12;11 pm: LRAD on the right on a shield as a plane sounds above. A zoomer just flashed down. My arms and shoulders feel like they have been RF-beaten to death which the Chen Limings in particular specialize in, I have held up my Sound Shield innumerable times and felt the RF pulses there from their house and shed and upstairs windows, morning and night.
Someone is tearing up and down Pine.
12:13 pm: The woman, Ngoan Chen, the older one who shouts at high volume and puts on a worse Chinglish accent than she has was out just now as I went out to feed the birds and squirrels. They set their hens to cackling loudly first as a Pre-Stalk. Then they sent her out, running, with a bowl in her hands. I was under the Powhatan pergonium, washing out the leaves from the bird-bath and several take out containers on the ground for little-bird baths and showers. She ran up and down the yard several times. She was wearing red pants, unmissable. She has broken all the fence slats near the birdfeeders so I didn’t have to do much to look. Interestingly, like the Chen Liming of yesterday (these people are Clone Families, they change out frequently) she ran to the side right up against our fence on the side and our trumpet honeysuckle on a trellis and the birds’ nest where they have old mossy steps and never use (they do look dangerous). Then she ran back. I kept my eyes on her and soon she began to run, up the other side and back to her deck, making a giant clatter then calling to her children or fake-children (they may be fosters) in bad Chinglish, loudly. I think she came this side to sprayshoot me, as Chen Liming succeeded in doing yesterday afternoon. My face is like a cauliflower again and there is a kind of flap by the left ear, where Liming has sprayed. Once again I am consuming Equisetum this morning and hoping for the best.
Why is she running in that crazed way? Because they all run, they seem to have a “running and showing teeth help the Mirror Neuron System and the Synthetic Telepathy networks align” protocol going–as advertised at MIT or DARPA shows once–videos to re-find. 12:21 pm: I am not done with my Letter to the Massachusetts Attorney-General and Secretary of State about what happened yesterday and what has been happening all of October with the high level of Neighborhood Ganging-up, Lying, and Radio Weaponry and Electrical Weaponry Attacking here from the CIA-DARPA Police-protected contingents. My knee just hit again, 12:24 pm–Blondie’s house, opposite.
12:24 pm: More zoomers, and people have been sending LRADs in. I just used my Back Fold cone after sensing RF pulses on the back of my neck.
12:24 pm: I hear the sound of another car pulling in to the Mazzeo drive. Door bangs.
12:27 pm: Louder door bangs and the sound of voices. Mazzeo side. Both the Mazzeos and the Chen Limings and the Blondie club fall into this pattern of Loud, In the Street, High Visible Yelling when they have done something particularly execrable and are being reported. Loud zoomers now on the street, truck, large engines. I am staying under Reflectix to finish my report here. Honks from that car in their drive, 12:29 pm. There is high heat on my back from behind, Mazzeos sending ADT MILLIMETER WAVE HEAT to my back and spine. In front my heart is still being congested with heart resonance frequencies. A high vacuum whine has started below. My shoulders are in pain having been RF-pulsed all night, and my entire body having been electrically buzzed all night–something which started up soon after I switched off lights and something which returned before 3 am, probably around 2 am and went on pulsing the bed and my body so I had to get up to run to the bathroom at 10 to 3 am after trying hard to just lie still and failing. My bladder was being pulsed–Starsiaks and Mazzeos I think, they’re the closest, but the Chen Limings use their car and the installations on the side of their house to send in Dirt Ops Frequencies as well.
Last night, writing, superstealth low Delta and Theta ELF stole up my spine without my knowledge and knocked me off to sleep. I had written 2 paragraphs in my letter. Or maybe 3. I woke and realized I was still being pulsed in this way, I had forgotten to stick rubber at the base of my spine. I was absolutely drowsy with sleep. These are DEADLY SLEEP WEAPONS which I have reported before. Earlier, I forget what time, maybe around 9 or 10, thinking about what I needed to do, and what to say in my letter, I saw another large SUV park in front of our house. It stayed for quite some time. She’s a Framer and Police Affiliate, that’s how they do it. They stick her and people like her–the man or series of Klone-men I have referred to as Fatass or Black Pickup Man–opposite Writers like me, whose Brain the CIA orders on tap, as if they can, and let her harass, goad, provoke to her heart’s content, then rush in on a summoned lie and try Police Terror and Psych Terror to further knock people’s brains and lives out. 4:42 pm: Can hear another plane. blondie slammed her car horn just now. They do that to call these planes and drones. Mazzeo-CIA must have hit the button for the plane. They’re still trying to get me at the face, the heart, the knee. I step out of shielding and am blasted in all 3 places. Downstairs, outside the Ngoan chen of the day hung outside while I stepped out briefly and turned her heart attacker on. Energy has been sent to the Mazzeo-sharpshot-implant on the mid-spine as well–I just closed it–but still being attacked at the heart. Am on the bed using tall shields. Still being whacked through gaps and from above, the Mazzeo upstairs.
