Abusive Electrical technology–more of it–appears to have been introduced in Arizona and possibly other Police Departments in other states.
Reported at Police1.com and on the website of the manufacturer, Compliant Technologies, the “Electric Glove” equips police departments with more Conducted Electrical technology and seems to be similar in conductive electroshocking to the TASER,a visibly inhumane weapon which delivers high-voltage electroshocks–and which also needs to be banned.
This one, worn as gloves, permits police officers, men and women to abusively and privacy-intrusively grab people and shock them at their spine, on naked skin–in other words, position them specifically for knock-out and attack for “Compliance” in three seconds, basically causing convulsions to the entire body, assailing the Central Nervous System, the Brain and causing what is being medically termed Neuro Peripheral Interference–interfering with the normal functioning of the peripheral nervous system. Apparently this thing does not work through clothes and jackets and so police will have to fumble about and pull up your shirt or dress before shocking you! [Perhaps the Techno Catherine-Wheel is next?]
It’s not the only electrical device that Compliant Technologies [a Name I thought existed only in my fiction] has developed. Several other electrical devices are being sold at their website, including something called an E-Band Restrictor, an electrical cuff to bind and shock people with.
Interestingly, the blurb on the Compliance Tech Products page mentions “medical visits” and “hospital stays” as reasons for usage of this ghastly device, a cuff to electroshock people the police glibly capture, saying they need “medical evaluations” or “psychiatric evaluations”–a fraudulent enterprise, for no one gets these, as this writer has seen from experience, people just get captured for forced-trafficking into Emergency Departments and Psych Wards for Profit: Police Profit, ER Doc Profit, Hospital Profit, Health Insurance Profit, and Psychiatrist Profit. Now Police have a new tool–or set of tools–to Ensure Profit. Gloves to shock you with, cuffs to force you to do what they want.
An Electroshock Vest
Also published on their list of Products, Compliant Technologies features something akin to a Techno Catherine-Wheel, an electroshock vest which can be remotely operated. The verbiage with it suggests that prisoners–most of whom are no doubt wrongfully and lawlessly incarcerated, for the Police are running Fraud operations–are now to be treated like cattle (who themselves should not be treated thus) with the equivalent of Cattle Prods, a barbaric electric invention which one hopes has been terminated in use everywhere.
Electroshocks attack Brain and Body both, they disrupt normal physiological functioning, they must cause a degree of cognitive impairment, something physicians must know all about, which means physicians everywhere must come forward and address this matter publicly, on radio shows and television, online and in blogs and journals.
Part of the problem here is that Psychiatrists and Military Doctors and those who run the Death Penalty Electrocution-of-Humans campaign to remain barbaric forever have approved of Electroshocks–which therefore need to be revisited by all.
Psychiatry–a cultic system of Dominance and Subjugation–has named Electroshocks “Therapy” in “Electro Convulsive Therapy” which is still being practiced, in 2025, and which must therefore be asked what “Therapy” really is (as it is turfed out of existence).
“Therapy” as used historically by psychiatrists appears to really be Forms of Torture, perhaps a Torture 101 class in the Guantanamo Bays of Medical School in the US and elsewhere: medical students are clearly being trained to accept human subjugatory practices and the torture and brain modification of humans via neurotoxic drugs and electrical Brain Stimulation as Therapy.
For most people, shocks are shocks, brain death, even for a second, or five seconds, causing convulsions of limbs and incoherence of speech and disruption of bodily function, is brain death.
Police cannot be permitted to use such obvious tools of attacking humans at the level of their brains, while both attacking their bodies and creating the potential for fall-injury anytime. This notion of “Instant Compliance”–with Electroshocks?–needs to be re-thought through by the Department of Justice, which seems to have become an Easy Torture Chamber organization instead. For clearly, these sorts of weapons have been developed by the DOJ/NIJ-Private Sector agreements hinted at by the military-law enforcement nexus involving Spectrum Weaponry ser up in 1994–and discussed, plausibly, in the 1993 Classified Non Lethal Conference in Los Alamos.
A High-Frequency Sound Shield
Then there’s the CT-SS Sound Shield which promises high-frequency damage of your ears while alleging no-injury, below-injury thresholds of issuing an audible, uncomfortable high tone, a way to control crowds in “riots, civil disturbances, and other necessary operations”–such as what? Are concentration camps in our future now?
They cannot be. This is why Journalism exists, and why Academe exists, and Writing and Speaking and the Internet exist–so we can express our thoughts on these matters, and remove wrongful weapons from the hands of police.
High frequency sound in a shield sounds all-enveloping. And how long do police envision it will be used for? How would it not damage brains and physiology–not just of humans but also all the little creatures and birds nearby?
Surely civil and personable communication over microphones and asking people to be more orderly or go a certain route at concerts or mass events is better than blasting people with high sound frequencies in an Envelop of Sound which might well damage their hearing and their health.
And casting gatherings as “riots and civil disturbances” is just plain untruthful. At this point, everyone is probably aware that Riots and Rioters are police and FBI constructions: they need to be stopped, as the Police and FBI need to be stopped, in many, many arenas of their unlawful activities.
Honestly, when did the Police decide to get so barbaric? And why is this kind of technology even being developed?
Labeled Less Lethal, these “Conductive Distraction and De-Escalation Devices” seem to have been introduced in Arizona in 2023 and 2024, as news shows and police manuals suggest. Introduced in fact in Phoenix, Arizona–why not in Boston first? Because we’re all supposed to get that double-entendre of “Phoenix operations” ongoing? [In this writer’s view, such hints and intimations of further Repression ahead are to be rejected. none of us can accept, live under, or look forward to Police Terrorism.]

Phoenix-area law enforcement demonstrates new less-than-lethal tool for physical encounters
The Phoenix story reports that this Electric Attack Weapon is being used already in California, and suggests that electrifying and shocking people into convulsions “keeps officers and suspects safe during physical encounters”. How is the suspect safe? He’s not safe from physical attack and convulsions. And why is the officer grabbing people with electric gloves when he can learn some Karate instead, or Judo, or Taekwando? Or something similar?
Now, listening to Chief Compliance Officer Dan De La Cruz there, it appears there is “no officer injury, no suspect injury”, it just “brings your brain into compliance”–right. Apart from the questionability of that statement on every level, what he is referring to is non-visible injury. Electroshocking people into convulsions is precisely that. Effects on the brain of cognitive impairment, and on the person’s basic health are not being discussed here.
So ask yourself, how many people want to permit “Law Enforcement” using Electric Gloves and TASERS into their neighborhoods?
There’s also the E-Band Restrictor, and people have to start openly addressing this issue of the Police arming themselves to the hilt with dangerous Electrical and Radio Frequency weaponry–which they think they can insist on calling “Devices” and downplay to the death–and daring to walk amongst us as if this could be permissible. Naming these weapons Non Lethal and Less Lethal or Less than Lethal and expecting that people stand down and let them physically attack with electroshocks and burn and vibration weapons is what they are doing, and is what that 1994 DOD-DOJ MOU has brought America to.
Police cannot and should not be permitted to use Weaponry that’s barbaric , through-skin, privacy-abusive, and physically abusive on anyone. Through-Wall and Through-Air and Through-Skin are physical attacks. All abuse Privacy.
In the current atmosphere as well, where “Informants” “Researchers” and Police target people for quota-capture into their many projects of crime, Police cannot be trusted to not lay those Electric Hands on anyone at any time.
Does everyone know, around the USA, what Tech the Police have and what they have been using and since when?
Not merely do all Police need to furnish such a list, they need to be open to input from all, they cannot keep secrets about weaponry used, being used, or hoped to be used on people.
Most of all, people need to heed the words and reports of those, like this writer, who have been repeatedly attacked by police informants and police–and FBI–baselessly and criminally, falsely named Mentally Ill, forced into ambulances and police cars, and physically manhandled–just so police get their way and do whatever they like to keep their projects of incredible Mental Health Fraud going, while they rush to hide the Radio Frequency High Powered Microwave Weapons, Radar Weapons, Electrical Weapons, Acoustic Neuroweapons they are using and have been using, since the time of that MOU in 1994 and possibly since much earlier. These are programs of organized crime, which have been set up and are run by a Military-Intelligence-Police-Private-Sector cartel–for all sorts of nefarious reasons including inhumane and unethical Brain and Artificial Intelligence and Biorobotics Experimentation, as well as the egregious usage and testing of what the Military have termed Counter Personnel Directed Energy Weapons and Intermediate Force Capabilities on Americans, inside America. Many have been attacked by their numerous–and apparently increasing roster of–High-Tech weapons, operated both by police and military, military-contractor, and Intelligence “testers” and “researchers’, both domestic and foreign, all of whose abusive projects of assault on our bodies and brains need to be stopped at once.
Framing People as Mentally Ill and Combative and Dangerous
Reading through the verbiage at the Compliant Technologies website, it is clear that the very large, insidious and Slavebinding construct of Mental Health Fraud being used by Police, EMS, ER doctors, and the Psychiatrists who play hard-to-get at Emergency Departments so that ER Docs will drive Police Captures up to their Psych Wards for indefinite incarceration, intellectual abuse, forced-medication, Brain-Modification and Labeling is very much in view among the Electric Glove Makers.
The Glove it seems is an acronym: Generated Low Voltage Emitter.
From the “About Us” page on their website, one learns more about Compliant’s focus on equipping “those on the front lines of public safety”–but this is not public safety.
In my three encounters in 2022, forced by Quincy Police, with Emergency Room Doctors, Nurses, and Medical technicians, all perfectly comfortable with stashing Police Captures in their corridors and quickly filled cubicles for hours and days and nights, it was perfectly clear there are no “agitated or combative patients”. There were Roleplayers, completely transparent as such, at Carney Hospital: a couple teenagers crying in elaborate narratives, one letting out yells about her boyfriend hitting her while laughing uncontrollably and prompting all the nurses to laugh with her; at South Shore Hospital: one playing confined and slightly retarded with exaggerated movements of her over-permed head, while the “CNA” –clinical nursing assistant–assigned to apparently watch the Captures seemed the most mentally unstable, getting up and inviting the writer to “dance for her”; at Bournewood Hospital, a troupe of players, one playing idiot writer, one playing jigsaw-puzzle-maestro, one offering to buy all the women a certain kind of fancy car with white leather seats and drive the writer and himself and possibly the other women too, to Montana, to a new job driving eighteen-wheelers, he said–a lovely narrative from High School English, it seemed. The CIA is very much a part of these Roleplaying outfits, the writer surmises, which still target specific people, such as in the writer’s case the writer.
The writer was written up falsely as “psychotic” and “abnormal” however–the true account of her encounters currently contained in a testimonial and letters to all hospitals and doctors encountered, being posted at False Psychiatric Profiling BEING INVALIDATED: Additional Information, With Letters | 2013-2025. Liars at both ambulance companies involved, and at Quincy Police marked down lies in their “Patient Care Reports” and “CAD Incident Report”, reported earlier, to be more fully and continuously reported until the major crime of running Mental Health Fraud on people is stopped.
The point here needs to be emphasized to those in the “Non Lethal Weapon” world: Police and EMS personnel are LYING; they are falsely casting people as dangerous, combative, aggressive, while using Force and the Threat of Force to grab and traffick them; these so-called less than lethals and non-lethals–which are Electroshock Weapons which can harm the Body and Brain, regardless of what these Corporate Sellers say–cannot be handed to Police, who are using VIOLENCE and DECEIT to attack and kidnap and incarcerate people. Electroshocking cannot be permissible.

The Biohacking and Neurobioweapons developed through Military & Justice contracts in joint projects where the Forces & Police work with Defense contractors on “Radio Dosimetry,” testing “bio-effects” and deciding on dosages, voltages, time duration for Radiation Pulse weaponry and Electroshock weaponry and Thermal Heat-Inducing Weaponry, is apparently giving way now or expanding into this phenomenon of small private corporations further developing such weapons for Police use on the ground, in the street, in our neighborhoods, in our public spaces, in prisons and possibly also Emergency Departments and asylums. “Healthcare settings” sounds ominous.
The founder and CEO of Compliant Technologies has a military background as a UH-60 Blackhawk pilot; did he participate in the Non Lethal Weapons-Testing contracts of the last 25-30 years run by the US Air Force? How did he move from Aeronautics to supplying local law with deadly electrical weaponry? Is he aware of the kind of industry he is supporting and extending? His colleague and Chief Operations Officer and President, Dan De La Cruz, seems to have a background in police and security consulting and suggests by his “International Master Instructor” title intended expansion of these electroshock products internationally.
Meanwhile, In Our Neighborhoods: Mercenary “Community Police”, Brain Thieving, and Mental Health Fraud
The sickening set-up of planted mercenaries and Brain Thieving experimenters set up around people–including this writer–daily assaulting and battering them/us with deadly “Non Lethal Weapons” through-wall, through-air, and through-skin–weaponry that is EMF Spectrum, Acoustic, Neurotech, and Nanotech–while forcing False Psychiatric Labels on them, naming them Public Safety threats and dangers, and continuing the practice of Capturing them for repeat trafficking to Emergency Departments and Psych Wards, as well as apparently Jail in a horrific program titled “The Sequential Intercept Model” now apparently to include the use of such Extreme-Barbarism Horrors as Electric Gloves and E-Band Restrictors, is absolutely unvarnished Crime, Slavery, Slavebinding, Sadism, and Human Trafficking.
Public Safety Crime is what we are looking at here, and Medical Crime, and City Crime, and State Crime, and Military Crime, and Intelligence Crime, and Homeland Security Crime, and Department of Mental Health Crime and Department of Justice Crime: It must be stopped.

Added Note: This article has been copy-edited and added to this morning, 12:03 pm, August 19, 2025, and the same has occurred during the writing: a number of cars zooming, police drones roaring by, neighbors rattling trash cans, making weird loud amplified sounds–the Black Pickup truck guy who parks in front and is Corrections/Police–loud wood clacking, and at my chakras and chest, atrial fibrillation, spine buzzing, sharp knee hits at bone and knee, all egregious but especially so: repeat attacks on my private parts and the use of bladder-attack weapons, cavitation radar at my throat and belly. These are also named “Non Lethal Weapons” no doubt by the classified-to-permit-crime crowd in the military-police sectors, and they are extreme: they permit all-round, insane bio-hacking and neurohacking, do they seem human even?
