Listed below are links to relevant documents from departments of the US Government and certain other entities, historic and current, which relate to the acquisition and use by Police Departments nationwide of Non Lethal Weapons Technology, Less Lethal Weapons Technology, Surveillance Technology, Public Safety Technology, Corrections Technology and other Technology labeled any-otherwise using Spectrum, Acoustic, Sound, Microwave, Millimeter Wave, Electrical, Electromagnetic, Neuro Technologies.
People from all fields of endeavor must research this subject, share the information, and start addressing it accurately–with Letters of Protest, Op-Eds, Editorials, Videos, Audios, Radio Shows, and communications on paper with Human Rights Organizations, Animal Rights Organizations, Heads of State, their recognized Leaders, and so on.
Through-wall assault on people and animals is the Death of America, and the Death of Human Freedom: Express your Dissent or risk being turned into a corpse at will of the local PD & local FC (Fusion Center). Not to mention Psych-Labeled “Victim” of PDs, Black Opsters, CIA, et al, and easy prey for Medic Crime which has been Manufacturing Patients Using These Weapons for apparently over a century now.
The Police-Mental Health-CIA-DOD-Non Lethal/Less Lethal Tech Connection:
From my research, it is beginning to look like Every Single “Mental Health Label” from the late 1800s and possibly prior has been manufactured through use of these weapons, including that big one, Schizophrenia*, like others, manufactured, embellished, and expanded by a bunch of KKK Criminals working both inside (historically) in Intelligence and outside, in Academe. Mental Disorders of all kinds–labeled Psychiatric Disorders–are inventions flying on the back of unholy experiments on animals and humans using a plethora of means inclusive of EMF radiation and neuro psych drugs, from the time of discovery of the effects of mushrooms and poisons and Radar and Electricity on brains and bodies.

Since Police nationwide have been engaged in and have newly begun Psych Terror projects of Mental Health Labeling, Targeting, and Acquisition of people for EMS Terror rides, ER Terror Stays, and Psych Ward Terror Incarcerations, professing Training as Mental Health Professionals, while procuring and delivering people and children/adolescents/teenagers/minors–newly or previously illegally-FBI-Targeted and trafficked to Black Ops: DARPA-CIA-DIA-Special Ops-DOD-DHS-UN-NATO-Univ-other MilIntel for Brain and Body Harvesting Using AP DEW/Neurotech (Weapons Testing and Brain Grabbing for so-called Global Artificial Intelligence and Mind Hiving development)–into the hands of persisting MKULTRA Behavior Modification and Neuro Modification programs running silently since the days of the Church Committee (1974) and past inside Psych Wards, Mental Asylums, Hospitals, Community Health Centers, Prisons, Juvenile Centers, Group Homes, and other such, we must also examine the Interfacing, historically, of Police with the CIA, National Clandestine Service, NSA, DOD, DHS, DEA, ATF, et al. Particularly the CIA.
Law Enforcement Versus Police Connection with Mental Health and CIA–and International, Globalist Groups
There appears to be a distinction between Law Enforcement and Police which perhaps means something. Larger “Law Enforcement” organizations have engaged in activities historically which remain puzzling (some to be reported shortly) and which connect to the chimera of Mental Health which the CIA has long been immersed in–although obviously they shouldn’t be. And there are connections here with International organizings. Matters for further enquiry and continued reportage at this site.
Police-FBI Connection with DHS, Fusion Centers, and the So-Called Police State
Special note must be made of the Police-and FBI-connection with DHS, the 80 Fusion Centers–DOD’s daring drive right into Domestic Affairs, along with a bunch of other agencies–and the latest Defense-and-Health unholy mix of megalomaniacs keen to “defend your health” with Bioweapons and Labeling. It’s through these contrivances that Police have gotten mixed up today with attacking the populace–which Defense, Health, and Homeland Security have embarked on (Weapons-testing, Counter-terrorism, Counter-Intel/Psy Ops? Really?)–in newer ways that is, than earlier, when Police, FBI, CIA worked together to suppress, repress the “Masses” of Awakening Americans and rein in journalism as well–all through and beyond the Women’s RIghts/Feminism movements of the ’70s and the Civil Rights Movement of the ’60s and the earlier Native American struggles for freedom, as also the suffragette fights for equality and the struggle to abolish Slavery, all of which we need to keep continually and repeatedly before us today–since they’ve brought Slavery back with these Non/Less Lethal Weapons and think this is all perfectly ok. Bio-Neuro-Psych-Socio-Slavery currently, which they think they can pass off as Cognitive Warfare and Electronic Warfare–and “Asymmetric Warfare” and “Urban Grey Zone Warfare” which we’re suddenly required to accept as our inevitable present and future, for decades to come. A lot of effort has gone into Repressing Americans–and unless we all, mix and match, brown and pale at this point–want to go down as the Stupidest People on Earth, we may want to look into exactly how they did it. Will they ever Change their Ways? We cannot let them Change Us.
