Privacy and Property Attacked by the City of Quincy in Seemingly Bullying Repeat Attack on Author’s Home & Native Plants

In what appears to be a repeat bullying attack on the Author’s home and native plants, the thriving native blooms on the edge of the lot were razed on Saturday July 26, 2025 by an unknown party, presumably the Parks Department of the City of Quincy on malicious summons from a mercenary living closeby, with putative involvement of Quincy Police.

Queries have been sent to the City Clerk and an answer is being awaited.

The Mayor of Quincy and the City Council via its Clerk of Committees have been apprised of this repeat defacement following on last September’s attacks, reported here then, by Quincy Public Works or Quincy Parks, and requested to desist from such obvious discrimination and targeted harassment and threat of this Writer. That strip of land does not belong to the City but to the Writer’s family–within that realm of land and home ownership we all operate inside, while retaining consciousness of all being God’s Earth and our temporary passing-through and guardianship here–and Massachusetts Code on Roads and Streets acknowledges this fact.

When you buy a house on land inside any city, you don’t offer up a strip or two of it to the City itself, a corporation, a private corporation which can only offer residential services and which cannot begin to take over one’s own private home, privacy, or property, claiming ownership.

City Services Cannot Be Forced on Anyone for Any Reason

Similarly all City Services, including “Public Safety” services such as Police or Fire Services or Ambulance Services: none of these can be thrust on people, claiming need for “Involuntary Hospitalization” or forced interfacing demanded with rude knocks on one’s door or banging one’s doorbell–as has been reported and addressed earlier here, after the writer was attacked in this way for months last year and this spring as well.

No one needs to speak to Police or Fire or Ambulance people summoned by malicious neighbors or planted mercenaries; in today’s atmosphere of contracts, agreements, and “testing” and “research” and “development” of so-called “emerging technologies” under a variety of headings and arrangements, with planted mercenaries engaging in criminal behavior, fixating on, obsessing with, and targeting people, baselessly summoning Police against them with Lies and False Claims, often repeated, nobody needs to permit that kind of confrontation being pursued by miscreants.

What is being pursued by Public Safety and various misbehaving City departments today is Quotas, Warm Bodies for Grant Funding, Statistics, and Kidnapping for Profit–as experienced, observed, analyzed, and reported by this writer previously: please see Mass Coverage and Mental Health Coverage for articles and reports. In sweeping actions targeting the entire population of Massachusetts, Police departments team with the Department of Mental Health to baselessly attack residents and Massachusettsans, claiming Mental Illness while making a tidy packet off expensive Ambulance rides, unneeded Hospital incarcerations, and lying health insurance claims. The figures are shocking, and the casual use of Terror and Trauma to Repress and Oppress people is extensive.

This is unacceptable to this writer and probably everyone else.

Obtaining contracts for “Non Lethal Weapons testing”, veterans and police take up “Community Corrections” projects in neighborhoods to use Radio, Radar, Electrical and Micro/Millimeterwave Weapons and Devices on people.

This writer has been so unlawfully targeted for 12 years now–being blasted on her right knee and face as she writes [5:16 pm, July 30th, 2025]–and is reporting these matters so all can rise together and end this Through-Wall, Privacy-Invasion Crime of Torture, Radio Assault and Battery, and Repression. This Writer is reporting and documenting this crime–or huge mountain of Crimes really–with full intent to ensure its halting. These are Crimes Against Humanity, committed on people the City apparently wants to disappear–acts of Corruption and Crime which need immediate ending.
