A Department of State Press Release today reveals evolving US interest in bringing foreign exchange students to the US as well as shared UK-US-Australia interests in sharing technologies and permitting collaborations in the realm of “critical and emerging” technologies, now labeled CET, which do raise questions of ethics and rights, not visibly examined in the reportage of these initiatives.
Two “International Visitor Leadership Programs” have been launched, the Office of the Spokesperson reports.
“Empowering Women Leaders in STEM in the Quad”–Or Enticing Women into “Emerging Tech” Minus Ethics?
STEM–Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics–initiatives in the realm of “critical and emerging technologies” (CET) aim to include women as leaders, seeking to “explore ways to expand women’s roles in STEM innovation ecosystems, particularly in CET fields” while also exploring “public-private partnership models designed to accelerate student learning in STEM subjects, especially for women and girls, in all of their diversity.”
Government, business, non-profits, academe from Australia, India, and Japan are expected to spend November travelling in the USA, exploring these ways and models.
In other words: the US Defense-Private Sector enterprise which has invested extensively in the development of what is being hidden away as “emerging technologies” now also being labeled “critical” is aiming to draw high school girls and college women from other countries–specifically India, Australia and Japan–into unethical enterprise.
It will be up to women and girls worldwide and governments worldwide, especially Australia, India, and Japan to put the brakes on what is becoming increasingly entrenched when it should have been and should be summarily evicted: yes, the allusion here is to anti-human technologies developed and deployed in numerous fields, including in militarized neuroscience and directed energy bioweaponry, only slightly mentioned within this space as Electronic Warfare and Cognitive Warfare.
Questions such as What are Critical and Emerging Technologies and on whose bodies have they been experimentally and unlawfully tested? and Can we actually use radar to track people and animals? need to be asked first.
Strengthening Co-operation on Advanced Defense Capabilities and Emerging Technologies in Support of AUKUS PILLAR 2
Australia, apparently a new mover and shaker in the world, plausibly post proving itself as Primary Tyrant during COVID Repression Frenzy in 2020 and 2021, has apparently teamed up with the UK and US in another Defense collaboration perhaps presciently titled AUKUS with Pillar 1 at first in 2021 and now Pillar 2. [Australia is also part of another regional grouping, titled QUAD, an Indo-Pacific one, with India, the Philippines, and the United States, set up in 2007.]
[Auks, a penguin-like seabird, do still exist, but the Great Auk, a larger species, was hunted to extinction by men wielding weapons; are Genetic Scientists now working on bringing such species back or are they gone forever? Endless questions the modern chroniclers from Weapon Worlds no doubt sit around pondering in print.]
AUKUS, interesting as an acronym in its offering of Australia as Beginner, seeks ominously to “promote innovation in critical and emerging technologies” and “expand partnerships with academic and research facilities.”
Several think-tanks and non-profits professing interest in “National Security” have addressed the phenomenon of AUKUS Pillar 2. What exactly is this grouping intending to do?
A Congressional Research Service publication authored by a Defense analyst, Luke A. Nicastro, offers further insight. Essentially it appears, AUKUS has been set up to “develop and field “advanced capabilities” under the AUKUS security partnership; in the process, working in “topic-specific working groups” with aims apparently to modify current export laws governing the export of “US-origin defense articles and services” as well as engage in other activities under an umbrella of “International Armaments Cooperation.”
Basically, Arms Export and Arms Cooperation: So, new groupings, new Allies, new Defense technologies, and New Enemies as well to attack and destroy? Whatever happened to national sovereignty and pride in independent manufacture, secrecy, privacy, classified information? Selling arms, sharing arms, isn’t that illegal and unlawful? But when 3 of the 5 Eyes get together, perhaps it’s alright? Shared lack of ethics, human rights, animal rights, advanced consciousness? For whoever heard of exchanging personnel, technical information, testing activities, and joint production and procurement, right across a hundred seas? Note, Innovative and Emerging hide “Non Lethal” (which is lethal) and “Less Lethal” (which is lethal); both Anti-Human, hidden as “Anti-Personnel” and “Counter-Personnel” which essentially is the Licensing of Murder–which no doubt all War is, but we are speaking here of Weapons (hidden as Technologies) tested, trained, and being tested, trained on civilians, veterans, active-duty military inside our countries, our homes, our bodies.

International treaties and agreements have cropped up worldwide permitting such cross-pollinatory testing: this does not make them lawful.
Millions have come forward, exposing electromagnetic neuroweapons. Yet evidence keeps surfacing of “equipment testing” and research teams from other countries taking up residence here, to engage in the activities of testing and future weapons development.
Do people have a say?
People do. And people need to remind themselves they actually can say what they need to today, they can publish the facts, they can say what’s true.

An astonishingly named “Crime Gun Intelligence Unit Co-Operation” Annual Review was announced on November 4, 2024 by the US Department of State at their still-functioning website (despite being Underwater Permanently and in Bankruptcy, as relayed confidentially to all by Insiders).
So while it’s unclear still how and why this website and putative Department is functioning, it appears there is a close collusion with Police agencies the US Inc. dinosaur is pursuing, much in the Path of the Lie, which is a useful way to describe what is currently transpiring and what has been transpiring for quite some time now, obviously Too Long.
US Police agencies and Caribbean Community Police agencies are apparently holding hands to target children, youth, “illegal” possessors of “Crime Guns” (We have Lost Touch with English in these “Commonwealth” parts), and “the Mentally Ill”, a new convenient target, so described, alleging keen desire to halt “firearms trafficking” while pursuing “crime prevention” and “reducing illicit trafficking.”
Crime Prevention Has Become Hugely Concerning to All the Whole World Over
Prevention, as we know, has become a code-word for active crime-creation, crime-manufacture, and “parallel construction,” now an apparent Overt and Surfaced aspect of “Policing” which has become more and more like Crime-Enacting lately, and one does wonder if the Police themselves can hear and see themselves when they speak, act, and engage in this fashion “with the Community.” Are they aware they have become Criminals?
“Prevention” cannot be used to use Weapons of War on people, nor “Community Policing” operations to destroy lives, yet this is the case currently, and the Path of the Lie spoken of here, related to False Flags, Secret Weaponry, Neuro Operations, Neuro Suppression, Neuro Activation, MK ULTRA, and Media Cover-Ups, which all the Moneymaking Media have been following, and existing inside, and inventing, and re-inventing, is apparently so persuasive that Police all over the USA have become persuaded to believe their own lies, and move forward Bravely into newer and newer and more astonishing devolutions of these Primordial Lies.
Is this all about the Set-Ups and Lies of Mass Shooters, Active Shooters, and Lone Wolf Terrorists? Or does it also include actual crime involving guns which is surprisingly going on in the inner cities and ghettoes of all our cities and counties and hometowns–and do we still have Ghettos, is it even PC to say the word Ghetto anymore?
How is it possible for anyone, really, ANYONE to ever engage in any kind of crime with a gun against anyone else when people are being battered to death with “Non Lethal” Weapons, AKA Stealth RF HPM, ADS, ADT, Millimeter-Wave Through-Wall, Conducted Electrical Weapons, nanosecond Electric Pulse generators, Terahertz Radar weaponry, Direct Energy, Scalar, and Neuro weaponry? If they’ve ended, DHS needs to make a statement about Lime Neon and so does the CIA and the FBI. For they haven’t. Lime Neon is functional on my street today and I would suspect, yours too.

The D.A in Denver is stern about illegal ownership of guns and people with “mental issues” having guns: But these “Mental Issues” are easily fabricated, invented, and concocted while secret operatives in our midst use secret weapons to neuro-activate and provoke people, meaning attack people, then lie about them–as this reporter has often reported, in hundreds of cases.

We have a completely insane Schism ongoing in this country, as in the world, and it has to stop.

Our Youth need Education (College! Minus Censorship), Extra-Curricular Activities, Creativity Workshops, Libraries, Community Arts & Theatre Centers, Sports, Encouragement, Lawful Occupation, More Exciting Jobs, and Positive Assistance, not “Crime Prevention.”

A few years ago, reporter Sarah Kershaw of the New York Times stumbled upon factories in the Dominican Republic which putatively were manufacturing “non-lethal” Spectrum devices which many since then have reported as in operation against them. Interestingly, this writer was first struck in Quincy, Massachusetts with Spectrum weaponry and related crimes at 49 as well.
Of course, it’s possible the CIA didn’t start in 1953 at all but smoothly transitioned from Tavistock and Auschwitz much much earlier–no doubt the CIA Archives will reveal all soon–but look how long ago all this was accomplished, via unlawful unethical unknown human experimentation–and animal too, no doubt. 9:25 pm/11/7/2024: Ok, Have checked that and find it’s part of an old blind–not spy tech–but close, in appearance. And a reflection. NOAA has been found to have issued cloud seeding contracts which have led to Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Huge change is surely coming for 5G-6G transmitters are being shut down, as are scalar transmitters on Naval ships. “Government” pretenders are being investigated.

The strangeness of Speakers and Senators refusing to help, the horrors of another superstorm like Katrina suddenly attacking the inland United States, flooding, mud slides, homes lost, lives lost, rivers sweeping over bridges, dams breaking or being made to break, and this information made suddenly factual, of weather warfare, of actual intent behind such mega-disaster surely needs further investigation and reportage.
Cloud-seeding and feeding storms is patented, has been long experimented with. Weather weapons like the bioweapons of vaccines take out landscapes and towns; the immensity of what we are looking at here is yet to be taken in.
Patents to break up hurricanes point to industries able to both initiate superstorms and take them down, using directed energy radiation. Weather warfare patents posted here recently show that rainmaking and electrical discharge creation go all the way back to 1891 and 1905, when radar was first discovered: List of Geoengineering Patents from 1891 – 2023. Fog and smoke clouds have been sprayed out from aircraft since the 1920s. Hurricane control systems and methodologies have seen many patent applications, such as this one suggesting dozens of planes be used for raising the temperature in the eye or outflow, but surely those engaged in High Energy DEW manufacture know how Directed Energy from large devices can be used. Defense contractors, that is (large ones), the ones that have sunk billions into making DEWs of all sorts, including unfortunately AP DEWs, AKA Anti-Human, Anti-American, Anti-People weapons destined for the Dust Heap of History–in short order.
Charities too, especially the large ones, which accept donations and rush to run relief efforts become suspect. Is this an industry in action? Is the business model Disaster Creation then Relief? Electronic Warfare then Countermeasures? What about Moneyed Media who mention “Compassion” and “Hope” a lot? Are they part of the same circular Mess? “Human interest stories” made to order from Made to Order Wars and Hurricanes Created with High Energy DEWs: Is this Journalism? [I seriously doubt that.] How large are these industries? How entangled? Who do they involve? To what extent are the Military and Intelligence involved? And why? Is Ethics and Conscience dead? Just found, the National Sheriffs’ Association’s involvement in the use of Controlled Equipment, a category by which military technology has been brought to the headquarters of police groupings (active and retired, Departments and Agencies, LEOs and LEAs) in towns and counties all over the USA. What exactly this category of Equipment covers and holds is yet to be fully discovered. (For it should be: Fully Known and Knowable.)
A random search online for the Informational Bulletin from FEMA, DHS from March 2016 led to the website below with the helpful information on Grant Funds for Controlled Equipment.
“Equipment” has become a way to hide the word “Technology” on paper and in plain view, as the unveiling of non lethal weapons in the arena of anti-human Directed Energy Weaponry has intensified. “Equipment” was addressed in a recently amended Washington-Hague MOU permitting “Cooperative Project Personnel” to acquire, test, and operate “Project Equipment” in each other’s Equity and Maritime jurisdictions–not permitted though to engage in same in jurisdictions, such as Land and Soil, foreign to both, reported here yesterday.
Later (as earlier, since 2013), years were spent doing FOIA enquiries, writing to various people, working alone and with said NSA whistleblower and others on various email lists and groups and a rather memorable Forum which necessarily ended as one particular party on it imploded, later battling interminable and inexplicable slander from both the suddenly COINTEL’ing Mrs. Stewart and the imploded Mrs. Horton, endlessly yet finally permanently countered: RAMOLA D: STATEMENT ON MY JOURNALISM | Post Slander.
For years, this writer has been on a quest to learn what exactly was being done, on paper, behind closed doors and covers (by “Government”) in the name of Surveillance and National Security while people nationwide and worldwide including herself have been battered and beaten with stealth radio and acoustic neuro and nanoweapons for years. More importantly I had uncovered this rather sensational I Bulletin (the IB 407, March 9, 2016 found, post desktop cyberhacking earlier in this writing by probably back-yard DHS/CIA) with its most interesting revelations and concealments. One of these findings in fact speaks to that helicopter. Among “Controlled Equipment” listed on this Bulletin–as possibilities for grant funding from FEMA–are unmanned drones and crewed aircraft.

While the full list of Controlled Equipment grant applicants can apply for is not provided, there is sufficient verbiage in here, including regarding the need for specialized training and requiring local government approvals, to establish that the referred-to Controlled Equipment 1) probably does include numbers of the electromagnetic and acoustic/sonic neurotechnologies being reported widely as in operation unlawfully on people’s bodies and brains and 2) is known (by DHS and DOJ) to be intrinsically trespassive of human rights, civil rights, and Constitutionally-guaranteed rights, as exposed by focus on “Civil Rights Compliance” and the need for special training including on “community inputs.”
Yes, Local Governments Approve the Targeting
“Controlled Equipment” operation, we learn from this FEMA Bulletin 407a, is approved explicitly by local governments–“the jurisdiction’s governing body” or tacitly, without overt disapproval. All of this is mindbending, and a continuation of the disclosure made by the Federal Aviation Administration on FOIA query to this writer in 2015, that yes, local administrations know about the light plane sorties, continually.
Obviously this opens up a whole new world of awareness which people all over the USA–and the world–who are similarly unlawfully targeted must act upon. Secret Implants: Sudden Mushrooming of Medical Devices

The part played by Homeland Security and FEMA in supporting and extending this roster of domestic terrorism permitted to Police and Mental Health departments also needs nonstop scrutiny and Ending. No-one should be voting in this situation, no-one should be supporting terrorism.

This document from 2015 presented by the International Association of Chiefs of Police as a sample policy is brief, and for the most part echoes the FEMA IB 407–or sets blueprint therof, being published a few months earlier–but offers a few pointed notes which indicate rather clearly that the “controlled equipment” in question, not being fully described, in fact being kept vague, is very powerful indeed, and is equipment, not vehicles, in other words, weaponry, and the precautions being taken to legitimize–or attempt to legitimize–its usage, on the citizenry, need to be advertised. Usage needs to be reported, and usage makes it an “incident.”

Briefly noting here Section 2 of this EO, which established an “interagency Law Enforcement Equipment Working Group” tasked to hand over “controlled equipment that is appropriate to the needs of their community” to local police, ensuring “(proper)” training, standards to prevent “misuse or abuse” and “LEA compliance with civil rights requirements resulting from receipt of Federal financial assistance”. [Do communities need (a few people in each) to be burned to death secretly and privately, with millimeter-wave tech? Civil rights: Being compromised or just turfed altogether?]
This LEE Working Group is basically being asked (EO 13688 date: January 16, 2015) to impose a Federal-funds auditing function on LEAs, to ensure via developed policy they “abide by any limitations or affirmative obligations” accruing from acquisition of federally-funded Controlled Equipment or from receipt of funds to purchase same as well as carry out all the functions noted in the later FEMA DHS IB 407 bulletin which seems to be guided by the IACP Sample Policy.

That later (March 9 2016) Homeland Security bulletin, along with the IACP Federally Controlled Equipment Sample Policy (December 2015) calls for local Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) to develop their own Controlled Equipment policies using their guidelines (a point to return to later).
And what else is the LEE Working Group being asked to do?
Number 11, Subsection a, Section 3 records, curiously, that the LEE Working Group is also tasked to “monitor the sale or transfer of controlled equipment” from the Federal Government or “controlled equipment purchased with funds from the Federal Government” by LEAs to third parties:
So LEAs are selling and transferring dangerous, civil-rights-exploding, undescribed (electromagnetic and acoustic neuro) Controlled Equipment to third parties? What kind of third parties? And why? The EO is silent. But the very next subsection (b) suggests “external stakeholders” are involved–which are named to include civil rights and civil liberties organizations, academics, “appropriate State officials” and LEAs. Do these stakeholders hold shares in a common enterprise, say, a Defense company manufacturing said “Controlled Equipment” or are we to infer this relates merely to the common goal of ensuring social “order”–and could such commonality in goal exist? Can civil rights groups be co-opted in such a fashion–and were they, then, in 2015 and subsequently thereafter? And if “including” is all we’re given, where is the list? Shouldn’t the President publish the List of External Stakeholders?
And who Is the LEE Working Group? (That second E is Equipment.) This obviously becomes important when you consider that the IACP Sample Policy document recommends that LEAs build their own policies, a rather frightening concept in itself: Can LEAs, city to city, county to county, then express their own prejudices, nepotisms, network-thinking, sacrifice-thinking, targeting-thinking as they please? But the Federal concept-building is as frightening surely, a sweeping policy of repression of the people with secret “Controlled Equipment.”
The 2015 Law Enforcement Equipment Working Group included the Attorney-General, the Secretaries of Defense, Homeland Security, Treasury, Interior, Counterterrorism, Education, Domestic Policy, OMB, pretty much the entire Cabinet–all fixated on bringing dangerous “Controlled Equipment” into the hands of LEOs and LEAs, to use on the people of America. With apparently the help and buy-in of traitor “civil rights groups.”
Fascism came in on the heels of this 2015 EO, and the Secrecy permitted has caused great grief to America. The weapons are on the streets now, and in the hands of abject criminals. The police protects them. The police also contracts with them.
A final question: Who wrote this EO for Barack Obama? Did he alone? No he didn’t obviously. Was it the CIA then, the CFR, the Rand Corporation, Brookings, the Heritage Institute? DARPA and IARPA and HARPA perhaps? (More to investigate.)
A final point to be made here looking at this EO, the IB, the Sample Policy: The 2015 EO (President & CIA, say) sets up the architecture for Handover of all Rights, the LEE Working Group–Defense, DHS, Cabinet issue (behind-the-scenes?) federal policy to the IACP (Police Chiefs) presumably which follows in December 2015 with pretense of ethicality and accountability, then the IB from FEMA, that’s Homeland Security spells out much the same thing, commanding LEAs and LEOs to Go Forth and Conquer, Civil rights groups including the ACLU huddled in close, and all so very keen to hand over dangerous Rights-ending Controlled Equipment mayhem to police for use on the People. Look closely at (c) from the Section III on Training Requirements of the FEMA DHS IB 407, March 2016:

Now, while this US DOD-Netherlands MOD TEP amendment extends the time period of the Understanding to 30 years, from signings in 2004, amendments in 2013, raising infinite reams of questions on what exactly is being extended, closer perusal of the documents enclosed do not reveal much, presenting instead Testing and Evaluation as if stand-alone subjects, and only a few clues sprinkled here and there as to what might be being tested and evaluated and how and involving what and whom.
Not unlike the general gist of most classified documents opened on FOIA on public disclosure, much kept hidden.
Uncovering the amendment and the MOU however is what’s key.
Looking at both the brevity of this US-Dutch Jan 22 2024 MOU and the original Feb 12 2004 and July 5 2013 MOUs (links below), it becomes apparent an expectation is being set in place, to continue a program which is being kept opaque. Can this even be possible?
What kinds of programs, tests, and equipment are being kept hidden by this Washington-Hague MOU from 2004 yet anticipated to be extended? Should some or all of them be terminated by either or both Participants? And who decides? Do the People decide?
Do the people of the USA and the people of the Netherlands have any clue what their DODs and MODs are up to here–on their Land and Soil, affecting their Lives?

Could this MOU possibly be about Weapon-Testing? And if so, about Radio Frequency Weapons-Testing, or Neuroweapon Testing? Or both? Or Nanoweapons? Chemical weapons? Bioweapons?

“Notional” tables listed in an Appendix list Flights, Fumes, Telemetry, Ground Support, Human Factors Evaluation under Direct Costs for Task Descriptions/Services, suggesting these may be in use on Test projects. Military exchange of project equipment and license to hunt and harm on foreign grounds appears to be implied.
A class of people from each country, labeled “Cooperative Project Personnel” are identified as the team of actors/researchers assigned to work in the other country’s space. Language in this Appendix (screenshot below) in fact suggests an overarching Think Tank writer, over and above each DOD, MOD and Department of State, one in fact keen on Contractors and private enterprise: Could this be the CFR, RAND, or perhaps SERCO or Vanguard?
Curious language, tons of obfuscation, and massive leeway given to new parties inside Defense.

“Equipment” as a word for “Technology” has been spotted in recently declassified Air Force contract documents.
“Controlled Equipment” appears in a very revealing FEMA, DHS Grant Programs Directorate Information Bulletin, IB 407 with the date March 9, 2016, now posted in revision at FEMA as IB 407a dated January 2017, which mentions an Executive Order issued in January 2015 establishing a Prohibited Equipment List and a Controlled Equipment List, EO 13688: Federal Support for Local Law Enforcement Equipment Acquisition, all of which together sought to facilitate grants for state, local, tribal, territorial, private LEOs to acquire, use, and Transfer Controlled Equipment.
“Transfer” is well-known jargon at this point used for the process or act of moving military technology into police hands. “Technology Transfer” seems to have now become “Equipment Transfer” or “Controlled Equipment Transfer.”
Exported or exportable technology is subject to Export Control Regulations which include ITAR in the case of military items. This page at UC Davis on Controlled Technologies and the Acquisition of Equipment and Items suggests that graduate researchers can purchase research equipment and other items to facilitate their projects. Some lists of frequently controlled technologies are included–all of these matters to explore further.

It was not long after the publication of that report in September 2022 and subsequent publication of this writer’s testimonial to police and hospital/EMS crime, Ramola D | Living Testimony in Form of Affidavit and Statement of Fact Re. April 12-19, 2022 Spych Op on American State National, Author, and Truth Journalist, Nov 9, 2022, online on November 20, 2022 and in printed claims mailed to all parties on November 21, 2022 that this writer and journalist was first struck with home invasion (of impersonator-spouses) (v loud car zooming, 7:46 pm, 7-26-2024, possibly up Elmwood, Beale) and toxic gassing attacks, numerous DARPA technology attacks, acoustic technology attacks, and extreme directed-energy (DE) weapon attacks starting from November 26, 2022 which extended for over 10 days, led to intense radiation and pulsed EMF sinus sickness, and was followed by further inexplicable DE technology attacks and the unexpected and traumatizing second Quincy Police kidnap, trafficking, and incarceration incident and attacks from December 20, 2022 to December 29, 2022, and all subsequent mayhem through 2023 and 2024, a fuller account of which, the Account of Events Unprecedented, needs to be completed and published. Significantly though, it is only now, looking at the dates here that it is becoming apparent that the DMH-CIA connections, speculated on, made more evident in recent times–and certainly made more evident at this writer’s forced sojourn at two not one MK ULTRA sites in Boston (immediate plane flight across backyard, 7:30 pm, 7-26-2024)–may have had something to do with those intense 2022 attacks and the incomprehensible repeat trauma attack-events run by local police, EMS, the local district court, and two Boston hospitals, South Shore Hospital and Brookline Hospital against this writer.

Now, interestingly enough, this letter, dropped on the porch carpet below the mailbox, came at a time when other curious things had occurred nearby. This writer’s small American peacetime flag sticker with the red vertical stripes which seem to enrage those across the street who wear the horizontal red on their flag (rushing across to finger it suggestively every now and then, no doubt hoping to be noticed), pasted precariously on the porch wall, just above the second Police Take Notice also taped there, had been filched, meaning completely removed, no sign of it fluttering and torn or ripped and fallen down nearby. The police who had been unlawfully summoned by the 151/3 Pinester man succeeding the events noted earlier in a Reporter’s Note had apparently not noticed this Notice, one of many sent earlier to the local bureau, and this writer was keen to make sure all understood the matter of jurisdiction and did not waste their time concocting or responding to false-summons on false-accusations and fabricated claims, hence the flag sticker, now vandalistically disappeared. By whom one could not tell readily but this writer had a few suspects in mind, not least that very Pinester himself–who had, incidentally, stepped on a new plastic yellow and black decorative garden lamp this writer had poised prominently on the tiny walk leading up to the front steps, and broken off the spear part, inexplicably. [Later the companion lamp on the other side was also found with its spear broken.] To compensate for the loss of the little sticker, a small graphic and visual note of American cheer on its own, this writer unfurled the two little flags she had also sent off for, from Big Lake Alaska, or perhaps it was Washington State, she forgets, and stuck one in a terracotta pot on the sill on the far end of the porch and another above the Notice, waving cheerily in the new summer wind. Unusual generally speaking for she has never raised a flag–oh wait except in high school (in Madras when it was called Madras, in India a place no-one has heard of, at least in relation to her, especially as a Writer), when she was vice captain of St. Cecilia’s (forever vice sadly)–in her life and was unsure of the general import of its aspect overall in such private home surrounds but it did seem to settle in well among the painted wood and the yews and the veil of willowy cherry just beyond.

Now there are very many things I need to report in print for pretty much the whole month of July and the month past, June as well, but I’ll confine myself here to just a few pics and notes as I step toward the day after the 22nd, when a few rather interesting things occurred, alerting me to the possibility of new DMH-CIA grabs being planned by the erstwhile predators in my New Neighborhood–perhaps a New Deal for the (Fondly Hoped For) Twenty-First Century Neighborhood of the Sizzling Radio Future. A zoomer revved up as he blasted down the hill where I stood among burnt orange lilies watering away, then turned the corner and blasted full throttle up Elmwood then Harvard and away; I witnessed the sulky droop of his beard as he flashed past, clearly one dissatisfied with his work. [Mine meanwhile had brought planes and helis and drones to the yard a couple days earlier when I’d posted the Equisetum post and tussled (with Delta sleep and heart fibrillators pulsing) with the DD 254 Special Access addenda on the (declassified) USAF-GDIT contract I’m still wrestling with, some seriously opaque paras to plough through.] I was making my way through the lacy foliage of Queen Anne’s umbrella lace on the left striving to reach the cherry on the right with my hose when the white SUV which had twice, thrice, I forget how many times blasted right to my curb as I stood on the porch, sudden each time, abrupt and alarming, suddenly slammed into view and roared down to park just by the now lone hundred-year-old oak. I witnessed a blur of gold sunglasses on an all-bald (fairly young) head, someone else driving. I had reached the cherry. 153 Pine’s door opened and voices sounded calling to each other. I noticed the rise of green through mulch at the cherry’s base, leaned in closer. A child called. I looked up. There was the little boy who likes to rush over and taunt and mock as he’s taught, by the pale-haired lady of the loud voicing (now outside on her porch), dressed in neon yellow-green, sun bright on leaves, water on my hand. The car that had parked stayed parked. No idea what precisely alerted me to lunacy ahead possibly but I sensed new-framings approach, put the hose down by the cherry and left, inside. Noticing Blondie lean down under the sprawl of cherry branches and look as if for me. I returned a few minutes later, the SUV was gone. No, it is not acceptable to stalk the writer in her home, nor acceptable to clothe one’s child in neon yellow and flash him about like a Non Lethal Weapons Operating Here sign. All week there have been skits and theater here, yellings in Chinese and Vietnamese, Japanese and distorted Chinglish, quite scary (broken) Indlish, some Anglo-American partying well into the night.
These events are what led me to examine the situation here with deeper insight. Clearly a response to the DMH was in order. Breaking from the DD I looked deeper into their letter, looking as well at earlier correspondence from the lawyers and scribes at both DMH and the Secretary of State’s offices. Much had been covered earlier. Much became clearer, in particular the acknowledgment, subtle, sotto voce, but unmistakably proffered, of my status, finally, as private, on the Land and Soil, an American, alive, living, one the DMH can no longer pursue, predate on, but must recognize as extraordinarily Sane, in full possession of all her mental faculties and must therefore leave alone, forever.
Yet where was the assurance of erasure of the lies, the fabrications, the convolutions, the horrific attempts to cravenly bind one round and around with Labels of lies slipped into “medical records” “health records” “One Health records” “PHI”s “Designated Record Sets” and every database in police hives from fusion center to fusion center, TSA to DHS, CIA to FBI so one is preceded always by “notifications” of “Delusional, Acute Delusional, Bipolar, Schizoid, Schizophrenic, ADHD, Autistic…” anything else?
More needs to be addressed. This letter was sent today to the Commissioner of Mental Health, Brooke Doyle, and copied to the Commissioner of Health, Kate Walsh, at the Commonwealth, copied as well to our own head of state on the land and soil of the United States of America, Judge Anna von Reitz and recording co-ordinators at the Washington State and Massachusetts State Assemblies, Teri Kealoha Sahm and Edward Fulke.

No-one able to read or comprehend Calumny when they see or hear it should miss watching and listening closely to the goings-on at this amazingly upbeat Commissioner-led gangbuster May 2023 proceeding where the Players set in place were clearly carefully chosen.
A sudden bonanza of Women in Visible chairs and offices at the Commission of Commissioners along with Men, each fondly referring to the other as such (Commissioner Here, Commissioner There, Pass the sugar please and When can we hide the China–although the China was well on display). Women placed to pre-empt the placing of other, saner women. A Show that’s run with pre-planned Intent to establish an agenda, not permit a single whiff of protest from an uninformed public. Fourth or Fifth Reich I wonder. [We may be in CommUNist heaven.]
The man in the mask, unspeaking, remarkably blond. The many Diversities. So touching, that paean to a Silent Diversity.
The quietest voices, the most obscure, the foreign, the female, the quite questionable (for are they American? Or working for a Global “Man”? She speaks of Radar, as if an engineer–no, she is not the expert on Radar here. Don’t listen to her. But she is the Chair, the Buck Stops Here chair…Is she the President?
Women in power today must know how to rule without revealing. But is it really Power? Or can the People topple that gilt pedestal?
And here, another one, also languidly tressed, masses of fluffy (a new fashion then in DC to project Lawyer, Journalist, Global Part-Player in swishy curls?), from “Communications Daily”, a La, an Ella, a Gabriella with “YoungLA” on her laptop and the only one with questions, on and on for the specialists, curiously situated questions, on changes, on budgets–obviously a Plant–where are the scientists, the science journalists, the questions on these bands of radar, these unlicensed devices, these special installations in smart phones and low-flying aircraft? Apparently no-one, absolutely no-one in DC with a science brain and a few pointed questions on these radar bands being named for authorizing was told the FCC was plotting another Open Agenda.)

Pulse Radar, In-Cabin Radars
Radar needs excavation. Pulse radar was developed by the US Navy in 1934. Pulse radar is used today, to send high frequency pulses to unlawfully-implanted radio tags on women’s and men’s bodies, children’s too. [6:22 pm, July 12, 2024: The (Nazi/CIA/Ukrainian/Israeli/Mossad/fusion contractor) occupier of the Mazzeo name next door to my lovely summer villa in Quincy, Massachusetts, just stepped out and demo’d said radar hit on the radio tag unlawfully implanted at my heart at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth in December 2022. As I hasten to further shield, my daily-assaulted left arm painfully stiff, across the way, loud foreign voices shout–Japanese or Chinese I cannot tell; there appears to be a Harvard Global Research op parasol’d beneath Minerva ongoing in these parts.] The frequency at which this nether-op is being conducted is what is under review here.

Parts of a rather revealing Section in the Code of Federal Regulation pertaining to “Radio Frequency Devices” –a telling genre instantly evocative of Carnage in the Age of One-Sided Electronic Warfare, unconsented-to, on living beings–have been amended, succeeding a form of slanted discourse at the Commission. One pursued as strategy it appears, all year. [Decide first, discourse later, mostly.]
This meeting though, the May 2023 one, and the “Report and Order” mentioned, posted on the site, drops a few bombshells. Echoed and further excavated in the Federal Register’s documenting (more below).

FDS is Field Disturbance Sensors, inclusive of motion sensors used in cars to halt car theft. But FDS is also being used to cover a whole bunch of radio devices, loosely called “radars.” Authorized Federal and non-Federal users in the band imply radio, television stations, private users such as state and local police, ham radio operators, possibly (to be further explored), all surely FCC-gifted their place in the “band.” So unlicensed devices, radio devices, radar devices operating in the microwave frequency space, are stealers of the band…? Some overtly in the band, some covertly in the band. Those overtly in the band Federal and non-Federal. Which leaves unlicensed device users where? In unauthorized, illegal space? Certainly unlawful for there’s no space in the law for them. And issuing rules, orders, and open agenda meeting airings isn’t making or remaking the law. Don’t Lawmakers have to be involved, in making laws happen…?
But that being in the band is the answer perhaps for the incredible involvement of Media–Anchors, DJs, “Reporters,” Videographers, Documentary and Sitcom and Movie Stars–engaging in avid mockery, ridicule, open riffing, parody, and odd denigratory laughter at those targeted by an unlawfully-acting self-authorizing Less-Than clan (Less-Than-Elite): Those blasted with short-range radar devices, unlicensed, wielded by Unlicensed Device users everywhere–in airplanes, hotel rooms, apartments, houses, stores, roadways, rinks, trains, buses, libraries, bookstores, cars–are being blasted also with Open Mockery and Ridicule in public.
There’s a key also in the word “Protect”: The “Police” protect, not the populace, but the Company, the Corporation, the Primary Man. “Unlicensed device users protect the operations of authorized Federal and non-Federal users in the band.” So unlicensed device users are police and retired police or fusion center contractors: ex-combat, veterans, security guards, and they protect the Media Stalkers and Targeters, the Movie Star Stalkers and Targeters (of the unfamous, ordinary, anonymous Targeted)–and the Military: the (Federal-user) Air Force, the Navy, the Army using the same frequency band, the same intentional radiators, the same unlicensed devices unlawfully weapons-tested in massive yet secret operations all over the Northeast, East, West, North, South then handed over via patent-handover for the development of COTS–Commercial Off the Shelf technologies–by third-party contractors selling these sudden open-market “products”: pulse radar Weapons to police and Military both, and private-sector, nationwide and worldwide, some concealed as dual-use. Pausing to Consider Licensing: Driver’s Licenses are used to “license” commercial driving on the “inland waterways,” the obviously inaccurate and masking overlay over the Land and Soil, of the nation. What is so commercial about ploughing down and up these Inland Waterways governed by Traffic Lights and Laws? Are you considered a slave engaging in Slave Labor as you traverse the supposed Waterways of your own private American life? (Well, yes.) Apparently (having been sold at birth, registered, considered Dead and Alive both, your projected labor securitized, bonded, traded on the stock market for a covey of Less-Thans) your very living is Slavery, your movements in cars and out are slavery, using the Waterways needs some Licensing, for you are never really private living your private life, every breath you take, every move you make is for Someone’s benefit, not yours. And that Someone has a place for all of you, throughout your life: Ask any musician with a public career, they might share more. (Musicians do look enslaved: and obviously, they shouldn’t be.) Americans: Enslaved. Police: Pirates. (Police may want to consider moving into Law Enforcement by eschewing Unlicensed Device Use and Driver’s Licensing both–because the Law is not in the Water. Arresting all those Less-Thans running Lies and calling them Laws is also a Very Good Idea.) All wishing to flee Slavery need only to declare themselves alive. It is possible the Police have been persuaded to move–over several decades of this and the last century–into “Non Lethal Weapon” use on the citizenry by way of that notion of considering all citizens “felons” and “suspects” and Birth-Certificate Slaves, telling themselves it was meet and right so to do (to keep the intrinsically unruly slaves in line). Non-Lethal Weapons Testing first, a movement into “Public Safety” and “Behavioral Health” and “Mental Health” and “Public Health” operations next, Intentional radiators permitted, High-Tech Vibrating of Spines and High-Tech Implanting of Backs and Fronts, Brains and Soles permitted. I have experienced this unlawful, unholy, extreme vibration and will write more to further inform the FCC, all agencies, all Assemblies about the wrongfulness, indeed depravity herein and the need to end this weapon-use on all Humankind: children, I suspect, may also be subjected to these crimes. “Police Radar” and the permitting of it needs scrutiny.
Another key for us to examine here is the word “Allocation” which points to satellite and radiolocation and radionavigation and space research services from Federal and non-Federal users–Peace in Space or the UN’s version of “peacekeeping” with ELF/radio weaponry aimed at all of us? (ELF: Extremely Low Frequency/frequencies of the brain.) And high-frequency operations still operate in the relatively long-wavelength space, studying the electromagnetic spectrum should be new basic science for all, HAARP’s next-gen transmissions into the biosphere and our personal biospace can still occur on basis of those waves which seem to us to be so short (nanometers for visible light) but that really means we are in a high-frequency world anyway where short waves are long (we are speaking of spectra of Light, Electricity, Sound).
Radio Devices Are Permitted for Use inside Aircraft
Is it possible that unlicensed radio devices operating at very high frequencies could be used in aircraft? They have been permitted for use inside smart phones and iPads, in cabin mountings. Pulsed radar and continuous wave have both been permitted. What are they used for? Health monitoring? Pulsed radar blasted into your face from a seat next to you can hardly be called health monitoring; perhaps it’s called Public Safety then, to placidate (sicken and disable and injure) you: Public Safety is Not Public Safety but Crime, in the use of such weaponry. Those targeted have been and still report being pulse-hit in such ways inside commercial airliners, on flights within and without the United States. Babies may be crying inside planes because the Satanic lot wielding these cell phone weapons against us are pointing and shooting at babies’ brains/eyes/bodies as they please. This writer has witnessed and experienced enough diabolically insane behavior by fairly young people against herself and others involving cell phones, iPads, and cases stowed directly overhead in cabins to know this is actually happening–and should be stopped.

A recent Defense/Air Force solicitation found at Sam.Gov, an official website of the US Government–System for Award Management–dated May 2023 and closed currently which suggests the contract has been awarded–reveals the Air Force has been interested in the “prevention of cyber harassment and technology facilitated sexual harassment and sexual assault”, proving what thousands of whistleblowers and reporting victims of Military and Police and Intelligence crime–dismissed by such criminally and fraudulently acting Media as The New York Times, The Washington Post, Wired, The Daily Beast and the unlawfully-acting FBI and friends as Mentally Ill “Targeted Individuals”–have been reporting for decades now: electromagnetic rape and intimate, invasive, beyond-harassive assault and battery of their human bodies with remote-access Radio Frequency and Ultrasonic/Infrasound/ELF/Sonic technologies of various kinds.

Preventing “Emerging Forms” (Really?) of Sexual Harassment/Assault Instead of Scrapping Amoral Quite-Emerged Tech Already
The horror of encountering such a solicitation is only exacerbated by the seeming intent, to “raise awareness and prevent emerging forms of cyber harassment and technology-facilitated sexual harassment and sexual assault in the Department of the Air Force (DAF)” suggesting, horrifyingly, that instead of scrapping the entire unlawful and unethical and inhumane and crazed “emerging technologies” industry permitting what all extant laws already forbid: rape, sexual invasion, sexual harassment, sexual assault–add in remote-access sexual stimulation and worse, along with bladder access, activation, and forced leakage from a distance–using horrific radiation and sound technology, the DoD and DAF, having sunk into Paleolithic barbarism have chosen instead to try to “train” their soldiers and pilots using video and film to [“not harass each other please but here are the weapons anyway” (?)] prevent “cyber harassment” and “technology-facilitated sexual harassment and sexual assault” IN the Air Force. Do they consider humans “cyber” now and will this extend to the general civilian populace as well? Or are they trying to roll in the horrors of intense and extreme cyberharassment and hacking they dole out to those they disappear as “TI”s?
And pilots are trainable now, to not use space telemetry, avionics, and microwave pulses from a distance to not sexually harm their ex-girlfriends and just about any woman they please? Or man–say a new boyfriend of their ex?
This is clearly another contract to investigate further–and to question. People alive today in America may want to wake up and recognize Remote Access Technology Assault including Technology Sexual Assault is here–any future left for our children? (None.) Human rights lawyers, writers of law, international lawyers, state assemblies and nationals, journalists, children, college-students, and newbies to the erstwhile corporate American workplace may want to plunge in here and excavate Ethics, basic Human Rights, historic Civil Rights, and Law for the aging criminals at the Air Force and CIA and DOD and DOJ (and Congress) to be reminded of, as these incipient projects in further bio-hacking mayhem are dismantled decisively and buried in the Backyard of the New America which surely is rising everyday.
The Air Education and Training Command is one of 9 Major Commands in the Air Force and is run out of Joint Base San Antonio (located at a few spots in Texas) the same base which has returned the major Directed Energy Bio Effects Research Air Force contract documents this writer is struggling to report on as she is battered everyday, completely illegally and unlawfully, with local A&B via RF HPM, Radar, ELF, Millimeter-Wave and 5G tech, a sad commentary on the horrific current state of affairs where people have accepted employment to engage as full-time assaulters and batterers using RF/sound tech in neighborhoods all across the USA and world.

Integrated Resilience and Interpersonal and Self-Directed Violence-“ISDV”
The extended description in this solicitation surfaces that the Air Force has an “Integrated Resilience” training division–which in connection with this unethical solicitation (essentially approving unethical emerged-tech which uses techno sexual harassment/assault and techno bio-brain hacking/attack in weaponized assault on human bodies, as millions will testify including this writer and the hundreds who have reported such to her, ) seems to suggest “Resilience” is springing forward with some paper training post assaulting and battering using unethical Techno Weaponry, and Integrated just means “we’re rolling it all in but hey, we’re not losing our deadly distant-assault weapons.” While the new fancy term from the DOD-CIA jargoneers there, “ISDV”, seems to stem directly from the Psychiatry-DSM Fraud Center for Endless Fascist Crime: “Self-Directed Violence” with its echoes of the constructed “Self-Harm” and “Interpersonal” curious indeed; perhaps the CIA-Psych’os who construct such criminal acronyms and aim to maintain the fraud-based criminal edifice of DSM Psychiatry are seeking to call violence from their Satanically-Scripted False Flag MK ULTRA operations interpersonal now instead of Neuro-Techno-Drug-Fraud-Fabrication-contrived, or perhaps Interpersonal there just means Neurotech-Activated Soldier or Pilot–just like the Neurotech-Activated Road-Ragers and Domestic-Abusers and “Targets” neuro-activated while on the phone or engaging in Family or Neighborhood Interaction in order to frame them as Aggressive, Irrational, Abusive et al. (Those targeted by the multiplicity of criminals we have in every city now on Earth and certainly in the USA are multiply and continuously harassed and framed.) And “Violence” is a term of art from the FBI handbooks for the criminally-framing; people are termed “violent” or “extremist” when they are targeted for removal from society, a historic construct known to sociologists and critics of sociology, and since 9/11 that term has gathered quite some traction from the “Countering Violent Extremism” movement as also the Counterterrorism Club for the Commitment to Crime and Cruelty (that’s the CIA-DHS penthouse as well as the DOD-DOJ floor beneath), and those in their sights are usually Brown Black Blue or any other color but the Nobly-Retained White, a carefully-cultivated oxymoron for the concealment of the Paperclips and Pinks from view. “Violence” like “Harm” therefore needs some tearing-down. We live in a Manipulated world today, not an Organic one.
Technology Facilitated Sexual Assault
Now one of the attachments with this solicitation at sam.gov (below) includes a draft Performance Work Statement which points to classic sexual harassment and assault, and online harassment, but it is possible that the reality of actual “technology facilitated sexual assault” is being addressed here without overt revelation, in itself inexplicable; the Air Force is welcome to inform us otherwise if needed; however clues left in here include EMSEC–Emissions Security and CUI-Controlled Unclassified Information, which point to Intelligence concealments. The use of electromagnetic weapons in weapons-testing programs on people and animals has recently been declassified by the Air Force. Surfacing electromagnetic sexual harassment and battery with the use of these weapons on defenseless citizens shouldn’t need to be controlled or concealed.
Note: 11:22 am, July 8, 2024: After I wrote those words and switched off my computer and set about checking doors et al as I readied for bed (still being permitted to sleep a few hours each night by sleep-deprivers who usually attack closer to dawn), standing by the back door, I noticed a rather loud sound steadily getting louder and discerned, accurately, a plane was approaching. Peering through the night, unable to run get my cellphone, I witnessed the very loud and large and close (military I presume) plane thundering quite speedily and directly overhead before disappearing into the thick of chemtrailed Quincy haze to my right (over Beale and heading south), flashing a mercury white and red in passing as it left, almost as if it were seeking to send a message of some kind (in cryptic flickering code I couldn’t decipher) as it rushed away. Clearly, I had hit a Nerve of some kind with those last few lines, delivered out of my nonstop neurotech’d brain as I struggled for probably an hour to compose 3 or 4 sentences I think, while being blasted from above (attic window) and behind (several questionable black sedans, vans, SUVs on the street) and in front (the Lis) vibrationally and thermally both, in obvious intent to emasculate the writing.
11:31 am, 7-8-2024: Further, two apparent fighter planes have driven above me just now, in quick succession, literally flying over my head in my backyard as I seek to breathe fresh air, forced out by numerous 5G installations in garden sheds, parked cars and possible parked drones aiming at heart-congestion, sinus flares, bone cancer, and other such.
I report these facts because it appears to be the right thing to do, under the circumstances. And I will certainly follow up on this solicitation which is giving the Air Force such momentum. For behind the Air Force is Intelligence, and no, it cannot be Central forever, and it cannot drive radiation weaponry into my bones and tissue forever. Nor my life.
11:39 am: I must also report what I have recorded on a v-log at time of happening: I was blast-hit at the heart last night while a drone suddenly circled high at 9:22 pm (still working on the 2013 DEBR contract) and then a plane–what I’d often thought was a FBI surveillance plane, reported as scissor-flicking white–plunged over the house and across the backyard and down south (same direction, not as fast but I had no phone in hand then either) at 9:32 pm, a rather handsome long-limbed Air Force plane I thought–maybe GDIT, maybe Raytheon–but scissor-flicking away, and clearly one which had hovered over the house when I came to the front last night. CIA, FBI, Private? In addition to Air Force that is–for surely there is an Aviation connection here, especially with planes. But they seem to all be holding hands together.
The Department of Public Works, City of Quincy has been alerted about the deadly nature of the active ingredients in Roundup and Milestone, two of the herbicides mentioned in a recent rather fugitive notice posted at The Quincy Sun on Thursday, June 27, 2024, putatively to attack and remove invasive species namely poison ivy and others.
In a letter written yesterday citing a few of the many studies out there proving the extreme carcinogenic toxicity of Glyphosate and Aminopyralid, active ingredients in Roundup and Milestone, this writer sought to inform the City of Quincy of the extreme danger here in despatching these neurotoxins and carcinogens into the soil, water, and atmosphere of Quincy when lingering residues here and all over the South Shore thereby can deleteriously impact the health of humans, animals, and birds for generations to come.
Noted in particular also were the effects of electromagnetic radiation in tandem with chemical aerosol spraying already destroying and harming the trees of Quincy, a noxious trend which needs to be reversed not promoted.
Aerosol Spraying and Electromagnetic Radiation Attacks on Northeast Chokecherries and other Native Trees?
This writer has just recently been alerted to the attack on Northeast chokecherries some growing in her own backyard (diligently cared for over the years as more and more singing birds have come to feast on the Juneberries they have produced–none visible this year) and has just begun to explore the many native plant and tree focused organizations here in the Northeast who surely will be able to further advise the Quincy Department of Public Works on the dangers inherent in spraying parks and “rights of way” with the deadly poison Roundup or Milestone or either of the other poisons named.
Chokecherries in the Northeast are native to Massachusetts and offer home, shelter, and summer sustenance to birds.
Aerosol-spraying such sweet-juice-berry trees and slamming them simultaneously with covert electromagnetic radiation–as suspected in the case of widespread Directed Energy Bio Effects Research plausibly being conducted today and for long decades all over the United States and worldwide (ongoing subjects of this writer’s journalism)–if indeed intending to decimate these trees, would be tragic to contemplate. Hopefully, ecologists, arborists, horticulturists, and botanists will be able to rally forth to inform the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation as well as the Departments of Public Works in cities all over Massachusetts and the Northeast of the importance of retaining these marvelous native flowering trees which keep our songbirds singing and a wide range of birds from starlings to robins to finches to cardinals and wrens and orioles healthy and happy.
Write to the Department of Public Works on the Subject of Neurotoxins and Carcinogens
Those living here in Quincy who care about life, babies, health, brains free of neurodamage and a thriving and rich bird and animal population co-existing harmoniously with us in and on our marshes and waterways, woods and gardens, shores and beaches, may want to write in to the Operational Manager at the Department of Public Works with their own thoughts, research and findings on these proposed activities of noxious spraying of toxins to supposedly remove invasive species–when it appears darker intentions are actually in play. Is our city being “terraformed” to disappear certain species of plants, trees, and birds?
Deadly Chem Trails, Deadly Profits
Are we all being poisoned with pre-awareness of harm? Certainly these are thoughts and questions some will find dangerous to voice–in a world where Private Sector Profitmaking is being privileged above all else, and a few networked linked-in suits and skirts actually do make pots of money while others–humans and other species both–suffer. Does everyone in this city–or town (it’s pretty small)–want to keep ignoring the huge spraying streamers of chemicals blossoming in our skies today–and probably in our lungs too?
Or do we want to speak and keep speaking to ensure we have a future we can leave to our children? (There sure won’t be one if our trees stop bearing flowers and fruit, our pollinators disappear, and our children’s brains are neuro-disabled with toxic spraying.)
Why Exactly Would Toxic Herbicides Be Needed to Maintain Streets and Sidewalks? Parents and Professionals Must Address this Professionally
This 2022 Yearly Operational Plan–the only one this writer was able to access on her laptop at time of writing and emailing her letter to Mr. Michael Norton yesterday (despite being a publicly operating and perfectly well-known journalist she is cyberhacked nonstop as if in “experimental operation to determine how her mind works/what processes she goes through”–both a practice in unlawful experimental operation and words partially relayed to her in certain extraordinary circumstances inflicted on her in December 2022) details further some of the toxic spraying plans of the City of Quincy who apparently were completely unable to do basic research on Glyphosate and Aminopyralid and comprehend for themselves how incredibly toxic and dangerous these chemicals are, and how their effects spread and linger.

Links will be posted if this writer–tortiously interfered in her journalism by rabid cyberhacking miscreants living right next door, putatively affiliated with QPD and CIA, the Mockop-Banker-Press arm thereof (they Do run the New York Times), particularly keen to erase her name, voice, and being (all Too Brown, Too Indian, Too Much English) it appears–can access this document shortly.
This excerpt below highlights why Quincy residents and inhabitants of Massachusetts should set the City straight on their so-called right-of-way maintenance plans to maintain “streets, road, sidewalks, and paths” by spraying toxins damaging to human health and environment all over town. Setting up regulations and maintaining “procedures” which fail to adequately inform the public, solicit and receive input from experts, then proceed with privileging private chemical corporations keen to gain business at any cost is not government, is not acceptable, and should be addressed by all.
