Satellite connected to brain | The Everyday Concerned Citizen

Mike Patrick of Breckenridge, Colorado, activist engaged in informing the US government and world public about the undisclosed private, military, and Intelligence use of satellite weapons in abusive “Surveillance” use on all citizens, a cover story (in itself apparently run under Top Secret Shadow Gov cover no-one’s acknowledging) which has permitted criminal remote EMF assault, torture, invasive brain modification, brain and emotion control, physical attacks, as well as led to mass shootings and suicide, reports that he has once more written letters of notification to President Trump and 100 US Senators, with copies sent to Intel agency and military heads.

Regrettably, this emergency situation which affects all of the planet’s populace continues to be publicly unaddressed, which means it continues. Governments, militaries, and Intelligence agencies have recently been put on Notice of Crimes Against Humanity via remote EMF/neurotechnologies by various public educators including this writer, and repeatedly, earlier, by human rights activists including John Finch, whose letters have been acknowledged by Stratfor and Wikileaks.

The use of satellite technologies against innocent citizens in lock-down RF assault scenarios has been discussed at length by various investigators and human rights activists, including Paul Baird of SurveillanceIssues.com, John Fleming, and most recently by NASA engineer Richard Lighthouse of Targeted Justice, who has uncovered that the microwave weapons system Vircator is being used against Americans and world citizens and spoke on a podcast to this writer about it, and Dave Case, electronics engineer, who spoke recently on a podcast and earlier in a print interview with this writer about remote RF assault from satellites producing “tinnitus” or seeming hearing disorders.

In his letter to the US Congress, Mike Patrick notes that ignoring this notice of illegal satellite weapon use and abuse on citizens is essentially treason:

“President Trump was first informed in March 2016, well over two years ago. President Trump and his administration continue to ignore and cover up this emergency situation.

The Joint Chiefs of Staff, the U.S. Attorney General, the Director of the CIA, the Director of the FBI, the Director of the NSA, the Secretary of Homeland Security, the Governor of Colorado and the Colorado Attorney General were copied on President Trump’s letter.

All 100 U.S. Senators have also been informed regarding this medical, national and international emergency, and all of you also continue to ignore and cover up this emergency situation. I believe your actions and your inaction with respect to this situation represent treason and complicity in a hostile takeover of the United States.“

In his letter to the President, he asks why no action has been taken yet, while millions suffer:

“What are you and other American leaders doing? Are you waiting for a doctor or a local government or law enforcement official to make an announcement, WHAT SHOULD BE YOUR ANNOUNCEMENT? Are you waiting for people to take to the streets? Are all of you going to act like you couldn’t figure this out?

Our country, millions of Americans and people throughout the world are under silent, invisible attack. This is the biggest situation in U.S. history. The genocide numbers could surpass the Holocaust. No one can figure it out? No one wants to stop it?”

President Donald J. Trump

Millions of Americans and people throughout the world STILL have a lethal satellite weapon connected to their brains.

This satellite weapon is being used for mass assault, torture, murder and genocide. It causes most of “mental illness” and numerous physical and medical conditions, possibly including major illnesses and diseases such as cancer and AIDS. Most, if not all, mass shootings and other mass tragedies were caused by someone being tortured past his breaking point by satellite, NOT by “mental illness” or guns. This satellite weapon was likely involved in (and the real cause of) 9/11. Those controlling the satellite weapon, and those with knowledge, are committing treason against the United States. They initiated a hostile takeover of the United States when they started setting up the satellite connections.

I first informed you of this emergency situation in March 2016, when you were running for President. I sent a second letter and package of documents to you on March 8, 2017. I sent a third letter to you on July 31, 2017. I also submitted comments on your campaign website and sent emails to your campaign email address, and I have submitted thirteen comments on the WhiteHouse.org website since you took office. No one has responded to any of my correspondence, and you and your administration continue to ignore and cover up this medical, national and international emergency.

What are you and other American leaders doing? Are you waiting for a doctor or a local government or law enforcement official to make an announcement, WHAT SHOULD BE YOUR ANNOUNCEMENT? Are you waiting for people to take to the streets? Are all of you going to act like you couldn’t figure this out?

Do you understand the magnitude of the cover-up? Who has not been informed? Who cannot be prosecuted? Who should not be removed from office and locked up? Who will be left to run the country?

U.S. Senators,

The enclosed letter was sent to President Trump on July 9, 2018. The letter informed President Trump, once again, of a medical, national and international emergency. President Trump was first informed in March 2016, well over two years ago. President Trump and his administration continue to ignore and cover up this emergency situation.

I left voicemails for 89 of you on December 19, 2017 and I mailed all 100 of you a letter on April 2, 2018. I enclosed another copy of that letter.

If you will provide an email address, I will forward my other letters and documents to you immediately.

The crimes being committed with this satellite weapon include mass murder and genocide. As you know, there is no statute of limitation for murder and genocide is a crime against humanity. You can be prosecuted for the rest of your lives for covering up these crimes.

There are millions of victims throughout the world. Victims are owed trillions of dollars. This situation could potentially bankrupt everyone with knowledge. You are betting everything.

You must take immediate action to get this satellite weapon locked down and to inform the American people.

WE HAVE A SATELLITE CONNECTED TO OUR BRAINS

Millions of Americans and people throughout the world have a lethal satellite weapon connected to their brains.

This satellite technology/weapon allows the operators to decode our brains and read our thoughts. It is being used by our military and national security apparatus for location, sight, sound and thought surveillance.

This satellite technology can also be used as a silent, invisible weapon and torture instrument. It can be used to attack people’s brains and bodies with energy literally from head to toe.

It causes people to “hear voices”, most of “mental illness” and numerous physical and medical conditions, possibly including heart attacks, strokes, cancer and AIDS. Decades of genocide have occurred under the guise of mental and physical “illness”.

Some of the physical and medical conditions caused by this satellite technology: insomnia, headaches, vision issues, ear pain, ear ringing, dental issues, heartburn, acid reflux, chills and hot flashes, coughing, sneezing, nasal drain, vomiting, dehydration, frequent urination, diarrhea and forced bowel movements, constipation, erectile and sexual dysfunction, various skin conditions and sensations, joint and muscle aches and pains, blocked memory, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, stomach pains, chest pains and heart pains.

Most, if not all, mass shootings and other mass tragedies were caused by someone being tortured past his breaking point by satellite, by someone “hearing voices”. They were not caused by “mental illness”, “terrorism” or guns.

Government, military, national security and law enforcement officials throughout the country have been informed regarding this emergency situation. They are still covering it up. They built a “separate country” using this satellite weapon. They do not want to take it down.

Many of you (Senators) were informed regarding this emergency situation a long time ago. I left a voicemail for 89 of you on December 19, 2017. Eleven Senators’ numbers would not accept a voicemail. I have sent letters and emails. I have submitted comments on your websites. You are ALL on legal notice.

This is a medical, national and international emergency. PLEASE get this satellite weapon locked down and make an announcement.
