A recent report issued by SAMHSA, written by two women writers with Ph.Ds behind their names, Elizabeth H. Connors, PhD, and Sharon Hoover, PhD–little information on who they are and what their connection is to children and schools–seeks to advance the cause of “Measurement Based Care” in school mental health services–which sounds dangerous enough in itself.
Update, February 10, 2025, 2:43 pm: Both appear to be Yale Psychiatrists, which explains quite a bit [Yes, sadly there is a “Elite” and “Ivy League” Conspiracy afoot in the USA to take down everyone else’s Brains]:
What kind of services are these, and what exactly do they do in schools?

What kind of changes have these school services undergone in recent times as “Behavioral Health” edicts and practices have swept through workspots, colleges, and schools? And as a “Behavioral Health Workforce” has now begun to build? Are we all in China now?

Note that State and City and County governments can apply for this $600,000 grant, which seems to be one in a series under a Program umbrella with a ceiling of $59.6 million. Note that School Districts can apply for this grant. Note that Universities and random non-profits can apply for this grant. Note that a huge edifice of Education at the highest level is being intended, which means these Criminals funding and running this Enterprise of Granting are looking forward to a future of Institutionalized Behavior Control of all. This runs exactly counter to the classic and traditional aims of Education, which seeks to support, enlighten, awaken Students and give them both the Confidence and Knowledge and Training in the Sciences, Humanities, Creative Arts, Sports to fully express their highest potential, their greatest gifts, their natural-born talents and skills, brought down into their own families through their own genetic and neural-network histories and their Supreme, Separate, Sovereign Selves, gifted by God into this Lifetime: now being rolled back apparently, by hardcore Nazi, Concentration Camp Guard “Policies” “Strategies” “Practices” and “Approaches” wanting to Suppress All so they alone can (stealing everyone’s Neural-Networks for so-called AI development, Psych-drugging and Electro-vibrating all) Stand at the helm of pretty much Everything: England’s Feudalist System and Caste System thrust on all of us [Zombified by them first] Forever.
And what is a School really: why must children be tested, screened, “diagnosed”, intervened-on, and “dosed” next–when a School is and should be a place for Education and Expressiveness?

Verbiage throughout this report is seriously alarming and clearly reveals that the intent is to control children and subject them to drug-treatment, to which they are required to be “responsive” in order to placidate and homogenize them, which inevitably means they are being Neuro Dumbed, Neuro Dulled, Stripped of their Unique Differences in Self–Homogenized out of any kind of Diversity, and Neuro Retarded. An excerpt below, from the Introduction, seems to suggest an underlying interest by the progenitors of this scheme to use Mental Health projects for large-scale Human Control: “systematic implementation of high-quality mental health services.”
And why does anyone need “systematic implementation of high-quality mental health services?” Why do schools?
Are Schools a “Mental Healthcare Setting” at all?
Obviously schools are NOT a “mental healthcare setting” non-traditional or not, and parents do not send their children to schools for “mental health care”!
“Evidence-Based” “Clinical” Practices Here Seem to Mean: A Bunch of Endless, Framing Questionnaires with Acronyms: Why Would Schoolchildren Need to Be Terrorized and Framed This Way?
Would parents know, if their children were being “screened” in school in this way? For screening, according to SAMHSA psychiatrists (see the video linked at “Sequential Intercept Model” and “Community Justice Project” Practice Repeat Fraud in Capture of People, Youth as “Behavioral Health” is Funded & AI eMAPS, DARPA Projects Cast Wider Net for Brain Experiments) is intended ALWAYS, to produce a “Diagnostic Impression” and in fact, really, a Diagnosis NEXT, with a Forced Referral to a “Mental Health/Behavioral Health Services Provider.”
School Police to “Enforce”, School Nurse to “Syringe-shoot & COVID-swab-test”, and now School Mental Health “Professional” to Dose Your Child with Dangerous Psych Drugs–& Drag her/him into their “System” for Escalating MH/BH Labels for Life (JAIL Next: See their “Sequential Intercept Model”)
The diabolical nature of this very construct, “the school mental health system” with its intent to confer Labels on children and force dangerous psych-drugs on them points clearly to only one road ahead.
If (numerous) government agencies, Federal and State of State, are going to be pushing Behavioral Health and Mental Health on children in schools and in pediatrician offices, replete with forced drugs, as it seems currently they are–and if schools don’t drop their criminally poisonous Immunization Schedule requirement, then there is only one option: Leave these public schools with their transparent desire to Control and Subjugate children, with their apparent obeisance to the BRAIN Initiative and its many secret projects to use brains, including your children’s brains; set up your own co-op schools, become Private, teach your children the value and importance of Standing Up for our God-given Natural Rights, and saying NO very firmly to the Lie of “Mental Health” for what it is really is “Mental Retardation”: With Poisonous Drugs.
Or stand up to the school Administration along with other parents, speak out, ensure there is No “Mental Health” or “Behavioral Health” in your child’s school.
Note that their endlessly “structured” Tiers and “PROMS” are all working hard to try to rationalize and legitimize their [Criminal] CRISIS-CREATION with sudden “Crisis Interventions” performed on children.
The possibility of a sudden, ambush Trauma-based “School Mental Health Intervention” on any child should be enough to pull your child out of the school or ensure this never happens. We don’t send our children to school to be traumatized. If the school says it sees miserable children on campus, there’s something wrong with the school, not the child. No child should be traumatized with “interventions.” Children cannot be force-fed Drugs in school to keep them quiet or to shut them down. Selective targeting of children to shut some down while others are permitted to shine–classic racism, sexism–will quickly follow.

The “symptoms” being attributed to Mental Illness and Mental Disability and Mental Disorders can be invoked by the use of these energy weapons and neuroweapons, as US Navy and DOD-CIA whistleblowers and millions today testify. Why are they being used–especially AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN EXPOSED BY MILITARY WHISTLEBLOWERS? Because Some [Mega Criminals in the Private Sector, Defense, Intelligence and the CFR and CIA] wish to Control others–and this usage Must be stopped.
Mental Illness and Mental Disorders Do Not Exist, But Symptoms of Muscle Loss, Memory Loss, Motor Cortex Interference to Remove Motor Control Can Be Emulated with Spectrum Neuroweaponry
“Mental Disability” and “Mental Retardation” are not the same as “Mental Illness” and “Mental Disorders”–which latter are invented and do not exist; “Biomarkers” for these DSM-inventions are constantly chased after by Psychiatrists, but the fact is, “Mental disorders” and “Syndromes” are Labels to conceal many lies, including that large one of “biochemical imbalance needing psychotic medication” and the fact that people who crave Authority have invented them; today, unethical neuroscientists and psychiatrists aid and assist the Classified, Secret Ops in the US Military and CIA with these labels, so as to Procure new targets for these TS/SCI criminals using hard core military weaponry to destroy brains and bodies–including in the yet-unstopped Continent of Crime that Artificial Intelligence development is, chewing up lives, bodies and brains in its quest to endow algorithms with the power of human cognitive processes. [No doubt there may be [a few] men and women of integrity in the Forces, but they haven’t been able to stop these crimes yet.]
Racism Writ Large in the Focus on the Darker-Skinned
These moves are also Racist and intend to target “minorities” and “Black” children for Forced Drugging and disappearance from society, as has been practiced and appears to be continuing in many fields and across age ranges, including, as this (Indian-American) writer certainly knows, in Poetry, Fiction, Creative Writing, Teaching English, and Investigative Science & Technology Journalism, a still-homogenized “White” coterie is used to replace, supplant, disappear Asian-American, South Asian-American, African-American, Native-American, Mexican-American, Central-American, South American-American, Post-Colonial-American, Commonwealth-American, Caribbean-American and other talent, including for Visibility and Voice–an execrable practice, not yet stopped.
The Language of Inversion used by these Yale-Psychiatrist-writers in their allusions to “minorities” and “unmet needs” highlights their mal intent: Using palliative and lying verbiage, a most profoundly sinister attempt is being made here, to force the (MKULTRA) NeuroBioweaponry of Trauma, Psych Drugs, and Forced Labels for Life onto children in school settings, with special intent to attack and degrade Brownskinned, Darkskinned, and other Asian-, Native-, Latino/a- and African- origin children.
Note also that statistics cited and statements like “racial and ethnic minoritized youth (are) less likely to initiate or stay in treatment” might actually point to enlightened, educated, aware Brownskinned/Blackskinned parents KNOWING what a charade the American “Mental Health Care” and “Health care” System is and choosing instead to permit their children to eschew Vaccines and grow into vibrant, outspoken, active, bright kids on their own, and Being a Vibrant Dynamic Intelligent Child does not mean you “need treatment”!–what’s terrifying here is that a FIXATION on FORCING DRUGS onto kids, especially darker-skinned kids, is being evinced.

Advisory to all Adolescents, teens, children in schools: Never permit any Mental Health Screening in school or college to be administered to you, take no survey, speak to no School Nurse, Counselor, or Therapist in school.
