8:12 pm: A few minutes ago, downstairs by the sink, I felt intense Radio Frequency weapon attack on my face, near my mouth. The couples going in and out of the house next door at 156 Pine Street [Drone or helicopter in the street as I write, very low and loud, 8:13 pm] named Chen Liming have sharpshot nanotechnology containing colloidal, polymer matter which swells with radiation, and they have spent some time stalking my face since then with their RF weaponry and sending in continuous RF pulses, RF HPM and RF MMW to swell and inflame my face immensely, to the point of balloon-like proportions yesterday and this morning. Still swollen but less so currently, I have been continuously attacked nevertheless on the face from their house all day to the extent of feeling my facial bones were on fire. The time was 8 pm then. [Daylight savings time, 9 pm otherwise.]
I was cooking, and as I moved away and lifted a shield to my face, I was blasted on the legs shortly after a drone sounded above, with intense electrical pulses, the kind I have reported quite often lately, as emanating from a SKIN PARALYSIS WEAPON, a kind of cramping skin weapon which might be HEMI–HUMAN ELECTROMUSCULAR INCAPACITATION, a ghastly, unapproved Justice and Air Force weapon, or a SUB MILLIMETER WAVE Air Force weapon which also operates as if Electrical, sending very high frequency waves of very short wavelength pulsing busily on skin and literally burning and cramping it, as if menstrual cramps, on thighs, calves, hips. 8:23 pm.
This is the exact kind of electrical pulsing I have been treated to on the other side, from the Mazzeos at 150 Pine Street, in my bed, while lying in my bed, ever since they employed a Latino/ Central American roofer to come and instal something electrical on their roof about a month ago, to follow on roofing installations they made in February 2025, seemingly re-roofing overnight, in the middle of a snowstorm, employing a whole crew full of Army-camouflage wearing Anglo-American and Mexican-American men to do so.
This is in fact the exact kind of electrical pulsing I was subjected to for about half an hour this morning as I was half awake, before 8 am. Sounds of much agitation on the street, car doors banging, and voices, and the men in the Mazzeo house rushing up to the front preceded this attack, which was one of ELECTROCUTION, actually. Half-awake, the bed also pulsing variously with ELFs–Extremely Low Frequencies which all 3 parties of criminals here use, but especially it appears emanating from the direction of the Starsiak tenant-Quincy Police people who have been attacking me physically since they arrived here, in changing form, like the other 2 households, in June 2021, and harassing me actively in numerous ways including provocation-parking in front of our house, despite being asked not to, and procuring a Forced Kidnap & Trafficking by Quincy Police and Brewster Ambulance on April 14, 2022 on False Report, False Accusations, and False Claims, the ELFs also came from parked vehicles on the street and the Mazzeo house. These ELFs appear to have multiple purposes, including Destruction of Health, Stealing of Energy and Vitality, and Bladder-Weapon Inducement of Bladder Attacks. The bed in fact was being blasted with ELFs and very high frequencies, the latter mostly on my body, whichever side I turned. My spine was being vibrated, and my entire body was in a state of very high frequency electrical pulsing–OBVIOUSLY THIS IS ELECTRICAL AND ELECTROMAGNETIC TORTURE!
Further, at the same time, I was being blast hit in an occasional, pulsed way on the NERVES of my inner right knee, particularly from the Starsiak tenant-Quincy Police people, and the Chen Limings, who like to keep their large military-looking red minivan half out of their driveway for ease of access of their Hood and Trunk equipment-attacks and also have the whole right side of their house abutting ours sizzling with electrical cables and accoutrements, from which directions I have been frequently RF-hit and Electric Pulse-hit.
I was also being accessed at the heart, on both sides, front and back, which I am currently as well, despite shielding both sides, for it appears all parties parked here have ATRIAL FIBRILLATION EQUIPMENT–electrical pulsing equipment–possibly their standard-issue POLICE and EMS AEDs, which they modify for use as a weapon, pointing it at my heart long-range, through-wall, to induce atrial fibrillations, discomfort at my heart, and a heart condition.
Being supremely uncomfortable, I moved further shields over my knee and spine, adjusted my position, and put my hand over my heart, to instinctively give myself relief from all the electrical vibration and pulsing. I had also been sharply accessed, either by a drone coming by or by the Chen Limings or Starsiak-police people, at the unlawfully-implanted RF tag placed at my heart after I was knocked unconscious by the South Shore Rendition Site, Weymouth CIA and other Black Ops operatives on December 20, 2022 [noting this here 9:24 pm]. Not long after, Terahertz flickered on my hand, then an electroshock at my hand attempted to dislodge my hand. The MILITARY, POLICE, and CIA parties parked around here have become profoundly deranged and collectively lost any measure of sanity they may have had, at some distant time in their past before such criminal and cruel children-killing and weapon-developing and bomb-dropping organizations were formed. Yes, the Chen Limings I think SHOCKED my hand to make me move it–because their Royal Highnesses from Hell here needed for my heart to be atrially fibrillated for their DATA COLLECTION purposes. I kept my hand on my heart and may have breathed as well, leading to honks from the street and another drone arriving. The electrical pulsing on my legs seemed to diminish when I had my hand on my heart. I also pulled a large sheet metal and Reflectix shield over the whole of my body and cowered under it, to escape from the electrical torture from the Mazzeos’ roof. I rose from the bed shortly afterward, to escape from the Electrical Bodily Torture attack..
In recent days and weeks, I have been massively attacked, especially at night and early morning with HEART pulses and congestion frequencies, INNER RIGHT KNEE NERVE and BONE attacks, and different kinds of ELECTRICAL AND ELECTROMAGNETIC PULSING ALL OVER MY BODY.
I am reporting 24/7 Bodily Torture of this nature, and continuous stalking–radio stalking–inside my house and outside by these criminals who have also lately succeeded in executing Facial Disfiguration and Mutilation on my face, painfully. [Visible on recent videos made and published yesterday at Reporter’s Note 203, 11/1/2025.]
Hiding under “Classified” covers and trying to give me indications they are BLACK, CONTROLLED ACCESS, and PROTECTED, these named parties and others unknown are freely operating as Savage Torturers, using also the covers of their own criminal actions of FORCED KIDNAPS and FORCIBLY and FALSELY INFLICTED FALSE PSYCHIATRIC LABELS to obtain internal permission it appears to use “OPERATIONAL CALMATIVES” of horrific vibration technology laid at the spine to lower one’s own resonance frequencies, energy levels, health, vibrance, and vitality, and in fact frequently drop one off to sudden Theta sleep–all while one is striving to read, write, or think clearly. Thinking clearly in particular is something the DARPA-CIA-Police club want very much to Prevent, Stop, Disrupt, and End.
I am reporting these things as they have just happened. There are simply endless numbers of horrors these criminals are inflicting on me through the course of the day and night, including right now, with intense ADT heat on my back and weird vibrations at my spine I need to constantly shield from, and I probably will have to keep writing these mini affidavit-style statements until I drop dead from this INTENSE AND UNACCEPTABLE ELECTROMAGNETIC AND ELECTRICAL TORTURE, SHAME ON EVERYONE IN THE US INTELLIGENCE, HOMELAND SECURITY, POLICE, AND SO-CALLED GOVERNMENT which should really be labeled “LAWLESSNESS AT HOME AND ABROAD, INCORPORATED”.
