“Neurorights” Foundation Announces Mental Augmentation for All via Recording and Manipulating Brain Processes: Basic Human Rights at High Risk of Being Removed

Stating an interest in Human Rights, this upcoming symposium proposes instead to establish Neuro Rights as a privately conceived venture within an enclave of neurotechnologists benefiting from decades of unethical and inhumane research on animals, primates, and humans–as hundreds of thousands of people unlawfully targeted worldwide and used and abused nonconsensually in Brain Experiments have relayed and continue to expose. A dangerous development, people worldwide are advised to wake up, pay attention, and take action to express their thoughts about Brain Science, Neuroweaponry, and the intended reading, writing, and changing of human brains–from a distance, without your consent. The Questionable Nature of “Neurorights”

“Neurorights”, if you think about it for a minute, are suspect–for many reasons, a primary one being their innate presumption that people have been told their innate rights to think, dream, live, act, and use their brains as they please are now to be governed by an externally-originating system of very special Brain “Rights” and regulations purporting beneficial use for humanity–when in actuality we’ve always had them: Brain Rights and Body Rights are Human Rights, Natural Rights, God-Given Natural Rights we’re all born with. For who invented “Neurorights” anyway? And why do we need them?

[A little research will unearth for all the backwards nature of this inventing, where so-called “bio-ethicists” and “medical ethicists” came forward all of a sudden to rationalize and legitimize the creation (& manufacture), unasked-for, unconsented-to, built on sadism-to-primates, sadism-to-bulls, sadism-to-other-animals, sadism-to-humans-disappeared-as-Mental, of “Neurotechnologies”–Bland as that–which then necessitate, we’re told, the Invention of Neuro Rights.]

For what happens when “Neuro Rights” become a thing?

What happens is–if you don’t raise your voice now and squash it–you give your consent to a discrete (“Elite”) set of characters who are developing and using and seeking to thrust Neurotechnologies on one and all to circumscribe all your rights to think, dream, live, and act freely–by only giving you the rights they’ve come up with: they get to define the conversation and the content and Life of your future Mind.

They’re a Cult therefore–and one to be questioned, challenged, and steered away from.

That second paper in particular, Stephen Schleim’s–a Free Thinker from the Netherlands who wants to end all Free Thinking outside his own brain, it appears, using a background in Psychology, Philosophy, “Cognitive Science” and an affiliation with Pharmacology as evinced in interests in Microdosing and Brain Doping to make pronouncements in “Neurolaw,” another Suspect Space for all, as here, in another scintillant paper of his: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32849043/Real Neurolaw in the Netherlands: The Role of the Developing Brain in the New Adolescent Criminal Law, expressing just this Backwards Speaking and Thinking, calls on consummate “Psychocivilizing-Humans” Brain Control Criminal Jose Delgado’s pronouncements and praxis of attacking animals and humans, especially women, revealing casually that Neurotechnology and Brain Stimulation can and have been demonstrated to induce fits of crazed and inexplicable MKULTRA (radio-run) violence, epileptic fits, grand mal attacks, and rage, perhaps of the (careful false flag) kind reported in Boston last week seeming to normalize “Road Rage” and reinforce “white supremacist” stereotypes of the manic “Black criminal” and the pathetic “White victim” (https://abc7.com/post/road-rage-massachusetts-video-shows-gladior-kwesiah-body-slamming-hailea-soares-after-incident-attleboro-ma/15751823/, January 6, 2025):

Radio stimulation of brains of course may have started much earlier than presented here, and the real history therefore of remote access of the brain might have to be unearthed by military historians publishing the facts–perhaps a scarce quantity given their interest over time in Secrecy and Weapons Manufacture–but one must indeed note that when women especially are portrayed as behaving peculiarly or insanely, or convulsively, enough to warrant Delgado-inquiry and electrode-attaching, there’s quite possibly a bunch of Secretive Medical Military Men behind them, running the first local and widespread MKULTRA experiments, as in the odd 1916 epidemic of Encephalitis Lethargica , much like that other Radio/Radar-influenced 1914-1918 epidemic of the Spanish Flu or the probably-Tavistock-linked early-unacknowledged-Brain-Implant-and-Wifi cases of “Shell Shock” from that quite Criminal “Great War” of 1914-1918 which launched so much other Crime we are still reeling from today, in 2025.

Neuroweaponry Created Neuroscience, Neurotechnology Came From Military Neuroweaponry Pursuit

There’s also that rather pesky base problem of Neurotechnology–an Invasive enterprise run by Private Sector running Military and Octopus’d in with Academe, while all Neuroscience in fact seems to have been wedded to Neuroweaponry from the start–which seems to think saying “Non Invasive” means “Non Invasive” and rushing to grab Brain Rights and Brain Data means they can actually have it. “Non-Invasive” is a mantra from Neuroscientists trying to sell their BCIs–and whoever said Brain Computer Interfaces could possibly Not need to Invade, Penetrate, Enter, Pierce the Brain first? Obvious misnomer, pathetic lie, and horrific attempt by fabulously wealthy and painfully controlling Neuro Control Criminals playing venture capitalists and policymakers to sinuously enter humans’ brains and steal “brain data”–instead of reading and sharing their books, art, plays. instead.

People need to rise to protect their Brains, “Brain Data”: Thoughts, Thinking, Brain Processes, Biological Neural Networks, Genes, RNA, DNA, Neurons, Memories, et al, or risk losing their basic human rights to marauding neuroscientists keen to make millions and billions off neuroweapon crime, a self-feeding loop no one would know about if those unlawfully targeted with Neuroweapons and Radio Weapons had kept silent all these years, never spoken, never revealed the Extreme Biohacking Crime.

While much needs to be further investigated in relation to the US Brain Initiative, Military Neuroscience, DARPA’s deadly brain projects, and what the NeuroRights Foundation thinks it is doing, this writer has become aware that her October 2020 interview with US Brain Initiative Director and Neurotechnologist Dr. Rafael Yuste of Columbia University–where he described what was meant by Columbia’s notions of Neuro Rights, and dismissed those coming forward to reveal horrific and unethical brain experimentation projects being conducted on them as “schizophrenic”–concealed many hidden truths: such as, speculatively, the use of the US Brain Initiative and Neuro Rights Initiatives to conceal and attempt to normalize the many DOD-CIA crimes of MKULTRA projects, brought forward into the Twenty-First Century, still being run on millions, and fixated on Brain Modification, Behavior Modification, and Monitoring and Reading and Using Brains for their own purposes: all unacceptable, sadly criminal–yes, Columbia, MKULTRA is Criminal–yet not covered by Moneyed Pathetic Press as such.

Neurotechnology Companies Want to Collect Your Brain Decodings: Thoughts, Imaginings, Daydreams, Memories and Hand Them Over to Government and Law Enforcement: Often in the Name of “Mental Health”

Interestingly, the Neuro Rights Foundation has put out a report on Neurotechnology and “Brain Data” another Terminology which needs Terminating for it doesn’t point to the obvious: your Mind, your Thoughts, your Privacy in Thinking your Thoughts. A look at the Contents is eye-opening:

The horror too in this surfacing of what these Neuroscientists are actually doing, working secretly with Military-Intelligence-Private Neuroweapon Makers and DSM-pushers and Governments and “Law Enforcement” to construct and promote invasive neurotechnology devices and methods to change people’s brain functions, brain speed, brain processes, brain connections and call this Mental Health augmenting, points to such cavalier presumption and hubris on the part of the Neuroscience Academic establishment that one can only marvel that such enterprise could have come this far, inside Universities, without being stopped. The compartmentalizing of academic departments and the Great Ruse of Secrecy may well have played a part.

How many of these Neuroscientists at Columbia for instance have signed NDAs with the Military or CIA? All of them, I would suggest. Is it possible really that anything, any advance, any movement forward in Private-Sector funded Neuroscience could have been accomplished without recourse to Military Neuroscience and Neuroweaponry knowledge? Hard to believe.

There are obviously millions of reasons to be seriously concerned about what Neuroscientists and their henchmen–the “scholars” and Psycho Docsters and Neuro Docsters keen to excuse Manmade MKULTRA-created “Disorders” as organic and sadly human–are doing these days, not least among these the spectre of “Neurosurveillance” and “Human Control Systems” which the NSA, FBI, DOJ, and NIJ have been slouching toward for quite some time and in fact engaging in, and more and more of us–Writers, Journalists, Scientists, Teachers, Managers, Leaders, Artists, Architects, Professionals from every sphere, Graduates and Post-Graduates–need to be speaking up about, to collectively put our voices out there, to stop this manic MilIntelPS* madness and intent to control, enslave, and disappear human brains, yours, mine, our children’s and grandchildren’s–for that’s what they are actually doing, and we can’t palliate ourselves about this Rampant Widespread Crime and imagine they’re not. *Military, Intelligence, Univ-Private Sector.
