Exploring the peculiar Police-Psychiatry connection which seems to have been running wild all over the USA, Europe, the Five-Eyes countries and Asia and probably Africa too for quite some time (More research needed), it appears that the CIA and Mental Health were also linked with Law Enforcement–which latter apparently isn’t exactly Police but linked–in the ’50s and ’60s, through the Justice Department.
Not in any kind of lawful way, but apparently using the semblance of Law, which perhaps is the history of all Crime in the USA since Kingdom Come.
Way back–before most of the over-armed Detectives in Police Departments were born–there appears to have been a rather insistent interest by certain parties to criminalize the innocent and Psych Label the Selected, in order to disappear them. These efforts escalated right around the creation of the Mental Health Study Act in 1955 which purported to deinstitutionalize the labeled “Mentally Ill” and create Community Health Centers and care for those “living with serious mental illness” (apparently forever–for of all illnesses, “mental illness” apparently is the most chronic and persistent, so the (very political) mythology goes). Several Mental Health acts preceded and succeeded this one, including the one from Truman’s 1946 which inaugurated Mental Health legislation with the National Mental Health Act, and Kennedy’s 1963 which passed the Mental Retardation Facilities and Community Mental Health Centers Construction Act (on October 31, a month before the Johnson-CIA crowd assassinated him).
It appears that President John F. Kennedy was very keen on assisting and supporting the Mentally Retarded–as opposed to supporting Psychiatry or the chimera of “Mental Health”–along with his sister Eunice Shriver Kennedy and her husband Sarge Shriver, understandably, given what had been done to their sister Rosemary Kennedy in 1941–a lobotomy at 23 which led to her being unable to speak or care for herself, and institutionalizing for 63 years until her death at 86, a beyond-tragic story of misled actions and decisions in a time period where the wealthy were often advised to disappear their loved ones into institutions purporting to take care of them when found to be born with or displaying signs of developmental delay or “abnormal” behavior. The latter, it seems increasingly, having been activated by secretive and experimental energy and pharmacological means–what we in the late 20th and now 21st century have come to understand as MKULTRA-related. Rosemary Kennedy, like Zelda Fitzgerald, like Edna St. Vincent Millay, and scores of other women and men born in the early part of the 20th century may have been “neuro-activated” or energy-activated to “act out” or exhibit unusually temperamental behavior (secretive early military-intelligence experimentation with electromagnetic and electrical technologies as also drugs)–which then led the families to seek psychiatric help which then led to psych-drugging for life, institutionalizing, tragedy, death.
Psychiatry and “Mental Health” obviously are questionable in every way, any which way you look at them.
Mental Retardation however is another story, and the families who worked with Eunice Shriver Kennedy as she sought to bring light to those born so disabled understood the difference; yet psychiatrists often sought to Psych-Label those born with developmental delays and known then as the Retarded, meaning, inflict on them Labels of Mental Illness as well. [Questions to explore: Who were Psychiatrists being run by then?]
Reading through Oral History interviews with Dr. Bertram Brown who headed the NIMH in the late ’60s, it becomes clear there was a known distinction then between Mental Health and Mental Retardation and a political interest in building up the infrastructure of Mental Health or Psychiatry–leaning on “Behavioral Science”–versus bringing attention to Mental Retardation–found to have a biological basis. The political underpinnings there as well–differences between the Kennedy and later administrations, Johnson and Nixon in particular–as well as earlier ones, may have played a part here–matters to further explore.
Two interviews with Dr. Bertram Brown by John Stewart and William McHugh throw some light on this background at the time, and offer insight also into the notion–glaringly eugenicist–of studying the mentally ill among the incarcerated, for apparent criminal tendencies:

Law Enforcement Funding Has Used the Mental Health Infrastructure to Run CIA-MKULTRA-style Behavior Modification Experiments on Different Populations
As for the question of police involvement in “Mental Health,” something which has picked up in recent times in the USA, there is a history behind it, and it seems to connect with the history of the CIA’s funding of the Army and Navy and numerous organizations and Universities to run behavior modification experiments on people in a series of projects–MKULTRA, MKNAOMI, MKDELTA et al.
Statement by Attorney-General Nicholas Katzenbach on the need to pass the Law Enforcement Assistance Act of 1965, which established the Office of Law Enforcement Assistance (OLEA) in 1965, later succeeded by the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration (LEAA) in 1968, established by the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968.
It appears that a Justice agency, the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration, founded in 1968, expressly funded behavioral research, experimentation, and psychosurgery operations run by the NIMH, along with a host of other police projects, according to a report in “Mass Control, Engineering Human Consciousness” by Jim Keith, and supported by information in the First Annual Attorney General’s report (screenshots below). In other words, MKULTRA experiments were run not just by the CIA but also by the DOJ using a Law Enforcement funding organization, which used the National Institute of Mental Health with its access to psychologists, sociologists, psychiatrists, et al as well as access to patients and inmates at hospitals, asylums, prisons, and correctional centers.
This deeply disturbing information reveals that the so-called mechanism of Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice which supposedly exists to protect the people has been used repressively instead–very much in Communist wise-to study repressive Behavior Control and Human Subjugation, going so far as to fund “psychosurgeries” or lobotomies of activists. There is much here to unravel including the connections with the CIA’s Behavior Control and Neuro Control activities. These are obviously glaringly criminal activities–and while the Church Committee uncovered MKULTRA in the 1970s, and recent reports including here have uncovered the continuation of MKULTRA into the present day, to what extent has this connection between Justice/Law Enforcement and Mental Health been revealed? Clearly something has gone wrong and Justice like Intelligence has skidded way off its rails. Matters, surely, to be further researched and reported on in time.
From Law Enforcement Assistance Administration Funding MKULTRA to the National Institute of Justice Funding Non Lethal Weapons/Electrical Weapons/Electromagnetic Weapons Research: Also Torture & Psych Terror
Looking into who LEAA really was and why they were formed yields a plethora of documents variously created and stored online at the Congressional Budget Office, the Office of Justice Programs, the General Accountability Office, and the National Archives. This organization was preceded by another funding agency, the OLEA, and succeeded by the National Institute of Justice and the Bureau of Justice Statistics in 1979. The National Institute of Justice is involved in funding research and experimentation with so-called non-lethal EMF, CEW, EW–electrical, electromagnetic, conducted electrical weapons of a completely inhumane nature, breaking all human rights and civil rights laws, breaching the Fourth Amendment in their assault through-wall–as reported here earlier, and the throughline now from the LEAA and the CIA–for surely the CIA has been involved–becomes tragically clear.
Justice therefore has been long involved in Behavior Control projects against the people, and they are not the only Federal agency so engaged, several others have also been so involved.

What those targeted have been reporting for years however is now being visited on all, via several means, including the increased chem-dumps via chem-trails, military brain mapping projects like e-MAPS, social mind hiving projects, and the turning of Police departments into feral hunters of those who are conscious, with intent to transform all peoples into mind-deadened zombies, keen to “Comply” and afraid to say a word. What is happening now though is schools, colleges, and workplaces have been targeted, as also neighborhoods and all the public commons: stores, libraries, malls, parks, streets, town halls, school board meetings et al. Anyone can report you as Behaviorally Unwell, and the Communist mechanism at play in these Freemason spaces will click into place to get you “Concern” and “Treatment” shortly enough. A good reason for freshmen and sophomores to avoid spilling all to even faintly unhinged roommates playing Dorm Monitor, and for managers at work to avoid gossiping about any of their employees; Labels, Psych Drugs, and Brain Lobotomies are the formula, and “Trauma-Informed” is part of it: Terrorizing ambush attacks using rabid Police and EMS–who have forgotten what “Healthcare” is and have become Terminally ill with their sick lust for power over others instead.
Worse, laws and rules are being passed or have been passed at Federal and state levels in many states, targeting the young.
Mental Illness, it has been arbitrarily decided by those whose words need ignoring, crops up between 14 to 24: This is rubbish, for it blatantly targets teenagers just starting out to find themselves, become themselves, exploring the world. Still, there are codes and laws and rules everywhere now, including new ones requiring Mental Health Screening from sixth grade–when kids are 10 or 11–upwards; the solution is to walk away, become private, get on the Land and Soil, and ensure distance from all Psycho Docsters and Primary Care Physicians fixated on “Behavior.” Very simply also, people can learn to say No to make it stick. Say No to Mental Health Screenings, and say No to corrupt “Laws” which seek to degrade and enslave humanity.

The WHO runs the ICD–the International Classification of Diseases, the CDC runs the US ICD, now at ICD-11-CM (Clinical Modification), and Behavioral Health keeps fattening these lists. “Conduct Disorders” can be “diagnosed” in the young–in that space, that is, where Nazi Docsters rule and these codes mean something. People with functioning brains know to walk away from these spaces: Never visit a Psychiatrist, a Counselor, a Therapist is a rule those in the know follow. The outcome is always Capture, Disaster, Dumbing-down, and today, also Targeting for Experimental Research and Suppression. There is an Escalating Ladder of Labels mythology in action, it’s their Modus Operandi and they stick to it: Avoid the Species like the plague. If you have friends from medical school who have chosen to pursue Psychiatry, drop them; they’re not friends, they’re terrorists, keen to break up families and capture family members. If they have attacked a family member, pursue them, make sure they retract those false psych labels completely, don’t speak to them otherwise. Make sure no-one dates them, marries them, or makes friends with them. Mental and Behavioral Health Screenings, A Subject to Actively Investigate and Challenge
Mental Health Screenings for children and adults are being lobbied for in various states all of whom may have set up the kind of Behavioral Health Centers now set up in Massachusetts–Illinois, Texas, Virginia, California amongst them.
The language of Mental Health Screening lobbyists is alarming; parents everywhere must read between the lines of all these attempts to recognize much negative lawmaking has been and may be in progress, all of it needs active resisting and saying No with conviction.
At the Federal level, a Bill to authorize the awarding of grants to community health centers to support mental and behavioral health screenings was introduced in January 2021 by a Pennsylvania Democrat, Madeleine Dean, but not passed–one to never pass, if ever returned to the House, but clearly an indicator of a subterranean attempt by many* to run Control Operations on adults and children through first padding community centers with funds. *Those most keen to do so, jumpstarted by the Mental Health Parity Act, keen to set up Behavioral Health Services in every client’s workspot, are Health Insurance corporations. Hospitals and EMS also stand to gain.
Screenings lead to labels, arbitrary and authoritarian–pinned as “diagnoses” to health records and linked to police databases: This is obviously not the right way to set a child on his or her path forward in life. Neurotoxic drugs and Electroshocks wait just ahead, to bring brains down. Labels by their nature and by the evidences of history point people and children backward, they destroy lives.
The best and the brightest of our kids today are being targeted–literally targeted, with RF HPM/Neurotech/Experimental Brain Technologies–for ADHD, Autism Spectrum, Conduct Disorder and other manufactured Disorders. “Suicide Prevention” has become a racket. It’s been this way in America for a long while, and it needs to stop. Removing brains with the Neuroweaponry of potent drugs leads to failure in life, a Contrivance of criminals operating from the shadows and manipulating our world to tokenize some, and disappear most. No-one need be disappeared. And the crimes of targeting for Mental Health Labeling need to be exposed and ended.
Mental Health America Wants to Screen and Label You: For Neurotoxic & Digital Therapeutics (Drugs, Implants, Vibrations) to Lobotomize You
Nationally speaking too, anonymous non-profits like Mental Health America which apparently runs the Mental Health Screening Online tool at State Mental Health websites–and is clearly hooked in with a bunch of national policy-making organizations–are now producing dashboards and reports to convince Americans nearly everyone is Mentally Ill or nearly so. At their Mental Health America conference in September 2024, the rhetoric of inclusion–diversity welcome–succeeds in convincing (under-educated) children and adults “Depression” and other Labels are actual conditions no-one should worry about confessing to, because it is good to focus on our Mental Health and to attach Labels to ourselves, so the Experts can drug us to death (Well the latter is what they’re not told).
Is MHA-Mental Health America Creeping Along, Duping Kids Into Mental Health Screening First, then Leading Them to “Public Safety” Spinal Vibration and Cervix Implant RF-Activating Later?
Yes, MHA is keen to “Transform the Future” with Digital Therapeutics and Emerging Technologies.
Note, “Emerging Technologies” is one of the hold-all terms used long by the Military to introduce new technology, and especially being used to conceal the localized, Fusion-Center-run plethora of Radio Frequency Spectrum and Acoustic Technologies which have been rolled absurdly, unlawfully, inhumanely, and sadly, criminally, into “Public Safety” use without consent by We the People of America. This tech–various variations thereof–is in the Medical sphere now, and in SkyAtrica, where Primary Crookedness abounds; Psycho Docsters today, a throwback to their 19th Century-forebears, are only too happy to Transcranially Magnetically Stimulate you as Electroshock or Deep Brain Stimulate you, in all instances Brain-Modifying you, just as soon as you are Labeled, and in fact, for quite some time before: a Made in the USA Production.
And that’s not all–it seems all of Art and Literature too will be corralled by them. [See the Equity Zones screenshot below.] Note, while professionally-qualified and dedicated MFAs from Creative Writing and Arts programs struggle their entire lives to write, teach, create true art–and be paid for it, a dismal proposition, viable only for the Selected Tokens at the Top–Mental Health programs run crappy “Art Therapy” workshops (with unsharpened color pencils & Color by Numbers) in Psych Wards with intent to keep the Psych-Labeled Psych-Labeled & pushed apparently into “Mental Retard” zone (witnessed), and take over Art departments in public schools to ensure skewed, deviant Art (witnessed). Independent Creativity workshops, offered as after-school classes and summer camps, are torpedoed, so schools and cities can maintain their starved profile of minimal, degraded creative writing and art offerings for children–as experienced by this (over-qualified) Creative Writing and Art writer and teacher in Quincy, Massachusetts. Note, Massachusetts has also plunged into substandard Education curricula for kids, removing books from classrooms and apparently working hard now to teach kids Not to read, Not to speak, and Not to think for themselves. Not to be missed either are sudden “Equity Impact Zones” not unlike Resilient Cities and Sanctuary Cities newly cropping up in partnership with Pharmaceutical Companies–pumping out Psych Drugs for Neuro Lobotomies by the bushelful–and taking over casually-named Communities — just as “Safe Options Support” has taken over Neighborhoods–with the language of Virtuous (Democrat Socialist) Marxist-Signalling: Addressing Mental Health Inequities.
Medicaid is Targeting the Poor: Mental Health Labels and Immunization for Fake Viruses Will Ensure Illness and Poverty Into Future Generations
Remember that Medicaid is targeting the poor: Poor children–children of poor families, low-income families, are being targeted for Lifetime Takedown via Drug/Digital Brain Takedown, the route Labeling, from Mental Health and Behavioral Health and Physical Health Screening–so the poor are kept Poor forever, and the children of the poor can never Rise. “Poor” is a word not used so much in America but those who live hand to mouth, month to month, slaving night and day, know who they are, and they know too something has to be done to change that basic Inequity in Income they and their families have been suffering for generations, whatever color of skin they have or ethnicity they hail from. From there it is only one Hop Skip and Jump to recognize that regular “Well Being” visits and “Yearly Check Ups” at Primary Care Physicians for so-called Physical Health are exactly the same: Excuses for Rockefellerian Top-Down Eugenicist Management “Medicine” to take off your child’s or your clothes, poke and prod with cold instruments, thence, in Time, insert implants (Nano/Quantum Dot now), stents, BCIs, and assume control over your child’s physical and mental health–and yours–with nary a squeak from you: Because you’re being indoctrinated to hold up the Doctor as God, Health Authority, and Life-Carer all in one. Young, Female, and Led by Snapchat & Your Youthful Female Friends? Guard Against Your Brain Being Labeled: Avoid Mental Health Screeners and Screenings
Children and women are being targeted–yes, girls and women are being targeted for a Mental and Behavioral Health takedown just as much as boys and men have been targeted by ADHD and Autism Spectrum in the past, and girls and women–your own dorm-mate, class-mate, colleague–are being used as Screeners to do it: Stay friendly and pleasant to these Women-Betrayers, but avoid all Mental Health Screenings, on Apps, Online, at Docs’ Offices, Health Centers, ER Departments, Hospitals, College Dorms, Student Services, anywhere.
Calling in to Mental Health or Psychiatry departments is just as dangerous: don’t do it. If you’ve ever had a brush with the Psych Police, avoid them–less conversation is better, and no conversation is best. Focus positively on your life and health–and if you ever feel low, read a book, write in your journal, call a good friend or cousin, your mother or your father, watch a movie, play some music–and look into shielding your chakras and learning about what unlawful Non Lethal Weapons are doing, and why you, like everyone else, need to research them further and work to stop them.
Manchurian Candidates and Delta Assassins are Manufactured by the CIA-Special Ops mechanism happy to use weaponry to rev up people, neuroweaponry to neuro activate, energy weaponry to chakra-whack with nary a thought for human rights, laws of any kind, while students are “informed…of the circumstances in which confidentiality will not be maintained.”
Basically, it’s safer not to put your child in the public school system, and not to take him or her at any time to a primary care physician or any kind of psycho-docster–including a therapist or counselor. These are not “experts” children need to go to if they are handing out Labels, Lies, and Drugs–which they all are. “Psych consultations” and “Mental Health Screenings” aim at the same outcome: to Label your loved one, with a Massive Lie, so as to permit that Escalating Ladder of Labels Lie, in basic capture for Brain Takedown.

Currently, it appears, the World Health Organization has surveyed various countries and put out a Mental Health Atlas in 2020 with a Global Plan to fold mental health into primary healthcare, with many other initiatives besides, all apparently to ensure “suicide prevention” and “mental health treatment” for all–a dangerous proposition, when every single listed and DSM-named “Mental Health Condition” or “Mental Health Disorder” can be induced, with many having been reported as having been induced by neuroweaponry.
The language of Human Rights is being used here–and so Human Rights and Human Rights Law need to be carefully monitored here as well, in the WHO’s usage of same: It is no-one’s Human Right to be Neuro Labeled, Neuro Lobotomized, or Neuro Categorized, for so-called Neuro Diversity. It’s a perversion of human rights in fact, to be falsely labeled and lobotomized–with Drugs and Spectrum Tech–in the insidious name of Mental Health, Behavioral Health, or Brain Health. For that’s probably coming next, and the Sumerian-Talmudic-Satanist PsychoDoc crowd who are working closely with MilIntel Neuroscientist Terrorists to remove Brain RIghts from people while pretending the opposite will soon be telling you only Some of us should be allowed to Think.
As long as neuroweapons exist and are being used in stealth on adults and children, all are in danger of being harmed.
Time therefore for all to openly address the crimes of Neuroweaponry and Energy Weaponry, and to take private steps to safeguard oneself and family from the attempted encroachments of Behavioral Madness and Power Grabs in Psychiatry.
