New US Gov Grants for Treatment of “Substance Use Disorders” and “Behavioral Health” Announced

New US Gov Inc. grants for the treatment of what are being termed Substance Use Disorders for various vulnerable populations, currently pregnant and post-partum women and “through adult and family drug courts” have been announced at SAMSHA this week, along with grants for so-called Prevention (programs) of Overdose Deaths due to various drugs, most of which appear to be due to prescription psychiatric drugs for so-called Anxiety, while something called Opioid Use Disorder is now stated (no doubt by the same prescribing pyschiatrists) to be on the rise.

In addition, a few millions are being diverted to so-called Behavioral Health, most especially yours and mine, by a kind and caring “Administration” –paternalistic, we might say, most British-Empire-like–whose keenest desire is to Improve your behavior, come what may.

OPIOIDS, Painkillers, and Those Who Crave Painkillers

[Opioids, for those not as in the Know as non-Law and non-Medicine (both of whom appear to be pushing these), are apparently mostly painkillers–probably craved for by Those Targeted unlawfully with invisible, undisclosed “police technologies”–in actuality precision-strike nerve weapons, radio frequency high powered pulse microwave weapons, ultrasonic bone conductance weapons, plain old-fashioned radar guns, conducted electrical weapons akin to tasers and other EMF and Neuro and Nano technologies partially surfaced by various military neuroscientists playing neuroethicist and PR for deadly DoD and CIA alternately–especially those unaware they are being so Targeted, or those (men and women both, usually professionals in the wealthier cadre) simply unwilling to acknowledge the facts of Constitutional breakdown in the USA.]

Perusing these news releases, it appears that both “Treatment” and “Prevention” have become focal points for the diversion of vital funds (given rumors of bankruptcy of said Inc.) not to mention “Access,” another stellar concept devised no doubt by devious scribes in the Advertising Departments, well-hidden, of the carefully self-concealing “Intelligence” services running the said Administration.

Improvement, as well, appears to be a prime consideration.

EPIDEMICS AND CRISES EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK: The Overdose Epidemic and the Mental Health Crisis

There’s a Crisis around every corner today, as Massachusetts Mental Health and State-of-State Government have laid out for us, “Behavioral Health” Crises prime among them–

Figures posited by the White House and SAMHSA on the numbers of deaths due to Drug Overdoses, nationally, it appears, are unsettling and incredible: are they real?

Figures on numbers of patients seeking “treatment”–very hard to believe given that perfectly healthy and non-seeking-anything people are being thrown into ambulances and police cars on pretext of “Medical” need and being told they are going to be “Psychiatrically Evaluated” on fraudulent Section 12s run by unqualified police and EMS–are equally hard to believe:

“Since the launch of HHS’ Overdose Prevention Strategy in 2021, the Biden-Harris Administration has continued to dramatically increase the nation’s treatment and harm reduction capacity. An average of 37,000 new patients per month are now seeking buprenorphine treatment, resulting in a total of approximately 862,000 people receiving treatment each month. Access to naloxone has increased, evidenced by an almost 40% rise in naloxone units sold between October 2022 and September 2023 compared to the corresponding period in 2020-2021. Are these exaggerated figures, seeking funding for so-called treatment and prevention programs?

Are people being pushed into these treatment and prevention programs on pretexts organized by psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses and nurse-practitioners, “behavioral health” specialists and “mental health counselors”?

Is this all a build-up for further expansion of Mental Health, Behavioral Health, EMS, and Police departments?

And most importantly, are drugs being pushed into the marketplace and people–the young, the bored, the unhappy, the too-wealthy and the poor–being persuaded, through whatever means, including the Technological (frequency weapons, neuroweapons, acoustic neuro-AI–hidden as “police technologies,” concealed as “classified,” known to biophysicists, engineers, radiologists, in the Military at least), that is, being neurotech’d really, to take them and over-use them?

The Targeting of Children, tribes, Colleges and Communities

Also disturbing–among much–is the mention in “Behavioral Health” news of children with what is being termed “Serious Emotional Disturbances” and of Native Americans with Suicidal Behavior and substance use/misuse.

How do children become emotionally disturbed and how do the young become suicidal or users of drugs?

What relation do these have with the complete breakdown of “Law and Order” in America today, the repellent spread of “Countering Violent Extremism” and “Counter Terrorism” programs of community policing, subjugation with stealth-frequency-weaponry, neighborhood and social harassment programs, and the general suppression of all that once typified the USA and its people as warm, generous, self-made, curious and questing, educated and educating others, hospitable, neighborly, caring?

People–and children–have been forced into becoming “informants,” “surveillance role players,” cyberhackers and stalkers, weapon-wielders and victims: is there any Organic America left? Hard to tell.

SAMHSA’s grants need watching, and the police technologies and Homeland Security programs kept out of mainstream news by a craven Press (in truth Propaganda) wing of a fallen US Gov Inc. need open scrutiny, challenge, and removal from our streets, our neighborhoods, and our lives.
