Notice of False Section 12s, 10s, False Claims of Mental Health Crisis, Psychosis, Mania, Suicide, Harm by Quincy Police, Quincy EMS Brewster Ambulance, Quincy District Court, Massachusetts EMS Midwest Medical Transport, 3 Boston Area Hospitals: Steward Carney Hospital, South Shore Hospital, Bournewood Hospital, & United Healthcare: Notice of Crime, March 14, 2024

2. This is Mental Health Fraud and Medical Fraud, it is Involuntary Hospitalization Fraud and is being done it appears to grab people for unlawful and criminally abusive Brain Experimentation, Artificial Intelligence Experimentation, Biorobotics Experimentation and Neural Network Mapping involving extreme bodily assault or Pain-Delivery Operations using so-called Non Lethal Weapons, in actuality, through-wall radiation and acoustic neuroweapons which cause grievous physical harm, are being used to disfigure, maim, and mutilate people, rendering them incapacitated often, seriously disabled, continuously physically ill, and prone to deadly diseases like stroke, ALS, MS, Parkinson’s, arthritis, and cancer.

3. This is also Psychiatric Evaluation and Medical Evaluation Fraud because, at the hospital, no evaluations are actually made, no intelligent and aware communication is provided, and the person captured and trafficked is treated as if lacking in education, profession, intelligence by ER doctors, nurses, medical technicians–who all seem to want to “commit” them, not listen and release them. This writer–a journalist–was knocked unconscious several times on Police capture on December 20, 2022, to prevent her speaking and being heard by doctors, who benefit every single day from journalism yet assaulted her thus, disappearing her voice as they attacked her body while unconscious, lawlessly implanting her with BCI-tech, RFIDs, quantum-dot nano possibly on spine, and running a forced-EKG, unconsented-to on her.

4. Police and EMS use Trauma and Terror to capture people, including children and adolescents, falsely alleging they are Mentally Ill and need hospitalization and civil commitment. Police allege “Behavioral Disorder” as a ploy, writing up lies on their Incident Reports, as discovered and reported by this writer. EMS knocks out people and straps them down, effectively capturing them without cause–as this writer was captured (by Police and EMS) on April 14, 2022 in her own home and on December 20, 2o22 (knocked-out twice) from the Quincy District Courthouse and South Shore Hospital, Weymouth–and not “providing a service” but behaving in Threat and Terror instead, as a Terrorist group along with Police.

5. Police behave collusively, colluding with placed-in-community police entrappers and framers, and with uninformed family members to proffer false narratives, threats of law enforcement for “criminal harassment” of their police entrappers–who are also weapon-wielders and spend their days battering people to death with RF weapons–and with EMS ambulance services to jointly traumatize and capture people in clear conspiracies to deprive their targets of basic human rights and civil rights and natural God-given rights.

6. Police engage therefore in Mental Health Crime, which is Ostracizing and Disappearing of People crime, along with the Department of Mental Health whose Section 12 forms (for application for “hospitalization” of their capture) in Procurement and Trafficking Operations are used by them. The Department of Mental Health is also engaging in Mental Health Crime, colluding with and avidly participating in labeling people Mentally Ill, Seriously Mentally Ill, Delusional, Schizophrenic, and other facile tags used by colluding psychiatrists who also appear to have a monetary interest in Brain Experimentation with Neuroweaponry to invoke the symptoms of alleged mental illness as noted under various Disorders in the DSM–which is a manual of inventions within the old Austrian-German Cult of Psychiatry, which is a non-science, a false-science, a construct historically devised to permit certain Upper-Class Men subjugatory dominance over Women and Children especially but also other Men, with deadly brain-damaging drugs, radiation weaponry, electroshock weaponry, physical restraints, incarceration, and isolation.

7. Police, EMS, Emergency physicians, psychiatrists, and Mental Health are complicit in the same Intended-Murder, Intended-Disablement, and Intended-Illness operations their police-entrappers and MilPol Weapon-Wielders are executing on people targeted for capture and labeling for Brain and DEW experiments.

8. The most egregious aspect of this entire scenario is the fact that both the Departments of Justice and Defense are conducting all sorts of Non Lethal Weapons and Intermediate Force Capabilities testing and development operations and Police do not merely know about these, they contract with (via Fusion Centers, State Police) and permit the various groups of military contractors, foreign testers, and domestic academic and private researchers to use Spectrum and Acoustic Neuroweapons on people in our cities, through-wall, in their own homes, at libraries, restaurants, everywhere. Calling it Black–when there are zoomers, light planes flying low, drones, helicopters, obvious cell-pointing researchers operating in the open–and Classified and permitting this crime, while overtly professing no-knowledge of “microwave weapons”–which they use–or any other kind of remote-access neuro or energy weapon, and capturing people on that basis, their mention of such marked as being sign of Delusion or Mental Illness. [Both of which are labels which derive from the criminal cult of Psychiatry, which must be abolished.]

9. All reporting victims of these crimes report the 24/7 use of energy and neuro and nanoweapons on them as sadistic Torture, abusive in the extreme, creating the condition of Slavery, which was outlawed in the USA almost two full centuries ago–Slavery and Torture are Crimes. People’s lives are attenuated, their careers ended, their families torn from them. Isolated, they are defamed and smeared–by the ones who made this happen–as anti-social. Police, EMS, Emergency Doctors, Psychiatrists who procure the labels which permit this absolute carnage run by the perpetrators of “Research” crime, thus become complicit in Slavery and Slavebinding operations–It is slavebinding to capture someone, attack him or her with biohacking bioweapons, then dismiss him or her as Mentally Ill when he reports the crime–cutting that person off from Credibility, Concern, Community. They also become complicit and participant in Torture and Abuse operations.

10. All of this is obviously unlawful and should be stopped immediately. The Brain experimentation projects are criminal. Subjecting people to the cruelty of actual Weapons Testing on their bodies and brains is criminal. Mapping brains without consent, implanting brains and bodies without consent are obviously crimes. Using Mental Health Fraud to disappear the chosen Brain Targets–who are known as “Victims” according to a Carney Hospital medical technician–into terminal brain projects while their bodies are battered and manipulated toward Disease every single day is criminal. Instead of staying complicit in Torture Procurement Operations, Police and EMS and ER Doctors should stop these crimes of capture and threat and terror immediately. The Department of Mental Health, like all the agencies and military divisions and private corporations enacting Torture on people, such as the CIA, should be abolished.
