Reporter’s Note 48: Women Leading Well-Known Intelligence Outfits and Universities and “Ethics” Gigs Steadfastly Ignore Sexual Torture & Urino-Genital Weapons They Have Endorsed: Are They Really Women?

Now you would Think, that after Reporter’s Note 47 was published, and Reporter’s Note 45 and 46 in fact, the absolute criminals living next door and manning the local “police” station–a word the inmates cling to despite having become pirates, highwaymen, brigands, thieves, gangsters, kidnappers and criminals desperately in need of jail cells, bars, shackles, handcuffs, and lock-ups for life–would Cease and Desist their Through-Wall Molesting and Sexual Torture, Urino-Genital Torture behavior, but no, they have simply amped up their Fixation on Bladders, Fixation on Sexual Parts Torture activities.

First (about three days ago), all browsers crashing and phone crashing and batteries crashing–while loud crashes sounded synchronously from their houses and cars–heralded their refusal to take heed of dire warnings: Obviously when Crime is exposed, the end of crime is near or should be–but apparently Never, in Quincy Massachusetts, where Kibbutz Settlers with Red Beards and Protected Chinese Criminals who cut our trees without heeding pleas from the caring gardeners we are can hold hands with the progeny of Nazi SS opposite and all three work closely with other Quincy criminals and run continued, and orchestrated Sexual Torture Ops on their chosen “Victims.” For apparently, if Police target you, you become a “Victim”: a Private Police Abuse Victim, and Medical “Technicians” aka Nurses, ER Docs and others certainly will treat you like one: a very dead one. Since those publications, there have been many similar attacks on this writer, all of them logged and noted. Last night, trying to sleep, a new one. Then this morning, as this writer came back upstairs from a brief sojourn downstairs to make coffee, another major and concerted attack, striving apparently to stop her from further fortifying her sleeping arrangements to prevent the kind of all-out extreme-assault on nether regions aimed at her last night.

Mazzeos come and go meanwhile. A new dark haired darkred-bearded couple appeared at their back door today, while later a bearded ginger-blond man leapt out into the backyard–from where various sharpshooting of nanotech at foreheads and necks has been aimed–whereupon this writer took it upon herself to stay out of the way (inside in other words).

Last night, not long after the publication of Advice to all Targeted I was intensely attacked. I was in fact compelled to switch everything off and shield as best I could and strive early to sleep. Now I could consider that new attack either a response by criminals with drones and helicopters to my Advice posting there which raised the question of Women-in-Public-Positions condoning Crime on Women’s Bodies, or completely unrelated, which I rather think it was not.

8:25 pm/1-14-2025: Major blast shock on brain or neck, causing writer’s entire body to spring awake and jolt forward–clearly from the Mazzeo attic room. Sound of a plane somewhere.

This morning, standing by my bed, fixing it for safer reading and writing, major attacks aimed at bladder and nether areas started up again–LiMings, Mazzeos, Starsiak-tenants, Ruane-tenants houses, also houses in back. Very loud RF hits sounded on the sound shield. Basically, the brain decoders listening in seemingly aware of room fortifications were going all-out to prevent the writer from standing upright. More shielding had to be applied, in order to stand upright.

Now over the past ten days the same sort of massively manic attack on pelvic and lower areas, coupled with 5g/RF HPM hits at face, chest, spine have ensured both inability to stand and inability to walk and inability to breathe. Many logs have been made, and some will be added in shortly.

Housecleaning has fallen away, cooking, reading, writing. The cell phone was drained of battery and refused to come back online. WordPress was attacked. Throughout: silence from family. The woman opposite parked her boat right in front, actually moving Yard Waste cans onto the wildflower strip, where, the writer noticed, someone had come by and literally shaved the cap of struggling newly-green into extinction: who would do that? LiMings perhaps or Starsiak-tenants? The Starsiak tenant woman–putatively Police–who parked her car here last night–a heavily armored Chevy Traverse crossover, recorded last summer to be emitting high frequency RF from all sides earlier–was plausibly involved in the major attack on this writer’s body last night: when the entire bed–as also her spine–was felt vibrating at very high frequency, and continuous shielding needed to be applied to prevent RF attacks at sensitive spots. Quincy Police–from the houses across the street–have previously used Through-Wall weaponry to blast left arm, heart, head, back, spine. As often for years and recently, Infrared heating also burned the writer’s spine.

MAIL FRAUD: FALSE CORRESPONDENCE: PHISHING SCAMS

Over the past week mysterious letters arrive in the mail, one purporting to be from the writer’s father, but written in the hand of an obvious operative unable to mimic her father’s distinctive hand, a letter rambling about dementia, not being able to recognize relatives, and other stories concocted and run for 2 years by the CIA-Spych Ops club and repeated by both her sister and her father in obvious parrotage and apparently still being replayed. Like the woman across the street who called the other woman from upstairs the day I stood outside watering then was forced to film this street theater aimed at attacking me, for record-keeping, who tried “You have a fixation on children!” then “You’re a Psycho!” in manic and hopeful repeats of her own (Police) storylines, the letter seemed to try “You’ve lost your memory!” “You don’t recognize anyone!” R-right.

Clearly, the local Police-CIA-FBI-DHS contingent who think it is okay to remove people’s families from their homes then sic long-alive yet never-revealed-until-then clones of spouses and children on them do believe they can keep on gaslighting people forever. While using radio weaponry on them night and day, in vibrational attempts to catatonize, placidate, neurodumb, and disappear their brains forever. “Let’s remove your brain, keep using the clones of your husband forever against you, and the clones of your child, and then let’s keep removing your brain so no-one will believe you–you need to act more and more and more useless and inept and incapable so we can get your brain too–we are beating you to death, or near-death, no, it’s useless, We Are Spies and Slavers here, you can’t protest.” A small black car zoomed down the street yesterday morning, followed by a large black van. No, sorry I can’t see the Symbolism in any of it. And Black Ops cannot be acquiesced to, or accepted, or acknowledged, or seen as Superior. Or acceptable. They’re not acceptable, and they Must End.

Avril Haines, Director of Intelligence, certainly knows what the “Deterrence” weapons of “Counter Terrorism” are doing–and if she doesn’t, she has certainly been apprised, by my many Reporter’s Notes here, as well as letters, what they have been doing to me. Yet this weapon-usage on my body hasn’t stopped.

So yes, I must conclude she is Ignoring these reports of Through-Wall Radio Molesting and Sexual Torture which I must therefore link closely with her now, and William Burns, and Christopher Wray, and James Comey, and James Clapper, and Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld, and George Bush, and Barack Obama, and Bill Clinton–and all their predecessors who helped develop and endorse these bio-hacking Weapons of Bodily Crime which make no distinction between a woman’s bladder and a woman’s breast and a woman’s heart.

“Deterrence” and “Terrorism, the threat of terrorism” was brought up to her in a more recent hearing— but neither she nor anyone else in the CIA stepped forward to reveal that Crime has been committed against the people of the USA in the name of Counter Terrorism, and continues to be. A matter in fact the CIA is steadfastly ignoring, as women in SACHRP and the President’s Bioethical Commission also ignored.
