Several queries sent in to Quincy District Court regarding the events of December 20, 2022 and the complicity of Court Officers in attacking the journalist and locking her up, shackled, without cause, and blacked out with drugs without her consent, for several hours during the day of December 20, 2022, a Tuesday, elicited no response. Organized crime occurred on the premises of the Courthouse that day and all the parties involved have kept remarkably silent when queried for camera footage and explanations. Since then, defying all reason, Quincy Police in fact has sought to repeat the crime a few times, egged on by local Sentient Simulation scripters telling lies. Quincy Police has recently harassed the journalist further, necessitating further coverage to set the record straight regarding false reports by planted mercenaries. This follows on several previous news reports including one reporting egregious actions against the writer last Spring, in May 2024.
The focus here continues to be on that day in December when all conspired to deprive the journalist of rights.

Brewster Ambulance has been apprised of their unlawful actions that day and earlier, in April. Strapping down a journalist and knocking her unconscious–and writing down lies on a Patient Care report form–is no small matter. Alleging the Journalist was in the throes of Suicide and Psychosis, mysterious words and concepts both–and fabricated–yet failing to respond when queried for the video footage, then trafficking her to not one but two hospitals, into Psych Wards and False Labeling as well as more Black Operation CIA skullduggery, is evidence of criminal behavior in Defamation, False Claim, Deception for Purposes of Profiteering Fraud, Human Trafficking, and Procurement for Illicit Purposes.
It’s Not “Care” When It’s Capture With Deadly Drugs in a Syringe
Brewster Ambulance refused to respond to requests for medical records. The Brewster “Patient Care Report” found included in the quite-falsified record held by South Shore Hospital where Brewster drove their ambulance and its captive to the evening of December 20, 2022, a record sent to this writer (by South Shore Health) only after multiple requests, was filled with egregious lies, reported earlier here: Letter to Mark Brewster, CEO, Brewster Ambulance Requesting Corrections of All Lies and Fabrications on “Patient Care Report” for 12/20/2022.
The writer was not Mentally Ill then, earlier or later–and the lies maintained in Police and Health and Insurance databases alleging such are lies, which have been addressed earlier:
The inventive notations on that form in fact (posted below) are to be seen to be believed. Lies apparently are how Brewster gets people into its Patient database and its records of millions of Emergency Calls. Mental Illness is probably at an all-time high all over the South Shore because Brewster says so.

Quincy Police Has Long Been Aware–and Been Made Aware–I’m Not the Slightest Bit “Mentally Ill”
Quincy Police, when queried regarding their second break-in into the writer’s home (the first on April 14, 2022) that morning–apparently on a call from the spouse-impersonator of the moment, a despatch from Price Waterhouse where the writer’s spouse worked, a man found to be a clone or life-impersonator of the writer’s spouse, not discerned as such at the time thanks to covert drugging in the home possibly for months via HVAC vents and food and water poisoning–all of it is no doubt a CIA Production, maybe a CIA-Harvard-MIT-Broad Institute production, matters the writer speculates about but is also fairly certain about, who else could it be? [Two knocks on the front door, LRAD, 9:15 pm, 4/24/2025, assenting apparently]–returned a CAD Incident Report with lies recorded on it, revealing the names of the two Police men who had attacked the writer to be M. Millane and J.O’Donnell. [Posted below.]
Subsequent queries on the notation of a “court order” associated on this CAD Incident Report with this sojourn in the Courthouse Lockup returned a “No Records” response from the Lieutenant Terence McDonnell who had lied similarly in April 2022, apparently seeking to erase all actual record and notice of Armed Police presence on the writer’s porch on April 13, 2022, working hard to co-opt her spouse into branding the Journalist reporting the use on civilians of military neuroweaponry and radio frequency microwave and millimeter wave weaponry and conducted electrical weaponry (some of which the Police casually acknowledge as in Use now–as if public input were not required, and as if their Use cannot be mentioned by anyone) as Mentally Ill, Delusional, Paranoid, and open up it appears a whole series of false-claim Police attacks on her and intrusions into her Private Home and Garden, all playing out this pathetic false-claim “Mentally Ill” narrative, since that moment on April 13, 2022 to a few days ago, April 21, 2025. [Protecting in this way the fusion center contractors working for Defense and Intelligence and private-sector parties, using Criminal methodologies of Unconsented-to RFID Implanting, Nanotech-Spraying, Neurotech-applying-through-wall and other such to acquire what they coyly term “Brain Data”–attacking neural networks and processes, memory, vocabulary, brain connectivity and other such for their private harvesting pleasure–operating without consent, ethics, oversight, fact, truth, attention to human rights, civil rights, bodily autonomy, sovereignty, sense, reason, discernment, awareness of rights, consciousness, or the Law.] [This correspondence is below.]
In my letter of response to the then-new Chief of Police, Mark Kennedy, on November 25, 2023, where I once more sought an explanation for, and audio and video record of Quincy Police actions against me that day, December 20, 2022, I pointed out quite clearly to the Chief that all allegations by Quincy Police and Brewster Ambulance of my being in any way “mentally ill” or “in psychosis” or “in crisis” were false, and that the Section 12 from Massachusetts Code is an abusive and wrongfully-made statute which does not apply moreover to anyone on Land and Soil.
Vital to note that both Quincy Police and Brewster Ambulance had been sent Notifications of harm succeeding their first unlawful kidnap of the Writer on a false-claim by a planted police mercenary, a woman, from 153 Pine on April 14, 2022, Notices of Claim thereafter, with Letters also sent to the Police Chief at the time, Paul Keenan. Press releases, interviews, panels, and a testimonial published and sent to them in November 2022 published the truth of the matter and apprised all readers of the facts. Both parties had been apprised and knew of the writer’s Privacy Status on Land and Soil, expatriated from any and all status prior in Maritime/Admiralty jurisdiction: Neither therefore could in any way lay hands on the Writer ever again, alleging anything at all, and yet they did, on December 20, 2022: And yes, this is All Crime.

At South Shore Hospital that evening [more in Letters below], after several bouts of being knocked unconscious–so her blood could be stolen, her arm syringe-shot with painful nanotech, her spine rearranged with more nanotech, probably quantum nano dots, her teeth twisted about (so she could never speak or smile again), her heart implanted with radio tags so sick pilots could hunt her heart down from multiple levels of “Space” and issue remote-access heart attacks–well, so all of them could do that, particularly the police and court people now parked next door–her eyes overlaid with a square soft contact lens fitted with wifi so the spies at the NSA and CIA could instantly see what she saw from then on, more BCI tech set up on her skull, more cochlear implants in ears, more microphones and speakers–were they trying to make her a Media Spy? Who knows–so they could tell themselves the Writer was a “Cyborg” now–which she’s not, she’s getting rid of these bugs—this writer was attacked in another lobby in the back by more men in black and thrown into a white van, coming to in the parking lot as she was being loaded in like a sack of dead garlic (bulbs), strapped to a stretcher.
Midwest, a White Unmarked Van with Black-Uniformed Captors: CIA Perhaps?
[The Second Ambulance Kidnapping now, perhaps a little past Midnight, the night of December 20, 2022–but the South Shore Hospital Medical Records have lied, they have run Elaborate Scenarios in those records to deny and disappear the actual Time of Capture into the second ambulance.]
It was night, it was dark, there seemed to be yellow sulphur lights in the South Shore Hospital parking lot, the van was white and unmarked and large although the cabin in the back quite small, there were no seats at the side and no windows to the back, like the Brewster Ambulance had. A pale black-clad woman sat behind–apparently reading thoughts with a Brain Decoder–and when the writer twisted her head back to ask her where they were going, she said something like “Norwood”, and Yes, it’s another place, and was silent thereafter. Being focused on her Kidnapping Crimes, which she was no doubt writing up as “Needed Emergency Services”. The writer was left to silently deal with this new bout of Trauma and Terror–hallmarks of DOD-CIA-MI5 Black Operation crime, reported in the past several years by many to her in podcasts, emails, phone conversations. Not that she was remembering this just then. Physically sick and in the hands of strangers, in the dark, the rain, in that dim whitish grey pallor of that unmarked van, she was left to conjure up images of ancient 18th-century Mental Asylums, grim with barred windows and cold stone corridors, and a horrible thought of being strapped into a wheelchair (as she had just been) and left to rot forever in a State Institution for the forever damned. Given the horrors of that night in a hospital, the writer understood the woman behind might have a truncheon–or a horse-syringe–to knock her out with and stayed silent after that, feeling only later as they kept driving that this woman and the male driver would have to turn that van around at their destination and take her home shortly. These knowings were in her Private Mind inside her Private Head, and no one should have been able to hear them. But apparently with Brain Decoders, women in black–suggesting Mass Police here not EMS alone–can do this amazing thing, and did. Proof of this came later–and will be discussed elsewhere shortly.
Suffice to say that woman and the man in front–there were two, one driving the truck and one sitting beside, seen when the writer turned her head slightly to speak to the woman behind, in a seemingly half open or open cab, probably busy Brain Decoding right alongside Ms. Truncheon there–were in cahoots with the young male Receiving RN at Bournewood, when the truck arrived, and all three of them had a most revealing conversation exposing the fact that Brain Decoding was a matter of course to them. Leaving the writer alone in the cold vestibule (of December), the Psych Nurse hurried to the door where the stretcher had stopped and stayed some minutes talking with the white van staff. “She thinks we’re going to take her back home, ” said the black-clad lady police-playing-EMS CIA spy, whispering–it was after all past midnight. And how exactly would she know that? “Oh really,” chortled the Chris Napolitano who should have let me go home at once. “She thinks we’re going to turn the ambulance around and take her home.” Chris, whispering and conspiring, clearly was used to hearing what the new “patients” had been thinking in that ambulance, as they were driven over. “I’m here under duress,” I informed him, the first thing I said, “I need to go home, I’m a journalist, I’m an Internationally Protected Person,” none of which seemed to register. “Yes well, this way please” and Clank Clank, keys opening, steel doors cracked open into the first corridor (the only one on that floor actually) of the Psych Asylum where no doubt the CIA had long practiced their Dark Arts of disappearing people. Yes we are speaking of Psychiatric Collusion and Police Collusion with Military Neuroscience, and what that means is: Psychs and Psych RNs and Psych Wards and Police-EMS are both cognizant of the so-called advances of military Neuroscience and using them, in many different ways, while pretending wholesale that people are Mentally Ill when they are beyond Sane, they are Thinking “Normally”–and they know it. [And Normal is another matter to closely report on, shortly.]
It was Bournewood, not Norwood and dark when we arrived and I was taken into this unknown and apparently historic institution, unlawfully “admitted” as an actual in-patient in a mental asylum, in the middle of the night, in the middle of nowhere that I could recognize, with no one from my family by my side, for no reason that I could discern, either then or later, by this strange, small, smiling man, Christopher Napolitano, later found to be a Psych Nurse minding that first floor with its eventual Pandora box of startlingly sane yet strangely SRP-like characters, and by a whole bunch of other eager (probably spycho) medics keen to Commit the journalist to a life of Labeling and Lies (I must say every Psycho I have met so far in these hallowed halls of Boston fame have all seemed to quite want me to Stay and keep staying…): looking at those revealing yet lying South Shore “records”: by an unknown MD Olga-Novikov-King who signed a Section 12 form in South Shore applying for Emergency Restraint and Involuntary Hospitalization (while she had just ensured all kinds of chemical and physical restraint on the body lying prone on that operating table and there definitely was some Involuntary Hospitalization going on) apparently at Another institution–when her job was surely to let me go from this one, but No, by another unknown MD Andrea Terenzio named as supposedly receiving me at Bournewood but whom I never met, meaning he wasn’t there, he didn’t receive me, while I was written as needing to be made an inpatient by the most exceptionally sneakily-acting “Dr. Chen” at South Shore Hospital, the only MD–apart from Dr. Wen–I had met, after he had me knocked out by his team of South Shore men who seemed to be enjoying practicing their combat-vet skills in flipping me over onto another operating table and strapping me down Citizen-style (they couldn’t have thought I was Priyanka Chopra, maybe Lady Death instead), and then signed off as a Dr. Chin instead, a much younger one as pictured on the South Shore website. The Department of Public Health (DPH), which licenses Ambulance Services and Social Workers, when queried regarding the terms of the Massachusetts contracts with Brewster Ambulance and Midwest Medical Transport Co.–found to be the second ambulance company which trafficked the Writer and Journalist from South Shore Hospital Annexe to Bournewood Hospital in Brookline in Boston in the middle of that night–alleged that no licensing contract for Midwest existed, although early explorations online showed a Massachusetts presence for this ambulance company. The licensing contract with Brewster Ambulance was sent by DPH, and was reported earlier here, as soon as the writer could, for the implications for all Americans were and are enormous and unsettling:
More reportage is needed within the larger context of what the US Department of Health and Human Services is doing, and what the Department of Defense has set up with the Department of Health and Human Services, especially in light of the continuing fixation on Vaccines, Pandemics, Emergencies, and “Behavioral Health”, which has permitted Brain Modification within the Halls of Medicine, with thoughtless or corrupt buy-in from doctors, nurses, medical students, as well as Police. [Knocks from the Mazzeo shed and on shielding, 1:35 am.] That the Police, and obviously those who run them, are engaged in Brain Modification is a huge and horrifying subject which needs further investigation and reportage.
There is no question I have been targeted as a journalist and writer speaking my mind by a very corrupt Police-Medico mechanism operating in Quincy, Boston, and the South Shore which has sought to attach Psychiatric Labels to me to both stop my journalism and writing and attack my Brain with, they have hoped, lifelong Neurotoxic and Neuroretarding drugs, a Biochemical Weapon, to add to all the other Weapon-use aimed here, the fate of all labeled with “Schizophrenia” who are force-medicated “on court order.” [RNM on my right thigh, 1:45 am, 4/27/2025.] On this latest capture on December 20, 2022–which is their Last; I am writing to ensure No Police force ever again approaches me with intent to Kidnap–notations on the South Shore medical record claimed an arrival with “Unspecified psychosis” while Bournewood’s discharge sheet claimed “Bipolar, with current episode manic with severe features” a repeat usage of Michael Reily, MD’s casual claim at the Steward Carney ER in April in intent to force a move up to the Carney Psych Ward, his intent openly stated and heard by all–or perhaps a repeat usage of my riff on that particular form of Psych insanity: Scatter Notes in Dystopia | Bipolar I — Severe, Acute, Manic: A Blue-Black Production of the Bloodsucker Clan. Random, creative claims seem to typify the Emergency Medicine and Psychiatry approach to disappearing people. Do they all know they are lying or do they succeed in deceiving some? The system they have set up, they believe, protects them. They fly on lies, baseless claims, all of it intended defamation. The Ambulance companies are lying, apparently the most creatively and with the most terrifying narratives and claims. Brewster suggested “suicide” and “psychosis” [a lie they all use freely: “psychosis” apparently means (that is, to the Mental Health club of criminals) delusions, hallucinations, hearing voices, and no one apparently has to actually say any of this applies or has ever happened–I didn’t–it’s slapped on by rote, it seems, like a sticker) [They cannot function without lies] [whacks on shielding, 2:34 am, 4/27/2025] and Midwest is written up in the United health insurance record–sparsely, I have little information from them currently–as claiming “unspecified schizophrenia spectrum”–and this an ambulance company of three who attacked me in the lobby of the South Shore Annexe by simply boxing me in with a stretcher and sticking a syringe in me so I passed out. They obviously know they are behaving criminally, but they have set up a system, they are doing this to many, and they seem to believe that they can operate this way “under classified cover” because they are “protected.” Yes, Police protect this crime, but No, neither they nor Brewster nor any other ambulance company can attack people like this, in Law–with devious intent to disappear people with Mental labels–just so the Brain Thieves from DARPA, CIA, DIA, NSA, FBI can abuse them with Brain Mapping tech and Brain Modification tech, removing them from their lives. April 27, 2025, 12:03 pm: I also wrote to the Massachusetts Acting Attorney-General and to Bournewood fairly soon after the horrors of December 20-29, 2022. I was still under attack then–with neurotoxic drugs and with spouse-impersonation fraud and child-impersonation fraud–and did not know it. There are errors therefore in these letters, errors of assumption regarding the spouse-impersonators responsible for these crimes. I will post the letters anyway, with a note. The Bournewood letters have been published recently. Not long after I sent those, In January 9 and January 19, 2023, I was attacked–perhaps in retaliation by the Mil-Intel criminals who have and are deploying these weapons–with neuroweaponry again, in both a specific attack and an extended attack, which lasted for months, freezing my ability to address these crimes in a timely way, immediately, that is. Hence the picking up of my investigations here in late 2023. I must also report I was intensely retaliated against in November 2022 directly after sending off my Living Testimonial and Letters of Claim to all parties involved in the Steward Carney Kidnap and Trafficking of April 12-19, 2022, which I reported on Twitter as it was happening and to some extent elsewhere here in reports and letters. The intense horror of those retaliatory attacks led me to publish revocation of my monetary claims. Requests for Medical Records:
Several requests for medical records were made by telephone and fax to South Shore Hospital before something was sent, and it is full of lies. Requesting the correct medical record did not yield response. This document therefore is not being posted currently; what it offers is an insight into the criminality of the physicians, Security Guards, Nurses, and Psychiatrists at South Shore Hospital, and it will be further reported. There is clearly a Special Access, CIA presence at South Shore Hospital, who engaged freely in Assault and Battery [instant light plane, groaning over backyards, 6:18 pm, April 30, 2025] after knocking me unconscious, and people all over Massachusetts need to know how criminal hospitals, Emergency Rooms, and nurses and doctors and technicians have become. Attacking people in Emergency Rooms and lying on paper is not Health Care. And working casually with Special Access, DOD-CIA Black Ops criminals using Anesthesia to wipe out consciousness and memory first is Open Crime, not “Classified for National Security.”
