Noticing here today that the parties hiding out today, this week, last week, this month, currently, in the house next door to this writer at 150 Pine Street, Quincy, Massachusetts which is registered online as being owned by a Joseph and Samantha Mazzeo have been engaging, for long and recently, in massive remote-access Neuroweaponry use on this writer’s brain with apparent intent to destroy her brain, and have been attacking her facial muscles lately with intent to bio-robotize from a distance, that is, from inside their home, with remote-access electrical weaponry being sent in to specific spots on the 7th cranial Nerve, the Facial Nerve, which is able to control the muscles of the face and mouth, moving these muscles into a pout, without her will, without her intention, without her control, engaging in fact in massively Privacy-Intrusive and Invasive actions of Criminal trespass of her body and brain to attack her cranial nerve and her facial muscles to produce a physical effect they have sought as outcome, without consent, from outside her body and brain, as occurred this evening at 5:12 or 5:11 pm, and was remarked immediately in a brief video log, to be published shortly; this is Reprehensible Crime, it is a Crime of Physical Trespass and Physical Attack, and the parties behind them: putatively the CIA, DARPA, DOD and themselves are hereby Noticed that they are now Liable to this Writer to the tune of Five Quintillion American Dollars, over and above the sums they already owe this Writer, as noted in earlier Notices, and are all asked to Leave this Neighborhood immediately; No one in the entire world is permitted to touch the brain or body of this writer from a distance, from outside her body and brain, and from either remote installations or a neighboring house or parked car; No part of this writer’s body is available for external access, assault, attack, movement, robotizing, or daily battery; All parties who have engaged in this Neuroweaponry-assisted assault on this writer’s face, cranial nerves, motor cortex, and brain are hereby condemned as Extreme Criminals, and hereby Notice’d that they are Denied any further access to this writer’s Body and Brain.

This attack occurred at 5:11 or 5:12 pm on this day February 22, 2025, and shortly after was followed by loud pulse hits on the writer’s new shielding placed immediately behind her head at the lower to middle back of her head, proving that similar recent hits on motor cortex and hits on the seventh cranial nerve, the facial nerve, had occurred, that these areas of the brain had been accessed and were being pulverized again in hopes of a second attack, all while the writer was working on her laptop, striving to transcribe parts of the Idaho State vaccine testimonial video [posted at Immediate Market Withdrawal of Death & Disability-Causing COVID-19 mRNA Vaccines Sought in Presentation to Idaho State Senators by Dr. Peter McCullough, Dr. Ryan Cole, Dr. Renata Moon, Nicolas Hulscher, MPH & Many Others] where medically-qualified doctors and others relayed this past week the dangers of this “gene therapy” or mRNA injection.

This is a Notice and Statement being made here today for the benefit of all, to advise all that Neuroweapon-using Criminals are parked outside our houses, often occupying neighboring houses, and working on Bio-robotizing and Facial Attack with obvious Mal Intent to destroy people’s Brains, Control over their own bodies, and Reputations.
