation with the people of the USA, can be used to destroy physical health, induce the symptoms of burns, boils, blisters, bulges as in seeming tumors, inflammation, destruction of bones, joints, limbs, organs, hearts, brains: the building blocks of bodily degenerative diseases and cancers, and can be used also to induce depressions, anger, rage–as the Air Force, Navy and Army and CIA have long been experimenting to find out–to in fact make “Manchurian Candidates”, “Road Ragers” and other such–as also memory loss: so-called “dementia”, Alzheimer’s, and loss of motor control as in Parkinson’s, MS, ALS, and other muscle-dystrophy conditions.

The question of Mental Disability, Mental Retardation, Down’s Syndrome though continues to raise questions.
When we look back at the recurrence of Mental Retardation across Time, we are inclined to believe this is genetically passed down. But what is it exactly which is passed down? Genetic Deformity has variously entered the human genome across Time. Could it be that Genetic Modification, experimental, which was run once, by a previous generation of scientists, has now become a new deformity, genetic, which then plays itself out in succeeding generations? There are many mysteries here and those who have studied people in communities across the world and those who have focused on Gene Expression across Time have many answers to share here. While a lot has been set aside as Racist, a lot has been buried under lies as well and covers–a situation to unravel.

Can those born with such disability be healed too? And if so how?

On January 17, 2025, the Department of Health and Human Services of the United States Government issued a press release on a $590 million grant to Moderna to accelerate mRNA-based vaccine development for “Pandemic Influenza” and upcoming “Emerging Infectious Diseases”–no doubt all to be fabricated (symptom-wise) with the use of “Emerging Technologies” such as Millimeter Wave, Submillimeter Wave, Pulsed Infrared Laser, 5G, 6G, and other exotic, inhumane, and anti-human Spectrum Weapon technologies.

mRNA of Other Species Entering Your Body: Can You Remain Unchanged?

Examining Ribonucleases briefly, one quickly stumbles upon the Bovine aspect herein, and the Disease profile associated with bovinely-sourced Ribonuclease A and RNase A. Ribonucleases turn out to be bacteria–as DNA Nanomotors must be too–and Ribonuclease A seems to be producing all sorts of diseases, as the papers cited here reveal.
Following a search for Ribonuclease A (on Edge/Bing) and clicking on a few links leads to secret clues about what the Ribonucleases of mRNA vaccines and “gene therapies” may really be: bacteria with actual live DNA/RNA double-helixes, not enzymes, not proteins, but encapsulating these perhaps in their biosheaths, creatures which can proliferate, replicate, amplify, and can be found in bovine organs and serum as in porcine organs and serum and avian-sourced bio matter as well. Which can enter the human body through “food”: burgers and ham, bacon and roast chicken, bologna and turkey slices, eggs and dairy, and take up residence at specific spots in the human body, first in the digestive system, then through circulation elsewhere in every organ, including the brain. Then imagine such Ribonucleases from mRNA from specific animal/bird-sourced bacteria being isolated and used in the development of so-called “gene therapies” and mRNA vaccines: the transfection of cells with what is being named plasmid DNA may then be just this, these ribonucleases, this “mRNA” meaning specific species of bacteria, which enter cells via syringes then breach the cell and plasma membranes and travel in bloodstreams through the human body through the methodology of nanoporation with electric pulses, mentioned also in the Air Force documents this writer is preparing to complete an overview on (the report for Task Order 6, the very one stalled now by on-the-ground mayhem here for at least 3 months) as in scientific papers now published and available online, as the one highlighted here:
Reading further about what this particular bacterium species does, it becomes evident that it is pathogenic and causes disease of specific kind, traceable to specific sites in the human body. The map below therefore of the human body with ribonuclease markers of health and disease indeed points to an understanding arrived at through decades of study as cited multiply in the paper it is from–The role of human ribonuclease A family in health and diseases: A systematic review – PMC–but it points to a diseased non-vegan human body, one either awash in bacteria from eating animal flesh, specifically cows it appears (which doesn’t digest completely and sits around attacking colons and stomachs, livers and gallbladders, or swishes about in bloodstreams looking for organs to nestle into, specific organs perhaps, as per its sourcing, livers, or pancreas, or hearts, or brains, much as fetal stem cells from aborted fetal organs included, we learn now, in vaccines as in “nutraceuticals” do (Please see Targeted Bioweapons….). [All vaccines we learn now carry animal or/and avian cell lines, including from monkeys; Pfizer’s mRNA vaccines have been found to carry fetal stem cells as well, as reported over the past couple years.]
Which brings us to mRNA in vaccines: that mRNA is Ribonucleases, sourced from somewhere, and could actually be Bacteria, being sold in the market as Nucleases or could be animal-sourced Ribonucleases; that sourcing could be animal or avian. It is actually genetic material, it is bacterial genetic material or it is animal/avian genetic material. When transfected, electroporated into human cells or cancer cells inside one’s body, it could well be creating cancer or what is being called cancer: it is injecting itself into human tissue or pre-pathogenized “cancerous” tissue, to replicate, proliferate, amplify, and most of all to enter the nuclei of human cells to replace one’s own RNA or gene beads with itself. Which means it is creating disease inside the human body and it is replacing human RNA with bovine or porcine or avian RNA and bacterial RNA.
Which doesn’t work, we see now, with the millions of reported mRNA vaccine deaths and post-vaccine cancer deaths–which means we were not made for cross-species RNA transfer nor were we made for carnivorism or omnivorism as the Beef Industry and Pork Industry and Turkey industry and Chicken and Egg Industry would like us to believe. If the mRNA vaccine were good for humans, and therefore good for “cancer gene therapies,” we would not have seen a single mRNA vaccine injury or mRNA vaccine death. But people have died on the spot, convulsed on the spot, had heart attacks on the spot after being given the mRNA vaccine–or died a few hours, days, weeks later–suggesting the human body and brain cannot assimilate mRNA from any species, or even their own, since RNA is your private human genomic self, built on your specific familial and cultural genetic heritage–vaccine or radiation or aerosol attacks at that level, of the RNA and the gene, are an attack on your intrinsic being, on all you need to live and thrive as you; and these failed mRNA vaccines certainly show us no-one is thriving post these gene-destroying injections, people are either dying or dying faster instead.
Which is why doctors worldwide are now or should be stressing the importance of detoxing, of good nutrition, of mineral water and distilled water, of vegetarian and vegan diets, of using healthy fats and oils to rid oneself of all debris and detritus from these death-shots, to survive, and to escape the scourge of bacteria-driven cancer.
Could it be that a new day dawns ahead, with Structural Biologists and Geneticists advising Trump actually leading the way to an end to mRNA vaccines and so-called gene therapies for cancer? The “Stargate Project” easily confused with “Project Stargate” isn’t promising, nor is the continued existence of AI development, with its multitude of Bio-hacking and Neuro-hacking and Surveillance Abuse crimes of “classified” 24/7 torture, murder, and enforced bodily and brain slavery of hundreds of thousands of people in the USA, where Civil Rights have been disappeared, and Human Rights attacked–reported often here, including in a rather historic Memorandum to Donald Trump once, in 2017, when he was first placed in that high-visibility post, the US Presidency, Memorandum to President Donald J. Trump on Domestic US Torture Programs Running Under Cover of Surveillance–yet did nothing to address these crimes. Artificial Intelligence–which many know now is a profoundly Stupid idea–cannot be built on the Torture of People, and will fail. More needs to be done there, more needs to be said, more needs to be exposed.

The Questionable Nature of “Neurorights”
“Neurorights”, if you think about it for a minute, are suspect–for many reasons, a primary one being their innate presumption that people have been told their innate rights to think, dream, live, act, and use their brains as they please are now to be governed by an externally-originating system of very special Brain “Rights” and regulations purporting beneficial use for humanity–when in actuality we’ve always had them: Brain Rights and Body Rights are Human Rights, Natural Rights, God-Given Natural Rights we’re all born with. For who invented “Neurorights” anyway? And why do we need them?
[A little research will unearth for all the backwards nature of this inventing, where so-called “bio-ethicists” and “medical ethicists” came forward all of a sudden to rationalize and legitimize the creation (& manufacture), unasked-for, unconsented-to, built on sadism-to-primates, sadism-to-bulls, sadism-to-other-animals, sadism-to-humans-disappeared-as-Mental, of “Neurotechnologies”–Bland as that–which then necessitate, we’re told, the Invention of Neuro Rights.]
For what happens when “Neuro Rights” become a thing?

Neurotechnology Companies Want to Collect Your Brain Decodings: Thoughts, Imaginings, Daydreams, Memories and Hand Them Over to Government and Law Enforcement: Often in the Name of “Mental Health”
Interestingly, the Neuro Rights Foundation has put out a report on Neurotechnology and “Brain Data” another Terminology which needs Terminating for it doesn’t point to the obvious: your Mind, your Thoughts, your Privacy in Thinking your Thoughts. A look at the Contents is eye-opening:

Exploring the peculiar Police-Psychiatry connection which seems to have been running wild all over the USA, Europe, the Five-Eyes countries and Asia and probably Africa too for quite some time (More research needed), it appears that the CIA and Mental Health were also linked with Law Enforcement–which latter apparently isn’t exactly Police but linked–in the ’50s and ’60s, through the Justice Department.
Not in any kind of lawful way, but apparently using the semblance of Law, which perhaps is the history of all Crime in the USA since Kingdom Come.
Way back–before most of the over-armed Detectives in Police Departments were born–there appears to have been a rather insistent interest by certain parties to criminalize the innocent and Psych Label the Selected, in order to disappear them. These efforts escalated right around the creation of the Mental Health Study Act in 1955 which purported to deinstitutionalize the labeled “Mentally Ill” and create Community Health Centers and care for those “living with serious mental illness” (apparently forever–for of all illnesses, “mental illness” apparently is the most chronic and persistent, so the (very political) mythology goes). Several Mental Health acts preceded and succeeded this one, including the one from Truman’s 1946 which inaugurated Mental Health legislation with the National Mental Health Act, and Kennedy’s 1963 which passed the Mental Retardation Facilities and Community Mental Health Centers Construction Act (on October 31, a month before the Johnson-CIA crowd assassinated him).
It appears that President John F. Kennedy was very keen on assisting and supporting the Mentally Retarded–as opposed to supporting Psychiatry or the chimera of “Mental Health”–along with his sister Eunice Shriver Kennedy and her husband Sarge Shriver, understandably, given what had been done to their sister Rosemary Kennedy in 1941–a lobotomy at 23 which led to her being unable to speak or care for herself, and institutionalizing for 63 years until her death at 86, a beyond-tragic story of misled actions and decisions in a time period where the wealthy were often advised to disappear their loved ones into institutions purporting to take care of them when found to be born with or displaying signs of developmental delay or “abnormal” behavior. The latter, it seems increasingly, having been activated by secretive and experimental energy and pharmacological means–what we in the late 20th and now 21st century have come to understand as MKULTRA-related. Rosemary Kennedy, like Zelda Fitzgerald, like Edna St. Vincent Millay, and scores of other women and men born in the early part of the 20th century may have been “neuro-activated” or energy-activated to “act out” or exhibit unusually temperamental behavior (secretive early military-intelligence experimentation with electromagnetic and electrical technologies as also drugs)–which then led the families to seek psychiatric help which then led to psych-drugging for life, institutionalizing, tragedy, death.
Psychiatry and “Mental Health” obviously are questionable in every way, any which way you look at them.
Mental Retardation however is another story, and the families who worked with Eunice Shriver Kennedy as she sought to bring light to those born so disabled understood the difference; yet psychiatrists often sought to Psych-Label those born with developmental delays and known then as the Retarded, meaning, inflict on them Labels of Mental Illness as well. [Questions to explore: Who were Psychiatrists being run by then?]
Reading through Oral History interviews with Dr. Bertram Brown who headed the NIMH in the late ’60s, it becomes clear there was a known distinction then between Mental Health and Mental Retardation and a political interest in building up the infrastructure of Mental Health or Psychiatry–leaning on “Behavioral Science”–versus bringing attention to Mental Retardation–found to have a biological basis. The political underpinnings there as well–differences between the Kennedy and later administrations, Johnson and Nixon in particular–as well as earlier ones, may have played a part here–matters to further explore.
Two interviews with Dr. Bertram Brown by John Stewart and William McHugh throw some light on this background at the time, and offer insight also into the notion–glaringly eugenicist–of studying the mentally ill among the incarcerated, for apparent criminal tendencies:

Law Enforcement Funding Has Used the Mental Health Infrastructure to Run CIA-MKULTRA-style Behavior Modification Experiments on Different Populations
As for the question of police involvement in “Mental Health,” something which has picked up in recent times in the USA, there is a history behind it, and it seems to connect with the history of the CIA’s funding of the Army and Navy and numerous organizations and Universities to run behavior modification experiments on people in a series of projects–MKULTRA, MKNAOMI, MKDELTA et al.
Statement by Attorney-General Nicholas Katzenbach on the need to pass the Law Enforcement Assistance Act of 1965, which established the Office of Law Enforcement Assistance (OLEA) in 1965, later succeeded by the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration (LEAA) in 1968, established by the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968.
It appears that a Justice agency, the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration, founded in 1968, expressly funded behavioral research, experimentation, and psychosurgery operations run by the NIMH, along with a host of other police projects, according to a report in “Mass Control, Engineering Human Consciousness” by Jim Keith, and supported by information in the First Annual Attorney General’s report (screenshots below). In other words, MKULTRA experiments were run not just by the CIA but also by the DOJ using a Law Enforcement funding organization, which used the National Institute of Mental Health with its access to psychologists, sociologists, psychiatrists, et al as well as access to patients and inmates at hospitals, asylums, prisons, and correctional centers.
This deeply disturbing information reveals that the so-called mechanism of Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice which supposedly exists to protect the people has been used repressively instead–very much in Communist wise-to study repressive Behavior Control and Human Subjugation, going so far as to fund “psychosurgeries” or lobotomies of activists. There is much here to unravel including the connections with the CIA’s Behavior Control and Neuro Control activities. These are obviously glaringly criminal activities–and while the Church Committee uncovered MKULTRA in the 1970s, and recent reports including here have uncovered the continuation of MKULTRA into the present day, to what extent has this connection between Justice/Law Enforcement and Mental Health been revealed? Clearly something has gone wrong and Justice like Intelligence has skidded way off its rails. Matters, surely, to be further researched and reported on in time.
From Law Enforcement Assistance Administration Funding MKULTRA to the National Institute of Justice Funding Non Lethal Weapons/Electrical Weapons/Electromagnetic Weapons Research: Also Torture & Psych Terror
Looking into who LEAA really was and why they were formed yields a plethora of documents variously created and stored online at the Congressional Budget Office, the Office of Justice Programs, the General Accountability Office, and the National Archives. This organization was preceded by another funding agency, the OLEA, and succeeded by the National Institute of Justice and the Bureau of Justice Statistics in 1979. Mental and Behavioral Health Screenings, A Subject to Actively Investigate and Challenge
Mental Health Screenings for children and adults are being lobbied for in various states all of whom may have set up the kind of Behavioral Health Centers now set up in Massachusetts–Illinois, Texas, Virginia, California amongst them.
The language of Mental Health Screening lobbyists is alarming; parents everywhere must read between the lines of all these attempts to recognize much negative lawmaking has been and may be in progress, all of it needs active resisting and saying No with conviction.
At the Federal level, a Bill to authorize the awarding of grants to community health centers to support mental and behavioral health screenings was introduced in January 2021 by a Pennsylvania Democrat, Madeleine Dean, but not passed–one to never pass, if ever returned to the House, but clearly an indicator of a subterranean attempt by many* to run Control Operations on adults and children through first padding community centers with funds. *Those most keen to do so, jumpstarted by the Mental Health Parity Act, keen to set up Behavioral Health Services in every client’s workspot, are Health Insurance corporations. Hospitals and EMS also stand to gain.
Screenings lead to labels, arbitrary and authoritarian–pinned as “diagnoses” to health records and linked to police databases: This is obviously not the right way to set a child on his or her path forward in life. Neurotoxic drugs and Electroshocks wait just ahead, to bring brains down. Labels by their nature and by the evidences of history point people and children backward, they destroy lives.

ACT comes with Police Terror and is described as “intense service” in Illinois. Those with “a high risk of frequent hospitalizations” are clearly the already RF-targeted or newly-being-targeted being dragged to hospitals by EMS/Police working with planted mercenaries in targets’ neighborhoods.
The Chicago State website states that ACT “is a unique treatment model in which the majority of mental health services are directly provided internally by the ACT program in the client’s regular environment.” Are they referring to the vibrational high-frequency remote-access technologies being applied to touch, vibrate, burn, and molest people’s bodies? Stating these technologies are “Public Safety” and “Treatment,” those targeted are being re-targeted for Life Closedown with these weapons and practices, which are Obviously Criminal, and which no self-respecting organization, police or otherwise, should be associating itself with.
Ohio, Assertive Community Treatment services Rule listed under Rules for Behavioral Health Services
Ohio’s Assertive Community Treatment seems to have an Act associated with it, which is listed as still in effect as of today, November 29, 2024, PDF linked below. The fact that this Rule, 5122-29-29, is listed under Chapter 29, titled “Requirements and Procedures for Behavioral Health Services” suggests a connection with the Mental Health Parity Act of 2008, which required that mental health labelings were coded on par with physical disease labelings, and apparently opened the door for all health insurance corporations nationwide to amp up “services” and “benefits” forced onto people given those mental health labelings, all of it insidiously named “Behavioral Health Services”, a term and phrasing which along with the Parity Act and New York’s continuing use of the term Hygiene in its Mental Health laws requires further historic excavation.
“Psychiatric Crisis” involves Police and EMS and Psycho Docsters plus the Planted Mercenaries/Brain Thieves next door moving in on your family, recording anything they like as “Crisis”, using anything they like as Trigger to provoke response, naming anything they like “Psychiatric.”

The New York State Department of Mental Health has recently issued two press releases dated November 22, 2024, announcing a program underway in Central and Southern New York to bring people living in homeless shelters, RVs, cars, camps into permanent housing with forced mental health “treatment” attached.
From all accounts, in manuals, directives, slideshows, website verbiage it becomes apparent that such an effort titled “Safe Options Support” –which also targets drug users as in the labeled “Addicted”, the developmentally disabled, and those labeled with “Severe Mental Illness”, usually the unlawfully Radio Frequency Targeted: people being bodily attacked–without consent–for illegal and unlawful and treasonous brain experiments, military weapons testing, and “controlled equipment” testing and operations by both “Public Safety” police claimants and foreign/domestic University and Military/NATO minions–all now being labeled “Mentally Disabled”–is being carried out with the use of Police and EMS-inflicted Psych Trauma and Terror, literally MKULTRA’ing (Traumatizing) people of all ages including youth, while pretending Benefit in connecting people to resources such as affordable housing.
These Mentally Disabled are also being cast as potentially criminally dangerous risks to themselves and their communities: all of this points clearly to cadres of people being selectively targeted and re-targeted for further life-takedown, brain take-down, marginalization, leperization, control, and disappearance from society–permitted to live only heavily neuro-drugged–force-medicated–and electro-shocked, body-blasted with experimental AP-DEWs and brain-thieved with deadly neurotechnology while their assaulters and experimenters who are no doubt moved in right next door by the Fusion Center State get to feast on their bodies and brains like privileged cannibals for life.

Police Involvement is Central to this Scheme
Not merely are the homeless being targeted by this program, they are being neglected and terrorized. Anyone who has worked with the homeless on shelter issues–as this writer has in Washington DC and Arlington, Virginia for over a decade in the ’90s and 2000s–knows there are many; most are forced to be on the streets all day and only permitted beds at night; very few residential shelters actively helping with connecting people immediately to services exist. [This is the case even in winter–and in Northeastern states where winters are cold and snowy people definitely are given beds in shelters for the night but turned out during the day.] And anyone can become homeless if working at the lower end of the socioeconomic ladder–losing a job, a spouse, returning from a war or sudden illness forces many to seek help from shelters. Should the State–any State–really care to house the homeless, they could easily do it through shelter services and social work offerings to provide housing and help with education and jobs. Bringing Police into the mix is highly questionable. Over the past four years since COVID’s lying face first appeared in our midst, there has been a nationwide police attack on the homeless with no regard to actually providing social work housing and employment services. From there we have moved now to State Departments of Mental Health wanting to force-medicate people on the streets who may need community care but who seem to be being expediently labeled Mentally Ill–which appears to be what Safe Options Support is all about. All this while Spectrum weapons are being used broadly on people, including by the police and their contractors–invoking the “symptoms” of mental illness.

But it appears that currently much is going on to build a substructure to criminalize and control those falsely being labeled Mentally Ill.

These two have apparently joined forces to provide SOS captures and incarcerations in Cortland, Tompkins, and Tioga Counties. And here, what is being opened? Kathy Hochul (Cull?) announced SOS on the New York Subway in January 2022 as also later on 10-22-2022. Then on 11-02-2024, extensions of SOS were announced. Is this about caring for the homeless or introducing Behavioral Health to all who ride the subway in New York? Police on platforms and in train cars, making sure no-one breathes.

Mental Health Crises Can Happen Anytime When You’re Labeled “Mentally Ill”: Really?
The greatest and most insidious deception openly revealed here–misleading children and adults alike–is that “mental health crises” are likely to occur out of the blue when people have been Psych Labeled and forced onto the Deadly Neuro Poison Carousel: post Labeling and Naming as Delusional, Manic, Bipolar, Schizophrenic, medically-trained nurses and doctors can now safely lie about “their patients” (a scarce commodity–but they’re changing that) while psych-drugging them–neuroplacidating and neuro-tunnelling and neuro-dumbing them. Also stimulating and activating them at will. Which is Enslavement really, for if you can disappear someone with a drug that you Prescribe with an SOS Team beside you to ensure “your patient” is throttled instantly with the drug, then you do have some kind of Subjugatory Power with that Gunster by your side; Psycho-Docsters are Slavers. Psycho-Nurses are Slavers. Psycho-Techs are Slavers. And Security Guards in ERs and Psych Wards are Criminals as well, for they run Terror Ops on the Slaves. But looking briefly at verbiage online at Catholic Charities and Rehabilitation Support Services, the rhetoric is reassuring–while building the lie of uncontrollable mental illness and crisis–and most will step away, thinking “the mentally ill” are being well cared for.
Look a little closer though and the Coercion, Forcing, Attacking aspect here–using Police Terror–is revealed. And it’s linked today to “Behavioral Health” being aimed at all. [Please see below.]
The key is Compliance, and the Police are taught to revere it like a well-sealed god in a black underground Temple reachable only by Russian submarine. [We Have to Ensure Compliance: In One Second Flat (Hyperventilate Hyperventilate my gun hand is shaking I’m going to shoot!)–and yes that could mean Death for you, so Avoid Police. don’t speak to them, don’t date them, don’t call them ever.]
The word Compliance, like many the Police have now been accused publicly of being complicit in misusing, word and content both that is–witness “Mental Health”, has now been twisted around to mean something else, in the verbiage posted online by Rehabilitation Support Services which is also bringing in Behavioral Health for all of New York, starting with the Subway denizens–or riders.
Perusing pages filed under this section at the RSS website, Corporate Compliance, it becomes clear that RSS which contracts with the State on substance abuse and mental health–tellingly the NYS “Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services” in fact*–is keen to advertise “compliance” with corporate policies and reporting protocols. [*One day I’ll reveal what they’re really doing in Psych Wards at Boston hospitals–and sorry that will have to be a book, that people actually Buy, and actually give me Money for.]
Regarding what precisely? Fraud waste and abuse must be reported we see.
All else is vague, but retaliation against whistleblowers is prohibited.
In case of any kind of incident requiring legal intervention of any kind, personnel must be protected. “Unethical behavior” and “exclusion lists” for providers are mentioned. Is this a backhanded acknowledgment of the abuse of those patients, drugged, knocked out, unlawfully implanted, secretly experimented on?For this happens to those unlawfully targeted, dragged to ERs by high-school-failing (or passing, does it matter, it’s all they’ve got) Police, left to rot there, while insane ER Docs trained to “Heal” people run around turning up the Air-Conditioning to “stress her out further” and others come by threatening to truss them up like dead chickens–or turkeys, unfortunate enough to be born in the USA–if they won’t “Comply.”

Absolutely.
Anyone who visits a doctor can be. Anyone who has been previously labeled. Anyone the Psycho-Docster cadre want to target for further labeling and neuro-poisoning with intent to remove your brain.

Reading through timelines and theories on the history of psychiatry, one quickly discovers that numerous faulty eggs have been crushed into one basket, dripping and yellow, by the Men who want Desperately to give legitimacy to “Psychiatry” which, literally speaking, came from a recourse to “Medicine”–Poisons–to heal the Psyche or Soul, obviously a demented enterprise, and included ancient occurrences of brain damage and deformity–quite likely from ancient futzing around with genetic modification and a fixation on manufacturing material illness & physical deformity; mental disability and the science of making it happen (reducing oxygen to babies in process of birth apparently was a popular pastime–Rosemary Kennedy fell prey to that Horror at birth); “malaise” “hysteria” “women speaking”; general grief, misery, unhappiness for any reason at all; nutritional lacks and deficiencies; endocrinal weakness, and so on.

This is Chicago, and these white vans sprung on residents there in 2022 have been seen in Boston too. Perhaps elsewhere also. In Quincy a white van pulled up one afternoon this past summer as the writer was replanting calendulas and mystery cornflowers in her front garden, with a young African-American driver getting out and sauntering up her walk with a (usually-heavy) Fiji Water box in his hands. Thank you! the writer called, looking up while the man put the box on the porch and seemed to linger. She looked around and he seemed to be taking readings from the back of her head with his scanner. He left, but later the writer found drinking the water from that particular box inflamed her face inordinately, overnight. Research reveals the military has developed nano silicon which is hooked, and all sorts of nano materials which could cause inflammation. In that box and that van? An Amazon buy, this box was delivered separately, by a non-Amazon van. One like the one below which has shown up before and after on the street. But if this is a Mental Health Grab van in Chicago, perhaps people elsewhere in the US and worldwide also may want to give it a wide berth. Meaning: If you see it around you, expect Gulag action, clear the area, don’t bother engaging in chit-chat with the Crooked driver.

And in the other story, where a young mother supposedly calls the plainclothes officers saying she is suicidal but “doesn’t even know how she would do it”, raising the spectre of the Contrived Call, the narrator’s note on a “pioneering program where the mentally ill are diverted out of jail and into treatment” stands out as a most curious element: How exactly have Police gotten away with this, in city after city, state after state? The Mentally Ill are supposed to be seen as Criminals?And what shall Terrorizing Police be seen as? “Mentally Ill” comes to mind.

In Philadelphia, on October 26, 2020, 27 year old Walter Wallace–Labeled Bipolar–who also seems to have been unlawfully Targeted by Police was shot and killed needlessly in the middle of his own home street in front of his mother’s house and in front of many relatives including his own pregnant wife all of whom were trying to stop the police and couldn’t, for the Police appeared to be on a kind of cruise control of shooting, as also in Dallas, in the shooting of Jason Harrison. And was he holding a knife, if so why, and why did he come out of the house as the police suddenly got into position against him? Is “holding a knife” the key? Was he like Jason Harrison suddenly brain-intruded-on with chatty techno spy acoustic Brain Tech to pick up a knife and step outside? Here his sister called the police and reported Walter as out of control yelling at his parents–but was he? And if he was targeted, what about her? What sister calls armed police against a brother for a private home dispute? Was she targeted too? Brain Programming, RF Hypnosis, Directed RF Heating of the Crown of the Head and the Back of the Head which can lead to high energy, rage, and “acting out”, Chakra RF vibration and attack to make people nervous and fearful, so many possibilities–she could also have been turned against him with some dedicated next-door EEG/Brain Heterodyning.

The “Mentally Ill”: Who Exactly Are They?
A large part of the problem surrounding police violence against those they randomly call mentally ill, mentally untreated, mentally vulnerable and other such while seeking to boost their figures of detainment, arrest, transport, “DISORDER Serviced” seems to be the general confusion regarding who exactly is or can be called Mentally Ill.
The unlawfully Targeted become easy prey, as do Brown-skinned populations, and impoverished populations: colonially disenfranchised, kept in poverty for the working pleasure of the ruling class, obviously an inequitable situation which cannot and will not last. Must the janitor remain a janitor forever? How about the scullery maid and the footman? Old British aristocrat pretensions cannot stand forever in a free and ever-evolving America. She was neither paranoid nor delusional nor bipolar nor schizophrenic–Labels Men first invented to subjugate women–but she was referred to as mad in her later life, as she became more of a dedicated dancer, by reason of false Labels and docsters who drugged her–did the drugs come first, to smother her brilliance? They must have. Men, drugs, docsters, a husband who couldn’t recognize her as brilliant in every way–and a lot of Control Freaks wearing suits buttoned up to the neck–and black beards–and their own Egos wrapped around them tight as mud. Scott Fitzgerald and his family sadly seem to have been quite prominent in the disappearing of her. Further, reading the Crooked Wikipedia account of her “madness” it appears Zelda may have been among the first wave of post-Tavistock/Great War “shell shock” & later post-Auschwitz Electromagnetic Weapon Human Experiments to have been unlawfully targeted and neuro-activated with EMF Neurotech aimed at brain, spine, chakras to force sudden anger, heightened emotion, “acting out” and reckless behavior, mistaken for “madness” a term used then, in the 1930s and ’40s to subjugate and cast out women and men from Polite Society which was very Barbaric indeed. The men who suddenly moved in on her stopped her from dancing, from becoming more known as a dancer, which she began seriously it seems in her teens. She was kept from dancing when they started locking her up in asylums later including this one in New York, Beacon House a Gothic prison for the wealthy rife with Freemasonic symbolism. Zelda was attacked, it is clear. Was she human-sacrificed by this dark Cult of seeming Science types with roots in Satanism–who experimented with RF Neuroweaponry? Thank God some stories of hers were published in her time. Scott seems to have stolen some of her writing–whether stolen or used by consent is not clear. Her story needs to be further excavated for a lot of Lies seem to have been told about her, in addition to her Life being destroyed. And Scott’s too–he was Misled perhaps by the strictures of his Time. He may have been RF targeted too. Apparently he died an “alcoholic” in Hollywood 8 years before Zelda–alone and lonely? ALL SECURITY AND POLICE ORGANIZATIONS have become criminal. They work with doctors who apparently have lost their central intelligence and handed over basic critical thinking to the CIA MI5 DIA MI6 and other demonic and moronic and outdated institutions of crime which need turfing.
