The Police Cannot Criminalize People–but their “Sequential Intercept Model” does just that–and worse, it seeks to criminalize those THEY have first Procure-Labeled* “Seriously Mentally Ill” and whom they have decided “Need Treatment”– by which they mean Forced Drugging for Neuro Dumbing and Brain Retardation. No exaggeration, for Neurotoxic drugs dull the brain, mind, spirit, body, energy, vitality, and retard the functioning of the human brain. Which means they are taking your Intellect down here, the main thing you’ve got to move forward in life, your Career, your Profession, your Occupation, and your entire Life gets taken down BY POLICE, WITH DRUGS–and ALL ATTENDANT LABELS, LIES, LIBEL, DEFAMATION, SLANDER.
PROCURE-LABELING: Police are using Doctors, Psychiatrists, Emergency Medical Services, and Emergency Room Doctors and Nurses and Technicians to stick LYING LABELS: Lying Psychiatric Labels on people they want to OUTLAW, DISAPPEAR, BRAIN-GRAB, and SILENCE. This is Completely Illegal and Unlawful. These are POLICE CRIMES. But all these docs and psychsters: they are behaving like Police too; like DHS, they’ve been made to act like they are Police, they kowtow to Police and the “DA”, they are Doc-Police then, Medico-Police, they all have a Police Agenda, they are all engaged in the CRIMINAL FRAUD actions of Procure-Labeling for Brain Removal: Where is their Hippocratic Oath? Medicos are DOING HARM, and so are Police.

This so-called Model needs more and more Coverage until it is stopped. For it came from someone’s head, was written ON THE PAGE, which as any MBA, any MA, any M Ed. and any IT Project Manager knows, can be done very easily. If you’ve worked in Strategic Analysis, Business Development, or Needs Assessment, you know how easily this kind of thing can be drawn up, with some brainstorming and some listing. But the most insidious thing about this so-called Model is its Inversion of the FACTS. Using Present Tense, as if something is already Fact, and proceeding blithely along, it posits LIES, and uses Flow Chart Software to draw pretty little blocks and boxes with Steps to Follow, it uses Colors, which are then used continually in COVERT COMMS around all unlawfully targeted so there can be no mistaking, they think, of their EVIL AND DIABOLICAL INTENTIONS.
Note, each Police Department in the USA is using this so-called Model–a SIM–a Simulation, a Sentient Simulation, based on LIES–to build OTHER PROGRAMS with, as a so-called “strategic planning tool”– All of it is UNLAWFUL–I’m serious. The Law needs to be examined here, for they cannot arbitrarily criminalize people and youth, nor can they arbitrarily call people Mentally Ill. All, by the way, while they’re pulling out the stops developing and using TECH to give people the SYMPTOMS of “appearing” Mentally Ill. Their entire SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER and OPIOID CRISIS rhetoric is also a SCAM: further attention, coverage, and dismantling needed here too.
