So, before the faux Biden-Harris Administration bid their audience goodbye and headed out of the non-White House, they apparently set in motion a number of Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder initiatives designed to bring the nation to its knees and every adolescent, firefighter, and Marine Corps vet used to visiting his favorite bar (minus girlfriend) into SAMSHA programs for life, Labeled and Marked, Tagged and Starred in every Police and Homeland Security database known to man (as Seriously Disturbed, Offender for Life, No Parole, Addicted or To-Be-Addict-Soon and Suicidal to boot) just so Mass can bring its numbers up (and every other State of State)–One in three in Mass Mentally Ill soon, remember.
Take a look at the Press release dated September 10, 2024 (link below): lots of choice offerings there, for the building of newer and newer Mental Health and Suicide Prevention initiatives–when a few [teaching) job-denied MFAs could be given grants instead, to start Creativity Centers, Dance Studios, Community Art, Playwrights’ Theatre, Writers’ Centers, Bookstores, and Cafes, for youth and adults alike, no likelihood of “Suicide” induced–and overseen–by “Cognitive Behavioral Therapists” or “Addiction Therapists” anywhere then. [Yes, the implication here is just that: There is a Malevolent coterie of criminals operative in the worlds of Psychiatry, Medicine, and Mental Health–aided by so-called Government, which is using “Public Safety” and “Public Health” wrongfully–which actually tells those brought to them how “Suicide” can be accomplished, and hands them “alternate drugs” to supposedly get them off their previous drug fix while in fact further addicting or poisoning them or both.]

The “Sequential Intercept Model” is something I came across really just by chance I think, shortly after the two women from Who Knows Where landed up on my doorstep a couple days ago, shouting my given name, breaching the distinct Mini-Door at my porch entrance, knocking on my door, whispering “Can you open the door?” as if I might be unable to but must really, and as if I must respond when strange women I do not know–in a Situation of Nonstop Provocation, Harassment, and Attack from local Planted mercenaries, not to mention Syringed and Sharpshot Haldol’ing, Implanting, and Chasing into one’s own house–show up and start affecting an acquaintance that does not exist. I have briefly covered this at Notes & Updates, February 4, 2024.
For some reason, the past couple days I have been led to take a break from my other major focus, Non Lethal & Neuro Weapon Use on Americans and people worldwide, and examine some of the information surrounding the US Inc.’s fixation on Mental Health, Behavioral Health, and Community Policing.
What I have found is of so mind-blowing a nature that I knew I had to look into it a little more to figure out what exactly it was.
And I think I have found out now exactly what it was–and it is most certainly going to become a Was for all of us soon–for it is Egregious, it is Outrageous, it is Unlawful, and it is Absurd beyond thought. To think that grown men and women came up with this Capture Plan to capture people unlawfully false-psych-labeled, thence further provoked, thence traumatically dragged Again into the Mental Health system, and simultaneously the fraudulently-constructed, post-Church-Committee MK-ULTRA-tagged “Behavioral Health” System, thence, absurdly and illegally and unlawfully and illogically into the corrupt, Networked-Orange-Freemasonry & Knights of Columbus & Secret Society run Illuminati system playing “Justice” “Courts” and “Judicial System”, is just beyond comprehensible. This, I have begun to suspect, is precisely what has been playing out around me and my neighborhood, day after day after day, for two years now, ever since the Boston FBI, Quincy Police, and local CIA–active inside the local Post Office and Police HQ both–decided they would do the Unacceptable and Unthinkable, and steal my Spouse and Child out of my home–a Criminal Matter the CIA-FBI-QPD-DHS will certainly hear more about from me–while suddenly opening a New Life of Absurdity—close to the Bourne Identity, Twilight Zone, and such–around me.

“The Sequential Intercept Model” is a Program of Criminal Fraud. It is unlawful, it is illegal, it keeps to no laws. It seeks to incarcerate people first unlawfully tagged and labelled Mentally Ill. Take a look at the endless numbers of Sequential Intercept Model documents online at every State of State’s compendious coffers of crime, some reproduced below, and recognize, what I have recognized: There is no Hope for these absolute manic, self-obsessed Freaks from the inner reaches of Hell, and the only way out for any of us [in addition to Daily Reportage of Crimes Against You] is to go all the way to Become Private, and Stay Private. Do not answer the door when criminal “roleplayers” and “actors” from the local CIA, FBI, AI Psy Ops Bureau knocks–for they have no business knocking, when the Privacy signs in your yard, on your door, on your porch walls quite clearly explain you are living in the Private, your home is Private, your body is Private, your Brain is Private–and no-one has any right whatsoever to come banging on your door pretending to be offering you “Services.” Services which are offering you Crime. Services which are offering you New False Labels, not only as a “Mentally Ill” ostrich, but as a “Criminally Mentally Ill” stoat, which must close its eyes as soon as it is born (into the Criminal Judicial System of Maritime Crime).
Last summer and fall, Quincy Police were incessantly at my door, knocking and yelling and banging on the doorbell. At one point a whole truckload of them arrived to yell and bang and knock. FOIA requests I made yielded inexplicable “CAD Incident Reports” which suggested brazenly the Boys in Blue had come “to arrest” me. For what? Compelled to pause my (much-needed) journalism, I wrote a letter to William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth and Chief Public Records Officer to protest this Harassment and request he end this crazed behavior by black-uniformed armed men pretending to know me and yelling out my given name in the street, as if I had permitted them to. That letter is here, and seemed to have produced a positive effect, for no police came that close to me after that. But why were they here at all? And why did they believe they could defame me in this fashion? And why did strange women appear at my door–actually climbing onto my porch as if invited–two days ago?
Because, “Wheelspinning”? The Mazzeo-CIA set couldn’t think of anything else so they simply sent the “Behavioral Health” police in–as apparently is their Landed Red-Beard Privilege?
Last week, or maybe ten days ago, I witnessed the older man who comes by now and then to the Mazzeo house with the new black-grey SUV with the license plates 3 ACT 74 (advertising the CIA Affiliation right there) hustle out of his car and pause deliberately by the back door of that house with an aluminum case in his hand, with one side of it painted Pink. I wondered if he was trying to suggest one of the Mazzeo inmates had given birth to a (female) child. (Unlikely given previous crass behavior I have witnessed, of Mazzeos throwing supposed babies [American dolls] in car seats into the back of their car then driving off in haste, not bothering to Buckle Up.) I wondered about that Pink. For good reason, for these bizarre, unsettled Criminals who work the back shelves in the “Secret Services” industry use things like Color, and Numbers, and Symbols to apparently engage in Covert Comms for them, to speak so they don’t have to, and they can pretend to be Eternally Dumb instead [A crazed car just sped up the hill, making a pointed noise: may be just local Khazarian Mafia, being Moody though: 7:32 pm, 2-6-2025]. I looked at a few Intercept Model brochures and documents and realized what that Pink was. [Take a look below.]
It is Hubris, dressed up as “Process,” “Model” and “Project.” It is a Phishing scam, and all encountering such Mania in their neighborhoods, schools, porches, and stores in Massachusetts (and probably everywhere) are advised, Never to answer to the police if summoned by someone else, never to hang around talking to them, never answer the door, and [staying safe inside, not breathing a word if they lean on the doorbell and bang and yell and generally behave in a Disorderly fashion] give them 3 to five minutes [to stop shouting and ringing and Depart], which is the regular timespan in which they seem to need to Leave the Area: Police cannot hang around people’s private homes, it is clear [Why should they? Are they planning Burglaries? Or attempting Procurement of your Body for Covert Implants and NeuroTunneling Drugs–and False Psych Labels of SCHIZOPHRENIA perhaps? Both are Crimes.] and the same is true in Winter as in Spring and Summer and Fall.
Police departments and SAMSHA cannot come up with a Plan, Model, Process, or Project which abrogates all your rights, invades Privacy, acts on False-Claims from planted mercenaries (with fusion center contracts), and seeks to falsely psychiatrically label you and falsely indict, arraign, and incarcerate you, alleging Mental Disability or Addiction–which is what the “Sequential Intercept Model” promises to do.
