A recent report issued by SAMHSA, written by two women writers with Ph.Ds behind their names, Elizabeth H. Connors, PhD, and Sharon Hoover, PhD–little information on who they are and what their connection is to children and schools–seeks to advance the cause of “Measurement Based Care” in school mental health services–which sounds dangerous enough in itself.

Note that State and City and County governments can apply for this $600,000 grant, which seems to be one in a series under a Program umbrella with a ceiling of $59.6 million. Note that School Districts can apply for this grant. Note that Universities and random non-profits can apply for this grant. Note that a huge edifice of Education at the highest level is being intended, which means these Criminals funding and running this Enterprise of Granting are looking forward to a future of Institutionalized Behavior Control of all. Verbiage throughout this report is seriously alarming and clearly reveals that the intent is to control children and subject them to drug-treatment, to which they are required to be “responsive” in order to placidate and homogenize them, which inevitably means they are being Neuro Dumbed, Neuro Dulled, Stripped of their Unique Differences in Self–Homogenized out of any kind of Diversity, and Neuro Retarded. The diabolical nature of this very construct, “the school mental health system” with its intent to confer Labels on children and force dangerous psych-drugs on them points clearly to only one road ahead.

If (numerous) government agencies, Federal and State of State, are going to be pushing Behavioral Health and Mental Health on children in schools and in pediatrician offices, replete with forced drugs, as it seems currently they are–and if schools don’t drop their criminally poisonous Immunization Schedule requirement, then there is only one option: Leave these public schools with their transparent desire to Control and Subjugate children, with their apparent obeisance to the BRAIN Initiative and its many secret projects to use brains, including your children’s brains; set up your own co-op schools, become Private, teach your children the value and importance of Standing Up for our God-given Natural Rights, and saying NO very firmly to the Lie of “Mental Health” for what it is really is “Mental Retardation”: With Poisonous Drugs.

We don’t send our children to school to be traumatized. If the school says it sees miserable children on campus, there’s something wrong with the school, not the child. The Language of Inversion used by these Yale-Psychiatrist-writers in their allusions to “minorities” and “unmet needs” highlights their mal intent: Using palliative and lying verbiage, a most profoundly sinister attempt is being made here, to force the (MKULTRA) NeuroBioweaponry of Trauma, Psych Drugs, and Forced Labels for Life onto children in school settings, with special intent to attack and degrade Brownskinned, Darkskinned, and other Asian-, Native-, Latino/a- and African- origin children.

Note also that statistics cited and statements like “racial and ethnic minoritized youth (are) less likely to initiate or stay in treatment” might actually point to enlightened, educated, aware Brownskinned/Blackskinned parents KNOWING what a charade the American “Mental Health Care” and “Health care” System is and choosing instead to permit their children to eschew Vaccines and grow into vibrant, outspoken, active, bright kids on their own, and Being a Vibrant Dynamic Intelligent Child does not mean you “need treatment”!–what’s terrifying here is that a FIXATION on FORCING DRUGS onto kids, especially darker-skinned kids, is being evinced.
