Notice of Impersonation of Spouse by Clones and Non-Clones, Notice of Identity Theft: Appropriation of Spouse’s Name and Telephone Number, Notice of External (CIA, Police-Party, Homeland Security) Circle Ops Manipulation & Management of Clones & Non-Clones in False Psych Labeling Ops Directed Repeatedly at This Journalist, Writer, Author:

Notice to One is Notice to All

1. This is a Notice to inform all that this Writer’s spouse, Paul Jeffrey Tanis, age 59, to whom this writer has been married for 32 years, has been impersonated by a number of Clones of Paul (with his voice) as well as Non-Clones adopting the look of his face and voice: yes, his voice, exact, which is what has made the uncovering of the Clones problematic.

2. The name “Paul Tanis” has been used by various of these Clones and Non-Clones over the past two years, and it is clear there is a group, essentially CIA-Police-Fusion-Center-Connected, masterminding, engineering, idly scripting and setting up one pathetic Psychological Operation after another, both using the “Paul Tanis” Party of Clones/Non-Clones and not, to attempt newer Entrapment, Kidnapping, Trafficking, Incarceration in ER/Psych Wards of this Journalist and Writer, with amazingly criminal intent to disappear her Voice, Work, Self, and Brain in unlawful Brain Experimentation to apparently Modify, Degrade, Lobotomize, and Extinguish her Brain–chosen for unknown reasons, but certainly being predated on lately with intent to halt her exposure of military, intelligence, police, and private-sector Phoenix Ops and Brain, Artificial Intelligence, AP DEW (anti personnel directed energy weapons) Weapons-Testing, Human and Animal Experimentation, and Public Safety, Public Health, “Behavioral” Health, Mental Health crimes.

3. The “Paul Tanis” impersonators, therefore, multiple, have over 2022, 2023, and 2024, attempted multiple crimes of personage and barratry against this writer, succeeding in attacking her jointly with a whole party of other conspirators to unlawfully drag her out of her home on December 20, 2022, with Quincy Police doing the dragging (frogmarching), Brewster Ambulance and Midwest Ambulance participant along with many at Quincy District Court (where no hearing was attended by this writer) and oddly collusive engagement of a Norfolk County Sheriff deputy to unlawfully admit her to South Shore Hospital where much illegality and unlawfulness proceeded, including knocking her out several times, executing a forced EKG on her heart, implanting her at the heart and chest with Quantum/micro/nano RFIDs (Account of Events Unprecedented to be released shortly), taking her in the middle of the night to Bournewood Hospital in Brookline where further mayhem ensued for 8 days, and procuring fake, fabricated essentially False Psych Labels for her, in her name, and slathered in lies, smear, and removal of all human and natural rights across her health and medical records.

4, The “Paul Tanis” impersonators have worked assiduously over 2023 and 2024 to attempt repeatedly, with lies, storylines, false claims to falsely procure a “divorce” and “separation” for this writer, claiming they are her spouse and do know what they are doing (which they provenly didn’t and obviously don’t), engaging in much impersonation and ID crime along the way, managing to keep her in the dark all through the latter part of 2022 and most of 2023 by sedating/anesthetizing/knocking her out nonstop apparently with “Haldol” and other unknown drugs, using the house AC and venting system for toxin/gas/drug dissemination, and possibly also slipping drugs in her coffee/water/juice/food or who knows, syringing her while she slept (in her own room, door well closed–unfortunately not locked, since this 100-year-old house has no locks on most bedroom doors).

5. The “Paul Tanis” impersonators were able to gain entrance into the writer’s house and home only through physical impersonation of Paul, use of his voice, and accompaniment by a young child with this writer’s child’s face, voice, and manner, while the writer was also being Haldol’d (severely psych drugged to create tunnel vision, inability to see, fully comprehend reality, inability to act intelligently and independently on her own as she usually does and has in fact, since birth) and otherwise psych-drugged (in the early part of 2023, past January 10 or so, for a period of some months, to induce a form of catatonic silencing of limbs and voice as well) while being subjected to absolutely insane DARPA-CIA sound-tech LRAD and projected sound assaults in the house, which the children–different ones, one at a time, coming in this way–were subjected to as well, especially at night (that’s child abuse right there, blame DARPA-CIA and the set of hackers right around this writer, enacting these crimes).

6. The “Paul Tanis” impersonators took up their sequential and temporary (24/7) residence in our Master Bedroom, which Paul had converted into a half-office, while the child resembling this writer’s own occupied this writer’s child’s room. The Paul impersonator worked out of this back bedroom plus office, apparently working for Price Waterhouse as Paul did, although employed in different sections it appeared, one doing or auditing taxes for “non-exempt” organizations (curiously, not labeled “Corporate”) while Paul is or has been Director, Tax Law, for Exempt Organizations, one apparently a newbie being intro’d to his job, one reverting to his own voice on the phone, confessing to having gone to Brown (Paul has studied at various Univs–U of Michigan, Georgetown, George Washington, Eastern Michigan–but not Brown.). This writer was at the time using a spare bedroom upstairs and her study, which she continued to do, while one of the early Paul impersonators put in locks and latches on the Master Bedroom and the child’s room, and all engaged in hostile, aggressive, “monitoring” behavior against her, one stealing her car keys and disappearing, all snarling at her with false-claims of “child abuse” apparently seeking restraining orders, unilateral Mass divorces, rage, fights, and so on. Night DARPA LRADs at the upstairs corridor woke all up, and were weirdly–and criminally–denied by the Paul impersonator of the moment, each and all of whom were clearly using Lies to attempt Gaslighting for Psych Labeling of the well-drugged wife, whose (false) divorce from the actual, original (absent) Paul was apparently of primary import in the scheme of things.

7. The writer being drugged was mostly miasmic though caring about the children at the time (cooking, feeding, clothing, driving them to school and Kumon as needed, for a while, as possible, up to the end of the school year 2023) but as time wore on and her senses returned to her, possibly through addressing each little flicker of recognition that came to her as she studied the situation closely, while also struggling to address the massive December 20-29, 2022 heist on her by one of the most insane Paul impersonators and colluding police, ambulance, ER, hospital parties, began to realize the children must actually be clones of her own child, Sophie Marguerite Nerine, and were actually of different ages, although it was clear also as time passed that the children not merely had arrived via CIA-Birth Care and Women’s Health Center in Alexandria, Virginia, managed by Alice Bailey then, stealing the writer’s afterbirth, placenta, cord, cord blood (all of which she had expressly requested she wished to keep for a sacred burial after) post a made-difficult (induced) home-birth in 2004 and the cloning of stem cells derived therefrom, but some embryos had clearly been genetically modified in some way or the other so the children themselves were variously exact or inexact replicas of Sophie, some greatly shortened in height, some with the apparent miraculous quality of being able to go up and down in height, all as sweet and adorable as this writer’s birthed child and certainly claimed all as her own (and Paul’s), although some apparently used against her by the Circle Ops club manipulating all the clones. (More on the children with their permission may be published later but not currently.) [The CIA is being named here as putative participant or instigator of such cloning, although the writer of course has been provided no official certainty; perhaps it was the Navy, Army, or Air Force which helped Birth Care Center steal and modify those stem cells. and run CRISP-r edits and commandeer those stem-cell-cloned embryos: matters the FBI may well be fully informed about.) The writer has indeed sent several letters to Birth Care and Women’s Center, Alexandria, calling for a complete halt to all cloning, return of her stem cells/afterbirth/placenta to her, her medical/health records, information and addresses on all families in receipt of the embryos/children and caring for the cloned-sisters of Sophie, with no response so far.

8. The “Paul Tanis” impersonators, this writer has surmised, over time and interaction with each, and with the children, and as the CIA Circle Ops grew more and more invasive, intrusive, brutal, and aggressive (as reported most recently in Reporter’s Notes 32 and 33), have been manipulated by this centrally-acting mastermind brigade (operant also out of the Mazzeo stronghold, this writer surmises, as well as the Starsiak-tenant police-foster-parent hangout) into enacting their unhinged scripts–all with intent to gaslight and re-capture, and appear to be of two kinds: one who actually have custody and guardianship/parentship over the child they brought in (Price Waterhouse or affiliated men) and the other who don’t, but who work with the children in some sort of Brave New World elder-brother/young father/adult uncle or other acquaintance scenario where the children seem to have been brought up without mothers in some sort of kibbutz scenario plausibly. (The writer surmises.)

9. The “Paul Tanis” impersonators–or Mastermind Circle Ops thereof–it has been learned recently, have gone so far as to contribute to a false-claim police CAD incident report (returned on FOIA request to this writer a couple days ago, to be further reported shortly), one of them, that is, or has been arbitrarily named the “Reporting Person” on this report for May 30, 2024, when Quincy Police showed up needlessly at this writer’s door yet again along with a barking dog in a K-9 police van, as reported recently in Reporter’s Note 31, and in Reporter’s Note 27 earlier, on May 30, 2024, succeeding a shouting-false-claims, dancing, and mockery stint from the woman renting at 153/151 Pine (referred to in previous reports here as Blondie/Kimberly Johnson, whom Quincy Police have protected earlier by refusing to divulge Reporting Person’s name in April 2022, as earlier reported). A screenshot from this report is posted below. Clearly the Pinesters at 153/151 Pine have summoned Quincy Police themselves–being Quincy Police, or Quincy District Court police, or police-affiliated as fusion center contractors, criminally using RF HPM/ADS/Radar technologies 24/7 on this writer as the Mazzeos at 150 Pine and LiMings at 156 Pine also have revealed themselves to be–while manipulating a police report claiming a “Wellbeing Check” and that one “Paul Tanis”–claiming to be this writer’s husband, separated, concerned about his wife’s “declining mental health”–had been sent texts by “his neighbor” (no “Paul Tanis” has lived here since last July/August 2023) “about his wife…has been taking pictures and videos of them, including their young children, making them uncomfortable” and “he has been trying to reach out to CR1 who has assisted with a section 12 twice before.” The outright attempt here to frame this writer as Mentally Unwell and Mentally Unstable, with the same taking-pictures-of-kids storyline (now embellished with taking-pictures-of-them), in need of a so-called “Wellbeing Check” and apparent New “Section 12” from a Crisis Unit at Quincy Police–criminal false-claim in every way, and curiously insane in its implications of being able to solicit “CR1” to “Section 12” recalcitrant wives, a throwback surely from a well-past century, perhaps Khazarian/Clueless Urban Sentient Simulator-concocted–prompts this writer to publish this Notice of Cloning and Impersonation of Paul Jeffrey Tanis, to reveal the Facts and Truth of what is and has been actually transpiring here at Pine-Haven, 154 Pine Street, Quincy, Massachusetts, permitting Miscreants and Criminals in the Fusion Center Contractor world to make such criminal moves against her, leaning heavily on their own proven affiliation with Police, both Quincy Police and Massachusetts State Police, which runs the Fusion Centers in the Commonwealth and Boston. The CAD Report sent on by Quincy Police for May 30, 2024–which carries many discrepancies and false-claims, to be further addressed separately by this journalist, is here.

10. This writer is herewith and now exposing the “Paul Tanis” impersonation using Clones and Non-Clones for obvious reasons of protecting her own Health, Safety, Life, and Brain from being further encroached on by Criminals who have already attacked her enormously for apparently being a Truth-centered journalist, surely the basic ground for all journalism. Further information on this subject will be published as needed and relevant. This writer reserves the right to correct or finetune any inaccuracies in this Notice, being published in haste to avert, prevent and deter any further Machiavellian and manic Psych Op plan from the putative CIA-Cyber Ops-Police Ops planners here at Circle Ops Center from being unfurled on her. Once again–and probably for the zillionth time, this writer reminds all of her privacy status; she is not in Maritime/Admiralty jurisdiction, Quincy Police is not her police and have not been for several years now–like all police they provide services which she is not calling on (and all can decline), given their previous enactments of egregious Crime on her she is still working to address on “Health” records; she is not a US citizen; she is a living American woman, standing on the Land and Soil of the United States of America along with all the other American State Nationals and Massachusetts State Citizens/Nationals and living beings worldwide who have woken up from being unlawfully considered “Dead at birth” per Roman Empire criminality and have Declared their livingness (more on which can be found at Restoring America), and she stands with Fact, Nature, the living Flora and Fauna of Massachusetts, and all the Native, Indigenous, and Migrant Tribes and People of America, the Mauri Crown (tribes) and the World in Tranquility, Serenity, and Absolute Rightness of Action, Word, and Thought, a Buddhist, Hindu, Gnostic, and Christian approach to Life.
