A second Notice of Harm was emailed and faxed to the Commissioner of Education in Massachusetts, Jeffrey C. Riley by this writer last week, as also to members of the Quincy School Committee and Department of Elementary and Secondary (DESE) Board members.
Studies listed by the group Massachusetts Against Mandates in their letters were included in this letter and listing of studies, articles, and video testimonials. It should be noted that thousands of parents in Massachusetts (5000 with this group) have been writing and emailing the Board and Commissioner on this subject. Central to the letter are points of law from the Children’s Health Defense lawsuit in New York recently against mask mandates for the unvaccinated in businesses whereby the New York Health Commissioner repealed the mask mandate, from Anna de Buisseret, UK lawyer’s writings, and a number of studies covered by Professor Denis Rancourt proving masks are ineffective and do not work. Masks are medical devices and no Commissioner of Education is qualified to mandate them for schoolchildren–nor is any Superintendent or Principal qualified to enforce such an unlawful mandate.

Not merely are the children in Quincy Public Schools–as other Massachusetts public schools–currently forced to endure the school day breathing in their own toxic waste, opening themselves to fatigue, dizziness from hypoxia and faintness and neurological damage from hypercapnia as well as bacterial pneumonia, they are now being treated to vaccine clinics on campus in Quincy (at the high schools), which shows an alarming lack of knowledge of the numbers of deaths and injuries accruing from the COVID vaccines. It is not clear to this writer how school nurses and principals let alone superintendents and commissioners could deliberately open schoolchildren to harm by forcing masks, molesting-nasal-tests, and toxic drugs inducing gene-alteration and sterility–as well as a plethora of truly terrible vaccine injury–on them. The August 24, 2021 Board meeting where the Commissioner peculiarly sought and obtained the consent of the Board to issue the unscientific and unlawful mask mandate will be covered more fully here soon.
GOVERNMENT CORRUPTION AND EMBRACE OF A PROFITEERING TESTING AND VACCINE INDUSTRY
Sadly it appears that monetary gain and embrace of testing contractors as well as adherence to overall Massachusetts Government intentions to sicken schoolchildren through masking them all day and force the deadly COVID vaccines on them “to raise vaccination rates” is behind the Board’s irrational stance on masks and tests.
While these vaccines–and vaccines in general–are being found to be deadly dangerous by scientists and physicians ,as reported most recently here, this awareness and finding seems to be completely ignored by the DESE Board and Commissioner–to the detriment of the thousands of children in their care. Today’s vaccines, we are all learning, are toxic and injurious–but the Board doesn’t seem to have a clue about this.
It is clear that parents need to continue to take action to protect their children in Massachusetts, where Boards and School Committees are demonstrating an astounding lack of care.
Subsequent to an online meeting convened by the Quincy Public Schools (QPS) Superintendent Kevin Mulvey on August 26, 2021, where QPS administrators revealed a plan to turn Quincy Public Schools this fall into hospital wards and police zones, with schoolteachers and staff tasked to obsess with “COVID-19” symptoms all day, monitoring schoolchildren from elementary to high school for even one symptom–of coughing, runny noses, sneezing–exhibited during the school day, with symptom-showing children to be rushed off to antigen testing, PCR-testing with the nasal Torture-Swab, and Pooled Testing (an insidious policing program to continually monitor and test children and teachers, to be more fully covered here shortly), while subjected to a suffocating and brutal 8-hour, 5-day a week Mask Mandate, this reporter (mother of a child in QPS) sent the following letter on September 2 by email and fax to the Commissioner of Education in Massachusetts, Jeffrey C. Riley, to the Secretary of Education James Peyser, to the Chair, Katherine Craven, and to members of the Board of Elementary and Secondary Education in Massachusetts.
The Massachusetts Commissioner of Education has issued the mask mandates for Massachusetts schools, as reported by QPS, and is therefore primarily responsible for the harms and liability for harms which will most definitely be caused to thousands of schoolchildren by these illegal, reckless, and irresponsible mandates, in service of a not-proved-to-exist virus and fraudulent “pandemic”, as now acknowledged by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and the deceit-ridden CDC.
Quincy Public Schools officials, by blandly acquiescing to these harmful mask and testing mandates — which are scientifically contra-indicated and legally baseless –are harming Quincy schoolchildren by these actions, and do not seem to have put up much of a fight to stop these harmful strictures from being rolled out on the bodies of Quincy’s schoolchildren.

The letter, which spells out the physical and psychological harms to schoolchildren from constant masking, policing, and nasal-molestation via “testing for COVID” as well as reminds Massachusetts Education officials of the building liability they are incurring with harmful mandates and policies was also sent in copy to QPS Superintendent Kevin Mulvey, Assistant Superintendent Erin Perkins, and Senior Adviser, Student Support Services Maura Papile, and will be sent shortly to other officials such as the Quincy School Board members.
Parents in Massachusetts (and anywhere else) are encouraged to use this letter in full or in part, the text of this letter, the message of this letter, and the intention of this letter in further informing and requiring a halt to all mandates and intrusive COVID testing of their own school boards and administrators.
What is occurring in Massachusetts is a travesty of “Public Health.” While the Office of the Governor in Massachusetts acknowledges they have no documents with proof of existence of this mythical and elusive virus, the Board of Education and Commissioner have stepped forward with intent to mask, gag, criminalize, police, surveill, and physicially persecute schoolchildren using a very loud and very false narrative from the CDC and mainstream media to promote fear and terror about a not-proved-to-exist but supposedly “highly infectious” Delta variant, while benefiting a number of private corporations, laboratories, and biotech contractors selling masks, tests, and deadly, toxin-laden vaccines intended to sterilize children and youth, as many conscientious physicians are warning us.
RETALIATION FOR SPEAKING OUT UNDERLINES THE NEED TO KEEP SPEAKING OUT
While this letter offers plain speaking in fact and opinion, there is nothing in this letter to suggest threat of any kind to any of the public officials it is addressed to, yet the prevailing atmosphere of protectionist barricading of officials and targeting of critics constricts parents from speaking openly of harms being directed to their children. As a science journalist who has been covering COVID from the start, this writer feels a strong sense of responsibility to share her knowledge and speak publicly for Massachusetts schoolchildren before it is too late.
Such speaking today becomes noticeable–but it is precisely open and public speaking which is needed today. Consider that those who are being truly threatened here are schoolchildren, who are not being given a chance to express their views or protest.
In clear cognizance of this letter, a Quincy Police vehicle parked itself at the entrance to the street on which this reporter lives, on the evening after this letter was emailed and faxed, while a Brewster ambulance made it a point of screaming, lights flashing, past her vehicle on a drive to a local store, with later increased drone and helicopter action over her home and yard, as well as activated noise harassment and overt monitoring from the neighbors soon after. These tactics of intimidation–and worse, as regularly reported–have long been leveled at this reporter for daring to write, speak, and call out government and law enforcement crimes and corruption, particularly the covert crimes of electromagnetic weapon use in neighborhoods which, leveled at her since Fall 2013, is precisely the reason she has become so outspoken about government crimes and corruption. The latest barbarism–akin to medieval terrorism–is nonstop assault with microwave pulse weapons and other exotic military technology on her writing arm, as reported here, audible on shielding, evident on EMF meters, which continues to this very writing moment. These are the lengths to which the dark agencies and Nazi/Khazarian/Luciferian governments running this Power-Grab–not a pandemic–are prepared to go to conceal their long-standing platter of crimes against the people. This is added incentive to stand up right now to speak for our children, before their lives are destroyed forever.

Dear Mr. Riley,
I was present online at the School Meeting held by Superintendent Kevin Mulvey and other members of Quincy Public Schools last week (August 26, 2021), and was appalled to hear of the scientifically and legally baseless, reckless, and irresponsible edicts being issued forth from your office, the Office of the Commissioner, demanding that all K-12 children in Massachusetts returning to school this fall be subjected to 8-hour mask-wearing, 5 days a week in school, as well as nonstop Visual Monitoring for even a single symptom of COVID-19, nonstop Policing with all kinds of tests: antigen tests, PCR tests, Pooled Testing, and risk of being hospitalized or quarantined if found positive with these highly controversial and ineffective false-positive-yielding tests.
I was also dismayed to note that Assistant Superintendent Erin Perkins chose to ignore the questions I sent in during the meeting, as she also apparently ignored the questions of all other concerned parents like myself, who are very well educated on the great harms to schoolchildren already being caused by the Masks, Torture-Swab PCR Tests, and the Vaccines.
Please be aware I am a science and technology journalist who has been covering the vagaries, Disinformation, Propaganda, Facts and Truth about this entire COVID pandemic since its start in 2020, and was the first journalist to expose the WHO and GPMB running of the COVID pandemic as a worldwide drill and exercise last July in Ramola D Reports/Newsbreak 81, which continues to inform people worldwide today (available at Bitchute, Brighteon, Odysee). I speak to you today as an acutely informed journalist and as a concerned mother with a child in the Quincy Public School system. I do not think I am the only parent either who is absolutely appalled at the direction that Massachusetts Education has taken currently, and I am here to state unequivocally that these edicts you have published for Masking and Testing have no scientific basis whatsoever, and have no legal basis either; they are also outside your purview as educators and administrators of an education system and need to be halted immediately.
Essentially, you are proposing to turn our schools into hospital wards and police zones, with an insane focus on coughs, sniffles, sneezes, and breaths, criminalizing any child who dares to sneeze or cough, and transforming every moment in school – which should be a place for learning, community, and social interaction – into a moment of fear, terror, subjugation, and abject tyranny. Children are the pawns in this game of despotism and private-profit for all the corporations issuing PPEs and running these interminable and useless but extremely invasive and physically-harmful tests; on their bodies and brains you are proposing to facilitate the profits for these companies, while fully ignoring the extreme physical and psychological harm being done to them. I recognize you are attempting to impose these measures in the name of “Public Health” and “Health, Safety, and Protection,” but these named focuses become so much empty rhetoric when in actuality you are imposing great physical and psychological harm to every single child in the public school system with these measures: you are in fact proposing to decimate, not just destroy the physical health of healthy children with dangerous mask-wearing and intrusive PCR/antigen-test nasal-cavity-molesting and brain-invading; further, you are proposing to destroy as well their psychological health and well-being by forcing them into these measures—with no opportunity to express themselves, breathe freely, think freely, communicate freely, make decisions for themselves, and grow in independence, critical thinking, or freedom of spirit.
I am asking you to halt these measures immediately. No school child should be required to wear a mask, ever, and no school child should be subjected to policing, monitoring, and medical-interventioning at school with testing programs of any kind whatsoever. You as a Commissioner cannot force medical measures on schoolchildren; the health, healthcare, and medical safety of schoolchildren is not the business of the school or the school system, it is the business of parents and their private healthcare providers. It is salutary to note that Quincy Public Schools—as also other city and county public schools I imagine in Massachusetts who are being ruled by your edicts—is not providing any remedy, exemption, or outlet for schools: I understand all children are required to be in the classroom this fall, not remotely-learning, and all are being required to wear a mask 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, unable to breathe, unable to think, unable to feed oxygen into their bloodstreams and brains. Are we in ancient Rome, throwing our schoolchildren to the lions? Or are we in colonial Britain, subjecting our schoolchildren to a full-day schooltime of rowing their way, shackled across the Atlantic?
I reiterate: This is neither scientific, nor is it legal. Kindly consult your General Counsels and State Laws. You as Commissioner of Education in Massachusetts, USA in 2021 (not Pharaoh Ramses in Egypt in the 13th Century BC) cannot force harmful medical interventions on schoolchildren in the name of Public Health or anything else. You are opening yourself, the Board of Education, and Quincy Public Schools to massive lawsuits down the road with such extremely harmful measures, which are sure to yield catastrophes shortly, starting with an increase in respiratory illness, exacerbated chronic disease load, drop in academic performance, reduction in academic achievement, failure to perform at peak academic potential, and sadly, also death, as has been evidenced already by children engaging in PE in masks and especially vulnerable children sweltering and choking in the classroom.
It is also salutary to note that no organization which you reference—and which Quincy Public Schools personnel reference– is requiring the wearing of masks for schoolchildren; you as Commissioner are taking an action that is above and beyond what has been (misleadingly) advised, guided, recommended by such factions as the CDC (an advertising agency for pharmaceutical corporations pushing dangerous drugs and vaccines on the populace, which flip-flops between advising no-masks and masks), the Massachusetts Governor who rescinded his (unlawful) mask order May 29, 2021, the Massachusetts Department of Public Health which is echoing the Pharma-run CDC and issuing advice blatantly contrary to that issued by physicians and scientists with 20-50 years clinical and research expertise in respiratory diseases, requiring masks on public transportation and indoor settings but not condemning schoolchildren to masks for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week as you, Mr. Commissioner, are solely doing: you are invoking personal and government liability here, all by yourself. May it also be noted there is no evidence of a pandemic ongoing (and never has been; plenty of people are dying from the vaccines currently, not the virus, you should be issuing Vaccine Bans, not mask-and-testing mandates), and no state of emergency either; cognizant of which, the Massachusetts Governor lifted the State of Public Health Emergency on June 15, 2021 (one whole year after he should have lifted it; Emergencies cannot last for months and years indefinitely). There is no necessity whatsoever for any kind of mask mandate on anyone, let alone on vulnerable schoolchildren, who will indeed sicken, suffer, and some die, with being forced to breathe in their own expelled carbondioxide and grow their own fungi and bacteria in their mouth, nose, trachea and lungs. Nor is there a necessity for nasal-swab-invasion-testing-to-find-genetic-material from a putative not-proved-to-exist virus or “delta variant” operating supposedly inside the throats and noses of healthy schoolchildren—when no such thing as asymptomatic contagion exists—or even unhealthy schoolchildren, whose healthcare is the business of their parents and healthcare providers, not any schoolteacher, principal, superintendent, or commissioner.
When did educators become the Health Police? We do not send our children to school to be policed and monitored by schoolteachers. If you cannot provide a normal education devoid of mandates, restrictions, policing, and “biosurveillance”–the new hallmark of tyranny—please say so and wind up the Public School System.
Kindly review the information below which will provide the necessary facts (which can be used in impending and future lawsuits against the Commissioner, Superintendent, and the public school system) to send upward to others in Massachusetts Government, particularly the Governor, who, I have just learned issued a (unlawful) special order to keep parents from attending School Committee meetings in person in 2021 where the intrusions and coercion of “Pooled Testing” was secretively discussed and decided on—a venture which is medically-invasive, illegal, and should never have been introduced, and which should be halted immediately, along with the misguided mask mandates. NOTIFICATION OF DANGERS TO SCHOOLCHILDREN FROM MASKS AND TESTS:
Masks have been found to be dangerous and harbor the growth of pathogenic bacteria and fungi; children forced to wear masks all day will be creating an environment for growth of pathogenic bacteria and fungi in their throats and noses: wearing masks all day will make them sick, and make them susceptible to flus, and other illnesses.
Masks have been found to cause hypercapnia—they cause an excess of carbondioxide in the lungs and blood which cannot be expelled because masks inhibit the free and unrestricted actions of expulsion of toxic carbondioxide: wearing masks all day will make them sick, and make them breathe in toxins all day.
Masks have been found to cause hypoxia—lack of oxygen in the blood—which cause the red blood cells to clot, slow down, block circulation and oxygenation to the tissues, by way of preventing easy intake of oxygen through free and unrestricted breathing: wearing masks all day will make them sick, and make them gasp, choke, and gag for fresh air all day.
Masks are not safe: the risk of dizziness, fainting, headaches, mask-mouth, mask-rash, dental disease, in addition to blood clots, strokes, pulmonary embolisms is high.
Masks are not effective in any way whatsoever: the holes in fabric masks and surgical masks both are large enough to permit nanoparticles of dust, putative viruses, bacteria to sail on through.
Surgical masks have been found to carry carcinogens such as ethylene dioxide and graphene oxide and are therefore not just unsafe but hazardous to health.
Masks are psychologically harmful for a number of reasons; any psychologist will tell you babies and children learn by watching emotions on faces; this carries over to schoolchildren, whose learning by visual observation is part of the whole panorama of growing in empathy, compassion, caring, kindness, tolerance, inclusion, embrace of diversity which I would hope is part of the goals of teaching humanity and connection to our schoolchildren. By shutting people’s faces down, this whole space of learning is lost. Children are being schooled by mask-wearing to not care about others’ feelings—as evident on their faces; to consider themselves alone and hidden behind their masks, unable to communicate their own feelings through visual expression on their faces. What a sad commentary on humanity, that we would suddenly start training our children not to show emotion, not to express their happiness, joy, sadness, fear, pain, anxiety, but tell them instead none of their emotions matter—because no-one can see them expressed, not their friends, not their schoolteachers, not their principal. Our children are not automatons; they are living breathing emotive human beings, and their emotions should be honored and appreciated—not masked and disappeared!
Masks are psychologically harmful also because you are mandating them; to “fall in” with peers and with school rules, children will wear them, but you are not giving them a choice in the matter. Children’s independence of thinking, feeling, and spirit are being squashed here; the questioning teenager, the thoughtful pre-teen, the smiling kindergartner, none of these are being honored and cherished here. Your mandate is essentially squashing any free will, any independence of spirit; children are being tyrannized and subjugated into compliance, forced to wear this oxygen-reducing medical device; children are being conditioned to accept subjugation as their role, which really means you are training them to accede, acquiesce and consent to their own enslavement. This is really what it is, you are enslaving children by demanding a facial covering as their price for staying in school. Education via enslavement? That is what this is.

“In this publication we report the results from the parents, who entered data on a total of 25,930 children. The average wearing time of the mask was 270 minutes per day. Impairments caused by wearing the mask were reported by 68% of the parents. These included irritability (60%), headache (53%), difficulty concentrating (50%), less happiness (49%), reluctance to go to school/kindergarten (44%), malaise (42%), impaired learning (38%), and drowsiness or fatigue (37%).”

“I am a Senior Industrial Hygienist of 18 years. We are the SMEs in Respiratory Protection. I have managed the Respiratory Protection Program for over 76K employees.
There is not one single study showing that the wide variety of face masks are safe for use, especially prolonged use.
I will simply put that if I ever put the public or employees in face masks that are not ready to protect against the hazard at hand, I would lose my job and be fined.
The United States is violating it’s very own OSHA laws and the institution has been weaponized by politicians. These masks are about policy, not science.
None of these face masks are rated to protect against this virus in either direction. We are dealing with censorship and no one is getting the truth about these masks.
The WHO stated, in March, that these masks can cause infections if they’re not utilized properly.
Throughout my career, I have seen bacterial infections from people who were not washing or changing out their respirators or masks, as required.
The CDC recently said that masks cannot cause bacterial infections. As a subject matter expert, I know this is completely false. I did a video about it and YouTube took it down and gave me a strike on my channel. I am unsure why some 22-year-old can fact check me and tell me I’m not allowed to say anything that goes against the CDC, but the CDC is going against the WHO.
WHAT MAKES US EVEN WORSE, IS THAT THESE MASKS ARE IN FACT PPE. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW IN 29 CFR 1910.132 it says if anyone were to bring a homemade or DIY form of PPE into the workplace, it is up to the employee to ensure that that PPE is rated to protect them against the hazard it is being worn for.
The amount of contradictions are astounding. PPE is supposed to be a last resort, but we’ve made it the first line of defense.
These face masks are not only hazardous to human health, but they actually make people violate social distancing and stand closer together. This false sense of illusion is causing more issues like self-contamination and cross-contamination.”

OSHA Experts have openly reported that face masks are hazardous to the health of those wearing them, but are rountinely ignored by Governments around the world who passed these OSHA Laws based on 50 plus years of scientific research.
Since when are Governments exempt from following the laws they legislate?
Dr. Russell Blaylock, a neurosurgeon explains that low oxygen levels cause hypoxia, and can damage the immune system lowering T-lymphocytes that fight viral infections.
Cloth masks filter at best to 5 micron, the covid-19 virus is reported to be .06 to .12 micron.
In other words the openings in a cloth mask are 50 to 100 times larger than the covid-19 virus. Imagine a screen door with opening 50 to 100 times larger than a mosquito, how would that keep the mosquitoes out the house!
Truth does not matter in this 2020-2021 World run by; W.H.O. & Bill Gates, the U.N. EXCERPT: “Gainesville, FL (June 16, 2021) – A group of parents in Gainesville, FL, concerned about potential harms from masks, submitted six face masks to a lab for analysis. The resulting report found that five masks were contaminated with bacteria, parasites, and fungi, including three with dangerous pathogenic and pneumonia-causing bacteria. No viruses were detected on the masks, although the test is capable of detecting viruses. The analysis detected the following 11 alarmingly dangerous pathogens on the masks:
• Streptococcus pneumoniae (pneumonia)
• Mycobacterium tuberculosis (tuberculosis)
• Neisseria meningitidis (meningitis, sepsis)
• Acanthamoeba polyphaga (keratitis and granulomatous amebic encephalitis)

A t-shirt worn by one of the children at school and unworn masks were tested as controls. No pathogens were found on the controls. Proteins found on the t-shirt, for example, are not pathogenic to humans and are commonly found in hair, skin, and soil. A parent who participated in the study, Ms. Amanda Donoho, commented that this small sample points to a need for more research: “We need to know what we are putting on the faces of our children each day. Masks provide a warm, moist environment for bacteria to grow.” These local parents contracted with the lab because they were concerned about the potential of contaminants on masks that their children were forced to wear all day at school, taking them on and off, setting them on various surfaces, wearing them in the bathroom, etc. This prompted them to send the masks to the University of Florida’s Mass Spectrometry Research and Education Center for analysis.”
“One of the most starkly revealing and troubling observations come from Dr. Margarite Griesz-Brisson MD, PhD, who is one of Europe’s leading neurologists and neurophysiologists focused on neurotoxicology, environmental medicine, neuro-regeneration and neuroplasticity. She has gone on record stating: “The rebreathing of our exhaled air will without a doubt create oxygen deficiency and a flooding of carbon dioxide. We know that the human brain is very sensitive to oxygen deprivation.” There are neurons, for example in the hippocampus that cannot survive more than 3 minutes without an adequate supply of oxygen. Given that such cells are so sensitive to oxygen deprivation, their functionality must be affected by low oxygen levels.
Oxygen deprivation can cause metabolic changes and the metabolic changes that happen in neuronal cells are vitally important for cognitive functioning and brain plasticity and it is known that when drastic metabolic shifts occur in the brain, there are consequent changes of oxidative stress (cellular oxidative state) and these have a significant role in managing neuron functioning (we do not claim that masking would produce complete absence of oxygen of course).
The acute warning symptoms are headaches, drowsiness, dizziness, reduced ability to concentrate and reductions in cognitive function. Given that the development of neurodegenerative diseases can take years to develop, then what are the potentially deleterious effects of the use of masks, especially in children, when masks are used over the majority of their day? We and particularly parents, must consider this and weigh the benefits versus the harms. Are there benefits enough to warrant use relative to the potential harms? If the harms outweigh the benefits, then we cannot in good conscience advocate for mask use. Moreover, the continual and stressful impacts of masking (and school closures) will also have a known and deleterious impact on the immune systems in children (and adults).
Other medical harms relate to the notion that children and adolescents have an extremely active and adaptive immune system, a system that must be challenged in order to retain functionality. Yet by severely restricting children’s activities because of lockdowns and masking (physical activity/fitness exercises are almost impossible whilst wearing a mask), we are probably hobbling their immune systems. Evidence indicates that regular physical activity and frequent exercise enhance immune competency and regulation.
A child unexposed to nature has little defense against a minor illness, which can become overwhelming due to the lack of a primed ‘tuned-up’ and ‘taxed’ immune system. A robust immune system shortens an illness as a consequence of the presence of preprogrammed anamnestic immunity. Preventing children from such interactions with nature and germs can and does lead to overwhelming infections and serious consequences to the health and life of a child. We might be setting up our children for future disaster when they emerge from societal restrictions fully and with no masks, to then be at the mercy of normally benign opportunistic infections with a now weakened immune system. This cannot be disregarded as we consider the consequences of our actions today in this pandemic and the questionable lockdowns, school closures, and mask policies.”
Similarly the nonstop policing for symptoms and the testing, pooled testing, contact tracing—you are conditioning schoolchildren into becoming used to being monitored, policed, tested—which is molesting really, this is molesting of their nasal and throat cavities–traced, tagged—this is criminalizing them. You are criminalizing schoolchildren and turning the schoolground into a prison where teachers and staff are suddenly to act as Wardens, watching the inmates for any outbreaks (of a cough or a sneeze!) and then hauling them off to the molesting testing-center (punitive targeting and isolation) for nasal-swab-invasions with a Torture-Swab.
All nasal swabs, throat swabs, and masks are medical devices and medical interventions and none of these can be mandated. Schoolchildren are not patients, and the school is not a hospital ward!

No-one in the world has isolated this mythical and elusive virus – on the basis of which chimera you are proposing to destroy the physical and psychological health of our schoolchildren for years to come.
The transmission and infectiousness of the supposed not-proved-to-exist virus is therefore completely in question; MDPH has no information on this either, as my FOI request stipulated. There is no evidence from anyone therefore that a highly infectious disease is going around; this is what all those FOI responses from departments of health worldwide and the CDC have established. No proof of virus isolate nor transmission, no proof of pandemic.All talk of superspreading, and transmission by airborne droplets is hot air, please see the CDC response and my confirmatory letter at Muckrock (to be reported at my site shortly); CDC acknowledges that no virus exists outside cell culture. CDC has also publicly acknowledged that all previously-named COVID deaths were mostly hot air; only 6% of cases they concede now can be attributed to COVID, all others were deaths by co-morbidity and advanced age.

I urge you to examine the facts posted here, to investigate and research further the true science and legality behind the proposed medical interventions and devices you are seeking to mandate, to recognize your building liability in this matter, and immediately halt and withdraw all of these unlawful and unscientific mask and testing mandates for schoolchildren. It is not too late to return sanity to the public school system, and to leave the healthcare of schoolchildren to parents and their physicians: you are not healthcare professionals and school is not a clinic, a hospital, or a doctor’s office. Further, there is no provable pandemic, no proven virus, and this is certainly not a Public Health issue although you use the words “Public Health” and “Pandemic” as cover; I remind you again that as Commissioner imposing mask and testing mandates on schoolchildren, you are going over and above what the CDC, MDPH, and Mass government recommend, professing therefore an elevated interest and expertise in Public Health superior to theirs—while theirs in itself is modulated by the self-interest of the pharmaceutical corporations, and none of you are physicians any of us who can think on our feet and believe in true healthcare and nutrition can trust. Masking is not healthcare, let me add, nor is molesting with test-swabs.

Meanwhile, you have a chance to avoid impending liability for causing physical and psychological harm to our children; I urge you to take it and to halt these wrongful and harmful mandates at speed, before the school year begins. No child should be made to suffer just because she or he wants to go to school.

Governor Office Response Admits There is No Basis for Any Kind of COVID Restriction or Mandate Issued By Governor or Government: There Is No Proof Of Virus or Pandemic They Can Produce
Given that this requester specified the need for Virus/Disease information forming the basis for “all ill-advised restrictions and advisories particularly regarding public transport, masking and vaccines in schools and colleges–previously made, being made, or planned by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, the Massachusetts Governor, the CDC, and the US Dept of Health and Human Services citing the Existence of a Virus, a Variant, a Pandemic, and a Public Health Emergency,” it can clearly be concluded the Office of the Governor is admitting that no such information nor scientific and legal basis exists for the entire “pandemic” — run on a drill at first, as exposed in Newsbreak 81, exacerbated into an endless nightmare of orders, mask mandates, and lockdowns, and currently being used to push a dangerous and deadly toxin-laden vaccine which is recording a catastrophic number of deaths and injuries at the CDC VAERS, EudraVigilance, and UK Yellow Card databases, as well in numerous social media platforms and alt media platforms online.
The numbers of cases and deaths being published on mainstream media — which is propped up by the pharmaceutical industry and defense and telecom industries all of which have a stake in the new profitlines being expanded by COVID vaccines, masks, and testing operations — are based on False-Positives from the faulty PCR test, involve propaganda and psychological warfare, and seem to have been fabricated to push baseless fear, terror, and the deadly COVID vaccines on people.
Governor’s Office Makes No Reference to Alarming Figures Noted in FOIA Request of Death and Injury From the Unsafe and Deadly COVID Vaccines
It is also curious and notable that the Office of the Governor made no reference to the figures included in the request citing the high numbers of deaths and injuries post-vaccine in the US, UK, and EU Adverse Reactions databases, nor gave any indication of being appalled at the high numbers reported.

To confirm receipt of the response from the Office of the Governor, this writer wrote back:
“Thank you very much for this information, which confirms that the Office of the Massachusetts Governor has no records or documents related to a purified isolate of the SARS-COV-2 or COVID-Virus and Delta Variant, proving its existence or transmission and justifying any announcement of a pandemic by the Governor with attendant restrictions on people’s God-given and Constitutionally protected rights and freedoms.”
This FOIA request response, coupled with the response from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, reported here, establish definitively that the Commonwealth of Massachusetts has no scientific or legal basis for any issuance of orders, advisories, guidance, mandates regarding wearing masks–including to schoolchildren in public schools and riders on the Metro buses and trains–getting (the unsafe and ineffective) COVID vaccines, socially distancing, closing businesses down, working remotely, testing nonstop (for a not-proved-to-exist virus) or anything else citing a Public Health Emergency, a Pandemic, or Variant Proliferation.
There cannot be a Public Health Emergency when there is no proof of existence of a virus or a communicable disease.
It is time for the Massachusetts Government to withdraw all advisories, halt the dangerous vaccinations, and cease the muzzling of schoolchildren, store-clerks, bus- and train-riders, citing a non-existent virus and a non-existent pandemic.
Enough information has now been acquired to legally challenge all “pandemic” restrictions and collectively engage in non-compliance to all of these illegal and unlawful mandates and restrictions–which are also causing grave physical, psychological, and economic harm to the children and the people of Massachusetts.
My sending of this letter to the Apple CEO and Legal Counsel was delayed by way of the cartridge needing to be replaced in my printer and various other projects but I managed to send it off today–after a new bout of bullying at the Milton, Massachusetts Post Office (Welcome to Massachusetts!), with yet another postal clerk distinguishing herself with loud belligerent demands for face-muzzling in her presence, my previous article on lunacy at Milton apparently not having registered, prompting me to send a new letter today on Post Office bullying and harassment to Boston Consumer Affairs at the USPS ( to be posted separately).
California and Massachusetts both have instituted rabid burkah “regulations” which many in Massachusetts meekly fall in line with, notwithstanding dangerous pathogenic bacteria, ethylene dioxide, and wriggling worm-like filaments found on surgical masks, as reported here recently and noted online in a number of new reports lately.
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has, as of May 29, “rescinded” their mask “order” but still “require” them on public transportation and health care settings. (All questionable language in quotes; “The Commonwealth of Massachusetts” or “State of Massachusetts Corporation” can only issue statutory demands to corporate employees not to people wrongfully and fraudulently designated as corporations via being “residents” of Massachusetts defrauded of their birthright by capture of their given names into Legal Fiction/Strawman corporations.)
I am posting this letter for general awareness of the facts mentioned within; if anyone is facing similar situations of bullying and discrimination on basis of the face-muzzle, you are welcome to use portions of this letter in your own letters, or to excerpt it with linkback for your own articles.
THERE IS NO PANDEMIC GOING ON: THERE IS MOST DEFINITELY A MASSIVE PSY OP IN ACTION
The fact is–even though the behemoth of “government,” “industry” and private Pharma-affiliated corporations masquerading as “Public Health” experts has created and is pushing the COVID Psy Op, and currently ignoring the rising vaccine deaths so as to push the transhumanizing mRNA vaccines–there is no pandemic going on, there is no deadly “virus” in sight, there is no such thing as “healthy people carry disease in their mouths and noses,” as many doctors have started to speak out about, and there is no need for anyone to be wearing masks, distancing, isolating, quarantining, or consenting to be bullied by profit-seeking liars pushing a Psy Op.
There is especially no need to be taking a dangerous experimental mRNA vaccine which is producing high numbers of deaths and disability which are being whited-out by mainstream media.
The situation is such currently that people need to speak out, people need to be writing letters and making phone calls, sending emails and questioning the storyline from those running this Psy Op on us for the purpose of running Control operations on humanity and removing human rights.

The existence of viruses in themselves is in question, when the naturopathic, holistic understanding of health and disease comes from the understanding of Terrain Theory, energy flow, and toxicity versus alkalinity, as many eloquent naturopaths and holistic physicians such as Dr. Robert Young, Dr. Zara Anne Bourgeois, Dr. John Reizer, Dr. Amandha Vollmer discuss openly, and as any of us inclined to traditional cultures of medicine including Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine can attest to freely. Dear Tim Cook, Apple CEO and Legal Counsel,
I am writing to inform you of a gross act of discrimination against me, an Apple customer in Massachusetts, at the Braintree, South Shore Mall on May 13, 2021, when I was denied entry and service purportedly for “not wearing a mask” and to ask you to immediately change your mask-in-store policy for all Apple customers and employees nationwide and worldwide.
This was for a technical support appointment for my new iPhone, and the man who was named to me by the concierge as the manager of the store (partial encounter published at Ramola D Reports, Bitchute/Newsbreak 123) insisted to me, very loudly and very rudely, that no-one is let in store without a mask–even people with exemptions, such as myself (which I pretty clearly informed him of), on the basis of it being “store policy” to do so.
This is discrimination and unlawful. This is doubly unlawful because as a matter of fact there is NO deadly virus, NO pandemic, and NO need for ANYONE to be wearing a mask: there is NO scientific proof of the existence of the SARS-COV-2 virus associated with COVID-19, and COVID is NOT a “highly contagious and infectious disease”; it was in fact demoted as such on 19 March, 2020, very early in this simulation.
THE SCIENCE BEHIND THE PANDEMIC AND THE MASK
As a science and technology reporter, I have been closely following and reporting on many aspects of this unproven “pandemic” since its start.
The numbers of “COVID cases” are grossly exaggerated by lying media, the PCR tests themselves are not designed to diagnose any virus or virus-borne illness, and yield only false-positives, and scientists have calculated a 99.97% recovery rate for most age groups from the elusive “COVID” bug, elusive to all Public Health departments since none can produce a virus: 62 public health departments in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia have confirmed they have no information on the isolation and purification of the much-touted “SARS-COV-2” virus, none, because this elusive, imaginary, deceiving bug DOES NOT EXIST.
Even if you believed a very special T-Rex virus was going around infecting people, that supposed virus has a 99.97% recovery rate, according to those scientists and physicians who have been dealing with patients who supposedly have “COVID,” a mild flu at best, and not a danger to anyone with those recovery rate figures!
Mainstream media has instituted a mass media blackout of any critical inquiry into this non-existent “pandemic”–May I remind you people are NOT dying on the streets and never were?–and particularly of any critical reportage and factual reportage, I may add, of the thousands of deaths and cases of paralysis, strokes, seizures, full-body-vibrations from the Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines.
Is this why your Apple managers are unable to follow that the mask is NOT NEEDED TO BE WORN BY ANYONE, not even themselves? Is media blackout and lying television companies to blame for their ignorance? It should not be my responsibility to educate your Apple managers of these facts. There are thousands of educated Americans as informed as I am, who seek out the truth and research the facts.
The vaccine manufacturers who have been given carte blanche by revolving-door Government officials to run mass promotions of their killer gene-based vaccines on television and via print media are making BILLIONS off this scam while thousands of Americans are dying from the vaccine.
The true scientific information we have now is that the masks are highly dangerous: they cause hypoxia (shortage of oxygen), hypercapnia (excess of carbondioxide, re-breathed-in), vulnerability to acute respiratory disease (through constricting airways and causing existing viruses and bacteria to congregate there), and suffocation (through inhibiting free-breathing); further, various dangerous substances have been found on the blue surgical masks: ethylene dioxide, a carcinogenic and nanofibres—synthetic biological filaments—of unknown etiology and unknown effect.
Children especially are at risk of great harm from these masks, as also those asked to wear them at work: there is much information online on the scientifically understood harms from masks, on the DEATHS of children, adolescents, and adults from prolonged mask-wearing and from mask-wearing during exercise, including in my reportage, at my website.
Apple managers and employees also should not be abused by requiring mask-wearing on the job; perhaps it is their incessant masking that has led to this situation of discriminatory denial of service from this Braintree Apple manager: their brains are being degraded, even as their manners have disappeared; they probably exist in a kind of breathless, oxygen-deprived trance all day and come to life to act as petty policing bureaucrats when they imagine their “authority” is being challenged.
As a technology-based company, I would think Apple management is well aware of these science-based facts above.
THE MASK IS A MEDICAL DEVICE AND PURELY VOLUNTARY
As I informed this law-breaking Apple manager, the mask is a medical device and purely voluntary, as also acknowledged by the FDA and the CDC.
There are no laws, state or federal requiring the masking of one’s face, the closing-off of one’s breath, or the gagging of one’s mouth in public, on the premises of any retail store or other place of public accommodation—and there can never be, because masks are a medical intervention and cannot be decreed by public officials seeking to control the public.
Furthermore, no “guidances,” “orders,” or “directives” from Governors, Presidents, or Mayors constitute laws: these public officials are not lawmakers. No language on “Emergency Public Health Orders” from these parties holds water as a Law, because there is NO Emergency ongoing here: Emergencies last for a very brief period of time, not for years: WE ARE NOT IN AN EMERGENCY CURRENTLY.
Apple must also be cognizant of the fact that these “mandates” and “orders” are not laws but guidances, deceptive language around which it is indeed the local governments who are responsible for. The voluntary compliance of Apple—a separate corporation–with these local mask “mandates” from the State of Massachusetts Corporation (when it does not have to comply at all, obviously, being a separate corporation) does not warrant Apple discriminating against those customers who choose not to wear the mask for whatever reason, and so there is indeed a problem with the “store policy” cited to me here—stores in Massachusetts should not be demanding masks for entry and service of people who are obviously neither Apple employees nor State of Massachusetts Corporation employees: that is misleading. There is no real pandemic ongoing,and that is the real problem: we are all being subjected to information and psychological warfare by miscreants in government–and the CDC who are currently pushing gene-altering vaccines on all..
FEAR-BUILDING IN THE PUBLIC AND PERPETUATING THE PSY OP
The fact therefore is that this Apple manager—and all Apple managers who are using this apparent upper management directive to cite “store policy” and deny service to Americans not wearing a mask—being uninformed or projecting obliviousness about the voluntary nature of this mask-wearing (to protect from a bug not proved to exist or a mild flu with a 99.97% recovery rate), is participating in the cruel and deceptive fraud being perpetuated on the public by over-reaching and abusive public officials (and a lying and complicit mainstream media apparatus).
Together, businesses who seek to enforce mask-subjugation work with these treasonous government miscreants in the business of FEAR-BUILDING IN THE PUBLIC by participating in the massive Psy Op being run which essentially works to compel people to get sick by wearing masks and taking the dangerous experimental gene-based vaccines.
I hope I have made it clear to your Legal Department that as an educated American, I am fully aware as they must be too, that public health guidance is NOT law, and Apple is NOT within its rights to refuse entry or deny service for a legitimate reason–to get technical support for an Apple product–to ANYONE who chooses not to wear a face-muzzle on the basis of a massive Psy Op being conducted by medical miscreants and tyrants.
Apple has essentially discriminated against a member of the public, when public accommodation laws under the Civil Rights Act require their accommodation of all members of the public. This is not how Apple customers should be treated by Apple store managers.
I would appreciate your notifying the Braintree, South Shore Mall Apple store management of this fact, and I ask that you immediately remove all mask-in-store policies you may have set in place, for all the reasons noted above. You will be doing a favor to all Apple employees as well, by safeguarding their health and their inherent right to breathe freely, unhampered by faulty company policies which essentially remove their basic human rights from them.
I look forward to hearing positively from you and encourage you to stop supporting high-level frauds in government seeking to subjugate the American people with false pandemics and Psy Ops and support the rights instead of all people to reject fraudulent medical interventions such as masks, tests, vaccines as a primary aspect of health, medical, human, and American freedom.
Two days ago, I stopped in at the Wollaston Quincy Post-Office on Beale Street to mail off copies of my Affidavit and Notification mailing to local public officials notifying them of my disapproval of the massive state-sponsored crime in Quincy, reported here earlier, this time to the named Secretary of State Antony Blinken and the local Norfolk County Sheriff, Patrick McDermott.
The postal clerk behind the counter, the same warm lady who had exchanged cordial conversation with me earlier as reported here looked worried today as she greeted me and said “You really have to wear a mask in here.” I said, “No I don’t, and you really should not be asking me to wear one.”
“Do you need a mask,” she asked next, reaching for one.
She looked at it cursorily and handed it over to her Postmaster who later returned to hover nearby as he read the Notice over, while the clerk readied my mailing.
There’s a President and His Name is Mask Mandate
This man then handed the Notice back to me and said brusquely that he didn’t need it, and that “President Biden has issued an Executive Order and that’s what we follow, everyone needs to wear a mask, that’s the law in America!”
Clearly this Postmaster had not kept up with Peggy Hall’s elucidating videos, particularly this one, where she explains no 100 days Mask Mandates can be made by any party, titled or not, under “Health Emergency” requirements when there was clearly No Health Emergency Whatsoever going on, also that a Mandate is not a law–and also that no President or Governor can make a law.
Now my immediate reaction to this focus on a (seated-by-election-fraud) President and yet another Executive Order when I had listed a few of the State and Federal laws which outlaw discrimination, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as well as the US and Massachusetts Constitutions, was to point to these laws and say all Americans are protected by these laws against discrimination, and that I had every right to not wear a mask as also did every other American.
I had not actually come prepared for active resistance to the Courtesy Notice, since I had thought the listing of these laws was surely irrefutable. I should also mention the Postmaster was issuing his statements in a pretty loud voice, which led to me raising my voice too. Note that a big old flap of filthy clear plastic masquerading as a cellophane shield and not hygienic, sanitary, or Publicly Healthful in the least parked between the clerk behind the counter and the hapless customer–myself–also stood between me and the two masked bandits at the Post Office.
My mention of all Americans being free and their having no business asking anyone in America to wear a mask fell on deaf ears. The Postmaster called once more on his soul-brother Biden, saying “President Biden Issued an Executive Order and that’s the law!” “No it’s not,” I said, “and please feel free to check out my articles at everydayconcerned.net on this very subject, that kind of Executive Order is null and void and not the law!”
We had both gotten pretty heated by this point, as he clung to Biden and I reverted to the ADA and Civil Rights. He then said “No-one is denying you service, I’m telling you that’s the law!” To which I replied, “No, and nor should you — you should not be denying me service, that’s the law!”
So this was Round One, interrupted by the lady asking me to check the addresses on my envelopes, which I did.
Considering that I was steaming at this point as a direct consequence of this man yelling at me, while he then subsided into standing opposite and glaring at me, I said–because I am not one to hold anything back just for purposes of nicety when still being subjected to hostility: “Just because you are a man with a deep voice does not mean you have the right to raise your voice and intimidate me!” The clerk said hastily, “He’s not that kind of man!” (This had rapidly devolved to farce.) “Well maybe not,” I said, “but he was shouting at me!” “No I wasn’t,” said the masked postmaster, “I wasn’t sure you could hear me with that plastic.” “Which doesn’t need to be here either,” I said, “since there really is No virus, no pandemic and only a massive Psychological Operation going on!”
Further, I said, “You know there are some people who like to be informed and learn what is going on, but it seems there are some people who don’t want to know the facts at all!”
“Your Droplets versus My Droplets”
Round Two began at this point with the clerk suddenly dropping her own voice three decibels down (this was definitely a Farce in Three Voices) and saying reasonably to me, “That’s a matter of opinion–we would disagree with you!”
“Sure,” I said, being at this point thoroughly incensed, “You can disagree all you like but you wouldn’t be right! If you did a spot of research on this subject you would find out what the truth is–and I do happen to be a writer and science researcher and I can tell you there is no virus!”
Having dropped her voice and being engaged in virtue-signalling, the clerk said, “Now why are you speaking to me in a raised voice?” Silenced by the very peculiarity of this–since I had certainly Not been speaking to her in a raised voice, but rather in more level and regular tone (well, maybe not that one last exchange, but yes, this is all about Voice, the right to use your Voice, and the easy quelling actions of those who wish to subdue your Voice, more on this below), I paused.
I also noted to her that I understood she had to model mask-wearing because she was an employee at this company (USPS is not a federal government division as many imagine but a private service company and corporation–as they all are really–something confided in me by one of the postal clerks as well.) However she disputed this. “I’m not doing this because I work here.”
The clerk then said, still two steps above a whisper, “Let me tell you why I wear a mask–it’s so that you won’t get my droplets. I wear a mask because I want to be safe to live to take care of my grandchildren, I care about my grandchildren, I don’t want to get COVID–and the reason we want you to wear a mask is so that we won’t get Your droplets.”
“I want to be safe to live to see my grandchildren” (so I asphyxiate daily with a mask)
Having understood now what I was dealing with (entrenched indoctrination, via television sets) I said–and yes at this point I think I did raise my voice fractionally: “Well, that seems to be because you have bought the whole mythology which Fauci and the CDC are running for the pharmaceutical industry–there really is no deadly virus, and nobody needs to wear a mask!”
Mask Slavery and Voice Suppression
“Haven’t you finished your business here yet,” demanded the postmaster, irate at the talkiness, it seemed.
“Yes I have and I’m leaving,” I said, “but you really should not be asking anyone to wear a mask!”
I forget exactly what the response was but I think the lady said something to the effect again that masks were needed and she was taking care of her health. I have to say the entire attitude that both these lauders of the mask and pushers of mask-slavery were projecting had put me on edge, and I certainly Did raise my voice as I left saying, “I wish you a good day and good health, but you know masks are dangerous–they’re not just useless, they’re dangerous, but hey if you want to wear a mask, go ahead, suffocate yourself!”
A young woman customer at the next window (who had rushed in suddenly–the lobby had been empty for long) turned to stare at me (probably with her mouth open but you would never know, she was masked!) as I left, completely annoyed at this entire, pointless exchange.
EXCEPT: and I think, this is the point, it was not pointless at all. It definitely brought home to me that the people who are acquiescing to wearing the mask–a gag across the mouth and nose, a dangerous, hazardous inhibition of normal breathing, an aid to the inhalation of one’s own excreted exhalations, a suppresser of the respiratory system and thence the immune system–are not all of them merely wearing it because they have been told to wear it, they have bought the storyline lock stock and barrel and think they are going to die without this hastener-of-death and mark-of-slavery they have made their own.
On a positive note, the entire exchange also underlined a very American aspect of public interaction: there was no hint on either side of us meeting as anything other than equals, we were each speaking our minds in perfect candor — the negative note of course was the confrontational and hostile aspect of this exchange: it was not a moment conducive to learning or openmindedness. It was in fact rather like an unseasonal argument with family members–on a subject of controversy which nominally would not be raised in public with strangers. It was also a consequence of the current Giant Fishbowl life we are living: when people are informed by the stick figures on television what to do and how to breathe and how to sluice down their fingernails, while cameras watch our every move, the interfacing with those like me who refuse to be subjugated and prefer to think and research critically while at the same time maintaining (in some cases, possibly misplaced) a keen desire to inform and help educate others, friction is bound to result.
The issue of Voice also does not escape me. When men raise their voices–and they frequently do–it is with intent to intimidate, cow, establish their word. When women raise their voices in response,they are told to “tone it down.”
There is a great freedom in using your voice, in permitting yourself and being permitted to use your voice–and there is a great recognition and communal connection in being heard.
I distinctly felt however, that by the end, although I had raised my voice, I was definitely not being heard–and was not going to be heard.
But I was also told to not use my voice at all — that is the message when you are hushed to lower your voice and no-one is listening to you anyway — which is exactly the message of the Mask: Gag yourself.
This story is not complete because it appears I am well known in Quincy by the local criminal element– that is, local law enforcement, local EMS, and the local “gangstalking” contingent employed by the local fusion centers, who like to engage in street theatre and obvious stalking.
No I do not say any of this lightly. What I have been reporting for eight years, in various forums, is well known to local governments–since they have permitted and manufactured this monstrosity–while being well-suppressed by local media and national media.
Had media done their job and properly reported on the plunge into terrorizing activity by governments and local law enforcement, ever since the Patriot Act made its Communist appearance in our midst, everyone would be perfectly aware of these crimes, and steps would have been taken to hold all crime-running officials to book.
As it stands, state-run terrorism is the flavor of the season and it’s not a Peppermint Cocktail.

Fusion Center Focus
Being aware therefore of the extreme overreach, abuse, and 360 Degree Camera Surveillance of all and sundry in modern day America, I had wondered silently to myself at the post office (thoughts picked up by the Mind Monitoring police no doubt over at the NSA, DIA, FBI, CIA) if everyone at the local Commonwealth Fusion Center (to whose head, the Lt. Col. Christopher Mason I had also recently mailed my Cease and Desist) was sitting around watching the entire encounter on their monitors and gearing up to come after me yet again with more stealth weapons and community harassment. (For daring to use my voice and oh, daring to raise my voice in public as well.)
Entirely possible, and the stream of cars on Newton shortly after — a common swarming ploy deployed by the Fusion Center brigade — seemed to suggest it.
Silent Messages from the EMS & Fusion Center contingent: Stop n Shop
I did not have long to wait either before further “Covert Comms” started to stream my way. I had driven to the local Stop n Shop to pick up birdseed (despite the horrific assault on my God-given rights and freedoms in January, as described here, since I was now armed with my Courtesy Notice and had every intention of educating the next store employee who lectured me on the “need to wear masks” during the COVID Psy Op Non-Pandemic currrently still ongoing) and having passed the kind old ladies at the front of the store offering to wipe down my cart with toxic chemical and probably nanotech-laden sanitizer gel who had also started sounding alarms about masks (which I ignored), I then was accosted — in the peculiar Deliberate Accost way of a woman wheeling her cart directly in front of me and then swinging around to U-turn so I had to move swiftly to avoid collision: this woman wore a royal blue sweatshirt with the hard to miss loud signage of “Boston EMS” on her back. Now in her turn around–which narrowly missed whacking my cart–she also projected a sizzling look of censure at me (when really I should have been sizzling censure at Her), as if her being there with her Boston EMS sweatshirt meant something profound, which I was supposed to take in and be censured by.
Yes I am aware of the part played by EMS personnel in the Mental-Health-Fraud. The fact is, all those reporting assault and Stasi community harassment all over the USA today report EMS stalking, intervention, and harassment, as my many interviews with people being wrongfully targeted and assaulted by local Fusion Center Gestapo attest: this is part of the Mental-Illness-Fraud being used by local governments and fusion centers to conceal their criminal assault with electromagnetic weapons and neuroweapons–weapons run by Military and Intelligence divisions no doubt, but permitted by local governments and part of local fusion center protocols today, legitimized by unconscionable assent-to-torture-with-stealth-weapons which all Mayors, Governors, State Attorney Generals, State Secretaries have clearly signed off on: without naming reporting victims Mentally Ill, Unstable, Violent, Unpredictable, Schizoid, Paranoid, none of these parties could have gotten away with the complete Communist control of neighborhoods they have now achieved, and the rampant programs of non-consensual human experimentation and weapons-testing which is now underway.
When EMS personnel start stalking targets today, it is a distinct “Silent Message” of threat and intimidation therefore of possible sectioning, possible “Community Mental Health Intervention” to arrest and transport the target to a local Psychiatry Ward and subject them to forced-medication with brain-retarding neurotoxins if they so wish, a Communist action familiar to reporters from Communist Russia, and now being reported steadily by numbers of Americans and people worldwide, including government whistleblowers, and modeled deceptively for community repression by COINTELPRO operatives such as this one, whose story I reported on with concern and in sincerity at the time (Ex-NSA Karen Melton-Stewart has since distinguished herself as an agent-provocateur, liar, and Fusion Center operative, apparently set in place to destroy my name and work and discredit me as a journalist: Public Notice Re. Indeed, in all the many stories of repressive Psychiatry and Mental Health Intervention I have reported on, always staying open-minded as I helped report the many encounters with Mental Health mavens from local councils, often accompanied by Police, it has seemed to me several were set-ups contrived to project a message of fortressed impermeability to targets, and that message is: Stay silent about being hit in your home with invisible stealth weapons of the microwave, milliwave, scalar, sonic, neurotech persuasion or we will Baker-Act/Section/72-hour Psychiatry Hold you and name you a Paranoid Schizophrenic (and therefore legally Mentally Incompetent) for life.
(The exact protocol by the way which Eileen Welsome has reported in The Plutonium Files: victims of military experimentation with ionizing radiation were named paranoid schizophrenics and delusional when they attempted to report their symptoms to their own doctors: see her interview with Amy Goodman here on this subject.)
The placing of EMS signage or personnel in my path therefore is obviously Not a coincidence.
Whether it was occasioned by the local fusion center–in intimidation–by my mailing letters of notification and requests to them and to other local public officials or by the recent Postmaster-and-Mask yelling spree I’d been a part of, daring to use my raised-voice to rebut what a USPS Postmaster used his raised-voice to say, I have no idea. (I should note that on the day of the first mailing I made to Koch, Baker, and co. a man with a black shirt on and “BOSTON Police” suggestively emblazoned across the back stood ahead of me at the post-office window.) A combination of both? Entirely possible. This is their Modus Operandi as many targets have learned: Silent Threats–and judging by who is behind it all, from further covert comms, we can assume it is the overarching Roman & Masonic power structure behind it all.
Succeeding the lady from EMS, still at Stop n Shop, a very large and clearly obese and unhealthy man stepped out and did the same Cart-stalling, turn-around-and-collide move in front of me, sporting a neon green sweatshirt with the word SECURITY on it, and getting in fact directly in front of me and stopping a few times as if to get his (quite-visible) message across. Also, not unusual encounter and threat reported by hundreds of people being targeted by fusion centers in the US and worldwide.
Finally, as I returned to my car–nothing of note occurring at the counter, with no-one demanding I wear a mask (no doubt informed by Fusion Center staff not to provoke the loud-voiced armed-with-notices-on-rights-and-freedoms target arriving from the Post Office), although I did notice a woman from the store standing behind and closely watching my exchange with the store clerk (Community Monitoring? More EMS action?), parked right next to my car, a man with a blue SUV and a blue sweatshirt with the word LOVE on it took care to catch my eye, while his partner loaded the back–license plate 215: a not-so-subtle reminder of the unlawful Section 215 of the unlawful Patriot Act permitting warrantless mass collection, “sensitive collection,” and “tangible things collection”–expired in March 2020 yet still in use clandestinely?
Entirely possible of course, as well, that these planted signs were merely part of the Gamifying, Echoing, Surveillance-based Echo-Stalking simulations and social engineering Psy Ops being played out multiply around everyone today, targets and non-targets both (which makes everyone a target really) and run on Project Minerva and other war-gaming and simulation scenarios funded by the DOD, CIA, and other agencies.
Now I have some thoughts about Love and Kindness in context of standing up in your own Power and Voice for your God-given rights and freedoms, which are being violated extremely by over-reaching government structures, but I will write separately about these, shortly. No government agency has the right to mark all those speaking and acting for freedom of speech, freedom of expression, freedom of the Press, freedom to think critically, freedom to speak against cruelty to animals/humans and against war, freedom to exercise our God-given and natural rights to assemble, meet, teach, speak, write, learn, engage in cultural activity (I mean music, art, readings, concerts) or sporting activity (soccer games, playgrounds) or run broadcasts and interviews as “Domestic Terrorists” or “Mentally Unstable” needing Community Oriented Policing–but this is what has transpired, and it is Criminal; the Fortressing Factor here–not merely an irony–is it’s being accompanied also by a Police message of “Maintaining the Peace” and active signage re. people needing to focus on Love, Peace, Serenity, and Kindness–placed around the very targets who are being subjected to major assault and battery with stealth weapons, to shut their voices down–and in further attempt to mislead the populace into docility, submission, compliance, quietitude, while assisting in the public and stealth persecution and repression of those who speak out, as we are seeing all over currently with the COVID Psy-Op Non-Pandemic. (I will note here also that the day I spoke out against Mask-Slavery, with my God-given voice, at the UPS store on Willard Street, reported here earlier, as I drove home, a blue car with the word “SERENITY” got in front of me for a street, then turned left and drove away–in much the style that “Covert Comms” are being placed around all reporting victims of Fusion Center Crime–absolute hubris, because it seeks to “Behavior Modify” and subjugate and silence people from speaking out.)
When a crime is being committed, Love is Speaking Out, not being silent.
Pure Coincidence or Clear Threat: EMS and Police Stalking at Pageant Field, Quincy
Later that afternoon as I took our dog to a local park–at Pageant Field–perhaps it was pure coincidence that a Brewster Ambulance was parked suggestively in the parking lot, and that later, as I pulled out to leave, two Quincy Police sedans were also parked in the parking lot.
Perhaps some pressing matter of urgency had occasioned their presence there. I did not see any pressing matter or event when I arrived and when I left.
I did see however a bevy of dogs lunge at our tiny Jack Russell-type terrier, with one of them engaging in some male-on-male assault I had to break up with some shouts (uh-oh, using my Voice again!)
The last time there was noticeable police helicopter action in my neighborhood–directly after informative tweets I had made on Twitter–the Quincy Police page at Facebook showed notes on some kind of burglary action a couple streets over–Plausible Deniability with capitals PD. I just checked and they have not made note of anything occurring at Pageant Field on Feb 24.
Calling their presence at a park I visited therefore “Stalking” is precisely the reaction they look for: actual stalking and harassment, plausible deniability to cover up actual stalking and harassment, actual covert threat and intimidation via silent messages of “presence of EMS’ and “presence of Police” all publicly and overtly marked as Paranoia, Paranoid Schizophrenia, Delusions of Grandeur, Mental Instability, Unpredictabiliy, all requiring More “Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS)” if reported as such.
I will also note that–as always on my visit to this park which also functions as a dog park where many dogs frequently romp–there were other “silent watchers” parked in SUVs by the water, and in the parking lot, engines running, just sitting, being good “COPs”. On previous occasions I have been assaulted with unmistakeable congestion frequencies from large pick-up trucks, HVAC Installation trucks, City of Quincy Public Department trucks parked in the parking-lots or driving up from the boating-dock: stories for another day.
My question would be: was I being subtly harassed with all of these placements of signs, symbols, people, vehicles because I am a well-known Target for Any Ole Kind of Harassment and Assault in Quincy or because of a Raised-Voice conversation at the Beale Street Post Office? Or both?
Crime Versus Policing
When a community creativity-workshop leader and writer is targeted for labeling and assault as a “Domestic Terrorist” and “Mentally Unstable” and “Prostitute” and “Pedophile” that is Crime.
When a practicing journalist, public educator, and activist for human rights, animal rights,humanity and the planet is targeted for labeling and assault as a “Domestic Terrorist” and “Mentally Unstable,” that is Crime.
The fact is, the entire construct of Fusion Centers, Law Enforcement, and Criminal Justice has abysmally failed today. It is no longer working for the populace, for public safety, public security, or public health–although it pays lip service to these concepts and virtue-signals Guardianship and Caretaking of the public.

“Policing” becomes both Crime and Criminal when it begins, uses, and ends with Inversion of Truth, False Labeling, and Deception through and through.
As I write, the zoomers and honkers race up and down the street just behind me, while antennas and drones rain microwave pulses down on my head, heart, face, private parts: that is Crime.

The statements they have made and are currently making in front of podiums and flags which are transmitted and broadcast into printed word and spoken lie all relate in fact to medical interventions which cannot legally be mandated, whether mask, test, or vaccine, whether in name of “Public Health” “Public Safety” or “Public Anything Else” without all the requirements for Informed Consent being met (more on this subject below).

The FDA does not and cannot require you to wear a medical device–this has and always is a matter of your own choosing. Without Informed Consent succeeding a Health Risk Assessment provided by the government (which they haven’t done and cannot do), the FDA cannot and is not demanding you wear a mask.
The CDC does not and cannot require you to wear a mask–they can only push Fauci to the podium to variously bleat about wearing One Mask Two Masks or maybe Three Masks to finish off the Public Asphyxiation in style–and word their non-requirements carefully as “Considerations” while telling you to check “your locality’s mask rules.”
(Your locality cannot make rules on masks for anyone–they are a medical device, regulated by the FDA, which requires your locality to provide adequate Risk information for Informed Consent, see below.)
IMPORTANT MASK INFORMATION

The Government has FAILED to conduct a Risk Assessment of the risks to the individual members of the public for the harms caused to them by mask wearing- or wearing a face covering.
Without such a Risk Assessment, the individual is NOT providing “informed consent” to wear a “medical device” (which a mask is as defined under the Medical Devices Regulations 2002).
A face “covering” falls to be regulated under the Consumer Protection Regulations. The Face Coverings Regulations are therefore - prima facie - unlawful and should not be enforced.
In the view of our legal team, the Face Coverings Regulations are ultra vires the Government’s powers but that legal argument is ongoing.
None of the supermarkets are providing their customers with a Risk Assessment either - so their customers are also not able to provide their “informed consent” to wearing a face covering/mask.
This is unlawful as “informed consent” must be obtained.
Anyone being asked to wear or use a medical device - such as a mask - should be medically assessed by an Occupational Health team for their INDIVIDUAL risk posed to them by wearing a mask.
Failure to conduct a Health & Safety Risk assessment is both a civil and a potentially criminal offence.
Therefore both the Government and the supermarkets - and anyone else enforcing mask mandates in the absence of a full Health & Safety Risk assessment in the workplace -, is acting unlawfully and can be held PERSONALLY liable for the damage caused to the individual.
Legal challenges are already being run against the “mask perpetrators” to challenge this unlawful and harmful mask mandate and cases are already being won, and damages for harm caused paid out.
I’m a specialist disability discrimination lawyer who also has a stream of claimants lining up to bring legal claims for damages from this mask mandate. Countless people are being harmed by wearing a mask and others are being harmed from the discrimination they are enduring from being mask exempt.
The flood of litigation is going to be Tsunami-like!!! Be warned: perpetrators will be held to account.
Anyone enforcing or imposing this mandate should be warned that they are acting unlawfully and will be held personally liable for the harm they cause.
I advise anyone harmed by this mask mandate in a work environment (which supermarkets are) to file a report of your harm to the Health & Safety team and ask them to conduct an investigation into whether the employer or supermarket or other “mask perpetrator" has conducted a valid H&S Risk Assessment.
The local council’s Environmental Health Officer is responsible for ensuring that commercial premises in their area are safe for the public. This includes whether it’s safe for the public to be forced to wear a face covering or mask whilst in a supermarket or other commercial premises. Without a full Risk Assessment, no one should be required or forced to wear a face covering or mask - it’s a breach of the Health & Safety laws and a potentially criminal offence.
If the employer or other “mask perpetrator “ hasn’t followed the law in forcing you to wear a mask, criminal investigations can follow under Health & Safety laws.
The Equality Act 2010 does not permit anyone to discriminate against a disabled person on the grounds of their disability.
Refusing entry to a shop or access to public services to a disabled person is prima facie disability discrimination. No evidence can be lawfully demanded. It’s a breach of both the right to privacy and the Equality Act 2010 to ask for medical evidence in this manner.
Masks worn by the public in community settings, do not prevent transmission of a virus particle as tiny as SARS-CoV-2: that’s what the scientific research evidence shows.
Masks can INCREASE the risk of transmission if not face-fitted and fit-tested for the individual wearer as leakage occurs.
Masks can INCREASE the risk of secondary bacterial and fungal infections due to incorrect putting on and taking off of the mask, incorrect storage and lack of sterilisation of the contamination collecting on the surfaces of the mask.
These contaminates are then inhaled: the moisture and humidity of the mask is a perfect breeding ground for bacteria and fungus which multiply in the mask fibres.
These are then inhaled deeply into the lungs where they multiply further, along with the loose fibres of the mask which collect in the lungs.

Secondary bacterial lung infections are a major risk factor from inhaling bacteria into the lungs. Secondary bacterial lung infections were the major cause of death in the Spanish Flu. They had cloth mask mandates then too. See a correlation??
Masks cause multiple organ damage - some of which is irreparable and permanent.
Masks cause social, cognitive, emotional and psychological harm too.

There are over 200 known and separate strains of coronavirus, which is associated with influenza, otherwise known as a common cold.
The specific variety from which the still-unidentifiable and un-isolated Covid-19 virus purportedly derives is patented by the British Pirbright Institute and funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
Oh, go figure. Again.
Meantime, many Americans are just now waking up to the following facts:
1. The CDC and NIH are not government institutions. Both are private entities that are in the business of producing and profiting from vaccines. Both compete for government contracts to carry out research and do statistical analysis, but they are not part of the government.
2. There is no provision in any Federal or State-of-State Constitution authorizing any government official to mandate anything at all about our health or medical options. Their only power is over their own employees and dependents as a condition of employment or of receiving benefits.
3. Forced vaccination is banned under the Nuremberg Code, Article 6, Sections 1 and 3, and anyone involved in a forced vaccination program is liable.
4. There is nobody responsible for harm caused by a vaccine. The pharmaceutical companies have been off the hook since the 1980’s and the governmental services corporations that accepted the liability for them are bankrupt. There remains an industry-funded “Vaccine Court” but it has a reputation for protecting the industry.
