HTL’s Roger Guttridge responds to claims that the unvaccinated are ‘aggressive and selfish idiots’
A reader identifying himself only as ‘BJ of Shaftesbury’ recently wrote to a digital magazine called The Blackmore Vale that it was ‘unbelievable’ that so many people are still refusing the Covid-19 vaccines (https://issuu.com/theblackmorevale/docs/bv_december_21/34).
BJ spoke of ‘aggressive and selfish idiots with no scientific and medical knowledge, who think they know better than the world’s leading medical professionals and scientists’.
So let’s consider the words of a few of these leading medical professionals and scientists.
Top US cardiologist Dr Peter McCullough, president of the Cardiorenal Society of America, said after changing his view on vaccine safety: ‘Covid-19 vaccines are killing huge numbers of people and the government is simply ignoring it.
‘The US government, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and health agencies around the world have all committed to vaccinating the global population while sitting on data showing the Covid-19 vaccines are turning out to be the most lethal vaccines ever created.’
More recently, he added: ‘If a vaccine can’t last a year, it’s a no-go, because all we are going to do is create a dependency on these boosters.
‘A mutant strain is going to find a vaccinated environment maybe more ideal to flourish. So the vaccines are failing those we most want to protect.’
World-famous Belgian virologist Dr Geert Vanden Bossche, who has worked with the World Health Organization, the Global Alliance for Vaccines and the Gates Foundation’s Global Health Discovery team, has repeatedly warned that mass vaccination is driving the variants as the virus seeks ways around the vaccines by mutating.
‘This is not a problem when we vaccinate only a limited part of the population, such as the vulnerable and elderly for flu,’ he says.
‘But if you generate a background of high immune pressure, by vaccinating vast amounts of people in the population, you give a competitive advantage to those variants that are capable of overcoming this immune pressure.’
Dr Robert Malone, inventor of mRNA and author of 100 peer reviewed papers, has been censored by YouTube and Twitter after revealing that instead of staying near the injection site, as he and colleagues expected, the experimental mRNA vaccines are biologically active and lead to blood clots, bleeding disorders, heart problems and neurological damage as well as accumulating in women’s ovaries.
Britain’s Dr Mike Yeadon, long-serving former vice-president and chief scientist of Pfizer, said: ‘Everything your government has told you about this virus is a lie.
‘This systematic process of fear and control is going to culminate, I think, in some very horrible times, and I’m desperate to wake you up.
‘Children are 50 times more likely to die from the covid vaccine than the virus.’
Professor Joel S Hirschborn, medical adviser to the US Senate and House of Representatives, said: ‘The media is largely ignoring the thousands dying from the experimental covid vaccines.
‘A few thousand have died from breakthrough infections because the vaccines are not effective in preventing a new infection.
‘The other causes of vaccine deaths are complex blood problems, namely different kinds of blood clots, the loss of blood platelets and resulting bleed events that are lethal. Think in terms of brain bleeds, strokes and heart attacks.’
Such claims are borne out by official data, such as the UK’s Yellow Card, VAERS in the US and EudraVigilance in the EU.
According to Dr Joseph Mercola, these reports show the Covid-19 vaccines are ‘500 times as deadly’ as the flu vaccines.
They’ve already killed more people than all other vaccines put together over the last 30 years.
Thousands of young, fit and previously healthy people have suffered post-vax heart conditions, some of them fatally, many collapsing on sports fields.
Football’s world governing body FIFA reports a 500 per cent increase in myocarditis, pericarditis and other serious problems among players around the world.
Several Premiership matches have been halted after supporters collapsed with heart issues.
Recent studies have concluded that the risk of myocarditis in young men and boys is 14 times higher after vaccination than after infection.
Professor Brent Taylor, of the UCL Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health and a former JCVI members, said: ‘I’m afraid the mass vaccination of healthy children is not based on sound evidence.
‘It is time for the JCVI, the chief medical officer and the government to reassess all the evidence now available and alter their recommendations accordingly.’
French virologist Dr Luc Montagnier, a Nobel Prize winner for his discovery of the HIV virus, has warned that mass vaccination is ‘a scientific and medical error’ which is ‘creating the variants’.
‘In each country the curve of vaccination is followed by the curve of deaths,’ he said.
Germany’s award-winning immunologist, bacteriologist and virologist Dr Sucharit Bhakdi warned: ‘Gene-based vaccines are an absolute danger to mankind and their use violates the Nuremburg codex, such that everyone who is propagating their use should be put before a tribunal.
‘The vaccination of children is so criminal that I have no words to express my horror.
‘We are horribly worried that there’s going to be an impact on fertility. And this will be seen in years or decades from now.’
I could fill many pages with similar quotes but let’s move on.
Another of the many little-known scandals of the Covid-vax saga is the suppression of cheap, safe and effective remedies such as ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine.
In October more than 12,000 doctors and scientists worldwide signed a ‘Physicians’ Declaration’ claiming that ‘thousands have died from Covid as a result of being denied life-saving early treatment’.
Doctors in India turned around an initially rampant pandemic through early use of ivermectin, but they had to defy the World Health Organization to do so.
Now the Indian Bar Association is suing the WHO’s chief scientist, who ordered doctors not to use ivermectin because former manufacturers Merck raised safety concerns.
How strange that Merck apparently had no such concerns during the 40 years when they handed out 3.7 billion doses of ivermectin to treat parasitic diseases.
The clue here is that ivermectin is out of patent so Big Pharma can no longer make much money out of it.
An entire course costs a few pounds.
Meanwhile Merck have fast-tracked a patented alternative treatment which, last I heard, was costing £500 a patient.
Funny that.
BJ of Shaftesbury also attacks shoppers who don’t wear masks and claims that ‘global research has found that masks can slash incidences of coronavirus by 53 per cent’.
While mask-wearing is not a life-or-death issue in the same way as vaccines are, it’s worth pointing out that the vast majority of studies conclude that the kind of masks that most people wear make little or no difference.
In a typical comment, the Center for Infectious Disease Research in Minnesota states: ‘Though we support mask wearing by the general public, we continue to conclude that cloth masks and face coverings are likely to have limited impact on lowering Covid-19 transmission, because they have minimal ability to prevent the emission of small particles [and] offer limited personal protection with respect to small particle inhalation…’
Viruses are, of course, 1,000 times smaller than bacteria – which are themselves pretty small.
A study of 350,000 people in Bangladesh concluded that mask-wearing cut transmission by just 9 per cent.
That’s better than nothing but has to be weighed against the downsides.
These include reduced oxygen intake, an accumulation of bacteria on the mask and psychological effects especially on babies and small children, who rely heavily on facial expressions.
As we all do to some extent.
One admittedly small study of masks worn by Florida schoolchildren found that five out of six were contaminated with bacteria, parasites and fungi.
A total of 11 dangerous pathogens were detected.
In December 2021, governments and the media were once again driving up the fear factor and threatening further restrictions and hugely damaging lockdowns.
And all because of a variant called Omicron, which Dr Malone described as a Christmas present from God and ‘as good as we could possibly want in terms of outcomes’.
He told Fox News as early as mid-December: ‘Omicron blows through the vaccines and through the triple jab. It’s very, very infectious. Both the double and triple vaccines are not protecting you from Omicron.
‘[But] the number of deaths worldwide from Omicron is less than 10 to my last count.
‘According to recent data from Hong Kong University, Omicron has shifted the targeting of where it affects – from the deep lung to the upper airway.
‘We know from influenza that when viruses do that, they are much more infectious but much less pathogenic.
‘So the good news with Omicron is: highly infectious, very low disease.
‘It looks an awful lot to the experienced vaccinologist like a live attenuated virus vaccine that you might design for purpose.
‘It’s going to elicit a strong immune response.
‘It’s good news. I think the media are disappointed with the good news.’
Despite evidence that the vaccines are now driving rather than preventing the spread of Omicron, governments continue to push their booster jabs, in some countries making jabs mandatory.
Meanwhile those of us who do our homework continue to be branded ‘anti-vaxxers’ and ‘selfish idiots’ by everyone from BJ of Shaftesbury to JB of Washington.
In November 2021, a writer in The Lancet criticised politicians (including Joe Biden) for referring to a ‘pandemic of the unvaccinated’.
He pointed out the increasing evidence that the vaccinated were not only being infected by covid but playing a major role in transmission.
One study, in Massachusetts, found that 74 per cent of people diagnosed with Covid in July 2021 were fully or partially vaccinated.
Meanwhile numerous studies have found that those who have recovered from Covid have a level of natural immunity that is vastly superior and many times longer lasting than that conferred by any vaccine.
Once recovered, they don’t spread it either. Unlike many of the vaccinated.
Another study in the US concluded that those who’ve had Covid and then ‘taken the shot’ are three times as likely to suffer an adverse reaction.
Yet the unvaccinated continue to be scapegoated by the ill-informed majority.
Politicians, journalists and celebrity doctors repeatedly imply that hospital wards are full of ‘unvaccinated’ Covid patients yet no-one asks how these statistics are collected or how the ‘unvaccinated’ are defined.
In the US, people have been classified as ‘unvaccinated’ until two weeks after their second jab – which on average is about six weeks after the first.
Those six weeks are the time when the vast majority of adverse vaccines reactions occur.
In other words, a large proportion (probably a big majority) of the sick and so-called ‘unvaccinated’ are in fact vaccine victims.
So what happens in the UK? Good question!
In a recent response to a Freedom of Information request, the Office for National Statistics stated: ‘We would be unable to provide you with Covid-19 hospitalisations by vaccination status in the UK.
‘To fulfil this request would require complex data linkage and to use a high level of statistical skill and judgement in order to create a bespoke analysis or table.’
Presumably, then, the claims about the unvaccinated clogging up hospital wards are anecdotal at best.
Which may explain why, in early January, the Prime Minister gave a figure of 90 per cent one day and 60 per cent the next day while others said the true figure was about 40 per cent – and even that comprised mainly under 18s with other conditions.
There is also a vast amount of evidence that doctors, nurses, care home staff and even funeral directors worldwide were ‘encouraged’ or even coerced to record deaths as ‘Covid’ whether they were or not.
There was a clear strategy to spread alarm by pushing up the figures.
In March 2020, the scientific advisory group SAGE specifically advised the UK government to ‘use media to increase [a] sense of personal threat’ among the public.
Have you ever wondered why news presenters repeatedly refer to Covid deaths as involving people who ‘tested positive within the previous 28 days’ or had Covid mentioned on their death certificates?
Another good question!
In Portugal they use a similar 28-day definition and someone forced the law courts to re-assess all 17,000 alleged covid deaths recorded between January 2020 and April 2021.
The Lisbon court concluded that of those 17,000, a mere 152 actually died of covid.
The remaining 16,848 died of just about everything imaginable including accidents.
If you apply that ratio to the UK statistics, it works out at about the same as the number of flu deaths in an average year.
Of course, officialdom tells us that flu was pretty much eliminated during the Covid pandemic, with social distancing, self-isolation and masks getting the credit.
Or could it be that the much-criticised PCR tests (recently abandoned in the US) could not distinguish between covid and flu, as is generally accepted?
It’s also worth remembering that the average age of these alleged covid deaths is 83 (higher than average life expectancy!) and that the vast majority in these death stats are elderly and have underlying health conditions.
For most people the Covid survival rate is about 99.85 per cent, and even higher for children.
Here’s another good question: how much of the above has appeared in The Times newspaper, which appears to be BJ of Shaftesbury’s main source of information?
The answer will be little or none. You won’t find much of it in any other newspapers either nor on the main TV channels with the notable exception in the UK of GB News on Freeview 236 and Sky 515.
GB News, launched in June 2021, have discovered a forgotten phenomenon called editorial balance.
As a young reporter 50 years ago, I was trained to believe there was another side to every story, that both sides should be covered and that those in authority should be regularly questioned and challenged.
To me as an experienced journalist, it’s shocking that most mainstream media continue to pump out government propaganda while largely ignoring the other side of the narrative.
‘We are following the science,’ we are repeatedly told, yet most of ‘the science’ is widely and hotly disputed.
The media are happy to challenge the government over Dominic Cummings’ lockdown visit to Barnard Castle and Westminster staff parties but overlook the tens of thousands being killed or maimed by vaccines (or more accurately experimental gene therapy) that were developed in months instead of years and not fully tested.
This chronic media imbalance prompted one of my newspaper colleagues to launch Holding the Line: Journalists Against Covid Censorship.
Since releasing our first press release in September, we’ve been joined by other journalists not only in the UK but the US, Canada, France, Italy, Croatia and New Zealand.
We’ve also received fan mail from many members of the public.

We know of many journalists who are frustrated that editors, publishers and broadcast organisations will not allow them to present balanced reports.
Many – including some of our members – are under threat of losing their jobs if they fail to toe the line.
Many leading doctors and scientists are among those who’ve been censored by Big Tech companies like Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Google, whose algorithms bury sites that offend their covid-vaccine sensibilities.

News from Canada is lively with footage of the immense crowds in Canada’s capital city Ottawa as millions came out Saturday Jan 29 to support the truckers and stand up for freedom from unlawful vaccine mandates, vaccination cards, and the lockdown of people’s rights, which has continued steadily in Canada, with new bans on the unvaccinated from public places.
Several new-media outlets have been covering the protests including Top TV-Canadian Punjabi Media (video below). The commentator, as indeed all commentators on other videos remarks the “fringe minority of racists and anti-science protesters” which Trudeau had suggested comprised the protest against vaccine mandates in Canada; clearly the hundreds of thousands who have turned out in bitter winter temperatures to demand the removal of all mandates are neither fringe nor minority, as footage shows.
Canadian truckers have driven across the vast snowy scapes of British Columbia, Manitoba, Alberta, Quebec, Ontario, to reach Ottawa in the east, the city housing Parliament and sitting northwest of Boston and New York.

I really can’t figure out what purpose it would serve the City of Boston to lose a large number of its police officers and firefighters and other “essential workers” but it seems like the newly-elected Mayor Michelle Wu and the Judge supporting her “vaccine mandate for workers” think that would be just fine.
The Boston Herald reports this week that city police and firefighters lost their lawsuit against the city (for vaccine mandates) — filed by “Boston Police Superior Officers Federation, which filed the suit along with the Boston Police Detectives Benevolent Society and Boston Firefighters Union Local 718”.
Squad officers questioned Michelle Wu to her face before Christmas, as posted here on Twitter, one asking her how she might feel after dedicated cops were gone, and Emergency services stopped working in the city, as she “slashed all the services which are critical…removing tenured and experienced cops and firefighters.” Michelle Wu, a 36-year-old graduate of Harvard and the Harvard Law School, had no answer to that but regurgitated lawyer-speak and politician-speak about being united, not divisive and coming together during a “public health emergency…where all the scientific experts and doctors” are driving what she defends as “growing the vaccination rate” in Boston, which she admonishes everyone they should be proud to be living in, given its world leadership in the vaccines: “We made that vaccine right here which is going in the arms of everyone in the world”.
(Moderna is headquartered in Cambridge and Pfizer has a considerable presence as well. DARPA seems to be squatting inside MIT, also in Cambridge: they funded, initiated, and helped bring the mRNA vaccines into the world.) A sad commentary, given the escalating numbers of deaths from both Moderna and Pfizer vaccines, as reported here quite often and here most recently.

Police officers protested at Michelle Wu’s home as reported by the Boston Globe, apparently the new style of protest for many across the State and country, and ironic in light of the FBI’s revelations of criminalization of “doxxing”–publishing the home addresses of public figures and cops–an issue spotlighted last year with the “Blueleaks” release of thousands of police documents and supposedly also private police data–scrubbed from the Internet currently to protect (ahem! to further protect) the (armed, quite well-protected) police.
They all seem to be missing the point. But then, this is exactly what is going to happen in the face of pervasive lies and a massively false construct which the City of Boston, the Boston Herald, the Boston Globe, and the entire conglomerate of police officers and firefighters represented by their unions and lawyers are upholding.
The latest version of this lie is that “Omicron” is spreading like wildfire and newly studding Public Health with continued Emergency status.
What is Omicron when PCR tests can detect any proteinaceous, nucleic-acid matter and call it a virus? What is Covid, when ditto? That PCR’s inventor, Kary Mullis, said so himself is completely ignored by this contingent. That it has been proved definitively that “the virus hasn’t been isolated” as the Chinese CDC Director Dr. Wu Zunyou stated on NBC News and as the CDC, along with over 150 other organizations and Public Health departments, have themselves conceded, is also being ignored.
The entire so-called pandemic — which is most definitely not a pandemic but a contrived, simulated false-flag begun as a live drill for the WHO and International Health Agreements of 2005 under the arbitrary and planned constraints of the Global Pandemic Monitoring Board, an arbitrary arm of the WHO set up to push the false-flag through and offer construct for dozens of new pandemic-false-flags to come, 26 in fact, it appears, from the preparings of the American Pandemic Preparedness document issued by the White House in Sep 2021, covered here — has been built on a lie and scientific fraud and has led to the roll-out of deadly gene-therapy injections which are killing and injuring millions.
The Boston Globe, the Boston Herald and the City Council of Boston however are neither covering nor following these signs, news, or data, rather suppressing, disappearing, censoring, and marginalizing this information so it can be found only at true-media sites like mine–which their readers and consumers are told are unreliable, misinformation, disinformation, and “hate” sites.

News of vaccine death and vaccine injury is being kept out of the mainstream press by the same tech and pharma conglomerate which owns both. Acceptance of Liability for Post-Vaccine Death, Disability, Injury, Disease, Surviving Family Expenses Should Cover It
Gianna Mullane is right to demand an Acceptance of Liability from Michelle Wu, as indeed every other police officer and firefighter and city worker should. A clause to cover funeral expenses and provide monetarily for surviving family post-vaccine should be added in.
Several sites online offer forms and templates for such statements that employers mandating vaccines should be asked to sign, along with providing advice on religious exemptions, including Peggy Hall’s The Healthy American.

Police officers should take heart from the legal definitions of “mandate,” posted by an astute analyst recently on email lists and social media, and get their attorneys to address this crucial aspect of consent inherent in the definition:
There’s an option: Arrest Michelle Wu and the Boston City Council. Then head to where Governor Charlie Baker hangs and arrest him too. Media outlets next. Moderna and co. after. That would be a useful application of “Law Enforcement” for Boston Police: from all evidence, it is very clear to millions in Massachusetts and the world that great crimes are being committed by city, state, and federal governments. In an urgent message podcast released June 11, 2021, Dr. Roger Hodgkinson, Cambridge-trained retired pathologist who reports he has been Assistant Professor to the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Alberta, Chair of the Examination Committee at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Ottawa, CEO of a large commercial laboratory, and now the Chairman of an American company engaged in molecular diagnostics, doing DNA sequencing for early diagnosis of cancer, discusses his frustrations with what is going on with the experimental COVID vaccine.
Speaking with Anna Brees, former BBC journalist, now of the independent Brees Media, he states he is “extremely frustrated with what is going on.”
The very urgent message he wishes to share is: “This is an experimental vaccine which should never have been released –there was never an emergency which predicated the development of this vaccine–there was never enough time for the clinical trials–and now we are seeing complications, which were predictable. Now we are seeing complications which are very disturbing.”
“The CDC is calling this occurrence of a large number of adverse events unbalanced–well, you’re dam right it’s unbalanced–It’s the CDC which is unbalanced. Myocarditis is never mild.”
Referring to the news now from Israel and elsewhere that myocarditis is the latest reaction being reported in young teenagers, he says this is an extremely serious development. “When the heart muscle dies it’s dead, it’s never replaced. Myocarditis means a general inflammation of the heart, the muscle cells of the heart will be dying.” He also says he is informed by Professor Peter McCullough, a preeminent cardiologist, that myocarditis is totally unpredictable in terms of long-term consequences and may only present 20 years later with arrythmias and heart failures–“that makes this very serious.”
Dr. Hodgkinson also describes several doctor groups he is in touch with around the world, with Professor McCullough’s group, with the doctors in Doctors For COVID Ethics, the group PANDA in South Africa, whose viewpoints he represents.
“I suspect–and it’s impossible to confirm because of the intimidation that colleges across the world are putting on individual physicians including me, I can assure you there are a vast number of physicians who do not buy into this idiocy, physicians who are well trained can see through this immediately as so transparently stupid, it’s medical idiocy of the most grotesque degree that’s going on.
None of the so called mandates first of all is supported by any scientific consensus whatsoever. And if there had been one we would have used them in previous flu epidemics and we never did. You simply cannot solve these things by any control– you cannot solve the spread of a pandemic with an upper respiratory tract virus with any known means to medical science, it is simply not possible.”
Anna Brees notes that doctors previously recommending the vaccine have changed their minds completely in the last two months and are saying they do not recommend this for their patients, given the information that is now becoming undeniable regarding the high numbers of adverse reactions being reported.
Dr. Hodgkinson recommends the letter and analysis published by Dr. Tess Lawrie (Director, Evidence-based Medicine Consultancy Ltd and EbMC Squared CiC) and echoes her advice that the vaccine be stopped immediately.
In that letter (posted here at In a Sea of Lies: mRNA Vaccine Truth, COVID Truth–Resources to Inform Yourself), Dr. Tess Lawrie analyzes the numerous adverse events recorded and writes: “The MHRA now has more than enough evidence on the Yellow Card system to declare the COVID-19 vaccines unsafe for use in humans. Preparation should be made to scale up humanitarian efforts to assist those harmed by the COVID-19 vaccines and to anticipate and ameliorate medium to longer term effects.”

The FDA does not and cannot require you to wear a medical device–this has and always is a matter of your own choosing. Without Informed Consent succeeding a Health Risk Assessment provided by the government (which they haven’t done and cannot do), the FDA cannot and is not demanding you wear a mask.
The CDC does not and cannot require you to wear a mask–they can only push Fauci to the podium to variously bleat about wearing One Mask Two Masks or maybe Three Masks to finish off the Public Asphyxiation in style–and word their non-requirements carefully as “Considerations” while telling you to check “your locality’s mask rules.”
(Your locality cannot make rules on masks for anyone–they are a medical device, regulated by the FDA, which requires your locality to provide adequate Risk information for Informed Consent, see below.)

The Government has FAILED to conduct a Risk Assessment of the risks to the individual members of the public for the harms caused to them by mask wearing- or wearing a face covering.
Without such a Risk Assessment, the individual is NOT providing “informed consent” to wear a “medical device” (which a mask is as defined under the Medical Devices Regulations 2002).
A face “covering” falls to be regulated under the Consumer Protection Regulations. The Face Coverings Regulations are therefore - prima facie - unlawful and should not be enforced.
In the view of our legal team, the Face Coverings Regulations are ultra vires the Government’s powers but that legal argument is ongoing.
None of the supermarkets are providing their customers with a Risk Assessment either - so their customers are also not able to provide their “informed consent” to wearing a face covering/mask.
This is unlawful as “informed consent” must be obtained.
Anyone being asked to wear or use a medical device - such as a mask - should be medically assessed by an Occupational Health team for their INDIVIDUAL risk posed to them by wearing a mask.
Failure to conduct a Health & Safety Risk assessment is both a civil and a potentially criminal offence.
Therefore both the Government and the supermarkets - and anyone else enforcing mask mandates in the absence of a full Health & Safety Risk assessment in the workplace -, is acting unlawfully and can be held PERSONALLY liable for the damage caused to the individual.
Legal challenges are already being run against the “mask perpetrators” to challenge this unlawful and harmful mask mandate and cases are already being won, and damages for harm caused paid out.
I’m a specialist disability discrimination lawyer who also has a stream of claimants lining up to bring legal claims for damages from this mask mandate. Countless people are being harmed by wearing a mask and others are being harmed from the discrimination they are enduring from being mask exempt.
The flood of litigation is going to be Tsunami-like!!! Be warned: perpetrators will be held to account.
Anyone enforcing or imposing this mandate should be warned that they are acting unlawfully and will be held personally liable for the harm they cause.
I advise anyone harmed by this mask mandate in a work environment (which supermarkets are) to file a report of your harm to the Health & Safety team and ask them to conduct an investigation into whether the employer or supermarket or other “mask perpetrator" has conducted a valid H&S Risk Assessment.
The local council’s Environmental Health Officer is responsible for ensuring that commercial premises in their area are safe for the public. This includes whether it’s safe for the public to be forced to wear a face covering or mask whilst in a supermarket or other commercial premises. Without a full Risk Assessment, no one should be required or forced to wear a face covering or mask - it’s a breach of the Health & Safety laws and a potentially criminal offence.
If the employer or other “mask perpetrator “ hasn’t followed the law in forcing you to wear a mask, criminal investigations can follow under Health & Safety laws.
The Equality Act 2010 does not permit anyone to discriminate against a disabled person on the grounds of their disability.
Refusing entry to a shop or access to public services to a disabled person is prima facie disability discrimination. No evidence can be lawfully demanded. It’s a breach of both the right to privacy and the Equality Act 2010 to ask for medical evidence in this manner.
Masks worn by the public in community settings, do not prevent transmission of a virus particle as tiny as SARS-CoV-2: that’s what the scientific research evidence shows.
Masks can INCREASE the risk of transmission if not face-fitted and fit-tested for the individual wearer as leakage occurs.
Masks can INCREASE the risk of secondary bacterial and fungal infections due to incorrect putting on and taking off of the mask, incorrect storage and lack of sterilisation of the contamination collecting on the surfaces of the mask.
These contaminates are then inhaled: the moisture and humidity of the mask is a perfect breeding ground for bacteria and fungus which multiply in the mask fibres.
These are then inhaled deeply into the lungs where they multiply further, along with the loose fibres of the mask which collect in the lungs.

There are over 200 known and separate strains of coronavirus, which is associated with influenza, otherwise known as a common cold.
The specific variety from which the still-unidentifiable and un-isolated Covid-19 virus purportedly derives is patented by the British Pirbright Institute and funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
Oh, go figure. Again.
Meantime, many Americans are just now waking up to the following facts:
1. The CDC and NIH are not government institutions. Both are private entities that are in the business of producing and profiting from vaccines. Both compete for government contracts to carry out research and do statistical analysis, but they are not part of the government.
2. There is no provision in any Federal or State-of-State Constitution authorizing any government official to mandate anything at all about our health or medical options. Their only power is over their own employees and dependents as a condition of employment or of receiving benefits.
3. Forced vaccination is banned under the Nuremberg Code, Article 6, Sections 1 and 3, and anyone involved in a forced vaccination program is liable.
4. There is nobody responsible for harm caused by a vaccine. The pharmaceutical companies have been off the hook since the 1980’s and the governmental services corporations that accepted the liability for them are bankrupt. There remains an industry-funded “Vaccine Court” but it has a reputation for protecting the industry.

Received, from an engaged and aware British Christian resident, a brilliant letter sent to MP Liz Kendall over the tyrannical UK Coronavirus Bill designed to strip away human rights and bring in unvarnished fascism, which MPs approved as it was rushed through the House of Commons and Lords in six days and made (statutory/corporate) law.
In his email, this resident wrote: “I recently wrote to my MP to let her know where I stand – I suggest everyone does the same – they need to know what people will do – it’s a chess game.” He also says, “People can use what I wrote as a template – it’s important people respond QUICKLY and in a forceful fashion – since these gangsters make their next chess piece move according to the ‘force”of the public response based on their previous action (we are dealing with murderers, Nazis, callous hateful people who are fearful of resistance). The point being it is important to express your dissent and establish to the corporate government—which relies on consent of the governed, and takes your silence for tacit consent–they are engaging in extreme overreach which is not acceptable nor will be tolerated.
While many people think they are powerless against the flexing of muscle by an increasingly totalitarian government, in truth, say others, everyone’s words and stated intentions of No-Consent actually do make an impact and have an effect. 4 – Allowing more phone or video hearings for court cases to stop the spread of the virus in courts [RESPONSE: I WANT JURIES’ HEARINGS RESUMED IMMEDIATELY, HOW DARE THESE NAZIS STOP THEM. 5 – TOWN halls will be given the green light to ration social care for the elderly at the height of a pandemic under emergency legislation. It will allow councils to prioritise services ‘to ensure the most urgent and serious care needs are met, even if this means not meeting everyone’s assessed needs in full’. 6 – The laws will allow the Government to step in to force schools to stay open even if class sizes have to rise or if school meal standards have to be reduced. But, if the Government so decides, the legislation also gives ministers the power to shut schools and childcare providers. Excerpt: Wednesday, December 16, 2015, may become a day of ‘infamy’ in the annals of mandatory vaccinations.
On that day, His Honor, Judge Manuel J. Mendez, J.S.C., handed down the decision overturning a Mayor Bloomberg-era regulation requiring all children 6 months through 59 months of age must obtain a flu vaccine in order to attend pre-schools, day care centers and Head Start Programs regulated by the City of New York.
Interestingly, the Judge in his order wrote on page 6, “The Court of Appeals further stated that §558(b) of the New York City Charter ‘contains no suggestion that the Board of Health has the authority to create laws’.”

Dec 21, 2015 — The video attached is a call to Celebrate, but much more is it a call to Awaken the Parents in NYC yet unaware that their children no longer must be vaccinated with the flu shot or mist to attend daycare through kindergarten (6 months thru 59 months). Previously they had to have been vaccinated by December 31st and this will not be the victory it is supposed to be if they are not aware of this. I have been in the streets for several days and have educated about 1,000 parents. Not even one of them had heard this news. It has been published in and aired on the mainstream media even, but has not reached the parents I have encountered.

Dr. Rima Laibow, in a recent podcast with investigative journalists Spiro and Erin Elizabeth of HealthNutNews (video below) reports that for all 120 countries who are signatory to the Geneva conventions, including the USA, people can lawfully assert their Informed-Consent right to a vaccine exemption, and in this way stay protected from any kind of action to enforce mandatory vaccinations in these countries–for yourself or your children–even if your Government has made vaccines mandatory, such as in California or Australia.
This right, which is not being advertised by the vaccine industry, or by the Government, must be actually, distinctively, and definitively claimed by each person, in order for it to be acknowledged or go into effect.
In other words, if you do not claim your Informed-Consent right to a vaccine exemption, you can be forcibly vaccinated against your will, better judgment, or despite any misgivings. You actually have to take the responsibility yourself to speak up, state your dissent, and claim your internationally-protected exemption to vaccination. You have to know your rights, and you have to claim your rights. No health worker will do this for you, especially not one waiting with a syringe to vaccinate you or your child.

This latter element requires that, before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject, there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person, which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.
The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.
No doubt Agenda 21/Agenda 2030 is aiming to set up Global Mandatory Vaccines shortly, and the TPP will help with that–a move that people the world over should be working overtime to stop–but right now, the Geneva accords absolutely permit every single human being in these countries to legally refuse any mandated vaccine.
Why should you refuse vaccines? For a plethora of reasons, according to many scientists and investigators, including the variously dangerous and dubious ingredients in them, their inefficacy–despite mainstream media hype to the contrary,vaccine ingredients such as thimerosal and mercury, vaccine injuries which you cannot sue companies over, vaccine consequences such as allergies, autism, the disease you are attempting to vaccinate against, or death, vaccine intentions such as infertility (open push currently) or transhumanism (nano-chips are now being introduced in vaccines, according to Dr. Rima), and so on. Dr. Rima researches, writes, and speaks widely about the dangerous ingredients in vaccines, and about the need to widely educate the public about this, as well as about people’s rights in refusing vaccines.
