The letter this writer had been laboring over for the past few days, persisting despite continuous cyberhacking and biohacking from planted next-door mercenaries and local police parties parking provocatively in Continuous Provocation Harassment and Criminal Trespass despite being advised of a “No Parking” stricture guarding the writer’s Private Parking Spot beneath her cherry tree and window, was finally sent last night via email to various prominent Military & Civilian Police members of the new Donald Trump Cabinet, and copied to the Senate Committees and other Cabinet members previously apprised this year with the Letter Sent to Military Ombudsmen and Senate Intelligence, Judiciary, and Government Oversight Committees.
Attorney General Pamela Bondi, on camera recently with commentary on an event–plausibly staged–presented on Fox News, has now officially been apprised, as also Kristi Noem, Secretary of Homeland Security, Kash Patel, Director of the FBI, and Andrea Joy Campbell, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Attorney-general, and asked to open all classified projects, end fraudulent watchlisting by the FBI, end Secrecy, and curb the noxious Police and Military and CIA crimes with RF/Neuro/Nano/Electrical Weaponry which have been long-set in place and continue to be conducted by all States despite massive reportage and cries to cease from a tormented and persecuted American populace–now experiencing Modern Radio Slavery and daily and nightly Torture from the use and abuse of these so-called “Non Lethal Weapons”, a disastrous experiment in New Weaponry and crass, unconsented-to Artificial Intelligence development & BRAIN projects gone bad.
Standing up to the CIA is never fun, and the CIA let this writer know why, rather palpably, over the past couple weeks: We have the Guns, they conveyed, and the Reins of Power in our Pretty Hands, and we simply won’t let them go, whatever you try.
The CIA however, like the FBI, the DHS, and the Police the Attorney-Generals preside over, mustn’t run away with the notion that putting people to Death Secretly is the way to remain Central or Intelligent. Torture has been called, and there is no way the CIA can be permitted to ignore that, nor the DOD, now brazenly naming itself War. War itself of course has become passe, but certain World Leaders are stuck in Time and haven’t heard. Surely Death & Destruction? they cry (meaning, Don’t we all want that, in the end, the Amount of Money there is in the Making of it…?), and NO ONE IS LISTENING. We cringe now, worldwide, when we see their news, and no, we don’t want it. Not their bombs, not their demolition, not their blowing families and legs and lives to pieces. BOMBS are for BURYING.
Meanwhile in Massachusetts, they’re running to close the store on Cannabis: Have people’s pineal glands been opening perhaps, is the MASS SPIRITUAL AWAKENING getting into the Hallowed Halls of the Republic?
Massachusetts is raking in Federal funds though, to expand its “Mental Health” funds to keep the Mental Health Fraud crisis-system well-funded. Very concerning, and this article from July and interview with Andrea Joy Campbell alerts all on the militarizing of health and the need to become private, more than ever, and exert one’s God-given natural rights to health choices of our very own, quite far from the so-called “Healthcare” industry and closer to Nature, the Earth, ancient culture in all ethnicities, and our own paths forward in Life.

Dear Pamela Bondi, Kristi Noem, Kash Patel, and Andrea Joy Campbell:
1, Since my last letters to some of you, or your Offices, it appears the attacks on me and my family have not been stopped by the Quincy and Massachusetts and US Governments.
As you know, I am speaking of the COVERT CRIME attacks on me and my family with a gamut of covert Spectrum and Acoustic Weapons, Mental Health Fraud from the Police-CIA-EMS-Hospital-Health-Insurance factions, intense Neighborhood Social Harassment and Life Harassment with Vandalism, Break-Ins, Plant and Tree Foliage Attack, Theft, and Irradiation, Animal Companion Radio Frequency/5G Attack and Killing, Provocation Parking with RF-Arms-Loaded Pickups, SUVs, Suburbans, Cars, as well as Daily and Nightly RF Attack--a lot more than Harassment--with Electrical and Radio Weapons.
The Local Police--Quincy Police Department--are maintaining FALSITIES and LIES in their databases, and have once again arrived at my doorstep on FALSE-CLAIM-SUMMONS from criminally-behaving neighbors, a man posing as Joseph Mazzeo on 150 Pine Street, on September 5, 2025, and a woman posing as Mrs. Chen Liming at 156 Pine Street, on August 25, 2025, both matters I have reported and sought information via a FOIA request on (the latter so far to no avail; the local City Government appears to prefer DISCRIMINATION, RACISM, and refusal to respond to my FOIA queries lately).
My Right Knee is currently badly injured, at Nerve, Bone, Muscle, in fact Broken (I cannot walk, only hobble), with the use of ELECTRICAL PULSE WEAPONS and RADIO FREQUENCY HIGH POWERED MICROWAVE WEAPONS, wielded by the Fusion Center Contractors and domestic and foreign soldier and spy operatives parked here around me, notably representing the CIA, CHINA, and ISRAEL, plausibly also RUSSIA, as well as numerous medical and social researcher factions, of different ethnic origins.
In addition, my face is being daily attacked to high swelling and inflammation, I have been sprayed at Cheek, Jawline, Throat with pressure-spray face-filler or Syn Bio collagen nanotechnology, my face and sinuses are attacked daily with RF HPM and 5G pulses so I cannot breathe, cannot save my lungs and appear to have recurring and continuous respiratory problems--note, these are not internally-efflorescing "symptoms" but direct and immediate consequences of RF HPM (high powered microwave weapons, Military) and 5G attack, sounded on my sound shields, and recorded on my EMF meters; I have been attacked on my head and brain with RF HPM and Pulsed Energy Projectiles effecting Neuro Strikes; I have been attacked on all my organs with RF HPM including my eyes and liver, kidney, pancreas; I have been continuously atrially fibrillated at my heart and attacked with specific congestion frequencies at my heart including to near-death intensity, as occurred recently in an orchestrated pre-dawn attack on August 18, 2025, reported at the time; I have been subjected to the use of other exotic RF Vibration Technologies which have resulted in near-death vibrations; I have been spinally heated and vibrated with ACTIVE DENIAL TECHNOLOGY which is a MILLIMETER WAVE WEAPON; I have been continually stalked, radio-tracked, cavitation-radar-hit, implant-hit, and jerk-electroshocked (spot shocked: nerve, muscle, limb shock, with specific focus on neck, lower brain, top of head) inside my house by the planted Chinese mercenaries at 156 Pine, and at 150 Pine, by the Mazzeos, a named Joseph and Samantha Mazzeo, a shell name for a number of foreign-looking red-bearded, ginger-bearded, and black-bearded men, and blonde and dark-haired women, by helicopters, light planes, drones, and cars which zoom into our street frequently and park to hit and track. Several near-death heart hits have been sent my way. Orchestrated drone and plane action has accompanied some of these. I have been attacked on my private parts continually with bladder-leak and skin-radar weapons, and attacked on other parts of my body with burn weapons, SUB MILLIMETER WAVE SKIN BURN WEAPONS and SKIN PARALYSIS WEAPONS, the latter by all three mercenary parties parked here around me, inclusive of the ones at 153 and 151 Pine Street--who are POLICE-AFFILIATED parties using POLICE TECHNOLOGY and CORRECTIONS TECHNOLOGY which is INHUMANE, UNETHICAL, and CRIMINAL, and which should never have been approved for use by anyone, EVER.
I have lately reported quite a bit of these egregious attacks with military weaponry in Reporter's Notes at my media website and magazine, The Everyday Concerned Citizen, as also in numerous letters and news reports.
2, I have merely listed a few of the weapons found to exist from military and police documents, which have clearly been used unlawfully on my body, along with much sharpshot and syringe-shot RFID and self-assembling Nano Implants; many more have been used on me.
3, I am NOT A VOLUNTEER in any kind of experiment or research project, including BRAIN EXPERIMENTS. I am not a criminal in Jail with no recourse to Justice. I am an Author, Writer, and Journalist, College Creative Writing Faculty, Editor, Publisher, Children's Art & Writing & Natural Science Teacher, and Mother. As I have reported previously and widely published on, clearly I have been unlawfully attacked in Quincy, for 12 years!--with Radio Frequency Weaponry, apparent Surveillance and Monitoring, and Defamation in Databases--by the Quincy Police Department, Boston FBI, and DHS, directly on FALSE CLAIM and FALSE REPORT, never disclosed publicly but obvious, from October 2013, from clearly racist, excluding, and criminally-behaving School Board and apparent "FBI Informants" and Mayor Koch buddies Principal Rosine Afshar, Treasurer Sinead Walsh [College faculty, Chemistry, then, at Stonehill College], and President Alexander Steffan [a Franklin & Marshall graduate and corporate attorney for a Blood-Supplies & Medical-Device Defense corporation, Haemoneutics Corporation, where he is a Vice-President currently] of the Adams Montessori Elementary School, Quincy, after a quite brief, quietly-voiced disagreement with the (apparently avarice-stricken) Treasurer at a Pancake Breakfast/Lunch on extra babysitting fees for Parent-Teacher Conferences--shamelessly and criminally, on another mother in the school, a writer, a poet, an artist, an editor, an author, an art and creative writing and natural science teacher then, and College faculty from Washington DC (George Washington University)--who in fact taught her own children Art, Literature, & Creative Writing in visiting, after-school, and summer workshops at school and at her home. As a consequence, Massachusetts Psychiatrists, one a family friend, Dr. Subha Thiagarajan, who recommended "another opinion" of the other now working in Wellesley, Dr. Ourania Madias, both acting on Ignorance and Shoddy Medical Training as well as, plausibly, complicity with Covered Agencies such as the FBI and CIA and DOD, falsely, egregiously, criminally, and expediently labeled me "Delusional" and "Paranoid", without scientific basis, in December 2013, just for reporting to family, Factually, the Stealth- use of Radio Frequency Technologies on my body, and the swarming of local Surveillance and Stalking unleashed instantly by an out-of-control and criminally-behaving* Boston FBI/Quincy Police / DHS / Commonwealth Fusion Center coterie in November and December 2013 on me, and for using metallic shielding to save my life from Electromagnetic Weaponry attack--without which I would not be alive today.
*It is criminal to use actual WEAPONRY, Radio, Radar, Microwave, Millimeter Wave Weaponry, Acoustic, Neuro, Nano, Electrical, on anyone's bodies for any reason, including by Police, FBI, DHS or DARPA, DOD, DOJ, CIA, DIA, Air Force, Army, Navy, Marine Corps et al contractors and employees; it is also criminal for such agencies to stalk, swarm, socially harass, attack, and defame people, including any wrongfully labeled "delusional" or any other by Psychiatrists—whose entire Profession, in my considered opinion, is based on Lies and fraudulent.
4, I have since, in 2022, been repeat-attacked by a coterie of Police and Psychiatry licensees, who are, it appears, programmatically working hard today all over the USA to name perfectly sane people "Mentally Ill" so they can throw them covertly into classified BRAIN EXPERIMENTATION ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS and DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPONS TESTING PROJECTS--on both of which subjects much public-domain knowledge now exists and which I, like a few other Investigative Science and Technology Journalists, have reported extensively on, with declassified documents from the US Air Force, Army, and Navy. Quincy Police--acting collusively with Brewster Ambulance, the Quincy District Court, Midwest Ambulance, Steward Carney Hospital of Dorchester, South Shore Hospital of Weymouth, South Shore Mental Health or Aspire, Bournewood Hospital of Brookline, the Commonwealth Fusion Center, Boston Police, Boston FBI, the Norfolk County Sheriff, and the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health--have twice criminally engaged in Procurement-for-Profit Kidnapping actions against me, procuring further False Psychiatric Labeling against my name from numerous collusive physicians and psychiatrists, notably Dr. Jared Trout, Dr. Mahmood Sharfi, Dr. Michael Riley, Dr. Chen, Dr. Olga Novikov-King, Dr. Richard Spiro, all acting criminally, negligently, and defamingly. Each hospital ER was informed I was a journalist; at South Shore, Dr. Chen and Dr. Olga, and at Bournewood, Dr. Richard Spiro should have received that information from the South Shore Hospital records where I informed a Clinical Nursing Assistant I was a journalist reporting on military technology and working in a dangerous war zone [which the streets of America currently are, with the still-undisclosed use by Police and FBI and DHS of all of these "Non-Lethal"/Spectrum/Acoustic/Neuro technologies--disclosed recently by the National Institute of Justice and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Fusion Center, as reported by ACLU, Massachusetts succeeding FOIA-response, with declassified Police/Homeland Security/Justice documents reported by myself in 2023], yet all of these educated physicians ignored my reportage. Please note: I am a Journalist reporting on National Security matters; My journalism cannot be ignored.
5, I have clearly been UNLAWFULLY WATCHLISTED BY THE BOSTON FBI in 2013/2014--and thence unlawfully moved into "BLACK PROJECTS". This watchlisting, I speculate, from my 12 years of journalism now, has included being listed unlawfully in some way as a TERRORIST and wrongfully as MENTALLY ILL, MENTALLY UNSTABLE, and a PUBLIC SAFETY RISK. This listing and defamation has further permitted the planted mercenaries in my neighborhood--working covertly for various agencies including DOJ, DOD, and CIA, as well as foreign nations treasonously permitted to "test controlled equipment" in our midst--to engage in the crimes of PROVOCATION and FALSE REPORT as noted above, and to continuously summon local Police on False Accusations, Lies, and False Reports--as my many FOIA Request reports, published, show. Their lies have been found out and reported. These are CRIMES OF DEFAMATION AND SLANDER by the FBI, by the US Department of Justice, by the Quincy Police Department, and by the City of Quincy, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. I have a Name to protect as a Writer, Author, Journalist, and Teacher, and I am not going to stand by and let the FBI and Police and CIA and DARPA and their Private-Corporation friends continuously attack and destroy my Name--and destroy my Life forever, as currently seems to be the case. The City of Quincy, the Quincy Police Department, Boston FBI, FBI Headquarters in Washington DC, any other FBI/Police/DHS agency, and the Commonwealth Fusion Center--also BRIC and Boston Police--CANNOT list and maintain me in their incorrect databases as "Mentally Ill" and needing "Wellbeing Checks" by Quincy Police. The criminals working for CLASSIFIED PROJECTS run by the CIA and others cannot keep summoning Police with False Reports, Lies, and False-Accusations against me, as they have been doing quite freely--and seem to be continuing, as a spurious visit the afternoon of Friday, September 5, 2025 by Quincy Police alerts. Please see my letter of July 22, 2025 to the CEOs of United Health regarding the past usage by United Healthcare of False Psychiatric Labels against me, which they are forbidden to do thence, it is definitive. No Health Insurance Agency, Hospital/Physician/Other Healthcare, Emergency Medical Services organization, or Police party of any kind is permitted to use the False Psychiatric Labels conferred between 2013 and 2022 by criminally-behaving health professionals and police professionals on medical records affiliated with a form of my name, they are all fraudulent, defamatory, and criminal.
6, Please note as well, I have established my Political Status as Private. I am a Living American woman, standing on Land and Soil. I am not situated in Maritime or Admiralty Jurisdiction. Neither the FBI, the Police, the City of Quincy, nor the CIA nor any division of the US Military can claim me as an enslaved US Citizen, securitized and bonded, to be treated as DEAD or an automatic FELON, a DEBTOR. I have informed the IRS and the SEC, the US Secretary of State and the Massachusetts Secretary of State of my standing. Nor can anyone ever label me falsely an "enemy combatant" or "aggressor" in any way. None can deny--or ever assert otherwise--that I am living privately and peacefully on the Land and Soil on my own private land and soil and home territory in my adopted state of Massachusetts currently.
7, There is and has been NO CAUSE for my being unlawfully and wrongfully watchlisted by the Boston FBI and Quincy Police in 2013/2014 and then being fed to the sharks of the US AIR FORCE and other Military divisions and DARPA-CIA for UNLAWFUL and CRIMINAL Directed-Energy-Weapons-Testing and Criminal, Unethical, Unlawful, Inhumane BRAIN EXPERIMENTATION and BIO-BEHAVIORAL RESEARCH involving physical attack on the Body and Brain.
8, The FBI cannot watchlist people wrongfully and unlawfully without cause, nor can it list people who are not any of these things in any secret police category as Persons of Interest, Suspicious, Possible Terrorist or any other.
9, The FBI cannot target Writers, Authors, Journalists, Activists and write them down as Mentally Ill, Unstable, Public Safety Risks, nor can it work with Police, EMS, Psychiatrists and Physicians to procure such Labels and disappear people thus. Neither can local Police, nor can DHS, nor the Commonwealth Fusion Center nor the Boston Regional Intelligence Center.
10, Further, regarding "Parallel Construction" and Investigating Operations using Non Lethal Weapons, Sentient Simulations, and Extreme Harassment: The FBI and Police cannot practice "PARALLEL CONSTRUCTION" either, nor LIFETIME PARALLEL CONSTRUCTION, by first wrongfully and unlawfully watchlisting people, and then running NONSTOP, LIFETIME ATTACK AND HARASSMENT OPERATIONS including with DEADLY RADIO AND SPECTRUM, NEURO, AND ELECTRICAL WEAPONRY to "force a reaction" "cause a confrontation" "make people act out" --such as, they seem to hope, confront their neighbors for their nonstop crimes of extreme-provocation harassment and multiple-weapon-use with Guns or Knives--while in fact informing their UNLAWFULLY NAMED TARGET's family, friends, work colleagues, and acquaintances they are LONG-TERM "UNDER INVESTIGATION" for some dire, unnamed crime "LIKELY TO INVOLVE CRIMINAL PROSECUTION", as verbiage in a FOIA-response letter from Quincy Police seems to indicate; nor can they set up local Police in homes next to their TARGET in spurious and unwarranted programs of "COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS" as the Massachusetts "Sequential Intercept Model" or “Community Justice Project” seems to indicate, and essentially run LIFETIME PARALLEL CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS OF ATTACK on them. This is in fact both avidly Criminal and Absurd. I need to get back to my life, work, and writing, publishing, and literary projects and I cannot be treated interminably both by local Police, the Boston FBI, and DARPA-DOD-CIA as fodder for physical and social bashing and Military Slavery till the end of Time. In Quincy and Boston, I need to be recognized as the Author, Writer, Poet, College & Children's Teacher, and Journalist I am, not treated like a pariah with a Mental Problem who needs National Security Surveillance.
11, My life has been put in danger and is in danger daily from the extreme attacks of Radiation Weaponry and Neuroweaponry on my person. As I have repeatedly reported, including to the United Nations, to Presidents Trump and Biden, to the Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, to various Senate committees and Senators, and to Military Ombudsmen responsible for the actions of crime conducted by military divisions against people they non-consensually use for their CRIMINAL weapons-testing projects, I am being kept Enslaved, Tortured, and Abused daily and nightly by the people working for these covert/classified projects and clustering around me like fleas, playing "Neighbor" and attacking me 24/7, in a 360-degree formation in my neighborhood, from all nearby houses and cars which park nearby; this while forcing, four times, false Mental Health labels on me, ignoring my letters and pleas to stop these crimes. Such Slavery and Persecution is neither Lawful nor Acceptable: Slavery is a crime and it is Slavery I am being subjected to, with PHYSICAL ASSAULT AND BATTERY THROUGH WALL, and COMMUNITY ATTACK projects using covers of Policing, Monitoring, and Surveillance but essentially attacking, harassing, provoking, lying about and defaming me on a daily basis including with SOUND TERROR, PROVOCATION PARKING, VANDALISM, BREAK-INS, AND THEFT OF CARS AND OTHER ITEMS to prevent walks and drives, and FREQUENT POLICE SUMMONS ON LIES. Every touch of Through-Wall Radiation and Neuroweaponry on my body is TORTURE and ABUSE, and I am being more than touched, I am being blasthit with energy pulses, and have been, for 12 years now: for 12 years I have had no life free of Physical and Social Abuse. Over the past 3 years in particular, I have been subjected to intense PHYSICAL TORTURE with near-disabling Radio Frequency, Radar, and Electrical Pulse Generator attacks consecutively on my left arm, right arm, left knee, right knee, left shoulder, right shoulder, spine, face, nose, eyes, sinuses, ribs, lungs, liver, pancreas, colon, uterus, private parts. I have been sharpshot repeatedly with RFID trackers and "Public Safety" implants, as if I am a wild animal which needs sharpshooting from a distance by paid military mercenaries--which no wild animal does either. My Right Knee is currently broken, with ELECTRIC PULSES being sent to Nerves on the knee, to Ligaments and to Bones: I cannot walk, cannot stand, cannot bend without extreme discomfort and, while bending, searing pain. Forced to wear major shielding at the kneecap and just below on both knees in fact, I am still attacked repeatedly on the site of the injury, with deliberate SADISM and CRUELTY.
12, Further: My face has been disfigured with pressure-sprayed nanotechnology and continuous radiation attacks; it seems to be daily sprayed and inflamed in an asymmetric way, including near my eyes, ears, mouth, with no regard for SAFETY. [These are people professing PUBLIC SAFETY, the fusion center and police contractors parked here and using "non-lethal weapons."] I have been pressure-sprayed several times as well on my back with nanotechnology and then attacked with radiation weaponry which means my back has been alternately aflame with pain and itch frequencies. I am being hit with microwave radiation on my entire body in fact, with its own train of burning and itch effects.
13, I am blasthit on my head frequently with Neuroweapons, Radio weaponry, and specific frequencies on specific spots on my head and extremely low frequencies on spine to induce SLEEP often, especially when reading and writing, to stop my journalism. For several years I was RF pulse hit on my head and forehead to induce extreme headaches and migraines, to induce stoppage of all writing, speaking, and thinking.
14, I am made sick daily with sprays of mold into my house through windows and vents--by the neighbor-mercenaries, who also attack refrigerator'd food with rigged sprayers--as well as with direct-attack RF HPM and 5G on face, and ADT (active denial technology) attacks on spine; I am not permitted to BREATHE on my own, with RF HPM and 5G alternately continuously directed at me from all directions, while inside my house or outside in back- or front-yard, at my nose and face; apparently the BRAIN EXPERIMENTERS want me unbreathing, unmoving, asleep, burning up, itching everywhere, disabled, disfigured, overweight, unfit, and sick all the time. To overcome daily respiratory illness I am compelled to consume vast amounts of Vitamin C, andrographis, equisetum, nettle, amla, karela and vegetables. I try to save my face with aloe, olive oil, walnut scrub and coconut oil. I sit under Reflectix rolls to breathe, to stop the head-on face blasts--24/7--of RF HPM and 5G on my face from all the clustering "Police" and "CIA" and "Military Medicine" et al researchers parked around me. [I have no life but Shielding now.]
15, FORCED ISOLATION AND STOPPED COMMUNICATIONS: In addition, I am being subjected to SOLITARY CONFINEMENT which has lasted for 2 years now, after Stranger-Presence in my home was run--by I presume the CIA-FBI-QPD-DOD--for 1 and a half years in 2022 and 2023, with, egregiously, unannounced genetic clones of my husband and genetic clones of my daughter sprung on me without notice or explanation or announcement as such, and scripted, grievously, to act harassively against me, with 2 years of absolute SOLITUDE since; I have been forced to stay 24/7 inside my home in Quincy, Massachusetts lately thanks to all the local-mercenary attacks and their specious summoning of Quincy Police on sight of me in front, gardening or watering; I cannot go out even for a walk (they break in and steal things and destroy appliances) and have not walked outside since August 2023. I have been unable to reach anyone in my family, since all their email ids and phone numbers have been overlaid by, I presume CIA-FBI-QPD-DOD interceptors engaged in criminal actions of "SENTIENT SIMULATIONS" against me. [The CIA, playing my cousins and sister and brother and father, has sent me many crazed emails, and I aim to publish all of them.] Cloning apparently has sprung up around us like mushrooms and none of us have been told. I have spoken on the phone to voice-clones of cousins, been left voicemails by obvious cousin-impersonators and sister-impersonator, and been twice visited--while clones of my husband had parked themselves here with clones of my daughter--by clones, seemingly, of my brother, and once, plausibly, by a clone of my sister and a cousin, the latter making remarks about stealing my credit cards, confirming my suspicions of her inauthenticity--and alerting me to keep her outside.
16, Regarding Communications, further, the CRIMINAL and JOBLESS mercenaries parked next door to me on both sides and opposite have attacked my cell phone and all computers, frequently draining battery and freezing all actions; I cannot use my cell phone (an iphone) currently, it doesn't start up beyond the Apple symbol and is battery-drained rightaway from next door. I am therefore being kept from phone communications with everyone, incuding my father in India who turned 92 this year, whom I cannot speak to now because of the CIA-hold on my cell phone; they really dislike me engaging in actions of initiative of my own it seems, I must fill their bill of being a decrepit lunatic who cannot call her family--"for some obscure reason no one can fathom, she is just recalcitrant". In keeping with this CIA-conceived preciosity, there is a Spouse-Impersonator afoot--one of many--who has come by and been seen chatting with the mercenary criminals (Mazzeo man of the moment) next door, bleating about me being a recalcitrant "Untreated Seriously Mentally Ill" person who just won't speak to her own family, that is, he means, his Stranger-Self. This Beyond-Absurdity--using an absolute Stranger to play my spouse and putting my actual Spouse out of the picture with NSL/Letter-Lies--has been manufactured by the CIA for their "SENTIENT SIMULATION" practices of crime, merely to add to their compendium of crimes against me; it's not enough to create clones from my stolen after-birth and placenta and daughter's umbilical cord in 2004 when she was born, they now believe they can use the children of their thieving along with the Men created from my mother-in-law's placental cells to Gaslight me Forever and further Smear me in this ALREADY DEMENTED NEIGHBORHOOD FILLED WITH LUNATIC MERCENARIES. And how curious, that this man's clever Label here coincides EXACTLY with the POLICE LABEL OF "UNTREATED SEVERE MENTAL ILLNESS" which they use to KGB-Style inflict Terror on outspoken, educated, thoughtful, journalist and writer mothers and women like me--whose Brains apparently the DARPA-CIA-DOD BRAIN CRIMINALS want desperately to devour--to stick inside their own lacking heads, apparently.
17, "SENTIENT SIMULATIONS" run by the CIA-DOD troupes of Scriptwriters here, using my real life, and the real lives of the children created without disclosure and by theft in cloning and genetic-modification-of-embryo operations, putting all of our lives at risk and subjecting all of our names to harm, are Not Acceptable Nor are they Lawful. How is it even possible that "Sentient Simulations" involving Deception and Gaslighting can even be run on anyone--by supposedly "Intelligent" agencies? And speaking of Simulations, let me also report that the criminals next door working--I presume--for CIA-QPD, have been mailing me clearly false "Warrants" and "Summons" for sudden, incomprehensible hoped-for (and would-be-miraculous***) appearances in local courts, alleging, amazingly, on one occasion "harassment of police" and on the other no reasons mentioned. [The police have been harassing me for some time now, not the other way around.] These false forms and phishing scams for Defamation of my Name will be published soon. [Cyberhacking has prevented me from reporting and scanning and publishing all earlier.] ***Note, the QPD and the Spouse-Impersonator, “Sentiently” working together--the Red-Tow-Truck Man wearing Flame Orange and Lime Neon as he bleated blithely about car keys he was nabbing--have stolen my car and my mother-in-law's car, parked in our driveway: did they think I would wait to be escorted to their Fake Court Hearings by their own Taser-and-Gun-toting selves, in a Black Jail-and-Court-Van? As they seemed to believe, on one occasion last year, on October 18, 2024, when they arrived en masse, numbers of them, with one, and spent some time yelling and shouting out my name (without my permission) on our porch, purely to Terrorize and Defame.
18, Extreme Cyberhacking in fact has been dealt here; I am unable to write, post and report as I need to; my journalism has been profoundly thwarted by constant hacking actions of changing pages and browsers, disappearing text, preventing graphics from being seen, etc. It's very clear a dozen agencies are sitting on my computer; the question is Why? Are the CIA and FBI and DARPA and DOD and NSA just working to drive me mad with frustration on a daily basis? Are they angling for daily misery? I rather suspect so--although their reasoning remains mysterious. Note, computers have also been crashed, batteries drained, continually. Drivers and cameras don't work, I can't get on the Internet, I can't repair the pc, I can't download driver software or Reimage to help repair it. Constant cyberhacking, constant Stingraying, trucks and cars zooming in to park nearby and stop my efforts are what I'm being subjected to, on a daily basis.
19, Repeat Police Harassment and Terror: I have been repeatedly attacked by the mercenary criminals next door summoning Police on false claims since April 2022. Quincy Police have been written to many, many times; news reports have been published, establishing the facts in all cases. Regardless, they have kept responding to false calls and false reports from the criminals nearby who have on their own attacked our foliage, trees, companion cat, and daily run provocation operations of sound harassment and parking in our private parking spot. Quincy Police have frequently arrived here, running Doorbell and Porch Terror with the next door criminals going over to lie openly to them; in addition police cars have sneaked up on me while I was outside gardening; on October 8, 2024, two plainclothes men with syringes apparently sought to "get" me with sudden knockout drugs on my front lawn, I made it into my house just in time to save my life. All this based on FALSE PSYCHIATRIC LABELING AND CONCOCTED REPORTS FROM THE CIA-IDF-CCP MERCENARY CRIMINALS NEXT TO ME--a dangerous situation which needs to be stopped at once. Quincy Police and Boston FBI need to REMOVE ALL THESE PSYCHIATRIC LABELS FROM ANY ASSOCIATION WITH MY NAME, and STOP THE CIA AND THEMSELVES FROM ANY AND ALL ATTEMPTS TO ATTACK ME IN THESE WAYS EVER AGAIN, particularly with Plainclothes Police/CIA and intent to use drugs to knock me out. My grandmother died from a Penicillin injection; I have many drug allergies and do not take allopathic drugs—information shared with Brewster Ambulance in a Letter to them last year, written that week of this POLICIA attack and emailed on October 12, 2024: why would Police/CIA presume to come by here with a deadly neurotoxin, to knock me out with? DAMAGING MY BRAIN, apparently, or KILLING ME BY MISTAKE is not of concern to them—but it is to me, obviously. And they don't give a damn about Medical History either, clearly. They're not all about Public Health and Public Safety as they profess on their websites and press releases and reports, they want to NEURODAMAGE me. And plausibly KILL ME “BY MISTAKE”, cleverly.
20, False NSLs ensuring LONG TERM SOCIAL ISOLATION AND DISTANCE FROM FAMILY comprise TORTURE: Removing my own family from my home and keeping them SILENCED with false LETTERS CLAIMING INVESTIGATION AND THE NEED FOR POLICE MENTAL HEALTH PROCESSES, as applicable--which I suspect is what the Boston FBI and Quincy Police Department have done here, UNLAWFULLY--comprises Torture and Abuse, Defamation, Slander, and Smearing. Please see my letters to the Massachusetts AG and the ODNI, as well as my Notices, for the whole story so far regarding these matters, the removal of husband and daughter from our home, and the visits here of the clones and non-clones of both. 21, NEURODAMAGE AND NEUROATTACK ON MY BRAIN AND IP THEFT ARE SEPARATE CRIMES: In addition to all of the many crimes mentioned here, I have been attacked with neuroweapons of many different kinds--and subjected to Neuro Strikes effecting serious neurodamage on specific occasions. I have reported some of this over the past three years, and continue to report further, in an upcoming Account of Events Unprecedented--regarding the second Police Kidnapping I was subjected to in December 2022 and events afterward--and an affidavit-style testimonial to cover in summary what I have been subjected to for 12 years. I have been unlawfully implanted with BCI-Tech of different kinds; one of these aids the next door criminals in "Brain Decoding" or Thought Reading, to further establish SLAVERY and SLAVEBINDING here; another offers Circle-Ops prattle of Thought Readouts and Writing Readouts in nasty Chinese and Indian voices with disabled pronunciation in NEURO EFFORTS apparently to "replace inner voice" and "change diction and spoken accent"; in keeping with this criminal intention my teeth were attacked in South Shore Hospital by the CIA Black Opsters who knocked me out there on December 20, 2022, being twisted and prised apart in front, to affect both my face, my reading, speaking, pronunciation, and ability to resist the Nasty BCI-CBI Circle-Ops Accents: Egregious crimes, inflicted on a professional Writer and Teacher and Broadcast Journalist and Indian-American author of high verbal calibre, cultivated speech and accent, whose English in fact, Written and Spoken, appears to be of huge concern to the so-called Native Speakers of English here in the Massachusetts CIA who have gone to Extreme Lengths to disappear me publicly as an Indian-American Writer, Author, Poet, Teacher of English and Creative Writing: IP Theft in fact, as all Thought Eavesdropping and Reading is. Neurodamage has also been effected by attacking my neural networks, my memory, my vocabulary, my semantic memory, my episodic memory, blasting RF energy pulses at memory sites on the brain. I have been subjected to horrific neuroweaponry use on my motor cortex, cerebral cortex, and cranial nerves, forcing sounds, jerks of my limbs, and sudden bodily electroshocks. These are huge and grievous attacks on my brain, my body, my self, my sense of self, my identity, my persona, my face, my voice, in addition to my Professional identity and name as Writer and College Faculty: I do not forgive any of these and will be addressing this matter further with the CIA, DARPA, and DOD--they are not permitted to Neurodamage, Neurodegrade, and Neuroattack me. The FBI, QPD and the US DOJ are also culpable; I will address this further in a separate communication shortly. 22, Repeat Quincy Police Attack on December 20, 2022: I would like to report as well here that what occurred on December 20, 2022--an egregious response to my Living Testimonial relaying the police and medical crimes against me conducted April 12-19, 2022--with Quincy Police re-kidnapping me unlawfully, incarcerating me unlawfully, and permitting a REPEAT kidnapping and trafficking to a hospital, in fact two, through knocking me out, then opening the door to extreme medical crime against me with repeat knockings-out with dangerous drugs, a forced EKG, teeth-twisting, spying-eye lens-implanting, and stealth-implanting of numerous RFID trackers, quantum dot nanotrackers and "wearable/implantable pressure/temperature sensors" including at my heart, spine, top of neck, left arm, left shoulder, ears, and brain, then re-trafficking to another hospital on another bogus "Section 12"where I was held again without cause for 8 days by criminally-behaving social workers, nurses, and psychiatrists, has resulted in the current local mercenaries here freely attacking me on those unlawful implant points and with devastatingly criminal BCI-Tech, as noted partially above.
23, As a writer who lives by her BRAIN, all of this is IP Theft and intended REMOVAL AND DISAPPEARANCE OF MY PROFESSIONAL SELF, LIFE, and BRAIN, akin to a LOBOTOMY in fact, a criminal measure from days of yore which cannot be run on anyone today. What this means is the CIA-DARPA club of criminals parked here [running power washers, saws, and weedwhackers just next to me as I write, 12:00 pm, 9/9/2025, in high SOUND TERROR threat actions] engaged in PROCUREMENT and SLAVEBINDING actions that day, implanted me at spine, heart and brain for continued post-hospital BIO-HACKING ACCESS interminably, including by troupes of criminals from various countries (yelling here currently, in Chinese, 12:01 pm, 9/9/2025), extremely painful post-hospital bio-hacking access in fact inside my home and yard which is TORTURE. Perhaps this ABILITY TO ACCESS parts of my body has gone to their heads too, for lately the sharpshooting has simply ramped up, and I have been RE-SHARPSHOT, including by the QUINCY POLICE-CIA man parked opposite at 153/151 Pine Street, the one who parks his Black Pickup truck opposite our house freely, in bullying actions, and sends ELFS, Radar, RF HPM, and ADT to my body from right there, from that truck. A second "Public Safety" implant has suddenly appeared in lumpen, painful form under my skin by my spine this week: who sharpshot it in? I don't know; I keep my visits to the front yard brief, given the SHARPSHOOTING going on here, and the NANOTECH SPRAYING, and it could have been an Israeli sharpshooter from 150 Pine or the Quincy PoliCIA man opposite [Prickle of something on my third finger, right hand, guess the latter then, 12:05 pm, 9/9/2025.] Maybe that explains the crazed police and other zooming and planing here the last couple days. In addition I've figured there is actually another RFID tracker sharphot-in by the nerve on my right knee, which a plane sent here by the Chen Limings I think a couple days ago helped me find (reported); a hit was sent there by that plane. [Low-flying planes, permitted, egregiously, by the FCC and FAA to fly about like gnats here, ALL THE TIME, engines very loud, dipping very low, and sending radar hits to find body parts and implants. C4ISR at its best: MOST "NORMATIVE" and quite cozy all round, except for me, the TARGET of their blindingly insane attacks on WOMEN. I have already reported in a Reporter's Note that the Quincy PoliCIA man opposite has sharpshot me again on my left upper arm. So basically, what was done to me at South Shore Hospital while I was knocked unconscious has been repeated recently by this man; sitting across from me as if in a CANNED HUNT, treating me like a WILD ANIMAL, he has SHARPSHOT me [just within the last couple weeks] in the left upper arm, left shoulder/back, and on my right knee, alleging he is engaging in "COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS", "COMMUNITY POLICING", and "PUBLIC SAFETY"? Add to this the RFID sharpshot into the middle of my spine a few months ago, which I have reported--from a Mazzeo man, who frequently sends extreme-heat hits to it, as well as Spinal Vibration frequencies [evidenced on directional meters and a sound shield]. The POLICE and CIA and DARPA and AIR FORCE--and Israel and China, in addition to other countries--are running CRIMINAL AND SADISTIC TORTURE, ABUSE, SLAVERY, AND MURDER OPERATIONS here.
24, I am not a NON-PERSON here. I am not a NONENTITY, with no life, livingness, past, present, future, direction. I, like everyone else who has been unlawfully targeted and disappeared into the CIA and DOD's CLASSIFIED DUNGEONS, where we are being MAULED TO DEATH IN DAYLIGHT, in the presence of others, in the middle of continuing life and society, am a living being and real person who has a past, an education, accomplishments, a family, a future. I have writing, editing, and publishing projects to return to; I have a daughter who needs to be returned to her home and mother; I have extended family to connect with; I have a father I need to visit in India; I have books [in Fiction & Poetry] I need to re-publish, given what the CIA has done, disappearing my books; I have manuscripts in Poetry & Fiction to publish; I have new books [in Fiction, Poetry, Literary Journalism, NatSec Journalism, Memoir] to write and publish; I have a literary review and Press to run—I have many people's manuscripts to publish; I have an Art interest to pick up again; I have many classes to teach, many books for children and YA audiences to write; I have Plays and Musicals to write and many dramatic ventures (many about the current-day CIA) to pursue; I have Music to study and excel at; I have Math and Physics and Astronomy to return to; I have my Gardening and Traveling to return to; I have my Dancing to expand and my Tennis and Running and Swimming to return to; and I have a hundred children, I believe, that the CIA-DOD-DARPA Genetic Experts have created, for me to connect with and be a Mother to—did I mention the CIA has engaged in CHILD ABUSE there and forced these poor children “behind the veil” and into covertly attacking their Mother?, matters that Must be Corrected; and if I'm very lucky, I might be able to use my Career and Profession once again and actually Teach Creative Writing again. The CIA and DARPA and DOD and Quincy Police and Boston FBI cannot bury me alive here, claiming I've "lost Continuity-of-Self" or have "no Mental Competence" or "no Mental Health" or anything else. And no, they cannot keep WANTING MY BRAIN. My brain is off-limits; they need to be checked.
25, The US Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation are hereby informed that I must be released IMMEDIATELY from all this wrongful and unlawful WATCHLISTING and handing over to the DARPA-CIA Club of CLASSIFIED CRIME-RUNNERS who are clearly attacking me to the DEATH here, with their ghastly weapons and methodologies of TORTURE, ABUSE, MENTAL HEALTH FRAUD, SLAVERY, AND SLAVEBINDING: All of these physical, social, and defamation attacks on me must be stopped immediately; I must be removed from all Weapons-testing, Brain Experimentation and Bio-Behavioral research and any other research project conducted by anyone, including DARPA, the DOD, CIA, DIA, DOJ, or anyone else. These programs of classified crime need to be stopped, every classified operation opened, and Secrecy ended. These Non Lethal Energy and Neuro/Nano/Acoustic Weapons need to be removed from All hands, including and especially the Military, Police, Security, and foreign nationals treasonously parked here and "testing equipment".
26, The FBI and US Department of Justice and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts are also hereby informed they need to stop these crimes on everyone in the USA, Massachusetts, and worldwide as applicable immediately and publish in full all of their overt and covert Watchlists and other Lists across the USA and Massachusetts certainly since 9/11, since the treasonous DOD-DOJ Weapons-testing on US streets began, whether in 1994, 1993, or 1990 or earlier, fully publishing to the world exactly who has been unlawfully targeted thus, who has been posted on FBI-public or FBI-secret Watchlists and "Non-Investigative Subject" lists and any other form of listing which has then permitted DOD-CIA-DOJ Weapons-Testing and Social Harassment on their bodies and brains, and life-takedown DEFAMATION IN DATABASES to ruin their lives. All of their programs need to be stopped--not approved for completion, after a letter such as this.
28, The added circumstance of Cloning and Genetically Modified Cloning I have Exposed and published Notice of, which was used against me in 2022, 2023, and 2024 with gaslighting attempts made as well in 2025, necessitating a Notice of Spouse Impersonation and a Correction letter sent to the Massachusetts Attorney-General recently, cannot be hidden. The children resulting from the previously-secret cloning practices made evident cannot be harmed by keeping them distant from their biological families. Dropping all pretense and Cover, the CIA and DOD and DOJ should reveal the existence of Cloning and help all the children formed in this way find their real parents and connect and communicate with them.
My life needs to be saved, and so do the lives of everyone dragged under "classified cover" and attacked in this fashion, by supposedly American agencies: Our Lives, Names, Bodies, and Brains need to be returned to us. These Weapons--all of them--need to be taken off the street and removed from the hands of all police and all fusion center contractors and all military and all Corrections/Justice/Police people who have developed them. They are Through-Wall and unConstitutional.
The Attorney-General of the United States and the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Director of the FBI, along with the Attorney-General of Massachusetts, and elected Senators from Massachusetts, as also all elected Senators in Congress need to take immediate and decisive action to halt these crimes for all. All programs and contracts using “human subjects” and “animal subjects” must be stopped. “Public Safety” programs involving stealth implanting and RF-tracking and through-wall RF and Neuro-access in “Monitoring” or “Policing” or “Surveillance” or “Crime-Prevention” or “Continuing Care” or “Health” programs of any kind need to be stopped. Our children's lives need to be saved, and no child or grandchild of ours should be subject to such crimes, ever, in the future. Acting now to end the reign of these Weapons of Infinite Harm will save the lives of future generations—and preserve human, animal, and floral life into the Future, all of which are in jeopardy currently.
