Notice of Spouse-Impersonator in Contact with Mazzeo tenants, Starsiak tenants, Chen tenants, Family-Impersonators & Quincy Police: Notice of Fraudulent CIA-Mercenary-Police Collusion in Conspiring Intent to Deprive [Perfectly Mentally Competent] Writer of Rights

Noticing all here that in light of recent events involving the sudden arrival of Quincy Police to the writer’s front door–as on March 31, 2025–and close, to the street, looking up at the house today, June 24, 2025, as reported a few minutes ago at FOIA Request Made to the Office of the City Clerk Regarding Police Patrol Car Visits to Pine Street June 24, 2025, and in light of frequent overheard phone calls to a “Paul”, witnessed conversation by a Paul-clone Spouse-Impersonator* on March 11, 2025 with Quincy Police, and in December 2024 past Christmas with a Mazzeo tenant, reported “texting” activity from a Paul-clone spouse-impersonator with a local mercenary–Starsiak tenant–occupying the neighboring house at 153/151 Pine Street who called Quincy Police on lies on May 30, 2024, it appears that this particular Spouse-impersonator–or other Paul-clones interchanging, who knows–has established contact with these 3 parties and with Quincy Police and is running Lies, Fraud, and Expedient Mythologies to permit all to keep attacking this writer as a “Subject” of their Radio, Military, Intelligence, and Psy Ops Experimentation and Research in support of unethical and inhumane DOD-CIA Brain grabbing and Artificial Intelligence and Robotics development projects.

The Spouse-Impersonator was also seen to be acting in collusion with the people behind the tow-truck company who came last fall and removed the writer’s car and her mother-in-law’s car parked in their driveway, with this man presiding, playing Paul Jeffrey Tanis, the writer’s husband.

The Spouse-Impersonator appears to be key in maintaining this Crime of Enforced Isolation & Forced Family Separation against this writer with her family removed from their home and stopped from communicating with the writer, while this Non-Spouse hangs about and talks to local mercenaries and police, exchanging lies, yelling outside the house, and generally painting a false-reality-construct regarding this writer to this selfsame group which includes Quincy Police.

This Spouse-Impersonator, playing Paul Tanis, pretending to be Paul Tanis, using Paul Tanis’s name, and staying in contact with Quincy Police and with these 3 parties–Chens, Mazzeos, Starsiak tenants, is engaging in massive Fraud and Crime against this writer and her family. It is this writer’s speculation that this man is affiliated with the DOD-CIA groups responsible for cloning, and that he is participating in their Brain and Life Experimentation projects as well as counter-personnel-DEW-using projects–all criminal–against her.

Family-impersonators such as the two (playing Sister and Cousin) who showed up here this past weekend doing similar things, yelling for this writer to come out and open the door for them–so they could come in and “get her credit card” among other plans it appears–and the one (playing Brother) noted in a Fraudulent court form sent to her suggesting the writer needed to acquire a “Legal Guardian” implying she had lost charge of her mental faculties–while falsely claiming she was divorced–also indicate that a Plot has been hatched here and continues to be hatched in various guise–with different attempts made at different times, involving many other parties including Courts, Lawyers, and “Mental Health Guardians” in efforts to deprive the writer of her rights, basically.

Either the same or another Spouse-Impersonator has also been involved online in sending emails to lawyers and mental health “guardians” claiming need to “do a Section 12” on her (again, that is) and remove her rights.

All of this is absurd given the writer’s Privacy status as a living American woman on the Land and Soil of America, not in Maritime, not ever planning to volunteer to be a Brain Experimentee nor to enter a single court in Maritime Jurisdiction at any time, now and forever.

However the planted mercenaries closeby appear to be working in collusion with the DOD-CIA factions running simulations and war games on people, and they run one Crime Plan after another, every single day, with intent to disappear one as “seriously Mentally Ill” for their own devouring purposes as Brain Thieves and Body Burglars–and have been doing so for 3 years now.

This writer repudiates all attempts by these parties and by Quincy Police to defraud her of her freedom and her rights, and once again informs all she is in perfect charge of all her faculties. All False Psych Labeling–every single fake “diagnosis”– committed against her on the medical record affiliated with a form of her name is Bogus–set up by Medical and Military and Intelligence criminals seeking to destroy the life of a Writer and Teacher in order to steal her Brain and her Body for private military medical experimentation purposes: despicable and condemnable, all parties involved are hereby Notice’d they cannot attack the Writer in this or any way. Her life, Brain and Body are her own, and all are advised to stop all attack and experimentation projects, including Neuro Strike Intentions to brain-damage her–which intent seems to be played out every second.
