Last week’s Quincy Sun holds a couple “Legal Notices” which caught my attention for it appears two children are being warned they are going to be turned over for guardianship by a judge from a Commonwealth of Massachusetts Trial Court, a Family and Probate Court.
Apparently the children needed to be apprised at least 7 days prior to the scheduled hearing, this “Notice” notes.
While the circumstances of this case have not been published and I do not know them–apart from reading about a previous case with part of that last name (Gomes v. Candido (Gomes v. Candido, 99 Mass.App.Ct. 825, 173 N.E.3d 769 (Mass. App. 2021)) – vLex United States), it looks like, reading these Notices, and examining the surnames of all named, that two children are being told they are going to be taken away from their mother. Plausibly, the father’s sister or mother is the one named as doing the Petitioning. Is the mother being falsely named “Seriously Mentally Ill” by the people behind this Notice, that her children are being threatened with removal from her care? That is entirely possible, given what has been going on in Massachusetts. False charges of “Mental Illness” “Mental Incompetence” and the removal of children from the mother’s custody: Yes a war is being waged against Women in Massachusetts and the mother of these two girls is probably well-educated, thoughtful, and outspoken. The kind of mother Male Chauvinist Police move in on, and the kind of mother Thieving Mafia move in on as well–as this writer-mother knows only too well. [More below.]
First of all I would advise the mother–if indeed this is the case, as outlined above–to make haste to become Private, to go to the https://tasa.americanstatenationals.org/ and find Massachusetts and send a note to the Massachusetts State Assembly co-ordinator and correct your status as a living American woman on the land and soil of Massachusetts, well outside the jurisdiction of the “trial courts” of Massachusetts.
Second, please read Judge Anna von Reitz’s advice on their courts and court system. Not only can you refrain from entering their courts or getting a lawyer to “represent” you (as a dead strawman “legal fiction”) you Must! Never enter their courts, and decline every Phishing Scam like this “Legal Notice” which is not an Imperial Summons but a Fishing Exploit designed to throw you into Their Courts, Their Jails, and Their Asylums, yes, Mental Asylums. [They must be fined for every kidnapping attempt they have made, throwing anyone who is Private and on the Land into one of their Asylums or Jails.]
This writer has been sent in the mail several Phishing scams like this, seeking to arrest her without cause and appoint a guardian for her without cause–more below. They came late in the mail, and they came filled with holes–but printed on very official-looking paper. The fact of the matter is, they are attempts to drag the Name into court, the Name into jails, and the Name into Asylums. When you become Private, they cannot use your Name which has been reconveyed and expatriated onto Land and Soil from their Maritime Jurisdiction. So what they are doing is merely Phish, to attempt to terrify you into thinking they can use your Name and pretend it is actually in Maritime, or in Municipal, or in their Territorial Government; it’s not, and that’s that.
Ignore their criminality, stay inside your house, keep your kids safe inside your house, and look for a Private School or start up Home Schooling–there are lots of smart moms in Massachusetts who run home-schooling groups.
And please share this widely. Speak openly of your experience and inform and educate others. We all need to get on the Land, stay on the Land, and invalidate this criminal system which runs purely on the Exploitation of people, especially Women.
Crime in Massachusetts need not be the norm, as it currently is.

Note also, that given the rampant “human subject experimentation” in Massachusetts, people who use the “System” here, particularly the crooked judicial system but also the crooked medical system get pulled unwittingly without their consent into Brain Experimentation and Body Blasting –Weapons Testing–projects. The Commonwealth seems to have accepted bribes from large, unethical and avarice-driven Defense contractors, and they freely operate here, along with local Police, testing “non lethal Weapons” and Neuroweapons on the populace.

The advantage, when you are Private, a living American, have published all your papers, recorded them at the Land Recording Office, and informed the Commonwealth’s Secretary of State, the US Secretary of State, and the local Police Chief (twice, both Chiefs, the old one and the new one), and they are still attacking with these Clandestine Actions of Brain and Body Grabbing, is, you can Notice and Fine them, and they will have to comply, because Money basically is all they can comprehend with their very Thick Intellects. Terrorizing Police Action Instigated by Pathetic Local Mercenary Fiends Working for Brain and Artificial Intelligence Experimenters
Last year, at this Writer’s house, there were several Terrorizing occurrences of Quincy Parks, Quincy Public Works (or Parks), Quincy Police, Quincy Fire, and local paid mercenaries attacking this writer. These have been reported in Reporter’s Notes and FOIA Request Reports, and Notice’d in Notices, Notes and Updates, and various news reports.
In May, September, and October especially, of last year, 2024, Quincy Police showed up at this writer’s home in alarming numbers, on several days, completely without cause.

This continued into this Spring, 2025, through March and April, despite that Letter. FOIA queries showed that the local mercenaries wielding “non-lethal” weapons: neuroweapons and precision directed-energy weapons unlawfully and non-consensually on her, while breaking into her home and yard, stealing and vandalizing and littering, including throwing dead birds and rats into her yard, were the ones calling the police on false claims and lies, mostly unclear. The changing-out people across the street at 153/1 Pine worked, it appeared, for the Quincy District Court and Quincy Police, and had access to court forms, as also the Mazzeos at 150 Pine, one of whom was witnessed waving a court form at her one morning before a bunch of people in grey police vans showed up a few minutes later and stalked her over her yard fence, asking to speak to her, mentioning, fraudulently, “your upcoming divorce” or “your divorce,” and saying they wanted to “talk to you”. FBI or local Police and Court people, they were clearly Maritime pirates–all seeking to disappear the writer as “mentally incapacitated”, as much other evidence suggested–so they did not get an audience; the writer went inside and stayed inside until they left. Curiously, that was on a Monday morning, and the Friday earlier the writer had received a clearly Fraudulent Court document in her mailbox, suggesting that her brother–who suddenly showed up as living in a Wisconsin city (instead of Chicago, where he lives)–wished to petition a Massachusetts court for a “Conservator” for her {This form is posted below}.

The first false court document arriving last year at this writer’s mailbox some weeks after the date mentioned on it, which this writer believes was written up and filled out by the QDC-QPD parties at 153/151 Pine, intending to terrorize and defame her, is posted below. No one is permitted to touch these postings nor use these graphics anywhere, they are being posted here as Evidence of Terrorizing Fraudulent Use of Seeming Court Documents for purposes of Defamation and Attack by the parties–Quincy Police and the CIA, in this writer’s reading–against the writer’s name. Note, the Name here has been Expatriated and Reconveyed onto the Land. It does not exist in Maritime any more. This form therefore is invalid, and so are the baseless claims being made here. False Court Document, Fraudulent Document
Several forms like this, some purporting to be a “Straight Warrant” for the author to be arrested on sight, were sent through the mail, always arriving after the date suggested as hearing date on these forms. Sometimes there was no hearing date but the “person” or “defendant” was asked to present themselves in the District Court or some other court–apparently so that they could be jailed or handed over to the Schizophrenia-Sellers.
[Schizophrenia is a Label, as all “Mental Illness” Labels are, and Psychiatrists dish them out, for a fee; they are Criminal lackeys of the Corrupt judicial system, and the day is fast approaching when all these Chemically & Electrically Brain-Damaging Quacks will be Jailed for their crimes. The Symptoms of Schizophrenia, as also the Symptoms of any Mental Illness can and have been and are being Manufactured by the use of Military Neuroweapons–both Neuroscientists from the Military and the Psychiatrists who work with them know all about it, but they like to stay quiet about these things for they’re all moonlighting for the CIA and the Psy Opsters, they’re under “Non-Disclosures” and other conveniences, and yes, it is up to journalists to expose Psychiatrists, Military Neuroscientists and Weapons-Makers, and the entire myth-making edifice of Psychiatry itself.]
The criminals running Brain and Artificial Intelligence experiments are desperate for brains, and that’s how they get them: they get their pals the Psychsters to hand out Labels, they get their pals the Police to grab people and allege they’re Mentally Ill, and then they proceed to torture them–for the Military comes in as well, and uses Major Body Blast Weapons on them, as all my 116 Reporter’s Notes have been reporting–and much else of my work.
I will post all the criminally fraudulent forms the Mazzeos and Starsiak-tenants and Chen Limings have manufactured and sent in the mail shortly.
Meanwhile, I would like to advise everyone that these characters stop at nothing; they use their Court System like Snarling and Biting Alsations [See their records of Mental Guardianship and refusing parents custody at this New York handbook, for instance: Article81-HandBook.pdf], like Knives of Terror, they run Terrorizing Ops with black vanloads of Police Terrorists–as occurred here on October 18, 2024, and earlier on October 6, 2024 and on October 8, 2024 when two (plain-clothes) camou-clad terrorists came after me with a knockout needle in their hand–very CIA–and Time dilated, I experienced it, I ran inside.
We are in a battle of Good versus Evil here–and need I spell it out: the Military, the CIA, the Police have become Evil.
