Notice of All the Many Quincy & Boston Spouse-Impersonators, Police, Court, EMS, and Hospital Physicians, Psychiatrists, Nurses, Nursing Assistants Involved in the Unlawful Procurement, Kidnapping, Incarceration, Knocking-Unconscious, Trafficking, And False Psychiatric Labeling of American Journalist and Indian-American Author Ramola D Exposing MilPolIntel-Private Crimes December 20th, 2022 to December 29th, 2022

The parties involved in the Multiple Crimes committed on December 20th, 2022 against this American journalist and Indian-American author, and subsequently until December 29th, 2022 are as follows:

At 154 Pine Street, 2 seemingly Anglo-American Spouse-Impersonators, both culpable; one, who, spoken to that morning, when asked for the truth, touched Wood and did not speak, and one who informed the writer he, like Bluebeard, had “filed a complaint at the Court” supposedly in concern at the writer’s Mental Health due to an interest in blessing the house and exorcising all in it of demons; both playing the writer’s spouse, Paul Jeffrey Tanis, and purporting to be Tax Directors, Exempt Organizations, MA, M Ed, JD, LLM, at Price Waterhouse Coopers, Boston; the second resembling the writer’s spouse and plausibly a clone, who let in 2 Quincy Police men and permitted them to kidnap the Writer, saying “There is No Choice” as she was Manhandled & Dragged Outside by this Arresting Duo;
At 154 Pine Street and forcibly kidnapping the Writer and driving her to a “Courthouse Lockup” at Quincy District Court, 2 Quincy Police Officers seemingly Anglo-American found to be named M. Millane and J. O’Donnell; 1) FOIA Request 10/16/2023 to Quincy Police for Information on December 20, 2022; 2) Quincy Police Response 10/17/2023 & CAD Report for 12/20/2022 With Lie regarding “CT/ORD” Found Later to be Non Existent/3)Email; 4) Second FOIA Request 11/06/2023 for Section 12 Form & Related “CT/ORD”; 5) Quincy Police Response 11/07/2023 Confessing “No Records”; 6) Letter to Chief of Police Mark Kennedy 11/25/2023 Requesting FOIA Response Re-Evaluation & Explanation of QPD Actions, unanswered.
At the premises/ground floor/corridor off the downstairs lobby of Quincy District Court, 2 seemingly Anglo-American or Irish-American Municipal Police Officers or District Court Officers in black and white with gold braid, unnamed, one male–possibly (as stated by himself) Liam Patrick (of the House of) Daugherty, one female, who stole the Writer’s belongings (jewelry and proto-inhaler) and shackled her and locked her in a jail cell, with Quincy District Court later refusing to answer the Writer’s requests for information on them; Email Request for records 10/27/2023 to Quincy District Court; Request Letter 10/27/2023 in PDF.
At the premises/ground floor/corridor off the downstairs lobby of Quincy District Court, an Anglo-American woman watching all proceedings, back turned, sitting at a table in front of a jail cell, plausibly the Licensed Social Worker named on medical records as one who called in a “Section 12”–there was none, there were no forms or records related to such–fraudulently to South Shore Hospital while Brewster Ambulance EMS personnel were deployed to knock the Writer unconscious; this woman is named as Chelsea Lloyd, LSW, with a License from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health;
At the premises of the Quincy District Court while held inside a jail cell named the “Courthouse Lock-up” in the Patient Care report from Brewster Ambulance, a man naming himself an Anglo-American attorney, Chris Something, talking over the writer and informing her he would be representing her at “the court hearing”, and refusing to respond when informed the writer would not be represented by him and would not be attending his court since it was not in her jurisdiction;
At the premises/Courthouse Lockup door of the Quincy District Court, a seemingly Italian-American Municipal Corporation or District Court officer in black and white with gold braid who opened the cell door at some point, and offered to unshackle the writer if she would go upstairs to the court hearing, and who pushed her back into the cell and locked her up again when told she was not going to be going to any court hearing in this court since it was not in her jurisdiction–instead of unshackling her and letting her walk out the door;
At the premises/Courthouse lock up door of the Quincy District Court, an African-American woman officer dressed in the khaki colors of the Sheriff’s office who opened the cell door but then abandoned the writer to the lawless wheedlings of the Irish-American woman Municipal/QDC officer of the morning who stuck one leg up behind her, Masonically perhaps, on the corridor wall and demanded the writer sit down on the stretcher if she wanted her ankle shackles removed; Letter to the Norfolk County Sheriff Requesting Information; Response from the Norfolk County Sheriff Legal Department Saying No Records.
At the premises/ground floor/corridor off lobby of the Quincy District Court, 3 named Brewster Ambulance personnel, Anthony Holmes, Ryan Whidden, and Ryan Aucoin one of whom, Anglo-American, showed up with a stretcher and apparently knocked the Writer unconscious with a potent drug in a syringe as she sought to leave the premises, by walking out the door–having not attended the fraudulent court hearing she was invited to, later having been apparently knocked unconscious surreptitiously and kept unconscious in that cell for 5 hours from 10:30 in the morning to 3:30 in the afternoon, while having no reason to be there at all, shackled and incarcerated–ambulance EMTs who later hung around as the writer came to in the parking-lot, trussed and strapped down inhumanely, and loaded the stretcher into a Brewster van, without consent, and against the writer’s immediately stated wishes to go home.
At the premises/parking lot of the Quincy District Court, a seemingly Anglo-American deputy from the Norfolk County Sheriff’s office in khaki colors who went over and shut the open back door of his Sheriff’s van suggestively when the writer suggested the Sheriff could take her home (her private home. she meant and not his Jailhouse Lockups–the Norfolk County Sheriff’s location here, the writer found later, when she called their office for information, is synonymous with the County Jail);
Driving in rain on local highways, a large black seemingly Massachusetts State Police or CIA or just Quincy Police van which followed the Brewster Ambulance through many roads and intersections–including apparent repeat circles over the same roads and intersections, perhaps some ancient police ritual praying for CIA success in BRAIN-grabbing–all the way to South Shore Hospital, Weymouth.
At the front reception desk of South Shore Hospital, Weymouth, a Euro-American nurse, Laura Comeau, RN, who, when informed by the writer she was an Internationally Protected Person, this was a case of Mistaken Identity, she was here under duress and needed to go home, quickly admitted her–like a Black Ops Receptionist–and had her wheeled further into the hospital jailcell corridor.
At the inner reception desk of South Shore Mental Health possibly, further down that corridor, a possibly Latin-American Clinical Nursing Assistant naming herself “Nelsa” who was informed by the writer she was a journalist who had been brought there under duress on false premise, who worked in a dangerous war zone, the nature of her reportage such that she had been unlawfully captured, who seemed to be singularly dense and asked the writer to “get up and dance” instead for her.
At a small cubicle off the main corridor in which the writer had been held captive by Nelsa and friends, where the writer found herself, after being Knocked-out stealthily, possibly while sipping water at the water fountain, feeling oddly neuro-tunnelled, sitting up on an operating-table, with another spouse-impersonator opposite (different from the one who told her he had “filed the complaint” that morning and let QPD Millane and Donnelly capture her), younger, playing ingenuous and trusting,who quickly began spewing stories to a Dr. Wen who entered (with name tag) and went and stood behind the writer’s head, found later from the South Shore website to be an anesthetist, the stories themselves found to be the pre-scripted myths, apparently taken from previous Carney lies and embellished, set up by the Sentient Simulators–putatively CIA and Mazzeos, working closeby and “arranging” the whole South Shore capture and grab for BRAIN THIEVERY; later, these lies were found to be written on the medical records concocted by South Shore–several parties, apparently, had been involved in making up, transferring, and embellishing these lies.
At that cubicle, Dr. Wen. the anesthetist, whose name was also found on a Forced-EKG record saying “No Awl” and who obviously Knocked-out the writer again, as subsequently she found herself alone, minus the Spouse-Impersonator, who had told her he had come from the lobby and would be there.
At the inner reception desk of South Shore Mental health possibly, and in the corridor leading to double doors and a lobby, a whole crew of behind-the-counter RNs, Medical Technicians, and Black-Clad Security Guards who rushed over and grabbed the writer by the elbow and instant-Knocked her out again with a potent unnamed drug, as she sought to leave the corridor and go to the lobby to find the then-visiting spouse-impersonator, who had told her he would be in the lobby.
By the inner reception desk, appearing briefly and shooting questions at the writer, found not to have registered, as per the medical records later acquired, a Chinese-American Dr. Chen, a Psychiatrist–apparently a CIA Dark Shadows man, not found on the medical records but replaced by a Dr. Wayne Andrew Chin–responsible for demanding another Knock out moment, grabbing and strapping and blood-taking and Poison-Nano-Injecting, writing down thence the writer was “Unable to Sign” but actually “admitting” her into the Mental Health unit, South Shore Mental Health/Aspire.
By the inner reception desk, a whole bunch of black-clad Anglo-American and African-American Security guards and Medical Technicians (doing the grabbing and strapping noted above, right after Dr. Chen spoke to the writer) grabbing the writer and throwing her down on something–a gurney or operating table–and wheeling her into a side-cubicle, whence others clustered, a few holding horse-syringes and strapped her down and Knocked her out Again;
A unknown Medical technician or RN lifting off the writer’s top and sweatshirt and putting a blue hospital “johnny” over her head–after which she was apparently Knocked out again;
A crew of RNS found to be giving her a forced EKG including an African-American man and a Russian-looking man sitting outside with a computer before him, on sudden wakening in a darkened room and corridor, named in the medical records as Michael Perry, Daniel Krahn, Thomas Satkevich.
An Anglo-American woman who came into the room when the writer asked to speak to a woman, went behind the writer’s head and apparently Knocked her out again, without speaking to her or permitting conversation;
The Russian psychiatrist named Dr. Olga Novikov-King, not met by or known to the writer, who shows up on the medical records as one taking information from a “spouse” –a bunch of lies about “poor sleep” and “inability to care for self”–who actually fills out a Section 12 form–which is an application for involuntary hospitalization, which led to further Forced Kidnapping and Trafficking to another hospital, Bournewood, in Brookline in Boston.
A man/RN/Medical Technician who wheeled the writer from the operating area where she came to again into a wheelchair and down corridors to another lobby and brought her top and sweatshirt on request, handing her blue hospital pants and leading her to another screened off cubicle and suggesting she wear the pants.
A crew of women in the lobby area of this second reception which seemed to be an outer reception area by a yellow-lit parking-lot who let the writer–clad in her own clothes fully now–use the red telephone on the desk for a first phone call–found to be unfruitful,for the spouse-impersonator who was called at home informed her he wasn’t going to come pick her up–but would not let her use the phone again, tying it up instead; later medical records show this crew had called around for a second hospital to “involuntarily hospitalize” the writer again.
A crew of black-clad Anglo-American and Euro-American men and women who entered with a stretcher and apparently knocked her out and strapped her into the stretcher for she found herself strapped in and about to be loaded into another ambulance, or rather a large white van in the yellow-lit, rained-on parking lot; this crew was found in the records from United Health to be Midwest Ambulance staff Kristina Sierra and Mark Vajentic , with a third unnamed man, witnessed later inside the van–who participated in trafficking the writer to Bournewood Hospital and running “Brain Decoding” operations on her with the newly-stealth-implanted, unconsented-to BCI Tech (Brain Computer Interface Technology) behind her ears and on her scalp.
At the door of the Emerson I building in Bournewood Hospital, Chris Napolitano, a RN who admitted the writer into Bournewood despite being told this was a matter of mistaken identity at the door and that the writer needed to be home, and who was complicit–along with several others–in holding the writer there for 8 days before she was released on repeated attempts and actions of Notice by her from thereon;
At Bournewood Hospital, the Euro-American Psychiatrist named Dr. Richard Spiro, the Anglo/Euro-American Licensed Social Workers Madison Allred and Samantha Bayuk, the African-American RNs named Michelle Prophet, Diamond Williams, the German-American Psychiatrist named Dr. Raphael Weinstein, the Anglo-American RN with him named Mary, all of the African-American RNs and Anglo-American Occupational Therapists who met with and spoke with the writer** yet maintained the lie of her needing to be there at all and refused to let her leave, with each responsible for one or more egregious actions of harm against the writer, over Christmas and for a total of 8 days, until December 29th, 2022.[** Some Names in the Letter to the Commissioner of the DMH, Brooke Doyle, linked below.]
Lies have been noted down and recorded by all parties above who have put their signature, names, or event notation down on a report: Quincy Police has lied, Brewster Ambulance has lied, Quincy District Court has lied, South Shore Hospital, Weymouth has lied, South Shore Mental Health, Aspire, has lied, Midwest Ambulance has lied, Bournewood Hospital has lied. The 3 Spouse-Impersonators involved that day, including the one who “filed the complaint at QDC” have lied–but I do not have and was not given that complaint, despite asking. Several people at each of these organizations, named above, have lied. The most egregious lies have come from Physicians, Registered Nurses, Psychiatrists, Licensed Social Workers, EMTs: Emergency Medical Technicians, and Police.
Several people–some named above and some also noted in the Letter to Brooke Doyle, Commissioner, DMH– have participated in and been complicit in the Crimes enacted on me that day and the subsequent week, which was the week and weekend of Christmas 2022: complicit in Kidnapping and Procurement of my Physical Living Body onto their Premises, unconsented-to and Dangerous actions of Multiple Drugging, Incarceration, Multiple Stealth Implanting of RFIDs, Nanotech, Microtech and BCI Tech, Atrial Fibrillation & Electrical Heart Stimulation in Forced EKG, Trafficking, Incarceration for 9 days total from the Morning of December 20th, 2022.
Facilitating this December 20-29, 2022 Capture, Procurement, and False-Complaint filed by the Spouse-Impersonator–whose very presence in my home was facilitated by Quincy Police & the Boston FBI removing my actual Spouse, putatively on April 15, 2022, and CIA, Langley and Boston who have created the Clones and Spouse-Impersonators–whose filing actions were premised on regarding me as Mentally Ill, were all Psychiatrists, Physicians, EMTs, LSWs, and Police involved in the April 14, 2022 Kidnapping, Procurement, Trafficking and Incarceration on the premises of Steward Carney Hospital in Dorchester, Boston for 6 days, and the escalated False Psychiatric Labeling endowed by some among them: Dr. Jared Trout, Dr. Mahmood Sharfi, Dr. Michael Riley, Dr. Ryan O’ Hara, Dr. Steve McElroy, Diana King, PA, Dr. Rebecca Read, Dr. Dany Dumas, Dr. Elizabeth Davis, Dr. Suprav Mishra, Dr. Alexandra Accardi, Melissa di Pasquale, LSW, Brewster Ambulance CEO Mark Brewster and unnamed staff, Quincy Police personnel Tim O’ Brien, Christopher Bulger, Matthew Miller, William Mitchell, and Terence McDonnell.
Also facilitating this December 20-29, 2022 Capture, Procurement, False-Complaint, Incarceration, Physical Maltreatment, Forced EKG, Drugging and Implanting and Escalation in False Psychiatric Labeling, and providing further Defamation, Slander to prop up the Lie of Mental Illness, was Primary Care Physician Dr. Leslie Alexander who stole an X-ray in December 2021, showing an RFID chip sharpshot into the writer’s right arm, witnessed on the technician’s monitor, and wrote “Paranoia” instead in her notes, suggesting “follow-up” and further address of (journalistic reportage to her of unconsented-to biomedical experimentation on many) what she falsely claimed were signs of escalating Mental Illness.
Also facilitating this December 20-29, 2022 Capture, Procurement, False-Complaint, Incarceration, Physical Maltreatment, Forced EKG, Drugging and Implanting and Escalation in False Psychiatric Labeling, and providing the First False Baseline created by Police and Psychiatrists working together to malign, defame and disappear this Writer and Author and Teacher with Wrongful Watchlisting/Terrorlisting/Counterterrorism Listing & Unlawful Bio-Brain-Life Sale to CIA/DARPA/DOD “Special Access” Projects for Body-Blasting and Brain-Grabbing, Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information Classifications, with RF, Electrical, Neuro, Nano Weaponry were all Boston FBI Special Agents in Charge from 2013 to 2022 Vincent B. Harris, added in 2016; Anne M Mahoney, David F McCarthy, added in 2018; Charles J Phelan Jr, added in 2020; Anthony J Andronico, added in 2021; and, from 2013 to 2022 and beyond, Mayor Thomas Koch, Governors of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Deval Patrick and Charles Baker (from 2015), Attorney-Generals Martha Coakley and Maura Healey (from 2015) permitting this crime against this Writer and Journalist–which began in October 2013–and Adams Montessori School Board Officials and putative FBI “informants” Procuring People Wrongfully and Lawlessly for the FBI Watchlists by disseminating lies to Quincy City Officials and Boston FBI, Rosine Afshar, Alexander Steffan, Sinead Walsh, and False-Claim and Medical Malpractice-Practicing Psychiatrists Dr. Subha Thiagarajan and Dr. Ourania Madias, ignoring the writer’s reportage to them in 2013 of research testifying to the lawless use of Military Spectrum Weaponry on people and applying Ignorance and the False-Authority of their Professions of Medicine and Psychiatry to attach wrongful labels of Mental Illness to the writer’s name and health records within their cultic and criminal Medical System, now pronounced Defunct by this writer, for all obvious reasons noted above–but which led to the train of events and planned actions from 2013 to 2022 by the parties of the complicit named above in Procurement and Attack activities against this Writer and Journalist, to baselessly and without cause attack her Name, Reputation, Career, Profession, Life, Body, Brain, Health, Family in desperate and criminal pursuit of their private interests in Experimenting Without Consent on her Brain and Abusing her Body with Weapons-Testing of Counter Personnel Directed Energy Weapons developed by the Departments of Defense, Justice, and CIA.
Every single one of the parties herein named or/and alluded to/referenced has been complicit in multiple crimes enacted against the writer for 12 years now, since 2013, destroying the life, health, body, brain, family, name, career, profession of the writer, and is herein notified that they can never repeat these crimes nor continue them; that all efforts will be made by this Writer, Author, and Journalist to expose and report these crimes and to end their practice on herself and on all others who report and have reported similar crimes on themselves.
False records, claims, reports and “diagnoses of Mental Illness” have been made and are wrongfully being held in medical records in databases under the name “Ramola Dharmaraj” used by all parties herein named, including, it appears, Police, FBI, DHS, CIA, DOD and Intelligence databases as well as Medical, Hospital, and Health Insurance databases, and are records therefore of the Extreme Crimes committed against this writer, and evidence of the Excessive Defamation and Slander campaign run by all parties named above against this Writer, Author, and Journalist.
All Police and Chiefs of Police, EMS Technicians, Paramedics and Ambulance Service CEOs, Emergency Department Physicians and Mental Health Psychiatrists, Nurses, Technicians and Units in Hospitals or Affiliated Organizations, Hospital Administrations, Hospital CEOs, Health Insurance Corporations and Health Insurance CEOs who have executed the crimes named above against this writer, falsely claiming Public Safety, Mental Illness, Psychiatric Evaluation Needed, Medical Checkup Needed, and issuing “Section 12” Applications for Involuntary Hospitalization on these false claims will be served a Notice of Claim and Public Notification with News Reportage for their Crimes, and are advised never to repeat or attempt to repeat these Crimes on this Writer, Author, and Journalist ever again. All Fines increase with each action of Defamation against the writer’s name.
