11:37 am: For about two minutes police sirens whooped and hollered–new sounds, being tested. This went on perhaps for two minutes, perhaps more. I noticed the time at 11:35 and it was 11:36 when it stopped. Sounded like Newport. Near the T. If Police Sirens are permitted to make such a racket like this everyday–as they did yesterday and the day before, what they are doing is Creeping Along into our Consciousness, and into the Suppression of Our Consciousness. Those nearby who see and hear such action must instantly do some FOIA requesting of the City and the Police Department to ask why this happened. Do not let it keep happening. You and I are here to Speak, to Question, to Ensure our communities live in Peace and act in Peace. These are people calling themselves “Community Police” which is a Lie. They can neither be Community Police nor can they be “Police” if they think whooping and tearing into the Quiet of our Daytime like that is perfectly acceptable: Do not accept it.
11:44 am: Hens now, clucking, light plane overhead. All day yesterday: those planes, then helicopters. Today as well, helicopters. Last night, military planes over cloud cover and light planes, and helicopters. They have different kinds of helis, some more offensive than others. Hen still clucking and calling, 11:46 am. They are torturing hens again: Neuro Activation, they must believe, is something we all have to get used to.
12:04 pm: Right after I published the Reporter’s Note (this one), more Sound Harassment erupted. Power washing, dogs barking, planted Mercs yelling, planes somewhere, etc. Heart congestion frequencies, Chen side, Moran, and Mergel.
2:47 pm: Attempting to shield MS-skin paralysis weapons on left thigh. Shock a few minutes ago from the back area where a new BLUE SUV has parked itself all the way down at 146 Pine and a small Chinese looking man spent some time whacking nails into wood of a porch loudly–witnessed, around 2:24 pm, for some minutes. CIA COVERT ACTION? which I am probing currently in the Church Committee Report.

7:48 pm: A loud thump at shielding at my left breast just after I heard a drone climb above–loud whooshing sound far away of many planes, steadily driving across Elmwood probably as they often do–and a police squawk siren–announcing Non Lethals in the Vicinity? How kind, to announce them!–just before I was hit. Heart congestion frequencies, and ELFs on the bed from the Mazzeo/142 Pine side–the house with the big machinery–although 146 is in between. The Military and CIA clearly know something about sending ELFs across houses and walls and drives I don’t. They have spent YEARS developing this knowledge. DECADES probably. All those scientists from India, China, Japan, Germany, Russia working with them to perfect the art of HUMAN DESTRUCTION with medical biophysical Weaponry.
7:55 pm: The whole day has been spent (by them) in shouting, yelling, sending pitter patter raindrop RF to my chest, face, arms, shoulders, back of head, from all directions. Kids scooting and shouting outside in the afternoon–a curious all-male-kid scenario, for the QDC-QPD crowd are still playing their old Crime-Please-Target-Us games. One Act, is what they want. I would like to spend the REST OF MY NO DOUBT QUITE SHORTENED AND ATTENUATED LIFE reading all these crazed Acts, Policy, and Doctrine documents. The Military seems to have pursued Mayhem for a very long time. And the CIA unfortunately make for good HISTORIC reading and not much else–too much gasping and choking as one reads, really. Why would they not pray for their own dissolution? I don’t get it.
8:00 pm: I suspect the CIA would like me to keep babbling. For that reason, I will keep Silent. There is much to say about Each and Every One of Them, and I suggest Everyone Say it. Unlike some writers, I won’t be pursuing them as my Lone Subject.
11:34 pm: Very loud blast-hits from Mazzeo side on shielding as I cower under Reflectix and write. Was looking up the Mass.gov site for their latest on Behavioral Health Councils. A plane could be heard high above.
It is still cold outside today after the sudden plunge in temps 3 days ago, I am wearing a sweater.
I have been sorely hit again in private parts & on bladder–the hits have come from the Chen liming house side, the Starsiak house side and that boat the Chevy Traverse once again parked there and which is sitting there now, the grey cars and GMC on the hill and that white car. They know it is all crime and that is quite intensive crime especially, private part blasting, so why do they keep doing it? Low level audio projected in now and they have started to do this in every room.
11:46 pm: Earlier around 10:49 pm when I looked at the time, Kimby J was sitting in her car–the black SUV–tail lights on. It was dark, but she had gone out to monitor me for I had gone down for a drink of water. They do this all the time and it is obvious. Prior, I was upstairs, near 9 perhaps, I saw a silver pick up come park and a young child got out and went in. They are using children for these decimations.
11:57 am: I put the trash out today, pausing to pick up some milkweed which has spread. A black SUV with bright lights on came charging down the hill. I tore out of the drive and back to the backyard, wat [to be completed shortly, 9:52 am, 5/21/2025, PC drained of battery several times last night].–[4:15 pm, 5/21/2025]: …waiting to see what it was–a black Nissan minivan style thing of the kind Monica and Dana had had–before I locked the side-door and went inside. Clearly someone had called up a zoomer, timed–it was early morning, before eight. It seemed to me then, after thinking about it, they were trying to get me agitated or get me to think I was getting a heart condition for they were blasting me at the heart shortly after when I was downstairs. Same up here and I was shielding then. [Sudden squawk of police sirens as I write this now on 5/21 at 4″21 pm, ELFs on the bed and RF thudhits on all sides. 9:43 am: At 9:40 am, as I took a brief, conscious breath, reading through parts of the John St. Clair Akwei pdf reposted at my website, a “Stop!” issued on a kind of Lower-Volumed yet quite audible Air-Horn-like Honk from the streets nearby, perhaps from behind or Elmwood to my right. Yes, they have been issuing sharp warnings now as I write, and as I BREATHE. Do they call this DETERRENCE, and NON LETHAL or LESS THAN LETHAL? I figured that the reason I have been hearing more sirens here and that Ngoan Chen running a kind of whistling microwave-done sound from the garden basement at 156 Pine these Chens are occupying before I was slam-hit with heat day before yesterday as reported is their sudden waking up to “Announcing Non Lethal Weapon Use in the Community First”–a weird setup they have contrived for themselves: We can Sound it first then blast her with a Heat/ADS weapon or Heart Attack weapon or Knee Blast nsEP, that exonerates us surely?. They HAVEN’t been doing this for the 7 years or so that they’ve been here, but hey, why not start now? 9:54 am: Intense attention to my HEART and CHEST with continuous RF being sent here as well as numerous times, nsEP, suspected, trying to tear into Muscle in that region from above, from the middle area, and from below to the left: OBVIOUS ATTEMPTS TO CAUSE A MAJOR HEART ATTACK EMERGENCY–all sides involved. 9:55 am.

11:44 am (surmising time-stamp): Was twice-hit simultaneously at top of head and middle of chest for a double jerkshock of head and upper body and chest.
11:49 am: There have been thudhits on RR shielding on top. Blasted in the face throughout and nose leaking with RF HPM/MMW downstairs while making and eating a small brunch (chapathis with aloo gobhi).
12:06 pm: Drone above, nsEP on right knee (Chens and Mergels.) Sound of a plane. Knee in pain from continuous electric pulses for the last 3-5 days, every single morning before I rise, both the Mazzeos and the Chens sending clasping, paralyzing electrical bone-conductance electrical hits from their installations on the fence and generators (Chen Limings) and from their roofs (Mazzeos)–these shooters are small, I have photographed them, exactly the same as in the Army reference manual. 12:10 pm.
12:10 pm: I have just stuck a basting pan against my back against a pillow and some more baking sheets behind it and slid Reflectix over my forehead under the steel colander hardhat I am using to fend off the intense High-Frequency pulses. I was falling asleep and finding I could remember little of some parts of what I have covered/written about. This is not normal nor is it dementia. It is infrared pulses at my hippocampus–back part of brain/top of spine region–revealed in the Air Force docs I have gotten back to trying to report–where Memory is housed, and also RF pulses at my forehead where frontotemporal dementia is placed, with weapons. That area houses the cerebral cortex which also connects with Memory.

A very fast moving plane suddenly flew up here–maybe a police drone, at 12:45 pm.

Then they blast the back of my brain stem to get the amygdala and hippocampus to wipe out any other reading and writing and learning memory. They blast my temples both sides to put me to sleep as I am reading and trying to finish my article. Applied at level of the bed so I could not survive without shielding (sitting on things, meaning using damping and obstructing materials to slow and halt the vibrations. 5:59 pm: Police sirens again, and they are making new sounds. Perhaps they know what these sounds mean and perhaps they think they are acclimating us to their new sounds–and the CONSTANCY of their new sounds, on and on and on over the hours, sometimes 5 or 10 or more times a day. HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE? IT IS NOT. The people of every town need to rise up and ask the police what kind of sirens these are and why they are running this continuous noise harassment. How many prisoners are they escorting to jail? How many adolescents are they capturing for their Mental Health crime courts where they the POLICE are committing the crime? The entire Mental Health-Police link needs to be BROKEN , it is UNLAWFUL and CRIMINAL. We have to question the POLICE and we have to question the CITY. They cannot unilaterally decide to PERSECUTE us and expect that we will go along with it. And no, 18-year-reigning MAYORS don’t get the last word here. That’s corruption, not credible. The real-estate devouring and desecration of old buildings for new contracts and new projects in this town tell everyone what is going on here–exactly what went on in Iraq with Halliburton and Dyncorp. People must pay attention: read the Quincy Sun and the Patriot Ledger, find out what is happening locally, also the Boston Globe and Herald; we are the ones who must, reading, thinking, writing, MAKE A DIFFERENCE here. City Councilors like Ian Cain who protested “anonymous tips” to the Patriot Ledger against the proposed statues at Sea Street of Roman Centurions must know he is speaking against Journalism and against the Thinking Power and Interests of the People, who need to speak always and be heard–meaning Listened To, not fobbed off post-conversation.
6:19 pm: Blast hits on shielding I have pulled up against my head–Mazzeo side. A minute ago it was from the Chen Liming side and Starsiak side–difficult to shield. But the CIA “researchers” here: BRAIN THIEVES have been aiming at my prefrontal cortex, hippocampus, and amygdala lately–a major hit yesterday eve while downstairs from the Moran and Mergel and Chen sides forced me to run for a pan to stick on my head as I made tea and sought some quiet time from the lunacy of their zooming and RF blasts. Memory and semantic memory are what they were after then I believe, for there is nothing better they want than to reduce me to a chattering chipmunk. Women’s brains are simply too problematic to deal with they’ve decided–the whole 105 of them with blond and red beards in that hellhole of crime next door–and blasting my brains out would solve every world problem. MEN, they believe, MUST RULE. And women had better hide their brains RIGHT NOW or they will be fair game and they will be TARGETED. They will NEVER give up their Neuroweapons and their IDIOT PROJECTS of Brain Cloning and Brain Heterodyning, and so EVERYBODY BETTER WATCH OUT! Stay silent and say nothing while they call the POLICE and lie to them. 6:38 pm: Before I forget, let me report that ever since I caved and watched another blighted episode of The Royals again yesterday, the Mazzeos–who may have honeymooned in India over spring break–have been piping in Hindi words and phrases to sail smoothly over synth frequencies so it seems like the Hindi Conversational Center has taken up residence in the computer and the heater and the running water. By the birdfeeder the Chens are doing the same, Holosound more, so the vines and fence offer me vocabulary and syntax in equal portion–they all so want me to revive my Hindi! Please, drop your fabulous ENGLISH and come over here to HINDI! Well I do think Hindi is a lovely language and I am certainly reviving mine with the Royals–where some of the actresses seem to be becoming more and more like people I know as the series progresses (subtly changing the contours of their face, much like Serena)–but I don’t want the Reflectix and the fence to feed me words, thank you. There is no consent to Sneak Rosetta, and I far prefer to slave over my learning as anyone else would, by MYSELF–perhaps in contrast to what 20-year old SPIES would like to do (devour WOMENS’ brains, it looks like)–and besides, I would like my daughter and myself and perhaps her father to return to Hindi by ourselves and travel again in the North of India together sometime–perhaps with our cousins and her womb-sisters. 6:45 pm.
7:19 pm: Insistent bug-bite Techno on my left shoulder from a seeming drone or handheld from the Mazzeo attic as I contemplate including the Police-CFC MOU (from ACLU Mass) in my article. Why should this be a problem? Sadly, Crime-Concealment may be the answer.
7:29 pm: Intense almost-laser hit at left auditory cortex, necessitating increased shielding. Starsiak tenants and Mazzeos appear to be colluding. Wild howl from the street meanwhile, from one of the imported Police kids perhaps.
