Electrocution and Electroshocking: The time is 4:36 am, on December 4, 2024. I was woken past midnight this past night by shocks convulsing my entire body. I did not know what was happening, I was asleep. When I realized I was being shocked, as I lay in my bed, in my private home, inside the sanctuary of my private walls, I struggled to pull shielding in rubber over my body. It seemed I was being shocked at my (shielded/I cannot sleep without massive shielding all over me) private parts, at my heart, at my stomach, and at my back where I suspect 3 implants unlawfully implanted there, two at South Shore Hospital on December 20, 2022–on an unlawful kidnapping and trafficking incarceration–and one sharpshot into the middle of my back by one of the men occupying the Mazzeo house at 150 Pine Street.
The pulse shots electrocuting me–probably at Terahertz frequency or above–came from below and to my left and to my right–I suspect the Mazzeos and the LiMings at 156 Pine Street.
I could also have been assaulted with a Nanosecond Electric Pulse Generator, a category of which I discovered was parked on the fence by the LiMing side this past summer, in late July, which I Notice’d the LiMIngs immediately about, asking them to remove it. I also later found evidence of a large generator in their back yard, from which direction I was continually hit with heart fibrillation and heart congestion frequencies this past summer–as also from the direction of the Mazzeo shed. In addition I wish to note I have often been assaulted at the heart with remote-access electrical hits from the direction of the house at 147 Norfolk Street, whose backyard abuts ours, where a very strange 5G-Signal-Generator-like contraption has been parked for years on their deck, and which, interestingly seems to have been removed this past week. I enclose photos below of these suspected electrical weapon devices which have been used against me and my family for several years now, almost fully destroying my left shoulder, my knees, my right shoulder, and my husband’s knees.
I would like to report these assaults on me last night or rather early this morning as Attempted Murder. It was 1:54 am when I switched on the phone and looked at the time this morning; I had been pulse-shot and nearly-electrocuted for about an hour. Last night, briefly glancing out a front window as I drew the curtains, I witnessed what looked like possible computer equipment on a table in the basement of the Mazzeo house–all windows in that house were lit, and judging by the frequent comings and goings of people there, it was clear there were several people in that house, all fixated it appears on sending remote electromagnetic and electrical bodily-attack hits to different parts of my body, while also sending acoustic attacks in sounds of different kinds and frequencies into my private home, and attacking my computer endlessly.
The irony is that I was preparing to write this letter in to you the past few days, waiting till I finished a few articles on Mental and “Behavioral” Health I have been working on. These articles, especially the last one were extremely cyberhacked, on which more below.
I wish to report a few things here, in this follow-up letter to the US Air Force Ombudsman and other Ombudsmen, post my letters of October 2 2023 and January 27, 2024, my Formal Notice of Torture and Terror, Physical and Psychological, in The United States of America and Worldwide, of April 26, 2024, my several Notices to the local neighbor-playing mercenaries who have nearly killed me several times this summer and the past two years in particular but over the past 4-7 years of their stay here with Spectrum and Acoustic Weapons, and my letters to various other parties since, including to the ODNI, Avril Haines, the CIA IG Thomas Monheim, the CIA Director, William Burns, Vice-President Kamala Harris and the Biden-Harris administration, the Commissioner of Public Health in Quincy, the Board of FCC Commissioners, the Civil Liberties and Privacy Office of the CIA, as well as the Secretary of the US Air Force Frank Kendall and the Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin–all following on many letters, requests, memoranda to then President Donald Trump, Attorney-General William Barr, Governor Charlie Baker, Attorney-General Maura Healey and many others in 2021, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2014, all recorded or being filed further on my website.
Some of these letters and Notices are enclosed in PDF for your perusal. I am asking you to read and re-read these letters and Notices carefully, to recognize that I, a living American woman and mother and reporter, am reporting Torture, Terror, and Crime unprecedented on my body and brain, and I am asking you once again to act immediately to stop these extreme crimes on my body, as indeed is my right under all American common law, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and all International laws including the US Military Law of Peace, the Geneva Conventions, the Nuremberg Code, and Article 7 of the Rome Statute, especially as revised for this barbaric Age of Electronic Warfare and posted on my website. I am not a “Human Subject”, I am not a volunteer experimentee of any kind, I am not a threat to Public Safety or to Public Health, I am not a criminal, nor a possession of the CIA, DIA, DHS, FBI, NSA, DOD, DARPA, or DOJ or any other for their private abuse and assault unto death. To any and all experiments and operations running Stealth and Stealth Weaponry by these or other parties, there is no consent here, I am not “unable to consent,” and I have never consented to be used and abused as a pawn by any military, intelligence, police, EMS, or medical agency.
In addition to letters mentioned above, I have published affidavit-style-reports and logs of these crimes in online journal entries, Reporter’s Notes, a Living Testimonial, numerous articles, and letters to many, posted at my website, The Everyday Concerned Citizen.
As you may know, I am a college and children’s teacher, writer, author, publisher, editor, and print & broadcast journalist who in fact turned to science and technology journalism in 2013 right after I was unlawfully hit with non-lethal weapons in my home in 2013, and continued to be so assaulted for 10 years after, and now 11 years, to date. I have done an immense amount of journalistic research to uncover and report the harms of these completely illegal and unlawful weapons–used through-wall, breaching all privacy and human rights–on the human body, mine and hundreds of others who have reported identical crimes to me.
November Crimes: In the past month, succeeding extreme assault on my privacy, my body, and my life through this summer and fall from neighboring planted mercenaries clearly working for Covered Agencies of some kind, suspectedly the CIA, private-sector employers in contract with local fusion centers, foreign Universities or Militaries testing and operating “Controlled Equipment” in the USA, and unethical and extreme-crime Brain Experimenters working for DARPA/DOD-CIA and Boston Universities on unconsenting people’s brains, where unbelievable physical assault and Psych Terror was unlawfully unleashed on me since May 2024 using local Quincy Police, and the City of Quincy via Quincy Parks, Quincy Public Works, Quincy Fire, I have been battered with extreme-crime bladder weapons for over 10 days straight with very high radio frequencies being sent to my private parts inducing burning UTI after UTI and extreme pain, sudden private part attacks, skin-burn and skin-paralysis and muscle-cramping weapons to my limbs, sudden blast hits to the left back side of my skull for two days straight, using drones and cars, intense heart and left upper arm hits, the latter suspectedly with radar guns of the kind police have in Terahertz range, heart congestion frequencies including from strange cars suddenly parked in front of my home, continued and extreme RF HPM on shoulders and upper arms to weaken and sicken me continuously, turned-on 5G and RF HPM hits continuously at my nose, sinuses, face to constrict my breathing and induce respiratory distress, blast hits from cars zooming in close to park outside and join with the housed locals to attack all parts of my body including my eyes, right kidney, liver, pancreas, hands as I tried to write (Terahertz, nerve-hit frequencies), my face, my stomach, all causing inflammation and pain and preventing me from standing, sitting, reading, writing, cooking, breathing. I have reported these attacks in Reporter’s Notes this November and in private logs kept online at my email provider, yet to be further published.
Note: At 5:38 am, Radio Pulse hits to my brain dropped me off abruptly into fatigue and sleep, necessitating an interruption in the writing of this letter. It is 3:20 pm now and I am still being assaulted at the left upper arm, back of head, heart, and breathing as I seek to complete this communication. The direction of these RF HPM pulse shots seem to be the Mazzeo house, the LiMing house, and cars and vans parked on the streets closeby. A fusion center truck with a man running a leafblower and a fuel oil truck earlier spent quite some time sending ELFS into this house and this couch I am sitting on. 3:23 pm: The Mazzeos have issued a series of honks on their car horns, as they pound my left upper arm–daily harassment they are still running, despite all my Notices to them to cease their provocations, harassments, and crimes.
Extreme Cyberhacking: In addition to RF assaults on my body and brain, I was extremely cyberhacked especially the past few days when I was prevented continually from writing by browsers freezing, pages jumping, freshly composed text being stolen, images and links stolen, cursor disappearing, pages opened and being read slammed closed and removed from History so they could not be found, screenshot apps sabotaged, audio driver disappeared, volume turned down low, livestreams frozen, proxied pages displayed from earlier time periods so I could not access news sites and other sites in real time, and other attacks, all combining to run excessive and extreme assault on my journalism, preventing me from functioning in real-time as a science and technology journalist. All during the Cyberhacking attacks, the Mazzeos kept leaping out of their house and slamming car doors, honking their horn, rustling about in their drive and directing Radio Neural Molesting signals at my body, while similar car door sounds could also be heard from the LiMing house, and the street where the Starsiak tenants enact identical and orchestrated crime against me using their black pick-up and SUVs.
Drones, Light Planes, Helicopters Committing Barbaric Crimes: In addition, over the past two weeks there have been an intensified number of drones, light planes, and helicopters flying incessantly over my family’s private home, over my head, parking over various rooms, and flying over our backyard. These vehicles are being used to send painful RF signals to unlawful implants at my heart, cervix, head, back, spine, and arms. This morning, at 10: 11 am, a helicopter drove deliberately and quite low over my head where I lay in bed, preparing to get up, while the unlawfully-implanted suspected-Neurostim on the top of my head and the unlawfully-implanted RF implant at my cervix (both completely provable) were both intensely and painfully Radio-Activated. Clearly this helicopter team, working suspectedly with the in-neighborhood mercenaries here, was aiming to track the exact location of my brain and my body while barbarically and intrusively attacking me. This is Barbaric Crime, unacceptable to humanity, it is a Crime Against Humanity and it needs to be terminated stat.
Cell Phone Tampering To Prevent Camera Usage, Whats App Usage, Calls to Family, Voice Overlays–Morphs–of Family, for 2+ years now: To add, my cell phone has been stolen and hacked so often that it currently does not work at all: I cannot download pics and videos, storage caches suddenly start downloading over and over into the phone, the camera app doesn’t work, What’s App doesn’t work, I can’t use the phone to call any of my family at any time. A phone overlay by the CIA or whichever other agency may be commandeering this hatchet operation on me and my life ensures, via proxy avatars, text and voice morphs that I cannot reach my true family at all, I am simply being subjected to Op after Op to stop me from communicating with family and them from reaching me. Further, the people whom I have now identified as clones, newly discovered over the past two years, of my child and husband, some partially genetically modified–reported in two Notices at my website and privately to family and friends–are being manipulated against me by what I presume is a central CIA desk filled with Family-Attackers assisted by the never-ending stream of Mazzeos next door–playing “Social Engineering” and “Urban Sentient Simulation” games on me and us all–to withhold their names, and to desist from engaging in any kind of candid and open communication or interaction with me. My own child and spouse have been forcibly separated from me and kept separated for 2 years, with no communications permitted; my child has been admitted to college without my knowledge or awareness, emails to her are not answered, phone calls to her occasionally bring up the circle of sisters/clones of my child, other times met with silence. This is clearly insane, unprecedented crime on the part of whoever has set up this criminal scenario: I suspect the CIA, for who else could have stolen my placenta, my child’s umbilical cord, stem cells and cord blood–expressly forbidden to the midwives at the Birth Center where I gave birth, then created new children, exact or genetically modified/CRISP-r edited, from those stem cells or placenta cells, then hidden them for 18 years, then set them up in bizarre games to gaslight and torment me, their mother? But perhaps US Navy is also involved, and US Air Force, and US Army: I hardly know. Perhaps it is the FBI and QPD who decided they had the right to separate me from my child and spouse for no reason whatsoever–with no note, no communication, nothing spoken or conveyed–and maintain this crime for 2 years, since April 13, 2022, when Lieutenant Terence McDonnell stood on my home porch and deceived my husband about “processes” to Label me for Lifetime Brain and Body Assault.
Seriously Barbaric Crimes: Please consult all my reports, logs, notices, Living Testimonial, letters, and Reporter’s Notes at my websites in addition to the letters referenced above for more on the profoundly invasive, intrusive, criminal assaults using Radio Frequency, Spectrum, and Acoustic weapons on my body, which I have been reporting continuously–and receiving no reprieve from. The horrors I am being subjected to by these criminals who are living next door to me and enacting some species of Military contract on my body and brain are so incredible I am seriously shocked that the Human Rights wing at the US Air Force, Navy, Army, CIA could allow such crime on my body and brain. I do suspect all four of these bodies involved in some way in some kind of Controlled Access or Special Access project on my body and brain, and I strongly repudiate any presumption from any party suggesting I can actually be used as a “Human Subject” for “Human Use” on any project of any kind whatsoever.
Breakage of Appliances Including Furnace, Killing of Cat, Attack on Foliage: Let me report once again, as in my letters, that the three main parties parked close to us–Mazzeos at 150 Pine Street, Chen LiMings at 156 Pine Street, Higson-Starsiaks and tenants at 153 & 151 Pine Street–have spent the last few years attacking and destroying our appliances in addition to bio and neuro crimes, break-ins, vandalism, and attack on our gardens. Appliances attacked from the outside and broken include our Vitamix blender, another blender, a toaster, a toaster oven, several warm mist humidifiers, several vacuum cleaners, our furnace–no longer working, necessitating the use of space heaters in this frigid Boston winter weather, our dishwasher, waste disposal unit, and oven–many of these not replaced yet given the situation with my husband removed and several service-people who have come in over last winter engaging in criminal attacks on my body with RF weaponry and refusal to fully service (the furnace) as well. Our cat was killed after a series of extreme neuroweaponry attacks and 5G attacks on him in spring 2024, he was a young healthy cat. Our foliage and trees, front and back was attacked and desecrated by the Mazzeos and LiMings, along with the unlawful usage of completely insane aggressors from Quincy Parks and Quincy Public Works–matters reported earlier in news reports, letters, FOIA requests. Quincy Police appear to be supporting and excusing these crimes, which is discriminatory and racist.
I am a Journalist, living and working Privately and Internationally: I am especially grieved and outraged that I continue to be held in these unlawful, unethical, and inhumane projects when I have completed all documentation and notification to establish my status as a living American and Massachusettsan on the Land and Soil of Massachusetts and America, living privately and quietly on the Land at my family’s private home in Quincy, Massachusetts. Please be aware that as a journalist working to report current affairs in the public interest in a dangerous war zone–the uncharted, undisclosed, and completely amoral space of Neuroweaponry and so-called Non Lethal Weaponry use on the population, for multiple unholy purposes–I am indeed an Internationally Protected Person under International Law, and no-one, absolutely no-one has a right to touch my body or brain let alone blast me to bits at my skull or blast-hit me with bladder and private-part-hit weapons or electroshock me or electrocute me in my sleep.
I should be completely and immediately released from all these sickening, vile, persisting CIA-DOD/NATO/any agency projects and so should any and all members of my family. Please do your utmost to remove me from these criminal programs. Please as well act to publish all lists of the unlawfully targeted since 9/11 or before, expose the informants and local criminals, and end the tenure of the agencies and groups which have embarked on and continue to enact such crimes of atrocity on people’s bodies and brains, using electromagnetic, electrical, and acoustic weapons, through-wall, in stealth, and under the guise of many lies and Safety and Health programs.
I look forward to being released completely and absolutely–immediately–from these insane and unethical and inhumane programs of crime and returning to my life and family, unharmed. Kindly make this happen. These weapons are criminal and illegal, these programs are criminal and unlawful, and no-one, absolutely no-one should be attacked and persecuted in this way—and today, millions of us are, thanks to missteps by misled scientists, who need to be removed from their jobs.

End all Brain and Artificial Intelligence experiments—all of which attack and torture people. Open all classified experiments being run by the CIA, DARPA, DOD and end these crimes involving human and animal persecution falsely called research. Return people to their lives, and return to your own humanity: Those in the Military and Intelligence and so-called Law Enforcement and Private-Sector in the USA and internationally who have embarked on these projects using this subhuman weaponry have lost their humanity, their brains, their souls, and their minds–and buried their hearts in slime. They need to be stopped, absolutely and forever, their funding ended, and their projects terminated. Surely intelligent men and women in Intelligence and the Military and so-called Law Enforcement can find better things to do than torture and attack others to the death.
